Here's another chapter. I've also see the latest season of Dragons the Nine Realms. The seventh season left a huge cliffhanger and spoiler alter releasing the Jörmungander A.k.a. the Midgard serpent a.k.a. the world serpent was metaphorically opening up a can of worms.

And after the Nine realms series ends I'll continue the story on the transformer side, starting with the Transformers Prime search for the relics, and the reasons why the Maximals went back in time.

Intro: The Screaming death opens its eyes and breaths fire as the Autobots in vehicle mode and Dragon Rider drive and fly out of the flames, Optimus Transforms into Robot mode as he and the other Autobots and Dragon Rider with Weapons. In the Autobot base the Dragon Riders and Autobot partners who transforms into vehicle mode fly/drive out into the Ground Bridge. Alvin with an axe, as Dagur on the right throws an axe, and Savage fire two crossbows, the Screaming Death rises from the background and flies towards Optimus, Hiccup and Toothless who charge, the trio and Screaming Death charge into each other Optimus punches it, DreamWorks Dragons Defenders of Berk and Hasbo Transformers Prime; Beast Hunters.

Another day on the beautiful island of Berk, a Viking blows on the horn awakening everyone on the island.

Fishlegs sleeping in his bed, hears the horn, wakes up and exclaims: "(Gasp) Screaming Death attack!" He mounts on Meatlug who's sleeping next to him. "Wake up girl! We gotta go!" But she was still asleep, "Come on, Meatlug wake up!" He says to his dragon even shaking her head.

Even in the Autobot base hears it, Arcee, Smokescreen, WheelJack, Bulkhead and Bumblebee rushes out of their rooms, heading to the center of Base where Optimus, Ultra Magnus and Ratchet. Arcee asks the three oldest and commanding officers: "What's going on?!" Smokescreen yawns and also asks rubbing his right optic: "Yeah, what's the problem?" The leader of the Autobots says to his team: "The Screaming Death alarm. It's been blown." Bumblebee beeps: "(Ho no! Not that over size snake with spikes and shark teeth again.") Ultra Magnus says to them: "All right troops, this is now a serious emergency. We're at Code Red. I repeat, Code Red!"

With that everyone gathers their not attachable blaster weapons and large close corner weapons. Optimus sword and axe, Ultra Magnus hammer, Bee's shield and hammer as well, Arcee handheld blaster pistol and whip, Bulkhead's large blaster cannon, WheelJack's two swords, Smokescreen's two duel swords and one assault-blaster-rifle, and Ratchet's medical equipment. All were ready for battle, Optimus says to his soldiers: "Autobots, roll out!" They charge out of the base.

Back in the village, with the twins, Tuffnut asks regarding the sound: "Hu! What's that horn for? Please tell me, it's breakfast." His sister Ruffnut answers: "It's for the Screaming Death." The two revealed to be hanging upside down, hanging from a rafter. The male twin chuckles and says: "Wow! That's way better!" The two jumps off the rafters and rushes out, mounting on their two headed dragon Barf and Belch.

Out in the open sea, Astrid on Stormfly searching the white dragon with fiery red eyes, while Snotlout on Hookfang flies pass them and is horsing around, and he screams: "Whahooooo!" Astrid asks the small intelligent but large in mass Viking teenager: "Snotlout, what are you doing?!" Snotlout mockingly replies to the female warrior: "I'm sowry. Did I scare your girly little dragon?" Astrid now irritated says to him: "Out of my way! I have to get to the Great Hall!" But the Snotlout disagreeably argues: "No you don't. I have to get to the Great Hall, you have to get to the armory."

The female Viking corrects him: "Hiccup assigned me to the Great Hall yesterday, you heard him." The brash arrogant Viking finishes: "Tell you what? Whoever gets their first, me, get to guard it." Astrid agrees to it: "Fine by me!" As they fly towards the Great Hall, Optimus and the Autobot spread out to guard against the Screaming Death and possible Insecticons to attack.

Bumblebee and Arcee at the docks. Bulkhead, Ultra Magnus and WheelJack at the west side of the town. Smokescreen and Optimus at the north side of the island where the catapults are. Ratchet stood at the Great Hall ready to aid his teammates should they get injured in the line of duty.

Back with Astird and Snotlout, who he tosses fish at her in the face. She irritatedly says: "Snotlout!" This causes Stormfly to panic and launches her spike almost hitting two civilian Vikings. Snotlout laughs and speaks: "Haha, Astrid! I thought you liked cod." Astrid was beyond irritated, now she was angry, flying towards him.

Snotlout realizes he crossed the line, "Oh no." She chases him, until she and Stormfly purposely crashes into Snotlout and Hookfang, creating a spiraling ball, Ratchet sees them, and openly says speaking his mind: "Oh no. They're at it again. Primus give me strength." The medical officer Autobot covers his head and ducks out of the way as the two Viking teenagers and two dragon crash lands into Great Hall.

As the people run out of the Great Hall, Hiccup and Toothless lands, seeing this, Hiccup sarcastically yet truth in his words says: "Oh great. I can see my father's face already." He wasn't too far off.

Later that day, Stoick and Gobber and the Autobots stood before the Dragon Riders, with an angry look Stoick says to them: " when you told me you were running a Screaming Death attack drill. I assumed you wouldn't actually, be trying to destroy the entire village!" But Fishlegs protests: "Uh, technical chief it was just the Great Hall." He corrects his triable leader, who turns back and stairs angrily still at him, which frightens the boy. "And I'll let you take it from here."

Hiccup says to his father: "Dad, this was suppose to be a practice run. But it just got out of hand." Ratchet states his opinion: "Hiccup's right, sir. It was Snotlout showing off again. And apparently this caused Astrid to get angry and well that when they crashed into the Great Hall." As the two teenage warriors angrily stair at one another, the Viking prince says to his father: "I'm sorry." He apologizes on his friend's actions.

But Gobber states: "Uh, sorry doesn't un-burned Silent Svin's chest hair." They point to the man with two other Vikings beside him seeing smoke where his chest hair use to be. Stoick agrees with his friend: "No, it does not." Optimus says to the muscular member of the riders: "Snotlout, we are getting annoyed by your antics." Arcee with her arms on her hips speaks: "Annoyed be putting it gently." The last of the Primes continues: "Yes. But the point is, we're working together as a team. You're not the only rider of Berk. That is what makes it a team and an army, not a one-man vigilante seeking personal glory." He said to him.

