DANNY: Previously on Danny Phantom and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles…
Valerie and Karai stood side by side as they watched Vlad and Saki go over their plans. Karai then reported, "Congratulations, tonight will be your last night on Earth."
"So, Shredder and Plasmius have a starship?" Leo asked as they stood on the roof of the mansion.
"They have finally found a way to leave this planet." Danny said.
"The two of them will spread their evil to other worlds and I know they will start by attacking our friends the Utroms and Maddie! Millions will suffer at their hands." Splinter said, explaining the danger this starship carries.
"Not only that, they will not stop there. The next place they will invade will be the Ghost Zone." Danny added. "This is really bad. We can't let them get away with this."
"This starship….it's unbelievable! How could Saki and Vlad have…." Bishop wondered. "I'm not letting this ship slip through my fingers."
"We can't move the ship! They destroyed the transport tunnel!" Dr Chaplain replied.
"Commence the emergency launch sequence!" Saki ordered, furiously.
Dr Chaplain immediately got to work. Up above, a waiter was carrying a tray, when suddenly the ground began to split underneath him. The emergency launch doors were opening and all the people were screaming as they ran and tried to get away without falling inside.
Sam, Tucker, Casey, April and Jazz immediately got to work and began to help the people who didn't get away in time, moving them to a safer spot.
Danny, the Turtles, Danielle and Leatherhead fought against Hun, Skulker, ghosts, Foot Ninja and Bishop's men.
Karai, Valerie, Saki and Vlad made their way to the ship.
"All systems go! This is totally going to be sketchy!" Dr Chaplain responded as he activated the engines to the ship.
The doors immediately closed as Karai, Valerie, Saki and Vlad entered the ship, cutting off Danny, the Turtles and Splinter.
"Professor, you have to open this door." Donnie said as he plugged Professor Honeycutt into the keypad.
"I'm on it Donatello." Professor Honeycutt said and immediately got to work.
Bishop heard the engines starting up and immediately commanded his men in the helicopter, "No! Saki's not getting away! Bravo Team, disable the ship! Don't let it take off!"
The doors were finally opened and Donnie said as he unplugged Professor Honeycutt from the keypad, "Great job Professor."
Bishop's men fired a couple of missiles and Mikey shouted as he saw them coming, "INCOMING!"
Danny and the others jumped back as one of the missiles hit the bridge, but Donnie jumped and was now holding on to the edge of the doorway of the ship for dear life. Dr Chaplain pressed the launch button and the ship began to take off.
"We have to jump for it!" Leo shouted.
"COME ON!" Raph shouted and all of them screamed as they took a leap of faith and leapt towards the ship…
EXODUS PART 2
As the ship took off and they all made that leap of faith, it paid off as they each grabbed onto each other's legs and basically made a ladder. Danny quickly let go of Leo's legs, flew up to where Donnie was and grabbed onto his hand, pulling all of them in and the doors immediately closed.
Bishop watched from the broken windows of the mansion as the starship began to take off. He turned around and contacted his troops, "This is Bishop to all tracking outposts…."
People ran and screamed, trying to get away from the rising starship as it continued to take off. April and Jazz stood and watched, until they heard, "Girls! Yo!"
They turned and saw that Casey and Sam had managed to swipe a couple of high tech motorcycles, one of them having a side-car. April sat behind Casey on his one and Jazz took the side-car while Tucker sat behind Sam.
They immediately drove off just as the flames from the starship's engines came hurdling towards them. They stopped the bikes and watched as the starship began flying towards space.
"Guys…..please be careful." Jazz said, having the feeling that Danny, the Turtles and Splinter were on the ship.
Bishop immediately ordered his men, "Begin tracking. If I can't have that ship, then neither can Saki and Masters."
As the ship continued to head towards space, Danny, the Turtles and Splinter groaned as they felt the force keeping them on the floor. Finally it stopped, knowing the ship had reached outer space and was now flying above Earth.
Mikey said with relief as they all stood up, "That's better."
Donnie turned to the keypad and opened the second door, allowing them inside the ship. Raph then said, "Come on. Let's go find the Shredder and Plasmius and pay our respects."
They all entered the ship. Before they could make their way down the hallway, Splinter stopped them and spoke, "Wait! We must re-think our priorities. This vessel represents the real threat. To allow our enemies to possess such mobility, will put millions of lives in danger."
"I have sent urgent messages of warning to the Utroms and even your mother Danny, but I have received no response. I'm not sure I've gotten through." Professor Honeycutt said.
"The Shredder must not return to the stars, nor should Plasmius be allowed to make this journey with him. We must gain control of this starship." Splinter said.
They all nodded, agreeing to the plan and immediately began to head down the hall to find a place where they could gain control and stop the Shredder and Plasmius. However, their presence was not unknown, for watching them on the security camera was Dr Chaplain.
Dr Chaplain gasped in shock as the ship continued to fly from Earth. He immediately contacted the Shredder and Plasmius, "Mr Saki, Mr Masters…..
In a room, Karai was carrying Saki over to a platform, where a larger, high-tech robotic battle suit version of his armour with four arms was standing and Valerie walked Vlad over to another platform where a single chair sat.
She helped Vlad sit down in the chair and then several needles attached to his arm and biceps and ectoplasm of the colours green and red began inject into his body.
