Author note: This story is completely AU. I don't own Naruto or Dragon ball Z. For all the good such an admission will do me.
I just wanted to get this story out on fanfiction. Net, to bring up my spirits.

Prologue.
Wedesday October the 17th, approximately 10 pm.
The Hokage's office.
The Godaime Hokage, Hatake Sakumo took in the damage done to his village , and it was hard not to. Regardless of how much it hurt to look at it.
'Just over ten percent of the village is in ruins and over five hundred dead... And yet if wasn't for the Saiyan clan's sacrifice, the death toll and destruction would've been so much worse.' Sakumo thought grimly.
But then Sakumo smiled sadly at the thought of his two dear friends, who had also lost their lives seven days ago.
'Minato, Kushina my friends... I own you both my life and a debt of gratitude. And I'm so glad you were able to stop me from taking my own life, so I could be here and continue to defend my home ... May you both rest in peace.' Sakumo thought to himself.
Sakumo was suddenly jolted out of his musings, when his office door quietly opened then shut.
And the Godaime, now in Hokage mode knew instantly who it was.
"Kakashi, was the mission successful?" The Godaime asked.
As the turned around to face his son, with a serious expression and tone of voice.
And Kakashi nodded.
" It was Hokage-sama..." Kakashi reported, "The raid on Danzou's main Roots base was a complete success, with only light casualties on our side...And Hiruzen-sama executed Danzou for leaking Naruto's status to the villlagers as you requested..."Kakashi reported professionally.
"Excellent...And Did checked in on Gohan- kun as I requested Of you? The Godaime asked
And Kakashi grinned, " Yes Hokage-sama, I quickly checked in on young Gohan as you ordered... He's currently doing well under Picccolo-sama's care, much to Piccolo'sama's chagrin."
And Sakumo also grinned, as he shifted out of Hokage mode.
"I'm glad that Gohan-kun seemed to well under Piccolo-sam's watchful eye." Sakumo chuckled.
The room was silent for a few moments, and it was Kakashi who broke the silence.
"Hokage-sama… What's to happen to the children?" Kakashi asked.
And Sakumo frowned in displeasure. As he thought about the fate he had forced on the now orphaned Namikaze twins. But after a moment, Sakumo answered his son's question.
"In regards to Gohan-kun... Piccolo-sama has informed me that he'll be looking after the boy, and training him... Since Gohan-kun's father was his friend." The Godaime explained.
And Kakashi gave a tiny nod.
"I figured as much, and what of little Naruto, and his younger twin sister? What's to be their fate?" Kakashi asked in slight concern..
And Sakumo's face darkening in anger, which had Kakashi taking a step back in fear. As he felt the barely restrained killing intent roll off his father in waves.
"It's infuriating!..." Hyuga Hiashi has agreed to take in Naruto-kun's sister... As long as they're kept unaware that they're siblings, and that they be kept apart... Unless they attend the Shinobi academy together to eventually become Konoha Shinobi or have to work with each other out in the field...Since Hiashi does not want anyone in the Hyuga clan to associate with the 'Demon brat.' Sakumo raged, "At least until she can opt to leave the Hyuga clan when she becomes a Jounin or reaches Jounin level!"
And Kakashi frowned this time at Hiashi's callousness
"As for Naruto-kun... I cannot allow any of the clans, not even the Sarutobi clan or our family to adopted him, due to him containing the Kyuubi…So I have no other choice… But to put Naruto-kun in the orphanage. " Sakumo finished angrily.
And Kakashi was stoic.
" I see...For what it's worth Hokage-sama... I think you made the right decision in regards to Naruto-kun." Kakashi tried to pacify his father's anger.
It didn't work.
Sakumo glared quietly and angrily at his son for a few moments (with Kakashi sweating a bit in fear) But finally the elder Hatake broke the silence and stopped leaking killing intent.
"No I didn't!" Sakumo snapped angrily, before taking breath to calm down, "In regards to Naruto-kun, I simply made the call I thought was best for Konoha.s safety... Nothing more, nothing less." Sakumo added.
"..."Was Kakashi's response
And Sakumo gave his son a tired smile
"In any event, since I have no other tasks for you right now, you're free to go Kakashi-kun. And take all the rest of this week and alll of next week off, Hokage's orders…Because I bet your wife Kagiri-chan and little Kimora-chan would like to spend some time with you. "
And Kakashi nodded, then disappeared via a Shunshin.
Sakumo then walked over to his desk and sat heavily into his chair.
"And how about you Hiruzen... Do you think there was a better way I could've handled Naruto-kun's future?" Sakumo asked.
Then Sarutobi Hiruzen, the former Sandaime Hokage emerged from the shadows, with a lit smoking pipe in mouth.