Snotlout was shocked to hear this and says: "Smokescreen, back me up here!" To which the Autobot elite replies: "Under normal circumstances I'd vouch for you. But not this time. This is your boiling water you soak in it." The Teenage Viking simply mutters: "Traitor." Stoick finishes the conversation: "Which brings me, to your punishment." He smiles under his beard and mustache.

The next scene we see Mildew's old cabbage field, which hasn't been taken cared of since Mildew betrayed them. Astrid says in disgust: "Ew! Mildew's cabbage field."

Fishlegs picks up one of the cabbages, smells it and found it disgusting, he throws it and says: "Wow! This is revolting!" He covered his nose but turns to the twins who are eating the cabbages. Ruffnut says tasting the vegetable: "Actually, it's not that bad." Tuffnut also with a mouthful says: "Yeah. Don't judge till you try it." But his words turn on him, where he feels like about to vomit.

Hiccup speaks openly: "Okay gang." Tuffnut says when Hiccup in between sentences: "I'm fine." The Viking Prince continues: "My dad, wants this field cleared and ready for planting by the end of the week. Astrid, Snotlout. You two break down and clear out the big boulders on the far wedge…" Snotlout interrupts his cousin: "Actually that sounds like a man's job." He spoke with a confident smile and with has fist on his waist.

Astrid agrees with Snotlout and says to him: "You're right. Better give me Fishlegs instead." The arrogant Viking was stunned to hear this and replies in the form of a question: "Astrid, what do you see when you look over here." Gesturing himself and his dragon Hookfang as he flexes his own arms.

Astrid is not impressed but annoyed and answers in the form of a question too: "Is that a serious question?" Then Snotlout answers as he presses his face and Hookfang's face: "You see 5,000 pounds of boulder crushing splendor." Astrid walks up to him, taps his helmet and says: "Just don't slow me down boulder-boy." Hookfang didn't like being pressed against so he pushes Snotlout a bit.

Hiccup sighs in annoyance for he has a annoying egotistical cousin and an easily irritated girlfriend who butt heads more often than the twins.

The Dragon Riders began to lift, carry and destroy the boulders. Hiccup and Toothless even lifts one boulder flying it high in the air, drop and Toothless plasma shoots it, and swoop down through the smoke. As they land on a small hill of dirt, they turn to see how their teammates are doing.

Each is picking up one boulder at a time, except Barf and Belch who are eating the cabbages inside the dirt itself, and the male twin asks his sisters: "Hey! Why do Barf and Belch get to have all the fun? Everyone's always telling us to use our heads." Ruffnut replies to her brother in agreement: "I was just thinking the exact same thing." The twins dismount and began to eat the cabbage right from the dirt like a couple of pigs at the trough.

Fishlegs on Meatlug carried a boulder, and when they reach a spot to drop it, which they do the Gronckle was eager to eat it. Fishlegs says to her: "Now, now, now Meatlug. Those boulders are for catapulting, not for eating." He looks to make sure no one's looking, and picks up a small rock, and feeds it to Meatlug. "But they do look delicious, don't they?"

The Viking Prince and black as midnight dragon watches their friends removes the boulders and the boy says regarding their progress: "You see Toothless? It all going…perf." He spoke to soon or not soon enough for his girlfriend and cousin were at it again. "Uh, don't say it." He spoke in annoyance as he smacks his head, hearing the two arguing.

As the arrogant Viking and female warrior Viking rode on their Dragons, staring each other off. Snotlout says to Astrid: "I told you to stay out of my way. This is Viking work." Astrid replies in agreement: "Exactly. So what are you doing here?" She questions him, stating she's more Viking than him. Hookfang took the insult of his rider, so he breaths fire which Stormfly evades and retaliate by breathing her fire on the Monstrous Nightmare who also dodges the attack. They both fought over the stupidest reasons.

Hiccup sarcastically says: "Th-that's productive. Toothless, plasma blast!" He ordered his dragon who willingly blast between the two dragons and Vikings. Then Hiccup and Toothless flies in between each other to stop the fight.

But this didn't stop it, now they've started roaring at each other, Toothless smells something in the dirt and begins to join the roar. While all three Dragon Riders tries to calm them down. Snotlout says to Hookfang: "Hookfang, stop! Heal!" Astrid says to her dragon: "Stormfly, calm down!" The Deadly Nadder turns to Toothless who switches from roaring at the Monstrous Nightmare to Stormfly, to which Hiccup says to him: "Wow, wow! Come on! We're trying to breakup the fight, not win it!"

Both Snotlout and Astrid said their dragons names in a commanding tone. Fishlegs watches as he and Meatlug hover over too see the problem. Hiccup says to his friends: "Guys! Back your dragons away from each other!" Snotlout replies while pulling his dragon's horns: "I'm trying!" Hiccup orders his cousin: "Well try harder! Okay everyone to the rock pile!" The four dragons and Dragon Riders flies away from whatever the source of the problem and returns to rock pile where the dragons cools down.

The three dismount, and the muscular Viking angrily asks the female warrior: "WHAT IS UP WITH YOUR DUMB DRAGON?!" Astrid replies angry but keeping her temper calm: "My 'Dumb dragon'? Your flaming Snot-mare was trying to Barbecue us." Even though Hiccup trying to keep the peace but his cousin question still angry: "Snot-mare?! SNOT-MARE?!" He turns to his dragon and thinks for a moment then turns back to Astrid. "I kinda like that!" He was still angry but it's slowly dies down after the name which was meant to be an insult but when into a different direction. Astrid speaks softly to him: "You would." She knows it boost his ego a bit.

Hiccup exclaims: "Guy!" The two still argued like a cat and dog, but Hiccup still tries to get their attention, but at his wits, he turns to his dragon, "Toothless." The Night Fury roads ending their fight. "Thank you. Now, would somebody mind telling me, what exactly was going on out there?" He asks them both.

