As always I hope you enjoy and have a wonderful day.

"Welcome back."

"Good to be back Mrs. Kushina!" Cindy replied with a smile before standing and giving a bow to the lady of the house which was returned, though not quite as eagerly as the lover of the young Uzumaki.

The two stood straight once again, Cindy with obvious hope, and Kushina with hidden scorn. The older woman moved to sit next to her husband, with the dog now lying completely on him with his head and snout resting on the armrest.

"Hey, honey." Minato said as he tried to kiss his wife. Said wife held her hand in his face which he ended up kissing the palm of, pulling back he gave the mother of his child a look of confusion which she noticed even while watching the TV.

"I can smell dog saliva on your face. No way in hell am I letting you kiss me like that." She said sternly as she wiped her hand on her dress. Her husband simply huffed and finished his drink.

"Naruto!" he yelled out, grabbing the attention of his son who was just finishing up dinner.

"What?!" Naruto yelled back before coming to stand in the open doorway that led from the kitchen to the living room, where he could only see the back of everyone's head and the TV.

Suddenly Minato threw the bottle backwards, over the couch, and straight towards Naruto's face. Both Cindy and Kushina gasped in horror as the elder male did such a thing and turned as quickly as possible, both ready to bolt to Naruto's aid.

And they would've, had Naruto not caught the bottle with ease.

"Toss that in the recycling bin for me son." Minato said, never taking his eyes off the game. Naruto simply rolled his eyes before doing so, turning down the heat on the food as he walked past the stove and gently placed the bottle in the bin.

Kushina and Cindy were both wide eyed at the interaction before snapping out. Suddenly the older of the two women exploded at her significant other.

"Are you fucking crazy Minato?! You could've killed our only son!" She screamed, directly into Minato's face. He simply waved her off before responding, "Relax. I knew he would be able to catch it."

"And how did you know he would?" Kushina demanded, damn near ready to choke the life out of him.

"Did you forget?" He asked rhetorically, not expecting an answer before continuing, "He played baseball throughout high school. Star pitcher and even subbed in for the catcher sometimes. Would've gotten a full ride through college too if he didn't join the Marines, but at least they paid for that."

Minato placed his arms under the dog and lifted it so he could stand, once up he put Riley back on the couch who maneuvered it so his head was on Kushina's lap. The blonde haired man walked to the kitchen to grab another beer, leaving Kushina and Cindy alone in the living room in an awkward silence.

Cindy quietly took a seat on the other side of the sectional couch. While originally she wanted to blow up on the father of her boyfriend, she didn't need to after the mother had done so. There was no need for them both to be outraged at the man.

They sat in silence with Cindy trying to think of conversation starters, while Kushina simply ignored her presence while petting Riley. Kushina reached for the remote and changed the channel to something much more interesting.

Friday night Smackdown. Ten times better than Monday Night Raw or NXT. Especially now that the Rock is back. She had switched it right in the middle of a match so there was currently no context to it.

Cindy, who had gotten fed up with the silence, decided to make the first move.

"Ahem," coughing into her fist, trying to catch Kushina's attention, "So, how have you been Mrs. Kushina?" Cindy asked, hoping to get the ball rolling.

"Fine." The Uzumaki replied dryly, causing said metaphorical ball to lose all momentum immediately. But Cindy would persist.

"Um, that's good. In fact, that's great. Have you done anything fun recently?" She questioned, hoping to get more than one word this time.

Kushina simply glanced at her before answering, "No. Just new recipes." It was certainly more than one word but still just as dry as before.

Cindy quietly sighed in frustration, annoyed that she still couldn't get a full conversation with her future mother-in-law.

"Well, that's interesting. Anything you can recommend for me to try? I've really gotten into cooking more ever since Naruto and I started living together. It's been… messy, but fun." The off duty hero said with some excitement as she chuckled lightly at the memory of when they tried to make a cake and ended up covered in flour and eggs somehow.

Kushina growled lightly at the reminder that this hussy was living with her son. Her only son, who deserved better than this.

'If only he was still with Felicia. I much preferred her to this filth.' She thought to herself before taking a calming breath and replying.

"No, I don't have any. I believe they're too advanced for you." Kushina said, internally pleased at the now downtrodden look on Cindy's face.

