Chapter 13: Making Waves II

After Naruto talked with Histoire, Neptune, and Nepgear, Naruto came back to Wave only to find that a clone dispelled itself with the memory that a group of peoples were approaching Wave, and not wanting to take any chances, Naruto went there to investigate. Hopefully it's not one of Gato's men who came for revenge, or even worse Danzo's ROOT.
A group of 5 people was entering Wave and to their surprise, in the plaza, they saw Gato and the Daimyo chained in the execution stand.
"W-what!?" The old man with white beard exclaimed in surprise. Was his eyes playing tricks on him?
"Oh! Tazuna! You're back! Wave is free from Gato's clutch and the bastard Daimyo played a blind eye on us because Gato bribed him!"
"What!? And who did all of this!?"
"It's me." Naruto came up with Yui in his arms and Rei beside him.
The oldest ninja in their group had his jaw hanging seeing his teacher standing in front of him.
"Aren't you the Yellow Flash!? But I thought you're dead in the Kyubi's attack!?"
Naruto shook his head in amusement before clarifying the old man.
"No, that's my father, I'm his son, Naruto Uzumaki or Naruto Namikaze, but I prefer my mom's last name."
"LIES!" A screech interrupted them before they turned to the pink haired girl. "THERE'S NO WAY YOU'RE THE SON OF OUR–"
A mini Rasengan flew past her hair.
When they looked at Naruto, there were four more Rasengan on the tip of his fingers.
"Speak normally, will you? My girl here is sleeping and I don't want you to wake her up."
The girl turned pale from the cold blue eyes glaring at her.
The teacher of the team gulped seeing Naruto's eyes since they reminded him of his teacher when he was angry.
He had the rumor that Naruto was taken away by two girls 13 years ago, but the man in front of him looks to be in his early twenties..
Tazuna sighed in relief.
"Thanks for doing that, the girl almost made me deaf on my way back home."
Naruto smiled before nodding at the old man.
The Rasengan dissipated.
"Oi, you, teach me that–"
Wood came out from the ground and covered the raven haired boy's mouth, stopping him from talking.
"M-Mokuton!?" The masked ninja exclaimed in surprise.
Another sigh of relief escaped Tazuna's lips.
"Thanks again, this boy has been talking non stop about how the Uchiha is the strongest and whatsoever while his clan was killed by one person."
"Must be the weakest clan then, since I remember my mother's clan being wiped out by the combination of four nations in the 2nd Great Ninja War."
"Oh?...Oh!? You're an Uzumaki hailing from Uzushiogakure!?" Tazuna said in realization.
"Yup! Too bad since if they weren't destroyed, Gato wouldn't be able to lay a hand on Wave."
Tazuna laughed out boisterously before the group finally walked further into the plaza.
The old man didn't waste his chance and punched both Gato and the ex-Daimyo in the face when he passed them.
"Ah, Father!" Tsunami called out when she saw Tazuna, Inari following behind her.
"Tsunami-chan! We're free! We're finally free!" The old man hugged his daughter tightly with tears of joy.
"Yes, father! It was incredible! Naruto-kun took care of Gato and the demon Zabuza really fast before having his clones capture the Daimyo!"
The one eyed ninja dropped his jaw hearing that Zabuza was being taken care of easily by the Fourth-look alike in front of him.
'How can it be!? He's just thirteen and yet, he used the Rasengan in a way Sensei couldn't! Besides, his bloodline too! What's going on here!?'
"I thank you once more my boy, tell me, if there's something that I can do for you?"
Naruto rubbed the back of his head sheepishly.
"Well, since technically I'm the new Daimyo now–"
"What!?"
"Yup, my first order is for you guys to have fun for today, my clones are starting to rebuild houses to make them more livable but I still need some guidance for that."
"My boy, not that I doubt your skills, but are you sure you're capable of running a nation?" Tazuna asked skeptically.
The blonde sighed with his eyes losing its light.
"I've been running a nation for 11 years ever since I was twelve since the real leader was preoccupied with something important… you should've seen the paperwork I had to do, mountains of it… I had to monitor everything that was going on in that nation, even the smallest thing such as when the public toilet got stuck…"
The group sweatdropped at Naruto.
"Speaking of which, who's the lady behind you?" Tazuna asked.
"Oh, she's Rei, my advisor and also my wife. She's actually more capable in running the nation than me, but she doesn't want to deal with the blasted paperwork anymore."
Rei gave him a scoff before punching his shoulder.
The leader of the Konoha group dropped his jaw.
His eyes then darted to the girl sleeping in Naruto's arms.
'he said that she's his girl… oh man, Yugao will be pissed when she finds out Naruto got married without her knowing…'
"I see." Tazuna hummed before nodding at him. "Very well, I hope you'll be able to make our nation prosper again, my boy."
"You can leave it to me! Oh, and, since you're the bridge builder, do you think you need some expenses? I mean I had everything Gato had after he gave me all the rights to what he had."
"Well, right now? I don't think we need any more materials…"
"I've had it handled, Naruto-san." Tsunami joined in the conversation. "I've listed the necessities we need for you."
Naruto blinked before beginning to tear up.
"...can I hire you as my assistant?"
"E-eh? But…don't you have Rei-san?"
"Rei is gonna advise me with things, but we're new to Waves and we don't know a lot of things about what you guys need… and besides, I might have to appoint Tazuna-san as my replacement when I'm away from Waves."
"Oh? When are you leaving? And where to?" Tazuna asked curiously.
"Well, I hope ASAP and I'm heading to Konoha due to personal matters."
Naruto glanced at the group from Konoha before his eyes turned red.
"Very well, then I'll take over for you whenever you leave Waves, though don't be too long since I want to enjoy my retirement after finishing this bridge!" Tazuna laughed cheerily before he went away with his daughter and grandson, leaving Konoha group and Naruto, Rei and the sleeping Yui.
