"Not a diner, but not bad right?" Tony grinned as he took the last bite of his croissant.

"Not bad." Gibbs took a sip of his coffee.

"Anything you wanna do while you're in Paris?"

Gibbs shook his head.

"Right, you came to check on me, not really thinking about sightseeing." Tony stared down into his coffee.

"What?" Gibbs could tell something was weighing on Tony's mind.

"My daughter says I can be happy and still miss her." As he said it he looked up into the steel blue eyes.

"Smart kid. You gonna listen to her?"

"I'm trying." Tony smiled.

Leaning forward, Gibbs looked at Tony. "I know it's hard being away from her, but when's the last time you had any time for yourself?"

Tony shook his head. "I can't remember."

"Now's the time. Do something you want to do."

Tony's eyebrow went up as his eyes danced back and forth between Gibbs blue eyes and lips.

"I said something, not someone." Gibbs chuckled, then glanced down at his coffee cup.

"What is it?" Tony knew when Gibbs broke a gaze there was something on his mind,

Gibbs shook his head.

"It's something, tell me."

Looking back up into the green eyes, Gibbs tried to get a sense of how Tony was feeling about what had happened between them.

Tony leaned forward. "You're still concerned about the way this happened." It was a statement not a question.

"I didn't come her intending to-"

"Ravage me over and over again." Tony smirked

Gibbs rubbed his forehead.

"Come on, you taking me over and over again has been a decades long fantasy of mine, do you honestly think I'm upset how or why it finally happened?"

"You asked if I regretted it."

"Because you were the one that refused to cross that line," Tony shrugged. "You're not one to just give in to anything, so having regrets makes sense."

"Decades of fantasies can be hard to live up to."

Tony's brow furrowed. "Is that why you turned me down at NCIS, because you were afraid you wouldn't live up to my fantasies?"

Gibbs took a sip of his coffee. It had absolutely nothing to do with why he had turned Tony down, but he hoped his silence would make Tony believe it was the reason.

"Believe me," Tony sighed. "Reality was better than any fantasy. And I don't regret anything." He suddenly bit at his lower lip. "Well actually I regret one thing."

"And what's that?" Gibbs swallowed hard as his heart suddenly stopped beating.

Tony hooked two fingers into Gibbs and leaned closer, the action caused Gibbs to lean in. Taking a deep breath, green eyes locked on blue. Keeping his voice low he spoke. "I regret not sucking your cock last night or this morning." He licked his lips as he saw Gibbs pupils dilate. "I want to know what you taste like."

Taking a breath, Gibbs felt his cock twitch as the words wormed their way into his very being. The image of him sitting on the couch, fully dressed, just his cock out, Tony on his knees sucking him off seared itself into his mind. Involuntarily his fingers closed around Tony's holding them tightly.

"And just where are you picturing me sucking your cock?" Tony smirked.

Gibbs shook his head and cleared his throat as he let go of Tony's hand and moved back in the chair. "Um, I was, I just-"

"That's what it takes to flummox the great Leroy Jethro Gibbs, promises of a blow job." Tony laughed.

Again Gibbs opened his mouth to speak and stopped.

Tony grinned at him. "So would you be as flummoxed by anyone promising you a blow job or just me?"

"Depends." Gibbs watched Tony's eyebrow go up. "Will I be your first for that?"

Tony nodded.

Gibbs shrugged almost disappointedly and Tony's eyes went wide. When the corner of Gibbs mouth turned up in a smirk, Tony threw the cloth napkin at him.

"Are you questioning my abilities?" Tony scoffed.

"What abilities?" Gibbs asked as he pushed his chair back and stood up.

Tony's mouth fell open in shock.

Opening his wallet, Gibbs pulled out some money and tossed it on the table. He walked over next to Tony and leaned down whispering in the younger man's ear. "I am going to love teaching you exactly how I like my cock sucked." He felt Tony's body shiver even without physically touching him. "And I have no doubt you will test every ounce of my control." He stepped back and let Tony stand up.

Putting his hand against Gibbs' chest, Tony patted it softly then stared into the steely blue eyes. "You have no idea the things I am going to do to test that famous Gibbs control."

"Challenge accepted." Gibbs smiled. That famous DiNozzo smile spread across Tony's face and made Gibbs' heart skip a beat.

