Completely unaware of Dr. Eggman's latest scheme, Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends embark on a journey to locate a mysterious object known as the Paradox Prism. Whilst trying to keep the prism from falling into Eggman's hands, Sonic accidentally breaks it to pieces and vanishes. He awakes to find himself in a different dimension in a war between two autonomous robotic beings

[Scene: Green Hill, day]

[Several Flickys can be heard chirping. Sonic dashes by, collecting six Rings which were floating above the ground. In another portion of Green Hill, Big the Cat is slowly walking with Froggy on his head. Sonic speeds right by him, causing the cat to spin, and toss his fishing rod into the air..]

Big: Woah!

[Sonic dashes back to big, and stabilises him to prevent him from falling over. Big's fishing rod lands back in his hand.]

Sonic: Sorry, Big. Sorry, Froggy. Can't chat, gotta go help our friends! [Sonic dashes off]

Big: No problem, Sonic! [Big waves in Sonic's direction. Froggy makes a croaking sound.]

[Cuts to next scene. Sonic is running through a different part of Green Hill.]

Sonic: [v.o] Home is where your friends are, as they say [Sonic winks at the viewer.], and that's Green Hill, where the best beaches, palm trees and Chili dogs are just the tip of the iceberg. [Throughout Sonic's voiceover, the episode cuts to several short flashback clips, first of Amy, Big, Knuckles, Tails, and Birdie around a palm tree, then Amy presenting the palm tree to Sonic, then Tails flying near the tree, and lastly Sonic gazing longingly at a plate of Chili dogs held by Big.] We've saved this place a million times, from this doofus. [While Sonic says this, a clip of Tails, Knuckles and Amy riding the Tornado with Rouge following in tow is played, followed by another clip of Dr. Eggman laughing. After this, it cuts to another clip of Shadow the Hedgehog destroying a rock in Green Hill.] And then there's Shadow. It's complicated, more on him later. [Cuts to another clip of Sonic and co. standing side-by-side in Green Hill. After this clip, the episode returns to showing Sonic's present journey, dashing up the Temple Mountain in Green Hill.] The fact is, we never lose! 'Cause when you have a crew like mine, there's nothing that can stop you!

[Sonic reaches the top of the Temple Mountain, and enters the cavern entrance at the top.]

Sonic: Hey, guys! I made it!

[Amy, Knuckles, Rouge and Tails are shown in the cave, prepared for battle.]

Amy, Knuckles, Rouge and Tails: You're late!

[Cuts to Dr. Eggman who is deeper inside the cave.]

Dr. Eggman: Sonic!

Sonic: Eggman!

[Eggman is shown standing beside the Paradox Prism, partially embedded into the rock. Around him are Orbot, Cubot, and several Burrobots. A giant mech is also seen behind him.]

Dr. Eggman: Just in time to watch me claim the Paradox Prism and transform your disgustingly green world into something more... me. [laughs maniacally]

Sonic: [drops down to the floor of the cavern] Yawn! [Sonic's teammates rush to his side] Yep, I "yawned" you, Eggman.

Dr. Eggman: [Speaking furiously, to his Badniks] Crush them all!

[A horde of Badniks composed of Burrobots, Buzz Bombers, and giant Caterkillers charges forwards from Eggman's side of the cave. Sonic and co. rush towards the Badniks from the opposite side. Sonic destroys a burrobot with a Spin Attack, Knuckles destroys another one with a punch, Rouge flys through the air, destroying a Buzz Bomber with a kick, Amy destroys another Burrobot with her Piko Piko Hammer, and Tails uses an remote controlled laser cannon to blast a Buzz Bomber. Sonic spins around attacking other Badniks, but is bashed by a Caterkiller, causing him to drop Rings.]

Sonic: Whoa!

[Tails, while flying, catches Sonic.]

Tails: Sonic!

Sonic: Yo, Tails! [Tails, tosses Sonic, who performs a Spin Attack, and speeds towards Knuckles, who is fighting several Badniks.] Knuckles! You okay, buddy?

Knuckles: [Angry] Nothing flusters me, Sonic... [Knuckles grabs an attacking Buzz Bomber, and throws it into a wall.] ...except when you're late. [Knuckles dashes off.]

[A Caterkiller approaches Sonic from behind. Rouge comes in with a swift flying kick, and knocks it away.]

Sonic: Thanks, Rouge!

Rouge: Don't mention it. Literally. [Rouge darts off]

[Amy destroys a nearby Burrobot with her hammer. Its disembodied head starts rolling away, but she catches it. Three Flickies fly out of a hole in the head's underside. Sonic dashes over, and leans on the head.]

Sonic: Amy!

Amy: Sonic! Where have you been?

Sonic: Got a little sidetracked. [Sonic spins off up a wall, and attacks several Badniks. Amy destroys another Badnik with her hammer.]

Dr. Eggman: [Furious] Get that rock out of the ground!

[Several Burrobots attempt to drill away at the rock attacking the prism to the ground, but are unable to break it.]

Dr. Eggman: Want something done, do it yourself. [Eggman climbs into his mech.]

[Cuts back to Sonic, who spins over to Tails. They continue fighting Badniks]

Tails: Sonic, we don't know what the Prism is capable of. Be careful.

[Sonic rolls his eyes and dashes off towards Eggman.]

Amy: If Eggman wants it, it can't be good.

Sonic: Got it! [Eggman grips the prism with his mech, and begins trying to remove it.] Step away from the rock, Eggman.

Dr. Eggman: Not this time, you fool.

[As Sonic gets closer and closer to Eggman, the Prism is shown becoming looser and looser due to Eggman's efforts. Once close enough, Sonic jumps and spins towards Eggman and the Prism.]

Tails: Sonic, wait!

[Sonic is about to hit the prism, which is glowing brightly]

Amy, Knuckles, Rouge and Tails: Sonic, no!

[The Paradox Prism shatters into shards, producing multicoloured beams of light which blast Sonic's friends backwards. Additionally, they are all caught in the blast. Suddenly, all the light in the area is sucked into where the Paradox Prism once was, leaving the area in total darkness.]

[Scene change: The Void]

[An unconscious Sonic appears out of a blue rift, followed by several large shards. Multicoloured energy is pulsating on Sonic's shoes. As Sonic drifts through the Void towards a bright multicoloured light, a giant astral figure resembling Eggman appears.]

Dr. Eggman: One day I'll destroy that hedgehog, and the world will be a brighter place for it, lit by neon.

[Sonic drifts towards an astral figure of Tails]

Tails: As long as I'm around, you'll always have a wingman!

[Sonic drifts towards an astral figure of Amy]

Amy: The forest is the most beautiful place on earth.

[Sonic drifts towards an astral figure of Knuckles]

Knuckles: I don't need the details, just tell me who to smash.

[Sonic drifts towards an astral figure of Rouge]

Rouge: You may not like the way I do things, but I get things done!

[Sonic drift towards an astral figure of Big]

Big: No problem Sonic!

[Sonic continues drifting, away from the figures]

Amy: [offscreen] Hey, I may be the one who can bring everyone together, but there's only one hedgehog they'll follow into battle.

Tails: [offscreen] Heh heh! I don't need an army when I've got a friend like you, Sonic.

Dr. Eggman: [offscreen] I will rule the world, and no rodents are going to stop me.

Amy: [offscreen] We'd follow you anywhere, Sonic.

[Sonic is pulled into a multicoloured light, and the screen fades to white.]

Tails: [offscreen] Nothing could break our friendship, Sonic.

[Scene change: Jasper Nevada]

A red dodger was talking to somebody through his com-link while driving through desert plains.

Cliffjumper: And then it hits me boom, I'm illegally parked!

Arcee: Seriously Cliff, another parking ticket not sure how that complies with Autobot rule number one 'keep a low profile?'

Cliffjumper: Eh what can i say all this energon scouting is making me lonesome, almost makes me miss the Decepticons.

Arcee: Like Jasper Nevada's a party, we're alone wherever we travel on this rock cliff.

Cliffjumper then suddenly detects a signal on his radar.

Cliffjumper: Got something on radar.

Arcee: You need backup?

