Star Fox 64 - Map view
The Lylat wars.
It was a time of great suffering for all those who called the once beautiful Lylat system their collective home, for a decade long cold war had been ravaging the solar system, taking many victims during its time.
The war originated from the planet Corneria, the home world for the main Cornerian military army and also the largest civilian populated planet within the entire solar system.
What had once seemed to be a minor dispute between military leadership had evolved into treason, political repression, and eventual open rebellion against all of Corneria.
General Pepper, the Dog who was leading the army at the time had not been aware that a subordinate of his was harboring less then peaceful urges, and as such, the currently unnamed military commander would continue to build up those within the army that were willing to side with him.
Years passed, and before he knew it, General Pepper was facing a takeover of the entire military chain of command. However, due to timely intervention by one of his best pilots in the fleet, the one leading the coup was caught and detained.
His name?
Andross.
The military commander was accused of treason, illegal experimentation on the populous of the planet, and unethical weapons development. For everything Andross had been accused of, the ape should have been sentenced to death, but General Pepper had been soft in his youth.
Without delay, General Pepper banished the mad scientist to a planet on the farthest side of the Lylat System, a place named Venom.
After the banishment, life seemed to return to normal for those in Corneria.
But as Pepper would eventually learn, sparing Andross would be his greatest mistake in his entire life.
Years later, the Cornerian fleet had detected strange activity coming from Venom.
Sensing that a great evil may be brewing beneath the surface of the far off planet, Pepper devised to send out a squad of mercenaries to take care of the problem before it came back to bite him. The team had been a newly formed group of three, aptly named Star Fox, headed by one James McCloud.
Team Star Fox was equipped with three highly advanced star fighters capable of near mythical combat abilities in and out of gravity. The ships were highly experimental, and as such were extremely secretive in development.
Only few knew of the creation of the ships, and those names trickled down to General Pepper, those on the Star Fox Team, and the secret R facility that created them in the first place under direct orders from the General himself.
To separate himself from the creation of such hyper lethal weapons of mass destruction, he gave the Star Fox Team full ownership of the vessels. However, unknown to many, the Star Fox Team were under direct orders of the General himself, for they were no mercenaries at all.
With the faux mercenary team sent out to investigate the disturbances coming from Venom, Pepper was able to sit back and watch as the last tie to his monumental blunder was put under the ground as he should have been all those years ago.
Unfortunately, due to a second grievous mistake on his part, things would not go according to plan.
He was rash, quick to formulate a plan to burry his past mistakes. And that rashness would cost him greatly.
As Team Star Fox entered the planet's atmosphere ready to engage with whatever forces may be lying in waiting, a trap was sprung.
Andross, wary of the super weapons that were coming his way, devised a plan to secure them for himself.
And that plan banked on greed, something a certain member of the mercenary team was very guilty of.
As the team entered the planet to put a stop to Andross, they were betrayed one of their own. Pigma Dengar, an old friend of James's and the third member of the Star Fox team betrayed them. They were not ready, and as such, James was shot down, crashing into the planet where he was captured by Andross's forces and executed. His ship was then taken into custody by the mad scientist to be reverse engineered into a weapon of his own.
The only surviving member left was a Rabbit by the name of Peppy Hare. His Arwing greatly damaged, he barely managed to escape his untimely demise at the betrayal of Pigma, as he shot the traitor down. With no way of stopping him, Andross was forced to watch as Peppy escaped the planet and retreated to Corneria to inform the General of the fate of Team Star Fox.
When the day came, and Pepper was informed of the return of Star Fox, he had not been ready to witness a crippled Arwing limp it's way into atmosphere, the fighter barely in one piece.
He was even less prepared to learn that he had been betrayed by Pigma, and that his greatest pilot was dead due to his inability to get a handle on the situation. And now he'd lost his greatest military assets in the form of the Arwings.
Devastated by this great loss, he was determined to bring this entire thing to an end through the use of his second and upcoming top pilot, Fox McCloud, son of James McCloud.
After hearing of his father's death at the hands of Andross, Fox had stepped up to the plate and had taken over command of the mercenary group as team Star Fox's new leader. This time the young fox was joined by his father's dearest friend Peppy, his co-pilot from the army, Falco Lombardi, and his friend Slippy Toad. Together they formed the new team, and would be gifted the Arwing mark two.