"There is somewhere I need to stop." Tony took a few steps away from Gibbs. "It's just a block away."

##################

Gibbs walked into the shop behind Tony and the younger man turned around. Shaking his head Gibbs chuckled. Tony really was a kid at heart.

"This is the best chocolate in Paris." Tony grabbed Gibbs' hand and pulled him towards one of the cases. "They have everything, there has to be something you like."

Gibbs watched as Tony looked at the chocolate in the cases with childlike wonder. It was one of the things Gibbs' loved about the man. How things still held so much excitement and wonder for him.

Taking a deep breath, Tony inhaled the wonderful scent of chocolate..

"May I help you?" A smiling woman asked as she appeared behind the counter.

"I think he'd like one of everything." Gibbs snickered.

"Oh believe me I would." Tony said, glancing back at Gibbs, then back to the woman. "Jethro's never been here."

"Ah yes, then a few samples are in order." She reached into the cabinet and picked out a couple items.

Tony felt Gibbs' fingers momentarily touch the small of his back and leaned into the touch.

"Here we are." She said as she placed a small plate on top of the counter with three pieces of chocolate on it.

"Try this first." Tony picked up a piece and turned around.

Gibbs blue eyes met green as Tony took a step towards him.

"This is one of my favorites." Tony held the piece to Gibbs' lips.

Gibbs let his tongue lick the tip of Tony's finger as he took the chocolate.

Tony watched as Gibbs ate the piece then licked his lips.

"Coffee."

"See I knew you'd like that." Tony knew the coffee truffle was always one of the samples. "Do you like dark chocolate?"

Gibbs nodded.

Turning around Tony picked up another piece then turned back around holding the piece to Gibbs' lips.

This time Gibbs actually closed his lips around the chocolate and Tony's finger. He saw Tony's eyes dilate slightly as he pulled his hand back. It took a moment for him to taste the hint of flavor. "Hazelnut."

"Two for two." Tony smiled as he asked. "One more." Picking up the last piece, he turned and held it out to Gibbs.

Again, Gibbs took the chocolate licking across Tony's finger but this time grabbing Tony's wrist and pulling the younger man towards him.

"Coconut." Gibbs' eyes glanced at Tony's lips wanting nothing more than to pull the man against him and devour those lips.

Tony grinned. "Milk or dark chocolate?"

"Both." At this point Gibbs didn't care what the chocolate was, especially if Tony kept feeding it to him. Releasing Tony's wrist, the younger man turned back around to the counter

"Half dozen of the coffee truffles, milk and dark chocolate and half a dozen of the-" He leaned closer to the woman and ordered the rest. She nodded, understanding he wanted it to be a surprise.

A few minutes later, she took the bag with the two small boxes in it to the cash register. Before she even had it rung up, Gibbs was standing there handing her money. "Thank you gentlemen, have a wonderful day."

"You too." Gibbs picked up the bag and held it out to Tony.

"You didn't have to do that." Tony smiled as he accepted the bag.

"So what's the surprise?"

"You'll have to wait till tonight, after dinner."

Gibbs just nodded. They hadn't talked about if he was staying and frankly part of him wanted to run like hell back to Alaska.

"There's a great little coffee place around the corner. We can grab a coffee and sit by the river." Tony grabbed Gibbs' hand again. "I'll buy."

##########################

"You caught this yourself." Tony was looking at a picture on Gibbs' phone. "It's huge." He looked across the table at Gibbs. "And I still can't believe you finally got a smartphone." He swiped right and another picture came up. Tony's eyebrow went up at the picture of Gibbs and a very attractive young woman. "Find someone special in Alaska." He held the phone up showing Gibbs the picture.

Gibbs rolled his eyes. "She's young enough to be my daughter."

Tony shrugged. "Age is a number." He smirked as he glanced at the picture again.. "And just where is her other hand?"

Again Gibbs rolled his eyes.

"Who is she?"

Gibbs first thought was to change the subject, then he realized that's what he always did. Why was it so difficult to just talk and explain who she was? "Matta, daughter of my friend Mark. She's training to be a cop, one of the few women cops in the area. He wanted me to give her some pointers."

"She's taking some flack."