Naruto turned to the group from Konoha with red slitted eyes.
None of them opened their mouths until the masked ninja started first.
"A-are you really Minato-sensei's son?"
"Yes, I told you my father was Minato Namikaze and my mother was Kushina Uzumaki, the 2nd Jinchuriki of the Kyubi while I'm the third after they died that night 23 years ago."
"23 years? But it has only been 13 years–"
Naruto raised his hand.
"I know what I'm saying, I got involved in a little problem and lived an extra 10 years in a different dimension where time moves faster than here."
The man coughed into his hand after that.
"Speaking of which, can we move to a more private place?"
Naruto shrugged before he held Rei in his free arm and asked them to follow him.

In an empty clearing near the lake, Naruto was waiting for the group of Konoha to arrive.
"They're taking too much time." Rei sighed as she swayed Yui in her hands.
"Well, two of them are freshly minted genin while the one with the creepy smile was a ROOT member in disguise."
Rei briefly widened her eyes before they noticed the group of Konoha arriving in the clearing.
"Hello Naruto, sorry we're late, my genins are still fresh out of the Academy after all."
"Oh? Are you sure all of them are fresh from the Academy?"
"Yes?"
"Hm…" Naruto glanced at the boy with a creepy smile before he unsealed a mask with the ROOT mark on it.
"Hey, you creep, do you know anything about this mask?" Naruto called out, waving the mask in his hand for them to see.
The masked teacher widened his eyes, recognizing the mask as ROOT's.
"...No, I don't." The boy answered.
"Are you sure? How about Danzo? Do you know about that bastard?"
The boy kept his silence to himself.
"That proves it, you're a ROOT member and you can't talk about Danzo because of the seal placed in your tongue."
The masked nin widened his sole eye in surprise before turning to the boy.
"I met 10 ROOT members today and they told me Danzo wanted me to become Konoha's weapon, and they've kept coming for me for 23 years, you know what we did to them?"
Naruto smiled evilly as his KI leaked out
The boy fell to his knee, paralyzed with fear.
The pinkette pissed herself.
The Uchiha wet his pants.
The Scarecrow had trouble breathing and standing up.
"They're gone, nada, they don't exist anymore, they're somewhere living peacefully in either hell or heaven, I don't know and I don't care.."
Naruto threw a kunai at the creepy boy which he dodged before disappearing and reappearing behind him, surprising the one-eyed Jonin.
'H-Hiraishin!?'
He placed a stasis seal on the boy before sealing him inside the seal in his wrists.
Naruto then spoke.
"We'll go to Konoha with you since your mission is technically completed. However, as soon as I'm done, I'll go back to Wave." Naruto said which the Scarecrow nodded in acceptance while the two real genins were glaring at the blonde.

Meanwhile in Planeptune's Basilicom.
"Wait. What did you just say?" Blanc asked Histoire with a surprised look on her face, along with Vert, and Noire.
"I said, Naruto-kun just came by earlier to tell me that he somehow became the CPU of Wave." Histoire said one more time as Blanc almost fainted in surprise.
"H-how?!" Noire asked her in pure surprise. Neptune then spoke
"Well on his way to Konoha, he stopped in the nation of Wave, a port town that was by then ruled by a corrupt and disgusting tyrant named Gato."
Neptune then explained how Naruto became the CPU of Wave somehow as Noire's jaw dropped greatly at the news.
"So… It would seem that we have a new nation to make an alliance with." Vert said with a smile, proud of Naruto.
"Yeah… And saving a whole nation alone is more than enough to gather plenty of Shares for Naruto-kun. So he will be able to transform into his HDD form again like the rest of us for now on."
Blanc said with a smile as some tears were falling from her eyes, truly happy for her baby brother.
"There's also the fact that Peashy will have a sister now that Naruto-kun adopted Yui who also lost her biological parents." Noire added in as the other nodded to her.
Peashy, and Plutia who joined them heard everything and Peashy felt excited to finally have a little sister.
Plutia, who knew that Naruto went to the Elemental Nations to confront Konoha, pouted as she really wanted to see Naruto.
She was thinking about telling the news to Mini Histoire, and her friends from the Ultradimension. Maybe they could form an alliance with Wave at the same time.

Later in Konoha's border
To say that both Naruto, and Rei were extremely annoyed was an understatement.
During the trip to Konoha, the pink haired banshee named Sakura Haruno would keep bad mouthing Naruto and how her beloved Sasuke Uchiha should be the one who deserved what Naruto had.
The said arrogant Uchiha didn't give up on demanding Naruto to teach him his skills to kill his older brother which Naruto bluntly refused.
The Uchiha then tried to attack Naruto and using a fire style against Naruto, but everyone except of Rei found out that Naruto didn't received any damages or wounds at all, And Naruto K.O'ed Sasuke with a single hit before they later continued their trip to Konoha.
He really wished he didn't need to go to Konoha and stayed behind with Yui who was taken care of by Tsunami right now.

The people of Konoha were staring at their 4th Hokage's look alike in disbelief.
They were certain that they had the ceremony for him, therefore, the blonde walking with the silver-haired Jonin and the Uchiha couldn't be the Fourth.
They came to one conclusion, this man was Naruto Uzumaki, the holder of the Kyubi and the son of their beloved Hokage and the one they demanded his blood years ago.
The civilians wanted to greet him but seeing the look on his face, they decided not to.
Meanwhile in the Hokage's office
The old Hokage tried to fill out the accursed paperwork, the worst enemy of every Kages from each village. He silently cursed Minato to leave him behind with the paperwork as it should have been him to be stuck in that office.
