[Shinobu POV]

Standing at the village entrance, sword in hand, Shinobu watched as the villagers gathered to welcome her.

Amidst the villagers' arrival, she couldn't help but ponder the unusual orders she'd received from Oyakata-sama through her trusty Kasugai crow just moments ago, quite different from the usual missions of demon slayers.

Lost in her thoughts, a small group of villagers approached her. An elderly man, likely the village elder, spoke up, "You're the Insect Hashira from the Demon Slayer Corps, right?"

With a nod, she confirmed, "Yes, I've come on Oyakata-sama's orders to deal with the demon here."

The old man immediately expressed his gratitude, saying, "Thank you very much, Hashira-sama, for coming to our remote village to save us."

Shinobu smiled and replied, "It's all right; it's our duty to eradicate demons."

The elder continued with some nervousness, "For Hashira-sama, we've prepared the best house and food we have. Please stay there until the demon is dealt with."

After a brief moment of contemplation, Shinobu declined, "You don't need to go through all that trouble. I'll head out immediately to confront the demon."

As she turned to leave, one of the small girls from the other side rushed to her, offering an omamori, saying, "Please take this with you; it will bring you good luck."

After a short pause, Shinobu accepted the omamori, smiling warmly and stroking the girl's hair softly and said, "Thank you very much for the gift, I will always keep it with me"

With the omamori in hand, she set off into the forest, ready to hunt down the demon.

As Shinobu moved swiftly through the dense forest, her senses were sharp and her blade ready for any sign of the demon that might appear . The villagers' gratitude still lingered in her mind, and their offering of the omamori reminded her of the trust they had placed in her.

As she ventured deeper into the woods, the signs of demon presence became more obvious: twisted trees, eerie silence, and the faint odour of decay. It was clear that the malevolent force was nearby.

Then, she spotted it, a grotesque and menacing creature, the demon was unlike any she had faced before,it was very ugly with its leathery skin and pungent mucus flowing through his skin and his elongated limbs did not make the look any better .

But seeing the demon holding a boy hair by his hand ready to kill him , she quickly put a stop on her thoughts and readied her to attack him but suddenly a stone was thrown towards the demon eye distracting him, and using the opportunity the boy tried to land a decisive blow to the demon with his glaive but maybe luck was not on his side today ,the demon barely dodged the blade that was for his neck to his chest .

But to her surprise , the wound on the demon was not healed like it would , but it was burning the demon, from what she could interpret from the shrieks of the demon . She looked at the glaive at the hands of the boy and noticed the shining colour of it, with half gold and half silver it formed a magnificent weapon, with its shining curved blade that seemed to cut anything in its path , the more she looked the more she was mesmerised by the glaive.

"I will kill you human"

Emerging from her trance, spurred by the demon's frenzied ravings, she hastily prepared herself to launch an attack on the demon before it could harm the boy.

Because of her intense curiosity towards the boy who wielded the glaive , she did not even torture the demon or show her sadistic side .

To swiftly kill the demon she wasted no time, engaging the demon with her swift and precise strikes. The battle was easy for her as the demon was not even from the lower moon. With her last strike complete , the demon started melting and collapsing in himself as the poison burned him from inside out .

Finally walking down to the boy silently and crouching towards him.

"You have a nice Glaive" She said.

Seeing his speechless face , she thought "He is quite cute"

[Ace POV]

Encountering an anime character in real life was undeniably strange and surreal. He had mentally braced himself for the experience, but it was still a bit mind-boggling.

It got him pondering how certain characters from series like My Hero Academia or One Piece would translate into the real world with their peculiar physiques.

Imagining someone with a washing machine for a body or a face resembling a comic panel was both comical and slightly tragic; after all, how could they ever manage to kiss someone with such a unique Body?

Still, this real-life version of Shinobu appeared even more stunning than her animated counterpart. Watching her execute those seemingly impossible moves left him a little captivated.

It made him wonder how he must look in this world, considering Yuki's blushing reaction with the reserved nature of women during this time. His curiosity about his own appearance grew.

"Can we stay in the village for some time?"Ace asked, addressing the person carrying him.

Shinobu's response was swift, "No, we must leave immediately to meet Oyakata-sama."

Ace pressed, "I'm injured."

She countered, "You'll receive better medical care there."

Ace had no immediate response to this. He had already surmised that they needed to depart quickly, especially after noticing the spark in Shinobu's eyes whenever she glanced at his glaive.

But upon seeing Yuki's sad expression, he couldn't resist making one more attempt. "Can't we wait just one day?" Ace pleaded.

Sighing, Shinobu reluctantly agreed, "We'll leave at sunrise tomorrow."

"I'm only allowing this because of your injuries and the need for rest," she added.

Ace couldn't help but think she had planned to stay all along and had been watching him plead. It annoyed him, but he knew his limits and didn't push further, though he made a mental note to remember this.

After an hour of travelling, they finally reached the village's entrance. Yuki, unable to match Shinobu's pace, had made the journey quite slow.
