How long was it?
How many years has it been since I founded the Royal Knights for the Server? How many years has it been I helped Aegiomon in his quest to become Jupitermon again? They were all so long ago and yet they all felt like it just happened yesterday. For all my existence I fought countless battles and met many digimon friends and foes while at the same time losing friends who I always held dear in my digicore.
I look at the infinite Sea of Possibilities,a place filled with various worlds like the main Digital World,Witchenly, the Dark Area and many others like Earth but those aren't the only worlds to exist. I saw many,I saw one where a demon turn against his own kind to help the species of his lover and several others only for him and his liver to be cursed with different forms of immortality by that world's respective deities. I saw a world that's cycle was ruined by a God of Light who forced the world's flame to last longer and now that world is falling to utter ruin,reminds me too much of the Ancient Digital World. And I saw other worlds where humans have a hedonistic ritual for a wishing granting grail by summoning 7 once deceased legends to fight for them and risking the lives of others just to attain an item that got corrupted by an entity that felt like him.
Shaking my head I look towards a certain Possibility Structure that glows with a purple hue and several red spots that almost resemble eyes. I narrow my eyes and grip the handle of my sword. This. This. World of possibilities was one that I was both intrigued yet disgusted of, a multiverse where the dominant force was monsters called mamono, they're essence was almost like a plague. In every main planet it's almost always the mamono that have the advantage while leaving little Possibility for Humanity and other minor species to gain a foothold to prosper, now while I do admit some of these mamono catch my eye I was also disappointed that the only thing that mattered to them was endless procreation with human males or corruption of human females, all in the name of spreading "Love". And no Mamono Group takes this farther than the ones called the Extremists,a group of mamono led by the 4th daughter of the Demon Lord Lilith(I hope she's not like Lilithmon) called Druella. And while I admit she has a kind heart with a noble dream like her mothers, her methods are highly questionable just like her mother's if not more so. Despite that however the Humans have a group called The Order under the Service of a Chief God(who turns out is but Inexperienced deity),who have become nothing more but a lump of corruption and barely have any proper competence Despite their impressive strength.
I sigh, why was I talking so much about this world specifically? Ah yes, a while ago the Great Server Yggdrasil has told me that a Digital World will come in contact with one of these "MGE" worlds as it calls it. Anywho,this Digital World has a part of Homeostasis within it and Yggdrasil wants me to guard it in the event some of the natives of the other world discover it. While of course some of the Royal knights and the whole Olympus 12 will be in this Digital World which surprises me that this version of the Digital World will have 2 important Guardian groups in it, Regardless the Great Server rather not take any chances,and so I accepted the Task.
All I can hope for however,was for any good will group to help the digimon,humans and any truly kind mamono..because both worlds have dark forces that wouldn't hesitate to cause Chaos and Ruin for their own Greed.
I watch on as the convergence between 2 certain worlds was about to begin
3rd Pov within the Digital World
It was Peaceful, everyone within the Unified server continent was living their lives under the watchful eyes of the Olympus 12, a group of Strong Ultimate level digimon who take great care of their territories and all digimon who live in them.
The view changes to a Village filled with various Baby and Child level who were going on about their lives tending to any unhatched eggs,playing around or gathering food,this was a Primary Village, a place where digimon are born or reborn and are greatly taken care off until they can go off on their own lives.
Amongst the Group, a Child level digimon that looks like a young human man with gray hair and eyes and wore a small jacket along with several red ribbons on his body, but further examining and we can see that he had goat like legs and horns on his head as well as a smaller one near his forehead, this was Aegiomon(not to be confused by the one who became a deity), who was currently eating some berries while laying under a tree
"Ah,this is the life" Aegiomon exclaimed as he eats another berry
Everything seemed alright from his prospective, that was until a bright white light slowly takes over everything which alarmed everyone
"Huh? Wait what the heck is going on?!" Aegiomon quickly got up as he looks in shock at the phenomenon
Unfortunately,he wasn't the only one who was surprised by this.
The view Changes to a place above the clouds and there we saw the leaders of the Olympus 12, that being Jupitermon along with his lover Junomon who both look at this event in great concern
"What is happening? This isn't normal"
"I don't know my beloved wife..but whatever this is may be either a good thing or a bad thing."
Junomon frowned as she says the following
"Let's hope it's not another Plutomon incident or Server forbid Lucemon"
The view changes again to a hidden facility filled with several military esque digimon which watched at the white light devouring everything,with a hooded humanoid figure with a D logo on his back watching too in worry
"Just what in the world is this?.."
The View changes again to a hidden room full of computers and several humanoid beings with a small metal plate on their left breast who were watching the event happening from the screens,the main figure watched in great intrigue as a grin was seen on their face
"My,my, I wonder what marvelous and unknown things will this event present to the Metal Empire?"
Homeostasis POV
I look on as the convergence started,I knew ahead of time thanks to Yggdrasil as it allows me to get some things prepared for what's to come
"Well,time to get things started i suppose"
"..."
"Yes,no doubt the sudden appearance of a new continent has gotten attention of the natives"
"...?"
"It's a possibility that there will be Chosen Partners in the future..but currently that remains to be seen,for now I want you to shadow any potential events or people,understood?"

??? POV,Location:Salvarision Castle
Another day,another patrol
Being a Knight meant I had to constant patrols around the slums or carry out missions with my group led by our Captain Mersé to fight against Mamono(imagine my shock when it turns out they weren't blood thirsty monsters) all for the glory of the Chieftain God, still at least when we're not doing anything we just chill out or go do a little side hobbie. Anyways currently I was about to head out a patrol before I suddenly heard my best friend Elt coming over to me
"Hey Nouva! Did you hear?"
"Hm? Hear of what?"
"A new island or possibly a continent was discovered in the Great Barren Sea! Father Noscrim is currently having a team set up to go investigate it"
The Great Barren Sea was a place where nothing but a vast empty blue ocean existed that takes up nearly half of the known world and given it was so vast with various dangers in it, it was nigh impossible to explore..but for a Unknown continent to appear out of nowhere?
"But I thought that place was void of any landmass so how can it suddenly appear?"
"I thought so too..Mimil speculates it has something to do with that weird bright Aurora that appeared a few nights ago"
Ah that..I remember it clearly,a sudden bright Aurora appeared out of no where, it truly was a beautiful event for all to witness and a lot of folks believed it was a act by the Chieftain God but there a few who were more skeptical about what it meant.
But..what Anyone didn't release was that a weird meteor appeared out of no where and crashed near where I was patrolling,I knew It could be risky but my curiosity got the better of me and so i chose to investigate it. Imagine my surprise to find out the weird Meteor wasn't at all and was instead device. I picked up and felt a type of energy in it,I knew for sure it wasn't mana or even demonic mana but I couldn't understand what kind of energy it was and while normally I'd share this with Magitech,there was a voice telling me to not tell anyone..I was confused buy maybe it was the better option to do.
"Hm,and who'd you think will be tasked to investigate the new frontier?"
Elt shrugged his shoulders
"No clue..but likely our battalion along with Mersé and some heroes like..Wilmarina"
I noticed his expression seemed..sad, right. He and Wilmarina from what Sasha told me used to be childhood friends before something changed,don't know the details but I had a suspicion Noscrim had something to do with it given his track record.
"Figures..when will the decision be finalized?"
Before he can answer,Mersé suddenly came into our barracks with a serious face
"Ok people,we've been given a important mission,pack your weapons and gear because we're going on a long trip! Better hope none of y'all are sea sick!"
Huh,that answers that.
And why am I getting a image of Mersé in Erotic swimming clothes?!
