(And here's the second half of Lincoln's date and the return of Singe.)
Lincoln and Tia after leaving Flips arrived at the Royal Woods boardwalk. They walked around a bit, as Lincoln spoke, "So how have you been enjoying your time in Royal Woods?"
"Oh, it's wonderful. There's so much here and so much to do." Tia answered.
"As a guy who born and raised here in this town, I can attest to that." Lincoln replied.
"I also heard a lot that's happened in this town. Like is it true State Undersecretary of Water Leisure Joyce Crandall tried to turn Royal Woods into a sixth Great Lake for Michigan?"
"Oh, yeah," Lincoln confirmed, "But thanks to me and my family and the rest of the town's citizens we kept that from happening."
"Amazing." Tia marveled.
"And there's so much more to tell you."
"I'm listening." Tia said, as they kept on.
As they walked, Singe continued to spy on Lincoln atop a building, "That's right, enjoy your time while you can, Loud. Because soon your time will be up."
Soon both Lincoln and Tia were sitting at a table under an umbrella while enjoying a burger with fries with Lincoln continuing to tell Tia some of the amazing and crazy things that happen in Royal Woods, especially when he and his family are involved.
"So your sister Luna has her own band?"
"Oh, yeah. The Moon Goats. And my sister really rocks out. She accompanied to my first SMOOCH concert, and made it a night to remember."
"I really do love SMOOCH." Tia admitted.
"How can anyone not?" he asked rhetorically.
"And I really would like to finally meet your family, Lincoln. Even if they are as you say crazy." Tia joked.
"Yeah, but that's my family for you." Lincoln chuckled.
Both Lincoln and Tia while sitting opposite ends from each other looked at each other dreamily. Lincoln was glad he was finally able to ask her out and enjoy dating again. While Tia herself was finding herself having fun on her first date.
Unfortunately their moment didn't last long as the sounds of screams of fright broke them out of it, "What the?" Tia asked, as she and Lincoln saw several people running for their lives.
Lincoln groaned, and thought, 'I knew it wouldn't last. Still this doesn't look like the standard criminal disturbance to generate this much fright.'
"Lincoln, come on!" Tia said, as they got up and hurried to see if they could see the cause of the commotion.
They looked down the boardwalk and to Lincoln's shock saw his old hunter enemy stomping around, 'Singe!' he thought.
"Who is..." Tia trailed, before Lincoln took her hand and dragged her of, "Lincoln!"
Lincoln dragged Tia and placed her behind a shop, "Wait here, and don't move. I'm gonna get help."
"But, Lincoln-" Tia tried.
"Trust me. I'll get help." he assured her.
"Um, ok." Tia said.
As Lincoln hurried off, Tia herself spoke, "Sorry, Lincoln. But I can't stand back and let someone threaten innocent lives." her eyes began to glow.
As Lincoln ducked behind another shop, "Alright, Singe, it's reunion time." he turned the dial of the Omnitrix before stopping and slamming down on it.
Singe continued stomping down the boardwalk while watching the people run in fear of him, "I missed that screaming in fear sound." he said happily.
"Hey, Singe!"
The hunter looked down the boardwalk and saw Chromastone approach, "Well-well, Mr. Alien Hero. Long time no see."
"A good long time," Chromastone replied, "Now either Incarcecon started giving out parole to their prisoners, or you're violating your imprisonment."
"I was sprung by someone who paid me a generous amount if I brought you back to them."
"Once again business as usual with you?" the hero guessed.
"Always." Singe confirmed.
"Then you know how this goes. We fight, I kick your butt, and something crushes you."
"Not this time. I intend to bring you in, and this time you don't have your family to help you." Singe noted.
"Yeah? Well, you don't have any of your Negative Ten flunkies either." Chromastone shot back.
"I don't need any of those losers for the likes of you!" Singe growled.
"If you don't then why did you form them in the first place?" Chromastone mocked.
"Silence!" Singe bellowed, before drawing his sword, "It's you and me now!"
"Fine by me." Chromastone replied, as the two engaged.
Singe tried striking Chromastone with his sword, but the crystal alien was taking them head on, "Your sword's not gonna work on this guy, Singe."
"Maybe not, but I'm not a one trick pony." Singe replied, as he used his hand to hand combat skills in place.
Chromastone himself blocked Singe's attacks, before blasting an ultraviolet beam in his direction. The attack nailed Singe who crashed into a stand, only to get back up.
