AUTHOR'S NOTES
First published on my Archive of Our Own page, this epic free verse poem about Pitaya Dragon Cookie pays homage to the character. This comes right after the somewhat funny and humorous limerick I wrote about Pitaya Dragon Cookie's missing tail on October 9, 2023. I like writing a lot of Cookie Run poems now for many reasons. For one, Cookie Run DOES NOT get a lot of attention on FFN. And second, I think its an easy fandom to work with in my opinion.
If something is inaccurate regarding this poem, I apologize. Lots of research was put into this poem, and some of his quotes are either mentioned or borrowed in the process to make this poem more enjoyable to all Cookie Run players and fans.

Pitaya Dragon Cookie: The Greenish-Red Dragon
A Cookie Run: Kingdom Free-Verse Poem

Once upon eons ago,
Before Cookies roamed and ran,
The Greenish-Red Dragon soared the skies
Known as Pitaya Dragon Cookie.
Though defeated by the ancient Hollyberry Cookie
Pitaya Dragon Cookie ruled her kingdom.
With a fiery iron fist of burning ambition
Right when Hollyberry Cookie disappeared.
He terrorizes Earthbread with singing fiery flames
Forcing Cookies to feel the wisp of his dragon's breath.
Many Cookies of pastern times told the astounding tales
Of the horrific Pitaya Dragon Cookie.
With a powerful Draconic Bladestorm,
"ENDT IHN DAOND" does he shout!
He'll take a Cookie out in one strike,
Even if one single Cookie cowers away.
His true Dragon form leaves Cookies shivering in fear,
And it's something he never regrets.
Shall one ever come across Pitaya Dragon Cookie…
Sssear, ssscald, and SSSCORCH shall you must!