"It's what I would've done." The elderly Sarutobi admitted somberly, "But at least when the villagers learn of Danzou's death, they'll hopefully get the hint and won't try anything stupid against Naruto-kun." Hiruzen added, as he took a drag on his pipe.
And Sakumo nodded sadly.
"But I suppose not all is lost for Naruto-kun, seeing as Kagiri-chan has become attached to him and will undoubtedly encourage Kimora-chan to eventually become his friend... So to help that along, I'm having my daughter in law to look after Naruto-kun, and be his unofficial nanny for a next few months... As sadly the paperwork for Naruto-kun enrollment into the orphanage was lost in the mail." Sakumo smiled mischievously .
And Hiruzen chuckled, at hearing what his old friend had done. With a good nature smirk on his face.
"And even after Naruto-kun is placed in the orphanage, I will encourage Kagiri-chan to be there for him... In this case, I think it''s ok if I showed a little favoritism." Sakumo added and still smiling. As he turned to look out at his village once again.
And Hiruzen nodded.
"And Gohan-kun... Will you seek to have him meet Naruto-kun early on? " Hiruzen asked.
And Sakumo shook his head.
"No, I don't plan on having them meet anytime soon." Sakumo says, "They'll meet eventually, but hopefully it'll be when Naruto-kun becomes Chunin or better yet a Jounin... Or until I dieem it necessary that need to meet each other."
At the Konoha Hospital. 10:25pm.
Hatake (formerly Kaguya) Kagiri, aka White Death. Was currently standing outside of the baby ward.
She is white haired young woman, with silver eyes. And she was wearing her usual white kimono blouse, a white skirt, and black sandals.
Kagiri smiled, as she watched her little girl, Kimora-chan. As she slept next to a blond haired baby boy named Naruto.
"You two are going to be close to each other...I'm just not sure how close." Kagiri said to herself softly.
The white haired woman smile widened, as she sensed her husband's chakra appraching.
And a moment later, Hatake Kakashi appeared behind his wife in a puff of smoke, and Kagiri felt herself be pulled into a hug from behind.
"Are you really to go home Kagiri-chan?" Kakashi asked.
And Kagiri nodded, "I am…. Though there'll be extra paperwork, since I'm signing out for both Kimora-chan and Naruto-kun."
Kakashi was about to say something , but his eyes narrowed in irritation at the sight of his little girl sleeping next to baby Naruto.
And Kagiri sighed, half amused and half exasperated at her husband's attitude.
"Is there a reason why my baby girl is already sleeping next to a boy Kagiri-chan? And why are we taking Naruto with us? Kakashi finally asked, in a deadpan tone.
Kagiri smiled in amusement.
"Oh hush Kakashi-kun, their just babies right now, so it's ok…And I just want to make sure that Naruto-kun has someone his own age to rely on, to be his friend… It's the least I can do to honor his parents sacrifice, and to lessen, if only a little bit the pain Naruto-kun will experience as he grows up… Because sadly, he's going to have a hard life due to his burden. " Kagiri said in a sad tone.
And Kakashi nodded solemnly, his previous irritation now forgotten.
"And the reason Naruto's coming with us? Because my father told me that Naruto is to sent to the orphanage." Kakashi asked again.
"I was getting to that." Kagiri huffed in exasperation , " But the reason we're taking Naruto-kun with us is with Godaime-sama's permission, I've been allowed temporary custody of Naruto-kun for several months... At least until he's registered with the orphanage that is, which was delayed…Due to bureaucratic red tape I believe… After that, I've also been allowed to be there for him, as he grows older. And when Kimora-chan get a little older, I will officially introduce her to Naruto-kun. " Kagiri explained
And Kakashi nodded again.
" But you're hoping they'll eventually become more they friends . Kakashi questioned .
It was Kagiri who nodded this time.
"Perhaps." Kagiri agreed, with a smile, "But I guess only time will tell what they'll eventually be to each other...In any event let's go home." The white haired young woman said, as she went into the baby ward and gently, (so not as to wake them up, ) took little Naruto and little Kimora into her arms.
And Kakashi quietly watched .as his wife came out, with his little girl and his sensei's son in her arms.
Soon Kakashi and Kagiri were on their way to sign Naruto and their little girl out of the hospital.
And over the years that followed, sadly Kagiri would be proven right. Naruto would have a hard life of insults, and being a social outcast in Konoha save for a few individuals.
But thankfully, the villagers never laid a hand on him.

Author note. First off, this story is a fusion of Naruto and the Dragonball series. So the only energy source is Chakra. But I have a plan for the dragonball characters that show up in this story. In how they can use chakra.
Second, while Gohan's an important character in this story, Naruto's still the main character.
Third, the pairing for Naruto is Naruto/female OC, (Kimora) and it won't be a slow burn romance. You'll see in the next chapter.
