A/N: It's Naruto's birthday so that means a new non-crossover fic! This one using the trope of an Uchiha!Naruto that I've been holding onto for about a year. Big shoutout to Oxy27 for helping me a bit with this. Y'all should also check out his Uchiha Naruto fic; 'Uchiha Saviour'.
Also, same warnings as all my fics; Naruto will be OP, have a harem, finally there will be lemons and genderbends. Aka nothing new if you've read my other stories.
Oh, and this is also an AU. So timelines and other stuff won't be the same as canon.

-Konoha-
The village was burning, buildings collapsed, and many are dead or dying. A man can be seen hopping from rooftop to rooftop as death surrounds him. He wears the typical jonin uniform of the leaf with a black open-front apron with red spiral designs on the bottom, but what sets him apart from the rest is his spiky, bright red hair and deep gold eyes and a single scar over his left eyebrow. This is Soma Uzumaki, last known vassal of the Uzumaki royal line and currently he is trying to find out what happened to his clan head.(1)
"Damnit! Why is Kurama loose and destroying the village? What happened to Kushina, Minato and their kid?" He asks himself aloud as he finally takes a stop in front of the rampaging nine-tailed fox. He is about to yell out but he notices a certain pattern in the beast's eyes, "Sharingan!? An Uchiha did this?" he exclaims in his head, but quickly shakes his thoughts away, there is a bigger problem to deal with right in front of him.
"Oi Kurama!" several silver chains burst from his back and shoulders, "I don't know what happened to you or who did this, but I have to stop you before any more damage is done to the village!" Adamantine Attacking Chains!
With the call of his clan's bloodline the silver chains fly forward at blistering speeds, stabbing into, and wrapping around the fox in order to slow him down. Suddenly an elderly man appears next to Soma, this is the third hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi in his battle attire and a bo staff in hand. "Soma! I'm glad to see you here, we've been having trouble dealing with the nine-tails."
"Old man, do you know what happened to Kushina? The fox is supposed to be inside her not rampaging around!" he says with a clear strain in his voice as Kurama is starting to increase his struggle against the chains tying him down.
"I don't know…maybe something went wrong with the birth of their child." Hiruzen ponders aloud, "either way we need to push it out of the village to save it from any more damage." The third hokage's staff enlarges and lengthens itself, "Soma, when I give the signal release the nine tails from your chains."
Soma looks at the previous hokage wearily, "Alright old man, you better know what you're doing…"
"…NOW!"
Hearing the signal Soma cancels his jutsu, letting the chains fade and Hiruzen takes a mighty leap in the air and swings his staff at the nine tailed fox's chest, lifting off the ground and throwing it out of the village.
"Huh, that actually worked, …ah shit." Soma's relief suddenly turned to dread as the fox started gathering chakra into what could only be a Tailed beast bomb. "Ah fuck me," silver chains burst from his body once again, but instead of moving to attack the tailed beast, they start to form a barrier. Adamantine Sealing Barrier!
True to the name of the technique, the chains start forming a wall between the charging attack and the village. When the fox finally fires the ball of destruction it hits the barrier, seemingly able to hold it back, but then cracks appear and the barrier shatters, leaving the attack to head straight towards the hokage monument, where all the civilians are sheltered. "Shit!"
He tries to make another barrier, but he knows he won't make it on time, suddenly a yellow flash appears on the monument and a blonde man can be seen wearing the jonin uniform under a white haori with flames at the bottom.
The man holds up a tri-pronged kunai and calls out his jutsu Flying Thunder God: Guiding Thunder. Just as the ball is about to hit the cliff face it is swallowed up by a barrier consisting of various jutsu shiki. When the attack is fully absorbed, there is an explosion in the distance far away from the village.
"He actually teleported the attack away…Minato you clever bastard!" Soma thinks to himself with a large grin at the genius of his longtime friend. With a thought he appears by Minato's side in a red body flicker, having taken the seemingly mundane jutsu to new heights.
"Oi Minato, what happened? Why is Kurama loose and wrecking the village? How's Kushina and the baby" Soma asks his friend, especially worried for his clan head and newborn heiress.
The fourth hokage just sighs, "we were attacked right after the birth Soma, a masked man claiming to be Madara Uchiha kidnapped Naruko to lure me, when he did he took Kushina and extracted Kurama from her seal before putting him under a genjutsu and summoning him in the village."
Soma was about to ask more questions but was cutoff by Minato putting his hands on his shoulders and looking him dead in the eye. "Soma I'm going to need a favor of a lifetime from you, it's the only way I can think of saving the village and keeping Kurama away from that man."
Soma sees the dead serious look in Minato's eyes, "…you want to seal him into Naruto, don't you?" he asks hesitantly to which Minato nods.
"Not just Naruto but in my daughter Naruko as well, I'll split the chakra into a yin half and a yang half." Minato says looking into Soma's eyes to show he's serious.
Soma ponders for a bit but finally agrees, "Ugh fine! Damnit Akane's gonna kill me for this!"
Minato has a small smile at the antics of his friend and puts a hand on his shoulder, "meet at the clearing two and a half miles from the village, we'll do the sealing there," with those final words he flashes on top of the fox and teleports it away.
"Now for the hard part..." he internally sulks as he disappears in a red body flicker.
-Two minutes later at Uchiha Compound-
"Okay"
"…what," was all Soma can say as his wife handed their three-month-old son to him.
"I said okay. Some asshole thinks he can pass himself off as my grandfather, rip Kurama out of one of my best friends then take my newborn goddaughter hostage. Hell yeah I'm going to let my son have the power of a jinchuriki to crush this faker in the future, the strong are the ones that survive after all." Akane rants while moving her long and wild raven hair from her face and locking her red eyes with Soma's gold.