Cliffjumper: Do I ever need backup?

Cliffjumper then drove to the source of the signal and found an energon deposit.

Cliffjumper: By the Allspark! Arcee you're not gonna believe but I've just found a whole lot of energon.

But then suddenly a big gigantic black ship appeared above Cliffjumper, it was the Nemesis. As Cliffjumper transforms into his robot he sees Decepticon troopers falling from the ship.

Cliffjumper: It can't be.

Cliffjumper: Arcee about that backup

Arcee: Let me guess, cons?

Cliffjumper: Cons.

Arcee: Scrap!

Cliffjumper: All right boys I'm warning ya cause I'mma put a few dents into ya and you know what they say, you mess with cliffjumper then you get the horns.

The Vehicons started shooting at Cliffjumper to eliminate him however as one by one they all started getting horns in them as Cliffjumper bashed them and started firing at them to hold them off until the rest of team prime gets here.

Arcee: Arcee to Optimus, the cons are back! And Cliff might be neck deep in scrap!

Optimus: Understood Ratchet do you have Cliffjumper's coordinates?

The Autobot medic was driving through an icy area

Ratchet: I'm locked on his signal Optimus but our team's scattered across time zones

Optimus: Arcee, Bulkhead, Bumblebee, rendezvous back at base and prepare to groundbridge.

Back with Cliffjumper, the Autobot was dodging the Vehicons fire whilst returning fire to his enemies however one of them landed a lucky shot on Cliffjumper.

Cliffjumper: All right then! You want the horns? Then come and get some!

Cliffjumper charges at the Vehicon troopers shooting them one by one until they all see something in the sky.

Cliffjumper: Wait what is that?

The Autobot focused his optics in the sky and saw a blue hedgehog falling.

Cliffjumper: Oh no! I have to distract the cons!

Cliffjumper then redirected the attention of the Vehicon troopers by waving his hand.

Cliffjumper: HEY BOYS COME AND GET ME!

As the Vehicon troopers fire at Cliffjumper, the Autobot moved at of the way and transformed into his vehicle form to save the blue whilst the energon exploded creating a big blue explosion, whilst on the Nemesis, Starscream, second in command of the Decepticons, was angered over the loss of the energon deposit.

Starscream: Grr… how can you fools be so incompetent! Never mind, I suppose the energon is worthless to me now, set course for the nearest energon deposits, and this time no energon explosion!

As the Nemesis leaves the area, a groundbridge opens up and out comes five Autobots.

Optimus: An untapped energon deposit.

Bulkhead: What's left of it.

Ratchet: the first Decepticon activity in three years

Optimus: That we know of. If they're scouting for energon, they may be preparing for his return.

Cliffjumper: Hey guys!

The Autobots heard Cliffjumper's voice and were relieved to find that he's alive

Arcee: Cliffjumper! I thought you were?

Cliffjumper: gone please? Remember when you mess with Cliffjumper then you get the horns. And uh Ratchet not to bother you or anything but look what i found.

Cliffjumper shows the other Autobots, a blue hedgehog holding a green gemstone.

Bumblebee: (What is that?)

Optimus: A blue hedgehog

Arcee: Whoa…

Bulkhead: No way

Ratchet: But how? How is this possible?

Cliffjumper: I-I don't know. One minute I was fighting the cons and the next minute I found him falling from the sky with this green gemstone.

Ratchet examines the blue hedgehog until he finds a bright energy coursing through the hedgehog's shoes which greatly shocks him.

Ratchet: Optimus I think you better see this.

Optimus: What is it Ratchet?

Ratchet: look at the blue hedgehog's shoes.

Optimus examines the blue hedgehog's shoes.

Optimus: There is a form of energy coursing through the hedgehog's shoes whatever it may be. And what of the gemstone?

Ratchet: The gemstone is emitting a rather unusual energy, whatever it is, it is extremely powerful.

The others were scouting ahead to see what they could find and as Bulkhead was scouting ahead he found a blue shard.

Bulkhead: Hey guys look at what I found!

Optimus: What do you think of this shard Ratchet? Could this be energon?

Ratchet was scanning the blue shard and the blue hedgehog and discovered that they are emitting the same energy source found on the hedgehog's shoes.

Ratchet: Unlikely Optimus. The scans I took from the shard and the blue hedgehog match each other and are very different from the green gemstone.

Arcee: meaning?

Ratchet: It means that the blue shard is emitting the same energy source that is coursing through the blue hedgehog's shoes and the green gemstone is emitting a highly unusual power signature.

Optimus: What do you suggest, old friend?

Ratchet: I would advise we take them back to base for examination, so that I may determine how they got here.

Optimus: Sound advice old friend. Arcee, Bulkhead, Bumblebee and Cliffjumper, I want you all to patrol through Jasper Nevada. Until we can learn more about this blue creature, you four must make sure that the Decepticons bring no harm to the humans.

Arcee: understood Optimus. You four with me.

And with that the four Autobots transform into their respective vehicular forms and head for Jasper Nevada for patrol.

Meanwhile back on the Nemesis, Soundwave, the chief surveillance of the Decepticons, approached Starscream on the bridge.

Starscream: Soundwave what is it?

Soundwave produced a recording of Arcee's conversation with Cliffjumper.

Soundwave(Arcee): Like Jasper Nevada's a party, we're alone wherever we travel on this rock cliff.

Starscream: Ah the one called Arcee, whilst we may have failed at eliminating Cliffjumper, I'm sure that can be compensated with Arcee's death. After all, why attempt at killing one Autobot, when we can kill all of them and besides we still have the advantage of surprise, deploy two units to hunt down the Autobots and rendezvous with the space bridge.

In a busy part of Jasper was a 16 year old boy working at a fast-food joint called the KO burger, he had slick black hair and blue eyes and was working at the drive-in window and was taking someone's order.

Jack Darby: Welcome to K.O drive in, where every patty is a knockout. May I take your order?

Teen Jerk: Two super combos, extra fries.

Jack Darby: Okay, dos número two's. Anything else?

Teen Jerk: Yeah, some advice. How do I get an awesome job like yours?

Jack's tormentors were laughing after their joke. Jack, however, was ticked off and decided to give them a taste of their own words.

Jack Darby: So that's two, 'we're not as funny as we think we are' combos, with a side of 'bite me'.

One of them stopped laughing when Jack said that and he wasn't happy.

Teen Jerk: What'd you say?!

Jack Darby: $5.59 sir, at the window.

The car came around and got the food and drove off with laughter from Jack's tormentors and they didn't even pay for their food.

Jack Darby: Hey! I have to pay for that!

Arcee was driving down an abandoned road in the desert near Jasper with Cliffjumper, Bumblebee and Bulkhead behind her. Arcee activated her holographic human projection as she entered Jasper, so she doesn't get noticed by humans. Arcee and Cliffjumper drive in one direction, whilst Bumblebee and Bulkhead track off from them and patrol another area of the town.

Arcee: You know Cliff. You had me scared for a moment when I thought you were gone.

Cliffjumper: Well if it weren't for me then that blue hedgehog surely would've died.

Arcee: Nonetheless you saved a life and you should feel proud whilst it resulted in the loss of the energon deposit for not only us but the Decepticons too but still-.

Before Arcee could finish her sentence, she spotted two Vehicons with her side shields and they began to follow them.

Arcee: Twins.

Cliffjumper: Split up, partner?

Arcee: Not this time. I'm not losing you.

They started accelerating away and stopping at a parking lot at K.O Burger, hoping to lose the Vehicons which drove away.

Arcee: Take five, Sadie.

The holographic projection disappears, while Cliff smirks at his partner.

Cliffjumper: Didn't know you named your hologram human.

Arcee: Oh, zip it.

Back at K.O Burger, Jack walked off K.O burger as his shift ended. He was walking towards a bike, when suddenly his cell phone started ringing in his pocket, he took it out and flipped it open to answer the phone.

Jack: Hey, Mom. I just got off.

His mother asked him if he was going to the dance she heard about, while he was walking around the parking lot.

Jack: No, I'm not going to the dance. Experience suggests I should never cut a rug... Unless I'm installing carpet.

