Snowden: Of course the controls here are dead. Here's hoping the manual console downstairs still works.
Zoey: Woah, look at all those kills out there. Must have been one hell of an escape.
Snowden: Which means, at this point, expect to fight every single zombie left on the boat when we open up the Well Deck. Whoever missed the foreign hostiles before are probably gonna come after us with everyone they got.
Francis: Sounds like fun, let's go.
safe house door opens*
Snowden: Alright, break's over. Down the stairs.
After taking a short breather, the group climbs down one more staircase to the Well Deck itself. With the electronic switches in the Control Room defunct thanks to the fire suppression system, the door has to be opened manually from the console outside.
But before everything gets started, Snowden gives Zoey, Francis and Louis a couple of defensive options.
Snowden: It seems we can defend ourselves in two places. First is right where we are standing. You'll be facing the full force of the incoming horde in multiple directions here, but it'll be easier to maneuver around big targets. And second, the Control Room. With the safe house doors still intact, you'll be well-protected from the Commons, Uncommons and Specials. But a Tank can knock them down with ten or so punches, so don't get too comfortable. And it's much more difficult to get around in there, just like those hallways. So call out if you get cornered.
Zoey: Okay. So, who's where?
Snowden: I'll stay here.
Francis: Me too. Can't take on all the monsters alone, brother.
Louis: I think I'd rather be in the safe house.
Zoey: So do I. Is that cool?
Snowden: Yeah, of course. Get ready now, I'm opening the Well Deck.
Once everyone is in position, Snowden gets on the manual console and opens the Well Deck's door. As expected, every zombie on the USS Nimitz comes out to play.

Snowden: Yes, we're getting out of here!

Francis: This is gonna be good!

Outside, Snowden lets his Chainsaw rip while Francis watches his back. In the Control Room safe house, Louis and Zoey pick off the zombies struggling to get in with ease.
Zoey: How are you boys doing out there?!
Snowden: We're good, just keep firing!
Jockey Voice*
Francis: Ahhh! Another little vampire's on me!
The Jockey steals Francis' Incendiary Ammo, Pain Pills and Molotov Cocktail.
Francis: What the— Hey!
Stealth Pistol fire*
Jockey Death*
Snowden: Go, Francis! Grab your shit!
Charger Voice*
Snowden: Argh!
A Charger throws a Marine Zombie at Snowden, grabs him and starts pummeling him.
Snowden: Charger has me!
thud*
Assault Shotgun fire*

Snowden: *pants* Thanks, Francis.
Francis: I gotcha.
A Hunter tries to leap towards Zoey, but the safe house door stops him like all the rest.
Hunter Lunges*

Zoey: Nice try, Hunter!
Louis: Whoo!
Then the horde thins out, but Snowden knows what this means.
Snowden: Horde's thinning out. We're gonna have a Tank next.
Tank Theme plays*
Tank Yells*
Snowden: There he is!
gunfire*
The Tank comes out from the Well Deck's base but ignores Snowden and Francis and proceeds to climb up and punch through the Control Room safe house instead.
Snowden: Tank's coming after you, Control Room!
Louis: Shoot it before the door breaks!
gunfire*
Tank Death*
Zoey: How much longer until we can go?!
Snowden: Halfway open, people! Stay strong!
After the safe house door takes seven hits, the Tank dies. Then the second horde arrives, with the majority of it being dealt with by Snowden and Francis.
A Smoker comes out from the Right Catwalk and starts coughing up a smokescreen on the Well Deck.
Smoker Coughs*
Francis: *coughs*
Snowden: *coughs* Stay away *coughs* from the smoke! *coughs*
Bullpup Rifle fire*
Smoker Death*
Snowden and Francis: *breathing heavily*
As soon as things get quiet, everyone prepares for the second Tank. Which enters the Well Deck through the Left Catwalk

Snowden: Left, up high! He's gunning for the safe house!

Louis: Holy shit!
Zoey: Guys, we could use some help!
When the Tank reaches the safe house door, Zoey and Louis run out of ammo for their Barrett M107 and SG 553. So they resort to their pistols, but it was not enough to stop the Tank from breaching the Control Room safe house.
Seeing what happened, Snowden equips his Chainsaw and proceeds to cut the Tank's back in pieces. Despite using up all of its fuel, he manages to kill the Tank and save Zoey and Louis.

Snowden: You guys hurt?
Louis: Yeah, but I'll live.
Zoey: Me too.
Snowden: Good. Time to get out there. The door's gonna open.
After fending off two hordes and two Tanks, the Well Deck finally opens.

Snowden: Well Deck's open! Get to the sailboat and reverse, now!
Tank Throws*
Snowden: Louis, throw your Bile Bomb on that Tank!
Louis: Keep that Tank occupied, guys!
Bile Bomb shatters*
Tank Yells*
Snowden throws all three of his Sticky Bombs at the Tank and kills it.
Snowden: Beautiful.

Zoey and Louis move to untie the sailboat and put its engine on reverse while the others cover them. Once the vessel is free and moving, Francis runs out of shells.
So he ditches his Assault Shotgun and flees while Snowden continues to cover him. Then the Army Ranger empties all of his magazines, switches to his Stealth Pistol and hops on board before the sailboat gets to open water.
Snowden: Raising the sail. Moving forward on full power.
Louis: We made it. I can't believe we made it!
