Here's chapter 4 everyone! In this chapter we'll be getting an Ultra kaiju, which will be the first of many that Titan will face. Not to mention this is a big moment for the story itself and I'm sure a lot of you know what I'd be referring to:

So this is all in all gonna be fun.

(Also, I finally received aid from a friend who helped me finally finish this chapter, so big shout out to gabeherndon308 for contributing.)

Chapter 4

Awakening of the Molten Iron Bladed Demon

(Op. Digimon Rearise "The Future is Now/Time Leap)

As the opening starts at a fast pace, we see the silhouettes of three different giants passing. Afterwards we see a fourth and final silhouette of a giant standing in front of the massive crystal just as the title Ultraman Luster appears.

Yume wa sameta. Machi ga mieta

At the beginning we see Kaiden emerging out of the door with his cousin Jeanne coming right up from behind him, surprising the teen a whole bunch making her laugh at his reaction as a The crystal shard was seen flying past them.

Ashibaya ni kumo ga sora wo nagareta

We now see Iliana standing in the middle of a park watching children play, reminiscing the times she'd play with her father as a ghostly image of her Corus armor being seen.

Yume janai sa" Kikoeta ki ga shita

Next, we see Lance running alongside the road vaguely remembering his father as a ghostly apparition of his armor, the Magnus is seen.

Genjitsu wa sukoshi kawari hajimeteita

Now we see Octus in his human disguise as Newton observing the people around him before taking on his adult disguise just as it briefly glitches revealing his true form for a split second.

Monokuromu no e ni himeta iro ga

A flash of darkness is seen showing the ruined planet of Galaluna showing Modula and his vast armory of Mutraddi under his control before we see a dark cloaked figure and a pair of glowing yellowish green eyes above the said figure.

Kioku wo taguru ito ni naru Daijoubu, mada susumeru yo tte

We see the three off-worlders forming into Titan and from nearby we see Kaiden running forward bringing out the Esper-Grazer inserting the Luster input into the top of the Soul Converter before holding it out coating him in light.

Tsubasa wo hirogeta

For a brief moment we once again see the silhouettes of the three giants from the start just as the light died down and Luster in his Brilliant type form was seen running alongside Titan going into battle against a whole horde of Mutradii, and kaiju, firing off a series of energy attacks taking out a few of them.

Mirai wo saa mi ni ikou, Kako mo kaeteku mirai wo

After kicking away a Hellberus Luster changes colors going red into his Might Type form creating two energy blades from his wrist running by a Kelbim and Gue Basser causing them to explode while Titan creates a bow and fires off an arrow hitting a Birdon before it countered the punch of a Red King with a punch of its own.

Itsuka kitto wakaru nda, Sono mirai wa ima nan da

Next we see Luster changing his colors into a bluish green color, shifting into his Indigenous Type form and teleported creating a swirl of energy right between his hands to blast away a bunch of Muttradi with ease while Titan leapt up into the air throwing down a spear that impaled Galactron Mk2 causing it to explode before it's seen standing back to back with Luster back in his Brilliant Type form.

Hikari wo sagashi ni yukou Kage wo utsushidasu hikari wo

We now change to show Solomon and a masked woman standing in front of their G3 logo followed by General Steel and his troops seen saluting.

Itsuka kimi ga nagashita, Ano namida ga ima boku wo tsukiugokasu yo

Suddenly we see the masked woman without her mask reaching her hand out to a figure who had his body coated in light that quickly dissipates now revealing her and Kaiden standing across from one another as the same crystal flying over them along with Luster's upper body seen above them both.

Chorus(Oh, Oh, Oh.)

We quickly see Ilana and her Corus armor, followed by Lance and his Magnus Armor followed by Octus and his human disguises.

Chorus(Oh, Oh, Oh.)

Next, we see supporting characters like Jeanne, an alien child, Solomon and the Mysterious Masked woman.

Chorus(Oh, Oh, Oh.)

Afterwards we see Kaiden walking and as he did we see each of the three giant silhouettes appear one at a time right next to Luster's many forms, Brilliant, Might & Indigenous. Behind him were Lance, Octus and Ilana, the silhouette of Titan appearing behind them.

Sono egao ga ima boku wo tsukiugokasu yo

As the song finally ends, we see the group composed of Kaiden, Jeanne, a young alien, Iliana, Lance & Octus all gathered around holding a crystal in the middle glancing up at the skies just as we see the necklace holding the crystal dangle down.

Opening done.

As of the moment G3's base comes into view where Solomon was watching footage showing Ultraman Luster facing off against Hidoi. A few examples included the giant of light using his hand slashes, and a few other attacks. Not to mention his Radiance Surge which ended the water kaiju's life.

Standing right next to him was Celestine. "For seventeen years we thought that Ultraman Luster was gone. Now he's returned." The masked woman noted.

"That he has, but is not alone." More video starts playing showing Titan facing off against the Metal Hydra before swapping over to it fighting with Luster. "This robot, it appears at the exact same time as Jingoku. Then not to long after another monster came from space."

"Are you suggesting their is a connection?" Celestine questioned. "Because that is possible."

"The footage we secured from the mall shortly after Metal Hydra shows us that they are. That cannot be a coincidence."

"Are you close to identifying these people?"

"Yes sir."

"Good. Now onto our question, the creature we dubbed as Hidoi. How was that monster undetected for so long?"

"My only theory is that mostly likely it's been in hibernation deep within the earths ocean. In the explored depths we have to touch. If that is the case, then I suggest we double our efforts on securing a look out in our oceans."

"Not just the oceans, everywhere, we can't risk or ignore any more possible creatures we've yet to know about."

"Actually, there's something else as well." Typing on her pad the screen in front of them shows what appears to be a large hole in a desert, the most noticeable thing that stood it was the amount of scorch marks there were in the sand.

"Not too long ago, we've detected movement. Another monster has emerged."

"Which location?"

"That's just it Sir. It's not from any other known locations. Which means we overlooked a monster."

"Where did it emerge from Celestine?"

A map came into view showing a beeping dot. Generally, he was surprised but his it behind his demeanor. "Egypt? We've scanned and surveyed the country countless times. We only found one large life signal, and that was Golza. But Ultraman Luster killed it years ago." We see a picture of an armor-plated dinosaur like Kaiju and its information displayed right next to it.

"Yes, that's all correct, but evidently we missed this one. As for why it emerged, I have a good feeling." Now on the screen we see Metal Hydra. "My theory is when this cyborg, Metal Hydra landed by the pyramids, the Kaiju itself was still in hibernation."

Solomon put a hand underneath his chin. "Could it be possible that the unusual high levels of energy emitting from the creature cause the monster to awaken?"

"Most likely." Celestine nodded.

"Have you been able to track its movements?"

"As of right now, no. But a small nuclear plant right near the coast was attacked. A team was sent there, but the place was destroyed we were lucky enough to extract video evidence of what happened."

Security footage was uploaded to screen in front of them. The sounds of alarms blaring was heard, people were seen running and screaming. Loud footsteps were also heard in the background making the ground shake. It was then they saw the awakened Kaiju.

Although they didn't get a clear visual of the Kaiju they could make out reptilian features. Also it's roared that sounded like a mixture of cackling and laughing. Afterwards they saw orange glows coming from spikes on its back before unleashing a stream of fire obliterating whatever and whoever was less fortunate to get caught in its breath attack.

"Any survivors?" Solomon questioned.

"Unfortunately, not everyone survived the attack. But, when bravo team arrived on scene, there were no traces of radiation left. Absolutely none at all."

"That means we're dealing with a creature that feasts on radiation."

"Yes, and it's most likely that I'll seek out more of it. While this creature most of the time travels on and through land...it's not going to." She brought up a holographic map.

"It's going towards any close source of radiation." Solomon noted now understanding what was happening. "Do

"As of right now, no. Also, the creature has been named, Demaaga."

It's been well over two weeks since the incident happened and Kaiden was pondering in thought. He was staring down at the drawings that he made, two of them showing Luster and Emirror and the other two giants.

"Luster...what's the story with the other three? What's there story? How are they tied in with you?"

As he was lost in thought from the right Jeanne peaked over humming with interest. "What are you doing?"

"Whoa!" Kaiden was so focused on his thinking that he was startled by his cousin's presence. "What are you doing?"

"I was just checking in on you." The red head replied with a bit of sarcasm in her voice before smirking. "You were totally zoned out!" She exclaimed pointing at him.

"No, I wasn't."

"Huh?" She leaned towards him. "Oh yeah then what was this face?" She imitated the same look he was making earlier before laughing. "C'mon cousin, why are you so serious for?"