His mother tells him to be careful.

Jack: Be careful'? Seriously? This is jasper.

He then noticed Arcee in her alternate mode parked and quickly took his phone off his ear for a second and whispered.

Jack: I love you.

Jack puts his phone back to his ear.

Jack: Yeah, I-I love you too, Mom. I got to run.

He hangs up his phone and walks to Arcee.

Jack: Hello, beautiful. Where have you been all my life?

He gets on Arcee, feeling Arcee's seat with his hand, with Cliffjumper laughing quietly, while enjoying the show.

Jack: Nice. It may take a few K.O paychecks, but I'm gonna own a ride like you someday.

Sierra: Are you talking to your motorcycle?

Jack: Uh, my motorcycle? No. I-I mean yes, yes. It's.. It's mine, but, uh, no, I'm talking to… Well, to you, I am. How's things, Sierra? Take you for a spin sometime?

Cliffjumper was enjoying how Jack was embarrassing himself, however, his happiness was off when he and Arcee tilted their side view mirrors and saw the two Vehicons were behind them from a distance away and were slowly driving towards them.

Cliffjumper: Uh oh...

Arcee: Come on, smooth operator. Wrap it up.

As much as Cliff wanted to see Jack embarrass himself some more, like Arcee, he was hoping he and the girls would leave soon.

Sierra and her friend were shocked that Jack knew her name.

Sierra: You know my name?

Jack: We're in the homeroom together. I'm Jack, Jack Darby.

Suddenly the Vehicons revved up their engines and their headlights flashed at Jack, causing him to cover his eyes with his hand.

Arcee and Cliffjumper: Scrap!

The Vehicons accelerated towards her, causing Sierra and her friend to run away. Arcee started up her engine and drove towards the space between both Vehicons, doing a wheelie as Jack was still on her. Cliff started his engine as well and followed Arcee.

Jack: Hey! Whoa! Whoa! Woah!

The tires of the Vehicons screeched as Arcee went between them and made a U-turn and started to chase after Arcee and Cliffjumper.

Arcee: Do not let go.

Jack: Who said that?!

Jack didn't know who told him not to let go of the motorcycle, however, he didn't realise that the motorcycle was talking to him.

The two Vehicons came between Arcee trying to crush Arcee and Jack with their tires, but she went backwards as the Vehicons tried it and then accelerated away, driving down another street. One Vehicon tried to follow her, but Cliffjumper bumped into him by the side and accelerated away as well, following his partner's lead. The Vehicon decided to contact Starscream, while they followed the Autobots.

Vehicon: Commander Starscream, we spotted two Autobots. One of them has a human.

Starscream: Destroy them! I'm sending another one to assist you two.

Arcee stopped in an alleyway to let Jack off of her, while Cliff waited for her and looked for the 'Cons.

Jack: What are you?

Arcee: I don't exist. Tell anyone and I'll hunt you down.

He stumbled away surprised at what just happened. She then drove off with Cliff.

Cliffjumper: You didn't have to be too hard on the kid, 'Cee.

Arcee rolled her eyes at Cliffjumper. While they were driving away, three Vehicons drove down the alleyway and saw one of the Vehicons going after Jack.

Arcee: Scrap!

Cliffjumper: Get the kid, I'll try to hold them off.

Arcee: Got it, partner.

She turns around to go back for him, while Cliff holds off the 'cons. She accelerated toward the Vehicons chasing her and jumped into mid air while in alternate mode and landed back on the ground going back to collect Jack.

Jack was panting as he was running away from the Vehicon.

Jack: I don't even know her!

Arcee suddenly drove on top of the Vehicon and got to Jack.

Arcee: Hop on!

Jack did so, while Cliff appeared beside Arcee, while the Vehicons chased after them.

Arcee: Thanks for holding them off, Cliff.

Cliffjumper: No problem, Arcee.

The Vehicons chased after them, and soon the two Autobots drove onto a road that leads to a highway, and the Vehicons activated their blasters and started to shoot at them.

Jack: Why are those guys shooting at us? And who's the red dodge challenger?

Arcee: There's no 'us', kid. The red dodge challenger is Cliffjumper and those guys aren't 'guys'.

Arcee and Cliffjumper drove past multiple cars with the Vehicons following them, soon enough Bumblebee appeared on the highway and slammed into one of the Vehicons, causing the Vehicon he hit to damage the other one. Bumblebee suddenly turns around and follows Arcee and Cliff, while Jacks turns around and looks at Bumblebee.

Jack: Friend of yours?

Arcee: Family.

Arcee then speeds off with Cliffjumper following her. As the Vehicons tried to catch up to Bumblebee, he kept blocking them past him as each time they moved he followed, till one moved and one accelerated next to him and slammed him.

Meanwhile nearby, underneath the highway in an underpass which was a drainage tunnel a Japanese exchange student and a preteen boy with glasses was playing with RC toy cars, when a phone in his pocket rang.

Raf's mom: What are you doing?

Raf: Racing. Right up the street.

Raf's mom: You need to come home, it's almost your bedtime.

Raf: Okay. Just five more minutes?

Miko: Let me guess your mom?

Raf: Yep my mom.

Back on the highway, in front of Arcee and Cliffjumper was a blocked road, so the the motorcycle and the dodge challenger made a detour and jumped a ramp and landed on a steep hill that lead to the same place where the japanese exchange student and the preteen boy was playing with his RC cars and drove down the hill and landed a few feet from the boy.

The boy dropped his controller as he and Miko looked at Arcee and Cliffjumper in surprise.

Raf: Woah.

Miko: No way

Jack sighed and got off Arcee.

Jack: You have no idea.

Just then, the three Vehicons were atop the hill that Cee and Cliff just rode down and revved their engines and drove down and then transformed while in mid-air and landed in the underpass on their feet.

Just then Arcee and Cliffjumper immediately transformed.

Arcee: This ends here, cons!

Cliffjumper: Bring it on!

The humans ran away to a safe distance as Arcee and Cliffjumper rushed toward the Vehicons, while the two were shooting at them. They avoided every shot the Vehicons fired, meanwhile Arcee jumped and knocked the one on the left down while Cliffjumper did the same to the other one and then punched the third who tried to do a sneak attack on him. Raf Miko and Jack were watching the battle.

Raf: What are they?

Jack: Talking cars that turn into robots. Or the other way around.

Miko: You think!

Arcee was fighting the Vehicon, while dodging his attacks. She then punched the Vehicon's head four times.

Arcee: THIS IS FOR NEARLY KILLING CLIFFJUMPER!

Cliffjumper and Arcee were dodging the cons shooting and returned fire to them however one of the Vehicons got a lucky shot at Arcee.

Cliffjumper: ARCEE!

Then Bumblebee appeared right above them, and transformed into his robot form then punched one of the Vehicon mid air and shot the other two Vehicons whilst Cliffjumper checked on Arcee.

Cliffjumper: You okay?

Arcee: I'm fine Cliff.

Cliffjumper: You sure?

Arcee: I'm fine Cliff, really I'm fine.

As Bumblebee landed he heard a crunch sound and lifted his foot up only to find that he accidentally landed on Raf's controller.

Bumblebee: (Sorry I didn't mean to do that.)

Raf: That's okay.

Meanwhile aboard the Nemesis Soundwave showed Starscream the battle that took place with Laserbeak observing the Autobots and the humans.

Starscream: GRRRR how can a few soldiers lose to the Autobots so easily! Deploy a squadron of flyers and eviscerate the Autobots!

Back with the Autobots and the humans.

Arcee: Are you three okay?

Miko: This is like heaven.

Jack: yeah I'm fine

Raf: Me too, what were those guys anyway?

Cliffjumper: Those guys are the Decepticons.

Jack: What are the Decepticons?

Bumblebee: (they're bad guys they want to rule the universe through fear.)

Raf: whoa seriously!

Miko: Not to be mean or anything but what is he saying because he is making a buzzing noise.

Raf: He says that the Decepticons are bad guys who want to rule the universe through fear.

Cliffjumper: Are my audio receptors deceiving me or did he just translate what Bee just said?

Raf: I have a talent in computing.

