A/N: After rewatching possible my favorite Courage the Cowardly Dog episode, I've decided to make an extended version of it, and turn it into a crossover with Jackie Chan Adventures. I've decided to replace King Ramses with the Pharoh Ramses (the 2nd one) from the Bible and add in nine of the ten plagues. So expect blood in this one. But don't worry, it won't be too much! If you have any suggestions or criticisms, please feel free to tell me. ENJOY!

It was a perfectly dead quiet night in the middle of Nowhere. After all, it was Nowhere. Not a cloud in the sky. Not a soul in the dark. Nothing special about this place. Nothing major happening. Well, at least that what it seemed by first glance. A red pickup truck carrying three thieves was barreling down the dirt road. They were clearly in a hurry to evade capture. Just right behind them, a police helicopter shining its light was flying up in the clear night sky, hoping to catch the thieves. Just awhile ago, the three criminals stole something of grave importance, and now it was up to archaeologist Jackie Chan and his friend, head of Section 13, Captain Augustus Black, to get it back.

"There!" Jackie pointed to the Dark Enforcers get away vehicle, near invisible like a snake in the night. "They have the slab! We must get it back before they reach the airport!" he exclaimed. All his life, he's been working towards an archaeological find as big as the one he discovered in Egypt a few nights ago. But now his arch foes, Finn, Ratso, and Chao, also known as the Dark Enforcers, have stolen it from him, hoping to sell it for a big load of money. Enough to start new lives in a tropical paradise. One where they would have to worry about being recruited by sorcerers, dragons, or floating Japanese masks. And especially when they don't have to worry about being chased and getting their butts kicked by Chan.

"Don't worry, Jackie! We won't let them get far." Captain Black said with a grin, flying the helicopter closer to the red pickup truck carrying the Enforcers. He had enough confidence to assure his friend that they wouldn't let the bad guys get away this time. They have been searching for the Enforcers ever since they were broken out of prison thanks to Tarakudo, king of the Oni. The Enforcers have been laying low since the whole quest with the masks has ended, but when they heard word of Jackie finding a extremely valuable artifact from the biblical times in Egypt, they knew they had to risk everything in order to plan out one last steal. Now if only Ratso could drive fast enough, they could evade capture.

"HEY! Faster, fanboy! They're right on our tail!" Chao exclaimed as they saw not just the police helicopter, but plenty of squad cars following their trail. After all, it wasn't hard to spot a red pickup truck in the middle of Nowhere.

"I'm trying! I can't believe this is the only car we could afford. Why did we have to pick Nowhere after Egypt anyway? There's literally nothing here." Ratso observed, knowing there wasn't another car on the road for miles.

"FINN, RATSO, CHAO! SURRENDER NOW! YOU'RE OUT OF OPTIONS!" Captain Black's voice boomed from a bullhorn. Finn then spotted a water pump and grinned a wicked grin, his brain already coming up with an idea.

"Don't worry boys. I have an idea." Finn smirked, stopping the truck in front of the water pump. "We'll just bury it, then have Hak Foo find it for us." The three then got out of the truck, retrieved the shovels from the back, and dug a hole wide and deep enough to bury the slab.

"You sure they won't find it here?" Ratso asked as they continued to dig.

"Ratso, it's Nowhere! No one is going to expect a biblical artifact to be buried in Nowhere! This place is another planet!" Finn laughed. After digging, they put the slab in the hole and began to bury it, hoping that no one would be smart enough to look near possibly the only water pump in the middle of Nowhere.

"OK! Let's vamoose before Chan and Black bust us!" Chao said after they finished burying it. "We'll have Hak Foo dig it up when everything dies down." They got back into the red pickup truck, but their eyes widened in full shock over the sudden disappearance of the road in front of them.

"Uh, guys? Wasn't there a road here leading us out?" Ratso asked. Finn and Chao gasped. That road led to the airport, and now it's gone!

