Joining a Campaign game.

Starring: Francis, Snowden, Louis, Zoey

Zoey: What do you think is the cause of all this, Snow'?

Snowden: Someone got careless, some experiment went wrong, some one got emotional. Reasons vary. But stay focused. Like before, nothing we can do for them now. Except maybe put their walking dead corpses to rest. Let's go.

Louis: So where are the Agents?

Snowden: In the CEDA tents set up all over the Flight Deck. We have to go up.

After picking off a few stragglers in the halls, Snowden, Zoey, Francis and Louis encounter a new Uncommon Infected: the Marine Zombie. Can only be killed by a direct melee hit in the face, a Barrett M107 shot, fire and explosives.

SG 553 fire*

Louis: Aw hell, they're bulletproof!

Baseball Bat hits*

Louis: What?! Now that's just straight bullshit!

Stealth Pistol fire*

Snowden: Aim for the face, it seems. Sorry, Marine. You didn't deserve this.

Zoey: I got another one!

Barrett M107 fire*

Zoey: Whoa, I didn't shoot him in the face.

Snowden: I figured. Even the latest armor can't stop a bullet from your rifle.

Zoey: Huh, nice.

Because of the rare usage of the Stealth Pistol in this incursion, a Random Horde Event is triggered and a bunch of infected sailors, CEDA Agents and Marines come out from the several rooms of the Crew Quarters. Since the hallway they are in is tight, the survivors have to watch their fire and sometimes get down while fighting the incoming zombies.

Snowden: We may need to get our heads down here. This is gonna be difficult.

gunfire*

Snowden: Whoa there! Stop aiming at me, lil' sis'!

Zoey: Sorry about that!

Louis: Francis, that's my ass you're shooting!

Francis: Shit! Sorry, man.

gunfire stops*

Snowden: Push through the Crew Quarters. It'll get us out of the halls.

While getting through the Crew Quarters, they find several skeletons in Marine and Navy SEAL combat gear with M16 Assault Rifles and Combat Rifles. With all the fallen looking like they have been eaten just recently, a few questions are raised.

Zoey: What the hell happened here?

Snowden: No clue. I have NOT seen remains like these before. But I don't think that's a zombie's work. Too surgical yet real bloody? By who or what?

Louis: I can handle zombies, but THIS is creeping me out.

Snowden: Let's not wait around and find out what killed them. Come on.

After sweeping the entire Crew Quarters for a couple of minutes, the survivors find the Mess Hall, now converted into a safe house, across another corridor. So they head for it, but not before dealing with a Hunter hanging above the hallway first.

Hunter Growls*

Francis: I hear a Hunter.

Zoey: Yes, safe house up ahead! Come on, boys!

Hunter Voice*

Snowden: No, wait!

Hunter Lunges*

Zoey: Get it off!

Bullpup Rifle fire*

Hunter Death*

Snowden: You hurt?

Zoey: No, I'm fine.

Snowden: Alright, be more careful next time. Everyone in the safe room but check high and low.

After entering and securing the safe house, Zoey locks the door.

Snowden: Area secure. Kindly close the door, guys.

Zoey: Phew!

We're safe... for now.