Gibbs nodded. "A little. Smart ass comments mostly."

"Then I'm glad she has you." Tony looked at the phone and smiled. "Any other interesting pictures on here?" He wiggled his eyebrows.

"The house, a few photos other people sent, about it." Gibbs shrugged. "Take a look." He took a sip of his coffee as he watched Tony looking at the pictures.

Tony suddenly stopped knowing immediately who the woman was. "She's beautiful."

Gibbs' brow furrowed.

"Jack." Tony turned the phone to Gibbs again.

"I deleted-"

"I opened your deleted files." Tony tapped the screen a few times going into the setting. "So your deleted files store for thirty days and this has two days left on it…so less than a month ago." He looked at the photo again. "Fatigues, desert, she must have sent it to you from Afghanistan."

Gibbs took another long swig of coffee.

Gibbs shrugged.

"Did you love her?" Tony looked up at Gibbs.

"No." Gibbs stared at Tony as he thought to himself. He never could have loved her.

"Everyone thought you were sleeping together, thought maybe you were in love again."

"I wasn't."

"But you two were close?"

Gibs nodded.

"You rarely let people in just wonder what it was about her that she was able to get through some of those walls."

Gibbs glanced down into his coffee cup then back up at Tony. "We had a lot of the same demons…and a lot of physical and mental scars we didn't like to have to explain to people."

"That is a potent combination. So why did it end?"

Gibbs shrugged. "It just ended?"

"She wanted more because she was in love with you, and you couldn't give that." Tony glanced at the picture again then closed it and handed the phone back to Gibbs. He didn't need an answer, everyone knew women fell in love with Gibbs and always wanted more. The team had all seen it at some point. The primary example, Hollis Mann. "Are you still friends?"

"Yeah."

"She's been in Afghanistan quite a while." Tony leaned back in his chair. "I doubt she's the last person you had sex with."

There was no answer, just Gibbs taking a sip of his coffee and sitting it down. "Why the concern about who I last had sex with?"

"I don't know." Tony shrugged.

Staring at Tony, Gibbs' eyes narrowed slightly. He knew there was something Tony wanted to ask, he just wasn't sure why he wouldn't just ask.

"You have something you want to ask me?" Tony wasn't sure Gibbs would answer the question he wanted to ask.

"You really okay with things ending with Ziva?" If Tony wanted to change the subject, he would.

"I am." Tony answered without hesitation. "It wasn't fair to Tali for Ziva and I to be together in a loveless relationship." He shook his head. "Tali already knew it wasn't working and she never once wanted us to stay together for her."

"Kids know."

"She just wants us both to be happy, however that happens." Tony sighed. "Still knowing it's the right thing doesn't make it easy or make it hurt any less."

"You loved Ziva?" Gibbs asked, not really sure of the answer.

"At one point maybe, but I think I was in love with the ideal of being in love, of having what you're supposed to want." Tony shrugged. "It wasn't what I wanted. So now it's us trying to get along enough to co-parent, for Tali."

"It's that bad?" Gibbs didn't realize their relationship had deteriorated to the point of them having to work on being amicable for Tali."

Tony took a deep breath choosing his words carefully." I have a lot of trust issues with Ziva, and some resentment issues…and she has her own issues with me. Doesn't make for exactly a friendly exchange."

"That's another reason you were upset about the trip, hard to let someone take your daughter to another country when there is no trust." Gibbs started to understand a little more about why Tony was taking this trip so hard.

Tony nodded. "I know Ziva is her mother, but there's so much more to it than that." He ran his hands through his hair. "You constantly hear about a parent taking off with a child and Ziva has resources far beyond any normal parent."

"You think Ziva would-"

"No,I don't but that's the kind of crap that goes through my mind." Tony shook his head. "It's every worst case scenario."

"Yeah, I get it." Gibbs remembered all too well.

Tony cocked his head and looked at Gibbs. "She didn't tell you?"

"Tony, she wasn't calling me every couple of weeks complaining about you." Gibbs balked. "She called after it ended. She talked more about Tali than anything, and she called a few times after that just talking about rebuilding her relationship with Tali." He saw the reaction on Tony's face and pulled his head back. "That's what you thought? That she was calling to bad mouth you."

Tony swallowed the lump in his throat.

