AN: Just letting you all know that in this story each ranger team will in fact come to together as lovers, with the original six being together, Rocky, Adam and Aisha being together, then Tanya and Kat are together with the second Turbo Ranger Team not being included as Justin will be too young and the other four with make a team with Andros and Zhane, so if you do not like that type of story then you should not read it.

Prologue: Meet the Phantom

Aquitar

Third Person's POV

It had been a month since Billy had left Earth to go to Aquitar and he had made sure to keep in contact with Zordon the entire time, though nobody except the two of them knew that, which ended up saving his life, because it was discovered that even though the waters of Aquitar reversed the aging process and stopped it from happening, the waters of Aquitar made it so that instead of aging physically he would be drained of his energy internally, which means that while he wouldn't age physically he would lose the life energy that he needed to survive so he would still end up dying like before.

But thanks to Zordon he had discovered a way to return Billy's energy to him and keep him from losing any of his and it was with an item called the Power Ruby, an item of unimaginable strength which would have to be tied to his life force causing Billy to become the Rubies guardian protector in the chance that any evil beings would come after it to use it against the side of good, as well as Billy himself as the ruby would make it easier to control Billy as well.

Though should the Ruby be taken from him and not returned within the set amount of time than Billy would die by the loss of his life energy, so when Billy discovered this, he decided on trying to create a new Ranger suit for himself that would be tied to the Ruby with the gem becoming the suits power source, which thankfully became possible with the help of Zordon.

Billy ended up creating an almost pitch-black ranger suit with the odd splash of silver on it along with the Power Ruby on his chest and the suit gave him the ability to camouflage into whatever environment that he was in and the only reason that he did not become all out invisible was because on the odd occasion that he moved an outline of his body could be seen almost as if he was a phantom, though he did manage to keep this ranger suit hidden from the people of Aquitar, so they were only aware that he was no longer dying.

As the second month passed he had finished building weapons for his ranger suit as well as his own Zord, with it being called the Artillatron, Billy had also built a new set of Turbo Zords in case the Turdo powers were ever needed to protect Earth and the Rangers original Zords that he had helped to create were ever destroyed in battle and just at the start of the third month Billy left the planet of Aquitar deciding to travel to Eltar on the suggestion of Zordon who had told him that he would learn lots there and that the leaders were aware of his coming.

But before Billy left for Eltar, Zordon transported a briefcase to him from Earth and when he opened it Billy discovered the six Power Coins of the Original Rangers of Earth along with the Tiger Power Coin and the Ninjetti Power Coins that belonged to Rocky, Adam and Aisha and after questioning Zordon on his decision his mentor told him that he believed Billy to be the only that could fix the Power Coins and return them to their true owners.

Billy ended up spending two months on Eltar, learning their culture as well as their fighting styles, he also gained the control disc to the Delta Megaship and by the end of his time on the planet he had become great friends with many of the planets inhabitants and as a goodbye present the leaders gave him not only a travelling ship but also something else.

Billy was also given a second personal Zord for himself which took the form of Eltar's very own guardian, Cerberus, with the Zord being bonded to him to make sure that nobody but he could pilot it due to how dangerous it was and the Zord itself was sentient so that in the case of an emergency and Billy was unconscious and he could not pilot it, the Zord itself could fight back and protect him, this Zord was also one of the most powerful Zords in the Universe.

The Zord was pitch black in colour except for its six ruby coloured eyes along with its silver fangs, claws and the spikes across its back and it was very large in size ranking among one of the largest Zords out there and it also had the ability to become its own Megazord with its two side heads becoming the two hands, the hind legs became its two legs, the middle head turned into the Megazord's one head and the front paws combined with the spikes on its spine and its tail in order to become its weapon, the Guardian Lance, which could be placed on its back when it wasn't being used.

Billy ended up spending another couple of months travelling the universe and helping out where he was needed and leaving when they no longer needed his help as well as when he wasn't needed to help face the planets enemies and due to the fact that his identity wasn't known by anyone, he ended up being able to walk around and learn a lot more about technology, so that he could upgrade his armour, and fighting, causing him to become a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield and one of the most powerful rangers out there.

It was after his seventh month away from Earth that he discovered that the mantle of the Turbo Rangers had been passed on to a new group, so he decided to head to Earth to help them out, but he decided against telling them his identity in case the villains that they were fighting tried to use it against him as well as the other rangers.

As he travelled to Earth Billy discovered that the Machine Empire had been driven off by the Zeo Rangers and that they had not long after taken up the Turbo Powers that he had helped Zordon create to take on a new enemy called Divatox, and that Rocky had ended up hurting his back which caused him to pass on the Blue Turbo Powers to an eleven-year-old called Justin Stewart and he had to admit that if he had not travelled other planets that had Ranger teams with people even younger on them then he would have questioned the Rangers thought process on picking Justin to replace Rocky instead of someone their own age.

It was a couple of months after that when the rest of the Power Rangers passed on their powers to the next generation, Tommy gave his Red Powers to a guy called Theodore Jay Jarvis Johnson although his friends call him TJ, Kat gave her Pink Powers to a girl called Cassie Chan while Tanya gave her Yellow Powers to a girl called Ashley Hammond and Adam gave his Green Powers to a guy called Carlos Vallerte, while Justin kept his.

It was about a week after he had started travelling to Earth when he finally reached his home planet, it was around midday and he ended up landing in the forest just outside of Angel Grove Park and Billy decided on taking a look around in his camouflaged form in order to make sure that nobody saw him and as he travelled around his old home he noticed a creature that he had learned was called Elgar robbing a bank along with a couple of other creatures.

