On the day before Charity's 50th birthday, the kids split up to get gifts. Lucy had run away for a few days and was missing. Lincoln was worried about her, but Lola claimed she'd be mad if they stopped her.
Luke and Luna look around for a gift. They looked at every store.
Charity found Lucy. Lucy looked at her tearfully.
"Sweetie, I know it's hard to believe. But it's true." Charity says.
"If it's true, then take me to her and prove to me that she's still alive." Lucy says.
Charity nods and walks off with Lucy.
Charity finds Skylia, knowing that she couldn't enter the witches' realm and needed Skylia to do it. Skylia would do it for Charity.
"All my daughter wants is proof that her grandmother is alive. Nothing more." Charity says.
Lola brought a crown as the others were wrapping their gifts for Charity.
"I'll bake the cake." Lola says.
"Luke and I will sing." Luna says.
"Hops and I got a few tricks." Lana says.
"This will be Mom's best birthday ever!" Luke says.
"I hope she likes the dress I made her." Leni says.
Skylia and Lucy arrived in the witches' realm as Lucy rushed ahead.
"Stay close. Your mom wouldn't take it well if I lost you." Skylia says.
Lucy nods. They walk around for a bit. Skylia saw Lucy was nervous about this.
"Are you ready?" Skylia asked.
"I don't know if I wanna go back to the human realm…" Lucy says, a bit nervous.
"Who would you choose, Luke or Harriet?" Skylia asked.
"Um, I don't know." Lucy says.
Later, they arrive at Harriet's house.
"How neat, a small house! You ready, Luce-witch?" Skylia asked.
Lucy nodded, tearing up. Skylia knocked on the door.
After some time, Harriet came out and gasped, seeing Lucy. Before she could speak, Lucy hugged her and burst into tears.
Meanwhile, the siblings were working on helping plan as they were putting their ideas in, but Luke was the one doing most of the work. Luke sighed, annoyed.
"Okay, listen, Lisa, make sure to give everyone their invites." Lori says.
"On it!" Lisa says.
"Luna, I need you to pick up an order for mom." Lori says.
"On it!" Luna says.
"And Luke, do what you do best." Lori says. Luke just looked at her, confused.
"You know, your planning." Lori says.
Luke sighed and walked off.
"Leni, check on Luke." Lori says. Leni goes after Luke, who just shuts himself in his room, hissing at his plans.
"Luke…" leni says.
"You're gonna take all the credit, aren't you?" Luke hissed.
"No!" Leni says. "Look, we won't take your credit."
"Like you guys did on Mom's 49th birthday last year?!" Luke hissed.
Leni looks down.
"Okay. enough arguing. It's in the past. We are not doing this. Not before or on Mom's birthday." Lori says.
"OUT!" Luke hissed. The siblings leave him alone.
"Maybe we shouldn't be at the party." Lisa says. "Luke would probably feel more comfortable."
"It's not that. Mom wants us there. Luke just never forgives us sometimes." Lori says. "Listen, be honest, how many of us are holding grudges?"
"Okay, fine." Lola says putting her hand up.
Lynn put her hand up as well. "Wait, where's Lucy? She was supposed to help." Lynn says.
"Yeah, how come she gets to skip?" Lola asked.
"Mom took her out for some mother-daughter time." Lincoln explained. "She needed to be out of the house."
Lucy explained everything she had been through.
"Honestly, you two look like twins." Skylia says.
"Well, I was cursed to be a child for using a forbidden spell. Anyway, I already know about the bad luck incident." Harriet says.
"Why do my siblings and Luke always fight?" Lucy asked.
"I don't know, but adopting Luke was a big mistake." Harriet says "Your siblings claim to be open and caring toward him, but they can't help but go to their worst traits. you had good intentions, but your siblings, all of them really just tolerate Luke because they have nowhere else to go. Honestly, they need to split up. They have this hive mind to gang up on someone and it always ends up being Lincoln or Luke, mostly Lincoln." Harriet says.
"Are you sure?" Lucy asked. "Luke trusts a lot of them."
"And how many times have they betrayed him?" Harriet asked.
Lucy tells her. "Luna only betrayed Luke three or four times, but she never once tried to hurt him. Leni never betrayed Luke. Lisa was mostly betraying Luke because she was forced to. Lily never betrayed Luke, mostly because she was too young to understand what that meant. As for Lincoln, he had never betrayed Luke at all as he was nothing but nice to him. As for the others, well…" Lucy stopped as Harriet understood and noticed Lucy was shaking.
"You don't need to say any more, but I'll need your clothes." Harriet says.
"Huh?" Lucy asked.
"I'm going to the party tomorrow and taking your place. We're basically twins." Harriet says.
"Why?" Lucy asked
"To see if those siblings are worth saving." Harriet said.
Meanwhile, Luke still hadn't come out of his room.
"Luke, Mom wants to talk to you." Lola says.
Charity comes into Luke's room and sees how much hostility is sensed inside him.
"No matter how many times we say sorry, he still really hates us…" Luan says
"I fear he'll probably get mad. This hostility is what made him ruin Valentine's Day and Christmas and a lot of holidays." Lisa says, shaking in fear.
"Luke, honey, please don't shut us out again and please don't slam the door…we don't want you to keep your distance anymore. We just want to understand why you're so upset." Charity says to him.
Luke explains everything before sobbing hard.
The siblings look guilty. Harriet, dressed as Lucy, was spying through a vent.
"I just…I…I…" Luke sniffed.
Charity looked at the siblings as she rubbed her son's back.
"Who actually loves Luke? And please, be honest. Don't lie to me." Charity says.
The siblings look nervous. But Leni, Luna, Lily, Lisa, Lincoln, and Luan all raised their hands. And that group knew Lucy loved Luke as well.
"I'm sending you guys back to Garrett's house after my birthday celebration tomorrow." Charity said, then blushed. "You think Forest like likes me?"
"He totally does!" Leni says. Charity smiles at this before becoming serious again.
"And the rest are going to stay with Rita." Charity says sternly.
"After the party?" Lola asked. Charity nodded as Luke shivered.
"He's scared they'll hurt him during the party." Lisa says as she holds Luke's hands.
"Lucy's going to be there. She'll know what to do." Charity says as she helps Lisa comfort Luke.
