Danny fought the ghost that attacked and was having a bit of trouble dealing with it. It wasn't human and looked more animal-like. He was sure that Sam would be happy about this, but it did attack people, and therefore Danny had every right to fight it. He also noticed it looked more like a lizard due to its scales and tail. Which said tail was wrapping around his foot.

"WHOA!" Danny cried out, throwing him away.

Danny hits the wall but quickly recovers. He notices that the ghost was looking around, not even trying to find him. He did find that strange, but he had to think about that later. He flew at the ghost lizard that saw him and dodged his attack. Danny felt its tail slam into his back, knocking him to the ground. Danny groans as the Lizard slams on his back. Danny was able to look behind him to see the Ghost Lizard opening its mouth to show its sharp teeth. Danny looked worried as it started to reach down for his neck. Before it could, it was suddenly blasted off. At first, Danny thought his friends came back until he saw his savor.

"That's enough fighting!" Witcha said, holding her book in one hand as the other was outstretched.

Danny was very shocked to see her. He could tell she was dressed like a witch and she was very beautiful. However, he had no time to think about that. He stood up and noticed the girl was about to fight him.

"Whoa! Whoa! I'm not the bad guy!" He said, raising his hands.

Witcha knew that, but she could sense how powerful he was. Strangely, it matches hers. She looked at her book, which nodded the best it could.

"Very well." She said, lowing her hand.

Danny sighs before remembering about the ghost. He turns around to see the ghost lizard jumping towards him, ready to bite him. Suddenly, a barrier appeared in front of him, causing the ghost to hit it. Danny turned and saw that the girl was holding her hand back up and it was glowing.

"What are you?" He asked, confused.

"I'm Witcha. I'm a Witch." She said, surprising him.

"A witch?! They're real?!" Danny asked.

Yes, he lives in a town where Ghosts are proven real, and he did travel back in time to the Salem Witch trials, but he didn't think there would be actual witches!

"You never had a witch before?" Witcha asked.

"No. You're the first witch I've seen. And I didn't know you'd be so pretty." Danny said before slapping his hand over his mouth.

'Damn it, Fenton! Why did you have to say that?!' He shouted in thought.

Witcha couldn't stop a blush from appearing. This was the first time a ghost called her pretty in her witch form. Lots of times, she was called sexy, hot, or a babe in her form. However, she quickly snapped out of it, there was still a ghost causing trouble. She saw the Ghost Lizard phase through the floor before it appeared in front of her. Witcha got ready to cast another spell, but it was suddenly frozen. Witcha looked behind it and saw that Danny had a hand raised and it was glowing light blur.

"Whew! That was too close," He said, taking out the Fenton Thermos.

"Are you okay?" He asked, sucking the ghost in before it could break free.

"I'm fine, Danny Phantom," Witcha said, shocking him.

"You know me?" He asked.

"Yes, where I come from, the Witch Council has heard of your feats and your powers. They think you're a powerful ghost and wish to...control you." She said.

"WHAT?!" Danny asked, shocked.

"I come from a family of Evil Witches that wishes to control all supernatural beings. However, I want to be my own witch. I have no desire to control you or anything other ghosts. Or to be evil," Witcha told him.

"You don't want to be evil?" Danny asked, surprised.

"No. I'm hoping to be the witch I want to be once I move out of my parent's place. Which I should warn you. My parents are trying to prove themselves to the Witch Council. And since you're the most powerful ghost in the world, you are the grand prize." Witcha told him.

Danny looked worried. There were witches out there who wanted to control him? Witcha could see his worry before looking at her book. She then nods before turning to Danny.

"I can help you overcome any spells if you wish." She said, surprising him.

"Really? Why?" He asked.

"It will only be a matter of time before someone comes after you, whether it's my parents or other witches. My spell has the soul of a Warlock that almost took over the world. He's been guiding me since, but I made it clear I won't be like him." Witcha said.

"A warlock?!" Danny asked, shocked.

"That's right! I know every spell in the book!" The Skull said.

"That's because you are a book." Witcha pointed out.

The skull groans, hating that fact. Witcha sighs before turning to Danny.

"We can talk more later. I can sense that the students are coming back." Witcha said.

Danny was still lost but understood what she was saying. He held up his hand, surprising her.

"Thank you, for saving me." He said.

Witcha looks at him before shaking it.

"You're welcome." She said.

What they didn't know was that the two creatures glared at each other, until they removed their hands. With that, Danny flew through the ceiling as Witcha used a spell to teleport to a safe location to change back.

Later,

Danny met up with his friends and told them everything that happened. Both of them were shocked after they heard everything.

"Witches?! REAL Witches?!" Sam said, shocked.

"And they want to control you?" Tucker added.

"Yeah. Witcha told me that she'll help me overcome any spell that might turn me against the town, even if she comes from a family of evil witches herself." Danny said.

"That's something I don't like," Sam said.

"She wants to be her own witch and I believe her," Danny said, knowing she was telling the truth.

"And you said her book had the soul of a warlock that almost took over the world?" Tucker asked, surprised.

"And she told me that she does not want to follow in his footsteps," Danny said.

Sam was still having trouble believing a witch from an evil family wanted to help Danny. Even after telling him that a whole court of witches and even the witch's own parents, wanted to control Danny.

"I still don't like this," Sam said.

Danny sighs. He was sure about it either. But it seemed like his best chance. As the three walked down the street, Mia was close by watching the three.

"So?" Her spellbook asked.

"So what?" She asked.

"Come on, Mia. You want to know about that boy. Not to mention you already know the truth after shaking his hand." It said.