Before anything more could be said, Minato walked back in with a fresh beer and a plate of food in hand.

"Food's ready," He announced to the two ladies, and the dog as well since they gave Riley a helping of meat. The women, and the dog, stood up and made their way to the kitchen to fix themselves a plate before making their way to the dining room where the father and son were sitting across from each other, currently talking sports while eating when they both noticed their partners had arrived.

The male duo stood and both pulled out the chair next to them for their women to sit.

"For you, my lady." They said, with cringy smiles on their faces. Even if it was dumb it still caused the two females to crack a small smile and roll their eyes.

Kushina sat next to her husband while Cindy sat next to Naruto. Once seated, the two women began to eat as well while their male counterparts were already almost halfway done with their meals.

The men ate as if it was their first meal, while the women ate with decorum.

By the time Kushina and Cindy were even halfway finished, Naruto and Minato had slammed their utensils down before the younger of the two shouted out.

"Race you for seconds!"

"You're on!"

The two quickly ran back to the kitchen for seconds, with lots of shoving and pulling, before doing the same on the way back. And quickly began shoveling their second plate of food down their gullets.

Once the father-son duo were done eating their seconds, they continued to sit at the table and chat. It wasn't that interesting, mostly just Naruto's time in the Middle East.

"Did I ever tell you about that time when I was on base getting attacked with mortars while I was taking a shit?" Naruto asked as he pulled out a small pocket knife and began to play with it. The knife wasn't much, just a small silver Kershaw one. Not useful for many folk besides cutting open boxes or just general self-defense.

Minato almost did a spit take of his drink but managed to hold it in, soon swallowing the liquid so he could get out his answer.

"No. You never told me that one." He said, before making a motion to continue, "Keep going though."

Naruto chuckled lightly before tossing the knife in the air and catching it by the blade.

"Alright then. So it was the middle of the day, hot as hell. I had just finished up my patrol work from the morning and had to use the bathroom. See we didn't have actual bathrooms, we had porta-potties. Those things got hot, especially in the desert heat. I could take my gear off but I had to keep my rifle with me. It could reach 120 degrees and those plastic toilets were not fun to sit in when that happened." The young redhead said as he flipped the knife once again so he held it by the handle, admiring the blade that he always made sure to keep sharp.

"I hadn't gotten a chance to use it until then. Normally I'd take my morning poop right after breakfast but that didn't happen for some reason." Naruto said, with his eyes looking down to his hands as he put away his knife, not really paying attention anymore as he focused on his story.

"So after my patrol with Riley and a few others on patrol duty, I went to the John. And like I said, it got hotter than hell in those plastic boxes. I'm sitting in there, boiling my ass off, trying not to pass out while I'm inside doing my business. When suddenly, BOOM!" He yelled as he slammed his fist on the table, causing everyone else, including the dog, to jump.

"I hear an explosion, right outside the base. It actually scared the shit outta me. Like there was no more feces in my body when that happened." Naruto pulled from the table as he leaned back in his seat while chuckling, "The explosions actually started getting closer while I was there. Normally when this happens you're supposed to find cover, but I didn't do that."

Minato had been flabbergasted so far. Getting attacked while in the bathroom? That was one step too far in his book. Kushina was horrified at this story. Her son was so close to being turned into bits. Cindy was slightly less horrified thanks to her time as a hero but it was still a shocking story.

The symbiote? Well, he had already watched this memory, but it was far more entertaining how his host told it.

"Well, what did you do son?" Ask his father, who is very invested in this story by now.

"What the hell do you think I did?" The former sergeant quickly retorted, "I stayed in that damn thing and wiped my ass till I was done. If I was gonna die, it was gonna be with a clean ass." Naruto stated with a grin as he thought back on that memory. He loved telling that story.

"HAHAHA," Minato had broken out into laughter when Naruto finished his story. It had to be the best tale he had ever heard. His wife however did not find it as funny as she slapped the back of his head, knocking him out of laughter.

"Ow, what was that for?" He asked as he rubbed where Kushina had slapped him.