They both listened as Dr Chaplain spoke, "First of all Mr Saki, let me say I think it's wicked cool that you're a squishy alien blob and secondly, you two should know that the Turtles, Danny and Master Splinter have….kind of hitched a ride."
Karai placed Saki inside the robotic body as he sneered, "What?! The Turtles, ghost brat and the rat on board our ship?! We will deal with them personally."
"We will not allow them to further interfere with our plans!" Vlad sneered as he felt his powers rising thanks to the chemicals.
"What are our plans now father?" Karai asked as she typed on the computer and the last few pieces of the suit were put together, including a larger gauntlet, larger shoulder pads with spikes and a new helmet. "We were forced to launch early. Most of your equipment, ghosts, foot soldiers and elites were left behind."
"Yes, it is not as we intended but it will not stop us. I have allies on Tenalla Five waiting for my return and with this new device on our ship, natural portals will open to the Ghost Zone where Vlad has allies there." The Shredder said as he tested out his new limbs.
Vlad ripped the needles out and transformed into his ghost form, only it was now different because of the ectoplasmic chemicals that were injected into his. He was more muscular, his white suit had changed to black with a full red cape and belt and his fangs were sharper and his eyes burned a brighter crimson red.
Valerie looked at Vlad with slight fear and horror at what she was seeing. She knew that Technus and Dr Chaplain had worked on a new serum to give him a power boost, but she never expected it would reflect who he truly was.
"It will be easy to find mercenaries willing to join us in pillaging the galaxy and the Ghost Zone. We will build a new army in no time and then we shall make our way to the Utrom Homeworld first." Vlad continued as he stretched, testing out his new ghost form.
"And then, we shall finally have our revenge!" The Shredder finished.
Karai and Valerie left the room and immediately hopped into separate rooms to change into their gear. As Valerie was about to put on her helmet, she pulled out a small photo that showed her as a little girl with her father Damian Gray.
"I've made a lot of mistakes dad….but tonight….I'm gonna do something about them." She whispered and then sighed before putting on her helmet.
Back on Earth, Bishop sat in a helicopter, hovering over the once proud mansion that was now burning down in flames.
One of his men then informed him, "Agent Bishop sir, the Atlantic EPS system has locked onto the starship."
"Fire at will." Bishop ordered and his man flicked the switches.
On a small little island, the rocks rose and several missiles stood up and were immediately launched into space, heading for the starship.
The alarms blared on the radar and Dr Chaplain could see the oncoming missiles and immediately contacted the Shredder and Plasmius, "Boss! Another wrinkle! Multiple missiles are on approach! Eight hostiles on an intercept course."
"What?!" He heard them both shout in shock.
However, Dr Chaplain didn't seem worried as he immediately began to activate something on the computer, "But not to worry. We have Dr Stockman's ingenious defence systems on the job."
A red laser formed around the front of the ship and then fired at some of the missiles taking them out, but then suddenly it stopped working and a missile was drawing near. Dr Chaplain looked at the computer confused as to why the defence system stopped working.
His answer came when suddenly Stockman's face came up and said, "Uh, uh, uh! You didn't say may I?"
It kept repeating and Dr Chaplain couldn't reactivate the defence system. He immediately told his bosses, "Guys! Our defence system just went offline!"
The missile hit directly and it caused the ship to shake and rock from the impact, causing everyone who was on board to fall to the floor.
Back in the helicopter on Earth, Bishop's men reported, "Their defence systems are down."
Bishop turned to Stockman who was now standing behind him, "Thank you Dr Stockman."
Stockman grinned, knowing that planting his little virus in the ship's defence system had finally come in handy in getting his revenge against the Shredder and Plasmius.
"Oh believe me Agent Bishop, it was my pleasure." He said with satisfaction.
Bishop immediately ordered his men, "Launch all remaining missiles. Blow that ship out of the sky."
Missiles continued to hit the ship directly. Chaplain was doing all he could to try and get the defence system back online. He continued to ramble to the Shredder and Plasmius as they, Karai and Valerie began making their way down the hall looking for Danny, the Turtles and Splinter.
"Chaplain enough! Just take care it! Where are Daniel and the Turtles?" Plasmius enquired.
They heard Chaplain reply, "They're trying to gain access to the power core sir."
A door opened and Danny, the Turtles and Splinter entered the room. Standing in the middle of the room was the power core, a massive flux of energy floated before them that was powering the entire ship.
"I hate to say it but, impressive." Donnie said, aweing at the technology.
Professor Honeycutt then instructed, "Just plug me into any maintenance input and I should be able to take control of the entire ship."
Donnie walked over to the maintenance input and immediately plugged the Professor in. That's when Mikey decided to dramatically make a joke, "We can make this the emergency bridge. Spark! To the emergency bridge! Scotty, we need more power! He! Ha!"
He chuckled at his own joke, then stopped as he saw his father and brothers all frowning at him. Mikey chuckled lightly and said, "Sorry."
"Four minutes and I will have complete control over the ship." Professor Honeycutt said.
At that moment the doors opened and entered the Shredder, Plasmius, Karai and Valerie. Danny then said as he changed into his ghost form and pulled out his sword, "We don't have four minutes!"
Splinter glared at the Shredder and said as he readied his own sword, "Shredder! May my Master Yoshi's sword taste vengeance today!"
They all charged and the fight had begun. Leo, Splinter and Mikey stood against the Shredder and Karai, while Danny, Donnie and Raph stood against Plasmius and Valerie.