Snotlout speaks first: "Simple! Hookfang and me were trying to do our jobs, when Stormfly went crazy and started shooting at us!" The female Viking was stunned to hear this and replies to him: "You have got to be kidding. Hiccup, Stormfly and I were doing our job, when does Lunatic us over grown fire pit started torching us." She explains her side of the story, but Snotlout still acts like he's the victim in this: "Oh come on! When did we ever start a fight, just for the sake of starting a fight?" She gives him a stoke expression stating she doesn't need words to prove a point. Hiccup agrees with her on this one, and Snotlout feels betrayed by this. "Let me rephrase that." The Prince says to his cousin: "Never mind. Do you two think you can work together, yes or no?" They didn't answer with words but stared at each other with stoke expressions and went their separate ways. "Good." He simply said.

The mounted on their dragons and fly off, Fishlegs walks to him and speaks his mind: "Okay that was weird." Hiccup questions his friend's words: "Snotlout and Astrid trying to tear each others heads off was weird?" The knowledgeable Viking corrects his friends: "No their dragons, Hiccup. As much as Astrid and Snotlout like to torture each other. Stormyfly and Hookfang have always stayed out of it." Hiccup senses this, even he too notice this, and says: "You're right Fishlegs. And Toothless was acting aggressive too. Run by this with Optimus and Ratchet maybe they can help figure this out." Fishlegs nods in agreement, and leaves to report this news.

Later that day as the sky was night time dark, in the chief's house, as Stoick sharpens his axe, Hiccup carrying a basket of fish for his dragon the chief asks his son: "(Chuckling) So son, how are things going in the field?" His son answers after putting down the basket and pets Toothless: "Oh, they couldn't be going any better. We're moving like a well oiled catapult." He said his father trying to keep his father in a good mood.

The Viking chief stops sharpening his axe and says to his son: "Really, hmm?" He checks how sharp his axe is, "Because word around the town, is that, Astrid and Snotlout are trying to turn the catapult on each other. Again." Hiccup nervously laughs knowing his father's right.

Hiccup stops laughing and speaks: "Ho, ho that? That's a…miner disagreement. You know how they are." Then a loud and hard bagging on the door. "In fact I'm sure they forgotten about it by now." Stoick says to his son: "Let's hope." He said as Hiccup walks to the door, opening it and see Astrid.

The female Viking warrior says to him: "Hiccup, I refuse to work with Snotlout." Hiccup quickly says trying to avoid the argument: "Astrid! What a beautiful night, let's talk outside." He pushes her back a bit, closes the door behind him.

Hiccup asks his girlfriend: "Didn't we talk this out?" To which Astrid answers: "You talked, we listen as usual. But I'm not going to put Stormfly in danger by working with that mutton head, who can't even control his own dragon." She moves her arms around that demonstrates her frustration as she tried to find the word to describe Snotlout.

The Viking Prince says to her: "Gah! Fine, fine. I will deal with it, tomorrow. I promise." He said to her, as he placed his arm on her shoulder and ensure, she gives a small smile and says to him: "Thank you." He says to her: "You're welcome." He walks in, closes the door, and sees his father still sharpening his axe.

The prince/son says to his chief/father: "Yeah, so Academy business l no big deal." Then a jimmying on the door, "Ah, let me get that." When he opens it, he sees Snotlout who says to his cousin: "Hiccup! I…" Hiccup interrupts him and says: "Oh look! A full moon."

Outside, Hiccup is getting fed up and says to Snotlout: "You are killing me." To which Snotlout replies: "Me? Astrid has totally lost control over her dragon!" He said also waving his arms in hysteria and anger. "She's probably distracted by my mainly presents." He said thinking his ego as he rubs his chin.

Then Hiccup questions him: "Are you insane?" The arrogant Viking replies to his cousin: "Hookfang see it! Don't tell me you don't!" He folds his arms and scoffs at his least muscular relative.

Hiccup gives the stoke and the not taking-him-serious look. "Never mind. Here's the deal…" Hiccup interrupts and predicting his cousins words from Astrid's visit: "Let me guess; you don't want to work with Astrid tomorrow." The arrogant Viking teenager exclaims: "Exactly! Was that easy Hiccup?" He leaves and mounts on his dragon. "Come on Hookfang. Let's go think with our muscles." Hiccup closes the door while groan and sighing.

He returns to his father who was stick sharpening his axe and simply asks: "Problem son?" Hiccup replies to his father: "Pr-problem? What problem? No, no, no everyone is happy, everything is great." The chief says to his son, playing along to his lie: "Good to hear." The prince continues the lie: "Yep. Everything's right as rain." Stoick says to him: "If you say so." Hiccup says his father: "I do. I say so." He folds his arms together confirming his lie.

Stoick says nothing, as he continues to sharpen the axe, but even though Hiccup tries not to tell the truth but the silent treatment forces his to come clean and blurt out the truth. "Oh fine you win! Snotlout and Astrid are driving me completely insane! They're acting like mental cases! I actually don't know who's worse them or their dragons! I mean at least with the dragons you can lock them in their pens until they behave." He vents his problems to his father and pants.

Stoick asks his son once again: "Feel better?" Hiccup answers with his fingers squinting: "Hu, a little." Stoick sits up from his chair, and gives his son some fatherly and chiefly wisdom and advice: "Alright, Hiccup. There's three ways to deal with Vikings who aren't getting along." The Viking prince is willing to take the advice: "I'm all ears."

The Chief raises his axe and answers the first way: "Option one; give them both axes and you let them fight to the end." Hiccup finding it discomforting replies: "Yeah, that one seems a tad, uh, permanent. What's option number 2?" He asks his father and to which he answers by putting the axe down and switches with a mace instead: "You give them both maces, and let them fight to the end." He tosses the mace to his son, and he fearfully says: "Do I even wanna know what option three is?" He wouldn't want be.

Stoick answers anyway: "Oh, it's quite devious. And could have grizzly repercussions. Then again it could go down like a treat. Odds are about 50-50 either way." Hiccup hesitates but ask anyway: "I'm-I'm listening." The chief answers: "You tricked them into working together." Hiccup takes his father's last option and think that could either work or end into a ball of fire and spikes, but it's probably a lot better than the first two.

In the Autobot base, Ratchet was up thinking of why the dragon's behavior was odd. Optimus walks up to his friend and asks: "Burning the midnight Energon I see. Why you staying up this long?" The medical officer answers to his leader: "Fishlegs told me that Snotlout and Astrid's dragons attacked each other in the fields for no reason." The Last Prime too questions this, knowing Astrid and Snotlout's unstable relationship. While Snotlout either wants to annoy her or falls in love with her and Astrid's easily irritated and competitive which he can imagine would sparks some fight. But as for Hookfang and Stormfly the only times where they and the other dragons fight is when they bump into each other. There's more to this than a simple argument between riders.