"How can you laugh at that?! Our son almost died!" She yelled at him with a look of outrage on her face. Suddenly Kushina turned her attention to her only offspring, but she had a look of worry instead as the matriarch stood and placed her hands on the table as she leaned over the table towards Naruto.

"Please tell me you got therapy after that happened, it had to be a traumatizing event." His mother pleaded, hoping he did the rational thing.

"Therapy?" He simply scoffed at such an idea while crossing his arms before replying, "I'm a marine mom, marines don't do therapy. We shove crayons in our noses and blow shit up." Cindy shook her head at what her boyfriend was saying, she just couldn't believe it.

'I should try to get him into superhero therapy. They'd probably have better luck at getting through to him.' Cindy thought to herself as she watched the exchange. Eventually, she got tired of it and stood up before walking around the table and collecting the empty plates as well as the utensils, stacking each as she went.

"While you guys argue about the intricacies of Naruto's very needed therapy," "I don't need therapy!" "I'm gonna get started on cleaning up." Cindy stated as she stood by the doorway that led to the kitchen whilst holding the plates and utensils.

"Nuh uh, no way. My house, I do the clean up after dinner." Kushina stated firmly as she walked over to where Cindy stood and grasped onto the stack of plates as she tried tugging them out of her future daughter-in-law's arms.

Tried in as she had very little success in doing so. Kushina tugged once again but there was no budge at all. She began to glare directly into Cindy's eyes.

Cindy simply had a look of confusion at her actions. If she was being completely honest, if Cindy wasn't looking directly at Kushina she'd have no idea what she was doing.

"How are you so strong?!" Kushina exclaimed in frustration.

"I frequent the gym a lot." Cindy lied, she didn't need to go to the gym. Not when the spider bite she had gotten so long ago had given her enhanced strength.

"Mom." Naruto called in a tone that his mother certainly didn't like. Kushina turned her head to look her son in the eyes who had an irritated look on his face.

"She just wants to help, let her do so." He said, very much not in the mood to argue about it. Kushina narrowed her eyes at her son, as if she was testing his resolve on the matter.

With a huff, his mother relented, "Fine." She said, letting go of the plates and allowing Cindy to carry them as she walked past her.

"Come along." Kushina said as she disappeared into the kitchen.

Cindy looked to Naruto in gratitude before following after the elder woman into the kitchen.

Once both of the women were gone, Naruto let out a sigh of annoyance at the events that had just transpired. Looking at his father who shared in the annoyance, he asked a question that had plagued his mind recently.

"Dad, why does mom hate Cindy so much? I really can't find any possible reason as to why." Naruto asked as he squeezed his fist until his knuckles were white in frustration.

Minato simply sighed, taking a sip of beer before responding, "If I'm being completely honest with you son, I'm just as confused as you are. My best guess would be she still thinks Felicia is the right girl for you." He said, obviously understanding the fruit of his loins wouldn't be very happy with that information.

"Felicia?! Of all people?" Naruto exclaimed quietly, making sure his mother and girlfriend didn't overhear, "We broke up like 4 years ago. Also wasn't mom first upset I was dating a white woman? I thought she'd be happy that I was dating another person with Asian heritage."

His father cringed slightly at that last piece of info, "Yeah you'd think so. But your mom really leans into the hatred of Koreans part of being Japanese." Minato said, very much not liking that his own wife was a racist.

Naruto covered his eyes with both hands and groaned, "Of course Mom hates Koreans. That just makes my life perfect." He bemoaned with as much sarcasm as he could muster at this point.

The young Uzumaki laid his forehead on the table as he thought to himself with his father gently laying his hand on top of his son's head as a show of support. Meanwhile, Naruto began reaching out to the symbiote.

'Hey buddy, I'm assuming you heard all of that?' Naruto asked, while at first, he didn't get an answer for the first few seconds, he eventually got one from his passenger.

'I did. Which I apologize for, it's very rude of me to listen in on your family time.' Judgment said, though he didn't really regret it. He was basically always watching a soap opera at this point.

'It's fine. Do you have any advice on what I should do?' The host asked, hoping for something useful.

'Hm. The most logical choice would be to stop visiting until your mother starts behaving with manners towards your mate.' The symbiote said, stating probably the most likely solution.

Naruto sighed before answering, 'Yeah, I'll probably have to do that. Thanks for your opinion pal.'