"If I wasn't still recovering from childbirth I would go with you," she confesses.
"Huh, well I expected you to get like really angry with me or something, you know for making our son a sacrifice," Soma says in slight disbelief at how calm his wife is about the situation.
"Soma, this will only make our child more powerful, besides Kushina's the one you have to worry about, not only will her daughter become a jinchuriki but her godson as well." Akane says with a slight laugh, and Soma, who just understood what she meant and gulped. A mad Kushina is a bad Kushina.
When she finally stops laughing Akane brings Soma and their son close to her, "please be safe my love," Soma could only nod.
"I will, I love you…Raven," with those final words he once again disappears in a red body flicker.(2)
"Using that old nickname huh," she whispers before outstretching an arm with a tattoo on it that begins to glow blue with chakra before crumbling away from her skin and forming a jet black raven that has a sharingan in both its eyes, "follow him, make sure I can see everything," nodding in acknowledgement of the order, the bird takes off into the night in the same direction as her husband and child.(3)
-Clearing away from Konoha-
"Kurama, snap out of it!" A woman with long red hair, slitted purple eyes and three whisker marks on each cheek pleads to her friend that's been sealed into her since she arrived to this village as a little girl.(4)
The woman, Kushina Uzumaki the current head of the Uzumaki clan, has the still rampaging fox trapped her gold Adamantine Sealing Chains tying it down as Minato gets the sealing altar ready.
"Minato, if I wasn't currently holding back Kurama, I'd be killing you right now for making our daughter a jinchuriki!" She yells at her husband that is setting their newborn daughter on the sealing alter and drawing a seal on her stomach.
The man sweatdrops at the very real threat his wife yelled out at him, when suddenly he widens his eyes, "Oh man she's gonna flip when Soma brings Naruto," right as he thinks that a red mist swirls into existence.
"Soma? Why are you here? AND WHY THE FUCK DID YOU BRING NARUTO!?" Kushina screeches out at the sight of her vassal and godson.
Soma, hearing his clan head, just chuckles nervously while rubbing the back of his head, "H-hey there princess, fancy meeting you here huh?"
"Soma…" Kushina growls out dangerously.
Soma then gains a serious look, "I know this isn't what you want Kushina but it's the only way to make sure that man doesn't come back and do the same thing years later, besides…" Soma then gains a smile, "Even if the world turns on them, I know that at the very least they'll have each other, the bond between clan mates are important to Uzumaki after all."
Kushina just nods her head sadly, seemingly placated by her own vassal's words, "Just do it, I'll keep him tied down as long as I can, but my strength is fading so hurry."
Nodding Soma appeared next to Minato and set down Naruto, who finally started to wake up, revealing gold eyes like his father. "I'm glad you got something from me at least little guy. Sheesh, those Uchiha genes are no joke," he says with a slight laugh as he puts his son down next to the new heiress of the Uzumaki clan.
When Naruto is placed down Minato starts drawing the same seal as he did on Naruko's stomach, when he finally finishes, he looks over to Soma, "It's ready Soma," the redheaded man just nods and backs away to let his friend perform the jutsu.
Eight Trigrams Seal! With the call of his jutsu he seals the yin half of the nine tails into Naruto, causing the fox to shrink in size and for Naruto to gain three whisker marks on his face, and for his currently open eyes to become slitted.
Minato sighs in relief, "It looks like the first sealing went well, now for-" Suddenly Kurama lashes out towards Naruko, the chains holding it becoming loose from its decreased size. Without thinking both Minato and Soma jump in to protect the newborn, Soma also activating his chains to halt the claw, managing to stop it right before it could touch Naruko, only letting the blood of her father and godfather drip on her face.
"Minato! Soma!" a distraught Kushina yells out at the sight of her husband and the man that moved to Konoha from Uzu with her impaled on Kurama's claw.
Naruko finally opens her eyes for the first time, revealing sky blue eyes that go along well with her blonde and red hair, causing her father to smile at seeing that her eyes match his, "It's a real shame I won't be able to be the stereotypical dad that chases off boys for you Naruko… and I won't even be able to be a cool uncle for Naruto"
"Heh, tell me about it. I won't get to spoil her behind you and Kushina's back nor would I be able to teach Naruto how to pick up chicks or cook." Soma says, looking at his son before staring up into the night sky, "By the Sage, Raven's gonna murder me for dying haha…"
"At least you only have Akane to deal with, not only is Kushina going to tear me a new one in the afterlife, I'm sure Tsunade will find a way to revive me just so she can kill me again…" Minato says with fake tears falling from his eyes once thoughts of his older cousin enter his mind.
Kushina runs up to the both of them, making sure to tighten her chains as Soma's disappear. "Minato, Soma…" Kushina starts to tear up, "It's my fault…I-I-"
"It's okay Kushina, what father wouldn't sacrifice themselves for their daughter?" Minato says with a smile and blood leaking from his mouth.
"Yeah princess, as the heiress of my clan it was my duty to protect her, even at the cost of my own life…" he says putting on a bright smile.
"You both are idiots…" she says with tears falling from her eyes.
"K-Kushina, Minato, Soma?"
"Heh looks who's back to the waking world…have a good sleep buddy?" Soma asks jokingly.
"I'm sorry, I-I didn't mean to…"
"It's okay Kurama we know, it was that masked bastard who did this." Kushina says to the being that was once sealed in her.
The fox just bows its head in sadness at the soon to be passing of some of the only humans he could call friends.
"Kurama, I have a favor to ask," Minato suddenly says, "Watch over Naruko, make her strong enough to fight off that man when he eventually comes back…please." He then looks to Naruto, "your yin half is within Naruto, so I don't know if he can hear me but please do the same for him. I am no fool, I know they will be discriminated against for what they hold."