Jack: So what do we do now?

Arcee: Since the Decepticons know that you're with us, you are in danger. It's best if you guys remain under our protection.

Cliffjumper: Arcee are you sure about this?

Arcee: Optimus would've done the same cliff.

Bumblebee: (I agree with Arcee.)

Cliffjumper: you're right.

Jack: Guys what are those up there.

The Autobots looked at the sky and saw a squadron of Vehicons transforming and surrounding them as they got out their weapons.

Arcee: Scrap!

The Vehicons were ready to kill the Autobots until one of the Vehicons was hit from behind with a shot to the back. As the others turned around they were shocked to see a two tailed fox with a red arm cannon, a red echidna and a pink hedgehog.

Amy: I'm warning you, leave them alone or pay the price.

The Vehicons then started firing at Tails, Knuckles and Amy, however luckily for them three, Tails jumped up into the sky and started using his two tails to fly whilst shooting at the Vehicons to distract them, Knuckles jumped too but drilled down and drilled up to ambush one of the Vehicons and cracking his visor and Amy charged head first with her piko piko hammer and started bashing the Vehicons into the walls.

Arcee: whoa.

Cliffjumper: You gotta be kidding me.

Bumblebee: (Holy spark!)

Miko: Holy mackerel.

Jack: No way Raf are you seeing this.

Raf: Yes I am.

Then Bulkhead arrived and transformed into his robot form and was shocked to see a pink hedgehog, a two tailed fox and a red echidna.

Bulkhead: No way.

As team rose finished beating up the Decepticon, they checked to see if the Autobots and the kids were alright.

Amy: Are you guys okay?

Arcee: I think so.

Amy: Oh right sorry i forgot to introduce myself my name's Amy Rose nice to meet you and these are my friends.

Tails: My name is Miles Prower but everyone calls me Tails.

Knuckles: And I'm Knuckles, Knuckles the echidna.

Jack: I'm Jack Darby.

Miko: Miko Nakadai.

Raf: My name is Raf Esquivel.

Arcee: I'm Arcee

Cliffjumper: Cliffjumper's the name.

Bulkhead: I'm Bulkhead.

Bumblebee: (My name is Bumblebee, nice to meet you.)

Tails: Nice to meet you too Bumblebee.

Cliffjumper: whoa you can understand what Bumblebee is saying.

Tails: Actually I'm using this.

Tails show everyone the miles electric.

Arcee: What is that?

Tails: That is my miles electric, it's my own personal device.

Raf: It looks cool.

Tails: Thank you.

Amy: Um guys I don't mean to interrupt but we got to find sonic.

Arcee: Who's sonic?

Tails: He's a blue hedgehog you wouldn't happen to see him around.

The Autobots suddenly remember the blue hedgehog cliffjumper found at the destroyed energon deposit, then they suddenly transform into their vehicle form.

Arcee: Jack hop on.

Jack: Okay.

Bumblebee: (Raf, Tails you can come in.)

Raf: Awesome

Tails: Cool.

Bulkhead: One power type to another.

Knuckles: Definitely.

Cliffjumper: A seat for two, Miss Rose and Miss Nakadia.

Amy: Oh thank you.

Miko: AWESOME!

And with that the Autobots and their new friends drove off to base unaware that Starscream and Soundwave observed them through Laserbeak.

Starscream: Those creatures are unlike anything I've ever seen before, but it is clear that they now present a clear danger to the Decepticons now that they have teamed up with the Autobots.

After returning to base with their new friends, Arcee explained everything to Optimus.

Arcee: And we would've been scrap metal and the kid's would've died if it wasn't for the help of Amy, Tails and Knuckles.

Optimus: I see.

Optimus kneels down to Tails, Knuckles and Amy.

Optimus: I thank you three for your assistance were it not for you then not only will my friends have perished but the humans too.

Amy: Any time Optimus.

Optimus then turns to Ratchet.

Optimus: How is the patient, old friend?

Ratchet: He's fine for the moment, Optimus. Still can't believe that we would be visited by talking animals.

Raf: I'm Raf.

Miko: I'm Miko!

Miko then looks at the green Autobot.

Miko: Who are you?

Bulkhead looked nervously at her, but answered her question.

Bulkhead: Um, Bulkhead.

Miko then began asking at 100 miles per hour making Bulkhead a little nervous.

Miko: Are you a car? I bet you're a truck. A monster truck! Do you like heavy metal? How much do you weigh? Ever use a wrecking ball for a punching bag?

Then the alarm sounded.

Optimus: What is happening?

Ratchet: I'm detecting two powerful energy readings and it's… internal?

Bulkhead: But that doesn't make any sense?

Ratchet: Not unless that green gemstone we found with the blue hedgehog is emitting that kind of energy which it currently is.

Tails: It wouldn't happen to look like this?

Tails shows the Autobots a glowing yellow gemstone.

Cliffjumper: whoa that looks like the green gemstone except that this one is yellow.

Knuckles: Ratchet's right and the chaos energy is coming from sonic so that means he has a chaos emerald!

Arcee: A what?

Amy: Knuckles will handle the explanation later.

Sonic's friends run towards and they find the green chaos emerald.

Amy: A chaos emerald!

And then sonic suddenly wakes up.

Sonic: Oh my head, where am I?

Sonic then looks up at Tails, Knuckles and Amy.

Sonic: Tails, Knuckles, Amy!

Tails, Knuckles and Amy: SONIC!

Sonic and his friends then proceed to hug each other, and after that he looked at the Autobots.

Sonic: Whoa!

Tails: Yeah I know they're really big robots.

Sonic: And the Kids?

Amy: Haven't you heard sonic, humans multiply.

Sonic: Wow, so sarcastic.

Knuckles: Right then what were you doing with the chaos emerald sonic?

Sonic: Oh right, I don't know that but while I was unconscious I've been having dreams about shadow.

Tails: Shadow must've found this chaos emerald and threw it after you so that you can listen to the message that he left for you.

Ratchet: Okay who is this shadow character?

Tails: Shadow is our friend, he's also the ultimate life form.

Arcee: Is that even possible?

Tails: It could be that is, if you were like Shadow.

Cliffjumper: Anyway didn't you guys say you were gonna tell us about the… what was it called again?

Tails: Chaos emeralds.

Cliffjumper: Yeah those.

Knuckles: I'll provide an explanation for the chaos emeralds, now let's see where I should start off.

Knuckles then clears his throat as he tells the origin of the chaos emeralds.

Knuckles: The chaos emeralds are the seven mystical gemstones found in our dimension, nobody knows where they came from but legend has it that the chaos emeralds were said to be forged by the gods themselves. Just one chaos emerald can be used as a battery for machinery and can also increase one's overall strength but when the user has all seven chaos emeralds in their possession… THE USER WILL HAVE THE ULTIMATE POWER!

Arcee, Cliffjumper, Bulkhead and Bumblebee: Whoa! (Whoa!)

Ratchet: By the Allspark! Imagine what the Decepticons could do with that level of power they would be able to bend earth to his twisted rule.

Raf then looks at the Autobots.

Raf: So if you are robots, who made you?

Ratchet scoffs when Raf asks that question.

Ratchet: Puh-lease!

Suddenly, the ground began to shake as Jack and the others heard giant footsteps behind them, Bulk and the others were used to it, before the humans, team Sonic knew it, they were standing in the presence of the leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime.

Optimus: We are Autonomous Robotic organisms from the planet Cybertron, also known as Autobots.

Jack: Why are you here?

Optimus: To protect your world from the Decepticons.

Arcee: The jokers who tried to bump us off last night.

Amy scratched her ear with his finger before remembering that night.

Amy: Alright, that makes sense.

Jack: Okay, why are they here?

Optimus then knelt before team Sonic and the kids.

Optimus: A fair question, Jack. In part, they are here because our planet is uninhabitable, ravaged by centuries of civil war.

Tails: A civil war?

Raf: Why were you fighting a war?

Optimus then explains the 'Great War' back on Cybertron.