Just before the team could be sent on a mission to take down Andross once and for all, the secret R facility responsible for the development of the Arwing suffered a catastrophic accident, and everything was lost. The blueprints to the Arwings, the resources to rebuild them, and the knowledge on how they were created was forever lost to time.
Yet even then, Team Star Fox was still in possession of the final models, and their very own mother ship just so happened to contain all the blueprints necessary to keep the ships up and running for years to come.
General Pepper, seeing the loss of his R facility as just another nail in his coffin, knew that he had to stop Andross before everything grew too far out of hand to control.
The day soon came for him to hire the Star Fox team to bring an end to the conflict, but before the team could even arrive, Andross made his move. With little warning, a fleet rivaling the Cornerian army appeared at Corneria and began laying siege to the planet.
The distress call reached the mercenary group, and with zero hesitation Fox lead his team in to assist. From there, Fox decimated Andross's forces, saving Corneria from total destruction, and bringing the first victory into the hands of the General. From there Fox paved a war path through the solar system, annihilating all of Andross's forces, saving planet after planet that had fallen under the maniacal ape's control.
When finally arriving at Venom, Team Star Fox was faced with the latest in Andross's army, a mercenary group built to rival them in the form of Star Wolf. The opposition used stolen and redeveloped Arwing technology to fight back.
But luck would not be with Star Wolf, for the young red fox was fueled by a great hatred for those responsible for murdering his father. With skills that outmatched Wolf and his team, Fox shot all of them down. Some managed to escape complete demise at his hands, but Pigma was not so lucky.
Fox had made very sure that the swine met his end at his hands, for his heart wouldn't settle for anything else.
With nothing standing in his way, Fox alone went into the depths of Venom to deal with Andross once and for all.
The villain had mocked the young red fox, belittled him and threatened to end him like he had ended his father. He even attempted to trick him into believing that the General was not to be trusted. At the time, Fox didn't even give the words a second thought, believing them the ramblings of someone who knew their time had come.
With a narrow victory, Fox brought an end to Andross, and the war was over.
Tired and exhausted, Team Star fox made their way back home, expecting a heroes welcome. And a welcome they were given.
Upon their arrival, Team Star Fox was paid handsomely for their service in stopping Andross, and were offered a permanent place in the Cornerian army as General Pepper's top pilots.
But Fox had no intention of joining the army.
"Thank you General, but I think speak for the rest of us when I say we work better alone."
That was what the fox had said that day.
Fox had missed the way the old dog cringed at the words, realizing that his chance of obtaining the Arwings had slipped through his fingers. He was desperate to keep the young red fox under his control, for it would mean he had total military superiority over the entire solar system.
But the fox had denied the offer.
However, what young McCloud had not anticipated was the possibility that his team would accept the offer provided them.
"Sure, it's getting too hot as a mercenary anyway…" Falco had commented offhandedly.
"I'm getting too old to do this, I think I'll accept your offer General…" Peppy had sighed, his aging body moving him to leave Fox and join the army.
"Listen… I almost died so many times out there, I-I just don't think I'm cut out to be a m-mercenary…" Came Slippy's timid response.
Fox, devastated by the reality that his entire team would rather join the army than stick by his side, felt like he'd been betrayed by those he trusted.
Once again General Pepper offered him a very prestigious position as fleet commander even, allowing him to remain in the field and continue serving the people of Corneria.
This time, however, Fox had caught the slight desperation in the aging dog's voice.
Hurt by the sudden disbanding of his team, and suddenly distrusting of the General, Fox locked up.
While his friends all stepped forward and took the hands offered to them, Fox stepped back.
"Come on Fox, this is what your father would have wanted." Came the General's words. The instant regret was palpable, as those words only served to seal the fate of the young red fox.
Fox's eyes widened, before a defensive gaze settled across his emerald green eyes. He looked to his friends, the ones that had decided to leave him behind. "Fine. You all can join the army, I don't care." He said, hiding the hurt in his voice behind his anger. "But the Arwings are property of Star Fox. I'm sure this is what my father would have wanted." He said, directing his last words straight at the old dog.
Stunned to see his last chance at holding his grip around the super weapons slip right through his paws, he couldn't think up anything to say to lure the young red fox back to him. His friends were equally surprised too, calling out to him as he fled the army base.