"I was just thinking, that's all."

"It wouldn't have to do with questioning the identities of the other two giants, would it?"

"And what if it is?"

Jeanne groaned a bit. "C'mon you've been doing that for the last couple of days give yourself a break. Besides if you want the answers why not look at your device thingy?"

"It's called the Esper-Grazer." Kaiden corrected her while she shrugged her shoulders.

"Whatever, you know what I mean." Kaiden brought out the said device looking down at it. "Have you ever tried to, I don't know crack it open?"

"What are you nuts!?" He looked to his cousin as if she'd lost it. "We don't know what would happen if we did that!"

"Yep, that's true." Jeanne admitted. "Ok, smart guy so what are your thoughts on it?"

"My thoughts?"

"Yeah, I want to know. C'mon, tell me-tell me!" The red head said eagerly.

Kaiden looked down to it. "...Maybe, the others are just waiting for the right time..."

"The right time?" She tilted her head in confusion. "No offense Kaiden, but it's just a piece of machinery. That's possibly made from another and entirely different world. Possibly another universe too."

"That much is obvious...But, I don't know what it is, but I feel bonded to this..."

"You're bonded?"

"Yeah..."

She gained a teasing smirk. "Ok so if your bonded, how come you left it here?"

Kaiden gained an look of annoyance rolling his eyes. "Oh, come on! You gonna hang that one over me?"

"You bet I am!" Jeanne exclaimed. "Don't you know superhero rules one-o-one? Never leave the important stuff at home. Bout gave me a heart attack with everything that was going on." She then paused before speaking again. "Also, not to long ago you told me something else...Aside from your secret...your not the only one hiding something right?"

Kaiden sighed not to long ago he told her something that he neglected to tell her earlier right around when his powers first came up. "You mean the fact that our neighbors are Titan? What about it?"

"What do you think the whole story is? I mean, they show up, then a kaiju from space appears. Then days later you turn into Ultraman Luster and fight another kaiju that came from our very ocean. Doesn't that seem like an odd coincidence to you?"

"Honestly at this stage of the game, No idea, and no clue." Kaiden shrugged his shoulders in response. "The only thing that comes to mind is that, I heard them say that their hiding...also...when I was at the mall. Lance and Ilana were on touchy subjects about home..."

"There's something their though..." Jeanne pointed out.

"Oh defiantly."

"Kaiden what's the matter?"

"Jeanne...I've been thinking of coming clean to them..."

"Why?"

"Let's be honest, do we even know what their intentions are? Because we don't, if they know something than it's gotta be important."

"Kaiden, I get what you mean and where you're coming from. But I think we should at least here what they have to say before plotting our next move." The red head suggested. "Just in case, really hope it doesn't come to that though...I like them."

"Me too."

Elsewhere in the Pacific Ocean we see a military cargo ship. On board were all sorts of different weaponry, from guns, tanks, all sort of heavy artillery even a few special things that stood out. Its destination, Sherman Illinois. Ever since the series of monsters began to appear in the city, the government was sending as much support that they thought was necessary including a few special prototypes that have yet to be used in the field of combat.

Currently at the monitoring deck someone was eating a sandwich watching a cheap cartoon. Already one ship had made it, and this would be the second and final supply ship. At least until the government granted them more.

On the main control deck, we could see someone eating from a box full of crackers watching some sort of cheap cartoon. He was put on watch duty making sure they remained on course. However, his line of thought was cut because the marine radar started to go off. "Hmm?" This had his full attention. Walking towards it he saw a large dot.

Seeing this, he reached for the phone without hesitation. Within minutes the alarms started going off, and the crew started scrambling for safety bracing for whatever was gonna happen.

Right then the captain came upon deck. "What's the matter?" He questioned noticing the radar and the large dot. "What is that? A whale?"

"No, sir...it's too big..." The navigator answered. "Object is approaching rapidly. Distance, 400."

The captain reached for the radio to speak to the crew. "Abandon ship! I repeat abandon ship! Man the lifeboats!"

"Sir the objects distance, 240, it's coming right towards us!"

"Everyone brace for impact!"

Through the halls of the ships everyone did just that and then all of the sudden the whole entire boat shook something had crashed right into it. Many stumbled losing their balance but after a few second the ship straightened itself out. All of the sudden a cackling noise was heard?

"Over there!" The second in command pointed out passing the captain binoculars he was using. "Left flank over there!"

The creature that emerged out of the water was the very same Kaiju that had awakened. It was dinosaur like with a blackish gray body, including a bright yellow head crest. On the back of its body were metal spike like plates.

(Demaaga The Molten Iron Monster)

The monster emitted its cackling roar and with its target insight, its chest area and the spikes on it's back started to glow bright orange. The very crew on board were at its mercy.

Hours later at the brink of dawn

Location: Sherman Illinois Military Base

We see a tall muscular man with a large gray mustache, in his middle to late fifties wearing an army uniform. In spite of his age, this man was in real good tip top shape. He had sharp eyes showing signs of experience. Everything he's witnessed over the years hardened him into the man he was today. A loyal and dedicated veteran, tough, stubborn, by the books and a stickler for military discipline. He embodies the idea that if your enemy carries a stick, you should carry a bigger one.

His name was Julius Steel, a high ranking general in the U.S military.

All of the soldiers stationed at Sherman Illinois, was under tongue guy's command. That meant he was the same one who ordered the tanks to blast at Titan even though it had stopped the fire monster that left a big hole weeks ago. He was even gonna do the same to Ultraman, but because of the fighting and the giant of light flying off he didn't get that chance.

19 years ago, when he first heard of the reports of a giant fighting monsters that popped around all over the globe. He dismissed the rumors; he didn't believe a single word whatsoever. That was until he saw Ultraman Luster himself. In those early years, he and a unit were sent intercept a kaiju that resembled that of a large beetle walking upright, while they did some damage it turned out the creature had magnetic abilities.

Tanks were demolished, and they were running low on options on how to counterattack the thing as it had a tendency of burrowing underground. When it did appear, it ambushed them and just in the nick of time that giant emerged. It did a lot more damage to that bug then they ever did. That was his first encounter, the second encounter was when a giant bird emerged out a volcano from a in the Hawaii. Third time, Luster tangled with a weird looking fish in the Pacific Ocean.

If he had to recount how many times he seen it in the past, before Luster disappeared. Probably at least ten times. Julius wasn't there during the giants last battle, but afterwards. Everything just stopped, a kaiju did appear every now and then, but only in the span of four years. Later on they decreased, and many of them were in hibernation. While the entire globe upgraded their arsenal to counter the monsters

"General!"

"Hmm?" Lucious turned to see one of his soldier rushing up to him. "What's the rush soldier?"

"We just got notification from the Coast Guard. Approximately 12:11 P:M last night one of the military Cargo ships transporting weaponry on route to here was just sunk."

The old general frowned knowing what the cause of it was. "Kaiju...Is the Navy gonna go after it?"

"No sir, but there tracking its movements and there estimating that's on its way here. Most likely they'll intercept it, however were still awaiting updates from HQ. "

Lucious stroked his chin going into thought. "Alright, get the men gathered up right now. And I mean everyone.

"Yes sir." The soldier saluted before rushing off leaving the old general with a frown. This was the opportunity he needed to redeem himself and his soldiers to the eyes of the public. To show the men and woman fighting to protect their country was more than enough needed. They didn't need help from a giant robot, and especially aid from Ultraman.

The next day at school was going by rather quickly. Lunch time had arrived, we see Kaiden and Jeanne hanging out with their friends. However, the red head among them groaned putting a hand underneath her chin playing with her food while Lance and her cousin ate, and Newton was reading a book.

Kaiden looks at Jeanne. "What's with you today?" He asked.

Jeanne then turned to him. "I just feel bored all of a sudden." She said. "Also, I swear geometry is not my friend..."

"It's not really that difficult to understand the study of the properties and relations of points, lines, surfaces, solids, and higher dimensional analogs." Newton commented.

"Not all of are as smart as you Newton." Jeanne with a hint of sarcasm eating her lunch. At the same time Ilana came running over to them with her tray. As usual she was wearing another set of clothes. This time being a white shirt with a yellow arrow like neck accessory with five points behind it. This also included a long yellow skirt that had a pattern of darker yellow decorated with a few circles finished off with matching high heels.

(Note: This is the same outfit she had on during the end of episode 4.)

"Sorry I'm late..." She looked over to Jean. "What's wrong?"

"She's battling the one class she hates." Kaiden answered for her.

"Geometry." As did Newton. "Again, not difficult once you have a grasp."