Optimus: Foremost, over control of our world's supply of energon, the fuel and lifeblood of Autobots and Decepticons alike. The combat was fierce and endured for centuries. In the beginning, I fought alongside one whom I considered a brother. But in war ideals can be corrupted. And was thus... That Megatron lost his way.

Miko suddenly yawns out of boredom.

Miko: Is there gonna be a quiz?

Jack, and team Sonic glared at her for her disrespect before turning back to Optimus.

Sonic: Who's Megatron?

Tails: Why would he turn against you?

Knuckles: And why would he ravage his home planet?

Amy: And why would he oppress freedom and create a cruel society?

Jack: And what does Megatron... or any of this have to do with us?

Optimus: Megatron has not been seen nor heard from in sometime. But if his return is imminent, as I fear, it could be catastrophic.

Miko: So how exactly did you four get here?

Ratchet holds the blue prism shard.

Ratchet: And what exactly is this?

Sonic: Well, allow me to explain.

*Begin of flashback*

[Scene: Green Hill, day]

[Several Flickys can be heard chirping. Sonic dashes by, collecting six Rings which were floating above the ground. In another portion of Green Hill, Big the Cat is slowly walking with Froggy on his head. Sonic speeds right by him, causing the cat to spin, and toss his fishing rod into the air..]

Big: Woah!

[Sonic dashes back to big, and stabilises him to prevent him from falling over. Big's fishing rod lands back in his hand.]

Sonic: Sorry, Big. Sorry, Froggy. Can't chat, gotta go help our friends! [Sonic dashes off]

Big: No problem, Sonic! [Big waves in Sonic's direction. Froggy makes a croaking sound.]

[Cuts to next scene. Sonic is running through a different part of Green Hill.]

Sonic: [v.o] Home is where your friends are, as they say [Sonic winks at the viewer.], and that's Green Hill, where the best beaches, palm trees and Chili dogs are just the tip of the iceberg. [Throughout Sonic's voiceover, the episode cuts to several short flashback clips, first of Amy, Big, Knuckles, Tails, and Birdie around a palm tree, then Amy presenting the palm tree to Sonic, then Tails flying near the tree, and lastly Sonic gazing longingly at a plate of Chili dogs held by Big.] We've saved this place a million times, from this doofus. [While Sonic says this, a clip of Tails, Knuckles and Amy riding the Tornado with Rouge following in tow is played, followed by another clip of Dr. Eggman laughing. After this, it cuts to another clip of Shadow the Hedgehog destroying a rock in Green Hill.] And then there's Shadow. It's complicated, more on him later. [Cuts to another clip of Sonic and co. standing side-by-side in Green Hill. After this clip, the episode returns to showing Sonic's present journey, dashing up the Temple Mountain in Green Hill.] The fact is, we never lose! 'Cause when you have a crew like mine, there's nothing that can stop you!

[Sonic reaches the top of the Temple Mountain, and enters the cavern entrance at the top.]

Sonic: Hey, guys! I made it!

[Amy, Knuckles, Rouge and Tails are shown in the cave, prepared for battle.]

Amy, Knuckles, Rouge and Tails: You're late!

[Cuts to Dr. Eggman who is deeper inside the cave.]

Dr. Eggman: Sonic!

Sonic: Eggman!

[Eggman is shown standing beside the Paradox Prism, partially embedded into the rock. Around him are Orbot, Cubot, and several Burrobots. A giant mech is also seen behind him.]

Dr. Eggman: Just in time to watch me claim the Paradox Prism and transform your disgustingly green world into something more... me. [laughs maniacally]

Sonic: [drops down to the floor of the cavern] Yawn! [Sonic's teammates rush to his side] Yep, I "yawned" you, Eggman.

Dr. Eggman: [Speaking furiously, to his Badniks] Crush them all!

[A horde of Badniks composed of Burrobots, Buzz Bombers, and giant Caterkillers charges forwards from Eggman's side of the cave. Sonic and co. rush towards the Badniks from the opposite side. Sonic destroys a burrobot with a Spin Attack, Knuckles destroys another one with a punch, Rouge flys through the air, destroying a Buzz Bomber with a kick, Amy destroys another Burrobot with her Piko Piko Hammer, and Tails uses an remote controlled laser cannon to blast a Buzz Bomber. Sonic spins around attacking other Badniks, but is bashed by a Caterkiller, causing him to drop Rings.]

Sonic: Whoa!

[Tails, while flying, catches Sonic.]

Tails: Sonic!

Sonic: Yo, Tails! [Tails, tosses Sonic, who performs a Spin Attack, and speeds towards Knuckles, who is fighting several Badniks.] Knuckles! You okay, buddy?

Knuckles: [Angry] Nothing flusters me, Sonic... [Knuckles grabs an attacking Buzz Bomber, and throws it into a wall.] ...except when you're late. [Knuckles dashes off.]

[A Caterkiller approaches Sonic from behind. Rouge comes in with a swift flying kick, and knocks it away.]

Sonic: Thanks, Rouge!

Rouge: Don't mention it. Literally. [Rouge darts off]

[Amy destroys a nearby Burrobot with her hammer. Its disembodied head starts rolling away, but she catches it. Three Flickies fly out of a hole in the head's underside. Sonic dashes over, and leans on the head.]

Sonic: Amy!

Amy: Sonic! Where have you been?

Sonic: Got a little sidetracked. [Sonic spins off up a wall, and attacks several Badniks. Amy destroys another Badnik with her hammer.]

Dr. Eggman: [Furious] Get that rock out of the ground!

[Several Burrobots attempt to drill away at the rock attacking the prism to the ground, but are unable to break it.]

Dr. Eggman: Want something done, do it yourself. [Eggman climbs into his mech.]

[Cuts back to Sonic, who spins over to Tails. They continue fighting Badniks]

Tails: Sonic, we don't know what the Prism is capable of. Be careful.

[Sonic rolls his eyes and dashes off towards Eggman.]

Amy: If Eggman wants it, it can't be good.

Sonic: Got it! [Eggman grips the prism with his mech, and begins trying to remove it.] Step away from the rock, Eggman.

Dr. Eggman: Not this time, you fool.

[As Sonic gets closer and closer to Eggman, the Prism is shown becoming looser and looser due to Eggman's efforts. Once close enough, Sonic jumps and spins towards Eggman and the Prism.]

Tails: Sonic, wait!

[Sonic is about to hit the prism, which is glowing brightly]

Amy, Knuckles, Rouge and Tails: Sonic, no!

[The Paradox Prism shatters into shards, producing multicoloured beams of light which blast Sonic's friends backwards. Additionally, they are all caught in the blast. Suddenly, all the light in the area is sucked into where the Paradox Prism once was, leaving the area in total darkness.]

*End of flashback*

Arcee: I must say that is quite an adventure.

Amy: Trust me Arcee, if it's Sonic then it's an adventure.

Ratchet: So you're saying that all this happened because sonic shattered the Paradox Prism?

Knuckles: That is precisely what happened.

Optimus: Nonetheless we must not allow the Decepticons to gather their hands on both the chaos emeralds and the Paradox Prism for in their hands can be used as a weapon of mass destruction.

Back on the Nemesis in space, Soundwave was approaching Starscream on the bridge, picking up some transmissions.

Starscream: Those transmissions are emanating from deep space, I would hate to waste the Energon... Unless you are absolutely certain.

Soundwave only nodded his head for a response, making Starscream sighed. He then turned around and ordered the Vehicon.

Starscream: Then lock on transmission coordinates and activate the space bridge.

The Vehicon did as he was told as he typed in the coordinates and activated the space bridge.

In another part of Space, near the Earth's atmosphere a giant circular device activated and a green and blue light came from it and a Cybertronian Jet exited the space bridge and transformed into the Decepticon leader, Megatron, himself.

Megatron: Decepticons... I have returned.

*Begin flashback*

[Scene: Green Hill, day]

[A yellow aura spins across a bridge in the background. Shadow Drifts right and left and jumps over a rock. A bird's eye view shows him weaving around the area. He then jumps onto a rock high in the air before spin attacking a rock, breaking it. He stands for a brief moment and looks around, before spinning again, drifting into and stepping onto another clump of rocks, before shattering them. He spin attacks and destroys another rock. He looks around, then spin dashes and breaks another rock. He runs into another heap and dives in slow motion with his fists and feet in the air. He pummels and breaks them, generating a cloud of dust which covers the screen. As the dust clears, a green gem floats in front of him.]