With no sign of the new rangers Billy decided on dealing with the problem himself but he remained in his hidden form so when the group exited the bank, they saw nothing of what attacked them with Billy first pulling all the money from their hands and then sending them all to the ground and slowly one by one they fell to Billy's speed as well as the near impossibility of them being able to hit a near invisible target.

It was at this point that he saw the new Rangers, so he moved to the side and hid behind a pillar a little bit away from the doors and he watched as the Rangers spoke to the witnesses of his attack and saw as they tried to explain what they, for lack of better terms, did not see when the monsters were attacked and hit the ground.

What he didn't expect was for the Pink Ranger to look at his direction at the exact moment that he moved causing his camouflage to let him be seen by others, but he made sure to remain still when she tried to get the others to look over in his direction and see him but when they saw nothing they turned around and asked the bank manager about the security cameras and asked if they could borrow the video tape to see if they could watch the attack.

It was not long after that when Billy decided to head back to his ship to make sure that it was in tip top shape and to see if he could find out who was the mentor of the current rangers instead of Zordon and about fifteen minutes later he was back at his ship and had found out from Zordon that an old friend of his called Dimitria was the one in charge of the Rangers now.

It was about two hours later that his alarm went off letting him know that the monsters were on the move again and this time they were attacking the Angel Grove Gold Depository, so he instantly teleported to the location and started tearing through the enemy ranks before they even had a chance to know what was going on, but he found out that the Rangers were faster in their arrival to this location than the bank.

Billy ended up hiding behind a Ute that had brought Bulk and Skull to the location earlier but what he had not counted on was the Pink Ranger spotting him in the side mirror which is the only way for someone to see him completely when he is camouflaged and when she walked to the back of the Ute where he was hiding, he took a couple of steps backwards causing his camouflage to reveal his location sightly.

Billy saw the Pink Ranger jolt slightly at his reveal and she started to walk slowly towards him, but he did not move, for some reason he could not move his feet as if he wanted the Pink Ranger, or rather, all of the Rangers to know that he was there to help them and slowly he watched as she poked his chest before jumping back slightly at the knowledge that he was there.

"Who are you?"

"A friend" was all the reply Billy gave before he left the site of his latest battle but not before hearing her speak one last time.

"Where do you come from? Hello, are you still there?"

Billy ended up spending a couple of hours trying to track down a good hiding place for his Zord the Artillatron, as well as somewhere to hide his ship since leaving it in the forest meant that there was too much of a chance for it along with him to be found by not only humans but his enemies as well.

Suddenly an alarm sounded in Billy's helmet letting him know that somebody had placed an explosive device on his ship which caused him to panic slightly at the knowledge that somebody had not only found his ship but knew instantly that the ship belonged to him which caused the ranger to start running back to his ship since he was not too far from it.

Billy ended up discovering, what he learned were beings called Piranhatron, surrounding his ship alongside another one of Divatox's minions that was called Rygog and he heard him counting down and knowing that it was for the bomb on his ship Billy sped through the ranks of Piranhatron, tripping them all over and he then also took Rygog off his feet before he ran to his ship and threw the bomb into the air and just as it hit its peak the timer hit zero and the bomb exploded.

Not long after that the Piranhatron attacked him trying to overwhelm him with their numbers but Billy tore through their ranks as if they were nothing when he heard the Blue Ranger call for the others, and it was not long after they had arrived when his helmet alerted him to two incoming missiles that were headed towards his ship which caused him to take off running once more.

But before he could get far, he noticed Rygog along with a couple of Piranhatron holding onto to the young boy that was the Blue Rangers friend and as he turned his head onto his ship once more before turning towards the young boy in his enemy's grip and back to his ship for a final time he silently screamed before turning towards the young boy that was in the Piranhatron's grip to help get him free.

Billy once again camouflaged himself as he headed toward Rygog before once again flipping him onto his back and as he ran at the Piranhatron he knocked one down while he tore the young boy from the others confused grip and took him a distance from the three that attacked before Billy placed him on the ground and deactivated his camouflage mode.

"Are you ok?"

The kid just nodded his head in a stupefied silence before he went uh huh; it was then that the missiles hit their mark taking the gifted ship to the graveyard and causing Billy to shield the kid from the blast in order to make sure that he wasn't hurt and it wasn't long after that when the Rangers joined them over at their location asking if the boy, Nico, was alright while Billy walked slowly over to where his ship once stood.

"Nico are you ok?"

"Hey you ok buddy?"

"Me, I'm fine but he's not, his ship, it's blown up because of me."

Billy decided on revealing the true capabilities of his ship and throwing his hand out towards its hidden location he deactivated its cloaking technology to allow the Rangers and Nico to see that it was not destroyed but just hidden in plain view.

"It's still there"

"Yeah"

Billy went to prepare his ship for departure when he heard the Red Ranger call out to him and he halted his movements and turned to look at the Rangers as their leader spoke.

"Hey, I don't who you are or why you're here but thanks for all your help today"

Billy simply nodded before turning around as his ship lifted off the ground slightly opening an entrance hatch and after watching the child, he had saved for a moment he entered his ship before taking off and heading towards the location that he had found that fit his needs for the time being.

Billy ended up finding a hidden space beneath Angel Grove which he had reason to believe was once the location of his original Triceratops Zord so he placed the Artillatron, along with the Rescue Turbo Zords, in the holding bay while he placed is ship in one of the tunnels leading to the holding bay so that not only would it be hidden underground but there would also be an easier way for him to leave the underground with it should the need arise.

Billy started to work on preparing everything underneath the city for when the Rangers would need their new Zords as well as to get ready for the incoming battle against Divatox that he would most likely need to take part of to ensure that his home planet was not harmed in the battles that are to come, he also prepared the briefcase that he guarded for transport to return the items held within to their original owners
