It was a turbulent night in Kyoto, a city in Japan that normally never slept, but today it seemed busier and more agitated than usual. The streets were filled with apprehensive citizens, nervously glancing over their shoulders as they passed by the flickering lights of paper lanterns that illuminated the narrow alleys.
This was due to the alarm echoing throughout the city, a shrill sound that cut through the night air like a sharp blade. The epicenter of the turmoil was the region that served as the capital for the Yokais and some other races, a place usually tranquil and enigmatic. But on that night, everything was in chaos.
Kunou-sama, Lady Yasaka's daughter, had been kidnapped. She was the precious jewel of the Yokai Faction, an adored and respected figure among her people. The news of her disappearance had spread like wildfire, and now the Yokais were in a frenzy of anger and despair.
In the narrow streets, strange and eerie creatures swept the city in search of any clue that would lead them to the young girl. Their bright and menacing eyes scanned the faces of ordinary citizens, who were violently dragged out of their homes and unjustly accused of involvement in the abduction.
In a shadowy corner, a group of Yokais surrounded an ordinary man who pleaded for his innocence, tears of fear and helplessness flooding his face. A Tengu, with its black and sharp wings, pointed an accusing finger at him, while a werewolf hurled curses at him.
"Where is Kunou-sama? Where have you hidden her, human?" roared the Tengu, with saliva dripping from its sharp mouth.
The trembling man stammered in response, "I don't know anything, I swear! I'm just an ordinary citizen; I would never harm Kunou-sama!"
But his words fell on deaf ears and hardened hearts. The Yokais attacked him with brute force, without any mercy, inflicting pain and suffering upon him while his family's tears watched the scene helplessly.
In other corners of the city, innocent citizens were subjected to the same cruel and inhumane treatment, all in the name of the desperate search for Kunou-sama. Chaos and antipathy reigned in the streets of Kyoto, and the heart of the city was tainted by the Yokais' despair.
Meanwhile, the true nature of the kidnapping remained shrouded in shadows, as a sinister conspiracy unfolded, threatening to plunge the city into an even greater abyss of darkness and despair.
(Zeoticus Gremory)
Zeoticus Gremory was in the midst of an endless chaos, which was not unnatural, but it had been a while since he found himself in such a sensitive situation.
As the head of a prominent demon house, and considering that the demon faction had a less-than-stellar history with the Yokais, any irresponsible action could lead to dire consequences.
Zeoticus Gremory sat in his hotel room, his mind immersed in deep thoughts. He was aware that his position as the head of a demon house was a double-edged sword in this situation. On one hand, he possessed the knowledge and skills needed to deal with supernatural situations, but on the other hand, any misstep could result in hostility from the Yokais.
While contemplating his next move, Zeoticus felt a sinister presence lurking in the shadows of the room. He knew he was constantly under surveillance, like prey about to be hunted. The vigilant eyes of the Yokais followed him wherever he went, and this constant tension was starting to wear on his nerves.
Rising from his chair, Zeoticus walked to the window and looked out at the tumultuous city below. He knew he needed to find a way to peacefully and effectively resolve this crisis, but the real question was: who was truly behind the kidnapping of Kunou-sama?
As the city continued to spiral into chaos, Zeoticus Gremory decided to proceed with caution. He understood that he couldn't directly confront Lady Yasaka, the nine-tailed fox, without concrete evidence or solid information about what was unfolding.
(Yasaka)
Yasaka, the nine-tailed fox and leader of the Yokai faction, was in her palace at the heart of the Yokai region, enveloped in an aura of hostility and anger. Her snowy-white fur gleamed intensely, a clear sign that her mind was in a turbulent and disturbed state.
Around her, her advisors gathered in a heavy and tense atmosphere. They knew the situation was grave, and the unrest in the streets of Kyoto was starting to spread to the Yokai leadership.
Yasaka was not in her best mental state, and her emotions were on the verge of overflowing.
One of the advisors, an imposing Oni, dared to speak. "Lady Yasaka, we need to approach this situation calmly and wisely. The mere suspicion of demon involvement is not enough to declare war."