"You have my word Minato, I will do all I can for her, and I know my other half will do the same for the boy."
"Thank you old friend…" Eight Trigrams Seal! The fox then breaks into chakra and flows into Naruko's stomach, making her blue eyes become slitted and for her to gain the same whisker marks on her cheek.
After the sealing both men fall to the ground only to be caught by Kushina, who is also not long for this world, "this was supposed to be a happy day damnit…" Kushina says to herself as she gently drags the two men to a rock so they all could sit together. She then goes and picks up both Naruto and Naruko, handing Naruto to his father and sitting in between them with her daughter in her arms.
The same raven Akane previously summoned flies over and lands on Soma's shoulder, "Heh, I guess the family's almost all here, now we're only missing Mikoto and Fugaku," Soma he looks into the bird's eye, "sorry I won't be there to raise Naruto with you Raven, but I know you'll raise him well," he says with a smile knowing his wife can hear him.
Minato then speaks up, "please Akane, watch over Naruko in any way you can, I know Danzo will try anything to get his hands on her, please protect her,"
After Minato, Kushina takes her turn to speak, "and please make my baby strong, teach her to fight back against the troubles she'll face."
Suddenly Minato starts coughing up blood, "looks like it's my time to go first…it's really not fair you know, you Uzumaki and your strong lifeforce, I'm half Senju for crying out loud haha…" looking over to Soma, "Soma, thank you being one of the best friends a man could have, I will always appreciate our friendship," now looking back to his wife, "and thank you Kushina for being my wife and giving me a beautiful daughter, I love you so much…"
With his final words said, Minato lowers his head with a smile, Minato Namikaze, fourth hokage and grandson to Tobirama and Toka Senju has died.(5)
Kushina's built up tears finally fall, the man she loves, her beloved husband, is dead, and she knows she's next. It's not fair…they should be celebrating with all their friends but instead they'll leave behind their newborn daughter to fend for herself in a village that will hate her.
"Princesses aren't supposed to cry ya know *cough*" Soma says next to her, trying to cheer her up, "you're setting a bad example for the little one…" she looks over to Soma, who is right next to her, with blood streaming from his mouth and holding Naruto.
"Shut up Soma…even now you choose to annoy me," she bites back jokingly at her oldest and first friend.
"Heh heh that's what I'm here for," he then loses his smile and looks back at his son sleeping peacefully in his arms, "they'll look out for each other, maybe even Mikoto's daughter too, they'll be best friends…I know it."
"Yes, though I wonder if Miko's daughter will get her old, stuck up and sarcastic attitude and if Naruko will be brash like me," she says remembering their academy and genin days.
"She's an Uzumaki, all Uzumaki women are like that, haha," Soma jokes causing Kushina to giggle.
"Yeah *cough* *cough*" she suddenly starts having a coughing fit, "well I guess this is it huh Soma?"
"…."
"Soma?" Kushina asks again after not hearing a response, only to see Soma's head slumped with a smile still present on his lips as he holds Naruto close to his chest.
Soma Uzumaki, son of Joichiro Uzumaki and an unknown foreign woman dies holding on tightly to the life he and his loving wife created with a content smile on his face.
Kushina lowers her head, the boy that was her first friend and stayed by her side when she was shipped off to Konoha to become the newest jinchuriki has died right next to her just like her husband.
"Minato, Soma, Kushina!" suddenly an old man's voice could be heard as the third hokage and a squad of his personal ANBU arrive in the clearing.
"Sensei…" the dog masked ANBU says under his breath, barely keeping his emotions in check at the scene in front of him.
"Old man…I'm about to die soon, please take Naruto and Naruko, Naruto at least still has Akane, and I know the Uchiha can't officially take Naruko in due to clan laws so please help her in any way you can, she's all alone…" Kushina practically begs.
"I will Kushina, I promise," he says gently taking Naruto from Soma's body and takes Naruko from Kushina as well.
"Thank you…old man…" with those final words Kushina, the current head of the Uzumaki clan, wife of the fourth hokage and second container of Kurama leans against her husband and passes on.
"ANBU, seal their bodies away for burial, I'll be in the hokage office." Hiruzen states before he disappears with a body flicker, both he and the ANBU not noticing the jet-black raven with sharingan in its eyes fly off after him.
-Uchiha Compound-
"Soma…you fool," Akane, Soma's wife and now widow silently weeps at the passing of her husband and two friends, "I should have been there…I could have done something." She mutters to herself before she snaps her head up, "UGH! Get it together Akane, you are the granddaughter of Madara Uchiha not some sulking widow!" After her declaration she suddenly hears something from her raven in the hokage's office that makes her blood boil with rage, "and it seems there is an old fossil that needs to be reminded of that…"
Getting up she goes her closet to get dressed in her battle gear, a black long-sleeve kimono top, with red on the shoulders ending with red and black gauntlets. A red obi, a black skirt ending above her knees and red armor plating on each hip with a bundle of raven feathers hanging under her red hip armor, black ninja sandals with thigh-high black stockings, and finally a red bow on her wild and spiky black hair.
Reaching over and grabbing her katana 'Omen' she clips it to her side, "time to show that old hawk you shouldn't mess with Akane Uchiha," she mutters dangerously with her eyes blazing red as she disappears in a conspiracy of ravens.
-Hokage Office Five Minutes Earlier-
Hiruzen sets the two sleeping children in a crib he had his ANBU bring in, sitting down in his seat he can't help but sigh at the amount of loss Konoha suffered today, even losing some of the most powerful ninja it ever produced.
Hiruzen's musings were cut short however by a man walking into his office. The man was Danzo Shimura, his old teammate under Tobirama Senju and rival for the hokage position. "What do you want Danzo and why can't it wait till tomorrow?" the hokage asks already knowing this conversation will be a headache.