Splinter delivered a barrage of attacks at Shredder, before jumping out of the way to dodge the oncoming attack from his large gauntlet.
"You've made a grave mistake coming here rodent!" Shredder sneered.
Plasmius duplicated and energy formed in all their hands. Valerie first aimed her blast at Danny, Donnie and Raph and Danny stood ready to create a shield, but something happened.
Valerie suddenly lowered her blaster and threw a small grenade at Plasmius and his duplicates. She quickly jumped out of the way as the grenade went off and all of the duplicates were destroyed and the blast forced Vlad to his knees.
Everyone looked at Valerie in complete shock as she stood by Danny, Donnie and Raph. Karai shouted, "Valerie! What is going on?"
"What are you doing stupid girl?!" Plasmius sneered with anger.
"Doing the right thing for once in my life murderer!" Valerie screamed, her eyes burning with anger and tears. "I know the truth! Now I want you to admit it! You killed him didn't you? YOU KILLED MY FATHER?!"
Everyone (except Shredder's), even Karai's eyes widened at this. Memories flooded back to Valerie when she first received that USB….
Valerie looked at the package in confusion as Ember left. She picked it up and opened it and found a USB memory device with a note that read,
From a friend of your father Damian Gray. Please play this and hear the truth.
Valerie looked at the note now really confused. What truth? There was even a phone number on the back of the note and another note which read,
Call when you have watched it.
She got up and went to the laptop at her desk. She plugged the USB in and saw there were two videos on the device. She clicked the first one and it showed a man wearing a Guardian uniform with a coat and had short brown hair, tied back in a small braid at the back.
The man took a deep breath and then began to speak, "Valerie, you may not remember me but I did know you when you were a baby. My name is Tobias O'Brian and I am and was Guardian to the Utroms before they left to finally go home. I stayed behind on Earth to continue my work to spy on the Shredder and Plasmius and report back to the Utroms."
Now Valerie was really confused. Why would an ex-Guardian of the Utroms be speaking to her?
She continued watching as he continued to speak, "After your father died, I tried looking for you, because it was your father's wish that if anything were to happen to him, I was to take care of you. We were….he was my best friend and my brother. I have failed as you disappeared and you were taken in by Plasmius. There's something you need to know. Your father was a Guardian of the Utroms as well. Sworn to protect the Utroms as we all work to try and finally give them a path back to their home. Vlad Masters is not the man you think he is…..he's a murderer and he's the reason your father is dead in the first place. I understand if you don't believe me, but he truly is. The next video you're about to see will be….but it is the truth. I'm sorry for failing to protect you Valerie and I'm sorry for failing to protect your father."
Valerie found herself breathing hard in shock! Her father was a Guardian to the Utroms?! But that's impossible! The Utroms were nothing but enemies! He couldn't have been working for them! He worked for Vlad at Axion Labs! And what did Tobias mean by Vlad was the reason her father was dead?
Afraid to find out….she hesitated to click the next video. But in the end, she did and watched as Damian appeared on the screen, looking terrified.
He was in a lab coat that had a few burnt patches and blood was trickling down his forehead. He panted and then began to speak, "Guardian Damian Gray reporting! I have been made! Plasmius and the Shredder have found out I had been undercover here at Axiom labs! My goal was to report any technology or plans they had to try and find the Utroms and kill them all, but they found out. It looks like….I'm not going to make it. To the Utroms, I'm sorry for failing my mission but I will die protecting you….Tobias….my friend and brother….thank you for everything and please, take care of my little girl. She's all I have since her mother died and finally to you….my little angel….Valerie I'm so sorry. Daddy can't come home. But know this….I love you very much and no matter what happens, I am so proud of you."
Tears fell from Valerie's eyes as she placed her hand on the screen. She then watched as the doors opened to the lab and Plasmius stood there and demanded, "Where are they hiding Damian? Tell me….and I will let you live. Your brain is still very valuable."
"NEVER PLASMIUS! I WOULD RATHER DIE THAN HELP YOU!" Damian shouted.
"THEN SO BE IT!" Plasmius roared and then delivered the lethal final blow.
Damian screamed and then the camera shut down.
"You….everything you ever told me….about the Utroms were responsible for his death….about the night he died….it was you! It was all you! You and Shredder! My father was a Guardian! He was protecting the Utroms and you killed him! Didn't you? DIDN'T YOU?!" Valerie demanded, wanting to hear it from him.
All was silent. Karai looked at her sister, now knowing why she had been acting so strange in the past few days. She had no idea that Vlad killed her father.
Danny, Splinter and the Turtles looked at Valerie with shock and sympathy. The silence was broken when Vlad started to chuckle but then burst out in pure horrifying but full of pride laughter.
After he calmed down, he finally spoke, "Yes it's true! I KILLED YOUR FATHER! He was the next example for all those who dare to betray us! The only reason I allowed you to live Valerie…..was because you became a useful pawn and wonderful daughter!"
Vlad laughed again. Valerie growled and wiped away her tears and then fired at Vlad, but thanks to the chemicals, his shields were even more powerful and it blocked the attack.
With that, the fight continued and now, they had Valerie's help. Mikey swiped his nunchucks and wrapped them about Shredder's leg, bringing him to his knees. Splinter then charged with his sword and tried to attack from above, but the Shredder blocked the attack and Splinter leapt away.