"I would have never allowed that." Gibbs was honestly offended that Tony would even think that. "Is that why you didn't want to talk to me, why part of you hated me? You thought I was choosing Ziva over you?"

"It always seemed she meant more to you, she was like your daughter." Tony paused. "Why wouldn't you choose her?"

"I never chose Ziva over you, not in Israel when she made me choose, not at NCIS and I sure as hell didn't choose her friendship over yours." Gibbs' voice was raised in anger. Anger at himself for allowing his feelings to create a chism in their friendship and anger at Tony for believing he would choose anyone over him.

"Israel?" Tony looked at him completely confused.

Ziva hadn't told Tony about the choice she asked him to make. Gibbs always assumed Ziva eventually told Tony.

Tony's eyes went wide as the realization set in. "When she stayed in Israel. She asked you to choose between her or I staying on the team." He didn't need a verbal answer; he could see it in Gibbs' eyes. "You never told anyone?"

"I made my choice, what was there to tell?"

"I guess I just, wouldn't you, I mean-" Tony stopped then took a deep breath. "I feel like I should say thank you."

"Tony-"

"Don't Tony me." Tony snapped back. "Gibbs, you know my insecurities of always feeling unwanted after my mother died. God, you think it was bad when I came onto you before, if I had known this it would have been a hundred times worse."

Gibbs brow furrowed then he saw the wide grin spread across Tony's face and he shook his head and laughed.

"Okay this conversation is getting way too serious and I still need to process this information." Tony smiled. "So enough of the deep conversation. How about we take the scenic route back to the apartment and pick up some lunch."

Gibbs nodded.

######################

They walked a few blocks in relative silence, Gibbs not wanting to speak knowing Tony was still processing. Tony finally broke the silence. "So is Alaska it for you?" He glanced over at Gibbs.

Gibbs shrugged.

"Tim said he'd never seen you look so at peace."

"It's a beautiful place."

"You even sound peaceful when you talk about it." Tony smiled at him. "I'm glad you're happy."

Gibbs just continued walking. He had found peace from most of his past demons, but happiness is different. He felt the hand on his arm and stopped.

Tony stared into the blue eyes surprised by what he saw. "You're not happy."

"Peace and happiness are two separate things."

"Why are you not happy?"

Gibbs swallowed hard. "I'm not unhappy."

Tony chuckled and shook his head. "So you're indifferent?"

"I'm um-" Gibbs stopped. There was no way to explain any of it without admitting things he couldn't admit.

"Do you want to be happy?"

"Everyone wants to be happy." Gibbs looked at Tony for a moment. "Are you happy?"

"Usually, not as much lately." Tony let his hand drift down Gibbs' arm and away. "You being here helps."

"Whatever you need." The phone in Gibbs pocket beeped. Pulling it out of his pocket he tapped the screen and it went silent as he shoved it back into his pocket.

Tony looked at him expecting an explanation.

"Just a reminder."

Searching the blue eyes, Tony knew exactly what the reminder was for. "Did you already have a flight booked to leave today?"

Gibbs shook his head.

"Do you remember what I said earlier in the kitchen?"

"Yeah." How could Gibbs forget. I want to beg you to stay.

"I meant it." Tony paused the concern thick in the rest of his words.. "I want you to stay."

Gibbs could see the fear and worry in Tony's eyes and hear it in his voice. He knew that tone, it was the tone that Tony spoke of earlier. The fear of people walking away, abandoning him when he needed them most. Gibbs had seen it numerous times and it still broke his heart to see that look in Tony's eyes. Involuntarily his hand cupped Tony's cheek, his thumb brushing over Tony's lips. "I'll stay," Gibbs sighed. "For as long as you need me." God why had he added that?

"Thank you." A soft thankful smile filled Tony's face.

Gibbs pulled his hand away and took a step back, the fear of his own emotional need causing him to throw up the walls. He forced a smile to hide his own concern.

Tony patted the older man's chest. "And you deserve both peace and happiness."

Gibbs' caught Tony's wrist before the younger man could pull his hand away. "So do you."

"We'll see." Tony pulled his hand away and smiled. "But I have a perfect way to start making you happy."

Gibbs' eyebrow went up.