"I am here about the jinchuriki Hiruzen," he then opens his one good eye, "both of them."
Hiruzen stiffens in his chair and watches Danzo wearily, "and what of them? They will be raised as normal children, just as their parents wished."
"That is foolish Hiruzen and you know it, the village needs power and those two will make excellent weapons against our enemies," Danzo says trying to convince the third hokage to see his way, "give them to me for training, I will-"
"Turn them into your loyal emotionless lapdogs," Sarutobi interrupts him, "I will not have that happening."
"We have no choice Hiruzen! See reason!" Danzo all but yells, "Once Iwa and Kumo hear of this they will think we will be easy for the taking!"
"My word is final Danzo," Hirizen says ending anymore arguing, "I made a promise to Kushina and I plan to keep it, and besides Naruto is untouchable for you even if his mother wasn't alive he still belongs to a fully functioning clan, you have no right over him."
"The Uchiha clan cannot be trusted, Tobirama-sensei said so himself, and I've even heard that the nine tails had the pattern of the sharingan in its eyes." Danzo says adamantly, "and as for the boy, he is a direct descendant of Madara. It would be best to take him from that clan and proclaim he died from the sealing."
"Hoh? So you would lie to me and kidnap my child? You are more of a fool than I thought," the window suddenly bursts open, and the room fills with cawing ravens that fly in circles until they come together to form Akane, who rolls up her sleeve and lets the same raven from before sink into her arm, reforming the tattoo.
"Hello old man," she says giving a nod to the third hokage, then turning toward Danzo with a sneer on her lips, "Flightless hawk." Danzo bristles at the insult and grips his cane tightly, making Akane, who saw the reaction, visibly smirk.
Walking toward the crib she picks up the two babies, and holds them close, "Well I'll see you later old man," she says casually as she walks towards the open window but is stopped by Danzo's stern voice.
"Where do you think you're going with the jinchuriki?" Danzo says with clear suspicion in his voice, "for all we know the Uchiha-"
"Were forcibly kept in the compound by your little drones on your orders," Akane finishes for him, fully turning toward the war hawk with a raised eyebrow, "and if you must know I am going to go breastfeed these two. Unless you have tits of your own to feed them with, I don't see how it's your problem," she says sarcastically.
"There are wetnurses at the hospital that can take care of the girl so there is no need to take her as well," Danzo says through gritted teeth.
"Hmmm the same nurses that will realize that she's a jinchuriki and would undoubtedly neglect her feeding times?" she says with a fake thoughtful look, "do you want dead nurses? I'm sure they're a hot commodity right now, you know with the village being nearly destroyed and all…"
"Is this some kind of joke to you!?" Danzo rages at the woman's nonchalant attitude.
"Of course not, I would definitely kill any nurse that purposely 'forgets' to feed Naruko," her sharingan flares to life, three tomoe spinning slowly, "she is family after all and Uchiha do anything for family, even slaughter a whole village…"
"Is that a threa-"
"Yes." With that last statement, ravens once again swarm the room, engulfing Akane and the two children in her arms and fly out through the window she originally came from.
-Uchiha Compound-
The ravens coalesce into Akane and the two children once again, going to the master bedroom, then to the crib that was already set up and sets Naruto down so she can feed Naruko first. Undoing her kimono top she allows the newborn girl to latch on and feed, after the baby is full, she switches her out for her own son.
Setting him back in the crib, both babies finally asleep, she finally relaxes and proceeded to cough into her hand, pulling it back to show blood in her palm, she balls it into a fist, memories from long ago begin to stir up once again.
-Flashback Eight Years-
"Shisui!" A younger Akane Uchiha screams in panic as she rushes to the side of her younger brother who is leaning up against a tree with blood dribbling down his chin.
"Oh, hey sis. I see you got my message haha," he says before coughing up lots of blood, "Ah damn, it's spreading faster than I thought..."
"What the hell happened? Where's your squad?!" She asks rifling through her ninja pouch to hopefully find a blood pill to help recover what he's lost. But suddenly Shisui's hand grips her wrist, "what are you doing you idiot? I'm trying to help you!"
"It's poison sis." Shisui says gravely with a rare serious look on his face, "and I can already feel it attacking my heart. I won't be long."
Tears build up in her eyes and she brings him into a hug, "who did it? Was it Suna? Kiri?"
"Danzo...he was after my eyes.."
"Kotoamatsukami..I'll kill that old bastard!" She yells in fury as her sharingan flares, "I'll make him regret his existence!"
She is about to go on but Shisui reaches out and stops her, "don't. You'll be labeled as a missing nin if you do. I don't want you to have to live your life constantly on the run."
Akane grits her teeth, "then what would you have me do?! I-"
"Take my mangekyou so he can't get his hands on it. A genjutsu of that power can't fall into his hands."
"B-but-"
"Now's not the time for you to be indecisive sis. Take them and go," he says while coughing out blood, "I have some clones holding them back but it won't be for long."
The tears finally fall as she reluctantly nods, causing her younger brother to smile, "thanks sis."
A snort comes from her mouth at his joke, "you're such an idiot Shisui..." she mutters before pulling out a sealing scroll, "I've been hanging out with Soma too much..he's made me all sentimental and soft."
"Heh, maybe," he says reaching up and taking out one of his eyes, "But he's the only one I'd ever approve of you marrying. I'm sure dad would say the same if he was still with us," he then takes out his other eye, leaving his world in darkness.
"Yeah, he would..."
Akane takes the orbs from him, sealing it the scroll she brought before carefully putting it away in her ninja pouch. Her eyes then land on Shisui as he smiles at her with blood in the corner of his mouth and closed eyes.
"Fuck that old bastard up for me will yah?" She asks after a moment silence, "you better not go out quietly."