Ever since they felt the Kyubi's chakra almost a year ago, the situation with the villagers had gone from bad to worse since they were afraid that the son of their Hokage would come for revenge since they demanded his blood on the day he was born.
Hiruzen ignored them, making them worry about it more though he hoped that Naruto didn't plan to destroy Konoha. Not to mention that multiple signatures of the Kyubi's chakra was felt by the sensors and the experts that night made the Hokage worry about it too.
As the Hokage let out a tired sigh, a knock was heard.
"Enter." Hiruzen said as the door opened revealing the team.
"Ah, Kakashi. You're back early, did something happen? And where's Sai?" Hiruzen asked curiously.
He was told from the message that the group would be back a little bit later than planned as they discovered that their client lied about the mission's rank difficulty.
"W-well Hokage-sama, there's a lot of things that we need to discuss. Our mission is technically a success, but something happened in Wave." Kakashi said with a careful voice as Hiruzen nodded, allowing him to continue.
"On our way to the land of Wave, as you know, we were attacked by the Demon brothers and Tazuna had to explain to us the real reason for the escort mission to Wave." Kakashi paused, letting the Hokage gesture to him to continue. "When we arrived, much to our own surprise, the village of Wave celebrated the victory against Gato, and a corrupted Daimyo."
"Wait what?" Hiruzen asked in surprise.
"From what we learned, Gato and his men were defeated by one man who is currently with us and… You won't believe who he is." Kakashi said.
"Who's with you? And who's the one who single handedly saved a whole nation?" Hiruzen asked curiously.
"That would be me, Hokage-dono." A voice called out as Naruto entered the office, along with Rei. Hiruzen almost choked in surprise when he saw the person standing in front of him with a serious face.
He knew that he wasn't Minato since he died and the whiskers were a serious giveaway so there's only one person that came in his mind as his eyes widened greatly.
"N-N-N-Naruto-kun?! Is that you?!" Hiruzen asked in surprise as his hidden Anbu widened her eyes at this revelation, while the other slipped away from the office to report this to his master.
"Yes, it's me and I came here not to exchange pleasantries."
Naruto unsealed a mask and put it on the Hokage's table.
"They've come for me for 23 years and this time they've crossed the line."
Suddenly, the door was kicked open by another clone of Naruto with an unconscious ROOT ANBU in his hand.
"Boss, I caught him right before you entered the room." The clone said before dropping the nin on the floor and dispelling itself.
That dropped the Hokage's jaw since he was certain that he ordered his warhawk friend to disband his organization.
The next thing that happened surprised the old man even more when wood came out the ground and restricted the ANBU's body.
"I want to talk with Danzo Shimura."
The anger in his voice left no room for the Hokage to refuse his demand since this was basically mutiny.
Danzo had crossed the line, attempting to kidnap the boy who lived on a whole different continent led by Goddesses could mean the extinction of Elemental Nations since they were on a whole different level than the Biju.
"Very well. Kakashi, you and your team are dismissed."
The scarecrow nodded but the Uchiha wouldn't accept that.
"Hokage, I demand you to have this nobody to teach me everything he knows!"
"Yeah! If anything, it's Sasuke-kun who's supposed to have all that power!"
That was the wrong thing to say as Rei transformed into Cyan Heart, surprising both Kakashi, and Hiruzen.
She glared at them, petrifying both genins in their place.
Naruto made no effort to stop them as he was really close to killing the banshee and duckhead.
"Listen you little mongrel, this power doesn't belong to a mere human like you. In fact, you don't deserve any kind of power." She then smiled evilly like her former self. "Besides, do you really think that even with that power we would accept a pathetic thing like you as one of us? Think again, mongrel!"
She gouged out one of the Uchiha's eyes, destroying it in her hands.
Sasuke fell to the floor in pain as Rei approached him.
Kakashi was about to stop Cyan Heart, but Naruto encased him in ice except for his head.
"H-Hyoton!?" Hiruzen stated in awe as Naruto not only had the wood release but also Ice.
Cyan Heart stomped the Uchiha's crotch, making him permanently unable to have a descendant by destroying his dick.
It was a bloody mess in Hiruzen's office and no one dared to make a move after seeing a Goddess descended to Konoha.
"SASU-" Sakura couldn't finish as Naruto destroyed her voice box.
"Jeez… That's even worse than stopping Rei's rampage in Planeptune…"
Naruto grumbled as Cyan Heart just deadpanned at him not really wanting to remember that, before reverting to her normal form.
"Now that they're out of the way, let's have a little talk with Danzo." Naruto paused before continuing. "In fact, bring the whole council as well. I want to make sure that everyone understands clearly what I'm about to say."
Naruto said as the Hokage nodded in acceptance before ordering the ANBU to take them to the hospital.
"Though… was it really necessary to permanently injure our Shinobi, Naruto-kun…"
The Blonde shrugged.
"You should ask Rei… oh, by the way, she's the original Goddess before Blanc-nee-chan and the rest were born."
Hiruzen paled before turning to the smiling Rei.

Council meeting room
As expected, everyone was present in the Council room. The Clan Heads of the Shinobi side, the Civilian side, and the Elders, Koharu, Homura, and finally Danzo.
"I thank you for coming to this meeting. I know we already had one a week ago, but there is something that I've just discovered from a source that a certain person crossed the line more than one despite MY warning to not cross THAT line!" Hiruzen then discreetly glared at Danzo as the Clan Heads, especially Shikaku, and Hiashi noticed.
'What did Danzo do this time to make the Hokage that angry?' was their collective thoughts.
The Hokage then continued.
"It has come to my attention that someone in this meeting room thought that it was a good idea to send his ninjas to the land of Gamindustri despite my warnings to not." Hiruzen said as Danzo discreetly gritted his teeth but wouldn't show it. It would seem that his plan to kidnap his precious ones failed miserably.