The next day as, Astrid and Stormfly were digging up the boulders, the female warrior stops her dragon and says to her: "Shh. Do you hear that?" On the other side of the hill of dirt, is Snotlout and Hookfang who are also digging but stops, then Snotlout says: "Wait. It's coming from the other side of that hill."

The two teenagers and dragons climbs up the hill to find each other which surprises both. Snotlout grumbles to himself: "Why that little Hiccup." Astrid says knowing this: "Option three. Ug! I should've seen that coming." Feeling betrayed thinking she needs to prove Hiccup wrong, then the turns back to Snotlout: "Well, Stormfly and I are gonna prove we're not the problem by working with you." The muscular male Viking replies with a scoff and says: "Not as well as we're gonna work with you! Right Hookfang?" He asks his dragon that he and Stormfly continues their job.

Then Arcee and Smokescreen walks up to the fields and are seeing the two working. The Autobot elite says to the female Autobot scout: "Seriously, even we don't fight like that." Arcee with her arms folded says in a agreement: "Yeah, I only beat you up once, and that was because of a prank pulled by the twins." Smokescreen says rubbing his bottom jaw and says in remembering the pain: "Yeah, still feeling the pain though."

Fishlegs and Hiccup also watches as the two Vikings and their dragons do their job, and the large body Viking says to his skinny friend: "I wouldn't have believed it, if I wasn't seeing it with my own two eyes." Arcee and Smokescreen walks up to them and she says in agreement: "Yep. You've really came through with on options 3." Hiccup speaks to the three in agreement: "I guess, my dad was right. And I did put my own Hiccup spin on it." He congratulated himself with his two thumbs pointing at himself. "That's what all great leaders do. Guys, they take an idea then they shape it." He explains his tactic.

Smokescreen says to Hiccup also congratulating: "Way to go H. You know you might've used diplomacy to end their conflict." But the celebration was short lived, because the two dragon were actung up and Fishlegs says: "Hu, Hiccup?" Arcee adds: "You might wanna hold off the victory dance." The Viking prince turns to see Stormfly and Hookfang are at it again, but this time they were going so crazy they tosses off their riders. They watched as the Deadly Nadder and Monstrous Night fought it out. "Great leaders are also often proven wrong." Smokescreen asks him: "Geez you think?" As they continue to fight, Arcee and Smokescreen comes in between the fight.

As Arcee holds on to Stormfly while saying in a calming tone: "Wow! Wow! Easy girl! Calm down!" Smokescreen was struggling with Hookfang and also tries to talk it down: "Cool your jets hot shot! What's gotten into you?!" The Autobot scout and elite warrior pushes the dragons away, as their began to cool down. Arcee kneeling down petting her and says in a soothing tone: "It's okay Stormy. Just breath."

Hookfang was also cooling down, and Smokescreen says to the dragon: "Easy there sport. The fights over and it's a draw." He said to the dragon who was panting quickly but slowing down to easy breathing.

At the Berk Dragon Academy, Hiccup announces to his cousin and girlfriend: "Astrid, Snotlout your dragons are out of control. But I think I know why. This is the day I've always feared would come. Your dragons have picked up on your animosity to each other, and now they're behaving the same way." He spoke to both of them, stating the possibility of the problem, to which Snotlout questions: "Is it my fault that me and Hookfang are so in-sync?" To which the red and black dragon breaths smoke from his snouts at his rider.

To which Hiccup walks up to his cousin, grabs his arm and drags him to Astrid and Stormfly. Hiccup comes up with a plan: "But you have just given me an idea. You both, need to walk in each ohters shoes or in this case saddles." He explains as he drags his girlfriend to Hookfang. "Perfect." He stands in the middle between the switch riders and dragons.

Astrid openly asks: "What? What's perfect?" Hiccup answers to both: "U2 are going to swap dragons for the day. And to an extent, Autobot guardians. Come on in you two!" The two Autobots enters the Academy and both Snotlout and Astrid questions: "WHAT?!" Hiccup simply says: "That's right."

Snotlout protest regarding Stormfly and Arcee: "It's a girl dragon! And she's a girl metal giant!" Stormfly felt insulted so she growls at him, which startles him, and Arcee felt just as insulted just glares at him. Hiccup explains his plan: "You can learn to understand each others dragons and maybe you can learn to understand each other. Hookfang leans in closer to Astrid who keeps pushing him away.

Snotlout still protesting this idea: "This will not work well with my manliness." Arcee walks up and says: "You got a problem with females, muscleman?" To which he quickly replies: "No no no, I have no problem with females. I mean I love women and girls. It's just I'm a man and I need manly things." Arcee feels like she can't entirely reason with him, so she says nothing.

Smokescreen says to Astrid: "Come on Astrid, we hardly ever talk. It be nice to get to know you." To watch the Viking female warrior replies: " I am so not going to enjoy this day." To watch the Autobot elite disagreeably replies: "Hey don't say that now, because you might be surprised."

Hiccup says to them: "You can take the day off, and just get to know your new best friends." Tuffnut, Ruffnut and their dragons standing around, minding their own business, the male twin asks: "Hey! Dose that mean we if we start fighting, we get the day off too?" Arcee says to them: "I don't think that's how it…" She's interrupted by the twins fighting, and the male twin says to Hiccup: "See?" As they fight so does Barf and Belch who fights each other.

The Viking prince says to the others: "Nope. The three of us, and Fishlegs along with our Autobot friends are going to head out to the field and keep working. My dad wants it done in time for planting." He walks to Toothless, as the twins continues to fight hoping to get a day off. Tuffnut strugglingly says: "I want that day off!" Ruffnut pushes and still continues to fight her brother.

As the day progresses, out in the open ocean, Snotlout rides on Stormfly, and reaching incredible speeds even going upwards, holding to his helmet, and to which he comments her: "Wow! Stormfly you are one fast dragon. I mean, Hookfang is fast, you're racing fast." He turns to see Arcee in vehicle mode, jumping from one standing island to the next and transforming back into robot mode for some island. To which he says to her: "Dang Arcee! Smokescreen's fast too, but not fast enough to jump and transform from one island to the next as quickly as you."