Mia sighs, that was true. When she shook Danny Fenton's hand, she got a better read of his strange power. And when she shook Danny Phantom's, it was a clear match. Danny Fenton is Danny Phantom. But was he born like that, or was it something else?

"Or are you in love with him?"

Mia looked at her spellbook like it was crazy.

"I just met him. Do I look like I believe in love at first sight?" She asked.

"No, but you did blush when he called you pretty in both forms." Her Spellbook said.

Mia rolled her eyes before placing her spellbook back into her bag. Still, she was happy to learn that Danny was different from most boys that hit on her. She hoped that they could become great friends.

Later,

"I'm home," Mia said, knowing her parents were informed about the Ghost Attack.

"Mia, is it true? Did you really see Danny Phantom?" Her mother asked, running in.

"Yes, he saved me from another ghost," Mia said.

"Why didn't you take control of him?" Her father asked.

"The rules. I had to keep my magic on the low, remember?" She told them.

Both of her parents frown, but they know the rules. That's when Mia noticed her parents were wearing normal clothes instead of their robes.

"Are you going somewhere?" She asked.

"It seems that the neighbors we live next to are ghost hunters. They call themselves, Jack and Maddie Fentons." Her mother said.

"Fenton? Wasn't that Danny's last name?" Mia asked.

"Who?" Her father asked.

"He's my new classmate. I talked to him during lunch. Sadly, that's when the ghost attacked so I didn't get much." Mia told them.

Her father looked upset before sighing.

"Well, ghosts are known for ruining the moment at times." He said.

"Now, remember dear, we need to act like normal people. We have to make sure no one knows we're witches." Her mother reminds him.

"I hate this." Mia's father said.

Mia sighs. She was the only one that cared about trying to be normal. After putting her bookbag in her room and pulling out her spellbook, she cast a quick spell that would allow it to come to her when she called for it. She then followed her parents as they went over their normal family cover story.

Fenton Works,

The Spellsons reach Fenton's Works and knocked on the door. Mia saw Danny open it and quickly acted.

"Hey, Danny." She said.

"Mia? What are you doing here?" He asked, surprised.

"Is this your classmate?" Her father said, looking closer at him.

"Now, now, dear. Don't frighten the boy." Her mother said, acting like a normal wife.

Mia's father backed off, making Danny sigh. He then decides to let them in.

"I'll get my parents. Please have a seat in the living room." Danny said, making the two older Spellsons nod.

"Well, for a pair of ghost hunters, their son does seem nice." Mai's mother said.

Mia knew she was still acting and didn't think much of Danny. To them, he was just another tool to use to get into the Witches Council. Danny soon returns with his parents and another girl Mia has seen around before.

"Well, here are my parents," Danny said as Maddie quickly stopped Jack from trying anything.

"You must be our new neighbors. Nice to meet you, I'm Maddie and this is my husband, Jack." Maddie said.

"Nice to meet you both. I'm Malia, and this is my husband, Sean. And this is our daughter, Mia." Mia's mother said, holding her close.

Mia sighed, knowing this was close to being true. She looks at Danny, wondering if she should tell him.

"So, what brings you here?" Maddie asked.

"We heard that you two are the town's best ghost hunters. We're kind of interested in them ourselves." Mia's father said.

Jack looks excited as Jazz groans. However, Maddie was quick to speak before her husband did.

"May I ask why? You don't look like the type to be ghost hunters?" She asked.

"Oh, we don't plan on hunting them, just to learn as much about them." Mia's mother said.

Mia finally broke out of her mother's arms before walking up towards Danny.

"Can I speak with you? ALONE?" She asked, wanting to get away from her parents.

"Sure?" Danny said, confused.

"Mia..." Her father said.

"I just met him, Dad," Mia said, walking away.

Danny blinks before following her as her father sighs.

"Is she okay?" Jack asked.

"Teenagers, what can you do?" Mia's father said.

Jack nods, understanding how both of his kids acted. The parents started talking about ghosts as Jazz watched Danny and Mia head upstairs. She was worried and wanted to follow, but her mother asked her to make some tea for them. And to get the brownies from the fudge.

In Danny's room,

Mia was surprised to find that Danny's room looked much like a teenager's. She did spot a few posters with rocketships and a few models of them too.

"Wow, you sure love space." She said, making Danny smile.

"Yeah, I didn't get a chance to tell you, but I always dreamed of being an astronaut," Danny said.

Mia smiles. So he did have a different dream. However, it was time to come clean now that her parents were busy.

"Danny? Can we sit?" She asked.

"Sure?" Danny asked, hoping it was just to talk.

They both sat on his bed before Mia sighed.

"Listen, my parents are not what they seem. They're the witches I warned you about." Mia said.

"Wait? They are? I mean, what do you mean?" Danny said, but Mia didn't buy it.

"Danny, I know. I know you're Danny Phantom." She said, surprising him.

And cliffhanger! NAH, NAH! Well, Danny and Mia's meeting in their other forms and Danny informing his friends about Witcha. Although Sam doesn't like it, Danny is thinking of taking up her offer of training to resist other witches' spells. And it seems that Mia's parents are meeting with Danny's. And the names I use for them are not their real names. Finally, Mia told Danny she knows that he's Danny Phantom because she sensed his power when they shook hands. So what does that mean for the two? We'll see in the next chapter.

By the Ethan, can you be a little more clear about your Witches? While there are some elements of Sabrina, the Teenage Witch in this, Mia still lives with both her parents, and they're both evil.