"I haven't been slacking off while I was imprisoned, you know. I used my hatred for you to fuel my desire to train so that one day I would escape and make you pay for all the times you've done me wrong!" Singe launched himself at Chromastone as they continued to fight on the boardwalk.
Chromastone kept blocking jabs from Singe, while delivering some in return, but the hunter wasn't letting up.
"You may be tougher than before, but I'm not letting you get the best of me." Chromastone stated, as he fired another beam at Singe who dodge and kicked Chromastone making him fall onto one of the tables with an umbrella.
Singe drew his sword again and put his foot on the alien pinning him, "Now to finish what I should've done."
Before he could do anything, his sword was blasted out of his hand, but not by Chromastone's two looked seeing Fey touch down.
"Hope I'm not interrupting some guy time here, boys." she began.
"Fey!" Chromastone gasped.
"An anodite?" Singe asked, before a smirk grew on his face, "And a rare colored one as well. I could triple my payment by bringing her too."
Fey hearing him answered, "Not happening pal!" she sent a whip of mana at Singe who jumped away avoiding the hit. This allowed Chromastone to get back up.
Chromastone spoke to Fey as she landed beside him, "You have some timing, ya know?"
"I like to be fashionably late." she replied.
Singe armed and ready attacked both of them, head on with Chromastone and Fey using either their crystalline body or mana shield to block his sword strikes before the alien hero tackled the hunter and they end up falling off the pier and landed on the beach below it. Their crash landing spooked the people who were on the beach and made a run for it.
Chromastone kicked Singe off him, before getting up, as Fey came down. Suddenly the symbol on Chromastone started beeping which got him worried, "No! Not now!" Suddenly both Singe and Fey saw Chromastone become Lincoln.
Singe smirked, while Fey was surprised, but couldn't say much, 'Lincoln.' she thought.
Lincoln seeing Fey saw him change back groaned to himself, but didn't have more time as Singe spoke, "My how you've grown Lincoln. You used to be so much smaller than I remember."
"Yeah, and at my height now you're not as big as you used to be to me." Lincoln mocked.
"I could still squash you flat!" Singe stated.
"Care to put that to a test?" Lincoln smirked.
Fey spoke not liking where he was going with that, "Son, I don't think you should antagonize the hunter!"
"Don't worry, Fey. I know what to do." Lincoln whipped out his hoverboard and mounted it before riding around Singe who tried to strike, but kept missing.
"Yeah!" Lincoln cheered, as he did some tricks, "Follow me, Singey!" he mocked.
Singe growled as he followed Lincoln who headed right under the pier. As Lincoln maneuvered through the support beams, Singe just cut down one after another as Fey watched in shock.
Lincoln checked the Omnitrix before seeing it was recharged, "Alright! Here we go!" he turned the dial before slamming down on it transforming.
"Spidermonkey!"
The spider chimp alien hooted at Singe who kept trying to attack only to cut more beams down. Suddenly the hero stopped as Singe did to, "Finally deciding to surrender?" Singe guessed.
"No chance, buddy. But you really should've watched what you were doing." Spidermonkey warned him.
"What're you talking about?" Singe demanded, until he heard creaking. He looked up and saw several of the beams he sliced in his attempt to get to Lincoln were what was holding the pier up.
Suddenly huge pieces of the pier started dropping down right for Singe who rolled his eyes, "Of course." and with that the pieces landed on Singe burying him.
Spidermonkey knew he had to do something before all of the pier would collapse, "Fey, hold it up!"
Fey nodded, and used her mana to grab hold of the pier to keep the rest from caving in allowing Spidermonkey to act fast. He jumped from whatever pillars were left standing and used a lot of webbing to piece them back together. Soon he was done.
"Ok, you can let go!" he called to Fey who released her hold and saw it was stable.
Fey touched down, and spoke, "Nice thinking."
"I'm a man with the plan. Though we should still call some people down here and warn them to properly path the pier up." Spidermonkey suggested.
"Agreed. And I think we should discuss something else." Fey raised a brow if they were visible.
"Uh, right." Spidermonkey said sheepishly.
Soon they put word as a construction crew was called to properly repair the pier while Lincoln and Fey watched from a shops roof on the pier.
"They got their work cut out for it." Lincoln said.
"Especially after what you led Singe to do." Fey reminded him.