"And I don't care...I hate it..." She retorted back glancing over to Ilana. "Hey girl, how's the day been treating you so far?"

Jeanne beamed up, proud and jealous at the same time. "Good for you! Just hope you make something good when you get there."

Ilana smiled at that. "Thank you. So how are you and Kaiden doing today?" She asked.

Jeanne then simply replied "Same old."

"How about you Lance how is your day?"

Lance replied "It's alright at least"

Kaiden then was thinking about how he was Ultraman when he first met Titan and saved them from the gigantic robot kaiju but decided to push it aside for now and focus on another topic.

"Well for me, I've been studying hard for science with Jeanne, on like chemistry regarding water quiz."

"In my case I got history coming up." Kaiden commented. "I don't mind it, but really wish I didn't get stuck with some of the other guys as a partner who wants me to do it for them."

Jeanne then patted him on the shoulder, "Aw I'm sure you don't think that they're just trying to study hard is all. I'm sure that Newton wouldn't mind in helping you out in your water quiz, right?"

"I don't mind." Newton answered but kept his focus on the book he was reading.

She turned over to her larger friend who was still reading the book and not eating. He was still reading it, so naturally this drew her curiosity. "Newton? What are you reading?"

"Just, something very interesting regarding kaiju." The large, specked teen answered.

"Hmm?" Jeanne noticed something. "Hey, Newton can I see that?" He obliged and she read the title: "Into The Mind of Monsters. Hey, Kaiden check it out, he's reading one of your mom's books."

"One of his mom's books?" Ilana questioned in curiosity taking it out of Jeanne's hands reading who the author was. She also saw a picture of a beautiful woman with long black hair and dark blue colored eyes. She was wearing a sharply dressed dark red suit. Underneath the photo was her name. "Kari Tamashi. This is your mother?" Ilana tapped the woman's picture with Kaiden nodding.

"Yeah, that's her." Lance took the book with some interest. He wasn't one for books but, this caught him by surprise, so naturally he was curious as the princess he was sworn to protect.

"What is this book supposed to be even about?"

"Kaijuology." Newton answered as Lance opened the book which showed a few small photos of monsters that Luster had faced in the past. "Basically, it's the study of the giant creatures that live on Earth itself."

"That's a thing?" Lance raised an eyebrow. Even on Galaluna they never had such a thing. Sure, there were a handful of scientists who studied some of the life of Mutrad, but he never paid any mind to that since he'd killed quite a few and lost a few friends because of those things. Since the fall of their home world, his bitterness towards the Mutraddi grew even more.

"Indeed, it is..." Newton took the book back and continued reading where he left off. "Even though a lot of people are fearful, there's some who find them to be fascinating. Which makes sense, scientists want to learn all they can which helps society understand what they can't Kaiju are no exception. I've been studying Kari Tamashi's work, it's very fascinating. An early graduate from Yale University, she earned her degree in biology at the age of twenty-two. Then shortly after the kaiju appeared, she was first one to study them. She's one of the few world's most brilliant and leading mind on Kaiju research."

"That's really impressive." Ilana admitted. "You must be proud of her."

"I am, but eh..." Kaiden was having a hard time finding the right words, so Jeanne stepped in.

"There's a big shadow placed over him. Every once in a while, one of his mothers' fans try to ask him if they'd be able to meet her."

"Yeah, but the only problem with that is she's always busy with work. Like she is now."

"What is she like?" Ilana now wanted to know more about his mother.

"She's quiet most, and pretty straight forward. Most of the time when she's home, she's always in her studies. Only came out when it was to get her coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner occasional deserts and using the restroom."

"At least she showers..." Jeanne chimed in and noticed the flat look her cousin was giving her. "Sorry."

"Aside from that, she takes a break every now and then. Just not, as much as I'd like her too. Even as a little kid, but she always managed to make time for me."

Ilana looked surprised, "I had never thought that there would a study for kaiju, even after all the damages they done."

Kaiden then shrugged, "Well when things you see are new and undefined by science or human nature, you tend to look into it and see what's next."

"Indeed, it is..." Newton took the book back and continued reading where he left off. "Even though a lot of people are fearful, there's some who find them to be fascinating. Which makes sense, scientists want to learn all they can which helps society understand what they can't Kaiju are no exception. "I've been studying Kari Tamashi's work, it's very fascinating. "Aside from that, she takes a break every now and then. Just not, as much as I'd like her too. Even as a little kid, but she always managed to make time for me."

Ilana then looked a little sympathetic and then smiled, "Well, at least she still sees you and she's there for you."

Kaiden the simply replied, "Yeah she sure does."

"But...I can understand that her position is important..."

Kaiden looked away, "Understandable."

Jeanne looked at her cousin, decided to change the subject, "So anyway, have you all ever read up on Ultraman himself when he first defended the earth many times before?"

"No, I'm afraid we haven't."

"I've read up that actually." Newton chimed in. "It was 19 years ago when a kaiju codenamed EX Gomora. It was in Los Angeles. The military tried to deal with the creature for three months. But they failed, and over time it evolved into something much stronger than they anticipated. They all document that event really well."

Kaiden and Jeanne blinked in surprise not expecting here these trivial facts from him.

Kaiden the said, "Huh, how about that"

"Yeah surprising" Jeanne added.

Even Ilana and Lance were surprised as Newton kept the information coming. "I've read up on other fights, such as Gyeron over in Germany, Chandlar in Mexico, Kingstron in China, Birdon in Hawaii, and Meruchi in the Pacific Ocean. Each one of those reports have fascinating fights, and the numerous amounts of people thankful for his aid."

Ilana looked at them in awe, "Wow I never knew there were this many different kinds..."

"You'd be surprised, there are countless others out there." Jeanne commented. "In the span of 19 years we've found fossil evidence, and all sorts of ancient legends. They've been here alongside humanity."

Lance was caught off guard, "So they were here long before? How many exactly?"

"We don't know." Kaiden replied going into thought. "In total, we were taught that Ultraman Luster defeated well over 50 monsters before his disappearance. Experts speculate that of course where there's one there's always a few more. So, we don't know how many there are."

"Plus, some of them came from space." Jeanne chimed in. "Along with their owners, and the visitors from other worlds."

Ilana and Lance exclaimed "50?!" Even Octus, who is reading raised his head up, a little surprised.

"That's the number." Jeanne replied. "There's also been stories where a few almost killed him...But probably more, we don't know."

Ilana looked as she was trying to process all of this, "To think that he defeated over 50 of these creatures."

Even Lance felt a little respect for this hero that fought against the monsters. "So, what else can you tell us about Ultraman himself?"

"Nothing really much just only the accounts told by the people who've witnessed his battles." Newton answered recounting what he knew. "Also, something else, I hear everyone saying something that he supposedly changes colors."

"Changes colors?" Lance asked.

"Ah I know what you're talking about." Jeanne chimed in. "Luster has three different forms. At least that's what those online all seem to agree."

"Three forms?" Ilana then asked.

"Yeah..." She picked out her phone and played the video which showed Lusters fight against Hidoi. "This is his basic form; he has two others. One orange and red, while the other is greenish blue."

"Fascinating" Ilana said, amazed.

"What's more is that they each have different abilities. We've tried our best to understand them. But not so much luck because he keeps giving us all surprises." The red head chuckled. "And ironic, even after all those years he still does."

"What abilities are they?"

Jeanne shrugged in response. "I have no idea."

The bell then rang, indicating that lunch was over immediately the red head groaned. "Oh no...Kaiden can we swap classes?"

Her cousin put a hand on her shoulder before replying. "Sorry, but no." He walked off much to her annoyance.

"You traitor!" She tried to go after him, but he was already out the door.

As they were going Lance glanced over to Kaiden, even though he didn't want to admit it, but for once it was nice to know that both he and neighbor at least had a few things in common. However, it was much more than he bargained for.

We change back to the military base where Julius had just finished assembling all of those under his command. He was about to give off a big speech, but then his secondhand man came to him with more crucial information.

"Sir, we just got an update, the naval forces that tried to intercept the kaiju have been sunk."

"Well, that's not good to hear." The old commented. "Give me an update, details."

"The creature is on route to the city. ETA 1600 hours at best, tops."

"Alright, you heard him." The general stood at attention to the soldiers that were under his command. "We got ourselves a monster on the way, so we need to take it out to minimize damage quickly as possible. We'll have three units to intercept it. While we do so, those that remain here at the base will prep up the new weapons in our arsenal. Any questions?"

One soldier raised up his hand. "Speak up soldier."