Yasaka turned abruptly towards him, her eyes burning with fury. "Do you dare to tell me to stay calm when my daughter has been kidnapped, and our city is in chaos? These demons, these intruders in our territory, will be held accountable for what they've done!"
Another advisor, a Youkai with the appearance of a serpent, tried to mediate the discussion. "Lady Yasaka, we understand this is distressing, but declaring war without solid proof can have devastating consequences. We need to investigate further, gather concrete information."
At that moment, a third advisor, a wise and patient Tanuki, intervened "There are rumors that a red-haired demon was seen in the slums of Kyoto recently. Perhaps this is a relevant lead pointing to the suspect. But we must proceed with caution, investigate the facts before making an irrevocable decision."
Yasaka's anger did not wane. She growled, her eyes narrowed with suspicion "Caution? Investigation? My daughter is in danger, and you speak of caution? These demons deserve nothing but our vengeance!"
The words of the Tanuki advisor were not enough to calm Yasaka. Her anger was growing by the second, and her mind was shrouded in a fog of despair and revenge. She was not willing to wait for evidence or cautious procedures.
In a fit of rage, Yasaka transformed into her nine-tailed fox form, her white tails swirling furiously around her. She advanced toward the Oni advisor, her sharp claws ready to attack.
"You are weak and indecisive!" Yasaka shouted, her voice echoing through the council chamber "Your lack of courage and determination is unacceptable!"
The Oni advisor tried to defend himself, arguing, "Lady Yasaka, I am only trying to prevent us from making an irreversible mistake. We need to be wise in our actions."
But his words only intensified Yasaka's rage. In a swift and brutal motion, she unleashed a blast of flames from her mouth toward the Oni advisor, who was immediately consumed by the flames and turned to ashes before the shocked eyes of the other advisors.
The chamber fell silent, except for the crackling of the slowly dissipating flames. The advisors were stunned by the brutality of Yasaka's attack, and shock and fear were written on their faces.
Yasaka, back in her original form, stared fiercely at the remaining advisors, her voice filled with anger and defiance "Does any of you dare to challenge my decision now?" The silence that followed was a silent response to the terrible act that had just occurred.
At the moment when the silence seemed absolute and the tension reached its peak, a mysterious and masked figure appeared in the council chamber. Their red hair flowed under the mask, and a single eye gleamed with an intense shade of crimson.
"What a charming scene we have here," said the eccentric stranger, their voice echoing disturbingly in the chamber. "The leader of the Yokais, so full of anger and a desire for revenge. It's almost like a theatrical performance."
No one, not even Yasaka, had noticed the presence of the shadowy figure until that moment. The advisors, already stunned by their colleague's disappearance and their leader's fury, now looked in astonishment at the intruder.
"Who are you? How dare you enter here?" demanded Yasaka, her eyes narrowing as she struggled to maintain control over her anger.
The stranger tilted their head, their lips curving into an enigmatic smile beneath the mask "Forgive me for the lack of etiquette, Lady Yasaka. Allow me to introduce myself properly. I am the one you seek, the kidnapper of Kunou-sama."
The revelation caused absolute shock in the council chamber. The advisors exchanged bewildered glances, unable to comprehend how this stranger had arrived there, let alone how they dared to identify themselves as the kidnapper of the Yokai leader's daughter.
Yasaka was in an even greater state of fury, her fur bristling as she prepared to attack. "You… you dare to toy with me? Where is my daughter? What have you done to Kunou?"
The kidnapper laughed eccentrically "Oh, my dear, do not worry. Your daughter is alive, for now. But before we can negotiate, allow me to present my demands."
Yasaka's aura was out of control, causing the very surroundings to tremble around her. Her nine-tailed fox form continued to grow, her tails swirling like ghostly specters as she snarled with terrifying ferocity. The remaining advisors backed away in panic, knowing they were witnessing a terrifying manifestation of power.
