The Valley was at peace.

The vigil towers on the edges of the Valley of Peace kept a careful watch in the case of the coming of any army. Not that any army was actually on sight, that is. Miles around, not a single group big enough to be consider an army could be seen and, even if it was, the vigil would sound the alarm before they came even three miles within any of the access passages, all of which were the kind that only allowed the passage of a limited number of individuals at a time, from the trails between the mountains to the precarious bridges.

Smaller groups could pass, of course.

Bandits were a common trouble on the land. However, the Valley didn't worried about it, for it, like many other provinces of China, counted with masters of the martial arts living there to fend off those and other threats, making sure that the land would remain in peace and undisturbed.

The noble and legendary Master Shifu, student of Oogway himself.

The Furious Five, trained by Shifu to be this generation's defenders of the Valley of Peace, like Shifu had been part of the Furious Five on his own time.

The Dragon Warrior.

Speaking of which...

"Dad, this new soup is great!" Po said, tasting the delicious new soup that his father had just added to the menu of the Dragon Warrior Noodles and Tofu.

"Oh, I'm so glad you like it, Po." Mr. Ping said. The goose continued to serve the costumers of his restaurant, many of them really happy for seeing Po in there. When Po was not busy training or defending the Valley, what was frequent, he would come to make a visit to his goose father's restaurant. That was one of the reasons why the restaurant was so popular. Everyone wanted a chance to see the Dragon Warrior up close and maybe get an autograph or even a chance to eat food by his side. Or even something he cooked himself!

Unfortunately, Po was not there to cook anything. He was there as a costumer and honored guest.

And Mr. Ping's guinea pig for his newest recipe.

As well as the one sitting by his side.

"And, what about you?" Mr. Ping said, turning to look at his son's friend. "What are you opinions on my new soup?"

Many had their eyes on the animal, as he took another calm spoonful of the soup, letting it dance across his tastebuds before swallowing. He then said:

"Well, I'm no soup expert like this corpulent gentleman sitting by my side." The animal said, referring to Po. "But, I have to say that it is really nice. The seasoning certainly is good. But, I have to say you went a little heavy on the salt, but that's just my opinion."

He looked up at the goose.

"Mr. Ping, you certainly has made it again. This is certainly going to be a hit."

Mr. Ping seemed satisfied by hearing this.

"Great!" The goose said, clasping his wings together. "I'll be adding it to the menu tomorrow! And I'll try to go easy on the salt. Thank you so much for the input, boys. Po. Tai Lung."

With this, Mr. Ping returned to serving the tables, leaving the panda and snow leopard sitting on the table. Tai Lung looked at the panda.

"You know, I think I'll never get used to how lively your father is." The feline said, "Especially for his age."

"What, you preferred when he was being hostile and throwing pans at you?" Po asked, and the leopard chuckled.

"Nah, I have enough training as it is without dodging flying cooking utensils."

And he took another spoonful of the soup.

"Seriously, this is great. I definitely see where your cooking skills come from." Tai Lung said, and Po smiled as he took drank his soup all in one go.

Hard to believe that once the snow leopard was trying to murder the panda. Now there he was, sitting by his side and talking to him as if he was a childhood friend.

Po still remembered the violence with which the snow leopard had attacked him, fully intending to pound his bones to dust. He also remembered how he turned the battle around on the last moment, and managed to come out as victorious.

And he finished it with the Wuxi Finger Hold.

When the dust settled, and Tai Lung was nowhere to be seen, Po had panicked.

He thought he had just murdered someone!

He couldn't put to words how relieved he felt when he heard that Ta Lung had been found alive in a crater on a mountain just on the edge of the Valley, seeming that he had been blasted there with great force.

He was bruised. He was bleeding. He had limbs bent in unnatural angles, clearly broken. But he was still breathing and groaning. He was alive.

Po was not a murder.

However, the panda seemed to have been the only one happy for knowing Tai Lung was alive. He had to be the one to prevent someone else from trying to finish the job and killing the snow leopard.

Against everyone's opinion, and under protest from the other residents of the Jade Palace, Po brought Tai Lung in and started to take care of him to help him heal.

The Five had been against it, considering their experience fighting against the snow leopard. However, Shifu, to everyone's surprise, was in favor of Po's decision of nursing Tai Lung back to health.