Shisui chuckles, "come on sis, you know me better than that. I'll take an arm at least."
"You better.."
The two siblings then embrace, "promise me you won't go after Danzo. I want you to have a fulfilling life Akane. Have a kid or two and live till you're an old grandma okay?"
"I promise Shisui.."
"Good. Now go. We can't afford to let Danzo know you were here."
She nods and hesitantly lets go of their hug, looking at him one last time as he stands up and turns to face his last battle with his tanto aflame, "I love you Shisui.."
"I love ya too sis."
With that, Akane disappears in a conspiracy of ravens, leaving her little brother to face his fate head on. Though unknown to both at the time some of the poison was able to enter Akane's system.
-Flashback End-
Gripping her fist tightly, Akane steels her resolve." I may not be long for this world, but I swear I will make the both of them strong, Shisui, Soma, Kushina, Minato, only the strong survive, to protect those weaker than them…"
-Ten Years Later-
In the ten years after the nine tails attack, Konoha was able to bounce back, though not fully recovered yet it was well on its way. Akane had to also reluctantly give Naruko to an orphanage after she was past the age of breastfeeding and unsurprisingly word got out after that both Naruto and Naruko were jinchuriki. To be fair the whisker marks, slitted pupils and longer than average canines are a dead giveaway.
After this happened, she personally went to threaten bodily harm or even death to the caregivers if she even gets a hint of Naruko being neglected or skipped out on in any way. It took two hospitalizations for severed limbs and a death for them to finally get the hint. On the plus side, she was able to visit often and leave the young girl gifts, usually dropping Naruto off with Mikoto and Fugaku since they have a girl his age.
Another thing that was going well was her son's training, the boy was a natural, even more than herself. Though she trains him into the ground, leaving him numb and having to be carried home, he always came back for more, even wanting to increase it! Truly she and Soma made a monster, and she couldn't be prouder.
Well, she can since he managed to awaken his sharingan after a particularly brutal training session. He was only six, six! While you could make the argument she shouldn't be pushing a child this hard but goddamn was she proud! So proud in fact she rushed over to the clan head's house to brag that her son was better than his.
Because of this event she decided to tell him what happened the night his father died, the masked man pretending to be his great-grandfather, and the yin half Kurama sealed in his gut. Needless to say, this spurred him on to train even harder unlocking his second tomoe six months later and his third one a year after that.
There was something else as well. It seemed every time he gained a tomoe his field of vision expanded and even before he unlocked his sharingan it was wider than a normal persons, but Akane just shrugged it off, Soma was the same as well, so she just assumed it came from his side of the family.
At around the same time she also told Naruko of her burden and family despite the stupid, in her opinion, law the Third Hokage passed down. The young girl was not happy at the news that she was supposed to be raised by Akane, who she gave the nickname 'bird lady', and after finally learning the reason why everyone in the village gives her a wide birth and the kids bullied her, she snapped.
From that day on she would always get into fights, winning all of them, even against kids twice her age. Due to this Akane started gifting training scrolls on the fighting style used by the Uzumaki clan and even a few jutsu scrolls, the girl seemed to especially love the wind and water natured ones.
Currently she was walking towards the clan head's house with her son hung limply over her shoulder as he is still tired from their earlier training session. When she finally arrives she sees Fugaku getting ready to leave in his police uniform, "sup Fugaku, is Mikoto in? I brought Naruto here so I can take care of some business in the village," she says as she lifts her shoulder slightly to emphasize the boy being carried by her.
"Good morning Lord Fugaku, how are you doing?" Naruto asks nonchalantly as if he isn't being carried like a sack of flour by his mother, making Fugaku sweatdrop at the display.
"Good morning Naruto, I am doing fine thank you. How was your training today?"
"Oh, it was torture I definitely felt like I'd die this time haha, but it was fun! I love it when Mom and I dance together," he says, his slit gold eyes lighting up in excitement, "Say, did Satsuki finally get her Uchiha patch? I know she's been working hard to perfect the fireball jutsu for a while now."
"Well to be fair she would have gotten it sooner if someone didn't get it into her head that she had to do it with one hand seal…" Fugaku gripes as his daughter had done the justu just fine her second try but wouldn't accept the patch until it was 'perfected', she already had two tomoe in her sharingan for crying out loud! Though personally he was thankful to Naruto as his presence pushed his daughter to new heights, even Itachi was training harder due to the boy in front of him.
"Great-grandpa Madara was able to do all his jutsu with one handseal or less, so it's best to strive for that," he says with nothing but confidence in his words.
"Well said my little maelstrom, now head on inside I'm sure Satsuki wants to train with you again," said a clearly proud Akane.
"Okay mom, love you," letting himself fall towards the ground, he lands in a crouch and runs into the house, "bye Lord Fugaku, have a nice day!"
The Uchiha clan head just shakes his head amusedly at the young boy's actions, "Wasn't he just dead tired a minute ago? Where does he get the energy from?"
"Being half Uzumaki and a jinchuriki can be a blessing sometimes…" Akane trails off before coughing violently into her hand.
"Akane!" Fugaku rushes over to her, "how did it get so bad so quickly?"
"Heh, that boy...each training session he pushes me harder and harder, he'll surpass me soon," she mutters to herself, "I even had to use mangekyo for a bit…"
Fugaku was stunned at this revelation, but later gains a fond smile "I guess it's true that the next generation will always surpass the previous. Even my kids are growing at a fast pace..." He then gains a serious look on his face, "How long do you have left?"
"A few years if I push myself, it's the reason I'm training him so hard. I want him to be ready for whatever comes," she tells him resolutely, "I'm just glad he's so receptive to it, if he wasn't, I'm sure he'd resent me."