"I wasn't talking about that. Happiness starts here." Tony patted Gibbs' stomach. "In the stomach."

"Thought that was the way to a man's heart."

"That too, but Italians know food makes us happy." Tony smiled. "So we are going to stop at the market and I'm going to make you an amazing lunch."

"Sounds good."

"The market is just a block over. We can pick up everything we need there."

"Okay."

################

They walked into the apartment bags in hand and headed to the kitchen. Tony started pulling items out of his bags as Gibbs placed the other bags on the counter. Grabbing a skillet and a small pot from the cabinet, Tony placed them on the stove then grabbed a cutting board.

"Want help?"

Tony's eyebrow went up. "You wanna help me cook?"

"Why not."

"Okay." Tony put the cutting board down and put the small bag of tomatoes on it. Opening the drawer in the island he pulled a knife out and handed it to Gibbs. "Quarter these."

Gibbs took the knife and started to cut the tomatoes as Tony put olive oil and garlic in the skillet.

Stirring the oil and garlic for a minute, Tony then filled the pot with water and turned the burner on. He went back to the skillet and glanced over at Gibbs and smiled.

"What?" Gibbs glanced over.

"It's nice, just spending time together."

"Yeah, it is." Gibbs cut the last tomato.

"I'll take those." Tony picked up the cutting board and slid the tomatoes into the skillet.

"So what are we making?" Gibbs asked, leaning sideways against the counter.

"Pasta with Pomodoro Sauce." Tony stirred everything in the skillet. "A little lighter sauce for lunch." He glanced over at Gibbs. "Did you cook with Shannon?"

"Sometimes." Gibbs chuckled. "She didn't really like to cook."

Tony smiled seeing the change in Gibbs through the way he talked about Shannon.

"Meatloaf, mac and cheese, and fish sticks were her three go to meals.

Laughing, Tony picked up the basil, tore several leaves and tossed them in the skillet. Seeing the water boiling, Tony picked up the bag of fresh spaghetti noodles and dropped them in the pot. "Noodles won't take long since they're fresh and Elaina's are the best."

"Elaina seemed interested in you."

Tony rolled his eyes. "She's like that with everyone, flirting makes for good sales." He smiled at Gibbs. "But they are the best noodles. She and her mother, Lona make them. Lona is there with Elaina a few days a week, she's almost ninety now." Reaching to the counter behind him, He grabbed a handled strainer and dunked it in the pot scooping out the noodles. He put the strainer to drain over a bowl. "A little salt, then-" Tony grabbed a ladle, put a scoop of the noodle water into the skillet, and mixed it around. "Let this simmer for a few minutes and we'll be ready." Tony dipped his finger into the sauce and tasted it. He paused for a moment trying to decide if it needed anything.

"Do I get a taste?" Gibbs had the thought the moment Tony dipped his finger into the sauce.

Tony dipped his finger in the sauce and held it out to Gibbs.

Sucking in Tony's finger, Gibbs slowly licked the sauce away and let the finger fall from his mouth. Smiling as Tony's eyes dilated."Good."

"It doesn't need anything?"

Gibbs shook his head.

"Grab a couple plates and I'll finish this up."

"Sure." Gibbs stepped away going to the cabinet to get the plates.

Tony turned back to the stove to finish the meal. He added the noodles to the sauce and stirred everything together.

"Plates." Gibbs stood beside Tony.

Taking a plate, Tony piled some pasta on the plate and handed it back to Gibbs as he took the other plate. "Go ahead and sit down, I'll be right over."

Gibbs headed to the table with his plate, Tony following a few seconds later.

"Water, beer, Bourbon." Tony asked as he sat his plate down.

"Water."

"You sure." Tony felt like Gibbs wasn't drinking because of how he had found him.

"Water."

"Okay." Tony headed back into the kitchen and returned with two waters. Sitting down he saw Gibbs already had his fork in hand. Tony grinned. "Please eat, don't wait on me." Tony watched as Gibbs shoved a fork full of pasta into his mouth then another.

"Really good." Gibbs said between mouthfuls.

"I forgot how much you like a good meal." Tony smirked as he remembered the first time he had actually cooked for Gibbs back at NCIS. The man shoveled a whole plate in his mouth before Tony even sat down. "Still only cooking steaks in Alaska?"