Shadow: Chaos Emerald. [He holds it with a smile] There you are. [Holds it up high] CHAOS CONTROL!

[He disappears in a ball of light with the Emerald, then reappears, running on a narrow winding platform. He grinds to a halt. He feels a rumble as he notices little birds fly upwards. Shadow looks down at the pebbles moving about on the shaking ground, before looking ahead. A glowing sparking shockwave heads towards him, forcing him into his combat pose. He tries to brace himself, but the shockwave engulfs him in a bright light.]

[Scene Change: Void]

[A clear ball of light appears in a red core, with a Sonic peeling around it. Shadow's gloves reach towards it.]

[Scene Change: Green Hill]

[A blizzard of bubbles and sparks scatter around Shadow. The shockwave moves away.]

Shadow: [Furiously, to himself] Sonic.

[Scene Change: Green Hill, evening]

[Shadow speeds through Green Hill again, having cleared a straight line across the landscape, collecting rings at high speed. On the other side, Sonic is also seen dashing through Green Hill, collecting rings in the process. All of a sudden, he sees Shadow right in front of him. Shadow has jumped off of a grass ledge to smack Sonic right in the face at full speed]

Sonic: AAAAAAAAH! [Grunts as he is shocked by Shadow into the air. The camera pans on a slow-motion flying Sonic's face, and time freezes.]

Sonic: [voice over] So, I know what you're thinking, "Sonic has a twin brother?" Well, no.

[The camera pans in on Shadow] This guy right here is Shadow, and he's kinda my biggest rival. [A thumbnail appears. It shows Shadow busting open a rock] He's also a real buzz-kill. And by the way, he roller-skates! [A second thumbnail appears, showing Shadow skating with his Air Shoes. He seems to take notice of Sonic's voice over comment on his shoes]

Shadow: [On the second thumbnail] They're Air Shoes.

[Time resumes to normal speed. Sonic hits the ground on his back and slides until he stops. He gets up in a sitting position]

Sonic: Shadow?!

Shadow: What did you do?

Sonic: What did I do? Eggman's the bad guy, remember?

Shadow: [Charging at him] You literally shook the world.

[Sonic dodges with an acrobatic jump and collects his dropped rings, taunting while holding one of them.]

Sonic: That's 'cause I'm good. And powerful, apparently. Jealous?

[He dashes to avoid Shadow's Chaos Control. Shadow chases him.]

Sonic: Maybe my winning disrupted your brooding? Or is it skulking? That's a word, right?

[Sonic tries to spin attack him, but he dodges, and stops, letting Sonic spin away from him.]

Shadow: You need to stop, Sonic, and listen for once!

[Sonic comes back and spins past Shadow, causing him to flinch. He does it again, causing him to flinch, growl and chase each other across the landscape. Shadow runs along a path above Sonic. He jumps onto Sonic with a direct hit, who goes flying but manages to stay on his feet. Sonic continues running and trips over a rock.]

Sonic: Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!

[He runs on his hands. He looks upside-down and sees Shadow running towards him. Sonic looks ahead and sees a clump of rocks. He spins, jumps over them, and runs on his feet once again. Shadow ploughs through them. Sonic peels and turns as he nears the wall, while Shadow runs up the wall onto a path above Sonic. He tries to spin jump onto Sonic, but Sonic puts his hand on the ground and turns, dodging the attack. With Sonic now behind Shadow, he spins towards him, but Shadow jumps onto a palm tree and spins around, hitting Sonic and dropping rings. Sonic slams into another tree and drops more rings, but gets up, picking up some coconuts.]

Sonic: I could do this all- day!

[-He throws the coconuts at Shadow, but he takes quick steps on both sides, dodging the coconuts. With Sonic behind the palm tree, Shadow charges and goes for a punch, but Sonic peels around the tree, causing Shadow to punch the tree and bend it diagonally. Shadow chases Sonic up the tree. They both jump off at the top. While Sonic flies, Shadow uses Chaos Control to teleport to him and hit him from behind, dropping more rings and causing him to tumble as he falls.]

Sonic: Who-o-o-a!

[The camera cuts to Sonic's view. The landscape and the sky pans repeatedly. Sonic screams before he hits the ground, while Shadow lands safely.]

Sonic: [Groans and holds back] Clearly you're angry, which is normal.

[Sonic peels out, while Shadow chases after him.]

Sonic: [While running] But I'm supposed to be on a bit of a mission here, Shadow!

Shadow: What mission?

Sonic: None of your business.

[They spin around a clear area of the landscape. Some Flickies gather around and watch the action. After crossing over one another, Sonic spins around Shadow, creating a Blue Tornado. Shadow retaliates by spinning up an Orange Tornado that grows taller. He then chases Sonic and spin attacks him, hitting Sonic's feet and causing him to fly in the air. Shadow tries a Homing Attack, but Sonic dodges, lands and jumps away. They chase each other again. Shadow punches Sonic with a direct hit, sending the blue hedgehog flying, crash landing and sliding on the ground, hurtling into a rock where Flickies are sitting. They tweet with concern as Sonic hits the rock. He groans and rubs his head in pain.]

Sonic: [To the Flickies] I know, we're fighting again. Don't worry, guys, I'll calm him down.

[Shadow charges at Sonic again - scaring the Flickies, but he dodges. Shadow bounces off a rock and chases him.]

Sonic: Dude, whatever the beef, we're not gonna settle it this way.

[They turn and try to spin and attack each other. Shadow teleports and goes for a high punch, but Sonic slides underneath to dodge it. Shadow tries to Foot Sweep Sonic, but he cartwheels to dodge. With the two facing each other, Shadow teleports again to hit Sonic, but he dodges again. Sonic spins at him, but Shadow handstands to dodge. Shadow spins dashes at Sonic and goes for the punch, but Sonic evades him. Sonic break-dances to attack, but Shadow dodges again. They spin dash into each other, on the ground, and then in the air. A bright white light flashes. Sonic and Shadow are then seen fainting on the ground. They both get to their feet, panting. An explosion appears where his friends are waiting, causing Sonic to gasp]

Sonic: Oh, no! My friends! Look, Shadow, I'm late-

[-Turns his head to see Shadow's fist in his face, which causes Sonic to go dizzy and forget everything after that punch.]

Shadow: Learn to focus.

Sonic: [Three Flickies tweet and fly above Sonic and begin flying in a circle around his head for comedic effect] I can't remember anything after that punch.

*End flashback*

Somewhere on Earth, the Nemesis descends towards a mine and a large elevator descends from the ship's hatch as it opens up. Starscream started boasting to his leader, Megatron.

Starscream: Of all the energon deposits we have located while you were away, Lord Megatron, this one is by far the most significant. The drones have been mining without pause during your absence and have amassed quite a stockpile.

Starscream then looked at one of the drones.

Starscream: You there, fetch me a sample!

Megatron: Starscream!

Starscream got startled and turned around to see his master, walking towards him and passed him.

Megatron: Now that I have returned, I will issue the commands.

Starscream: I understand, Lord Megatron. Then as your humble servant, shall I ready the space bridge, to bring forth the Decepticon army you have surely gathered during your three years in space?

Megatron: My army will come, but my time away has yielded a more intriguing means of materialising them, a solidified form of the matter the ancients refer to as the 'blood of Unicron'.

Megatron shows his second-in-command the purple crystalline shard he had in his hand. Starscream looked at the crystal with familiarity as he guarded a batch of the same form of Energon for thousands of years before joining Megatron. This was the reason why Starscream joined the Decepticons.

Starscream: Unicorn the destroyer. But it is said that his blood is the anti-spark. It has been practically non-existent since Cybertron went dark.

Megatron: Plucked from cosmic shores. Gaze upon . . . Dark Energon!

Starscream: Legend tells that it holds the power to… revive the dead.

Megatron: We require only a cadaver to be certain.

He then looks at his second-in-command.