"Sir, shouldn't we evacuate the civilians? Also what if Ultraman Luster and Titan show up?"

"You leave the worrying to me..." Lucious frowned in response walking up to the one brave enough to ask him that question. "Furthermore, you just follow orders. If you got any doubts on those two so called 'protectors' then leave now...Same goes for anyone else! Understood!?"

"Yes sir!"

"Move out now! We need to get the civi's out of the line of fire." He starts making his way to his own personal tank. "Because we're going to show this monster who's boss!"

Hours later school had now ended for the day, when it was done, both Kaiden and Jeanne bid farewell to their friends. Although they could've taken the bus, they decided not to since they needed to stop by somewhere and grab a few essentials for the house.

"Remind me why we're doing this again?"

"Because were low on stuff and we need to get it." Jeanne answered. "Don't worry it won't be a whole bunch of things."

"That's kind of what you said last time, and the previous time before." Kaiden pointed out.

Jeanne shrugged, "Hey I lost track."

Kaiden on the other hand sighed in defeat. "Whatever..." Sometimes she was hopeless.

Then they went ahead to the store, for the things that they needed, which wasn't far from where they're heading.

Heck they just finished up and they each carried two full bags. "And there we go, all set."

"This is more than just a couple few things." Kaiden commented to his cousin.

"You can never be too careful you know."

"Uh-huh..." He wasn't buying it.

...p...

The two of them finally arrived back home putting the bags on the table, sort them out, and place them all in the kitchen. While putting the stuff where they belonged Jeanne glanced over to her cousin before resuming what she was doing.

"Ok spill it what the hecks going on?" Jeanne questioned as they started to put the stuff away.

"What?" Kaiden wasn't following while he was doing the same.

"I've seen the way you been acting all of a sudden. So don't try to hide it."

"I'm not..."

"Yes, you are."

Kaiden groaned in annoyance. "No, I'm not..."

"I can do this all day if I need to."

"Alright! Alright!" Kaiden admitted in defeat stopping and putting his hands up. "Fine..."

Jeanne turned around to address this issue. "So, what's on the mind?"

"Can you be honest with me on this one?" Kaiden sounded very hesitant at this request.

"Honest on what?" Jeanne raised an eyebrow.

Kaiden brought up what was bugging him. "Do...Do you honestly think or believe that...It was an accident?"

"What accident?"

"You know..." He rubbed the back of his neck.

"For you being Ultraman?"

At first hesitant to answer, but he did anyways. "Yeah."

She grabbed a nearby chair and sat down perplexed to hear this. "Why would you think that?"

"I don't know..." Kaiden shrugged in response. "I just do...You're not even curious in the slightest?"

"I'm not sure if I am curious, but I don't believe that it really was an accident if you did find that device that made you Ultraman."

"Jeanne, I didn't find it...You know that..." Speaking of that said device, Kaiden pulled out the Soul Converter. "This thing came to me when I gave those giants my answer..."

"Then there you have it, it's no accident if you gave them your answer in taking the mantle of Ultraman."

"Yeah, but honestly, it was like a heat of the moment thing..."

"Well, whether heat or the moment or not, it's your choice." She said bluntly. "And that choice was not an accident."

"How do you not know that? Don't just say that because were family and you're trying not to make me think otherwise."

"Hey, I'm not the one forcing you to choose, it's your choice, and it's that it's destiny that made you be Ultraman or whatever superhero cliches." She shrugged "But I'm not gonna sugarcoat it or anything."

"You know that I don't believe in destiny Jeanne."

"Then why exactly do you think that being Ultraman is a bad accident when you know yourself that it ain't?"

"Because a part of me feels that it could've been someone else besides me. Someone who could do better." Kaiden shook his head.

"And you think that there can be someone else better, when it probably takes a long lifetime and by the time that happens, chaos and anarchy would have already start coming in, so if you really quit now, then you probably be throwing away everything that Ultraman believed in."

"We don't even know Ultraman personally. We all think that we do, but in the end we know nothing. Because seventeen years later, he shows up again and i'm caught up in the middle of it? How does that make sense to you?"

"Your right it doesn't, but still, maybe something chose you to take the mantle, to be someone to rise against the odds, and protect those who can't protect themselves."

"I don't feel that way..."

"Then what do you call fighting against that second kaiju that appeared and you stepping in to fight it and becoming Ultraman for the first time?"

"I just wanted...it all to stop..."

She stood up walking over to him. "Well you did make it stop, by making a difference, and being the hero from seventeen years ago and give the world hope."

"I'm just one person, Jeanne..."

"Attention citizens of Sherman Illinois, please head to any nearby emergency shelter immediately! This is not a drill! I repeat, this is not a drill! Another monster is coming!" The announcer said before repeating it for a second time.

"Another kaiju.." The red head breathed before turning to look at her cousin. "So, what are gonna do cuz? Run or fight?"

Kaiden sighed grabbing the Soul-Converter giving her the answer.

Jeanne then smiled inside and out, knowing that he made the right choice. "Be careful..."

Overheard her, he whispered, "I know..."

While everyone was evacuating Julius had his forces set up, they weren't holding back any punches at all they were bringing in all the fire power they had.

Inside of his personal customized tank watching the monitors showing live drone footage of his soldiers preparing for this incoming battle. "Sir were all set!" The driver of the tank informed.

"Good, all units report in!" Julius questioned.

"Green Unit in position."

"Red Unit in position."

"Blue Unit also in position."

"Alright! This monster wants a fight so we're gonna bring it one!"

"General!" One of the soldiers monitoring the screens spoke up grabbing his attention. "The mines in the waterfront just got triggered!" Julius looked at the screen and saw large spouts of water erupt in the air. These were made as warning signs to prevent anything that tried to sneak in through the water around the city.

Seeing this Julius frowned he knew it was coming. Soon enough from the front entrance of where the Jigoku met its end the water began to ripple like crazy. Everyone all watched as the water arose before it showed the monster that had finally breached, emerging from the water was Demaaga itself emitting it's cackling roar.

"There it is..." Julious grinned his eyes were now on the prize. One he was determined to win. "Blue unit prepare to fire! Green unit gets ready! Red unity standby!"

"Roger That sir." The blue units captain answered on the com. "Aiming...missiles away!"

From multiple parts of the city multiple of the said explosive weapons were fired from the back of missile trucks all of which sped towards Demaaga the Kaiju itself looked up in curiosity.

Not even having much time to react the missiles rained down on it coated it with a series of explosions while it was giving off a few of its cackling roars.

"Green unit open fire!" Steel issued out the command and all the tanks did just that aiming their guns at Demaaga who continued to walk through the continuous blasts it was enduring easily.

"Sir, Target is still advancing!"

"Tough scaly aren't ya? Continue fire! Red Unit move in!" Julius ordered making the tanks continue the assault on Demaaga all while a squadron of fighter jets closed in on it. Once within range they fired off some missiles and sped away allowing the explosive projectiles to explode on the kaiju.

But then the body and back spikes of the Kaiju began to glow orange. "General! It's getting ready to counterattack!"

The fighter leader informed Julius who grunted. "Green Unit evasive maneuvers now!"

All the tanks started to scramble while Demaaga aimed at where the blasts was coming countering with a flaming breath attack.

While many managed to get out in time only a small few weren't so lucky. Fight jets flew in beginning their aerial assault blasting Demaaga passing by it.

"Keep up the heat on our end!" Julius shouted out. "We ain't gonna show that lizard any mercy! Keep going until it drops dead!"

At the same time while this was all going on we see Kaiden running through the streets to take a good look at Demaaga, and also catch his breath. As he did, the teen looked around to be sure no one else was around darting towards an alleyway while the kaiju unleashed another one of its breath attacks taking out a fighter jet which soared through the air crashing into a building and exploded on impact.

He took out the Sprit-Converter gazing down at it. "Please...Show me the way..." He pressed onto the back button of the device.

Inside of his inner light he proceeded to take out Lusters Memory Key and inserted it into the top of the Soul Converter.

Ultra-Soul

Ultraman Luster

Holding out the device, he pressed onto the arrow pads making the screen flash on skimming through images of other humanoid giants until he stopped at purple giant raising who was in a fighting stance. Pressing the big round button, the screen beeped.

Ultraman Emiror!

Spirit Surge! Brilliance!

Kaiden proceeded hold the Soul Converter over to the middle of his chest. "Let your spirit radiate brilliantly! Luster!" Without hesitation he hoisted it high into the air as he could and just like that he was enveloped in energy.

Ultraman Luster Brilliant Type!

(Insert Rise)

From a bright white light followed by a multicolored crystal that shatters revealing the Ultra emerge giving out a battle cry with both arms out going forward.

