AUTHOR'S NOTES
Golden Cheese Cookie is probably my new favorite ancient character in Cookie Run Kingdom now. I am aware that her kingdom and its theme is inspired by Ancient Egyptian lore, and I have always been fascinated by the lore and mythology of Ancient Egypt. And ever since Golden Cheese Cookie was released, I had to write a great free-verse poem dedicated to her. This poem was originally posted on my Archive of Our Own page, but I thought it would be a good decision to see how it would fair on FFN.

Golden Cheese Cookie: The Golden Sovereign
A Cookie Run Free-Verse Poem

One of the five Ancient Heroes of Earthbread
And the founder of the Golden Cheese Kingdom,
Known as the Golden Sovereign
And the glimmering queen of the Kingdom of Golden Cheese.
Dwelling in a pyramid palace
Amidst the cheesy Parmesan Desert,
With a goddess-like confidence and shining gold,
Possessing magnificent ancient golden wings.
As this ancient hero's greed knows zero bounds,
Golden Cheese Cookie pines for the divinest of radiance.
Including the likes of treasures and mounds of glittering gold,
To even the faithful, loyal subjects of her kingdom.
The Golden Sovereign shall not be forgotten
By every living Cookie of all kinds.
Shall glittering gold be in this hero's sights,
All that glitters belongs to Golden Cheese Cookie!