'You are welcome my dear host.' With that, Naruto ended the conversation and sat up straight. Looking to his father, he voiced what would probably have to be done.

"I'm gonna be completely honest with you dad, I might have to stop coming around all together until mom can act right when it comes to Cindy." Naruto said with a serious tone.

Minato sighed once again before nodding in understanding, "I get it son, I'd probably do the same if I were in your shoes. Hopefully we can hang out just the two of us outside the house." He said, hoping he wouldn't have to stay away from his son for a long time because of his damn wife.

Naruto gave his father a small smile before replying, "Of course dad, we can head to the park and play catch like we used to." Minato smiled back at his son before the two stood up and walked around the table, giving each other a hug.

"I'm proud of you, Naruto." Minato said as he tightened the hug.

"Thanks dad." His son replied before the two separated, "I think we'll head out once Cindy is done helping mom clean."

"Heh, alright son. You caught yourself a damn fine woman, make sure to hold on tight." Minato stated as he patted Naruto on the shoulder.

"I wouldn't dream of letting go." Was the reply he got. The father and son made their way to the living so they could spend what little time they had left today together.

The two sat on the couch with Riley joining them as they watched TV together. They laughed and enjoyed themselves for as long as they could.

Eventually Cindy and Kushina were done cleaning and had arrived in the living room. Naruto quickly checked the time before either sat down and decided to use that as an excuse to leave early.

Standing up, Naruto quickly announced that it was time for them to leave.

"Hey Cindy, it's getting kinda late. We should probably head home." He said, rather hoping to do this quickly and without any drama.

His girlfriend had a look of surprise on her face but nodded in agreement.

"Alright Naruto, sounds good to me. I'm getting a bit tired myself." She replied while she stretched out her back. Cindy then let out a whistle, calling Riley to herself, leash in mouth as he ran up to her and patiently sat next to her. She took a knee and attached the leash to the collar. Cindy gave Riley a quick rub on the head, "Good boy." She said before standing back up.

"Goodbye Minato, goodbye Mrs. Kushina. I hope you have a wonderful rest of the night." Cindy stated before giving a bow. She then made her way to the door to put her shoes on with the dog following her.

"Have a good night Cindy!" Minato called out as he slouched further into the couch.

Naruto turned to leave as he waved to his parents, "Bye guys, I'll see you later." He began walking to the door as well before he was suddenly grabbed by the wrist. Naruto turned back to see it was his mother.

"Whoa, hang on. It's only eight o'clock. No need to leave so early." Kushina said with a shaky smile, trying to convince her son to stay longer, even if it meant that streetwalker Cindy would stay too.

Naruto gently pried her hand off as he replied to his birth giver, "Thanks mom but we really should get back home. Got early morning plans together." He said, trying to not make this more difficult than it needs to be.

Kushina grabbed his shoulder this time, "Please son, I insist. You shouldn't deny your mother such a simple request." She said, subconsciously tightening her grip to intimidate her son to do what she wanted like when he was a child. Only it didn't cause him any pain, in fact he barely noticed due to his muscles he had gained over the years and because of the enhancements the symbiote had given him.

Naruto narrowed his eyes on his mother. Even if he barely noticed, he still noticed the amount of strength in her grip. The younger Uzumaki simply shrugged her hand off and began to walk off again.

"Bye Mom."

"Who do you think you are walking away from me?!" Kushina yelled out in Japanese, having switched languages as her anger got the best of her. Naruto stopped as his nostrils flared before turning back around.

"I am a grown man who can do whatever the hell I want!" He yelled back, also switching to Japanese. Walking up to his mother, he looked down at her as he clenched his fists in collected fury.

"And I am sick and tired of how you treat Cindy. She has been nothing but nice, respectful, and pleasant to you." Naruto stated, trying his hardest not to blow up again, "I'm tired of your attitude towards her. I don't know what the real reason is for hating her but I don't care. Until you learn to give her the proper respect she deserves, I don't wanna see you."

"She isn't right for you, Naruto." Kushina said gently as she took a breath to calm down, "She doesn't deserve you." His mother tried appealing to him but he truly had enough.