"I feel the same way, especially with Itachi, but luckily things have gotten better," Fugaku says, "How's Naruko doing?"
"Same old same old, getting into fights, and soaking up any jutsu scrolls I give her. She's just like Kushina was at that age, brash and blunt, but she has Minato's brains. That girl is too smart for her own good but I'm happy for it," she says with a small smile on her face.
"She'll be a very strong kunoichi then, are you going to see her now?" Fugaku asks.
"Yep, gonna give her some more jutsu and let her empty out my wallet on ramen, her birthday is coming up after all."
"When are you going to let Naruto meet her? She is the heiress of one of his clans," he asks, thinking it's about time the two kids meet.
"I'll let them meet naturally on the day of the nine tails festival, that way no one can throw a fuss about her coming over, it would just be friends hanging out instead of 'one clan grooming the heir of another' or whatever bullshit they used to keep her from here."
Fugaku nods at her explanation, "she can finally meet Mikoto and Satsuki as well, knowing Naruto, he'd want Satsuki to have another friend.
Akane nods, "Soma was the same way when we were younger," she then looks at her watch, "I gotta go, Naruko gets really annoying when I'm late," she says with a small chuckle, "I'll catch you later Fugaku," she then turns and walks away towards the village.
As Fugaku watched his old friend leave he ponders to himself, "poor Mikoto, she is going to be even more heartbroken, first Kushina, Minato and Soma are taken in one night, now in a few years her childhood friend will go too…" with a shake of his head he heads towards the police headquarters to get the day started.
-One Week Later-
It was the day of the nine tails festival, the day Konoha celebrates the fourth hokage's defeat of the Nine Tailed Fox. A boy is walking down the main road he has spiky chin-length black hair that's parted to frame the sides of his face, he is currently wearing a blue long sleeve shirt with the Uchiha clan symbol shown proudly on his back, white pants and non-ninja sandals on his feet. This is Naruto Uchiha, and he is on his way to get food from the festival alone for the first time.
Usually, Naruto would go with his mother, but this year he had to come alone since his mother had 'business' to take care of. Being the smart and observant boy he is, Naruto can tell his mother is lying. Especially when he can hear her coughing up a lung when she thinks he's out of hearing range.
His mother is dying, and there's nothing he could do, it really pained his heart to admit this to himself, he's known ever since he first unlocked his sharingan, it makes it hard to miss details. This was also the reason he pushed himself so hard, he knew that one day that masked bastard will come back, and he'll make sure he's ready for it.
Steeling his resolve, he continues to walk down the main road to get to the heart of the festival, but he suddenly stops when he can hear the familiar sounds of fighting in the alley next to him. Running into the alley he is greeted by a sight he certainly didn't expect.
There was a group of five boys, ranging from ages twelve to fourteen, attacking and losing to a girl that was the same age as him, her hair was blonde with red tips done into twin tails that reach her lower back, she is wearing an orange shirt with the Uzumaki clan symbol on the chest and black shorts with plain blue sandals. The young girl was moving from boy to boy aiming at joints and pressure points to disable them, and she was winning, by a lot. It was kind of sad really…
"Come on is that all you losers got!? I thought you were gonna 'put me in my place'!"
Oh, she's taunting now…
CRACK!
"Gah! My leg!"
Yeah, that's definitely broken, it was a nice break too, "this girl is strong, as strong as Satsuki, I really want to dance with her," Naruto thinks to himself as he casually sidesteps a boy the mysterious girl threw past him. He'll wait for her to finish taking out the fodder, then it'll be his turn.
With one final punch she shatters the oldest boy's nose, sending him to the ground in tears, "pathetic, you lot weren't even worthy of a warmup," she then spits to the side, "maybe if you brought more bodies you'd have a better chance, now get the fuck out of here before I decide to show no mercy!"
Her promise of even more bodily harm sent the boys scrambling out the alleyway, making sure to pick up their friend with the broken leg, "this isn't over you little monster, we'll be back!"
"Yea yea, ya said that last time too," she says nonchalantly, but then she notices Naruto and raises and eyebrow, "you supposed to be backup for those idiots or somethin'?"
Naruto just scoffs, "as if," he then points at her with a fanged grin, "you, you're strong, dance with me!"
"Eh? Why would I want to dance with you? I don't even know you," the girl deadpans at him.
"Oh, my bad," he chuckles sheepishly while scratching the back of his head, "I've been calling fighting a dance since I could remember hehe."
"So, you just wanna fight huh?" she asks but then gains her own grin, "well then…I accept your invitation!" The girl then moves in a blur toward his direction.
"Fast!" he thinks mildly surprised but blocks her haymaker to his whiskered cheek, seeing her attack blocked the blonde girl blurs again, attacking from all sides trying to find any weaknesses in his defense, front, back, right, left, above, the girl was a whirlwind around him, "she hits pretty hard too."
Tired of being put on the defensive Naruto catches a fist aimed for his throat, getting the girl to widen her eyes, and counters with a punch to the gut, making her cough up spit as she is sent flying deeper into the alley.
"I'm not some street rat you can take out in one hit," he says walking towards the girl, holding her stomach in pain, "take this seriously or else…" he threatens while cracking his knuckles.
"Hahaha, I haven't been hit that hard in a long time!" she says laughing and getting up, wiping a bit of spit from her mouth, "you want serious? You got it, but don't go crying to your mama after." Her slitted blue eyes start to glow, and she rushes him again, aiming for his chest which he manages to block.
"She got faster and is hitting harder than before, now we're talking!" smacking her fist to the side and goes in for an uppercut that lands, but as she flies away from the blow, she turns it into a kick to his chin that also sends him back as well. "So, her fighting style consists of hit and run tactics but taking hits when necessary to counter."