Back in reality Julius Steel his army kept going on their assault. The barrage of tank shells kept hitting the kaiju, however it they were only doing so much, the same with the missiles from the trucks, none of them was stopping Demaaga from advancing.

One of the soldiers says to Julius. "Sir! Our shells aren't doing anything to the target! We tried everything!"

"Keep up the pressure! Don't let up! We ain't letting that lizard pass!"

Another soldier then reported, "Sir! We've detected another bogey entering the fray! Half a mile out!"

"What!?" Julius lost focus and when he did, Demaaga charged up another breath attack the flames mowing down a few tanks in the process. "Back! Back now!" He ordered and they narrowly avoided the attack, but the gun for the tank had melted from the heat of the attack.

From the monitor he saw it got ready for another. Just as the blast was coming with Julius roaring out showing his bravery and not being afraid of death a pillar of bright energy appeared blinding him, his men and blocked the incoming fire attack but blinded them in the process forcing them to shut their eyes.

Demaaga tilted its head in confusion to the sudden source of the light and when it did a right hook greeted the Kaiju knocking it to the ground. As the light dies down, Luster's full form appears, the giant of light had just arrived in the nick of time.

While the soldiers look in awe of Ultraman himself, Julius gives Ultraman the stink eye. Through the viewing screen Luster turned giving them a nod, making Julius frown deepen growling in irritation. They had failed in their attempt to taking down this kaiju, and now there was little they could do.

Demaaga's cackling roar snapped Luster's attention back to his foe getting into his battle stance and proceeded forward to fight with the Kaiju head on in a close quarters fight. Getting into contact with one another, the street bellow cracked, Luster grabbed its arms pushing it back and threw a few hand slashes, each one exploding on impact before the ultra-rushed forward.

The molten iron monster cackled before tacking Luster bashing its side up against the ultra who stumbled back before it. It then followed up by spinning its tail sending him into a nearby building, not enough to make it crumble, however.

"Sir, should we continue? What are your orders?

"Call everyone in, and we'll be on standby waiting for one or the other to weaken themselves." Julius replied.

"Are you sure sir? I mean we could hel-"

Julius turned to the monitoring guy daring him to finish his sentence. He didn't and that was enough.

"Y-yes sir! Calling in all units!"

"We'll just wait till they tucker themselves out..." Julius grumbled as they all moved out of the area to let them fight and not lose any more soldiers in the process.

While its foe was down Demaaga started to spew out a series of fireballs at Luster who produced a small energy barrier blocking each incoming explosive flaming orbs before rushing forward. Demaaga tried to use its breath attack however Luster quickly slammed its jaws shut with both of his hands grunting at he then bashed his right fist into the side of its head.

Luster didn't stop and followed it up with a left knee up the head before shooting up to the sky. While going air borne Demaaga uses its breath attack and Luster held up both hands together before firing off his Luster Pulse a purple energy blast intercepting the kaiju's attack creating an explosion.

Then Luster jumps forward and kicks Demaaga down, where the Kaiju slams onto the ground.

Seizing the opportunity, Luster landed a few hits on it, but being what it was and because of its nature Demaaga didn't let up and rolled over getting on top of him now lunging its jaws forward.

The Kaiju then bites on his arm, making Luster scream in pain, as the kaiju then uses his jaws to slam Ultraman onto the ground.

The giant of light grabs it head and kicked the kaiju in the chest a couple of times before it let go of him. Siezing the moment Luster used both hands to grab its head and put both legs in front of its chest using the momentum to kick him over above the ultra-slamming down onto the ground right behind him.

Luster then turns around and gets into another fighting stance at the Deemaga who roars in anger.

Then charges at him, where Luster then backflips and kicks the Kaiju down. Then backflips again and lands. It stumbles back before charging forward going for a tackle, however Luster moves to the side and wraps both arms around its neck and starts to bash a fist into its face.

As he keeps bashing against the Kaijus face, spectators watch the whole thing, including three certain individuals which are Ilana Lance and Octus, with him in his Newton disguise. But then the spikes on Demaaga's back glows bright red and multiple fireballs began to shoot off from it.

Lance then jumps forward to Ilana, tackling her and keeping her head down as Octus then uses a shield to cover them from the impact with no one else watching, "Get Down!" Since Luster was right by a it a lot of the fireballs hit him exploding on impact sending him flying and ended up on the ground. Other buildings that were close by got hit as well.

Ilana and Lance both got up, with Ilana dusting herself and looking back at Ultraman in concern on his wellbeing, decided to do something. "We have to help him!"

"That would be advisable..." Newton agreed. "Because that creature has a unstable level of radiation."

"Radiation?" Lance and Ilana glanced over to him as he explained.

"Yes, as of right now, the creature's body temperature is increasing rapidly. Eventually it's going to reach the critical temperature of a nuclear meltdown. Even if Ultraman Luster defeats it, the blast radius would decimate the entire city. Generating a larger explosion than the first creature we fought."

"He doesn't know..." Ilana breathed in realization. "He doesn't know! We have to do something! Now!" As she said that they saw Demaaga making its way over to Luster. As he tried to get up, it kicked him back down and started to repeatedly stomp onto his chest.

"Engage Symbiotic Titan."

(Insert transformation sequence.)

Demaaga continued its stomping assault on Luster refusing to let up not even giving him the chance to fight back. Eventually it saw this as an opening, charging up its breath attack. Then as the kaiju was about to use its fire on the Ultra, a fist suddenly swoops in and punches the monster away from him.

Taken back by the sudden attack, the one who delivered the fist began to repeatedly throw more blows at its chest before kicking it away. As for what prevented Demaaga from attacking, it was Titan itself.

Julius was then taken back by how Titan appears! "WHAT IN TARNATION?!"

The people watched in awe as they watched the robot rush over to Ultraman offering him a hand. Naturally the giant of light was surprised to see this much less receiving aid.

But nonetheless takes the hand and helps himself up as both Luster and Titan then nod to each other and get into a fighting position against Demaaga

The onlookers cheered on to see this tag team up. But suddenly everyone stopped when they glanced over to Demaaga who was getting back up onto its feet.

Something started to happen. Its body began to glow, from flames on its arms extended out two large, curved blades, not to mention two more curving from its back pointing forward with its tail becoming a small sword. Once its transformation was complete it admitted a much more menacing cackling roar sounding much deeper than before.

(Tsugiri Demaaga The Molten Iron Monster)

Inside of Titans core both teens were shocked. "What just happened!?" Lance was the first to speak up.

"It changed?"

"Correct. The radiation in its body caused this creature to mutate." Octus answered.

Ilana then questioned. "Does it have any weaknesses?"

"Hard to say..." Octus replied not too sure that it did, but they all snapped back into the fight as Tsugiri Demaaga charged forward swinging on it's large forearm blades.

Ilana exclaimed, "Look Out!" As Titan dodged the blades while retaliating with a right hook, which the kaiju also avoided.

It swung its other blade and quickly Titan had a sword form intercepting with the incoming attack while the molten iron monster roared off again before Luster came in and kicked it from the side.

Julius then looks at the scene with disgruntlement, with how Titan enters the fray.

"Uh sir... your orders on this?"

"Just stay ready and bring in the other weapons in our arsenal." Julius ordered as they watched Titan swinging its sword down landing a blow on Tsugiri Demaaga, but because its more harder body only a scratch was left.

Luster than jumps in, using his Luster purple beam to shoot at it, only to have a little affect.

Tsugiri Demaaga swing one of its blades landing an attack on Luster forcing him to drop back to the ground. As the kaiju went for another go Titan blocked it with its own sword kicking it in the chest and began a clash of blades with the kaiju.

Lance then grunts in frustration, "This is getting us nowhere!"

"We have to keep fighting!" Ilana said as their combined body continued to face off against the kaiju before them blocked and intercepting its massive blades. "Luster has protected Earth, long before we did, so we can't afford to lose!"

Almost as if the giant heard her thoughts Luster got back put both arms shaping it into an 'L' formation firing off a quick Radiant Sure which made Tsugiri Demaaga stumble back allowing Titan to swing its weapon, in mid swing it turned into a hammer landing a clean blow onto its chest area making it stumble back even further.

Then Luster jumps and uses his lightning like reflexes to jab multiple punches across the kaiju.

Tsugiri Demaaga swung one of its forearm blades, Luster jumps to avoid it but wasn't fast enough to avoid the incoming tail swing that sent him back over along with Titan.