"You do not understand." Yasaka roared, her voice echoing like thunder. "The agony I have felt since my daughter was torn from me. Nothing will be able to restrain me!"
The situation in the council chamber had become explosive, as Yasaka teetered on the brink of losing complete control. Her maternal instinct and the need for revenge were at war within her.
The masked kidnapper, on the other hand, watched the scene with a mysterious smile beneath the mask, as if they were enjoying the chaos they had unleashed.
"My demands are simple, Lady Yasaka." they began to say, but were interrupted as Yasaka lunged towards them with uncontrollable fury. Her sharp claws extended, ready to attack.
"It seems the conversation will have to wait," the kidnapper said as their eye gleamed even brighter in crimson.
(Zeoticus Gremory)
Zeoticus Gremory watched the scene with fascination. He felt the aura of power emanating from both, a display of supernatural strength that few in the demon world could match.
As he was about to consider whether or not he should intervene, a surprising turn of events occurred. Yasaka's palace was suddenly shaken by a powerful force. Zeoticus saw an enigmatic figure, blue in color and skull-like in appearance, emerging and grabbing Yasaka.
It was as if two titanic forces were colliding, causing a seismic impact that shook the very castle. The thunderous roar was deafening, and the nearby Yokais retreated in fear of what was happening.
Zeoticus realized that this was a unique opportunity to understand more about the situation. He knew he should not directly interfere in the dispute between Yokais, but he couldn't help but watch this incredible clash of supernatural powers.
While Zeoticus Gremory observed the titanic battle between Yasaka and the mysterious blue entity, a shocking twist occurred in his own life. Just as he was about to ponder his next action, something he never expected happened.
The door to his room was abruptly pushed inward, revealing a familiar figure. Before he could realize what was happening, a colossal spear pierced through the window he had been observing moments before. The spear cut through the air with terrifying speed and impaled Zeoticus's chest with brutal precision.
The pain he felt was overwhelming. His body was propelled backward, colliding with the room's wall with a dull thud. The impact caused his vision to blur, and he found himself collapsing to the floor, struggling to breathe as blood flowed from his mortal wound.
The figure that had entered the room was not alone. In a coordinated motion, she hurled an axe in Zeoticus's direction, which spun through the air at impressive speed. The axe was about to strike him when, in a last desperate effort, Zeoticus managed to roll to the side, narrowly escaping the fatal blow. The axe embedded itself forcefully in the wall, mere inches from his face.
With his strength rapidly waning, Zeoticus Gremory realized he had fallen into a deadly ambush. The familiar figure was now in front of him, a threatening presence observing him.
"Zeoticus Gremory," the figure said with disdain in her tone "your time has come."
While the leader of the Gremory House, Zeoticus, lay critically wounded on the floor of his room, the supernatural conflict between Yasaka and the blue figure in the Yokai palace reached even more catastrophic levels. The Yokai's castle was being destroyed in the clash of their titanic powers, and the city of Kyoto was in total chaos.
Inside the room, Zeoticus struggled to catch his breath and maintain consciousness. His chest was severely injured, and blood pooled from his wound, forming a puddle on the floor. He knew he was in a desperate situation, but his determination and experience as the head of a major demon house drove him to seek a solution.
The shadowy figure that had attacked him watched with a cold and calculating gaze. She seemed to take pleasure in Zeoticus's agony. With difficulty, Zeoticus managed to move his trembling hand toward an inner pocket of his coat. He retrieved a small vial containing a dark red liquid.
With a herculean effort, Zeoticus managed to open the vial and drink its contents. It was a demonic elixir, a precious resource he had saved for emergencies. The liquid began to work quickly, accelerating the regeneration of his wounds and stabilizing his condition.
While Zeoticus was recovering, he kept an eye on the mysterious figure before him. He could not underestimate his enemy, who had demonstrated formidable abilities. Her previous attack would have been fatal to anyone else.
The mysterious figure finally broke the silence "You are more resilient than I thought, Zeoticus Gremory. But no matter how long you prolong your agony. The fate of the demons is already sealed."
