"That is so sad!" Ed cried, using Eddy as a handkerchief to blow his nose.
Eddy groaned in disgust.
"There, there, Ed." Double D said, comforting Ed. "Perhaps if we talk with..."
"No way!" Eddy blurted, walking away. "Forget it! I ain't doin' it."
"But, Eddy..." Double D began, only to be cut off by Eddy saying. "But nothin'! I'm tired of listening to his sob stories day after day after day."
"How can you turn your back on Nathan?" asked Double D. "Especially in his hour of need."
"Some friend you turn out to be, Eddy." scolded Ed.
"I was never his friend to begin with! In fact, I wanted nothing to do with him!" Eddy shouted angrily before hearing a voice say from inside the gym. "It's about time you got it done, Mandork."
The Eds looked at each other, then crept inside the gym, peeking into the basketball court where they heard another voice say. "For the last time, it's Mandark! And it may have taken me two weeks, but the Dragoncinerator is finally done."
"Dragoncinerator?" Eddy and Double D repeated, looking at each other, then at the massive machine Mandark had made.
"Oh, way big!" exclaimed Ed. "It looks just like the one from 'Sleeping Beau...'"
Eddy grabbed his hands over his mouth and pulled him away whispering. "Hush it, Ed!"
The Eds snuck to the left side of the court, peeking inside to see the HMP hoisting the Dragoncinerator up to the ceiling, where they secured it tight, while Kevin, Mandark and the Crust Cousins watched.
"Perfect." Brit said, rubbing her hands. "And with the extra fortune we'll covet following tonight's wedding with the Prince..."
"Fortune?" repeated Eddy.
"Wedding?" repeated Ed.
"Tonight?" repeated Double D.
"We can remake this school into a little project Tiff and I call...Crustopia!" Brit went on, slamming a little sign into the replica model of Bowditch.
"Crustopia?" repeated Mandark.
"Yes, can't you just picture it?" asked Brit. "Nothing but restaurants and shopping!"
"No more principal's office, no more library, no more baseball diamonds!" Tiff proclaimed, using a remote control to make the head of the Dragoncinerator shoot fire on the school model while the Eds secretly watched in horror.
Eddy's eyes widen bigger, for he now realized the stories I've been telling about the Alphas and Omegas taking over Foster City School were indeed true. And now, the same thing was happening here at Bowditch!
"And speaking of diamonds," added Brit. "I think it's the right time those little brats did something useful with their lives, like toiling in the diamond mine!"
"Uh, casual or in rags?" asked Mandark.
"Actually, I was thinking evening wear would be nice." replied Brit. "Everyone will be slaves to fashion!"
"But the first thing we should do..." said Tiff. "...is fricassee that flyboy and his aide friend!"
While the Crust Cousins laughed their evil laugh, the Eds slowly backed away, only to bump into the bleachers that fell on them.
"Hey!" Mandark called, finally noticing the Eds upon hearing the loud crash.
"What the..." Kevin said, noticing them as well.
Knowing that they have been caught, Eddy said. "Run, boys."
Kevin grabbed the remote from Tiff, making the Dragoncinerator head turn towards the Eds.
Eddy and Double D screamed in panic when they saw the fire coming out of its mouth.
"CALL THE DOCTOR!" Ed hollered as he grabbed his fellow Eds and ran out of the gym before the fire could touch them.
Kevin growled. "GET THOSE DOOOOORRRRRKKKKKKKSSSSSS!"
The HMP ran out through the back door, noticing the Eds rushing into the patio, when they, along with Roscoe and DeSoto, chased after them.
While looking back at the charging hall monitors and barking Dobermans, Ed felt a lightbulb going on in his head.
He pulled out a bottle and a box of gravy mix from his jacket.
"Just add water." Ed said, squirting the water into the box, which he vigorously shook, then tossed behind him.
While heading out the gate after the Eds, the HMP and Dobermans slipped onto the mixed gravy, which caused them to slide into the street, where a passing car sent them flying over the levee, and into the water.
"RUNAWAY!" The Eds cried as they ran far away from Bowditch.