Karai slipped under the Shredder's legs and blocked the weapons of Leo and Mikey as she stood up then the Shredder crossed his arms in front of her and knocked them back, sending Mikey straight into Donnie and knocking him over the fence, but Mikey managed to catch him in time and bring him back over.
Valerie reached out her hand to Danny. He nodded and grabbed her hand and they both flew towards Plasmius. Plasmius prepared to fire a deadly blast, but Danny then shouted, "Go high!"
They immediately flew up and dodged the attack and then Valerie swung Danny down towards him as she shouted, "GO LOW!"
Danny slid down to his knees and skidded towards Plasmius, before leaping up on his hands and spinning around, kicking Plasmius to his side and sending him towards Raph who charged at him with his sais.
Plasmius thought quickly and turned intangible, phasing right through Raph and landed on the other side, before kicking Raph in the shell and knocking him right over the fence, which luckily he dug his sai into wall to prevent himself from falling any further.
Splinter leapt and landed right on Shredder's shoulders and tried to stab his mechanical armour with his sword, but the Shredder grabbed him, so Splinter used his feet as he jumped off, and rip the helmet right off his robotic head.
He then used the helmet to block the oncoming strike from his blade by the Shredder and then flung the sword away. An explosion occurred, causing the two of them to separate from each other. This was courtesy of the missiles still hitting the ship directly.
As explosions kept going off in the main power core room, large electrical wires fell and began to spark with raw electricity. Donnie and Mikey suddenly had the same idea to try and shut down the Shredder's armour. Each of them grabbed an end of a wire and charged right towards the Shredder.
But the Shredder heard the electricity behind him and turned around, he grabbed them both. He kicked Donnie away and then brought Mikey to the floor in front of him. He held the two wires above him, with all the intention and doing what he and Donnie were going to do to him.
Splinter gasped and quickly said as he shoved Mikey out of the way, "MICHELANGELO MOVE!"
Shredder immediately brought the wires down and hit Splinter hard with the electricity. Splinter screamed in pain as he felt the electrical currents hitting his entire body and burning his fur. It was like his body was on fire and a thousand knives were hitting him all at once. Shredder stopped the onslaught and Splinter fell to the ground unconscious, his fur now burnt and black.
"MASTER SPLINTER!" Leo shouted and tried to go over to help him, but found his path blocked by Karai and their blades began to clash against each other.
Their fight led them towards the safety fence and they held off against each other. Karai then said, "MY MASTERS WERE LEAVING! IT DID NOT HAVE TO BE THIS WAY!"
"You say that?! Even after what you just learned what Vlad did to Valerie's father?!" Leo questioned.
Danny and Vlad fought in close combat with each other using swords. Valerie and Raph were fighting a clone Plasmius had created to keep them away from himself and Danny. As their fight went on, Valerie quickly blocked an oncoming blast heading for Raph's face using her arm. She winced as she now felt her a bad minor burn on her arm and ripped the steaming glove off.
Danny was unaware that as the two of them fought, a duplicate of Plasmius had appeared and had prepared a fiery ecto-blast. Valerie gasped and immediately ran over.
"NOOOOOOO!" She screamed as she stood in between them and had her back face against Plasmius as the blast was fired.
She felt the blast hit her back, go straight through her armour and screamed as she felt the blast burn her back badly.
She fell to the ground and smoke arose from her back. Danny gasped as he turned around and shouted, "VALERIE!"
Another explosion occurred, causing the ship to rock. Karai fell over the fence from the impact and dropped her sword. Luckily Leo immediately reached out and caught her arm. He pulled her back up and she smiled gratefully.
"You are too kind Leonardo…." Karai said before she pulled out Leo's other sword and then swung under the fence and kicked him in the stomach, causing him to fall on his back.
He quickly blocked the oncoming strike from Karai as she finished, "Much too kind!"
He pushed her back and flipped over creating a safe distance away from her, unaware that the Shredder was sneaking up behind him. Before he could do anything, the Shredder kicked him right in the back and sent him flying straight towards Karai with his blade up in the air.
Karai acted on instinct and raised the blade before….SCHLICKKK!
Everything was quiet and Leo groaned as he felt the blade pierce right through his shoulder blade and straight through his shell, cutting a chunk off the top. Leo dropped his sword and fell to the ground, badly wounded in his shoulder and his sheath falling off and hanging off his sword.
Karai looked at the blade with slight horror, the image of what she had done playing over and over again in her mind.
As Leo's sheath fell to the ground, Raph saw his brother's condition and screamed, "LEO! NOOOOOOO!"
His worry and concern for his brother turned to anger and hate towards Karai as he screamed, "KARAI!"
He growled and then let out an angry yell as he charged straight at her. He swung his sais, but she dodged each one, but he managed to kick her in the stomach sending her crashing to the ground. He then leapt and came right towards her and kicked her once again, this time straight into the pole of the fence.
He charged for her again, but the Shredder jumped in front of her and picked him up by his shoulder. He tried to stab him, but he grabbed his hand and kneed him in his stomach hard, the sound of ribs cracking and breaking could definitely be heard as he then tossed him away hard.
Danny continued to fight against Plasmius with all his might, strength and skill as he screamed, "YOU'RE GONNA PAY FOR THAT!"