"That's not your choice to make." Naruto said as he grit his teeth, "And even if it was, who would you pick to be the right one for me? Felicia? The girl who couldn't even break up with me face to face? The kleptomaniac?! Is that what you want for me?!" He yelled once again.

"Okay okay, calm down you two." Minato said as he pushed them apart, hoping he could get them away from each other from now. His son had the same temper as his mother and that was not a good combination.

"No need for this kind of argument." The father stated, hoping the two would cool off.

Naruto scoffed as he turned to leave for real this time, "The argument is finished already dad." He said, speaking in English once again. The young red head walked to the front door where Cindy was waiting with Riley while his mother quickly went upstairs to her bedroom.

"Hey, you alright?" the hero asked with concern in her face, "I heard you guys yelling in Japanese but I didn't wanna intrude."

"I'm fine." Naruto said shortly, quickly throwing on his shoes before pulling the door open, accidentally pulling too hard, causing the drywall near the hinges to crack. He cursed to himself before directing his girlfriend and dog outside. Naruto closed the door and began to fast walk his way home.

Cindy did a light jog to catch up to Naruto as she grabbed his arm and forced him to stop in front of an alley.

"Hey, calm down. It'll be okay, just tell me what happened." She pleaded, wanting him to tell her what's wrong.

Naruto took deep breaths as he tried to calm down. Eventually he took a final breath before explaining.

"We aren't going back there anymore." He started, "Not until my mom can grow up and learn to show you the respect you deserve."

Cindy had a look of surprise at his declaration, "Naruto are you sure? That's a big decision to go no contact with your parents." She said as she placed her hands on his face and turned him to look at her, "And you don't know if your mom will ever respect me. I'm willing to bear with it if you aren't up for this."

Naruto immediately shook his head in refusal, "No, I'm tired of it and I'm not letting it happen again." He said before placing his hand over one of Cindy's that were still on his face, "You don't deserve that, not from her of all people."

He looked into his girlfriend's eyes and saw they had gotten misty. Cindy blinked away her tears before she pulled Naruto into a tight hug as she wrapped her arms around his back. Naruto reciprocated as his long time girlfriend buried her face in the crook of his neck.

They stood in silence for a while, with Cindy barely able to hold back her tears. Eventually they pulled back and gazed into each other's eyes once again.

"Thank you Naruto. That truly means the world to me" Cindy said with emotion before planting a heartfelt kiss on his lips, which he happily returned.

"Well isn't that just lovely." A voice echoed from the alley they stood in front of. The couple and dog turned to said alley where they saw a man step into the light to reveal himself with a grin that certainly wasn't one of anything positive.

The man wasn't much to look at, he was skinny, short, had a few missing teeth, and was wearing a tattered hoodie. Hell Naruto and Cindy could see the toes of the man considering how the front half of his sneakers simply weren't there.

The homeless looking man pulled a switch blade from his pocket and pressed the button, causing the blade to flick out. Riley immediately got into a ready to pounce position as he growled.

The mugger simply ignored the dog and pointed the blade to the couple before making his demands.

"Hand over your cash and no one gets hurt." He said with a devilish smirk as he held his hand out, obviously not knowing the amount of pain these two and their dog could inflict on him.

Cindy and Naruto looked at the man before looking at each other, then once again looking at the man before they looked at each other one more time.

"Do you wanna handle this?" The male of the two asked, bringing into consideration his girlfriend was a superhero.

His counterpart shook her head and motioned towards the mugger, "Oh no please, this can be your first one." Cindy said with a smile, "You have to start somewhere."

Naruto simply grinned in response as he cracked his knuckles, "Down boy." The former marine said to his dog, who simply laid down on the sidewalk to watch his owner destroy this fool.

"H-hey! Stop moving man! I'll cut you!" The mugger called out as he watched Naruto approach who walked with no fear.

"I said stop!" He called out once again as he took a step back, and then another, then a third as Naruto kept up his stride.

"RAAAAAAH!" The mugger let out a cry as he tried to swipe the blade at Naruto's neck. The marine simply leaned back ever so slightly, the tip of the blade just a centimeter away from slicing open his meaty flesh.