Megatron: Are you willing to make the ultimate sacrifice?

Starscream chuckles nervously, not wanting to be used as a science experiment for Megatron's power tricks.

Starscream: That may not be necessary. If I may, Lord Megatron?

He then shows his master a dead Vehicon trooper.

Starscream: I had Soundwave prepare something for you since I failed to terminate the Autobot known as Cliffjumper as he escaped the explosion of the previous energon deposit.

Megatron: Starscream you never cease to surprise me.

Sonic transformers chaos paradox prime

Meanwhile at the Autobot base, Optimus was still going over why he requested that the humans should become their allies. He also talked about the visit of team Sonic might bring them the edge of the favour they need, until they get back to their own world.

Optimus: And since you now know of our existence, I fear as of last night, the Decepticons know of yours.

Jack: Got it. If we spot any strange vehicles, call 911. Can we... go now?

Amy and Miko looked at him when he said that.

Miko: Are you insane? I'm living a dream here in 'Bot'-Swana. And I will not allow you or anyone else to shatter it!

Amy: And besides I need someone to share my girl problems with!

Optimus: It is best that you seven remain under our watch. At least until we determine our enemies' intentions... And if team Sonic finds a way back to their world.

Ratchet looked at Optimus when he said this.

Ratchet: Optimus, with all due respect, the human children and those four animals are in as much danger here as anywhere.

Jack: Children?

Team Sonic: Animals?!

Cliffjumper and Arcee saw their reactions.

Cliffjumper: I think you offended them, Doc.

Arcee: He sure did.

Ratchet gave them a look and turned back to Optimus.

Ratchet: Sonic may have the speed of light and Tails can fly, Knuckles can climb walls and Amy can break things with her hammer, but just like the humans, they have no protective shell. If they get underfoot, they will go… squish.

To prove his point, Ratchet took a little step that made the children back away from him. It also made Tails stay up in the air for a while and knuckles to glide and climb onto a wall.

Optimus: Then for the time being, Ratchet, we must watch where we step.

That's when the alarm started blaring and green lights started flashing in the entire room.

Sonic: Huh?

Jack: What's that?

Bumblebee: (Don't worry; it's our proximity sensors, which tell us someone comes from the base's top.)

While Jack, Miko, Sonic, Amy and Knuckles couldn't understand Bee, Raf and Tails did.

Tails: Proximity sensor.

Raf: Someone's on top.

Sonic: Who's on top?

Ratchet looks at the Computer to see who it was.

Ratchet: It's Agent Fowler.

When Sonic heard the word 'Agent', he was not happy.

Sonic: Seriously? I thought the police weren't involved.

Jack: And I thought we were the only ones that knew about you guys.

Optimus turns to look at team Sonic and the kids.

Optimus: Special Agent Fowler is our designated liaison to the outside world. As he tends to visit only when there are issues, it may be best if you do not meet him at this time.

Sonic spin-dashed a hole in the floor to hide in and Amy followed him, Tails flew to the ceiling, hiding into the shadows, knuckles, glided to a wall in the shadows and the kids hid behind some metal boxes. The elevator made its descent to the main haul, the doors opened and Agent Fowler entered the base, but he did not seem very happy.

Agent Fowler: 7 wrecks, 34 Fender benders, a 3-hour traffic jam, and a particular note, numerous reports of a speeding motorcycle of unknown make, a red Dodge Challenger with horns at its front, and a black and yellow muscular car!

Fowler looked at Arcee, Bumblebee, and Cliffjumper when he said that. However, they just looked at each other and shrugged.

Jack looked at Fowler and hid away with Miko and Raf before he could see the 16 year old. Sonic and Amy peeked out of the hole and saw Fowler as well, but ducked back inside the hole he made. Tails, who stopped flying, was standing on the pipe that was attached to the ceiling and looked down at Fowler too. He took a few deep breaths before flying again. And even Knuckles climbed higher into the shadow wall.

Agent Fowler: So anything you care to get off your tin chest, Prime?

Optimus: We have the situation under control, Agent Fowler.

Agent Fowler: They're back, aren't they?

Optimus: If you are referring to the Decepticons, I have doubts that they have ever left. Your planet is too valuable.

Agent Fowler: Then it's time to wake up the pentagon.

Optimus: Hear me, Agent Fowler. We are your best, possibly your only defence against the Decepticon threat.

Agent Fowler: Say you.

Fowler then turned to Bulkhead when he got his attention.

Bulkhead: Hey fleshy. Did anyone get splattered on that freeway?

Bulkhead grabs Ratchet's manipulator arm.

Bulkhead: Team Prime knows when to use force... And how much to use.

Bulkhead then accidentally breaks it as he uses too much strength on it. Ratchet saw this and was ticked off!

Ratchet: Bulkhead, I needed that!

Optimus looked at Ratchet and Bulkhead.

Optimus: Enough.

He then turns back to Fowler.

Optimus: Military involvement will only result in catastrophe. Perhaps you can condone widespread human casualties, Agent Fowler. I, however, cannot.

Fowler looks at Prime, then walks to the elevator.

Agent Fowler: Then do us both a favour and handle this prime, under the radar... Or I will.

The elevator then closed as Fowler left the base and went back to the surface. Team Sonic and the kids got out of their hiding places.

Sonic: Talk about a close shave.

Tails flew back down to the ground.

Tails: You think? I'm just happy he didn't see us, Sonic.

Sonic: Me too, buddy.

Knuckles: And besides if we were locked up in a cell then how am I supposed to guard the master emerald.

Arcee: The what?

Knuckles: The master emerald. It's one of the most powerful gemstone in my dimension, it can control the chaos emeralds, unify them and even neutralise their powers.

Bulkhead walks to Optimus.

Bulkhead: Pretty big bearings... For a human.

Optimus: Agent Fowler is concerned for his world, Bulkhead, as he should be.

Back with the Decepticons, Megatron looked at the corpse of his soldier, while holding the dark energon spark.

Megatron: Let us see if power born of Darkness can reignite the spark.

He stabbed the dead body with the shard of dark energon. The shard went into the body of Vehicon, while Starscream walked back, a little in fear. While the Terrorcon, that was the Vehicon, snarled as he woke up and broke the locks that were on his limbs. The Vehicons that brought his body to Megatron suddenly aimed their blasters at the terrorcon and the terrorcon clobbered the Vehicon on the left and beated him to death and then the other Vehicon started shooting at him and he soon clobbered him and did the same to him as well. Starscream and Megatron watched what the terrorcon was doing to the Vehicons and Starscream was freaked out by this.

Starscream: That's your plan?! Bring our forces back from the dead to attack us?!

Megatron: That is no longer a Vehicon. Just a mindless beast, it's only instinct is to destroy anything in its path.

The terrorcon suddenly snarled and ran up to the warlord and the cowardly seeker, but he was ready for the terrorcon as Starscream got out of the way and Megatron unleashes his sword and cut the terrorcon in half and one of the terrorcon fell from the platform down into the mine,while the torso half held onto the edge of the platform.

Megatron: There, Starscream, rise of the indestructible seed of my army, the ultimate weapon.

The terrorcon snarled as Megatron walked up to him and stepped on his head before kicking him towards another platform.

Megatron: Once I learn to control it.

Starscream walked next to Megatron, looked down at the half-body of the Vehicon, and smiled darkly.

Back at the Autobot base, the computer beeps as it gets a Vehicon life signal piping back online. Ratchet saw this and he turned around to the others.

Ratchet: Optimus I'm detecting a Decepticon life signal.

Sonic: A Decepticon?

Tails: No way!

Miko: Okay first of all you guys fight the Decepticons, why would you receive a life signal coming from them.

Ratchet: Optimus, what do we do?

Optimus: Ratchet, activate the groundbridge and prepare sick bay. We may need it.

Ratchet switches on the groundbridge.

Optimus: Autobots, transform and roll out!

The Autobots transform into their vehicle form and drive into the groundbridge.

Tails: Whoa.

Raf: What was that?

Ratchet: That my friends was a groundbridge which is a scaled down version of the space bridge since we don't currently possess the means or the energon for intergalactic travel.