"YOU BUTTWIPE! That road was our only way to the airport!" Chao angrily exclaimed, slapping Ratso on the back of the head.

"Hey! Don't blame me! It was here but now it's gone!" Ratso pointed out, but the sounds of police cars and the helicopter made them forget about it.

"WE'RE DOOMED!" Ratso cried out, knowing they were only a few moments from spending the rest of their lives behind bars.

"Don't worry, boys! I'm not going down without a fight!" Finn smirked, pulling out road spikes, hoping to give them sometime to escape while the police dealt with their own problems. Chao and Ratso grinned at the idea, but suddenly, a shadowy, ghostly figure appeared right in front of them, instantly sending chills down their spines. They've encountered a lot of scary things; demons, Dalon Wong, Tarakudo. But this one really took the scary cake.

They sat there paralyzed with fear until the ghostly figured said, "Return the slab…or suffer my curse…"

The Enforcers gulped, not sure what to say to this mysterious figure. They had the slab buried not that far from where they were parked, but if they went to dig it now, they would be caught and booked. But if they didn't, who knows what this figure might do to them. "Uh, sir, w-we're in a bit of a hurry, but if you could wait just a couple of weeks, we'll give you back…whatever it is you're looking for." Finn finally spoke up, his voice shaky and his body trembling. "Deal?" he asked hopefully. But then, in the middle of the night sky, a swarm of locusts formed, ready to attack the truck.

"I GUESS THAT MEANS NO!" Ratso shrieked. The three criminals screamed as they exited their getaway vehicle, running towards the opposite side before the locusts ate the whole truck, leaving them without an escape.

The three continued to scream with terror as they ran before screeching to a halt at the army of police cars that had them surrounded. "FREEZE!" One officer shouted as he and his fellow officers drew their weapons at the Enforcers. The three had no choice but to put their hands up and surrender. The helicopter then landed down near the road. Jackie and Captain Black exited, wearing confident grins, feeling satisfied that they caught the Enforcers and hopefully the slab that Jackie was needing back. Jackie then faced Finn, Ratso, and Chao with a seriously angry glare.

"Hey there, Chan." Finn smiled sheepishly, knowing that he and his fellow criminals might be in for a serious beating.

"How's it going with…everything?" Chao smiled sheepishly, but from the look of Jackie's glare, he was in no mood for games.

"Where is the slab?" Jackie asked firmly. "It belongs in a museum."

The three of them gulped. "Look, Chan, you don't really want that piece of junk, do ya?" Finn asked quickly, hoping he could cut some sort of deal before that ghostly figure could reek his wrath upon them. Jackie and Black shared a look and nodded.

"Cuff them." Captain Black told the officers.

"No, no! We're serious! That thing is cursed! And dangerous!" Finn pleaded as the police began to cuff them and put them in their cars.

Meanwhile, inside the house near the water pump, Courage, Muriel Bagg's beloved dog, was watching the chaos with curiosity in his eyes. "What's going on out there?" Courage asked no one in particular. He continued to watch the police cars carry the Enforcers out of Nowhere, leaving Jackie and Captain Black by themselves. Jackie sighed, worried that the slab could be lost, costing him the bragging rights of retrieving the best archaeological find of a lifetime, and worse, his job.

"Don't worry, Jackie. My best interrogators are on the case. If any of them knows where that slab is, they'll squeal." Captain Black tried to assure his friend. Little did they know, Courage was listening to the whole thing from the window.

"I hope so, Captain Black. This could mean a lot to the university. The archaeological find of a lifetime." Jackie lamented.

"Let's hope our three favorite convicts know where it is. Besides, who would be dumb enough to bury something so valuable in the middle of Nowhere?" Captain Black smirked, leafing Jackie back to the helicopter, flying out of Nowhere. Courage gulped, hoping that the Enforcers weren't that dumb enough like Black said to bury a valuable artifact in the middle of Nowhere.