Zeoticus cautiously rose, still feeling the pain, but his demonic regeneration was doing its job. He knew he had no time to waste.
"Who are you?" Zeoticus asked with a firm voice, his eyes fixed on the figure "And why are you doing this?"
The mysterious figure did not respond directly. Instead, she made a gesture with her hand, and a dark portal began to open behind her. It was a portal to some unknown place, and Zeoticus realized his enemy was about to escape.
With an explosion of energy, Zeoticus launched himself toward the figure, determined to prevent her from fleeing. His demonic abilities were returning to full throttle, and he was ready to face any challenge that came his way. But to his dismay, his enemy had no intention of escaping by opening the portal.
To Zeoticus's shock, the dark portal was not an escape route for his enemy. On the contrary, it was a means to bring something even more sinister and terrifying into his room. A grotesque and gigantic creature began to emerge from the portal, a demonic aberration of unimaginable proportions.
The creature was a twisted blend of various demonic forms, with writhing tentacles and sharp claws extending in all directions. Its skin was a repugnant combination of colors and textures, giving the impression that it was composed of parts of different demon beings fused into a unique monstrosity.
Zeoticus could barely believe what he was seeing. He knew he was facing a threat beyond anything he had ever encountered. As the creature continued to emerge from the portal, it roared with a guttural and thunderous voice, making the room tremble with its overwhelming presence.
With his newly regained strength, Zeoticus knew he had to fight for his life. He summoned his own demonic power, gathering his determination to face this abomination before him. With a fierce roar, he launched himself toward the creature, his demonic sword held firmly.
The battle that followed was epic and desperate. Zeoticus fought with all his might, his attacks targeting the most vulnerable parts of the creature, but the demonic aberration was incredibly resilient and agile. It retaliated with devastating blows, tentacles trying to grasp and crush the leader of the Gremory House.
Meanwhile, the supernatural conflict between Yasaka and the blue figure in the Yokai palace was reaching its climax. The castle was crumbling, its walls and structures reduced to rubble amid the explosions of power.
Yasaka, in her nine-tailed fox form, was on the brink of exhaustion, her pristine tails beginning to lose their luster. The blue figure, however, remained unscathed, emanating immeasurable power.
Back in Zeoticus's room, the battle was taking a dark turn. The demonic creature managed to grab Zeoticus with one of its twisted tentacles, squeezing him with supernatural force. Zeoticus felt his bones contorting under the crushing pressure, and the pain was unbearable.
With one last effort, Zeoticus channeled all his energy and focused it into a final strike. With a devastating swing of his demonic sword, he managed to cut the tentacle that held him, but the creature reacted with a final charge. Its demonic appendage pierced Zeoticus's chest, skewering him with brutal ferocity.
Zeoticus Gremory's life flashed before his eyes, and he fell to the floor, his vision darkening. He knew he was losing the battle, and his last words were a muffled whisper.
(Kyoto)
Meanwhile, the conflict among the Yokais reached a critical point. The figure in blue launched a final attack, an energy explosion that engulfed Yasaka and what remained of the palace. The city of Kyoto trembled with the intensity of the explosion, and a shockwave spread, hitting every corner of the city.
While the masked individual believed he had finally won and defeated Yasaka with his devastating energy blast, he soon found himself in the midst of a monumental surprise. As the dust and smoke from the explosion began to dissipate, a new form emerged from the curtain of smoke.
Yasaka, the nine-tailed fox, had transformed into a majestic and imposing creature. She was now enveloped in radiant white fur, with nine gleaming tails swirling in a furious frenzy. Her eyes gleamed with primal power, and her roar echoed like thunder, resonating in the ears of all who witnessed the scene.
The masked individual had no time to react before Yasaka advanced toward him. In her new form, she was a true force of nature, transcending anything he had ever faced. She nullified his technique with a single flick of her tail, unleashing a wave of energy that sent the explosion back to its creator.
The masked individual tried to escape the tendrils of energy that enveloped him, but Yasaka was determined not to let him escape unpunished. She leaped towards him, her jaws opening in a furious attack. The masked individual narrowly dodged, but not without injury. Yasaka gripped his arm with her sharp teeth, eliciting a cry of pain.