"Heh heh, you're pretty good, this is going to be so much fun!" the blonde girl says from a crouched position, "no one's ever lasted this long against me, not the orphans , not the street rats or even the academy kids…" looking up at him, then standing up fully she looks at him with her slitted blue eyes glowing once again, putting a hand on her hip and pointing the other at the boy across from her, "you are my training partner now, my name is Naruko Uzumaki, what's yours?"
Naruto relaxes his fighting stance, and smiles at the now named Naruko, "well what a coincidence my name is Naruto Uchiha."
"Uchiha huh? You got those eyes I've read about?" she asks with a tilt of her head.
"Yup!" he then activates his sharingan letting the tomoe spin, "It's fully mature too, I'm the youngest in the clan to do so," Naruto says proudly, "ah but my friend Satsuki has two tomoe, so she's close too," Naruto suddenly comes up with an idea, "Oh, I know! All three of us can train together!"
"Hmm is she strong like you? I don't want to train with a weakling." Naruko says suspiciously.
"Yup! Besides I train with her all the time so she's legit." Naruto replies with a nod of his head.
"Hmm alright, deal. When do you want to train?" Naruko asks getting excited at the thought of having not only one but two training partners.
"My mom always trains me in the morning so I'm free for afternoons and evenings, my house even has its own training ground we can use," Naruto says, making Naruko nod rapidly in agreement.
Naruko suddenly looks up at the sky and sees the sun beginning to dip past the horizon, "Well I gotta go before that old hag at the orphanage bursts a blood vessel yelling at me for being late, how about we meet at the entrance of the Uchiha compound tomorrow?"
"Yup sounds good, I'll see you then Naruko," he waves at her as she runs off waving back at him.
"Huh she has the same whisker marks and slitted pupils as me, not to mention the large canines, is she the other jinchuriki the fourth made?" he wonders aloud to himself, "I'll ask mom when I get home after getting some food for us," he states as he walks off in his original direction, rubbing the bottom of his chin, where a bruise is forming, "geez what a kick, at least I got her with that uppercut."
-Uchiha Compound-
"Mom I'm home!" Naruto calls out as he closes the front door behind him.
"Welcome back Naruto," Akane calls out coming out from her room and sees the bags in his hands, "I thought you would be back sooner, was it that hard getting food on your own?" she teasingly asked.
"No, I just got sidetracked for bit," he mutters as he goes to the dining table to set down the food he bought.
"Oh? By what?" she asks as she raises an eyebrow.
"I met a girl my age, she was beating the tar out of a group of boys in an alley, she seemed strong, so we fought for a bit."
"Hmmm a girl your age that gets your attention besides Satsuki? Should I be worried about my precious baby boy becoming a heartbreaker?" she says with tears coming from her eyes and a fake sad look on her face.
"I'm only ten mom," Naruto deadpans unamused.
Akane just chuckles, "so, what was her name?"
"Naruko Uzumaki…" he then turns to her with a raised eyebrow, "she also has blue slitted eyes, whisker marks and large canines, just like me. Is she holding the yang half of Kurama?"
Akane nods her head at her son's deduction, "congratulations Naruto, you just met your counterpart, and the reason I have 'business' in the village."
Now Naruto is surprised, "why's that?"
Akane then proceeded to tell Naruto everything, from the promise she made to Naruko's parents and the connection between them. She also said she had breastfed both of them at the same time, much to his embarrassment, the reveal of his father being an Uzumaki and vassal to Naruko's mother, Kushina, passing the same responsibility to him.
While at first was concerned about being beholden to someone, it quickly turned to embarrassment when his mother said he should try his hardest to change the title to consort. "Again, I'm only ten! I should be thinking about being an invincible ninja not who to marry!"
Akane just chuckles at her son's response to her teasing, and they sit in silence for a while until Naruto speaks up again, "I actually invited her over so we can train with Satsuki tomorrow. Is that okay?"
Akane smiles, "yea, no one can throw a fuss about two clansmen meeting to train after all, I'm glad you two met as now nothing is stopping her from visiting often and who knows maybe she'd like to have 'extended sleep overs with her vassal as well," she says with a shrug.
After this last statement the two Uchiha finish their meal in silence and head to bed soon after, they are receiving a princess tomorrow after all.
-Next Day-
At the entrance of the compound Naruto can be seen waiting for his new friend to show and he didn't have to wait long. Seeing her come up he jogged over to greet her, "sup Naruko, have any trouble getting here?"
"Nah, it was a straight shot from the orphanage. You ready to train?", she asked clearly excited, training with someone is leagues better than doing to alone with only scrolls to help, it's part of the reason she's always getting in fights.
"Yup my mom took it light today and Satsuki's gonna come over too so we'll get a lot done today," Naruto says nodding his head, "maybe mom will even help us as well, though she can be a bit rough," he shudders, making Naruko raise an eyebrow at him, as they walk the rest of the way in silence.
Arriving at his house he walks in, "mom I'm back and I brought Naruko!"
Akane then came out from the kitchen, surprising Naruko as she recognized the woman, "BIRD LADY?!"
Naruto stifled a laugh at the nickname his new friend gave his mom, especially with how fitting it actually is, though Akane was less amused and gained a tick mark on her head.
"You little brat," she goes over to her and picks the girl up by her collar, "I give you scrolls to learn from, and you still call me that disrespectful name?!"
Naruko just comically struggles in the older woman's grip, "Ah help me Naruto! Stranger danger!"
"I've literally known you since the day you were born!"
Naruto could only shake his head amusedly at the scene in front of him, as he was about to try and breakup the play fight, he hears the doorbell ring, going to the door he opens it to see the clan head's wife, Mikoto, and her daughter Satsuki, "Hello Lady Mikoto, hey Satsuki."
Both females smile at Naruto, "Hello Naruto is your mom here?" Mikoto asks after she and Satsuki are let in the house.