Having missed, the assailant took another swipe except this time Naruto caught him by the wrist before the blade could even get close to his body. The man tried to pull back but Naruto had a tight grip on him. When he couldn't escape the hold, the homeless mugger pulled his fist back for a punch but before it was released, he was hit in the larynx by a "Y" throat strike.

The mugger grasped his neck as he gagged and tried to breathe with a fruitless effort. While trying to regain airflow, he was left open to be attacked again which Naruto took full advantage of.

The symbiote host placed the man in a wrist lock as he was forced to bend over, his arm pulled all the way back with his wrist bent, causing him to drop the knife.

Naruto swiftly kneed him twice in the face before sweeping the back of his legs as the man fell onto his back, staring at the moon before the last thing he saw was the fist of the marine descending into his face, shattering the sniffer of the weak mugger.

Wiping his hands on his pants, Naruto stood straight as he took a breath.

"Ha, God that felt good." He said to himself before turning back to Cindy who had a bright smile at the fact Naruto took down his first criminal with her.

"Um, you wanna web him up?" Naruto asked his lover, preferring the man was secured for now.

"Oh! Sure." She said before approaching. Once close enough, Cindy fired organic webs from her finger tips, binding the man to the hard ground.

Turning to her boyfriend, she paused for a second before gaining a grin.

"Say Naruto, why don't we leave this guy here and I take you web swinging for the first time?" She said as she watched him perk up in excitement.

"Wait," He said, halting his eagerness for a moment, "What about him? Shouldn't we call the cops?" Naruto asked, wanting to make sure he wouldn't try this on someone else.

Cindy simply waved him off, "I think he learned his lesson not to mess with people anymore." She stated before grabbing him by the wrist and dragging him along with Riley deeper into the alley, "Come on! We're gonna do this properly."

They turned into a dead end of the alley before stopping. Pointing upwards, Cindy directed his attention above.

"Up there." She said with enthusiasm, "We'll start from there." Naruto looked to where she pointed and saw she pointed to roof of a large building, at least 14 stories up.

Scratching his cheek, he voiced a question, "How are we supposed to get up there?"

"Well normally I'd wall crawl up," Cindy replied flippantly as she turned to face him, "But I'm gonna do something different tonight."

Bending down, she picked Riley up in her arms, before launching herself high into the air in a single bound. Landing ever so gracefully on the roof. Peeking over the ledge, she called down to Naruto.

"Your turn! Just do what I did!"

'Do what she did? Can I even do that?' He thought to himself, before getting an unexpected reply.

'Yes, you can. Your muscles were enhanced by me so you could perform such feats.' Was the answer of the symbiote.

'Hm. If you say so.' Naruto responded, deciding to trust his newly gained friend.

Bending his knees, he tensed his leg muscles before he himself leapt higher than any normal human. Naruto soared further and further into the night sky as he released words of pure joy.

"HELLLLLLLL YEAAAAAAAAHHHHH!"

Naruto began to laugh uncontrollably before he started to descend, the roof of the building quickly approaching. He wasn't worried though, Naruto felt like the king of the world right now.

As he plummeted, he did flips and spins as he quickly got used to his new flexibility and agility. The newly minted superhuman then landed on the cold concrete of the roof in a squat with his hand flat and the other on his knee.

Letting out a sigh of satisfaction, Naruto stood straight and wiped the dirt off his palm.

He walked to Cindy who was standing on the edge of the roof with no fear considering how long she had been doing this superhero thing.

Naruto had a large smile on his face, excited for what was next. He soon had a realization that could hinder his first attempt at web swinging.

"Cindy, should you really be web swinging in those clothes? It'll look a little weird to see a regular woman swinging through the sky like one of the many spider people in this city." He pointed out, preferring not to have his identity exposed before he even became a full on crime fighter.

"Huh?" She responded before looking down to her clothes, "Oh, don't worry about that. I got my costume underneath." Cindy said before pulling her shirt up to reveal that she did in fact have her costume under her regular clothes.

"That's neat." Naruto said before looking at the dog.

"How are we gonna transport this old man?" He asked, obviously referring to Riley who barked in response to said allegation of being old.

"We're gonna web him to my back." Cindy said cheerfully, ignoring how odd of a sentence that sounded, "Pick him up and hold him close to my back." She quickly took off the clothes that were over her costume and neatly folded them before turning around as she pulled her half mask up.