By the time the General managed to track the fleeing fox down, all he saw was the young mammal's mother ship flying off into orbit, taking with it all four remaining Arwings known to exist.
Having failed yet again to fix his litany of problems, General Pepper could do nothing but watch as Fox fled Corneria. It would be quite some time before either he or anyone within the Cornerian army ever saw the canine again...
He gripped the arms to his chair tightly, his grasp threatening to break the hinges that held it together. He felt tears stinging at the corners of his eyes, a tightness in his chest threatening to overwhelm him as he kept his eyes forward, gazing out of the window of the Great Fox's control room.
He still couldn't believe it.
After everything that they'd been through together, facing against insurmountable odds, and finally bringing an end to Andross's rein of power, they left him.
He thought he knew them better, thought that they were family. They had been family, family to him. They were the only family he knew, and with zero hesitation they left him to join Pepper and his army.
He felt betrayed.
And the General had the audacity to assume he would join them as well, regaining control over the Arwings.
He wasn't stupid.
He knew how powerful his ships were, how dangerous they could be in the wrong hands. He supposed that was why the General so desperately wanted him in his army.
He didn't care.
At least that's what he told himself.
It was the only thing that made the pain in his chest any easier to deal with. Even now, months after fleeing from Corneria and leaving everything and everyone behind, it still hurt to remember how eager they were to leave his side.
"Fox, your heart rate is highly elevated. Are you ok? Do you require medical attention?"
The young red canine was broken from his thoughts as he was approached by his ship's control robot, aptly named Rob 64.
He sniffed, wiping at his face with the back of his paw as if he wasn't crying. Although his tear stained eyes was a dead giveaway, as was the bottle of expensive alcohol in his paws that he couldn't even pretend like he hadn't been drinking.
He was alone now, with no one to call a friend or family left to stand by his side.
No he was not okay.
He was not ok in any way shape or form.
He hadn't been ok for a while!
"I-I'm fine Rob…" He murmured, sinking into his seat. The redness of his eyes seemed that much more apparent now, and the robot was keen on picking up on the signs his master's body gave off.
"My sensors indicate that you are lying. With the war over, may I suggest you retire to a place of solitude for rest? This war has taken a tole on you, I suggest you find more suitable accommodations to relax in for your own benefit." The robot continued emotionlessly.
Fox felt like snapping at the machine, before he managed to catch himself midway. Thinking about it, he realized that the robot may be right.
After he'd first fled Corneria, he'd tried to settle down on a distant planet to find some peace and quiet. He'd first gone to Zoness, a planet once toted as a tropical paradise only to be ruined by pollution as Andross turned it into an industrial site to fuel his war ships. The planet was on the mend now, but it was unlikely it would ever reach the peek it once had.
That being said, technology sure had its ways, and he'd give the planet a good ten years and he was sure it would be something nice once more.
That aside, he'd tried to hide away on Zoness after first leaving Corneria behind. But after a month hidden away, blending in with the many other civilians that called the planet their home, Pepper found him.
He knew the old dog would be after him at some point, but he'd hoped to have gotten some time to himself. Unfortunately, he was not granted such luck.
He'd been in a bar one night, a local pub at a city he couldn't bother remembering the name of. Then out of nowhere came Falco, the blasted blue bird having snuck up on him. He'd immediately been on edge about the so called random encounter, but he gave the bird a chance.
Falco led him on about how things had been since he left and what not, life in the military and some other nonsense. He almost had him fooled when he suddenly started talking about how he should seriously consider joining the Cornerian army, how they needed a pilot of his skills on their side.
That's when he knew it was all fake.
Falco would never, not now, not years from now openly compliment him on his skills as a pilot. A fact only further proved by just how jealous Falco was of his skills in general.
No…
Falco hadn't just accidentally run into him to talk about life, he'd been purposefully sent there to convince him to join the army. And he had a funny feeling as to whose direct orders had him sent this far out.
Pissed off and feeling like he'd been stabbed in the back once again, he'd fled the bar before Falco could attempt to do something he'd regret.
Unfortunately that same scenario happened on repeat, two months later with Slippy tracking him down to talk, the Toad a terrible liar. Fox saw through him in an instant, and only because he was his friend once, he let to toad down easy by immediately cutting to the chase.
