All her thoughts stopped and her heart fell to her stomach as she opened the door and That's when I heard Mirabel screaming*

Dolores turned around and gave her parents the nastiest glare they've ever seen Dolores give with tears threatening to fall from her face*
Dolores:Stay the hell away from Mirabel and me or I swear...
Dolores hissed before running out of their room. Felix sighed as he sat down next to Pepa and hugged her softly rubbing her arm, Pepa hid her face on Felix's chest and let out a small sob*
Felix:well...she took it about as well as we thought she would...
Pepa didn't response she just keep weeping while Felix soothed her*
Felix"looks like the crops are gonna get a bit more rain today"
Felix thought with a sigh already hearing the farmers complaining that the weather isn't always perfect*
With Dolores
Dolores ran to the source of the screaming that being Julieta's room. There was a storm following behind her, fire inside her heart and lightning behind her eyes as she opened the door with a slam*
Mirabel:I can't marry Dolores! That's not right!

Mirabel was busy in the nursery using her sowing machine when a knock on the door stoped her and her work*

The door opened and Mirabel turned around, it was her parents looking at her strangely, they were smiling but Mirabel knew that smile it was the force smile they would always give her*
Mirabel:yes? Can I help you guys with something?
Mirabel said in her usual happy tone not at all affected by the smiles already used to them after so long. Julieta elbowed Agustin to start and he coughed almost tripping on the very air in front of him*
Agustin:I uh...what are you doing Mirabel?
Mirabel:just fixing clothes that people don't use anymore I'm gonna give them to father alves maybe he'll find someone to give it to
Julieta's and Agustin's smiles became a little more real seeing there daughter doing an act of good just because*
Julieta:that's very kind of you Mirabel, do... do you have a deadline? Since me and your father need to talk with you about something...rather important
Mirabel:um. No I suppose I can do this later but let's talk somewhere else this room right now has...a lot of Sharp things
Mother and daughter looked at Agustin who was touching a pair of shears*
Julieta;let's take this to our room cariño...cariño puts those down before you hurt yourself
Julieta said with a sigh, Agustin flinched and placed the sharp objects back to the table with an awkward smile and a cough*
Agustin:yes yes, let's go to our room
The 3 of them walked to there room passing Dolores entering her parents room. They made it inside and closed the door, once that door got close did the forced smiles returned*
Mirabel:ok. So what's going on? Usually it's me who has to find you two to talk
Mirabel said in a joking matter, it did not have the desired affected that she wanted since all it did was make there force smiles to disappear for a moment*
Agustin:uh, yeah. Mirabel please take a seat and don't worry your not in any sort of trouble or nothing
Mirabel was even more confused but she sat down on. Her parents sat down with her parents sitting down in the bed holding each other's hands. Mirabel looked at the hands and then at there faces, back to the hands and then to Julieta's stomach*
Mirabel:oh my God mom your pregnant?!
Julieta:what?! No!! Why would you ask that!?
Julieta said shocked as Agustin had to fight no to start laughing*
Mirabel:well to be fair it would make sense with how competitive you are with tia pepa
Agustin:...you were really smug about having 1 more child then her until Antonio came in to the world
Julieta glared at her husband for the betrayal. And looked at Mirabel with a bit of an annoyed smile*
Julieta:I'm not pregnant period you Cariño are gonna be my last baby since I'm not going through that again at my age.
Julieta said matter of factly, Mirabel blushed and rubbed her head embarrassed for the accusations so she just gave a nervous smile*
Mirabel:right sorry, uh so what's going on then?
Julieta licked her lips nervous looking at Agustin who sighed looking at his hands*
Agustin:it...it was decided that... you'll be married off
All the joy and light atmosphere that was in the room was sucked away as Mirabel looked horrified*
Mirabel:w..what?! B..but why?! I'm only 15 I'm too young to be married!!
Julieta:Mirabel please calm down I know this is hard
Mirabel:how do you know?! You didn't get married off did you?!
Mirabel snapped back, her shocked quickly changing in to sadness and anger at her parents. Julieta kept her head down as Agustin kept talking*
Agustin:Mirabel please listen do us, this is gonna be good for you
Mirabel:how?! How is being forced in to a marriage good for me?! I haven't even had my first kiss yet!!
Agustin:because the person who'll you'll be married too will be your anchor to make sure too keep you from overworking yourself honey. We're simply doing what's best for this family
Mirabel;in other words you just don't want the giftless madrigal as your daughter so you sold her off!! To who?!
Julieta:no, Mirabel it's not like that!! We promise we love you! We would...
Mirabel:I SAID TO WHO GODDAMN IT?!!!
Mirabel roared her voiced cracking not used to screaming so loud. Her parents glanced each other and then at Mirabel when the words that would shake Mirabel to her core slipped out of there mouths*

Agustín:Mira it's already been decided. Think of all the benefits, you'll always be protected since Dolores will know where you are at all times
Mirabel:how is that a benefit?! Your forcing me to marry my cousins for that?! A cousin's that's in love with...
Mirabel jumped when someone grabbed her hand, she looked and saw Dolores in a similar state as her only she looked more drained*
Mirabel:Dolores...
Mirabel whispered her voice sounded so broken it was a tone that should never be with the sunshine of the encanto it made Dolores sick that the adults forced this decision on to them. Dolores looked at Mirabel eye to eye and just shook her head no*
Dolores: I already know. I'm disappointed our parents didn't fight harder for us but it can't be undone since they don't have the spine to fight against alma I...I don't want to be in Casita right now, I can guess you feel the same way
Mirabel nodded yes with a sniffle. Julieta was about to touch her daughter but Dolores slapped her hand away hard and gave her aunty a cold glare*
Dolores:don't! Touch her...
Dolores growled out as she took Mirabel with her, walking pass the other children madrigal confused on all the screaming and even more so seeing Dolores and Mirabel running out of the house both with tears coming down there faces*
Luisa:what the hell is going on?
Camilo:whatever it is those two deserve it
Camilo said still bitter about what happened last night. One glare from Luisa shut him up good*
Alma:children why are you all still here?
They all looked up seeing alma at the second story looking down at them, isabela walked in front of the group*
Isabela:abuela you never gave us our assignment today
Alma;I didn't? Oh, well I'm sorry about that, I've...my head is simply not with me today I'll give them do you all in a moment
Luisa:that's ok, but is everything ok? Why did Dolores and Mirabel left Casita running? They were crying is everything ok?
Alma: everything... everything is fine things will be a bit strange for a bit since what happened is a big adjustment for the two of them but they'll be fine, more then fine i hope.
Alma muttered to herself, she shook her head and walked down to her grandchildren*
Alma:all will be explained during dinner to give everyone time to settle down with this new event. For now do not worry about now let's get in to the works for you all
Alma said in a tone that left not room for questions Luisa bit her lip but sigh and just heard what her duties were for the day putting her worries for her younger sister at the back of her mind for now*