Then the Kaiju then starts to fire up its breath attack. The energy from its more evolved body was building up even more before unleashing a much more powerful version of its attack. Luster and Titan quickly acted each one creating their own barriers to fend off the breath attack.

However, while they were able to fend off the attack, it broke through their defenses sending both protectors flying.

While Luster landed hard, Titan barely stabilized himself as he got back into the fight until he notices that the Kaiju is glowing brighter than a nuclear reactor.

"We need to hurry; its energy is nearing critical level." Octus informed his fellow 'copilots.'

Ilana then thought of something, "What if we took it to somewhere safer, like before!"

"That could work but need to get it far away from the city as possible." Octus deduced.

"How are we supposed to do that? It's to strong for us..." Lance pointed out. "Even with Luster were having a difficult time."

Suddenly they heard a loud beeping noise. Titan looked over and saw that the white crystals on Lusters forehead were beeping and glowing red. "What's happening to him?"

"His color timer is going off."

"Color timer?"

"The people have earth have determined that Ultraman Luster can stay but can only do so through three minutes."

Ilana then said, "Then we need to hurry!" She then used Titans voiced to speak to him, "Ultraman Luster if you can hear me, we need to get the beast far away from here before its explosion devastates the city!"

Inside of his inner light, Kaiden's breathing was heavy feeling the effects of the fight. "I hear you...Ilana..." Kaiden struggled as he tried to get back up. However all the fighting was taking a toll on him and he could feel himself getting weaker as each second passed. "Dammit!...power...I need more power!"

All of the sudden an orange light coated his body. "Huh?" He was startled by this but then heard a battle cry. It came from the Soul-Grazer. The screen of the device glowed scrolling through landing on one of locked options. Revealing one of the other two giants. It was the orange and red one.

Just then he had a vision much like with Emiroror only this time we see this giant squaring off against countless foes with his great strength before raising up a hand giving off a war cry.

The vision stopped and then a name came to his head almost in an instant he didn't know why either. "Ultraman...Nidus?" He didn't know how nor understand but just like with what happened before Kaiden immediately knew his name.

Kaiden nodded. ""Ok." Holding out the Spirt Converter he pressed the big round button in the front making the screen beep.

Ultraman Nidus

Spirit Surge! Fortitude!

Kaiden swung the Spirit Converter sideways to the right as it gave off orange and red energy. "Valor of the warrior fight! Luster!" He held it up high above his head with his body becoming enveloped in energy.

Luster comes into view his body now becoming coated with the same energy as Kaiden was.

Ultraman Luster: Might Type

Back in the real world, the Kaiju then continues to glow, meaning that it only has a few more minutes before exploding, which would make Hiroshima look like a campfire.

But suddenly a large energy red energy blast was sent hurling it towards Tsugiri Demaaga so fast it didn't even have a chance to react. Not to mention it had pushed it all the way into the water of the harbor.

Titan looked over and saw that Luster's body had changed as did the colors of his body. The two purple crystal shards embedded into the front of his armor was now colored bright light red, the blue streaks on his body were gone being replaced with an orange color, while the red streaks remained. The giant of light stretched out its body stretching out feeling a new sense of strength running through him!

(Playing: The Future is Now. Digimon Rearise.)

"Luster's different now..." Lance noted in awe not expecting to see all that raw power emerge from the giant of light even as his energy was slowly beginning to fade away.

"That's because he's changed forms." Octus noted. "His energy levels are much more different than they were before."

"Amazing" Ilana said in awe.

If they thought things were cool now, Luster suddenly gave off a red light emerging from his body. They watched as the energy began to take shape. Luster extended out his right hand and grabbed it. The light died down to reveal a long-curved blade, with the body itself formed out of white crystal with red markings. This was one of Luster's weapons, Nida-Slugger.

"He can form weapons too?!" Lance said, shocked.

Luster rushed over beside Titan and gave the robot a nod holding out his blade.

"Ask questions later, we should focus." Octus advised.

Both Luster and Titan rushed towards the kaiju, with the ultra-making the first move jumping high and bringing his blade down onto the monster going past it.

An energy arc was left and this weapon left a mark on Tsugiri Demaaga, who howled out in pain. Not too far behind Titan seized the opportunity landing a hit of its own.

The Molten iron monster swung one of its blades only for Luster to blocked with his slugger. Titan even blocked the other attack. Both fighters strained before they each landed a punch on the kaiju's chest scoring a double punch making it stumble back.

Tsugiri Demaaga wouldn't relenting and continued going on the offensive, every time it swung its forearm blades the ultra and robot blocked and parried them a few times before they saw an opening doing another double attack swinging both blades down onto the kaiju's chest in an 'X' formation following it up with two joined kicks sending the kaiju tumbling into the water.

Titan then turns to Luster, "It's now or never Ultraman!" The giant of light nodded.

Just as they said that, Tsugiri Demaaga began to charge up for another breath attack. Instead of bracing for impact, Luster held out the Nida-Slugger tracing three fingers to the edge of the blade. Pressing a button in the grip the weapon began to glow bright orange. Luster didn't waist anymore time, throwing the slugger forward hurling it towards Tsugiri Demaaga which in turn sped towards the Kaiju flying above its head slicing off both tips of its back blades preventing it from using the attack from earlier.

Now that its attack was stopped, Luster caught it before gripping the edge, the weapon straightened itself out. Once again he pressed the button of the weapon three times. It was coated in three colors, red, orange and purple. Luster reeled back his hand and thrusted it outwards an energy blast was fired piercing through Tsugiri Demaaga's stomach making the kaiju howl out in pain. This was one of Might types finishers, Fortitude Pierce. Using his newfound strength, the giant of light heaved the molten iron monster up into the air!

Titan and Julius then watch as both the monsters ascend into the sky, passing through the atmosphere.

A few seconds later, they saw a large explosion erupt in the sky. This was a sign showing Tsugiri Demaaga had been defeated.

(Background music now end)

Everyone, watching the spectacle erupted into cheers knowing that the city was once again safe for now. A sense of momentary relief washed over them.

As they all celebrated Luster walked up over to Titan giving it a nod, in which the robot returned back.

Then without hesitation Luster grabbed onto Titans shoulder.

The crystals located on the giant of lights chest area glowed coating himself and Titan in energy within seconds both of them had disappeared into particles of energy. Good timing too because Julius was gonna fire off at them. However now that both of them disappeared, there was nothing he could do. The old general got out of his tank and scowled at where they were at.

"Sir? Awaiting further orders."

Julius grunted before answering. "Search the area to see if we got any wounded. Start looking for civi's in need of help."

"Sir Yes sir!"

As his troops started to work Julius slammed a fist down onto the metal frustrated that he lost his chance...again.

Luster and Titan then appear in the forest of Sherman once there the trio disengaged Titan and all three of them looked up in awe at the giant standing before them. They now just realized that he was much taller and a sight to look at. A mirror to their own except that this wasn't a machine, this was a living breathing being.

"Ultraman Luster." Ilana gasped in awe.

"He knew that destroying that monster would've left the city in ruins." Lance noted glancing up to the giant. "He's a lot smarter than he looks."

"Indeed" Octus said, while as a machine, couldn't help being in awe of the presence of the giant of light as well.

"He also teleported us away from the city...I think that means something too."

Ilana agreed, "Not only to save us from the military, but he sent us here for something, but what?"

"Maybe...to speak with us?" Lance guessed as the giant continued staring down at them.

Then something happened, as he then shines brighter. Lance and Ilana shield their eyes from the intense light within minutes the giant dispersed into energy particles. When everything died down they uncovered their eyes to see that the giant was no longer there.

"I think we already knew Ultraman Luster all along." Octus spoke up. "Unintentionally."

"What do you mean?" Ilana questioned before they heard heavy breathing and looked over to a tree to see someone up against a tree breathing heavily. But to their absolute shock, it was their classmate, friend and neighbor Kaiden!

He was in rough shape; his clothes were also covered in black smudges including a few rips. All in all this poor guy was worn out and exhausted.

Ilana gasped, "Kaiden?!" She rushed over to him while Lance was still absorbing on what was happening with Octus standing right beside him. Kaiden then barely lifts his head, as he sees Ilana rushing towards him. "Kaiden, are you alright?"

"Yeah...Just...tired..." The young man replied still feeling the fresh effects from the fight.

"Quick! Let's get you back home!"

"No...No...No not right now..." Kaiden shook his head. "No..."

"Kaiden its ok, I'm here."

"No, I'm ok, I just need to catch my breath..."

"Well at least me help you! Octus! Help me get him home!"

"No, Ilana we all need to come clean..."Kaiden said as he struggled to get up.