Danny took a step back and his eyes turned icy blue as he fired a powerful ice blast and froze Plasmius right on the spot in a thick case of ice. He then coated his sword with a sharp case of ice and leapt over, swinging it down and cutting Plasmius in half.
Just when he thought he defeated Plasmius, the two halves suddenly disappeared in a cloud of smoke.
"What the….." Danny began to say, but was too late. He turned around and Plasmius's sharp nails from his gloved hands quickly swiped his stomach and created five deep scratches that immediately began to bleed.
Danny screamed in pain and before he could do anything, Plasmius grabbed his arm and snapped it in half, causing Danny to drop his sword and then threw him over to Shredder, where the Shredder grabbed him by his leg and snapped it in half.
Danny screamed once again before he was thrown over and landed right next to Leo, changing back into his human form. Mikey and Donnie were the last two left.
They both charged at Plasmius and the Shredder. Mikey charged and tried to attack Plasmius from behind, but Plasmius spun around and kicked Mikey's knees hard, causing both his legs to break.
Mikey screamed as he felt his bones break and began to fall to the floor, but then Plasmius raised his leg and kicked him with a powerful snap right in the back sending him falling to the ground.
Donnie charged straight at Shredder and leapt up, hitting right in the shoulder with his staff, but the Shredder grabbed it and swung him to the front of him. Donnie immediately got up and tried to deliver a powerful punch right to his Utrom face, but the Shredder grabbed his wrist and then slammed his elbow right into Donnie's shoulder.
Bones could be heard breaking and Donnie groaned in pain as he fell to the ground. Shredder and Plasmius both laughed in victory as their enemies laid down in defeat, broken and badly wounded.
Missiles were still hitting the ship and Chaplain had tried everything he could, but he couldn't bypass the virus Stockman had created and reactivate the defence system.
"Oh shut up Dr Stockman! We are so cooked!" Chaplain said in fear.
Two more missiles were about to hit their engines, but suddenly, they stopped and drifted off into the deep abyss of space.
The alarms stopped and Chaplain cheered as he realised what happened, "YES! We are out of range! We made it!"
"8 seconds until I have control." Professor Honeycutt said.
Shredder however used his gauntlet and ripped him right out of the terminal, damaging the PDA badly as he said, "Meddlesome machine."
He then picked up his helmet and placed it back on. Plasmius picked up Danny and held him up by his collar and created a sharp blade. Shredder picked up Leo and prepared to bring his gauntlet down.
"It's time to finally end this!" Plasmius said as the two prepared to end their lives once and for all.
But before the deadly blows could be delivered, Karai immediately blocked them with a sword and tanto.
"How dare you?!" Shredder sneered.
"Karai, what is the meaning of this?!" Plasmius demanded.
"You have defeated them, my lords. Leave them in their dishonour." Karai pleaded, showing her own sense of honour.
Meanwhile, back on Earth, Bishop's man reported, "Agent Bishop Sir, Target Starship has moved out of range of terrestrial launch sights but we now have satellite control and we're bringing the weapon online."
"Fire at will." Bishop gave the order.
The weapon mentioned was a satellite-based missile launcher. As soon as Bishop's man pressed the button, a missile fired and began heading right towards the ship.
"NO! NO! NO!" Chaplain shouted in panic as the alarms went off again.
"Karai, you go too far!" Shredder roared as he hit her in the face with his gauntlet, causing her to scream in pain and fall outside the door.
Shredder and Plasmius walked up to her, dropping their enemies to the floor and preparing to punish her severely.
"You dishonour me with your insolence!" Shredder sneered.
The missile hit the ship and caused it to rock hard. Plasmius immediately contacted Chaplain, "Chaplain?! What is going on?!"
The doors to the power core room immediately closed. Shredder and Plasmius slammed against the door, trying to get back inside. Even though Vlad could probably phase inside, part of creating the ship, he made it ghost-proof to prevent any unexpected ghost attacks.
Karai wiped the blood away from her chin, from the scratch she got from Shredder's gauntlet.
"Chaplain! Get this door open now!" Shredder ordered.
"Okay, but it'll take a minute. I'll have to bypass the emergency protocol. Those wacky missiles jammed the security overrides pretty darn good, but not to worry big guy. We're still on course for rendezvous on Tenalla 5." Chaplain replied before another missile hit the ship hard.
Inside the room, everyone groaned in pain as they got up, holding the fence for support and holding their wounds. They could hear Shredder and Plasmius banging against the door.
Leo groaned as he got up, holding his wounded shoulder, "The Shredder and Plasmius are trying to get back in. They'll finish us for sure. How's Master Splinter doing?"
Valerie helped Danny weakly over to Splinter and set him down next to him. Splinter said weakly, "My sons…..I'm sorry."
"No sensei it's our fault. We couldn't stop him." Leo said. "We couldn't stop him. We failed. We failed the Utroms, Maddie, Master Yoshi, Jack Fenton, we failed you."
He looked down and said with regret, "I failed you."
"So that's it?! Shredder and Plasmius win?!" Raph said, not believing what he was hearing.
"It's not like we're in any shape to stop them." Valerie said, wincing from the burns she had received.
Leo suddenly had an idea as he looked at the core, "Unless….you know….that's a lot of energy."
They all suddenly understood what Leo was proposing. Raph continued, "In the wrong hands…
"It would make a pretty big bang." Mikey added.
"But if we do this…there's no way we'd ever survive." Donnie pointed out.
