Horsradish in the Fords of Bruinen by Kazakh Doom
The flood of the Bruinen has drowned the Nazgûl's horses. Now, tarsier-goblins from Harad arrive, and butcher the horses' carcasses. (Goblins love to eat horses, after all...) As they feast on their precious "fillet Brego," they take this chance to parody an old Gene Watson classic; "Love in the Hot Afternoon," specifically.

Ending by sarcastronaut
"If you want a happy ending, that depends, of course, on where you stop your story." Orson Welles. A light-hearted psychedelic examination of Frodo Baggins through the prism of wilfredness. The story came to me after watching the Wilfred finale, and I regret nothing. Contains strong language, obviously.