"If I may ask, who's the source who told you about such treachery?" Hiashi asked with a frown before glaring at Danzo.
'Does that warhawk really want to start a new whole war against Gamindustri ruled by four powerful goddesses?!'
"That would be me Hyuuga-dono." A voice rang inside the council room before a Kunai was stabbed on the floor in the middle of the round table.
Their eyes widened, recognizing the Kunai was the one the Fourth Hokage used.
That was when a figure came inside the room through the usage of Hiraishin and pulled out the kunai.
Everyone widened their eyes as they saw who was there.
A blonde haired young man and a girl with heather blue hair with eyeglasses.
"T-The Fourth!?" One of the civilian councilors exclaimed in surprise.
Naruto flickered beside Hiruzen with cold blue eyes staring at the councillors of Konoha.
Danzo started to sweat but quickly smirked discreetly thinking that his plan might have succeeded after all.
"I'm not my father. I'm Naruto Uzumaki, the third Jinchuriki of the Kyubi, son of Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki."
Those who didn't forget the attack of the Kyuubi 13 years ago and who hated the boy even if they knew about his heritage, especially the fat and ugly civilian, started to bad mouth Naruto, until they were silenced by either Naruto who used Mokuton to encase them or Rei who… permanently silenced them as the other turned paled.
The ensuing silence went for a while until Naruto finally opened his mouth.
"Now then, Danzo Shimura. I'm here personally because you've been sending your little ROOT to capture me and those who I care about." Naruto turned to Danzo who was sweating profusely. "Every. Single. TIME you tried to capture me, to have me as your personal weapon. I tried and TRIED is the key word to be patient, but the moment you threatened those who I love deeply, you crossed the final line you shouldn't have."
Naruto angrily said with his face shadowed by his bangs as his red eyes were glowing.
"Oh? And tell me boy do you have any proof of what you're saying? This is merely a coincidence as I told them not to go to this Gamindustri years ago, besides, seeing how this Gamindustri was really hard to find, there was no way for our Shinobi to get there."
Danzo calmly retorted though inwardly he was panicking.
"Oh, I have proof."
Naruto evilly smiled as he pressed a button of a device, and suddenly a hologram of the captured ROOT in some sort of a chamber with a lot of computers appeared.
Behind the captured ROOT was a pink mechanical figure with the body of those of a human with a green visor that seemed to stare at them.
"Anonydeath. It's me. I've arrived in Konoha like I told you." Naruto said.
For everyone else except for Rei, the name sounded intimidating.
"Ah yes. I knew you would call soon so I had dragged the ROOT Anbu in the room we captured before." Anonydeath answered with a rather strange voice.
"Excellent." Naruto said as he glared at Danzo. "This is the proof you were seeking. Oh and before I forget, I've managed to catch your little spy in Team 7."
Naruto said as Hiruzen angrily glared at Danzo.
"Danzo! This time you have crossed the Line! DO YOU REALIZE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE?! You disobeyed my orders to disband your ROOT, AND NOW YOU'RE TRYING TO START A WAR WITH GAMINDUSTRI!?" Hiruzen screamed in rage at such betrayal.
"I've done what was good for Konoha! One day or another, that land would declare war on us. And the Kyubi's Jinchuriki was our weapon to begin with! He has no right to leave the village!"
Danzo said as every civilian side and some of the Kyubi haters voiced their agreement as suddenly something exploded outside of the tower as they saw Yondaime's face being blown up before they turned to Naruto whose fingers were smoking by the shot he made.
Naruto unleashed a huge amount of KI as he unconsciously transformed into his HDD form in rage, surprising Hiruzen and everyone else.
"Do NOT think i'm your property to begin with! All of you disgust me! To think that my father sacrificed his life to save your ungrateful life! You don't even deserve to have my Father's face mounted in your Hokage Monument! My father would have been disgusted by all of you."
As much as it pained Hiruzen, he couldn't help but agree with the boy.
Naruto then turned to Danzo with a smirk.
"Besides, aren't you curious about what happened to your little ROOT who never came back? Allow me to show you a little demonstration."
Naruto clicked his fingers before Anonydeath's visor glowed ominously as the captured ROOT member screamed in agony before they stopped.
"Their memories have been formatted, and altered… Not without pain though. What a shame… Not." Anonydeath simply said as the civilian paled in horror of what just happened.
"You said that you did all of this to protect your village and yet, you attacked and tried to kidnap someone important to me, one that runs one of the nations in Gamindustri." Naruto lied though it wasn't actually false since technically he was a CPU. "Do you know what this means?"
None of the members dared to open their mouths as they connected the dots.
"War."
The word escaped Naruto's mouth.
At a speed that not even the Hokage could follow, Naruto was already in front of Danzo with his hand gripping his neck, hard.
"I'm tired of being patient against someone like you." Naruto growled.
"Hiruzen! What are you doing!? Stop this…demon now!" Koharu said in panic seeing one of her old friends being choked to death.
Yet the Hokage didn't even move from his spot.
"And do what? I can't even keep up with his speed… it's better to let Danzo die since he disobeyed my orders too many times." Hiruzen smoked his pipe.
"Hiruzen! Y-you can't be serious, can you!?" Homura followed up and he received no answer from his friend.
"...Curious… I feel multiple chakra signatures from your bandaged arm…"
Danzo began to panic before Naruto cut open the bandage, revealing a hand infested with Sharingan.
The council's eyes widened in shock to see the abomination.
"Danzo?! What have you done!?" Hiruzen asked in horror.
Naruto loosened his grip on his throat.
"I did it all for Konoha! I'm the one who should be–"
The blonde didn't waste any chance and silenced the old man permanently by severing his head and destroying it with a Rasengan.