"But neither would the Shredder or Plasmius." Danny finished, knowing what it could mean if they follow through.
"We could end this…..once and for all." Leo said.
Splinter however protested, "No my sons! Not even you Valerie. I could never ask you to do this."
"It's okay sensei. We know the score." Mikey said as he weakly held onto the fence for support.
"If we don't stop the Shredder and Plasmius now, then millions of innocent people and aliens throughout the galaxy and Ghost Zone will suffer at their hands." Valerie concluded.
She stood up and pulled out her final blaster and stood ready, despite her pain and said, "If they get through and I die stopping them from doing what we must, then I will die knowing I have finally done the right thing for once in my life."
"It's alright Father. We're all agreed." Leo said.
"Then let us finish this together." Splinter said as he finally managed to sit up.
Donnie weakly walked over and picked up his PDA and pleaded, "Please Professor, be okay."
There was static, but the Professor was still functional despite the damage. He asked, "Donatello, what is happening?"
"Professor, we need you to overload the power core." Donnie said.
"But that would cause an explosion of great magnitude and…." Professor Honeycutt began to protest, but then stopped when he realised that it was the only way. "Oh! I see…..I feared the situation was hopeless, but I understand. I am with you until the end."
Donnie nodded and plugged the Professor in. Professor Honeycutt immediately began to get to work and counted down their final moments, "Overload beginning in five…..four…..three…."
All of them took a deep breath, knowing this was their last moment together as the countdown continued, "Two…..one."
The door opened and the Shredder, Plasmius and Karai immediately charged in as Valerie stood ready to stop them.
Donnie began to run and time seemed to slow down as the core began to overload and then the explosion began…
Just a few minutes before Professor Honeycutt overloaded the ship, Maddie and Captain Mortu were heading for Shredder's and Plasmius's ship and they were closing in.
The navigators in the chamber behind Mortu and Maddie then spoke, "Mortu, we're closing in on Honeycutt's signal, but we sense the destruction of the evil ones ship is imminent. We can delay no longer. Prepare the exo-suits and transport aboard immediately."
Another Utrom came by and said, "Captain, Maddie all is in order."
"Agreed. To the transmat now and Maddie activate the stasis bubble immediately!" Mortu commanded.
"Activating now!" Maddie said as she quickly activated some kind of stasis field right around Shredder's and Plasmius's ship just as the power core exploded.
Everyone was completely frozen in stasis as Maddie, Mortu and three other Utroms teleported onto the ship. Maddie gasped at the sight of Danny's, the Turtles and Master Splinter's wounds. The Shredder, Karai and Plasmius were frozen at the doorway, with Valerie standing in front of them trying to keep them from getting to Danny, the Turtles and Master Splinter. Dr Chaplin was frozen at the controls.
One of the Utroms then spoke, "Mr Mortu sir, collapse of the stasis bubble is imminent. It will not hold."
"Transmat Danny, the Turtles and Master Splinter to the infirmary with me immediately." Maddie ordered.
Mortu then ordered as an Utrom unplugged Professor Honeycutt from the core, "Send Professor Honeycutt to our main laboratories."
Mortu glared at Shredder and Vlad Plasmius and finished, "Send those scums to the holding cells along with their accomplices including the one on the bridge, except for the girl known as Valerie. Send her to the infirmary as well."
"Yes sir. Transmatting now." The Utrom replied and immediately everyone was transmatted out of the ship.
The stasis bubble collapsed and the ship exploded into a fiery inferno, leaving nothing of it left.
Back on Earth on their satellite images in the chopper, Bishop, Stockman and his men watched the entire explosion. Bishop's man reported, "Target has been destroyed sir. We have scanned the wreckage and we can confirm, there are no survivors."
Stockman couldn't believe it. He said in both shock and relief, "The Shredder and Plasmius destroyed?! It's too good to be true! For once in my life I am speechless."
Bishop grinned at Stockman and said with gratitude and slight excitement, "Stockman, you have been very useful. This could be the start of a mutually beneficial partnership."
Danny groaned as he woke up. He found himself lying down on a hospital-like bed, but it was more high-tech and was keeping track of his vitals. His right arm was in a cast and so was his right leg, he felt bandages on his stomach as well. He turned his head and saw Leo, Raph, Mikey, Donnie, Master Splinter and Valerie all lying down on beds as well, each of them with their own bandages.
Valerie only had a minor burn on her arm, but a bad one on her back which would in time become a permanent scar. Master Splinter was covered with several burns and bits of hair were missing that would definitely take a long time to regrow, Mikey's legs were in casts, Raph had bandages around his chest, right shoulder and his ankle, Donnie's arm was in a cast and Leo had bandages wrapped around one of his shoulders and the top part of his chest were Karai had stabbed him.
"Oh, Danny. You're awake, that's good." Maddie said as she entered the room.
"Mum. Where are we?" Danny asked, still feeling tired.
"On an Utrom ship and we're heading for the Utrom Home World as we speak. The others woke up an hour ago and then fell back asleep." Maddie answered.
She smiled warmly at her son and caressed his cheek as she said, "You, your brothers and Master Splinter were so brave, sweetheart."
"The Shredder! Plasmius! They…." Danny began to panic but Maddie stopped him and said, "Danny it's alright. We got them. They're being held in the holding cells along with their accomplices right now. We got them son. After all this time, they have finally been captured. It's over. It's finally over."