Maybe he had been touched by the panda's kindness. Maybe he still, deep down, saw Tai Lung as his own child. Whatever the reason, Shifu had decided to give his full support to the panda to care for the wounded criminal and house him on the Jade Palace.

Of course, many questioned this decision. Some of them even went to openly protest, demanding Tai Lung to be executed, or at least send back to Chor Gom to spend the rest of his days in there. However, Po was firm on his decision, and Shifu was on his side.

There was tension on the village for a while, as the Dragon Warrior helped the defeated villain heal from the battle. Everyone expected Tai Lung to challenge Po to another battle as soon as he was feeling slightly better. Or to simply attack him by surprise, like villains usually did. However, it turned out that the villagers were the ones getting surprised.

During his time healing, Tai Lung had a lot of time to think. Most of it was accompanied by the panda's constant talking, as the Dragon Warrior surely seemed like he had a lot to talk about with the snow leopard, especially due to the need to fill in the silence between them, and because he seemed to be completely oblivious to Tai Lung's angry snarl and murderous glares.

Tai Lung reflected so much about his entire life up to that point. On how he spent years preparing himself to have that scroll. A scroll that turned out to be a complete sham.

"There's no secret ingredient." Po said again at him when he brought the subject of the scroll to the panda, and on what point it was. Tai Lung didn't got what was with the food analogism (maybe a panda thing?), but he got that it meant there was no magic involved, and that someone only needed to have faith in oneself.

Still, the snow leopard could not swallow that this was the secret that he fought so hard to achieve. It was deep and emotional, but it was still a letdown to know he wasted practically his whole his life desiring a scroll that did absolutely nothing.

There was also the fact that his ego was even more bruised. Back then, he thought that the panda had only managed to beat him because he received power from the scroll. However, now he knew that the panda actually beat him because he was actually better. That twenty-something panda who had a few weeks crash course could beat someone who spent over twenty years of his life training and studying.

That was just about ridiculous enough as it was, and certainly left Tai Lung's ego as bruised as his body.

As Tai Lung recovered, and reflected on the whole scroll charade, he was able to understand a deeper meaning behind all of this. Po never needed the scroll. He never really needed any magic. He was simply deserving enough.

Unlike Tai Lung.

The snow leopard was not sure at which point of the weeks of bedrest he started reflecting on how worthy the panda was, but he certainly did. The more he reflected on that, the more he saw the qualities of the panda that made him worthy.

He was strong, but gentle. He was fierce, but kind. He was ruthless in battle, but ultimately innocent on his way of facing nearly everything else.

It was like he had all of Tai Lung's strengths and none of his flaws.

That did made the snow leopard feel inferior to him. What, in turn, made Po realize the snow leopard was not feeling well and try harder to help him.

That made Tai Lung look weird at the panda, who was being so nice to someone who had previously literally tried to crush him to death. The snow leopard was confused by how he could be so kind, and he actually started wanting to understand the panda better. To know him.

Perhaps that was why he didn't tried to reach out for his neck and rip his throat off when he fully recovered movement from his dexterous arm.

Tai Lung was glad he didn't. Because, had he done it, he would not have had the chance to make what may have been his first real friend.

What could he do? There was something about that panda that just made Tai Lung enjoy being around him. People often said that pandas were one of those creatures that somehow made everyone they met love them. Of course, Tai Lung could not tell, because Po was the first panda he ever met, but he was sure that he had come to like the black and white buffoon.

Po made Tai Lung rethink all of the decisions he ever did on his life. From going into a rampage twenty years ago to spend the following two decades eating himself up on resentment and greed, to having gone into a second rampage and trying to kill both Shifu and the panda.

Tai Lung knew now why Oogway didn't allowed him to become the Dragon Warrior. If he could act like that the second he was denied something he wanted, how would he have acted if he would have been the Dragon Warrior and had been denied anything else by anyone?

Tai Lung realized that, as Dragon Warrior, he would have been little more than an oppressive tyrant who knew how to throw good punches.

This caused Tai Lung great shame, as he now knew fully that he had dishonored kung fu, the Jade Palace, Shifu, and even himself.

From that shame, came another feeling. A feeling that was feed by the actions of the kind and smiling panda who offered him a hand when no one else would've. Maybe there was not a precise word to the feeling, but it was, as Po himself had put, a "not too late" feeling.

Was that even right? Did that even made sense?

What Tai Lung knew was that he didn't wanted this to be the legacy he would leave behind. This was not how he wanted to be remembered. And that was why he had decided to start again.