He knew why Slippy was there, and he didn't feel like wasting either of their times. By the end of the conversation the toad was crying, not because anything stabbing had been said, but because he knew it was likely his friendship with the young red fox would never again be like it had been when they were younger.
However, his newest location comprised, he knew he had to find another place to hide out.
Without warning he'd fled to Macbeth. This time he didn't go into any populated places unless absolutely necessary. He didn't want to draw any unnecessary attention to himself.
But his luck would only get him so far, for his rough yet quiet three months he'd managed to stay off radar had come to a bitter and miserable end when he'd run into Peppy when in the mining town on the northern edge of the planet.
Seeing the old hare had been painful, and his presence made him so angry he couldn't even put it into words. But his anger soon faded into a dull sense of despair when Peppy told him why he was there.
The old hare was there on orders to convince Fox to join the army, but that wasn't was he was going to to. Instead, Peppy warned him that the General was up to something, and unless he disappeared soon, trouble may end up finding him.
"I-I'm so sorry son… I-I wish it could be a different way…" The hare had been crying by the end of the conversation, a sensation of frustration and uselessness washing over him. "I know you don't trust this old mammal anymore, but I just hope that-!" Peppy went quiet, stunned into silence as Fox hugged him tightly to his chest.
"Please… Please just don't say anything more…" Fox murmured brokenly, crying openly into the arms of the old hare. He was crying because of what had come of everything, what the General was forcing his old friends to do, and what he was about to do.
Peppy hugged him back tightly, like a long lost father to his son. For he knew there was a very real chance that this may be the last time he ever saw the young red fox again…
That moment was still fresh in his mind, merely having taken place hours ago. He knew that what Rob just told him was wise, that he needed to get away fast. Some place truly quiet, some planet so far away from the Lylat system that even the General wouldn't ever find him.
Yes, perhaps a distant quiet place would do him well, somewhere he could hide out while the heat died down. Somewhere far from any civilized space, a place no one would dare to look.
He was sure as it was right now that the General was already trying to find ways to keep him tied to the army, sticking around the Lylat system at all wasn't going to be a good idea.
When thinking about a place considered quiet and calm, there was only one planet that came to mind. And there was someone there that he knew would accept him with open arms, no questions asked…
"Rob… Take us to Cerinia…" Fox ordered after a long quiet moment, glancing out of the window. In the distance he could see the dusty oceans of Macbeth, a place he no longer wanted to look at.
"Affirmative." The robot responded sharply. "Master, incoming transmission from Corneria, shall I patch it through?" Rob suddenly spoke up, the tell tale ringing of an incoming video call humming across the ship's command center.
Fox was quiet for a long moment, before his eyes narrowed. "No…" He muttered sharply. "Never again."
"Affirmative. Redirecting to Cerinia now. Activating warp drive."
The call was canceled before it could even begin, the fox not even daring to give the General a chance. All he'd been fed so far was empty words, and he was tired of hearing them. He didn't want to hear them any longer.
He just wanted silence…
The Great Fox shook as it opened up a portal. Within moments, Macbeth was hundreds of thousands of light years away, leaving everything behind.
When he finally came out the other side, he found himself in the orbit of a beautiful and vibrant planet. It was outside of the Lylat system, and he knew that there was little chance of anyone tracking him here.
But, even then, just to be safe he planned on hiding the Great Fox. Sliding free from his chair, he turned to leave the command bay, offering one last order to his robot. "Rob… I'm heading out for a while… I want you to hide the Great Fox in the asteroid belt while I'm gone." He said, before leaving the bay behind.
Rob watched him go, blinking robotically as thought swelled within his circuits. Finally, he settled on saying, "Affirmative, Fox."
Silky blue furred paws grasped a stone railing, clenching lightly. Beautiful cerulean colored eyes stared wistfully up at the skies above her, black lips tilted down into a frown.
A breeze past through, parting her silken white robes, exposing her beautiful blue and white furred body beneath, the plumpness of her inner thighs barely hidden by her royal cloth. But she paid no mind, for her fur was enough to keep her warm most of the time.
Nowadays however, her concerns lay somewhere else, somewhere off world. A longing had settled in her breasts, a longing to again see the canine who had single handedly saved both her and her entire planet from extinction.