Naruto simply shrugged before picking Riley up and putting him up against her back, his snout over her shoulder. Cindy then reached behind and began webbing the dog secure to herself.

She soon finished before turning back to Naruto.

"That'll hold for about an hour. Do you wanna switch into your goo suit?" Cindy asked, hiding her smile behind her mask.

"Goo suit? That just sounds nasty. Also I don't know how to do that." Naruto replied before suddenly, the symbiote enclosed his entire body, from top to bottom he was covered in a protective suit thanks to the symbiote.

The suit was simple, it wasn't the same as the first time, while he still had claws, they were now shorter and less likely to hurt someone unless intended. There was no longer a mouth full of razor sharp teeth either, just a black empty canvas.

The living alien bodysuit was black, sleek with the same dimensions as Naruto, with big white eyes. When the original Spider-Man wore the symbiote, he had a big white spider on his chest and back. That was not on Naruto's symbiote, the only white were the eyes.

Naruto looked at his hands and arms as he turned them over and saw nothing but black on where his skin should be.

"Huh. This feels good. Best I've ever felt in a long time." He said as he continued looking himself over before feeling satisfied.

"I wonder how I'm supposed to shoot webs?" Naruto asked, not entirely sure how it would work.

'Point your fist at a specific point and squeeze, a web will fire from just behind your knuckles.'

'Oh alright. Thanks homie.'

'You're welcome… homie.'

Doing as told, Naruto made a fist, pointed to Cindy's clothes, and squeezed as a black web line shot at said clothing before he pulled them to himself while catching it with his other hand. He looked to the clothes and then to his chest before putting them against his chest as the symbiote absorbed it until they were gone.

"Hey, what the hell?!" Silk exclaimed, furious at his actions, "That's my favorite outfit!" Naruto simply waved her off before responding.

"Relax, he's just holding onto them till we get home. As soon as we're back I'll return your clothes." Silk pouted before nodding in a reluctant agreement.

"Alright, well let's get going then. Try to keep up greenie." She said teasingly before leaping off the roof. Firing a web line, she swung into the night while Riley held his tongue out, catching the like he was on a car ride.

"Damn she got real far pretty fast." Naruto said as he watched her, "Well it's not the craziest thing I'll have done so I should be alright." He too then leapt off the building, his descent happening fast before pointing and firing a web line at another building as he used the momentum to swing into the night.

He was sloppy, and clumsy at first, but he quickly caught on. Almost as if it was second nature as he kept firing and swinging through the sky.

Eventually he caught up with his superhero girlfriend who was simply shocked at how fast he had gotten used to it before shaking her head in pride.

"Wow!" Silk exclaimed as the wind rushed past, "I'm surprised you're so adept at web swinging already!" She had to yell for Naruto to even hear her due to the sound as they swung through the air at high speeds.

"Thanks!" He yelled back as he swung close to a building before letting go of his web to run along the side, diving through a fire escape and leaping off to shoot another web to swing from, "When you're getting bombed in the Middle East you tend to pick things up quick!"

"Why don't you do some more tricks?! I need to be careful with Riley on my back!" Silk said as she made sure not to do anything excessive to not jostle the dog and cause him to throw up on her.

"Alright!" Naruto responded as he web zipped before diving bombing towards a flag pole that was hanging from the side of a building. Gripping the pole with one hand, he swung off with a double backflip before firing two web lines at a street light on the ground and pulling himself to it, once reaching it he grabbed the top and bent his arms before launching himself off and back into the air.

Eventually he made it back up to the same height as Silk who complimented him, "Not bad!" She yelled before pointing out a building, "Looks like we gotta cut this short! There's our apartment!" Silk then directed herself to said building before landing on the fire escape rail directly outside their window with Naruto landing next to her.

Stepping down, she opened the window and carefully stepped inside, making sure not to bump Riley's head as she entered.

Naruto stepped down as well and placed his foot on the windowsill and moved to enter as well before stopping and looking to the city as his mask peeled back to reveal his face. He stepped away from the window and leaned on the railing.

"Today was a good day." He said to himself with a smile before turning to actually enter his apartment this time.