To turn over a new leaf.

Of course, turning over a new leaf after you've done the things Tai Lung did can be nearly impossible. Except when you have the Dragon Warrior himself vouching on your favor.

Tai Lung was pretty sure that he would most likely never had been accepted back by the villagers if it wasn't for them seeing him and Po getting so well along, as if they had been friends their entire lives. They all knew Po, many of them had seen him grow up, and they knew how nice the panda was, even if a little irresponsible and goofy at times. Besides, he was the Dragon Warrior now, and he had proven it to everyone in the most spectacular fashion.

With Po's help, the mistrust people had on Tai Lung was slowly decreasing, as the snow leopard started doing his own part on helping defend the Valley from attacks, looters and bandits, and saving some innocents on the process. It took a while, but eventually Tai Lung managed to gain the villagers, and now he was respected as a kung fu master by everyone on the Valley of Peace.

Some of them still looked at him with mistrust, walked away when he crossed the street and shielded their little ones from him as he passed near. As it was possible to see when Po and Tai Lung were both walking back to the Jade Palace. Some of them had the good grace of trying to be subtle, but most who did it basically just turned away from him without caring if he saw it or not. And of course Tai Lung did. He noticed all of them.

Well, he supposed he deserved it after all he pulled on. Perhaps he would never be able to completely recover the trust of the villagers. Just like he would never be able to erase the bad decisions he made.

All he could do now was work better for his future, and try his best to achieve redemption for all that he did.

Sometimes, he questioned if that would even be possible.

The actions of some people certainly gave the impression it wouldn't. Still, with time, more and more people were warming up to him and starting to trust him. Even the Furious Five were slowly warming up to him, and Tai Lung had made almost all of them paralyzed for hours with nerve strikes.

They clearly didn't seemed as hostile to him as they were long ago once he started training with them.

Speaking of training, that was what Tai Lung and Po were doing when they returned to the Jade palace after sampling Mr. Ping's new soup. Shifu made sure to have the two working hard to compensate the little "free time" they had by slipping away to the restaurant, and he was very keen on seeing his two top students doing well. His own words, much to Tai Lung's surprise.

Tai Lung had not practiced in twenty years, but he was still as good as he was when he was first place on Chor Gom. Actually, he was even stronger! Po wondered how that was even possible, and Tai Lung explained to him about "mental combat training", which was basically a form of meditation. You basically created a mental landscape on your head and forced your mind to focus on training, and you did that so deeply that somehow the mind affected the body.

He tried to teach that to Po, but it had soon became clear that anything involving mental focus was a great challenge to the panda.

He was a great learner of nearly anything else, however. Tai Lung had been shocked with Po's ability to perform complex and advanced kung fu techniques nearly flawlessly after having seen the performed only once or twice. It was really something else, and it showed how good the panda actually was.

It certainly made him receptive to Tai Lung's lessons.

Yes, because Tai Lung gave lessons to Po now. To help the panda become the Dragon Warrior he was born to be.

It made sense, didn't it?

After all, Tai Lung may not be the Dragon Warrior, but he was still the guy who mastered all of the kung fu scrolls before turning Twenty. He knew way more in terms of sheer kung fu knowledge than Po did, and he still remembered every single thing he ever read. And Po proved to be an eager and very good student, learning everything Tai Lung had to offer with amazing speed, although he was a bit slow in certain areas, and sometimes it really tested Tai Lung's patience, but he had quickly learned from Shifu how to deal with the panda.

Po actually seemed honored from learning from Tai Lung, proving once more how he truly didn't held any hard feelings from the snow leopard. He was a good student, despite his difficulty to pay attention for too long and his lack of patience. He was certainly eager to learn what Tai Lung had to teach to him.

And Tai Lung was eager to teach the panda all he could. After all, if Tai Lung could not ever be the Dragon Warrior, he could at least be the one who taught the Dragon Warrior. It was a way of living up part of his dream, wasn't it? It certainly seemed fine enough with Tai Lung, as far as everyone could see as he made the panda stand with his tiptoes on the tip of the blades of spears and made him run barefoot over hot coal. All the while maintaining an air of friendly enmity with the big panda, which Po answered with kind smiles and a polite "yes sir" at each lesson Tai Lung gave him.

Even as they trained, and in spite of the huge age gap, it seemed that they were old childhood friends. There was certainly an air of comradery between them that most people would expect to see from two partners who went to war together, instead of a criminal and a hero who fought each other nearly to death once.

