When an underage runaway (Stefanie Scott) is found beaten and raped, the girl leads SVU to a strip club owner (Chazz Palminteri), who denies any wrongdoing. After New Jersey police arrest the girl, Barba calls on Assistant U.S. Attorney Connie Rubirosa (Alana de la Garza) for help.