The masked individual recoiled, holding his injured arm as he looked at Yasaka with eyes filled with hatred and disbelief. "You… You are a true abomination of nature," he growled, his voice laden with despair.
Before Yasaka could advance again, the masked individual began to disappear into thin air, as if being sucked away by an invisible force. His blue figure fragmented into pieces, slowly fading away.
Yasaka roared one last time, her terrifying power causing the air to tremble. She was ready to continue the battle, but the masked individual was escaping her grasp.
"We will meet again, Lady Yasaka, remember my name, Uchiha Madara." In a matter of seconds, he disappeared completely, leaving behind only a trail of dissipating energy in the wind.
The palace of the Yokais had been devastated by the explosion, and the city of Kyoto was plunged into a heavy silence after the turmoil and destruction. Yasaka, the nine-tailed fox, stood amidst the rubble in her majestic and imposing form, surrounded by wreckage.
In her new, radiant white form, Yasaka breathed heavily, her eyes gleaming with a mix of anger, despair, and determination. She looked around, at what remained of her palace and the scattered debris, and then at the empty space where Uchiha Madara had disappeared.
Yasaka couldn't contain the whirlwind of emotions that overwhelmed her. In a fierce and desperate cry, she called out her daughter's name. The sound echoed through the city and resonated like a raging storm, a visceral expression of her agony as a mother and her determination to bring Kunou back.
"KUNOUUUUUUU!" Her cry was powerful, an echo of challenge and promise. She knew the battle was far from over and that her confrontation with Uchiha Madara had not yet come to an end.
Yasaka slowly retreated from the rubble and ashes, her white tail waving behind her like a war banner. She was ready for what lay ahead, ready to face the challenges that would arise, and to rescue her daughter at any cost.
The city of Kyoto was silent, but the silence was only temporary. The wounds caused by the conflict would begin to heal, but the scars would remain. The turbulent night had left a legacy of destruction and uncertainty, while Yasaka, the nine-tailed fox, prepared for the next chapter of her struggle.
And there, somewhere in the shadows, Uchiha Madara observed, knowing that his destiny was intertwined with Yasaka's and that their confrontation was far from over.
(?)
Zeoticus Gremory's room was shrouded in darkness, and the masked man, now without his mask, stood before the lifeless body of the Gremory House leader. He looked at Zeoticus's figure with an undisturbed expression, as if the death of his adversary were merely a detail in his grand plan.
The female figure beside him appeared intrigued, her eyes analyzing Zeoticus's body with interest. "Honestly, this creature was tough to send back to Purgatory, did it have to be this one?" She asked curiously.
The masked man replied calmly, reflecting on the events that had transpired. "We can't take risks with our adversaries. Yasaka was on a different level than I calculated, she obliterated my Susanoo as if it were nothing."
As he observed Zeoticus Gremory, the masked man seemed lost in thought. He knew that the confrontation with Yasaka was just the beginning of something greater, something he was determined to achieve.
The female figure tilted her head, looking at Zeoticus's body and then back to the masked man. "And what about him?" She pointed to Zeoticus. "What will we do with him?"
The masked man didn't respond immediately. He then approached Zeoticus's body and, with a careful gesture, closed the Gremory House leader's eyes. "He has fulfilled his role in this game; there is no more use for him."
The female figure nodded, seemingly satisfied with the answer. "What about the next step, Indra? What do you plan to do now?"
Indra turned to face her, his red eyes gleaming with determination. "The next step is clear. We need to continue with our plan and ensure that nothing stands in our way. This world is about to change, and we will be the heroes who shape it our way, right, Narberal?"
Narberal smiled, revealing a hint of satisfaction. "So, how does it feel to have to kill your father to pursue your dreams?"
Indra looked at Zeoticus Gremory again and then simply deactivated his Sharingan. "In my view, he died centuries ago."
With these words, Narberal merely nodded in agreement.