That was his first kill though he didn't feel remorse for the man.
Rei walked to his side, trying to comfort the blonde.
Naruto gave her a reassuring smile before turning to the council with his cold blue eyes once more.
"I hope this will be the last time this happen, since if this happens again, I'll unleash the Kyubi on Konoha and this is not a threat, it's a promise."
The council nodded in fear as the KI he let out was comparable to the Biju.
"Another note, as I am now the Daimyo of Wave, none of Konoha Shinobi are allowed to step inside my nation."
"What!?"
"That's preposterous!"
"Don't get too conceited, you dem–"
The last one who was a female and had pink hair was silenced immediately when an…eggplant came through the window from outside.
it entered the councillor's mouth who spoke and lodged in her throat, killing her due to being unable to breath.
The council turned to see outside the window and found a woman with pale light purple skin and dressed like a witch.
"Well, that was funny… and she has the same hair color as that banshee Haruno that became mute earlier." Naruto muttered in amusement.
"...that's because she is Haruno's mother." Hiruzen sighed tiredly though inwardly he was secretly relieved that he didn't need to hear her screech anymore.
"Riiight~"

The council meeting ended pretty much well.
Danzo was dead, that means no more of Konoha's shinobi such as ROOT will bother him ever again.
Hiruzen himself made sure to round up the ROOT members they could find by searching the warhawk's house.
Naruto also demanded from the entire council of Mito Uzumaki's possessions, including the Uzumaki symbol on the jacket that every Chunins, and Jonins wore as it symbolized the friendship and alliance between Konoha, and Uzushio.
However, due to Danzo's action in attacking and trying to kidnap the current clan head of Uzumaki Clan, the alliance was broken much to the Shinobi council dismay.
Of course, the civilians' side disagreed, even Shikaku and Hiashi were skeptical since Naruto needed to be at least 18 years old to reclaim his clan's possession.
The blonde told them that he was already 23 years old, therefore he was legitimate to take the position of the clan head. Besides, as he was now the Daimyo of Wave, what Danzo did was an act of war against Waves and Gamindustri.
Rei also supplied that her alone was more than enough to decimate Konoha, not to mention Arfoire was at the same level as Rei. That made the council submit to Naruto's demand thus breaking the alliance of Uzumaki Clan and Konoha.
After the meeting was adjourned, the news of the son of the Fourth returning to the village as the Daimyo of Wave circulated in Konoha. The destroyed face statue of the Fourth was also ordered to not ever be restored to how it was due to Naruto's demand for one of the reparations for attacking the Daimyo.
The blonde, Rei and Arfoire were then escorted to Hiruzen's office since there was someone that wanted to meet him, Yugao Uzuki.
The woman introduced herself as his mother's apprentice before she hugged Naruto while she cried as she told him she, along with her friend Kakashi, and her boyfriend Hayate actually wanted to take care of Naruto, and that she would train him in the sword arts but then he was taken by the Goddess, making her unable to train him.
Yugao then proposed to Naruto to train him, and teach him the Dual Swords skills since Naruto had trouble mastering it hence why he rarely used both of his swords at once.
He accepted, but for now he had to return to Wave first since he was supposed to go back to Wave as soon as he could but promised her that whenever he had the time, he would seek her whenever she was on a mission outside of the village, or not.
He left the Hokage tower, but not without Hiruzen apologizing to him for not being able to do more when he was but a baby.
But Naruto told him that he shouldn't apologize as Blanc told him when he was young that the Hokage wanted to protect him at the best he could, but couldn't because of Danzo, and the Elders mostly.
Though, that didn't stop Naruto to scold Hiruzen about doing his job as the Hokage more seriously as he told him that HE was the Hokage, and HE had the final words and no way around.
When Hiruzen finally grew a backbone, Naruto smiled with a nod as he told him that he should come visit Wave whenever he can, maybe they could even build a new alliance as Wave would grow as one of the biggest nations in trading.
Naruto then transformed into his CPU form, and left with Rei and Arfoire by flying toward Wave's direction.
"Naruto-kun has surely grown up… I'm so proud of him…" Hiruzen muttered with a proud smile on his face.
"It's really too bad that the village turned up like this. But not anymore. This time things will change in Konoha… Starting with the Council."
Hiruzen said before writing something.
"...Jiraiya will be surprised to see his student's face gone from the monument… Hopefully he won't do anything stupid…" The Hokage mused before chuckling. "But it'll be interesting to see him battered and bruised if he did seek Naruto-kun…"
"As for the Uchiha…good riddance, he dug his own hole, Haruno? Well, she's basically an orphan now with her mother dead in the hand of a Goddess… what a relief…"

On their way to Wave, Naruto asked the witch how she knew where he was. Arfoire told him that she heard from Histy that the blond was going to Konoha and since she wanted to meet him, she followed Naruto to Konoha.
Then, Naruto asked Arfoire why he was able to transform into his HDD form again.
Instead of the purple-skinned woman, it was Rei who answered him.
The former CPU of Tari speculated that it was because of the amount of Shares he received by saving the entire nation of Wave and she told him that now Naruto is entirely a new CPU without any side effects unlike his time in the Ultradimension.
That made Naruto's eyes widened in surprise before nodding, accepting the fact since he already knew that it was bound to happen.
Then Naruto unseal a scroll releasing the unconscious Sai as he held him tight as he gave him to Arfoire, and told her that the boy is her new test subject for her eggplants making her smiling evilly.
Though he asked her to deliver the boy to Anonydeath after she's done with him which she agreed upon.
Speaking of Anonydeath, his strange obsession with Noire really annoyed both of him, and Arfoire. The guy put cameras inside Noire's room and tried to expose embarrassing moments between her and Naruto.