Danny smiled feeling relieved and relaxed a bit. Maddie then gave him a gentle hug and headed for the door as she said, "We'll be at the Utrom Home World in about an hour. You should get some more rest."
"Mum wait a moment, what will happen to Valerie?" Danny asked. "She's my friend. She helped us during the fight in the end and Plasmius killed her father."
"We know. Professor Honeycutt recorded everything and sent it to us a few moments before the explosion. I knew Damian Grey and knew Valerie. After he was killed, we tried to find her and place her in our protection, but by the time we did it was too late for Vlad already found her. She will have to stand trial, however, because she ended up trying to help you and turning her back on Plasmius and the Shredder, the council will take it into account of their final decision." Maddie answered as she left the room. "She'll be fine Danny. I swear."
Valerie woke up and looked at Danny as she sat up. Danny smiled at her and said, "Thank you."
"It's what friends do." Valerie said smiling back. "Although Vlad had taken me in and helped me after my father died, I had once saw him as a second father since he had done so much for me and in return, I had given him complete loyalty, like Karai and the Shredder. But now… I finally saw the truth. I finally saw that he….he really is so evil. I'm just sorry it took me this long to see it."
"It's okay Valerie." Danny said, smiling sadly at her. "In the end, you ended up doing the right thing."
"I just hope Karai sees it too about the Shredder and Vlad." Valerie said. "And whatever punishment the Utroms have for me, I'll take it."
A couple of hours later at the Utrom Home World, seven Utroms sat on pedestals in a large room with a holographic roof, showing images of many different aliens. Floating by the Council of Utroms, was Clockwork himself.
Out of the floor, three large platforms shot up slowly revealing the Shredder standing on one, a beam of energy was holding his small Utrom body in place, on the other pedestal was Vlad in his human form, chained to two pillars by anti-ghost chains that cancelled out his ghost powers and kept him from escaping.
On the third pedestal, Karai and Dr Chaplin stood together both in cuffs. They both then watched as another pedestal appeared and standing on it was Danny, the Turtles, Master Splinter, and Professor Honeycutt now in a new robot body, Maddie and Captain Mortu. Another pedestal appeared and standing on it was Valerie, with a bandage around her arm and it was held in a sling.
The Shredder was pulled out of the Shredder suit by the beam and was now being held still in the air and then it was destroyed by a dark blue beam behind him. Spotlights shined upon the Utrom Tribunal.
One of them then spoke, "Hail and peace to all sentient beings. In the name of the Great Lawgiver Mathus Arlos, this tribunal is now called to order. We sit in judgement over T'Charell and Vlad Masters for war crimes and atrocities committed throughout the galaxy, the Ghost Zone and Earth. T'Charell, also known as Touranon, Tarco Narso, Duke Erkireds, Oroku Saki and the Shredder and Vlad Masters also known as Vlad Plasmius, prepare to face the following charges."
A holographic picture of an alien in front of a red and brown planet appeared as the Utrom continued to speak, "Let it be known that as Dolph Ed has testified, you T'Charell did willingly launch an attack on the planet Enithough."
The image showed thousands of ships attacking the many buildings on the planet, destroying many alien inhabitants and sending the city to flames.
"Over one million innocent inhabitants perished." The Utrom continued. Another image of a blue planet and another alien then appeared. "And as Won Ron Opho has proven, you T'Charell funded a civil war on Ino Two in an effort to mine their raw materials without restriction."
The images showed aliens being attacked and once again their cities and mines were destroyed. The Utrom continued, "3.2 million perished. Finally T'Charell, your crimes against the Utrom Home World include multiple attempts to take control of the government through an elite and violent coup, as well as the murder of two of our Guardian's Hamato Yoshi and Jack Fenton, late husband and father to Maddie, Jazz and Daniel Fenton."
Another image of the Far Frozen and Frostbite appeared on the screen and Clockwork spoke, "Let it be known that as Frostbite of the Far Frozen in the Ghost Zone has testified, you Vlad Masters launched a full attack on their village in an attempt to steal the all-powerful object known as the Infi-Map in an attempt to not only use its energy to power yours and the Shredder's now destroyed starship but to plot a course to our homeworld and soon the Ghost Zone and other planets by use of natural portals. 200 of his people were killed during the attack."
An image of a female ghost, wearing Greek armour appeared on the screen as Clockwork continued, "And as Pandora of the Ghost Zone has spoken, you had attacked and stolen her box, unleashing all of the Earth's evil upon both the Ghost Zone and Earth, by the time the box was recovered, over 350 innocent people and ghosts were injured and 25 people of Earth were killed during the chaos."
He continued to glare at Vlad as he finished, "And I Clockwork, Master of Time in the Ghost Zone hereby testify that you used your powers to make yourself one of the richest men on Earth, by stealing thousands of dollars through theft and overshadowing other powerful and rich people. And finally Vlad Masters, you too have tried to aid T'Charell in his latest attempt to take control of the Utrom Home World government, betrayed and attacked the Utroms and your fellow guardians, assisted in the torture of Guardian Hamato Yoshi and committed the murder of not only Guardian Jack Fenton, but Guardian Damian Gray; father of Valerie Gray."
"We will now commune upon the verdict." The Utrom spoke.
The whole Utrom Tribunal closed their eyes and small noises could be heard from them. Everyone waited a few moments in silence before the tribunal opened their eyes and spoke all together, "In the name of the Great Lawgiver, this tribunal finds you T'Charell and Vlad Masters….guilty!"