Even though Tai Lung was clearly the one with greater experience, it was clear that he was learning with Po as much as Po was learning with him. It was not simply one taking something from the other, but rather a process of mutual growth between the two.

"The ideal master-student relationship", was how Shifu put it when describing the way Po and Tai Lung interacted to the rest of his students. They had to admit, it certainly did it looked like there was a good relation of this kind there. Shifu even admitted that Po listened to Tai Lung more than he listened to him.

Shifu was leaving the leopard in charge of Po's training. Mostly...

Today he made Po train until the late afternoon, when he finally allowed the panda to go, and then continued training on his own.

He was still working with Po on his stamina, but he was pretty sure that soon the panda would eventually catch up with him. Tai Lung continued to train for a while, before he eventually decided that it was enough, and decided to call it a night as well.

"Finally resting, warrior Tai Lung?" Tigress said, looking at him as he departed.

"What, still not 'master Tai Lung'?" the snow leopard asked to the female, who looked back at him.

"Maybe when you proved yourself enough times." Tigress said to her.

"And when you forget how well I handed your tail to you?" Tai Lung said, smirking at the Tigress. It was clear that he had been picking up a few of Po's speech mannerisms from the time they had been together. Tigress found it only mildly infuriating, when combined with that smirk.

"Careful, Tai Lung." Tigress said, smirking at him on her own devilish way. "But, that may wait for later. When you are not reeking like you just crawled through garbage."

Tai Lung looked back at the Tigress, who turned her back at him and went her way. Tai Lung looked at her departing form.

I'm getting you one day, little sister. Tai Lung thought as he looked at the departing woman. Yes, Tai Lung has come to see Tigress as his little sister. It made sense, after all, they were both orphans raised by the same man. They were technically siblings, if you thought like that.

Their first meeting had not been on the best terms, and they remained not on the best terms after this. However, Tigress seemed to slowly warm up to him, as her words to him lost the bile, and she even started to say things to him that seemed more like a sister's nagging than a mortal enemy's insults and curses.

Saying that he smelled certainly was way nicer than the things she used to say while he was still recovering.

And also truth, as Tai Lung noticed when he sniffed his own pit. The smell of sweat was strong on him.

Perhaps he should take a bath.

With this, Tai Lung left the Training Hall, and took the path on the stairs that would lead him to the baths.

The baths of the Jade Palace were a less known aspect of the kung fu temple, but they were certainly one well known by the people who lived there. They were pretty much like any communal public baths, with the exception that they had hot water at any given moment of the day. This was all thanks to an ingenious heating system that used coal of extremely slow burn combined with metal pipes through which the water was transported, arriving on the baths still steaming and ready.

There was even an intricate system involving levers and pulleys that allowed to control the hotness of the water by controlling the proximity of the metal pipes to the burning coal. With the pull of a lever, you could increase the distance between the pipe and the coal, resulting in less heating of the water, so it would be right on the temperature you desired for it.

Some out there still believed that there was some kind of mystic process involved. I mean, come on, hot water at any time you want and on the temperature you want it? It could only be magic!

Tai Lung had very good memories of the bathhouses of the Jade Palace. From the times Shifu brought him there as a cub to bath him to the days he went there after a long and tiring day of training to soak his tired and aching body on hot water and wash the pain away.

And, of course, the times he manage to snuck some "special guest" to stay there with him under Shifu's nose for a night of fun on the baths.

To this very day, Tai Lung was glad he didn't went to prison a virgin.

Tai Lung also remembered when he finally returned to those baths again after twenty years.

He was still recovering, and Po literally carried on his arms like a bride and helped him undress as if he was a small cub. The panda even scrubbed him, all the while looking away to avoid looking at his parts. All the while the panda himself stepped out of his shorts to avoid getting them wet, and using only a towel around his waist to cover himself.

The panda really was self-conscious that they were both alone and naked in there.

It seemed like so long ago, now that Tai Lung thought about it...

With a sigh, the snow leopard continued his way to the baths, all of sudden too aware of the sweat clinging to his body , making his fur feel damp and cling to his skin. Those warm waters really seemed nice right now.

As soon as Tai Lung reached the doors, he opened them and walked inside. He closed the doors behind himself, and was already reaching for his belt to untie it, when he was suddenly aware he was not alone there.

