Story One: AfterShow.
March ##, 1983. It's around 6:40pm. The Sun is going down slowly, but surely. Owen looked back down at the trunk across from him. Abby was in there. Was she awake? Maybe. They have been on the train for a few hours now. They were almost there. Santa Fe. Once there, Abby told him that she had a plan, and to trust her. Owen stared out the window again and slowly began to fall asleep.
"NOW ENTERING, SANTA FE STATION."
Owen woke up with a start, it was 7:05pm. Owen looked down at the crate. Does Abby wanna get out now? Or should he wait? He didn't need to wait long as Abby began tapping in Morse code from inside the trunk. "O-U-T". Owen didn't hesitate. He unlocked the trunk and Abby began to crawl out. She gave Owen a hug. "Hey," Abby said, smiling. "Hey.." Owen said. "Are we here?" Abby asked. Owen looked out the window, seeing all the people walking around the station. "Yeah, we're here," Owen said. Abby got up and picked up the trunk. "Alright, let's go then," Abby said. She motioned for Owen to follow her and walked off the train. Owen followed. When they got off the train, the station was busy, people walked around, a man shouted on a phone, conductors were calling trains, and whistles were blown as well. "So, where are we going?" Owen asked. Abby looked at Owen and Smiled. "We're gonna find a place," Abby said. But then Abby's mood slightly changed. She looked a bit sheepish. "...And then we'll take it from there," Abby said. "...Are you alright?" Owen asked. Abby quickly looked back up, smiling. "Yeah! I'm Fine Honey.." Abby said. Owen turned 3 shades of red. "H-Honey…?" Owen asked. Abby began turning red as well when she realized what she said. "Uh…I mean Owen…Yeah…" Abby said. Abby sped up her pace as Owen followed.
Abby looked up at a few houses but then stopped at one. "...This one works," Abby said. Owen walked next to her and looked up at it. It was a black house, with windows. Gonna be a bit of a problem for Abby. Abby walked up the steps to the door and motioned Owen to follow her. Owen did as Abby knocked on the door. An Old Man answered the door, probably in his 70s. He was in pajamas as if he were getting ready for bed. "Hello?" The Man asked. "Hi, me and my brother want to know if we can use your phone. We got lost and want to tell our mom that we're okay." Abby said. The old man thought about it for a bit before nodding. "Alright. Go ahead." The Old man said. "Can we come in?" Abby asked. "...Yes, you may come in." The Old man said, not understanding why she needed permission. The man turned around and walked in and Abby and Owen followed. There was a brown couch, a kitchen, and a TV. The old man turns on the TV and a Commercial for Fredbear's Family Diner shows up on the screen. Owen heard of Fredbear's but wasn't all that interested in going. Abby however was fixated on the screen. The Golden Bear and Hare on-screen danced and advertised the food. Fredbear had a blue hat and bowtie, his suit was red with white sleeves and blue jeans. Barnaby Bunny had a purple baseball cap, green eyes, and a red vest with white stars on it. He had white gloves and a blue bowtie like Fredbear. The commercial ended with Fredbear's Family Diner, where smiles meet memories. "...Abby?" Owen asked. Abby snapped out of her trance. "Oh, sorry..I just never been somewhere like that." Abby said. "Alright kiddos, you can use the phone." The Old man said. He turned around and began to wash his hands. This was her chance. Abby glanced at Owen and gave a quick smile, before slowly creeping up behind the old man. He didn't stand a chance. It was quick, but it sure as hell wasn't painless. The man hit the ground with a thud as blood pooled everywhere, his neck was being destroyed and maimed by Abby. The Man screamed, but it was quickly muffled when Owen ran up and covered his mouth. Soon, Abby snapped his neck. "...There. It's done. Thanks." Abby said. Owen removed his hand from the man's mouth and shut the man's eyes. "...No problem," Owen said. He seemed a bit shaken up. "Are you alright?" Abby asked. "Yeah, just a bit shaken up. I'll be fine. Don't worry.." Owen said. Abby smiled and opened the sink cabinet and got a garbage bag. "Can you…?" Abby began to say. "Yeah, I will," Owen said. He got the garbage bag and opened it. With Abby's help, they placed the dead corpse inside. Owen began to drag the bag. "Be careful. If you get cornered, just call my name, and I will come for you." Abby said. Owen nodded and opened the door, walking out with the bag in hand.
