Summary: Everyone gets ready for their first day.

Leia groaned, going back under the covers. She did not want to go to school and just wanted to stay in bed. Not to mention it's not just any first day. It's the first day of her first year of college. It was nerve wracking.

"Go away!" She groaned again when hearing the door open. "Now is that any way to talk to your mother?" That immediately snapped Leia out of it. She got out to see her mother right nearby. Donna Pinciotti had shiny black hair and wore black glasses. Her hair was naturally red but ended up dying it.

Donna sighed, "Le-Le, you're going to college! And in Point Place. That's where you grandparents, aunts, and cousins live. You'd get to visit them as well when you have the chance." She insisted. The former redhead knew her daughter wasn't crazy about college but also knew that college was a great learning experience. She had so many adventures with her friends and got to do so many fun things.

Leia groaned, "Okay, I'll go! Just don't tell me about daddy's beret wearing phase in college." She looked through her parents' high school year book and saw all the most likely stuff. Her father, who was near the door, just scoffed. Eric Forman was his name. He had dark brown hair and a stubble. "I did not go through a beret wearing phase!" Donna smirked, "But you went through a Luke and Leia loving phase."

Donna began to walk out, Eric following her. "It's not a phase! It's a lifestyle!" They walked out the door, leaving Leia alone. The blonde exhaled. First day of college. No pressure at all.

*knocks*

The door instantly opened, revealing Leia's grandmother, Kitty Forman. She pulled Leia into a tight embrace. Leia was thrown off but hugged back just as tight. "I missed you. My grand baby."

Leia smiled, "I missed you too Grandma." She whispered. It had been years since seeing her grandparents and was so happy to see them again.

Kitty held on tighter, making Leia scrunch up. She was always a big hugger, wasn't she? "Grandma, y-you're squeezing too tight." Red pat his wife's arm. He was Leia grandfather. "Kitty." Kitty nodded and let go.

Leia left a kiss on her grandmother's cheek right before walking into the house. "I'm only gonna be here for a few minutes and then I'm gonna see Gwen." Gwen Runck had been Leia's best friend since birth. They clicked from the moment they laid eyes on one another.

"I can't believe it's our first day of college!" Gwen exclaimed while packing her stuff. She was really excited to go out and strike on her own. She looked through the brochures and college actually seemed exciting, minus the work. But she could choose classes at least. Plus the college parties sound epic. If they're anything like on tv, she'd never want to leave.

Leia chuckled, "Same. But it's kind of scary. Growing up." Before Gwen could respond, a black haired woman entered with a smirk."When Nate said that we'd be watching Batman Forever, I assumed it would be in the dark. With no annoying people around." Nate Runck was Gwen's older half brother. They had the same mom but different dads. The girl who just came in was Nikki Garcia. Nikki had been Nate's girlfriend ever since senior year.

Gwen scoffed, "Shouldn't you be controlling my brother's life with your body?" She snarked, saying that last part with a smirk. Gwen and Nikki had hated each other ever since the end of high school. Things started off smoothly, first meeting in detention and immediately clicking. But it all changed the moment Gwen caught Nate making out with Nikki on her bed.

Ozzie, one of Gwen's best friends, smirked at the interaction. He wasn't an idiot. He could clearly tell there was tension between Gwen and Nikki. Sexual tension to be specific. But they were clearly in denial.

Nikki smirked, crossing her arms. "So you must be Leia. You know Runck, I'll admit, you have good taste in friends. Can't say the likewise to Leia." Gwen scoffed. That bitch. I can't believe my brother would date someone like her. Gwen chuckled and crossed her arms, "You know I'm starting to see why Sarah ditched you. I mean she must've been tired of being held back by know it all, bossy, mean bitch."

Leia noticed a glint of hurt in Nikki's eyes. Who was Sarah? Was she an ex? Nikki covered up the hurt, masking the pain. "And I see why you always got broken up with. Must be a pain to have a girlfriend with the bitchiest attitude in the goddamn world." She snarked back. Before Gwen could respond, Nate and Jay ran into the living room. Jay Kelso was Nate's best friend and good friend of Leia's since childhood.

Jay grinned towards Leia's direction, "Hey girl." Leia just blushed in response. Leia and Jay have had crushes on each other since they were babies and first laid eyes on one another. Nothing ever really happened between them but the feelings they had for one another never faded. "Hey boy."

Nate walked over to Nikki with a smile. "Hey Nik." He left a kiss on his girlfriend's lips. Nikki backed away, grimacing. "When was the last time you showered?" Nate chuckled, "You know I don't shower babe. It's bad for the environment." Gwen rolled her eyes. Though she hated Nikki, even she could see what a shit boyfriend Nate was.

Ozzie shook his head, "I can't do any of this anymore. I'm gonna go call Etienne." He dragged his suitcase out the room while walking away.