Po really was hard to miss, with his black and white colors and big body. It was really easy to notice him, especially when he was too distracted to notice you there.

Right now, the panda seemed distracted with the levers.

"So, if I pull this one the water comes scalding..." Po said to himself, "But, if I pulls this one and then that one, the water comes just hot enough... or was it that one and then this one?"

The panda seemed to be trying to figure out how the lever system worked. As he apparently hadn't figured that out yet.

Well, that couldn't be fully blame on Po's own... slowness.

It was a complex system to operate.

"Still trying to figure it out, panda?" Tai Lung asked, and Po reacted nearly immediately. He bumped into a few levers, causing some jets of water in different temperatures to spill out of the pipes, mixing and causing some steam to surge up. Po tried to put them back in place, and took a few attempts before he managed to do it. Now there was a weak steam mist on the inside of the bathhouse.

"Uhh, yeah." Po said, "I'm just... still trying to remember the... the right combination for, you know, the water on the temperature I like for... for cleansing. You know, that temperature where it feels really cozy but doesn't feel like you're inside a boiling pot. That... that temperature, you know?"

Tai Lung nodded.

"Yeah, I think I do." Tai Lung said, looking at the panda. "So, you came here just to check on the pipe system, or do you plan to bath as well?" He asked, and the panda looked at him, and fumbled with his fingers.

"O-oh. Y-yeah, I kind want to bath too. I mean, it is always nice bathing here." Po admitted, and then said:

"But that was not my...my original plan. You see. I was kinda, well, kinda... hoping you... would... come here today after training?"

Tai Lung looked at him with a raised eyebrow.

"I-I mean, I did noticed you were sweating pretty hard. Awesome training, by the way." Po said, "And, well, I thought you could want to bath. So..."

"So you came here waiting for me?" Tai Lung asked, looking at Po with a smirk on his lips. "Hoping that maybe we could bath together?"

"No... I mean, yes! I mean..." Po said, fumbling with words at the same time he fumbled with his fingers. "I-I kind of would like to bath with you, if you want... later."

Later, huh?

Tai Lung's smirk widened ever so slightly.

"So, you've been wanting me again, haven't you?" He asked, and Po said nothing. He looked down, as he continued to fumble with his fingers.

"Hey!" Tai Lung said suddenly, making the panda jump slightly and look at him.

"I asked you a question, panda." Tai Lung said in a very firm voice, which made him sound almost exactly like Master Shifu when he was trying to make sure Po would get the lesson right.

"You've been desiring me again, haven't you?" Tai Lung repeated, slower this time, and giving Po a piercing gaze. Po shivered as he was looked at like this.

"Mm-hmm." Was all Po could come up with as an answer, as he nodded his head meekly. Tai Lung smirk widened even more. Of course, he already expected that. On the moment he saw Po in there, and when he saw him talking and acting like that, he already knew what it was about.

He knew exactly what Po wanted in moments like that.

Something that Tai Lung himself also learned to want and desire.

"Come closer." Tai Lung said, and Po looked at him as he walked to him with short but quick steps. Soon, they were standing just a foot away from each other, and Tai Lung stood there with his arms crossed and a smirk on his face, while Po looked caught with his hands on the cookie jar.

"Look at me." Tai Lung said, and Po hesitated. This hesitation made Tai Lung say again, this time with a firmer voice:

"Look at me, fatso."

Po flinched a bit, and this time he looked up, his eyes meeting Tai Lung's.

For a moment, they only stared at each other, before Tai Lung closed the distance between the two with a single step. His hands shooting up and grabbing Po's head.

And forcing him into a kiss.

Po's eyes widened, as surprised sound coming out of his throat and muffled by Tai Lung's own mouth as he was pull into that forceful kiss. However, despite the surprise, Po didn't tried to pull out. He didn't tried to fight in any way. Instead, he only let out a weak whimper as Tai Lung stole that kiss from him. The kind of whimper that a person would let out when they were completely powerless against an assailant.

Po soon was melting into the kiss, relaxing while Tai Lung kissed him. Soon, he was returning the kiss. When he felt Tai Lung's tongue on his lips, Po obediently opened them, allowing Tai Lung to explore his tongue.

And explore it he did.

The leopard's sand-papery tongue went all over Po's mouth, running over his guns, forcing itself into his cheeks and going as far as to almost enter his throat. It also wrestled with Po's own tongue. Well, not as much wrestled as pinned it down and constricted it like a snake constrict the prey.