Finishing his bite, Gibbs took a swig of water. "Diner nearby, go there a lot."

"Some things never change." Tony took a bite.

"And I forgot you're a good cook."

"I like to cook, especially when someone enjoys it so much." Tony smiled.

As they ate the conversation continued as it always did between them, the years of silence and miles between them hadn't changed the ease between them, only the topics of conversation. Tony talking about Tali instead of cases, women and parties. Gibbs talking about life in Alaska instead of cases and hiding behind the memories of Shannon and Kelly.

"Do you want more?"

"No, I'm good." Gibbs chuckled. "Thanks."

Tony stood up and grabbed the plates and took them into the kitchen. Placing them into the sink, he turned, surprised when Gibbs was standing there. He smiled into the steely blue pools. "Close your eyes."

Gibbs brow went up.

"Please." Tony smiled.

Gibbs shook his head and chuckled but closed his eyes.

"Now open your mouth."

Gibbs left eye opened and his eyebrow went up

Tony laughed. "Just close your eyes and open your mouth."

Closing his left eye again, Gibbs opened his mouth. A few seconds later he felt the weight on his tongue, then the sweet taste of the chocolate melting in his mouth. Closing his mouth, he tasted the chocolate and moved it around in his mouth, letting the chocolate fade into the taste of what was in the center. The familiar warmth seeped into his taste buds and his eyes opened, greeted by emerald green. "Bourbon." That amazing Dinozzo smile beamed back at Gibbs and it made him smile.

"Knew you'd like it."

"I do."

"You're smiling." Tony's hand tentatively touched Gibbs' chest, before settling there."Are you happy…at this moment?"

"Yes." The truth was the only thing that could have made Gibbs happier at this moment was if he gave in and kissed Tony. Instead Tony leaned in and let his lips brush Gibbs.

"Food and chocolate always works." Tony patted Gibbs' chest and pulled his hand away.

Gibbs simply nodded. The phone in Gibbs pocket rang and they both jumped. Pulling the phone out, Gibbs glanced at the caller id. "I need to take this."

"Go, I'll get this cleaned up."

Gibbs nodded as he headed out of the dining room. He answered as he reached the bedroom door. "Yeah."

"Gibbs."

His name spoken by the soft voice surprised him. "Tali. Is something wrong?" His heart skipped a beat as concern set in."

"No, I just wanted to talk to you."

"Okay." He waited expecting her to speak but there was only silence. "Your dad's okay, he just misses you."

"I miss him too…What did you two do today?"

Gibbs pushed the bedroom door part way closed. "We had breakfast, got some chocolates-"

"From Jacques Genin?"

"I think."

"That's dads have the best truffles. Did he get you the Bourbon ones?"

Gibbs chuckled. "Yeah he did."

"Did you have lunch?"

"Went to the market and got some things so your dad could make lunch…it was um…Pasta with Pomodoro Sauce."

"Dad makes the best Pasta with Pomodoro Sauce."

"I agree." Gibbs smiled glad to hear the happiness in her voice. "I forget how good of a cook your dad is."

"He's the best. He should make Parmigiana di Melanzane."

"I'll ask."

"Do you know what it is?"

"No." Gibbs smirked.

"It's baked eggplant with parmesan." She snickered. "Do you like eggplant?"

"Yeah."

"Is dad having fun?"

"I think so." Gibbs sighed. "Are you okay, are you having fun?"

"Yes. I have mom and dad has you."

Gibbs ran his hand down his face.

"You're staying with him right?"

"Yeah as long as he wants me to."

"So you'll stay until we get back?"

"If that's what your dad wants."

"What if I want you to stay until we get back?"

"I promised you I would be here for your dad and I always will, but it has to be up to your dad if I stay that long okay." Gibbs hated hearing the worry in her voice.

"He wants you to stay, he told me."

"I know. He asked me to stay and I'll stay as long as he wants me here.

"Thanks."

He smiled. "If you're worried you call me anytime."

"I will. Thanks Gibbs."

"Anytime."

"Bye. I love you Gibbs."

Gibbs swallowed the emotion. "I love you too Tali." He ended the call and tossed the phone down on the nightstand then ran his hands down his face. He instantly felt the presence and looked over to see Tony standing in the now open door way.