"Ouch!" Chaplin commented as Vlad and Shredder growled furiously.
"Vlad Masters, you are hereby sentenced to having your ghost powers permanently stripped away from you and sentenced to eternal imprisonment on Kazuton, the Prison Planet and as for you T'Charell, you are hereby sentenced to eternal exile on the ice asteroid, Morgon Tou." The Utrom spoke.
Karai gasped in complete shock at their sentence, especially Shredder's! A wave of energy suddenly went up the chains and started shocking Vlad hard, he screamed as he felt pain and when it finally stopped he tried to go intangible but found his powers were gone forever.
"My powers! No! NOOOOOO!" He screamed.
He then looked at Maddie and pleaded, "Maddie please! Help me! You wouldn't turn your back on an old friend would you?!"
"And old friend? No. You? YES!" Maddie snapped while glaring at him.
Suddenly a beam hit him and he screamed as he was transported from the Utrom Home World, "NO! NO! NO! CURSE YOU DANNY AND CURSE YOUR FAMILY! NOOOOOOO!"
"This can't be happening! I am the Shredder! I am invincible!" Shredder screamed as he was hit by a blue beam. "I…..I….I….NOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
With one final scream, the Shredder was transported off the Utrom Home World and was sent to his exile.
"May your actions haunt you both forever." The Utrom finished.
Captain Mortu then said, "As for the Shredder's and Masters comrades Dr Chaplin and Karai, they shall be returned to Earth and handed over to the proper authorities."
As the platform Dr Chaplin and Karai were on began to lower down, Karai glared at Leo and shouted at him, "This is not what I wanted Leonardo! This is not what I wanted!"
"Will the one known as Valerie Gray please step forward?" The Utrom spoke, after Dr Chaplin and Karai were gone.
Valerie stepped forward on the platform and faced the tribunal, looking down in shame and guilt, but ready to accept whatever punishment she may receive.
The Utrom then spoke, "You Valerie Gray, had worked for Vlad Plasmius and the Shredder for many years after your father was killed, believing the lies you had been told that we Utroms were responsible for his death. We had at first considered giving you the same sentence as the ones known as Karai and Dr Chaplin, however after seeing memory images from Professor Honeycutt of you stopping Vlad Plasmius and the Shredder from killing Daniel, the Turtles and Master Splinter in the end, we have decided that you will be returned to Earth and not be handed over to the authorities. Once you return to Earth, one of our past Guardians, Tobias O'Brian who had remained on Earth has agreed to take you in as his foster daughter."
Valerie's mouth opened in shock. She then turned to Danny and smiled at him, he smiled back at her and then she faced the tribunal and said, "Thank you. I promise, I will do all I can to make up for everything I had done in the past."
"We know and we wish you all the best of luck in your future Valerie Grey. We truly are sorry we couldn't save your father." Mortu said, solemnly.
Valerie nodded in appreciation for his kind words. The platform began to lower and then she called out to Danny and the Turtles, "Thanks guys. For everything."
Mortu and Maddie smiled at Danny, the Turtles and Master Splinter and then Mortu said, "We all owe you a debt of gratitude. The Shredder and Vlad Plasmius has finally been brought to justice."
"I've waited a long time, hoping that the day would come when the Shredder and Vlad would be stopped for good and now….I feel like….I can finally stop running." Maddie said as tears of happiness fell from her eyes.
She dried her eyes and turned to the Utrom Council and asked, "With permission of the council, I would please like to return to Earth to be with my family."
"Guardian Maddie Fenton, for many years you and your husband Jack Fenton have risked everything and sacrificed so much to protect our secrets and help our fellow Utroms return home. If your husband was still alive, he would be proud of you and your family." The Utrom spoke with a smile. "You may return to Earth and you are welcome to our planet anytime."
"It has been an honour to know your race." Maddie said with a respectful bow.
She then turned to Mortu and said as she shook his robotic hand, "Thank you so much for everything my friend. It has been an honour and I will miss you so much."
"It is truly an honour to be your friend as well Maddie." Mortu said with a smile. "I hope we see each other again soon."
"You're really coming back with us mum?" Danny asked hopefully.
She smiled warmly and hugged her son as she said, "Yes my darling boy. I'm coming home."
"Is it really over?" Leo asked. Raph then added, "No more Shredder and Plasmius?"
"Yes my sons. My Master Yoshi's and Jack Fenton's spirit can finally rest in peace." Master Splinter answered with a relieved face. "The Shredder and Vlad Plasmius is finished."
On the Planet Kazuton, Vlad Masters grunted painfully as he was thrown roughly into a prison cell by the guards.
No longer in his business suit, but now in prison uniform and a number tattooed on his arm in alien handwriting.
He ran up to the bars after they were shut and shouted in anger, "Curse you Daniel! Curse your blasted mutant family! Curse you! ARGHHHHHHHH!"
And that is where Vlad Masters would remain for the rest of his life. Never again to set foot on Earth or the Ghost Zone.
On the ice asteroid, Morgon Tou, Shredder now stood in the freezing and icy winds screaming into the sky in pure rage and anger, "NOOOO! NOOOO! ARGHHHHHHHHHHH!"
And that is where the Shredder would remain for the rest of his life, never again to spread his terror and tyranny.
