Mysterious sightings

"On Tuesday, November 22th, at 8:30 pm, around the Pacific Ocean, people were startled by the sight of a mysterious glowing creature, swimming under boats."

The final scene is Under water where a giant glowing Purple Hand hits a wall and the shadows swims upward with bubbles fading the scene