Green eyes locked on blue and Tony walked over stopping directly in front of Gibbs.

Dropping to his knees he pushed Gibbs' knees apart and slipped between them. His hand cupped Gibbs' cheek as his thumb brushed across Gibbs' lips. Leaning in he paused just before their lips touched.

The first touch of Tony's lips was so gentle, just barely a whisper, that Gibbs licked his lips, needing to taste the kiss to even believe it had really happened. Then another, this time a soft breeze against his lips, Gibbs' eyes closed as he lost himself in the tenderness of the kiss. It was a kiss that was everything Gibbs had ever dreamed of and more than he'd ever imagined.

Slowly drawing back, Tony waited as Gibbs' eyes slowly opened.

"What was that for? Gibbs whispered

"For everything." Tony whispered back. "For being there for my daughter, taking away her worry, and being someone she can trust."

Gibbs nodded knowing Tony had heard most or all of the conversation.

"And for being here for me, for choices you made long ago-"

"Tony, I-" The sentence went unfinished as Tony captured Gibbs' lips again

This time the kiss was a growing storm, rumbling against Gibbs desperate to break loose. Until finally Gibbs' was engulfed in the hurricane of Tony's kiss. His lips were bruised and beaten by the devastation of it all. Enveloped by the storm, Gibbs became part of it, his own fury unleashed into it. They devoured each other, both demanding to taste every inch of each other's lips and mouth. When that wasn't enough, Gibbs felt Tony's hands snake around his neck and knot into his hair. Gibbs' hand explored Tony's back feeling the muscles contract under the fabric of the shirt. Even as he prayed for the kiss never to end, Tony was slowly pulling back. When their lips finally parted, Gibbs ached for the feel of Tony's lips.

Tony's forehead rested against Gibbs. "You show up out of the blue, after all these years, and it's like there was never any time or distance between us…last night, today, everything is just so easy between us." Pulling his head back he stared into the steel blue eyes. "Why is that?"

"I don't know." Gibbs lied because he was too afraid of the truth.

"Kissing you, even sex with you is the most natural thing in the world." Tony's hands caressed down Gibbs' chest to his stomach then stopped.

"What do you want?" Gibbs' voice cracked as he spoke.

"You know what I want." Tony popped the button on Gibbs' pants.

Gibbs cock started to harden at the thought.

Tony slowly slid the zipper of Gibbs pants down over the hard cock. "I didn't even have to say it and you're already hard." His hands clawed up the inside of Gibbs' thighs feeling the muscles contract and Gibbs cock twitch. Leaning down he nipped at Gibbs cock through the fabric still covering it. He smiled to himself when he heard the deep moan from the older man. He let one hand cup Gibbs balls through the denim and squeezed elicited another lower moan. Lifting his head, he looked up and met the dilated blue eyes. "Sucking your cock is all I've been thinking about."

Gibbs' hand latched onto the side of Tony's neck and smashed their lips together. His tongue demanded entrance as he devoured Tony with all the need growing inside him. He feasted from the younger man, desperate to memorize every sensation of kissing Tony. Then suddenly the remaining air rushed from his lungs, his body trembled and he ripped their lips apart. "Tony." Gibbs growled the name now staring into the lust filled green eyes.

Tony had pulled out Gibbs cock and was now stroking slowly over its length. He listened to the sounds, watched the response it drew from Gibbs. Soft moans of pleasure, blue eyes closing momentarily then gradually reopening, body tensing then trying to relax. Still it wasn't what Tony wanted, dipping down his tongue licked across the head of Gibbs' cock.

"Fuck." Gibbs hissed as Tony's tongue made contact with his cock. He watched mesmerized as Tony would lick then briefly suck in the head, over and over. God it felt so good, too good. He needed to find his center, his control. Gibbs gasped as his cock was swallowed to the base and sucked hard. His hand knotted in the hair on the back of Tony's head, about to pull the man from his cock but it was too late. Tony was already devouring his cock, swallowing every inch of him with each downward movement. His eyes closed and his head went back. The words Tony had spoken earlier echoed in Gibbs mind. You have no idea the things I am going to do to test that famous Gibbs control. He slowly released Tony's hair and grabbed the man's shoulder. His fingers clawed into the fabric, the skin, desperately searching for some stability.