Even now, a year since the strapping young fox left her behind, she could not stop the rapid beating of her heart as her thoughts oft turned to him in the dead of night. She wished now more then ever that she had made her move on the kit when he was still around, but fear and her own self doubt had stayed her hand, and now he was gone.
She knew it greedy to keep the mammal within her paws, for she knew he was destined for greatness, she had seen it. She could not sacrifice the safety of the Lylat system for her own selfish hearts desires. She knew not what the Lylat system was, but she knew its protection was important to Fox, so she let him go with little struggle.
Yet even then, sometimes she wished that she had struggled to stay his feet, if only have him there by her side once more.
But he had not returned, the call of duty keeping him away. She only wished that one day he would grace her with his presence once again, for she promised that if he so did, she would finally act upon those desires hidden deep within her heart.
She sighed, raising a paw to her golden covered breasts, longing for the touch of another's paws on her own. Again she found her gaze drawn to the skies of Cerinia, wishing upon a star that she would bear witness to the sight of her hero descending from the stars to visit her.
But after a long moment she let out a disappointed sigh, paws falling to rest at her sides.
Today would not be the day it would seem.
"My Lady Krystal, please find some time to rest. You have been pushing yourself too hard lately. I know you feel you have a duty to the people of Cerinia, but even a Queen must find time to rest…"
She wasn't startled by the sound of a voice behind her, her loyal vixen always ever so near to provide her protection. Not that she needed it, but the sentiment was much appreciated anyway.
Krystal turned from the skies, facing the concerned muzzle of one of her loyal followers, a young white and red vixen who gave her all in service to her beautiful and beloved queen. She smiled that wonderful smile at the shorter younger girl, cupping her cheek with a paw as she calmed her worries. The young vixen's breath hitched as she addressed her.
"Thank you for your worries, Dahlia. But I am doing well. It is not my body that is tired, but my heart. No amount of rest can heal that." She cooed, rubbing her thumb over the young vixen's silky white cheeks. The young fox's eyes widened as her face flushed lightly, before her Queen pulled away.
The blue fox's hind paws made nary as sound as she walked through the halls of her castle, greeting her many attendees as she past. All those around her stopped to bow to their great and wonderfully beautiful Queen as she past them by, all offering their appreciation for her.
Dahlia followed closely behind her, walking in her shadows, always eager to serve her Queen.
It was late into the afternoon, the sun soon to set on her side of Cerinia. She was tired and exhausted from the events of the day, and sought the comforts of a warm bath and massage from her attendants.
And although she wished to claim that it was only her heart that was tired, her body ached too.
A short walk through the smooth stone halls of her castle saw her stepping into a large indoor bath, the water hot and steam already filling the air. The smell alone was nearly enough to make her tense shoulders sag in relief.
"Here, my Queen. Let us help you." Two voices spoke up as she stepped inside, two more vixens approaching her to assist in de-robing. Not that she wore much to begin with, but her golden bracers, and shin decorations as well as her tail rings would be a bit difficult to remove on her own.
The attendants were quick as they were graceful, removing her crown and other golden ornaments before taking her robes as well. Now as nude as the day she was born, she stepped into the soothing waters, letting out a moan of delight as the warmth reached up past her plump thighs and to the swell of her ample breasts.
She was joined by her equally naked assistants, the vixens quick to tend to the aches and pains of their Queen. Krystal let her head fall back, gently falling into the grasp of another attendant vixen.
The foxes were quiet, humming gentle songs as they soothed their Queen, trying to take her mind off of her bleeding heart.
It was no secret that the Queen had fallen for the gorgeous red fox that descended from the heavens above, for she was oft seen gazing longingly at the stares above, sighing wistfully as she waited for her distant lover to return.
It was also worth mentioning how most in her kingdom had fallen for the mysterious and powerful young fox, but none would dear try and take him out from under the nose of their Queen.
But even then, none of it mattered unless he returned, and with every passing day their blue furred Queen grew more and longing.
"M-My Queen…? May I ask you something…?" Dahlia suddenly asked, the young vixen's paws currently massaging her Queen's sore shoulders.
"Of course my dear. Ask to your hearts content." Krystal hummed, keeping her voice level lest she let out the moans that threatened to slip past her lips.
Her attendants certainly knew how to use their paws.
"How did you meet him? O-Our savior?" Dahlia asked quietly, the eager excitement that radiated from her something that was impossible to hide.