Arcee appreciates the comment says to him: "Thanks. Being smaller than him I can transform quicker than him." To which the teenage Viking replies: "Well, yeah I guess that makes sense." Then he is thrust faster by Stormfly, "Fast doesn't mean you can st…" Before he could finish his sentence she lands on one of the tall island causing Snotlout to be thrown off, and falls off the edge, but hangs on by the rocky wall.

He looks down, then he looks up to see Stormfly and Arcee looking down at him, and Arcee asks: "Snotlout, you okay?" Snotlout answers feeling modest: "Yeah, I survived worse. And Stormfly can stop on a yak." He laughs a little. "A little help?" He asks for assistance so to that end, Arcee answers: "Hold on Snotty." Arcee begins to climb down to rescue him.

Elsewhere with Astrid riding on Hookfang, above the woods, and Smokescreen in vehicle mode driving through the forest. As they stop and lands on the ground, Smokescreen regroups with them, transforms into robot mode. Astrid says to Hookfang: "So, Snotlout's always bragging how much firepower you nightmares have." He huff smoke from his nose. "So let's see what you got, big boy." To that end, Hookfang breaths fire on a tree which burns into a stump. "Wow! Incredible dangerous. But cool." She comments him.

Smokescreen says to her: "That's nothing. Do you want to see dangerous. Watch this!" Smokescreen transforms his hands into blaster cannons and begins to fire at rocks, some tree stumps. Then he spins around, causing Astrid and Hookfang to duck as he creates a whirlwind of blaster fire. As they get up, the trees were hit were, started to fall off the trees, and Astrid angles herself to see that the cut trees lined together makes the Autobot insignia.

Astrid comments Smokescreen: Wow! That was amazing, to say the least." The Elite Autobot soldier says in agreement: "I guess it's pretty cool." Astrid asks him: "So that's the many advantages an Autobot elite can do?" Smokescreen replies: "No, that something that takes years of practice and learning to be an artiest." She understands him.

Back with Snotlout, Stormfly and Arcee who's back on riding her, and he says to the dragon: "You think you can bring the heat? Well let's see how you do it Stormfly." To which the Deadly Nadder breaths her fire on a stone standing pillar and it melts the stone close to the water's surface. "Wow! I gotta say that's pretty hot." The female Autobot says to Snotlout: "If you liked that, you'll love this." She ends transmission.

Arcee picks up some rocks, she throws them up in the air, she unsheathes her forearm blades and cuts the rocks faster than they can hit the ground. She jumps up in the air curs four rocks surrounding her and lands on the stone island as pieces of the rocks turned into pebbles. The muscular teenage Viking says to Arcee: "Holy Thor's underwear! That was crazy and faster than anything I've seen!" She appreciates the complement.

As for Astrid and Hookfang, she says observing the Monstrous Nightmare: "Hey! Wingspan noted, not too much flaming, tail looks good." She turns around seeing the tail, but when the turns forward, she sees something in the way. "Tree!" In front of them is a leaned broken tree, Astrid pulls back Hookfang's horns, he stops but his wings lets out a gust of wind sending the broken tilting tree flying into the air and great distance. Smokescreen drives up and says to them: "Are you two alright?" Astrid answers: "Yeah. We're fine. But did you see that? I didn't even know he could do that! Did you? Did you?" She ask both Hookfang and Smokescreen.

The Autobot elite answers to the female warrior: "No. That's new." Astrid still in amazement says to Hookfang: "I bet Snotlout doesn't know you could do that." She comments her new dragon friend.

Returning to Snotlout on Stormfly they're still flying around as Acree watches. The flying barrel rolls and fly sideways where the wing touches the water, Snotlout admitting his enjoyment: "Okay, this is pretty fun. I can definitely get use to this." He pats Stormfly in the back of the head, which causes an unforeseen chain reaction where Stormfly fires a single spike. As they pass the stone pillar with the single spike shot. "Wow! Bullseye with a single shot. I bet Astrid didn't know you could do that. Let's do that again." They flip upside down and do the trick over again.

When the target was in range, Snotlout taps Stormfly's back of the head sending a single spike hitting the first spike splitting it in half. As they pass the rock, Snotlout comments the dragon: "Ah, stop it! Now you're just showing off. Which is fine by me. I'm about showing off." Arcee says to him: "I saw what you and Stormfly did. I gotta admit I had my doubts about this whole switching dragons and partners. But I stand corrected." The muscular Viking teenager says to her: "Really? Well I guess we've all been proven wrong." He admits it too.

Laster the day eventually becomes night, Astrid, Hookfang and Smokescreen returns to the academy as does Snotlout, Stormfly and Acree. They enter where Hiccup, Toothless and Bumblebee were waiting for them. Hiccup asks his cousin and girlfriend as they entered: "So…how was it?" Bumblebee adds: ("Yeah, did you get to know one another?").

Snotlout answers the questions playing he wasn't interested: "Stormfly flies pretty good. And Arcee is good too. You know, for a couple of girls. Stormfly can melt sold rock in half a second and Arcee can slice through sold rocks like they were paper with her blades. Which is cool." He said with his hands on his waistline. The female Autobot scout says to the Viking teenager: "He was good company. You know when he's not bragging or flexing his muscles are boosting his ego. He's a pretty decent guy when you get to know him. He's cool too, I guess." She folds her arms also acting not interested.

The Viking Prince replies to their words: "They do, indeed. Astrid?" He asks her, to which the valkary answers: "I guess, Hookfang is pretty powerful." She spoke with her arms folded. "And he's easy to fly. Which is good if you have a little talent. Ho and I saw why Smokescreen was an elite, and it's not a title. He made the Autobot symbol by blasting the tree limbs. They do have talent."

The words were generated towards Snotlout to which he replies: "Yeah. And I have a little talent." He stabs the thing for a moment and realize his own words betrayed him. "Wait."

Hiccup say to the two: "Well it sounds like you both have a better appreciation for each other's dragons and their Autobot guardians." In first glance they act like they're not interested, but Arcee gentle shuds Snotlout who says: "As if it's okay…" He mutters, as he trails off. Hiccup walks up and says to them: "So that means, maybe tomorrow you'll cut each other some slack?"

Astrid says stork expression but agrees: "Yeah, I guess." Snotlout also agrees: "Fine! Can we go now?" He leaves the academy but stop, to turn around to see Stormfly flirting her eyes. Snotlout leaves feeling he loss a friend. Arcee pets her and says: "It's okay Storm."