"And we will! But you need help! Let's get you to your house and once your rested up, then we can talk."

Ilana then helped him to Octus, who then formed a sphere around him as he then sped off, where Ilana then donned her Corus armor

"No, really, were better off out here..." Kaiden continued to persist. "I need one of you guys to call up Jeanne..."

"Call up Jeanne do it...Let her know where we are..."

"No need, we'll be taking you to your home and tell her what happened."

"That's not what I mean...I mean, we all need to have a talk away...From those who could hear us...In private."

"We know, but you need your rest when we get to your home. Cause your body is in near exhaustion after using up your strength."

"Give ma break, we just had a tough fight...Just do this for me ok?" He strains to keep his eyes open.

"Ok but you need to heal and rest yourself after that battle, then we'll talk."

Kaiden then starts to feel himself losing consciousness, as Octus in his sphere form rolls out with Ilana and Lance in their armors not far behind,

In the backyard of Kaiden's home Jeanne was currently chilling sitting in a lawn chair reading out of a magazine Octus had arrived just in sphere form carrying Kaiden inside. He'd just landed right in front of the girl unfurling as he carries Kaiden bridal style., Jeanne lowers down the reading material to see what the sound was.

Upon seeing the robot, the redhead naturally freaks out. "WHATTHEHELLISTHAT!?" However, she surprisingly and quickly snapped out of it upon seeing her cousin. "Kaiden!"

"Do not be alarmed, your cousin is safe, and I brought him here when he was near exhausted from his fight against the beast."

"Wait...That voice and body shape..." Jeanne blinked before a cartoon diagram appear above her comparing the robot she was seeing and another classmate she knew. There was no doubt. "Newton's a robot...I was always joking to myself with that...But...wow..."

Behind him, Ilana and Lance in their armors, landed behind him and powered down, revealing themselves to Jeanne.

"Oh, you two are here too..." Naturally both of them were surprised by her seemingly casual and calm reaction. "Please tell me no one followed you or anything."

Ilana simply replied, "I don't think so."

"Wait a minute hold on!" Lance spoke up. "How come you're acting fine and not freaking out?" He said this because the last time they tried to a woman by grocery store when they first arrived she screamed upon seeing them.

She just shrugged. "Hey if you see giant robots and aliens, you've seen everything." Jeanne turns around and walked inside. "Plus, you three are always hanging out together."

They then enter the house where Octus places Kaiden on the couch.

"So, you gonna tell me what happened?" Instead of letting them speak Jeanne held up a hand stopping them. "You know what never mind I know you all fought that giant monster."

Lance raised an eyebrow at what she just said. "You knew?!"

They all knew that Jeanne was a pretty chill and mellow girl, but never did they expect she was so calm and casual. She continued doing just that. "Yeah, I already knew, I found out about him before you guys did."

Which made them even more shocked. "So, anything else? Because if not then anyone wanna help me make some hot chocolate?"

Both galalunians glanced over to each other trying to be sure that this was actually happening. They figured she'd be frantic or at least something.

But they just slowly nod as she begins to go make the hot chocolate as Ilana stared at Kaiden in concern. "Aren't you at least concerned at all?" Lance questioned but she kept up what she was doing.

"No, believe me I am. This is...just how am. That's all."

"Then you know that our identities must be kept secret."

"I'm not dumb...Everyone's got secrets. Some more than others."

Ilana then spoke up keeping her gaze focused on Kaiden. "Will he be alright?"

"His body is recuperating, and his vital are stable. He'll be fine." Octus answered for her.

Ilana sighed in relief, and then turns to the Lance, Jeanne and then Octus. "So, what now?"

"I say we kick back for a little bit and wait for him to wake up." Jeanne answered before passing the two mugs filled with what she just made. "You all did well out there, so be proud of yourselves. A lot of lives were saved."

The two then started to drink their hot chocolate and wait until Kaiden would come too. Then Jeanne came with another question, "So am I to assume that the meteorite that I saw a few nights ago and the explosions that went on at the forests, were you?"

"Uh...yeah..." Ilana answered hesitantly.

Jeanne shrugged. "Hey, it's all cool, like I said, if you see one crazy thing, you've seen them all."

Hours pass by and once the city was given the all clear everyone was resuming their lives like normal. At least that's what many did, because a new age of monsters had started. But since the heat died down, this allowed the group to go to the forest and have a private meeting there.

At a small campfire we see the group now sitting around it now that both major secrets from both parties were revealed, this was a crucial moment. Now both sides were trying to figure out who should speak first. Because both of their secrets had been revealed to the other. Well, everyone except for Jeanne who roasting a few marshmallows over the fire making smores. "Anyone want one? There's plenty."

"Why exactly did you bring those?" Kaiden glanced to his cousin raising an eyebrow.

She shrugged in response not so sure herself. "They were just in there, I don't know. I haven't cleaned out the cupboard in months."

Kaiden looked a little grossed out, but decided to let it slide for now as he was about to reveal his secret, along the fact that they're 'new friends' have a secret of their own

Ilana looked a little awkward, Lance looked suspicious, and Octus, who was originally Newton, looked blank as usual, but kept his curious glance.

"Um...I don't...really honestly know what to say right now..." Kaiden admitted.

"That you lied to us the whole time." Lance spoke up.

Kaiden however was quick to defend himself on that accusation. "Look the only reason that I lied, was because to keep my identity a secret from others who would use my identity as Ultraman for exploitation! What would you have done if you were a space hero fighting giant monsters and have to keep your hero ID a secret from the public?"

"But wait, if your Luster, how come your not older?" Ilana was confused.

"Is it known that some species age slower than other physically, and mentally." Octus answered. "It is possible."

"Well, there's a problem there. I was born 17 years ago, right around the time when Ultraman Luster disappeared. So, there's like literally no way I could've been there fighting those monsters at all."

"Yeah, that doesn't add up either." Jeanne agreed with a mouthful.

"And I found this thing here so I only became the new Ultraman when the original vanished." Her cousin said as he holds up the Spirit Converter.

"Like were supposed to believe that?" Lance was still doubting him. "It just sounds to good to be true."

"I mean, for seventeen years I've been just a normal human being. I don't how or why this is happening to me at all." Kaiden said. "I'm...just as confused as you all are..."

Ilana looked sympathetic, "We understand how you feel."

"Yeah and I would never expect you guys to be aliens and you piloting that giant robot to take out those kaiju that keep raining down."

Kaiden looked over to Jeanne. "Really? You got to be so blunt about it?"

Jeanne then shrugged, "Hey if you seen giant monsters and aliens, you've seen them all."

"Ok, if what your saying is true, then how do you fight like that?" Lance continued with questions. "Because, if what we learned today is true that Ultraman Luster has fought numerous monsters then how come your able to do all that?"

"I don't know...Every time when I change...It just...all clicks together. Like I'm being put into autopilot. I don't else to describe it." Kaiden answered. "All I know is that everything started, right after Jigoku appeared and then started with Hidoi."

"Jigoku?" Ilana was confused.

"It's a name the Earthlings had given the first creature that arrived." Octus explained. "Also, Hidoi is the designated name of the sea creature he fought."

Kaiden agreed, "Yeah, like that, and every time more and more monsters and aliens arrive, from earth, space, time, or interdimensional, Ultraman always comes to the challenge to fight them. And it looks like now that this responsibility is placed on my shoulders."

"But why you?" Ilana was perplexed by all of this and still was.

"Cause from what I learned, is that it's an Ultra's duty, and it always chooses someone to take the mantle to protect those who can't protect themselves."

Kaiden scratched the back of his head. "Well, at least that's the conclusion I've came up...I think..."

Lance scowled over at him. "You think?"

"Hey, come on lay off already, ok?" Jeanne defended her cousin from Lance. "This is something major, not like a walk through the park, but something more."

Ilana then spoke on their defense, "Lance, they're right, I mean we've been lying ourselves to keep our identities secret from this planets military."

"But we have good reasons too." He shot back. "If we didn't bother to fight that creature, they would not have sent more to finish what they started."

"Lance it's a done deal, they know we're here, these people will be put in constant danger, and even if they didn't fight it, they would still send their forces to Earth."

Kaiden and Jeanne glanced at each other in confusion. "They? Who's they?" Jeanne questioned.

"What she said, and now since you know about me, what's the story with you three? Why are you on Earth to begin with?"

Silence fell upon them, Ilana looked over to Lance and then Octus before speaking up. "Because we had no choice..." Kaiden and Jeanna then leaned in close to hear what they say about their predicament.

