"Alright Whitney, I'm here for a rematch against you!" Ash called out, walking into the gym. "Are we going to do this or not?"
"Relax, I thought you weren't so angry about me lying." Whitney said worriedly.
"I'm not, I'm just pumped for this rematch, and I have a plan that will win." Ash said with confidence. "So what kind of battle will this one be?"
"This will be a three on two match in your favor." Whitney explained.
"Really, I get to use three Pokemon?" Ash asked in surprise.
"Precisely, you'll get to use three Pokemon against my two, and will be able to switch your Pokemon at any time." Whitney explained. "Do you understand the rules?"
"Yes, crystal clear." Ash said.
"Come on out Granbull!" Whitney called out.
A large dog Pokemon came out of the Pokeball, gnarring his teeth and letting out a ferocious growl.
'Granbull, the Fairy Pokemon, a Normal type. Because its fangs are too heavy, it always keeps its head tilted down. However, its Bite is powerful.' The Pokedex explained.
"Alright, Pikachu you're up!" Ash decided.
"Pika!" Pikachu cheered, running onto the field.
"Granbull use Strength!"
"Pikachu use Quick Attack!"
Pikachu rushed across the arena,slamming into Granbull as the large dog slammed into him, knocking Pikachu backwards.
"Pikachu use Thunderbolt!"
"Granbull use Roar!"
Granbull let out a terrifying roar that sent Pikachu flying backwards, across Ash's other Pokeballs, sending out Egguardo in his place.
"Granbull use Strength!"
"Egguardo use Counter!"
Egguardo launched Granbull over his head, sending him across the arena.
"Tyrouge use Dizzy Punch!"
"Granbull use Strength!"
Tyrouge and Granbull rushed at one another, sending a shockwave back between the two with Tyrouge taking serious damage.
"Egguardo switch out, come out Misdreavus!" Ash called out, running out of ideas.
"Misdreavus use Psybeam!"
"Granbull use Bite!"
Granbull chomped down on Misdreavus, landing a serious blow on the ghost type.
"You honestly thought that Miltank is the only problematic Pokemon I have for challengers." Whitney said with a smirk. "Granbull use Shadow Ball!"
"Misdreavus use Confuse Ray!"
Misdreavus was launched from Granbull's mouth, as she fired a ray like attack at Granbull.
"Misdreavus use Attract!"
"Granbull use Bite!"
Granbull rushed straight through the hearts, and bit down on Misdreavus, tossing her about like a rag doll.
"Misdreavus is unable to battle, the winner is Granbull." The judge declared.
"Misdreavus come on back." Ash said. "Egguardo come back out! Use Dizzy Punch!"
"Granbull use Strength!"
Egguardo dodged under Granbull's attack, striking him with his fist.
"Granbull use Bite!"
"Egguardo use Counter!"
Granbull bit down on Egguardo, before tossing the fighting type high into the air.
"Egguardo make the hit coming back down!" Ash exclaimed.
Egguardo spun around, striking Granbull in the muzzle as he came back down with a glowing light.
"Egguardo is evolving!" Cassie cheered.
"What is he evolving into Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan?" Ash questioned.
"Hitmontop!" Egguardo called out.
"Wait, what?" Ash and Cassie said in unison.
'Hitmontop, the Handstand Pokemon, a fighting type. It launches kicks while spinning. If it spins at high speed, it may bore its way into the ground.' The Pokedex said.
"Alright let's try some new moves. Egguardo use Triple Kick!"
Hitmontop spun on the tip of his head, striking Granbull multiple times, sending the normal type tumbling backwards.
"Granbull is unable to battle, the winner is Hitmontop." The judge declared.
"Go Go Egguardo!" Cassie cheered on.
"Granbull return! Miltank come on out!" Whitney called out.
"Egguardo are you good to keep going?" Ash asked.
"HitMonTop!" Egguardo cheered.
"Miltank use Rollout!"
"Hitmontop use Rapid Spin!"
Both Pokemon spun in other ways towards each other, with Hitmontop bouncing off of the spinning normal type, knocking him backwards.
"Egguardo I have a plan, but for now take a break." Ash said. "Pikachu do your best, use Thunder!"
Pikachu switched out with Egguardo before Miltank shot forward at the electric type for a decent amount of damage.
"Pikachu use Thunderbolt!"
"Miltank use Rollout!"
Pikachu sent out a bolt of electricity, firing it off at Miltank before he was launched into the air.
"Come on Ash any time now." Cassie said worriedly.
"Pikachu we need one turn before we can end this." Ash said in confidence. "Use Thunderbolt!"
Whitney's Miltank slammed into Pikachu, launching the electric type into the air before Ash caught him, some electricity traveling through the two of them.
"Is Pikachu alright?" Cassie asked.
"Pi?" Pikachu asked, looking at her.
"He's seeing me again, but how?" Cassie asked curiously.
"Pikachu you did everything we need, switch back out for Egguardo!" Ash called out.
"Miltank full power! Use Rollout!"
"Egguardo use Counter!"
Egguardo began spinning on point as Miltank rushed at him, slamming a foot into Miltank and sending the large normal type flying.
"Miltank… Miltank is unable to battle, the winner is Hit- err Egguardo." The gym judge declared.
"Wow." Whitney admitted in shock.
"Is everything alright Whitney?" Ash asked worriedly.
"No, it's fine, I just wow, you planned that out on purpose." Whitney said in amazement.
"Get Miltank going with enough power and then send it all right back at her." Ash said, petting Egguardo.
"Well here, as recognition of your victory I present you with this, the Plain Badge." Whitney said, holding it out.
"Thank you Whitney." Ash said, accepting the badge.
"And if you're still interested, there is one more thing nearby that you could look into. The local park to the north holds Bug Catching Contests and there is one going on today if you're interested." Whitney said.
"Sounds like a good plan, I'll be sure to check it out." Ash said with a smirk. "Until next time!"
"Until next time." Whitney said with a smile.

Yes yes I know, uploading has been ABYSSMAL! I haven't even begun the moving out process and I have more and more work to do every day just with packing things up. But we are now caught up to where this Ash was when the crossover happened from his point of view, so now we'll be taking a look at Trap Ash and the battles and experiences he's had, and I think it'll be fun. I plan on using a lot of characters that just never made it into the original story, be it characters of the day, rivals, or characters from games that hadn't been released when it finished.
So let's talk about this Ash's team for the crossover, sans the obvious Pikachu.
Dragonite
Dragonite was always planned to appear now evolved in that crossover and I wanted to showcase the first three Ashs appearing with a dragon each. And keeping Dragonite's derpy personality that he had as a Dratini was something a friend had brought up as they are normally this very graceful and powerful Pokemon, but what if it kept the same problems he had as a Dratini, yeah the attacks work, but not the right way, like how he needs a landing strip for when he flies.
Teddiursa and Egguardo
Both were brand new at the time of the Three Ash's so when it came time for Sinnoh to Ashes it made sense to bring them back to show that they weren't as weak anymore. And yes you can get a Teddiursa before the first gym but only in Pokemon Crystal in case you were wondering. As for Egguardo, I always wanted him to become Hitmontop as I like the idea of that Pokemon and how it attacks.
Dewgong and Rapidash
We simply needed more coverage, and with Jigglypuff she just isn't terribly strong, while I needed Rapidash for the open plains that Hisuian has available. And Dewgong, he was just fun to have for this team and the open waters.
