"My name is Kenta. I want to tell you something I witnessed, and remind you all to be more accepting towards people's choices and lifestyles."
"It was when my friends and I were fourteen or fifteen. Around that time, we were beginning to see what the world is really like and were really starting to notice girls. We were at the park when this happened. We were just hanging around and we spotted a woman coming our way."
Kenta was with his friends at the park. Being young teenagers, maturing, and noticing some "things" about girls; their eyes turned to her.
"Since we were starting to take a real interest in girls now, we focused a bit on how she looked. She had tanned skin and wore a short pink leopard print dress and stiletto heels. She had gold hoop earrings and had long dark brown hair. It was held back by tube-like piece with her hair going all the way down to her back. Then, she got closer and we got a better look at her, especially how muscular she was. That's when we realized it wasn't a woman. It was man dressed like a woman."
When Kenta and his friends took a good look at this woman, they really liked what they saw until they realized it was really a man dressed like a woman. That was a real surprise to them and it meant they were checking out a man.
"This was the first time we ever saw anything like this before. None of us knew what to think. We've seen guys dress as girls on T.V., but that was usually in cartoons. This was the first time we've seen this in real life. Out of respect and equality, I'm just going to refer to this person as a she from here on. Since this was the first time we've ever encountered someone like him, none of us knew what to say. We thought our best option was to stay quiet until she passed."
Kenta and his friends couldn't believe what they were seeing. Not wanting to be rude or cause any sort of trouble, they just tried to remain quiet until she passed.
"She almost walked by us, but one of our friends was stupid enough to actually open his mouth."
"Ha! What a freak! He's dressed like a lady!" Kenta's friend said and did not realize he was disrespectful.
"None of us said anything to what he just said, but she wasn't happy about what he said. She clearly heard him and walked right over to us, and she was clearly mad."
After hearing Kenta's friend, she walked right over to them and practically towered over them. Her shadow was over the one who laughed and she was greatly intimidating. No one was laughing anymore.
"You think I'm a freak?" She said.
"She was so mad that she actually grabbed him by the neck, lifted him off the ground, and pressed him against the wall. She was actually trying to strangle him. He had a hard time breathing and couldn't even get the words out to apologize."
She actually grabbed a hold of Kenta's friend and was actually strangling him. Kenta and his friends couldn't believe it. This was actually happening right before their eyes.
"Who's laughing now?" She said as she sounded angry and scary.
"The rest of us tried to get her to let go. We tried begging and even tried pulling her off, but she was too strong for us. We did everything we could, but she just wouldn't get go. It was starting to look like our friend was actually going to be killed right before us."
Kent and his friends tried to save their buddy, but there was nothing they could do. She was too strong and she just refused to let him go. It looked like their friend might actually die with how his eyes were rolling back.
"By luck, a police car was driving by and saw what was happening. When she noticed that, she dropped my friend and ran off. That was really scary. My friend could have died right before my very eyes."
A police car drove by and saw what was happening. When she noticed what was happening, she dropped Kenta's friend and ran out. Just in time as Kenta's friend took deep breaths after being strangled like that.
"The police made sure we were okay and then went after the lady. I was just glad my friend was still alive. At a young age, our parents teach us not to judge people on how they look. We're taught to try to be more accepting of people's life choices and styles, but some people are stubborn and refuse to do that. After an experience like that, I'm taking those lesson to heart and I won't judge people by how they look ever again."