Po, meanwhile, only remained almost completely passive during the kiss, limiting himself to only to move his tongue against Tai Lung and deepen the kiss when the leopard did the same. Otherwise, he allowed the leopard to do as he pleased with him, letting out weak whimpers and muffled moans.

Their bodies rubbed on each other as they kissed, and it was all on the right ways.

Po lost time of track as they kissed. If it was five minutes or one hour, he honestly couldn't say, but he knew the moments Tai Lung pulled out.

The kiss broke and Po was panting slightly. Tai Lung was not panting, but he was breathing slowly as he looked in the eyes of the panda. Their mouths open, their tongues out and connected by a string of saliva, which glistened on the light coming from the lanterns on the bathhouse.

For a moment, they looked at each other, before Tai Lung broke the string of saliva with a single movement of his dexterous tongue, which retreated back to his own mouth immediately, while Po's tongue still hang out of his mouth, making him literally look like a drooling idiot.

Tai Lung chuckled at that look on the panda's face, before he stepped back. His hands moved to his waits, and he undid his belt. He lowered his pants, letting they fall all the way down to his ankles.

(***)

The warm water was perfect.

Tai Lung certainly knew well how to operate the lever system of the baths. He just had to push the right ones to make the pipes let out water on just the right temperature. Warm enough to be very nice to the body, but not hot enough to scald them on contact. What was good, since they were placing their intimate parts on the water.

They both sighed as he just enjoyed the water, letting their soreness and sweat (and other fluids) just be washed away, while the steam raised slowly from the water and help them feel better by releasing the grime from their skins so it could be washed away as well.

Yes, the baths were certainly a nice little pleasure that the residents of the Jade Palace could have. And it was even more enjoyable when you were there with someone else. At least, in the opinion of some.

Like Po, for example. The panda would surely say that it felt good to enjoy that warm water while he hugged Tai Lung, resting his head on his broad chest and feeling both his breathing and the beating of the feline's powerful heart.

Tai Lung didn't protested. He had long learned that the panda was a cuddler, and that trying to push him away was useless, especially right after sex. If he was being completely honest, he didn't minded having a big, soft, plush-faced panda cuddling up to him. It kind of reminded him when he was a cub and had that stuffed toy to sleep with when he was lonely or scared during the night.

For a long moment, they just remained silent as they enjoyed the bath, as well as the close contact, before Tai Lung spoke:

"Hey, Po?"

"Hm?"

"Think you can sneak off your bedroom tomorrow night?" Tai Lung asked the panda, "I want you to meet up with me."

Po looked up at him.

"In the dungeons?" Po asked him, "You want to do that sex thing where you chain me up and we pretend that I am your slave? If you do, can you not use the whip this time? I had trouble to sit for two days last time."

"No, is not that." Tai Lung said to me. "You know the clearing near old Jiang's house? The one surrounded by bamboo?"

"You want to do it there?" Po asked, surprised, "Didn't we agreed not to do it anywhere public?"

"Po, this is not what I'm talking about!" Tai Lung said to him, and then he explained:

"I'm talking about a picnic." He said to the panda, "You know, get a basket full of food and maybe some drinks. We just sit on the clearing and eat. Maybe cuddle too. It will be a full moon, so we will have no problem to see. We won't need lanterns. And it will be Friday. That's usually when Jiang goes out and plays music on his old guzheng. If we keep quiet, we can hear him playing while we eat."

There was a bit of silence. Tai Lung ventured to look at Po, to find that the panda was looking at him with a surprised expression.

"Tai?" Po said, looking intently at the snow leopard. "Are you... asking me out on a date?"

"No! No, no, no." Tai Lung said nearly immediately. "It is not a date. I mean, it is not a 'date' date. I mean. It is just... you know? Two guys all alone. Together. In a clearing. Having a picnic under the moonlight. Hearing to the guzheng played by a goat whose entire musical repertory consists in old cheesy love songs..."

There was a brief silence. Tai Lung ventured to look back at Po, who was still looking back at him with an inquiring face. After a few moments, Tai Lung sighed.

"Fine, it's a date." Tai Lung admitted, as if in defeat, as he looked at the panda and then asked:

"So? Tomorrow night? Full moon? Picnic? You in?"

For a few more moments, Po just looked at him, and then a smile formed on his muzzle.

"I'll bring the noodles."