The other two vixen's giggled teasingly, casting knowing looks towards their fellow fox.
Krystal smiled a longing look, a distant expression washing over her face.
"How did I meet him you ask?" She repeated, tone humoring. "It was during the peak of the war with the SharpClaw tribes." She said, gaze turned towards the ceiling above. "Things were not going well for our people, and so many of my people had already been captured or worse. I knew in my heart that we could not face the danger they posed against us alone, and so I prayed that help would come." She whispered softly, eyes growing sad at the mention of those lost to the war.
"You called him with your powers…?" Dahlia whispered in awe, beaming with pride for her Queen.
"Mmhmmm." Krystal hummed deeply, melting into the touch of her assistants. "When all hope seemed lost, he came soaring down from the heavens above, riding a creature of metal. Singlehandedly, he brought an end to the war, and freed our people." She recalled lovingly, a warm feeling washing over her chest.
"I knew then that he was to be my husband, for I had fallen for him…" She muttered sadly. The vixens attending to her cooed sadly, rubbing their cheeks consolingly against her own.
"T-Then… Where did he go? Why is he not here now?" Dahlia asked quietly, feeling bad for having even brought the subject up.
Krystal sighed, a sense of understanding settling in her bosom. "He insisted that he had others to save… that he couldn't stay… I knew this to be true, I had foreseen it. But it didn't make it any easier to let him go…" She finished quietly.
Dahlia was quiet for a long moment, her paws deftly working out some knots in the blue fox's shoulders. She knew what she was about to ask may be out of line, but she had to know.
She had to know if her Queen's distant love would ever return to them.
"Do you know if he will ever return to us…?" She asked quietly.
Krystal smiled sadly. "I am not sure, but I made him promise me before he left that he would consider visiting one day. I just hope that he makes good on his promise-"
No sooner had she uttered those words, multiple of her attendants burst into the bathing room, panting and out of breath as they rushed to address their Queen. The sudden appearance of her attendants had her concerned, as she turned from her seat to gaze at them in worry.
"M-My Queen, please pardon our intrusion! But you must come quickly!" A light red vixen exclaimed, bowing respectfully, not forgetting her manners despite the urgency.
"What is it Elise? Please speak up." Krystal spoke in worry.
The red vixen caught her breath, standing at attention. "My Queen, Lord McCloud has returned!" The fox exclaimed.
Krystal's eyes widened, and before any of her attendants could halt her, she was up and out of the water, towel in hand as she ran out of the bath house.
"O-Oh! My Queen, your garments!" Dahlia exclaimed as she watched her stark naked leader flee the room with nothing but a towel to protect her modesty. "Oh dear me, why do I even bother…" She sighed defeatedly.
She knew the moment the attendant had mentioned anything about the mysterious fox that her Queen would instantly be on her feet, she only wished that she could have clothed her before she fled...
She ran from the halls of her palace, hastily wrapping the short towel around herself as she left a trail of water in her wake. She didn't care, the mess meant nothing if it meant she could see her Fox just that much sooner.
She rushed past the concerned and blushing faces of her many attendants, through the front entrance to her palace and down the many steps. As she approached the garden courtyard below, she found her cerulean eyes cast up towards the twilight colored skies above, eyes franticly darting back and forth in search of him or his metal vessel.
She glanced to the side, spotting some of her maids glancing to a different corner of the sky. She followed their gaze upwards to find…
"Fox… Y-You're really here…" She breathed out, eyes wide as tears of joy threatened to overwhelm her.
Up in the distance skies above she could make out the form of a fireball approaching the planet. At first glance it appeared to be nothing more than a meteor, but upon closer inspection it was revealed to be his metal vessel descending to the surface.
When he finally broke atmosphere, he soared right for them, moving so fast it was nearly impossible to keep a track of him. She watched with bated breath and hope swelling within her breasts as he approached, growing slower and slower until finally reached them. She couldn't hide the tears in her eyes as she watched him slowly descend, his metal creature transforming into the form of a giant walking bird.
All her attendants cleared the way for him, the grass blown gently to the side as flames emanating from his metal feet slowed his descent. There was a hefty thud as he landed, blue metal claws digging into the earth below as he balanced himself.
Even then, she couldn't see him from where she stood, the red fox still hidden within the head of the metal creature.