Astrid leaves as well she warmly smiles. Hiccup says to the Night Fury and the three Autobots: "Baby step everyone. Baby steps." Smokescreen says in agreement: "Yeah, we can't expect years of bickering and arguing and competitive rivalry to end after one day." Arcee simply nods in agreement knowing their road to healing is just beginning.

The next morning Fishlegs on Meatlug flies to the fields, Ratchet in robot mode was already there. Fishlegs dismount off Meatleg and gives her a rock and says: "Ok, that should hold you over for a bit. But we need you to focus now." Ratchet adds in agreement: "Yeah, so keep your eyes open for even the tiniest clue." Fishlegs says with enthusiasm: "Yeah! We're looking for clues. Anything that would tell why Hookfang and Stormfly are acting so crazy."

In the dirt where Stormfly's footprints are still imprinted. Fishlegs says seeing prints: "Nadder prints, excellent. Everything seems to be fine here." Ratchet over the footprint of Hookfang and says: "Monstrous Nightmare prints. So far so good, no signs of violent intent." The Autobot medic and the Viking with knowledge of dragons meets in the middle.

Fishlegs says regarding the spot where the footprints meets: "Ah, and here's where the trouble started." The medical officer Autobot adds in confusion: "But why here of all spot? What is so special about this exact spot?" They rub their chins to figure out a clue, but Meatlug begins to dig in the spot.

The Viking Teenager realizes his dragon found the source: "Meatlug, dig." The Gronckle begins to dig rapidly till she reaches the end of her dig moves out of the way, the three sees the source of the problem, Fishlegs kneels down and says knowing his hunch: "I was right!"

At the Berk Dragon academy, Astrid and Snotlout were walking backwards to ensure no one was following them, but they bump into each other. They turned around, Astrid questions him: "What are you doing here?" To which he replies: "Nothing! (Scoffs) Nothing. What are you doing here?" He throws the question back at her.

Astrid notice something behind his back, it was a chicken leg, and oil meant for polishing blades. Astrid questions him still: "Is that chicken? And is that oil I see, the kind Gobber uses on his blades to keep them shiny and sharpen? Stormfly's favorite and for Arcee's forearm blades? Did you come here to feed my dragon and give Arcee a oil bath?" She softly smiles.

But Snotlout replies in denial: "No!" He accidentally reveals both the cooked chicken and the jar of oil. "Maybe." He still tries to denies it but slowly is telling the truth. "Yeah. But what are you doing here?" He confesses but still asks the question. "I smell something fishy. And (sniffing) and minty?"

Astrid at first tries not to talk but then she confess with a fish and mint leaves: "Fine, maybe I brought Hookfang a little breakfast. And mint leave so I can have Smokescreen smell minty in his horseless carriage mode."

The muscular Viking enthusiastically says: "Hookfang loves breakfast. And I meant to smell is very unique. That was actually…well…nice of you." He comments, which surprised Astrid a bit. But then they began to realize and spoke at the same time: "You like my dragon and metal giant." A moment of awkwardness between the two, Snotlout says to Astrid: "Don't tell anyone, okay?" Astrid simply says in agreement: "Deal."

The two enter the Academy to ended up shocked to see the pens where Stormfly and Hookfang were in are busted open from the inside. Stormfly's pen has spikes on the door, and Hookfang's door has scorch marks even one door is on the floor. Astrid says stating the obvious: "Our dragons are gone!"

Astrid and Snotlout called for most of the Dragon Riders and their Autobot guardians to academy to explain what happened.

Tuffnut says openly regarding what he, his sister and Bulkhead did: "We've done a lot of dumb things in our lives. But we never lost a dragon. Not a whole one." Ruffnut says to Astrid with an upset tone: "I am very disappointed in you young lady." She groans in frustration, Bulkhead says to the twins: "You guys are exactly helping. And Astrid how the heck did Stormfly and Hookfang get out out their pins?" Snotlout answers instead: "We don't know! We were just as shocked as all of you. We came by to give our dragons breakfast and when we came in their pen doors were broken and they were just gone." He explains the basics of the situation.

Hiccup being optimistic says to the group: "Okay, okay. Hu, they can't have gotten far. We'll split up the island." Then Fishlegs voice as he comes into the Academy and says: "Actually Hiccup, I might know where they are." Arcee says to him: "If you do then we have no time to waste. Transform and roll out!" The Autobots all transforms into vehicle mode and drives off, while the Dragon Riders fly, Astrid with Hiccup and riding on Toothless, and Snotlout with Fishlegs riding on Meatlug.

The two groups reaches the field and see Hookfang and Stormfly acting violent towards at each other. The Autobots transforms into robot seeing this. Ratchet was there for he stayed and tries to keep Stormfly and Hookfang from killing each other but, he's not doing so good.

In the center of their fight is the hole which Meatlug dug up. And in it, is a plant that the two dragons are fighting over. Even thought Ratchet's trying his best, but they try to burn him.

Snotlout says of what they need to do: "We need to break this up!" Astrid also concern for them says: "Who knows what they'll do to each other!" The Viking Prince says to her: "I'm open to ideas." The Valkary teenager says to him: "Drop me in." So Hiccup and Toothless dives in close enough for Astrid to jump off from behind Stormfly.

Snotlout says to Fishlegs: "Me too." Fishlegs doesn't argue, he and Meatlug lowers down and allows Snotlout to dismount on a small hill of dirt.

Smokescreen and Arcee sees this, and they join in. Arcee says to the Autobots team: "We're going in. Cover us!" Then the Autobot elite and female scout joins, Bulkhead asks: "What do you want us to do? How can we cover you?" Arcee answers: "Just stun shoot them!" She exclaims as she continues to try and help.

As the rest of the Dragon Riders kept their distance, Hiccup asks his friend: "Fishlegs, how did you know they'd be here?" Fishlegs answers: "The more I thought about it. The I wondered what made this situation different than any other. It was the field." Hiccup protests: "We've been in a lot of fields!" The knowledge corrects him: "No, no,no. Not like this."

The Viking Dragon Riding prince looks down to see the hole and finally sees it and realizes what it is. Hiccup says the name of the said problem: "Dragon root." Then Tuffnut says regarding it gaining everyone's attention: "Not dragon root! That is terrible!" The prince questions the male twin: "You don't know what dragon root is do you?" To which he replies: "Not even slightly. Not even the faintest." He even shows with his fingers of how little he doesn't know. "I mean, I think I know what dragon means."

