It was Christmas again, and Harry returned to 12 Grimmauld Place with Draco this time.

Their first day back Harry, Remus, and Sirius, joined by Hermione, went to visit Mr. Weasley in St. Mungo's. Draco stayed back in the house, but he sent a care package with Harry.

"Harry!" Harry was welcomed very warmly by the Weasleys.

"Thanks to you," Mrs. Weasley said before putting her hand on her husband's shoulder and looking at him lovingly, "Arthur wouldn't be here with us." She teared up.

He didn't tell anyone other than Draco that he was the snake in his dream of the Department of Mysteries.

"It doesn't mean anything." Draco said, and put a comforting hand on Harry's shoulder. "There's nothing you could've done."

The day after the hospital visit was Christmas Day. Harry woke up, it was snowing outside. He checked on Draco, who was still asleep. He checked his watch from Draco; it was still 6am. He lets Draco sleep, and goes downstairs to the living room. In front of the fireplace, on the couch, Remus and Sirius were passed out. Sirius's arm around Remus, and Remus's head against Sirius's chest, sharing the same blanket that Remus knit.

Are they…? Nah. Harry thinks to himself.

Although, thinking about it… Maybe?

Remus who seemed very adamant to move out as soon as he was done helping Sirius settle in two years ago still hasn't moved out.

Harry remembers all the times he walked into a room with the two of them in it just for them to act all weird and awkward. Could he be this oblivious?

How long has this been going on for? At least since last Christmas.

Harry simply smiled at the both of them. They seemed very peaceful.

He heads back up, but instead of going back to his room, he explores the house. Most rooms were empty, but some of them weren't. A couple of rooms were turned into guest bedrooms in case order members needed to stay the night, there was also a nursery and a library, which Harry simply knew Hermione would love. Eventually, Harry reaches the topmost floor. On that floor there are two rooms only, one of which Harry knows to be Sirius's. He's never been into the second one, though.

"Do Not Enter Without the Express Permission of Regulus Arcturus Black," the sign on the door read.

This must be Sirius's brother's room. Harry concluded that no one's been into this room in years based on the amount of dust on the door's handle and the spider nets on the corners. Harry opened the door and entered.

The walls were draped with the Slytherin colors: emerald green and silver, which reminded Harry of his dorm back at Hogwarts. Above his bed there was a Black family crest painted on the wall, and on another wall an old picture of the Slytherin quidditch team hangs.

Harry feels something pulling him towards the bed. He cannot explain it, but something inside him is buzzing, and it's taking him to the bed. He walks up to it. The bed is dusty, but is made, not slept in for years probably. Harry feels the bed, feeling it in search of something he knows is there but not what. He feels under the pillow, and he touches something hard. He grabs it and pulls it out. It's a locket.

"Harry!" A voice comes from downstairs. Remus was calling him for breakfast, probably. Harry slips the locket into his pocket and goes down to the kitchen.

When he entered the kitchen, Snape was there. Harry looked to Remus and Sirius, the latter of whom was clearly displeased by their company.

"Professor Snape wanted to see you." Remus said.

"Me?" Harry was surprised.

"Yes, Potter." Snape answered him, "I'm here on Dumbledore's orders."

Harry's last encounter with the Headmaster left much to be desired.

"Why? What does he want?"

"He shared with me the disturbing dreams and insights you've been experiencing." Snape said before explaining: "your mind and the Dark Lord's are connected, and in the same way you can see into his, he can see into yours."

"He can what now?"

"I know that this is upsetting to hear." Snape said, before adding: "you must learn how to protect your mind."