True, he didn't mean anything bad but it was getting annoying.
A man with the heart of a maiden, that's who he claimed he was.
When they reached Wave, they were welcomed by the villagers. Although they didn't recognize Arfoire, Naruto assured them that Arfoire was one of his girlfriends.
That's when Tazuna called Naruto while letting his workers build the bridge.
"Ah Naruto-sama, welcome back. I believe you're done with what you had to do?" Tazuna asked.
"Yeah. I had to make some things clear and we're done a little bit earlier than I thought. And please just call me Naruto. I'm not into formalities and stuff."
Naruto said as Tazuna burst into laughter before he nodded.
"That's great then. Although… While you were gone, someone asked me where you went since the person wanted to talk to you" Tazuna said.
"I see. Do you know where this person is?"
"He's waiting in the forest just behind my house. You can't miss it as he told me he wouldn't be too far from the house."
"Alright." Naruto nodded before he, along with Rei went to the forest, as for Arfoire, had to go back to Gamindustri since she was needed in the Seven Sages.

Naruto walked to the forest along with Rei and eventually, they saw the man and his apprentice he fought before.
"Zabuza Momochi? What are you doing here? I thought you were gone by now." Naruto asked as since Zabuza knew the truth about Gato and that he planned to kill both Zabuza and his apprentice, he wanted to go back home to the Rebels as Naruto sent the both of them free.
"No I wasn't. I was in a… deep thought. You're not really the Yellow Flash aren't you?" That wasn't a question as he closed his eyes with a smile as only his silence was all he needed to confirm it. "Well it doesn't matter anymore. There's something we would like to ask you. Daimyo sama isn't it?"
Naruto nodded.
"What is it you want to ask me?" Naruto asked curiously.
"We… We would like to ask for your help to take Kirigakure back… and end the tyranny of Yagura the Yondaime Mizukage."
Naruto was in deep thought.
"Before I make any decisions, what's your story with Kirigakure? I'm still new to the Elemental Nations, and I need to be informed of the situation."
Naruto told them as Zabuza, and Haku looked at each other before telling Naruto the full story of what happened in Kirigakure, and the Bloodline purge.
To say that Naruto was pissed was an understatement. It reminded him too much of that coup d'etat in Lowee in the Ultradimension, but worse, and reversed. That made him realize what would happen to that Lowee if neither Naruto, nor Neptune were sent to the Ultradimension.
"... Very well I'll help you. But I need to know when you were planning to leave."
"As soon as Haku is healed. You gave him quite a beating to be honest." Zabuza said.
"Yeah… sorry about that. How much time do you need?"
"About one week at most."
"Alright then." Naruto agreed with the terms as it would give him plenty of time to adjust himself to his new position, as well as visiting his girlfriends, and sisters.
He can't wait to see their reaction when they learn that he has become the CPU of Wave.
Unknowingly to him, his girlfriends and their Ultradimension counterparts were waiting for him already knowing the news.
Perhaps he could make Croire the Oracle of Wave while he was at it.

"Sensei! Why is Minato's face removed from the Hokage monument!" A man with long white hair barged in from the windows, surprising the elderly Hokage. "And why is the Uzumaki symbol removed from the flak jacket!?"
Hiruzen sighed before rubbing the side of his head.
"Well, thanks to Danzo attacking and trying to kidnap the Daimyo of Wave, he, as the current clan head of Uzumaki, demanded that the symbol be removed after he executed Danzo by his own hands."
"But that doesn't mean that my student's face had to be removed from the monument! And as far as I know, the Daimyo isn't an Uzumaki! He had to be lying!"
Hiruzen shrugged.
"Well, the Daimyo had proof that Danzo sent his ROOT to kidnap him or his loved ones, that was the last straw for him… we're lucky the Daimyo is understanding or Konoha would be burned to the ground by now… and as for Minato's face, the Daimyo pointed out that we don't deserve his face on our monument as he would be disgusted by Danzo's act trying to turn Naruto into a weapon."
"Naruto?" Jiraiya parroted. "Is he here in the Elemental Nations? Is he back in Konoha!?" The whitette asked urgently.
"Well…he's back, but he didn't affiliate himself with Konoha…"
"What!? How could he!? This is–"
"The village that wanted to turn him into a weapon! The village that demanded his blood just because he held the Kyubi! The village that his father would be ashamed of!" Hiruzen roared at his student before letting his KI out.
Jiraiya staggered before Hiruzen reeled in his KI.
"He's become strong now, too powerful for anyone in Konoha to go against and I'm glad that my choice to let the Goddess take him back then was correct. I'm proud to see him grow up into a man."
Jiraiya snorted.
"Please, he's only 12, probably a bit stronger than the average genin."
Hiruzen raised an inquisitive eyebrow.
"Oh? Really? Then why don't you check on him? Test him if you want but don't whine if you're beaten to near death."
"Where is he?" Jiraiya got up, preparing to leave.
"In the Land of Waves, getting the nation back up after they freed themselves from Gato."
The Sennin nodded before he left the office.
Yugao stepped out from her siding spot soon after that.
"I…didn't know you can be that cruel to your own student, Hokage-sama. Besides, didn't Naruto-kun tell you that no Konoha Shinobi can step on to the Land of Waves?"
The old man chuckled.
"Well, sometimes Jiraiya needs to experience it himself to finally see the truth…let's just hope that Naruto-kun doesn't kill him."
Yugao nodded before she returned to her hiding spot.
The two couldn't wait for the Sennin back in black and blue.

In Wave, Jiraiya poofed into existence by the help of a few toads.
He didn't waste any time and crossed the water on foot.
It was then he noticed the nation was in a festive mood and he decided to mingle and asked around for information about Naruto.