"Hey, flattening the creep is how it's done. It's like a must." Lincoln argued.
"Right," she replied dryly, "So, Lincoln's your name, is it?"
"Yeah, that's right. You really weren't supposed to see me change back." Lincoln said still feel embarrassed.
"And yet I did."
"Yeah, now you know," Lincoln sighed, "So what's gonna happen now?"
Fey answered with a smile, "Now I share my secret with you."
"What?" he did a double take.
"I know who you really are so now you should know me as well. That way there are no secrets between us," Fey explained before concentrating and Lincoln gasped as she became Tia, "Hi, Lincoln."
"Tia?!" he asked in disbelief.
"Surprise." she said dramatically.
"I-How-What?!"
"I know it's a lot to process believe me I'm still trying to wrap around your secret myself."
"So you're really an anodite?" Lincoln asked.
"Half, on my mom's side. My dad's human. They fell in love and I was the result of it."
"That's incredible." he admitted.
"And it's true," Tia assured, "But what about you? Those two aliens and those others that appeared before are all you?"
"That's right. All thanks to this." he showed her the Omnitrix.
"So it is true," Tia marveled, "The legendary Omnitrix is real."
"It sure is. I even met the creator of it."
"Wow." she gasped in awe.
"So now that we know the truth, what do we do now?" Lincoln asked.
"I don't see how this changes anything," Tia replied, "We both want to protect this town, so why should knowing each others identities matter?"
"Fair point," Lincoln admitted, "And listen, sorry the date turned into a big fight against an alien hunter."
Tia smiled, "There's nothing to apologize for, Lincoln. In the end it all worked out. And now we don't have to hide who we are anymore."
"Right." Lincoln agreed.
"So anyone else know your secret?"
"Only my family, my best friends, and a fair few others. But they've sworn to secrecy." he assured them.
"And so do I." Tia promised.
Lincoln smiled, "And yours with me too."
Tia hugged him, "Thank you, Lincoln."
"No problem. So any chance we could do this again? Minus the whole fighting crazy hunter part?" Lincoln asked curiously.
In response Tia kissed Lincoln's lips taking him by surprise, and yet he returned it. When they parted the girl answered, "I'd love that."
Lincoln blushed but smiled nonetheless before thinking, "Awesome!'
Later on, at the Loud House, the parents and kids were about to enjoy dinner, until they heard the door open, "I'm back!"
"Lincoln?" the Louds asked as they saw him enter.
"You're back early." Lynn noted.
"What about your date?" Rita asked curiously.
"Did it not go well?" Lucy asked in concern.
"We're sorry, son." Lynn Sr. said sympathizing.
"No, guys it went fine for the most part." he admitted.
"What do you mean by that?" Lana asked.
"I'll explain later, but first I'd like to introduce you to someone," Lincoln began, as he stepped out of the way revealing Tia, "Everyone, this is Tia. Tia, this is some of my family."
"Hello, everyone." Tia waved shyly.
At that moments the Louds got up and raced over to meet her, "It's so nice to meet you, Tia. I'm Lincoln's mother; Rita."
"And I'm his dad, Lynn Sr. And our daughters..."
"I know. Lincoln mentioned them. Lynn, Lucy, Lana, Lola, Lisa, and Lily."
"Correct." Lisa confirmed.
"Is dinner still open, because I'm starving." Lincoln said.
"Yeah, we weren't able to finish our food back there." Tia added.
"Why's that?" Lily asked.
"We'll explain everything." Lincoln said, as his family brought Tia to the dinner table eager to get to know her which made Lincoln happy they were so welcoming of her.
That night at the pier, the workers who were working on repairing the damage caused by Singe were ready to take off for the night, as the debris that still under it. Suddenly the debris started shaking as Singe's hand started reaching own from under it.
While up in the Stinger Mothership Waspella was speaking to Hornitor who delivered news of Singe's failure.
"I knew I should've have sprung that fool out!" the queen buzzed.
"I agree, your highness. I thought he wasn't cut out for it wither." Hornitor kissed up to her.
"I have been a patient queen, Hornitor, but my patience is running out. I think it's time I met with Lincoln Loud myself." she buzzingly laughed.
(And so now Lincoln and Tia know the truth about each other, and are closer than before. But now Waspella will be looking to give Lincoln a greeting of her own. See you all next time.)