Bulkhead groans with his hand on his face and says: "Fishlegs, Ratchet can you explain to us?" To which Fishlegs begins: "Dragon root is like dragon nip, only more powerful." Ratchet adds continuing to explain it: "Dragons crave it, but instead of making them calm and enjoying the flavor. The dragon root increases their violent level, making them…" Tuffnut finishes the sentence: "Want to rip each other apart, wing from wing?" The large body Viking answers: "Exactly."

The female twin comments it: "Cool." The male twin comments and questions: "Sounds good. Do they have it for people?" Hiccup says to the team: "Well we can't leave, Astrid and Snotlout down there. Nor let Arcee and Smokescreen get themselves killed. We have to help."

On the ground Astrid tries to calm down Stormfly while Arcee tries to push her away from Hookfang. Astrid calls out to her dragon: "Stormfly, calm down! It's me! Everything's okay!" Arcee adds: "Yeah, resist the root! Pull yourself together!" The Valkary tries to get close to her dragon but the Nadder's spikes on her tail are out and swinging. Stormfly even swings her tail at Arcee causing her to let go.

As for Snotlout he tries to jump mount on Hookfang by climbing a hill of dirt only to miss his chance and lands face first on the ground. But Smokescreen grabs the dragon by the horns, literally. Snotlout raises his head, spits out dirt and says: "They're ignoring us!" Smokescreen adds while he struggles: "Geez you think?! I can't hold him for long!" Then Hookfang burst into flames causing the Autobots elite to let go and the two presume the fight.

Snotlout questions: "How do we get their attention?" Astrid answers hesitantly: "Well I might have an idea. But it's stupid and reckless." The Muscular Viking says with enthusiasm: "You had me at stupid." The Autobot elite says in agreement: "At this point I'm willing to try anything."

The Blue Deadly Nadder breaths a stream of fire on Hookfang who blocks it with his wing, then she jumps on the black striped and crimson red monstrous nightmare, pinning him down but he pushes her off. The two dragons were ready to go for the attack against, this time they're playing for keeps.

Then Stormfly charges only to be stopped by Astrid and Arcee in mid-charge. Astrid who says to her dragon with her and Arcee's arms open out to keep their distance and to stop her: "Stormfly! If you're going to attack him, you'll have to go through us." As Hookfang charges he's stopped by Snotlout and Smokescreen who does the same thing, Snotlout says: "Look, Hookfang we both know you can totally kick Stormfly's tail." He snarls at the young man, "But if you wanna try, you'll have to go through us."

Arcee behind Astrid also speaks up: "Stormfly there's no way we'll let yiu hurt Hookfang!" Smokescreen speaks to Hookfang: "The same gies for me for Stormfly! And if it means we have to smelted down so be it!" They made sure both dragons were kept from killing each other. Causing both dragons to step away from each other and temporary ceasing the fight.

Fishlegs open speaks: "Astrid, Snotlout! What are they doing?!" Hiccup also confused says: "I may not be sure but…I think they may be acting like a team." Bumblebee beeps in agreement: ("Yes, putting aside their differences to work together.")

The dragons were still acting hostile but is beginning to slow and calm down. Astrid places her hand on Stormfly's snout who comes back to her stable self, Astrid says to Stormfly: "There's my girl." She comments her, Arcee pets Stormfly and says: "There we go. It's alright now."

As for Snotlout with Hookfang he hesitates to do the same but with some fear he does the same, but Hookfang returns to his calm nature. Snotlout says to his dragon: "Hi, you big knucklehead." Smokescreen says to the dragon: "Atta boy." They began to lead their dragons away from the root who's effect isn't as strong anymore.

Hiccup says regarding his cousin and girlfriend regarding control over their dragons: "They did it! Now we have to get down there. But none of us can get close to that root without our dragons going nuts." Fishlegs corrects his friend: "That's not exactly true, Hiccup. Meatlug didn't go crazy." He said as he pets her bottom jaw on the side of her face.

The twins and their dragon Barf and Belch were slightly close to it and are beginning to feel the effects. Hiccup theories: "Maybe Meatlug's rock diet makes her immune to the dragon root's effect." Ratchet agreeably says: "It is possible. Some creatures diets that are different from others makes perfect sense." Then a gas ball of fire shoots between the two Vikings and the Autobot medic.

Fishlegs questions the twins: "What are you doing?!" To which Ruffnut answers as she and her brother holds onto their dragon's two heads: "They're out of control!" Then Barf lets out more gas with Belch ignites it, sending a fire ball in between the Viking prince and dragon knowledge and Autobot medic. Hiccup says to them: "You're too close to the dragon root! Pull up!"

Bulkhead shouts to them: "You heard him, pull up!" To which the female twin questions: "Pull up?! Are you crazy?!" Tuffnut agrees: "Yeah! This is awesome!" They continue to shoot gas balls of fire.

Fishlegs says to his friends: "Hiccup, Ratchet, we're going for the root! Cover us!" The large body Viking teenager and his Gronckle dives to retrieve the dragon root, Ratchet says to the Autobots: "I'm going to help! Cove me too." They didn't argue but transforms their arms into blasters set on stun.

When Fishlegs, Meatlug and Ratchet they started to pull, Meatlug using her mouth as Rachet grabs hold of the dragon and pulls. The effects of the dragon root is taking the effects on Barf and Belch still only it's getting worse. Fishelgs says to both Ratchet and Meatlug: "Come on. Lift with your legs!" Ratchet and Meatlug struggles still, then Toothless and Hiccup are hit by Barf and Belch's fire balls. Tuffnut exclaims: "This is scary but in a good way!" The two headed dragon kept firing gas fire balls causing the medical officer Autobot and Gronckle to let go.

As the twins' dragon flies towards the root, Toothless and Hiccup along with Bumblebee and Bulkhead who stun shoots them causing them to fly back. Hiccup apologies to them: "We're so sorry about this!" The wrecker Autobot adds: "Yeah, nothing personal!" Ruffnut replies: "We understand and we're not!" Tuffnut adds: "This is the best day ever!" The two headed dragon still continues to shoot gas fire balls.