"Oh, hey there!" One of the villagers greeted with a tray of drinks, offering one to Jiraiya who took it with a smile. "Are you a visitor? You've come to Wave at the right time."
"I can see that… but if I may know, what happened?" the Sennin inquired.
Unbeknownst to the white-haired man, a clone of Naruto in disguise was narrowing his eyes in suspicion at Jiraiya who was looking for information about himself.
He soon dispelled himself to let the original know.
With the real Naruto and Rei discussing things about what Zabuza requested with Tazuna and her daughter, the former frowned when he received the memories.
"Did something happen, Naruto?" Rei asked, noticing the discomfort on his face.
"Well…" Naruto started to tell the group what he found out from his clone.
"Jiraiya the Sennin? I've heard of him, but what's he doing in Wave?" Tazuna asked, a frown marring his face and his daughter's.
"Probably he's gonna drag me back to Konoha saying that I belong there because my Father's the fourth Hokage." The blonde shrugged nonchalantly. He had no intention to go back and if it wasn't for Wave, he would be on his way back to Gamindustri by this time.
"That's ridiculous, just because your father was the fourth doesn't mean you have to follow his path." Tazuna scowled.
"I agree with my father. That's kind of preposterous." Tsunami frowned before continuing. "Besides you're our Daimyo now and there's no way we will let even one of the Sannin himself drag you back to Konoha." The woman finished with a mischievous smile on her face.
Rei whistled, impressed at how forward the woman was while Naruto just chuckled nervously.
"What are you gonna do then?" Tazuna asked before downing the canned beer in his hand.
Naruto got up to his feet, followed by Rei.
"I'm gonna to see what he wants and we'll see from there."
Both father and daughter followed. "Count us in then in case he tried to do anything."
Naruto nodded.

Jiraiya was strolling the festive street, gathering information about Naruto. So far, none of them opened up their lips about who the Daimyo was and everytime he asked about Naruto, they'd just ignore him.
Then, he noticed cheer erupted from behind him.
He saw the exact copy of his student with whiskers on his cheeks and a woman wearing eyeglasses beside him, an older man with white hair and another woman with black hair behind him.
Jiraiya didn't waste any time and walked toward the blonde Daimyo.
"Naruto!"
The whiskered CPU sighed before turning to see the face of his father's teacher.
The villagers however weren't happy with how Jiraiya addressed their leader.
"Yes? Is there something I can help you with?"
"My word! You looked exactly like Minato! And how come you become so tall at the age of 13!?"
Naruto raised an eyebrow.
"First of all, I don't know who you are, how you know my father's name and I'm 23 years old this year."
Jiraiya snorted.
"Please, are the people that took you in really dumb that you can't count? You've only been away for 12 years at least, 13 the most! And as for me! I'm Jiraiya, the toad sage, the Fourth Hokage's master!"
Naruto clenched his fist tightly when he heard the man in front of him badmouthing his lovers.
Rei was about to sock Jiraya in the face, but seeing Naruto didn't do anything, she reeled herself in.
The villagers were angry at the Sennin though they waited for their Daimyo's orders.
"Whatever. What do you need?" Naruto rolled his eyes.
"I need you to come back to Konoha and–"
"Become their weapon? Become their Shinobi just because I'm my father's son?" Naruto cut him off with a bit of anger in his voice.
"...yes. You're the Jinchuriki of the Kyubi, one of the Biju and the strongest of them all. We can't let you stay in this backwater land out of all places just so you can laze around."
"Oh boy, can I kill him now? Please tell me I can kill him." Kurama growled inside Naruto.
Tazuna, Tsunami and the villagers of Wave gritted their teeth in anger from Jiraiya's remark.
They didn't care whether Naruto is the jailor of the Kyubi since he saved them from the tyrant.
Rei kept on her calm facade but inwardly she was this close to kill the Sennin.
"So? let's go, what are you waiting for?" Jiraiya asked again.
"You can go by yourself since my answer is no." Naruto gave him a smile though it was restraint. The villagers cheered for him, making Jiraiya look around.
"That's right! You can't force him if he doesn't want to go with you!"
"You're going out of the line!"
"Go back to your village, tree hugger!"
The villagers booed at him and Jiraiya couldn't fathom why.
"Don't be a brat, Naruto. You have a duty as Konoha's weapon! You're going back whether you like it or not–GAHG!"
A Rasengan made a hole on Jiraiya's shoulder.
His eyes widened before turning from his wound to Naruto's finger.
"The next one won't miss your head." the whiskered blonde said with cold blue eyes.
"R-Rasengan? and…you shot it?"
Naruto didn't say anything as his eyes narrowed at the toad sage.
Jiraiya gritted his teeth.
Villagers decided to make some room for the two.
"Leave. I don't care whether you're my father's teacher. I have no intention to form a bond with you if this keeps going on… Danzo was my first kill and I won't hesitate to make you the second one… You not only called me a weapon, but you also called the nation I ruled a backwater... But the thing I despise the most is when you disparage my loves by calling them idiots."
Jiraiya was about to move before he felt his legs being restrained by vines.
"M-Mokuton!? You have the Shodai's bloodline!? A-and it's draining away my chakra!"
Naruto sighed before turning to the villagers.
"I'm afraid I have to go back to Konoha to warn them one more time… we really need to ban Konoha from forming an alliance with us if this keeps happening."
They didn't refute him, instead, they cheered for him.
Naruto then turned to Rei.
"You're coming? I'm gonna put on a show for this time."
Rei nodded before Naruto wrapped an arm around her waist, causing the bluenette to blush.
His whole body then turned bright golden forming a chakra shroud as his haori.
Jiraiya trembled in fear since he recognized what Naruto did.
He perfectly controlled the Kyubi's chakra without his supposed help.