Ilana then begins their story, "Not to long ago, our home planet Galaluna was invaded by the Mutraddi, a race of monstrous creatures from the planet Mutraad. Galaluna is so much like this world, in so many ways. But unlike here, we had a monarchy, and a very advanced military. Everything was good, everyone living in peace. But then, then the Mutraddi descended upon our planet. We've always managed to fend them off in the past, but this time it was different..."

Kaiden and Jeanne then continued to listen, fascinated and saddened that their home was taken over by evil aliens.

Lance chimed in. "The Mutraddi brought with them Mega Beasts, which should not have been possible."

Jeanne then said, "Mega Beast? They come in super sizes too?"

"Jigoku is one of them." Octus revealed. "From what we've learned from our neighboring world, Most lack intelligence of any high degree and rely on instinct and brute lethality to survive on planet Mutraad's harsh environment. It's only one of the many different species inhabiting that world."

Jeanne then spoke her thoughts, "Huh, so we got savage alien monsters, big and small inhabiting a planet that comes in all shapes and sizes, good to know, but continue on with what you were saying."

Ilana continued. "What Lance said is true, the Mutraddi had the Mega Beasts, and as he said should've not even have been possible. Our planet has many disputes with them for countless years. Somehow, they managed to do so, we were overwhelmed. And now, now were seeking refuge on Earth."

Kaiden then said, "I'm sorry to hear that, I understand of how you feel, on what it's like to lose everything that you value the most."

"Yeah...That's really heavy." Jeanne nodded. "But like Kaiden said we understand. Things aren't so perfect here on Earth. People make stupid decisions over the littlest thing, and on top of that people have lost their lives because of kaiju. We have our share of hardships. Are any other survivors out there? I mean, surely there had to be some others."

Ilana said, but looked like she was holding back tears, "I'm not sure, I'm not so sure if even my father-"

"There's still a chance he's alive." Lance gave her a sympathetic look. "We don't know, but..." He didn't know what to say.

"It's highly unlikely others escaped, King Alec used the warp gate technology to bring us here to Earth. And it's most likely that's how the creatures arrive on Earth." Octus chimed in.

Kaiden then thought of it and came to a conclusion, "Do you think it might have been either an intelligent Mutraddi or even someone on Galaluna that was forced to use it to send those creatures to Earth?"

"Either one is possible. But we don't know for certain." Octus answered.

"Well, I mean, think about it for a second, what if there was something or someone that orchestrated the whole invasion."

"Again, we don't know." Lance said. "Me and Octus's job to keep Ilana safe. She's the future of Galaluna."

"Indeed, if our world has fallen, then the people will need her."

"And she won't be alone!"

Kaiden looked to her confused, "Jeanne what are you saying?"

"I don't know I just got a little excited..." The red head shrugged. "My bad."

Ilana then smiled, "Your right, not only do we have Titan to protect the Earth and retake Galaluna, but we also have Ultraman Luster, along with you two!"

"I'm in...How about you Kaiden?" She glanced over to her cousin who was thinking. "Kaiden? You, ok?"

"Yeah...I'm just...absorbing everything, because this all happening so fast..."

Lance then became shocked and outrage, "What?! We can't have them with us! What about what you said of being in hiding?!"

"But Lance we already agreed that we needed to find Ultraman Luster and..." Ilana motions over to Kaiden. "He's right here in front of us! What happened to getting all the help we can get!?"

"We did agree on that."

Lance then looked conflicted, then decided to finally speak his mind, "Ok... your right, but I'll be keeping an eye on him in case he tries anything."

"What the heck is Kaiden gonna do?" Jeanne questioned. "He barely even hurts a fly."

Ilana then said, "Lance, just give him a chance to prove himself, they are our friends, they helped us before as we helped them."

"I know that, but I still have a duty to protect you. We can't always afford to keep our guard down."

Kaiden then speaks up, "Ok look, I understand it's your job as a soldier to keep Ilana safe, but I would never in my God honest opinion, lay a finger on her."

"Ok, I'm confused and lost now..." Jeanne spoke up. "You keep saying these things about Ilana, and I'm...Ok you know what I'm lost. Like really lost right now."

Kaiden then said, "Look what matters or not on why the Mutraddi are after Ilana can be saved another time, the most important thing we have to deal with is the Mutraddi and the kaiju, and getting you three back to Galaluna, that's my promise to you."

"What?" Ilana was taken back by this declaration.

Jeanne also says, "Yes! You saved us from that big fire monster, like how Kaiden saved you from the robot Hydra creature, so let us help you in fighting the Mutraddi and saving your planet!"

"Plus, if there's something that can do that a single planet, then that means other will be in trouble wouldn't they?"

"Yes"

Ilana smiled before walking up over to Kaiden extending out a hand giving him a smile. "Then on behalf of my people, our home of Galaluna and as its future heir. Thank you."

"Wait...Hier?" Jeanne blinked hearing that word. "Hold on...She said her father so that makes her...Wow...Ok did not expect that..."

Jeanne then says, "You're a princess?"

Kaiden absorbed this too also surprised stepping back a bit. "Wat...That means your royalty..." He sits back down trying to process this all because it was hitting him like a brick wall. "So... Not only do we have someone of importance on Earth...We got to worry about imported monsters from another planet...And practically...the fate of both worlds is stake..."

"Yeah, that's pretty much it."

"Evidently..."

"We do realize that were asking a lot, but the Mutraddi will send more monsters to Earth." Octus pointed out. "They will not stop until they've eliminated their target."

Kaiden nodded his head. "I've heard enough, any threat like that can not only harm our homes but others as well."

Ilana kneels down to his level holding out her hand in which Kaiden takes it and shakes.

"Then it's settled. We fight the evil aliens, save the Earth and Galaluna, and save the day!" They all glanced over to Jeanne who shrugged her shoulders. "What? That's what we're gonna do right? Too much?"

Kaiden then said, "Nah not too much."

Jeanne smiled hearing this and glanced up to the night sky. "I don't know why, but for some odd reason I feel more at ease. One thing is for sure, things are gonna be getting a lot busier around here."

"Sorry, we brought our troubles along with us..." Ilana apologized but Kaiden's cousin waved her off.

"Nah, think nothing of it. Were neighbors, its only natural we look out for each other. Since were now officially a team, that means we got to have each other's backs more than ever."

"Technically were not though..." Lance chimed in before receiving a raspberry from the red head.

"Boo! You just ruined the vibe! Not cool!"

"I have to agree with Jeannes logic." Octus noted.

"What did I do?"

That night, a comradery between two different races was formed. Not to mention a bond between two different protectors. There journey has only just started, and along the way, more challenges will come to test them and thier resolve.

Now replying back to reviewers

kamenrider13489: Tempting, but nah.

23debal01x2: 1. Me too. 2. Good list.

gabeherndon308: Thank you very much. Also thanks a bunch for helping me out with this chapter.

54godamora: 1. Aquos Lythirus. It's from Gundalian Invaders. I've always loved its design and thought to myself, wow, now that would make a great kaiju. I might consider using and modifying others. 2. Pretty sure I fixed those errors, but defiantly let me know if I do. But please point out the areas. 3. Oh yeah, and I hope that I'll be able to keep that feeling.

4. You guess right. 5. Your welcome, but in that department it'll mostly be Jeanne doing that, because well...I got plans for the two of them. 6. Indeed so.

7. Oh crap, did I floop on another thing in that chapter? 8. That's for damn sure, but lets face it every once in a while things happen, and this is one such example. 9. Heheheh, a bit much, but whatever floats your boat my friend. 11. I understand by what you mean, but eh, there's plenty of other examples where that happens too.10. Hope you like it.

12. Cool. 13. Nature Revival. Yes the ability to restore life to vegetation. But that ability comes from Emirrors spirit, each one has a variety of abilities. Another good example is that being with Nidas's spirit. 14. You're referring to Deemaga correct? As for more recent kaiju, like some that have appeared in Ultraman Blazar, there's a thought there. But I'm more a bit keen on using enemies that haven't appeared in a while, along with the occasional 'new originals.'

Jobro89: C1 & 3

1. Happy to hear it, because both Ultraman and Symbiotic Titan have so much in common, hell ultraman is one of the main inspirations for the show, so of course they'd fit in together.

3. That'd be a nice thought, and even though Gennedy talks about picking up where they left off like they did with Samurai Jack, I for some reason have my doubts about that to be honest. But fingers crossed.

Toa Solaric: Feelings mutual.

Pinkflamingwarriorofjustice: Sorry but not interested.

Guest#1: I did.

Guest#2: Thank you for understanding.

Guest#3: Ok I get it...

austinhodge379: I updated it last month...