Hiccup says to his friends: "Hurry you three!" But even with their combined efforts they're no where near close to pulling the root out. Fishlegs says to Hiccup: "They can't do it by themselves!" Ratchet adds: "The root's stuck in deep!" He exclaims." The twins and their dragon swoops down, while the male twin yells: "Yeah! In coming!"

As for Astrid, Snotlout and their dragons and Autobots were behind the hill of dirt. Snotlout says to the group: "I think we better do something." Arcee says to him: "You're right Snotlout. For once." Astrid says to him: "Yeah you're right and for once I agree with you." Snotlout points out: "But if we get too close, our dragons will start fighting again." Smokescreen speaks: "Well luckily the root has no effect on us Cybertronians. But that's not gonna be enough." Astrid says with a plan in mind: "I think I have an idea." The muscular Viking asks her: "Is it stupid and reckless?" The female Viking answers: "Maybe even a little bit crazy." Snotlout exclaims: "I'm loving it!" The Autobot female scouts asks openly: "Well what do we got to loose at this point?"

As the twins' two headed dragon still is under the influence of the dragon root, but Stormfly flies in front of Barf and Belch in swift speed and Arcee jumps over them in robot mode stun blasting them from behind. The dragon knowledgeable Viking says to what he thought as the original rider: "Astrid, you and Arcee are a sight for sore eyes." As the Deadly Nadder hovers and reveals Snotlout who questions: "Who you calling Astrid?" Fishlegs in shock and confusion: "Snotlout? But where's…?"

Then Astrid's voice asks: "Looking for me?" She was riding on Hookfang with Smokescreen underneath them. Hiccup asks her: "Astrid, what are you doing?" The Valkary answers to the Prince: "We switched dragons again. It's the only way to keep them from fighting each other." Smokescreen states regarding the logic: "It was the only thing she came up with. And I'm gonna be honest you can't reason with crazy." Snotlout says to his cousin regarding Hookfang: "He can sniff Dragon root all day, but Hookfang would never attack Snotlout. He respects him too much." Then the two headed dragon still breathing flammable gas dives in pass Snotlout and Stormfly.

Astrid says to the Monstrous Nightmare: "Do it Hookfang, wing blasts." To that, Hookfang flaps his wings unleashing a power gust of wind, sending the twins and their dragon down to the ground. The twins waves their arms in the air before falling into unconsciousness. Snotlout in to surprise says: "What was that?" Astrid replies: "You mean this?" Another wing flap with a powerful gust of wind which removes not only the flammable gas but helps Fishlegs, Meatlug and Ratchet pulls the root out of the ground but it's still stuck. "Its still stuck!" Smokescreen exclaims: "Oh come on!"

The two headed dragon regains consciousness and is still going for the root. The muscular Viking says: "I'm on it. Stormfly, single spine shot!" Which he pats her in the back of the head causing her to launch a single spike into the root detaching it from the ground.

With that Fishlegs and Meatlug flies up into the air, but Ratchet falls backward, Barf and Belch still tries to pursue the root, only to be caught by the tale by Hiccup and Toothless. Hiccup comments and questions: "Good job guys. Fishlegs can you take it from here?" Fishlegs answers: "Dragon root flying out!" Ratchet says to him: "Take it far away from here, where no dragon can find it." As he and Meatlug flies away with the root to ensure it will never cause harm.

Hiccup on Toothless flies up into the air watching Fishlegs leave, he turns around and asks Snotlout and Astrid: "You do realize what happened right?" The muscular cousin with enthusiasm answers: "We totally kicked butt!" The Prince says: "Exactly. And you did it together. Astrid and Snotlout working as a team. Who would've thought?" Tuffnut says as he and Ruffnut were back on their dragon: "Not me. I try not to think." Smokescreen speaks in agreement with Hiccup: "Well I think Hiccup was right.. It feels nice. Not seeing you try and kill each other." Arcee with her arms on her hips says: "Yeah. And like I said Snotlout isn't so bad. Granted he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, are the most sensible, and can be a bit rough around the edges and egotistical. But deep down he is a good person."

Astrid says to comment Snotlout: "That was some fancy flying on my dragon. And you've earn some respect from Arcee." To which Snotlout replies: "You know how it is. Chicks dig me." Astrid turns away for a second and jokes: "Yeah, that must be it." The muscular Viking Viking comments her: "Hookfang isn't always the easiest dragon to fly Astrid. I have to admit I'm impressed." The two were becoming closer as friends but nothing romantic but admiration for one another.

Arcee and Smokescreen sees them, and she says to the Autobot elite: "It's nice. Seeing the mutual respect for one another." Smokescreen says in agreement: "Yep. My little Viking is growing up." He said with a smile and a tone of pride.

As for Fishlegs and Meatlug they drop the root into the ocean and let it sink into the bottom to make sure no dragon will suffer its wrath.

Back with Astrid and Snotlout, the female Viking asks him: "So, hu, you think I can have my dragon back now?" The muscular male Viking replies to her: "Thought you never asks." The two teenage Viking jump back onto each others rightful dragons.

Astrid says to Stormfly: "Good to see you again girl." She pats her dragon's lower jaw, as for Snotlout who hugs his dragon head and asks: "Ho, did you miss me?" He laughs in joyous tone, then whispers. "We can do something about the girl smell later."

Back at the fields, as the teenagers works on the field, Astrid walks up to Snotlout and asks him: "So, Snotlout, can you teach me how to do that single spine attack?" To which he answers by placing his digging tool down, laying on it and answers: "I don't know if you can handle it. Maybe if you show me how to do that wing-clappy-thing first, than I will think about it." He jokes which makes Astrid laugh a bit and she questions to him: "How stupid do you think I am?" To which he answers in form of another question: "How stupid is there?"

The Chief, prince, and last Prime watches the two former rivals getting along, the father pats his son on the shoulder and comments his son's diplomacy skills as well as the options he was given: "Option 3. Not as exciting as one and two." Hiccup finishes: "But sure does go down like a treat." Optimus comments him: "Indeed Hiccup. If more people solved problem your way there be no problems nor war. If only the Primes of old learned this form of negotiations and peacemaking." Stoick simply laughs while Optimus simply smiles. The sun setting on another day ending the struggles of past rivals.

Here is the latest chapter, sorry it took a while but my cousin's wedding was yesterday. She was beautiful in her dress. I hope her marriage will be filled with happiness and joy and someday kids.