The bag was heavy, as if it weighed a ton, granted, it was a fully grown man in there, perhaps with help, he could have gotten this done a bit sooner, but he was on his own for the time being. The dumpster wasn't that far away, he just had to avoid being seen. He walked behind the houses, past stray cats, rats sprinting across the ground, and the occasional dog here or there. He finally got there and dumped the body in. Looking inside the dumpster wasn't much. There was a broken chair, a sign that said M&A Harmony Toys, a ripped poster of 4 characters, a boy, a girl, a wolf, and a sheep, with the words "CELEBRATE!" on it, multiple garbage bags, and…wait, what's this? Owen reached down and pulled out the toy. It was a golden Rabbit, similar to the one that was on the TV. It was a bit dirty but smelled fine. It doesn't have its hat, probably somewhere in the sea of garbage. He wasn't fishing for that. Its jaw seemed to have the ability to open and close. There was a large speaker in its chest, maybe what it used to talk. "...What are you?" Owen asked it, expecting no response. Just then, the toy shot to life, its mouth and eyes moving rapidly. "H-H-Hi! I-I-I-I-I wanna be-be your friend!" The toy said, before quickly shutting down. Owen jumped, almost dropping the toy. "Jesus..that scared me.." Owen said. He looked around. No one was nearby. "...Maybe Abby will like this." Owen thought to himself. He took the plush toy with him as he walked away from the dumpster and walked back to the house.
When Owen got back, Abby was sitting on the couch waiting for Owen. "Welcome back. What's that?" Abby asked, noticing Owen had a hand behind his back. "Well…I found this while I was throwing the body away, I thought you'd like it." Owen said. He removed his hand from behind his back to show the Plush Rabbit. Abby's face became one of Awe as she got up and took the Bunny. "Oh Owen, thank you!" Abby said. She put the rabbit down and gave Owen a Kiss. It made Owen turn red. "N-No Problem Abby.." Owen said. Abby picked up the toy and turned it on. "F-F-F-Freddy Fazbear's is the greatest place in the world!" The Plush toy said. "It's so cute, where did you find it?" Abby asked. "... It's better if you didn't know," Owen said. Owen began to get drowsy and yawned. Abby noticed. "Aww…are you sleepy?" Abby asked. Owen nodded. "Come on, we might as well find somewhere without windows," Abby said. Owen nodded.
It took some time, but they eventually found the attic, which didn't have any windows. There were two old Mattresses up there and some blankets on them. Abby and Owen lay down next to eachother and just talked to eachother, the golden toy rabbit leaning against a box. Soon, Owen fell asleep.
Around 3:39AM, Owen woke up to the sound of Abby breathing heavily as if she was nervous about something. Owen turned towards her and touched her head softly. This made Abby squeal in fear for a minute, jolting back to realize it was just Owen. To be honest, it was quite funny hearing Abby Squeal. "Oh god, Owen you scared me," Abby said. "...Are you alright?" Owen asked. "Yeah..I'm fine." Abby said. "Can't sleep..you know?" Owen stared at her. "...No, that's not it. You were like this earlier." Owen said. Abby's mood changed to defeat as she sighed and faced away from Owen. "...I'm scared," Abby said. "Scared of what?" Owen asked. "Scared of dragging you into my life. Don't get me wrong, I love you to death, but I'm scared of what's gonna happen, I'm scared that you're just gonna grow old and rot away…Like Thomas, or worse…" Abby said. Owen hugged Abby from behind. "I'm not, you wanna know why?" Owen asked. "...Why?" Abby asked. "Cause..I wanna be like you." Owen said. Abby's eyes widen. "What..?" Abby asked, turning around to face Owen. "I wanna..be a vampire like you, so we can stay together forever…" Owen said. Abby looked at Owen before tears began to well up in her eyes. She kissed Owen before giving him a big hug. "...Thank you.." Abby said. "No problem," Owen said.
The following evening, Abby and Owen sat on the couch, there was a knife on the couch. "...You don't need to do this, you can still turn back," Abby said. Owen took the knife and placed it on his hand, but not cutting it. "...I wanna be with you, together forever," Owen said. Abby smiled, as Owen cut his hand. He gave Abby the knife and she cut hers. "Ready?" Owen asked. "Ready," Abby said. And so, they closed their hands together, scars intertwining.
A few days later, around 1:23AM, a Man was walking down the road smoking a cigar. It was cold as all hell, but he didn't care. He wasn't paying attention so he bumped into a little girl, It was Abby. She turned around and stared up at him. "Hello," Abby said. The Man looked around. "Uh..Hi. What do you want?" The man asked. "Do you have anything to eat? I haven't eaten anything in a while…" Abby said. Her stomach growled. "What are you, homeless? Here." The man said, pulling out a Snickers and giving it to Abby. "Thank you, you know, you deserve something. Close your eyes." Abby said. The man rolled his eyes and closed them. "Now," Abby said. Owen jumped down from a railing and tackled the man, making him fall to the ground. "HEY WHAT THE F**K?! WHAT'S THE BIG IDEA-" The man began to say. Owen growled and bit into his neck, making the man scream in pain. He tried to call for help, but he couldn't when Abby covered his mouth. Owen snapped the man's neck, killing him. "Want some?" Owen asked. "Oh, don't mind if I do!" Abby said, giggling. She crawled over and bit into the man, enjoying the feast.