"I didn't control the Kyubi, he and I formed an unbreakable bond in the last 10 years for your information."
A golden chakra arm then grabbed Jiraiya, crushing his bones in it.
"Well, guys, you can continue your party while I leave for Konoha!"
The villagers cheered before soon Naruto leapt far into the air and a massive chakra construct of the Kyubi materialized.
"So… this is how it feels to be inside your chakra…"
"Right… you were on the opposing side when I first used this form huh." Naruto grinned at the sheepish Rei before Kurama interrupted them.
"Are we finally going to destroy Konoha?" Kurama asked with a grin, making Jiraiya pale at the idea.
"No. We're gonna give them a second warning and if they do it again, we'll just fire a bijudama from Wave."
"I like it. I hope they do it again." Kurama grinned before they left for Konoha in a single huge leap.
The people of Wave dropped their jaws at the scene.
They knew their new Daimyo was strong, but to befriend the mighty and the strongest Biju of all? That was a whole new level.
"To our new Daimyo, Naruto-sama!" Tazuna cheered.
The villagers began to repeatedly chant the blonde's name.
In the crowd, Zabuza and Haku were in the mixture of awe, fear and excitement.
With Naruto's help, the rebels would have easily won.
They couldn't wait until the next week until they were able to finally move.

In Konoha, they were highly alarmed due to the tremendous Killing Intent and massive chakra heading to their direction.
Squads of Jonin, Chunin and ANBU were stationed at the front gate while the civilians were being escorted to the shelter.
"Dammit Jiraiya… what did you do to piss off Naruto-kun this bad!?" Hiruzen muttered in his combat uniform.
"...Maybe we should have told him that Naruto-kun is capable of destroying our village easily before he left?"
"...Yes, that was my fault… and I hope this doesn't escalate."
It didn't take long for the golden chakra construct to drop from the sky near Konoha's gate.
"HIRUZEN SARUTOBI!" Naruto roared, his voice changing due to Kurama's chakra and laced with KI.
The Shinobi and civilian of Konoha could only widen their eyes in fear since they didn't remember the Kyubi was this big.
The Hokage and Yugao were the same since the Kyubi they were looking at right now was incredibly massive.
They didn't doubt that a single paw alone was enough to crush Konoha.
"I warned you when I killed Danzo Shimura! And now this idiot Sennin tried to get me back to Konoha to become YOUR village's weapon and because I'm the Fourth's son!?"
Naruto created a massive Wood Golem which was still smaller than the Kyubi beside the chakra construct.
"I do not care whether my father was your Hokage, I'm not affiliating myself to the village who wanted me dead when I was just a baby!"
Naruto handed Jiraiya to the Wood Golem who began to squeeze him, eliciting a cry of pain from the Sennin.
"Naruto! Wait! Please don't kill him!" Hiruzen begged as he jumped down on top of the gate.
"Then keep a leash on your dogs tighter! First Danzo! Then Jiraiya! Both of them tried to attack a Daimyo, the second one tried it in front of my people! Think how it affects your village! Do you think my land would want an alliance after all of this!?"
"I understand! Please! Jiraiya's one of our best Shinobi and we can't lose him!"
Naruto stared at the old Hokage in the eyes.
"...Fine, but I've left a Hirashin mark on him… the moment I felt him trying to infiltrate my nation once more, he will be dead in my own hands…and your village will suffer a year of winter…"
The Wood Golem then slammed the unconscious Jiraiya onto the front gate, embedding him in it.
"W-What?"
The massive chakra construct slammed his palms.
"Ice Style! Thousand Years' Ice Prison!"
Thousands of massive and dense Ice Pillars encircled the whole land of Konoha without leaving any gap except for the gate itself.
It didn't take long for the ice pillars to cause a snowstorm in Konoha in the middle of spring.
"This is your second warning, Hiruzen… If anyone else kept trying to bring me back to Konoha just to become its weapon–"
Kurama started to form the tailed beast bomb in front of his snout.
"I'll shoot this from Wave and I know that it will reach and destroy the whole Land of Fire, not only Konoha." The Imari disappeared soon after that before Naruto continued. "Danzo and Jiraiya caused this for you, and by the way it is supposed to go, war is supposed to happen by now… if you feel threatened by me, blame it on Jiraiya and the dead Danzo. I spare you twice and there won't be a third time and you are still banned from Wave."
The Chakra construct then slowly floated, surprising the Konoha Shinobi once more before it flew away at high speed.
The Jonin, Chunin and ANBU dropped to their knees.
They were glad that the situation didn't escalate but they couldn't help but be mad at Jiraiya and Danzo who caused all of this.
"Hokage-sama? What are your orders?" Yugao asked calmly. She knew that Naruto wouldn't destroy Konoha right away, but this was already the second chance he gave them and another one would mean a Tailed Beast Bomb coming to their land.
"Arrest Jiraiya, heal him, seal his chakra and put him in the prison."
Yugao nodded.
"As for the rest of you!" Hiruzen addressed the villagers who trembled in fear and cold. "All of you are also at fault! This happens because you demanded the life of an innocent right when he was born just because he held the Kyubi!"
Hiruzen let out a KI to his villagers.
"Naruto was right! His father, the Fourth Hokage, will be very disgusted by all of us! We never deserve Minato to be our Hokage!"
With that said, Hiruzen teleported with Shunshin.
Outside of Konoha.
A plant with a human, half black and half white, with green hair was trembling in fear after feeling Naruto's KI and Chakra.
"This is bad…very bad…" the black part said.
"You don't need to tell me! No way in hell Akatsuki can capture the Kyubi's Jinchuriki!" answered the white half.
'Mother's power pale against him… he'd kill mother even if we succeed.'
With that said, the plant submerged into the tree, planning to report what they'd seen to their leader.