There would be no teaching Tony, Gibbs deeper emotions would always make anything Tony did drive him mad with desire. He was already feeling the overwhelming need to come and he was trying to find even a sliver of control to hold on. Truth was he didn't want to hold on, he wanted to come, wanted to feel Tony take his release. Opening his eyes he looked down, his body trembled as he watched Tony greedily feasting on his cock. Rocking his hips upward he drove his cock farther down Tony's throat and he heard a muffled moan from the younger man.

"I want to come." Gibbs groaned as he felt the orgasm threaten.

Tony's hands clawed up Gibbs' thighs as he reached the base of Gibbs' cock and sucked hard.

"Fuck Tony." Gibbs howled as he thrust upward the release ripping through his body and spilling into Tony. He felt every muscle in his body tense and all the air rushed from his lungs and his eyes closed again. As he was about to take a breath Tony was moving up his cock licking as he went. His body shivered and shook as an aftershock surged through him. Clutching at the blanket beside him he took short quick breaths trying to fill his aching lungs. He groaned as he felt his limp cock finally released. Slowly, his eyes opened and he was staring into the sparkling green pools.

Tony bit at his lower lip, waiting for Gibbs to say something. Instead his eyes went wide as he was grabbed and thrown down on the bed. His back touched the mattress and Gibbs lips crashed down onto his. Tony's hands caressed up Gibbs' back as the kiss consumed them. Each eagerly taking and giving control to the other, until Gibbs slowly broke the kiss, his forehead touching Tony's.

"Need to touch you." Gibbs growled as he tore open Tony's pants, pulled out his cock and stroked hard and fast.

"Fuck yes." Tony's hips rocked in rhythm with Gibbs' strokes.

Gibbs' lips brushed against the shell of Tony's ear. "So hard, sucking my cock made you hard."

"Yes." Tony whimpered. "Love sucking your dick."

"Felt so good." Gibbs nipped at Tony's earlobe. "Couldn't wait for you to taste my come."

Tony's back arched as his body shivered and his fingertips dug into Gibbs' back. "I want more, I love that I can make you come so hard, lose control."

"I'm already hard again." Gibbs purred as Tony's body started to tremble. "I want to come just jerking you off."

"GIBBS!" The name reverberated through the room as Tony came Gibbs jerking his cock until every last drop fell from his dick.

Gibbs dropped down next to Tony on the bed and they laid there in silence for a moment.

"Rule 51." Tony panted, still trying to calm his breathing.

Gibbs brow furrowed. "Rule 51?"

"Did you forget your own rules?" Tony chuckled.

Honestly some days Gibbs tried to forget them. They had become a distant memory since leaving NCIS. "Sometimes you're wrong."

"I was wrong about so many things and I let them affect our friendship…" Tony blew out a breath. "And I'm sorry. I should have known, but then my perception of you was different back then."

"A riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma." Gibbs rolled his eyes.

"A functioning mute, coffee and bourbon for blood, the rules were never broken, and unshakable control." Tony shook his head. "But somehow I let myself forget you are also loyal, trustworthy and the most honorable man I have ever met."

Gibbs took a deep breath. "I'm not that man anymore."

Pushing himself up, he rolled on his side and looked down at Gibbs. "I know." He saw the slight surprise on Gibbs' face. "We wouldn't be here if you were, but I like the changes. I knew part of you wanted to not tell me the simple story about Matta and you weren't thrilled about talking about your relationship with Jack, but you did."

"I'm trying."

"And talking about Shannon and laughing." Tony shook his head "That in and of itself is such a HUGE change. So now I just have to wonder." He looked at Gibbs with a puzzled expression.

"Wonder about what?"

"What ghost, demon, regret, mistake still has some kind of hold on you that you can't be happy for more than a moment."

Gibbs swallowed hard.

Tony's lips brushed against Gibbs. "I'm going to take a shower, come join me if you want." Climbing off the bed, Tony headed into the bathroom.

Gibbs laid there staring up at the ceiling and when he heard the water turn on he let out the breath he'd been holding. He wasn't sure which of those Tony was, he only knew, whatever this was right now, could either bring him that happiness he wanted or destroy even the peace he had found.