"Yes, though we have a guest over, and she's gonna train with me and Satsuki today," Naruto says, making Satsuki raise an eyebrow.
"I hope she isn't weak," Satsuki speaks up, causing Naruto to grin.
"Nah she isn't, she even managed to make a bruise on my chin when we fought yesterday, my sharingan wasn't activated though," he replies to her as he leads them to the kitchen.
"Hmm I'll see if she's worth it," Satsuki mutters.
This causes her mother to sigh in exasperation, "Satsuki is too obsessed with strength, though it might be due to the little crush she has on Naruto," Mikoto thinks with a giggle.
When the two Uchiha and Naruto arrive to the kitchen they see Naruko laying on her stomach flailing her arms and legs while Akane just sits on her back, "sup Mikoto, look who Naruto managed to find yesterday," she says while gesturing to the struggling girl under her.
"Naruko?" Mikoto says covering her mouth with a hand and tears start to form in her eyes.
Naruko stops struggling as Akane finally gets off her, "Do I know you lady?"
Mikoto just smiles, "I was your mother's friend back when she was alive," Naruko's eyes widen in surprise.
"Really? How come I didn't find out till now?" Naruko asked suspiciously.
Mikoto's expression suddenly turns dark, "because unlike Akane I'm married to the clan head, thus the Third Hokage and his three advisors thought it best I stay away from you as to not 'influence' the way you would run your clan."
"That's stupid," was Naruko's one reply as the two older women could only nod in agreement.
During the conversation Satsuki was staring at Naruko, not seeing anything special about the girl. This was the person that managed to land a hit on Naruto, a feat no other kid in the entire clan besides herself could accomplish? She internally scoffs, "yeah right. Must have been a fluke."
"What the hell are you starin' at pretty boy?" Naruko says, looking at the young Uchiha that had been staring at her since she came in.
Satsuki blinks, at the words said to her, "excuse me?"
Naruko walks up to the girl getting in her face, "ya heard me, watcha starin' for, huh?" She then looks Satsuki up and down as if to size her up.
Satsuki gains a tick mark on her forehead, "I'm a girl you dolt!"
Naruko just rolls her eyes at Satsuki's outburst, "coulda fooled me," she scoffs.
"Y-You-" Satsuki grinds out barely holding in her anger, but then gains a smirk, "I bet a lot of things fool you, considering how idiotic you look, especially with that dumb hair."
Naruko's face quickly goes from indifference to anger, getting even closer to the other girl she pushes her forehead against hers, "the fuck did you just say about my hair pretty boy?"
Satsuki's smirk leaves as soon as she is called a boy again. Pushing back against Naruko's forehead, she says "I said you must be as stupid as your hair looks!" Sparks begin to fly between their eyes as they look ready to fight.
"Alright bitch you asked for it!"
"Bring it on idiot!"
With those words a fight between the two of them ensues, there were punches, kicks, insults, grappling and even hair pulling. As the two girls fought Akane started laughing loudly, "Haha, doesn't that remind of you something, right Mikoto?"
Mikoto just shakes her head, "I was hoping their first meeting would go better," she sighs as she sees Naruko drop kick Satsuki in the chest, sending her crashing into a table. "Ugh, I remember that…"
Naruto could only look on confused at his mother and Mikoto, "Um…what are you two talking about?"
Letting her laughter die down Akane spoke, "this exact same scenario happened when Mikoto and Kushina met when we were starting the academy, down to the exact words and even the drop kick-," Satsuki then did a twist and hit Naruko with a spinning back kick to the face that sends her flying into a nearby wall, "-and that one too. That was nicely done by the way Mikoto, you've been teaching your daughter well."
"I try my best," the Uchiha matriarch says with a proud smile, "but seriously, is Naruko really only taught from scrolls? Her form is almost perfect."
"Yup that girl's a natural, it does help that she gets into fights a lot with other street rats and orphans, heck the only reason Naruto met her was because she was beating the shit out of five older kids in an alley."
Mikoto does a low whistle, "she really is just like Kushina…"
"Yeah…alright break it up you two!" Akane says as she goes over to the two girls and lifts them up by the backs of their shirts, "if you guys have that much energy to spare, I got just the training routine for you…" she says ominously with her red eyes glowing, making both girls gulp nervously as she carries them out of the house and to the yard.
"Come Naruto! We're going to put them through the gauntlet," hearing those words makes Naruto shiver but he runs to catch up with his mother.
Mikoto just shakes her head again, "well at least Satsuki will become stronger after this…" as she too goes outside to observe the tor-training her daughter will go through.

A/N: Alright, First chapter done! As you can see this is technically an Uchiha OC that has the name of Naruto while the person who would've been Naruto was genderbent. Along with that Naruto being the great-grandson of Madara instead of just his grandson like other fics tend to do.
Stuff is also going to be moving at a bit of a fast pace. No offence but I don't want to be the type of author that's at 20 chapters but Naruto hasn't even graduated from the academy yet.
That and it's a bit weird writing lemons for 12 year olds.

(1): If you couldn't tell, 'Soma Uzumaki' is based off of Soma Yukihira from the anime Food Wars. With him having the background of being Kushina's childhood friend that came to Konoha with her.
(2): Naruto's mom, 'Akane' is based off of Raven Branwen from RWBY. with her actual name being Akane since that fits with Naruto's world better and has 'Raven' as a nickname.
(3): If you want to know what her tattoo looks like, it's just like Odin's from God of War: Ragnarök.
(4): I'm making it so being a jinchuriki changes physical traits. So Kushina, Naruko and now Naruto have slit pupils, whisker marks and large canines.
(5): In this fic Minato is the grandson of Tobirama and Toka, making him and Naruko Senju by birth.