She watched in awe as he slowly approached her, before the metal creature slowly came to rest on its belly, placing its clear head at ground level. Her breath caught in her throat as she finally laid her eyes on her beautiful red fox once more.
In that moment, it felt as if he'd never left her.
The clear head of the metal creature hissed as air escaped it, before it opened entirely. She couldn't stop herself, moving forward to catch him as he climbed out.
The red fox's hind paws didn't even reach the ground before she caught him, wrapping him in such a tight embrace that it completely caught the young fox off guard.
"W-Woah woah woah, is everything alright?" Fox exclaimed in surprise, clearly not having expected to be caught in such a manner. He only had a moment to realize that the older blue vixen currently holding him tightly to her bosom was naked, before she pulled him in for a fierce and passionate kiss that had his eyes rolling to the back of his head in moments.
When she finally pulled away, there was a trail of saliva connecting the two. The blush that had suddenly overwhelmed Fox was strong enough to show through his fur, and he felt as if his face would catch fire.
But for Krystal, she couldn't have been happier. "Welcome back, my dear sweet Fox." She cooed happily, eyes half lidded, cheeks flushed. "I've missed you dearly." She hummed in a more than pleased manner.
All around them her people cheered at the sight of their great hero's return, and subsequently their Queen's chance to finally receive her deepest wish. But Fox didn't even seem to hear them, instead focused entirely on the beautifully alluring vixen who held him lovingly in her embrace.
Fox swallowed thickly, trying to keep his eyes focused forward on her eyes, and not anywhere lower. "S-So I've noticed…" He laughed nervously, completely thrown off his game. From his previous interactions with her tribe, he had come to assume that the extreme level of undress and physical interactions she shared with him were simply a part of her tribe's traditions, so he'd never questioned it before.
His expression saddened quickly after, and it was something the blue vixen picked up on rather quickly.
"My dear Fox, is something the matter? Please, whatever it is, I shall hear you out." She pressed in concern, eyes searching him for answers.
Fox smiled lightly at her over concerned tone, and couldn't help but realize that coming here may have been his best decision yet. "If it's not too much of a burden, do you mind if I stay here a while…?" He asked nervously, averting his gaze. "It's become too difficult to stay where I'm from, I can't go back. I know it's sudden, so I wouldn't blame you if you said no…" He trailed off, grabbing his right arm nervously.
Krystal cooed, reaching up to gently cup his cheeks with her paws, rubbing her thumbs over them. "Oh my dear handsome Fox, you can stay here as long as you wish. As my husband, you will always and forever have a place in my kingdom, such is law." She reassured lovingly, the care and affection in her gaze palpable.
The red fox felt all the tension hidden within his shoulders slip away at her approval, realizing all along that he had nothing to worry about. He'd chosen correctly in retreating here, and any worries he may have had at intruding upon her and her people were soothed.

"Did you say husband?" He asked once his brain finally caught up to what exactly she had said. Unfortunately, he would receive his answer in the form of a soul searing kiss that she pulled him into immediately after, a kiss that made things very, very clear to him.
As she was busy stealing his breath away, he couldn't help but wonder what he'd gotten himself into.
When she finally pulled away, leaving the young fox breathless, she grasped his paws with her own, pulling him away from the ship and towards her palace. "Come now, you must be tired. My bed is warm and ready for you, we shall rest there for the night." She said decidedly, pulling him into the depths of her palace.

He swallowed thickly as she pulled him into her private chambers, finding himself tossed onto her large and spacious bed suddenly. He didn't say anything, tongue completely tied as he watched her crawl onto the bed and subsequently onto him, the young fox utterly speechless.
"Oh Fox, I've waited so long for you to return to me. You have no idea what it has been like without you, many lonely nights without a warm body to provide me comfort. My vixens can only do so much, for it was you that I missed." She cooed deeply, straddling the speechless red fox.
"U-U-Um-?" He squeaked, shame radiating through his entire body at the childish sound he's let slip past his lips.
"Shhhh, time for talking is over." She whispered, pressing a digit to his lips to quiet him. "Please, just let me have you." She murmured lowly, leaning down to lay across his chest. This time, however, he was just a little more prepared when she gently pressed her lips to his own…
End
Unless people want it continued, that is. Let me know.