Knuckles: We can use the chaos emeralds for intergalactic travel.

Ratchet: Wait what!

Knuckles: To put it simply, when the user has all seven chaos emeralds, not only will the user have the ultimate power but he will also have the power to use chaos control to warp space-time.

Ratchet: You're joking right?

Tails: Nope sonic used chaos control alongside Shadow to warp the space colony ark into geostationary orbit, isn't that right sonic.

However Sonic was nowhere to be seen.

Tails: Sonic?

Amy: Where did he go?

Ratchet: If I were to guess I'd say with Optimus and the others.

Miko: Seriously! And we miss out on all the action!

The Autobots arrived in the Energon mine that the Nemesis, Starscream and Megatron were at, transformed as they exited the groundbridge portal, which closed behind them. Bulkhead noticed the energon within the mine they were in.

Bulkhead: Energon mine.

Optimus: Judging by it's scale, the Decepticons have been tunnelling here for quite some time.

Sonic: So what's the plan?

The Autobots then turned around to see Sonic behind them.

Arcee: You have got to be kidding!

Optimus: Ratchet send in a-.

Sonic: Optimus please, I think I should show you guys how I do in action.

Sonic stops time and proceeds to eliminate all the Vehicons in the mine and destroys the elevator that leads to the Nemesis and after doing all that he checks on all the levels for the Vehicon and found it covered in purple goo he then speaks to it only for it to snarl at the hedgehog. Sonic then uses the green chaos emerald that shadow gave him and uses it to teleport the energon, Autobots and the Vehicon trooper back to base then he unfreezes time, shocking everyone but leaves the Vehicon frozen in time.

Arcee: where are we?

Ratchet: Is it not obvious Arcee, you're in the base.

Arcee: I know that but the question is how are we here?

Sonic: You can thank me and for that stockpile of energon right over there.

The Autobots looked at the energon and the frozen Vehicon.

Ratchet: Now this is interesting.

Ratchet examines the purple goo on the frozen Vehicon.

Ratchet: I have never seen this type of energon before.

Optimus: That is because this hails from the form of dark energon the blood of Unicron himself.

Ratchet: I thought Unicron was a myth?

Optimus: Unfortunately now that we know that Megatron intends to revive the dead with dark energon he will stop at nothing to bend humankind to his twisted rule.

Sonic: Okay who is Unicron exactly?

Optimus: Unicron was the Chaos God, who existed with his twin brother, Primus near the beginning of the Universe. As the incarnation of destruction, Unicron battled his brother, the incarnation of creation, for eons, with neither side letting up. Unicron was eventually defeated after Primus created the Thirteen Primes that were able to cast Unicron out into statis.

Sonic: Whoa.

Tails: So Unicron is a god who is bent on destruction?

Optimus: Indeed Tails.

Knuckles: Kinda reminds me of Chaos.

Bulkhead: Who is Chaos?

Knuckles: Chaos is the god of destruction in my universe. He's a sentient being that lives inside the master emerald.

Arcee: You're joking right?

Knuckles: Nope.

Arcee: Oh geez.

Jack: So what do we do now?

Optimus: Thanks to sonic's efforts in helping us gather the energon from the Decepticon mines we now have more energon resources to last for months.

Ratchet: Or if possible a year or two, if not then Primus knows what we're going to do with this stock of energon.

Bulkhead: I'll take the energon stockpile to the vault.

Optimus: Proceed Bulkhead.

Optimus then knelt down before team sonic.

Optimus: I understand that this may not be easy however I would advise putting the two chaos emeralds and blue prism shard in the vault so that it is safely secured until we find the remaining five chaos emeralds and the four remaining prism shards.

Sonic: I agree with Prime, what do you guys think?

Sonic's friends agreed by nodding their heads.

Sonic: AWESOME!

Sonic gives the green and yellow chaos emeralds including the blue prism shard to Optimus for storage.

Jack: O-Optimus, I-I hate to bug, but no bars.

Optimus: Security precaution, the silo walls isolate all radio waves.

Jack: Well, if I don't call my mom, like, now, I'm pretty sure the cops will be out looking for me.

Optimus: Have you broken a law?

Jack: Uh, curfew. It's after 10 PM.

Raf: I better get home, too, or I'll be grounded for a year.

Team Sonic heard what Raf said.

Sonic: Grounded for a year? Okay, that's a little too strict.

Amy: Well, Sonic, he does have a mom.

Raf agreed with what Amy said. Sonic then nods at Tails and Raf, while Optimus forgets and realises about the Earth customs.

Optimus: Earth customs. I hadn't considered it. But the issue of your safety remains.

He turns to Bulkhead.

Optimus: Bulkhead, accompany Miko home.

Miko: Awesome. My Host parents will freak out!

Optimus: And maintain covert surveillance in vehicle form.

Bulkhead: Curbside duty. Got it.

Miko, however, wasn't thrilled, because she wanted her parents to see Bulkhead in his robot mode.

Miko: Aw!

Optimus turns to Bumblebee next.

Optimus: Bumblebee, you will watch over Raf.

Bumblebee looks at Raf and smiles at him. Raf smiles back at Bee. Optimus then decides to look for someone to watch over Jack.

Optimus: Ratchet?

Ratchet: Busy.

Optimus: Arcee. You'll accompany Jack.

Optimus then looks at team Sonic, wondering who will be their partners.

Optimus: Though that you four may have…unearthly abilities…I feel it would be best if you have an Autobot guardian with you inside the base. You can never be too careful outside.

Team Sonic looked at each other. After a few minutes of thinking, they turn their attention to Optimus.

Sonic: Alright.

Tails: Fine by me.

Knuckles: As long as it's safe.

Amy: And as long as Sonic doesn't think about running away.

Sonic: Oh come on.

Later In a suburban neighbourhood of Jasper, Arcee was in her motorcycle form and drove Jack to his house, a one story sized house. As she approached the driveway, the house's garage opened up, she drove into it and Jack stepped onto the gear to stop her motorcycle from falling over. He then walked around her.

Arcee: I must say Jack, you live in a very nice house.

Jack: Oh thank you Arcee.

Arcee: Oh I forgot to mention that you seem to be having a bit of a girl problem.

Jack: Well, I-I'm pretty sure my girl trouble started the night I met you,

Just then a car appeared in the driveway. Arcee, seeing a car behind them, activated her blasters, thinking it was a Con.

Arcee: Cons!

Jack: No! Mom.

June: Jack?

When June got out of her car, she noticed Arcee in her alternate mode.

Jack: Mom! Don't...Don't freak. I can explain.

June: Can you?

She placed her hands on her hips and walked into the garage up towards where Arcee was.

June: Jackson Darby, we've talked about this.

Jack: Yeah, I know.

June: You don't know. I worry about you enough when you're not here. Now I have to worry about you driving a motorcycle?

Jack: I'm 16, I can't be driving a 10-speed forever.

She looked at Arcee in her alternate mode.

June: How did you even afford this?

Jack: Uh, I-It's used. It's true. Needs a ton of repairs. The point is, I may have been a kid when I bought this, but I'm not anymore. You tell them to make responsible choices. Well, I-I chose her. And I'll be responsible, I promise.

June: Her? I didn't bring girls home just yet.

Jack: I like to think she brought me.

She warned him before walking towards the door to the inside of their house.

June: Well, I'm glad you finally have a reason to wear your helmet, every single time you ride! You will take me for a spin every once in a while.

Arcee tilts her side-view mirror as Jack follows his mother,

Jack: We'll see. She's kind of temperamental.

He turns the light off and goes inside the house as the garage door closes.

The next morning Arcee revved her engine, causing Jack to wake up. He opens the garage door, a little ticked off that she was making a lot of noise.

Jack: Shh! Are you crazy? You'll wake up my mom.

Arcee: Grab your helmet. It's time to go.

Jack: It's Saturday!

Arcee: You can watch cartoons back at base with Bumblebee.

He then scoffs, reminding her that he's sixteen.

Jack: Cartoons, I'm sixteen.

He then closed the door to the garage.

Arcee: And leave a note for your mom! She worries!

High in Earth's atmosphere, the Decepticon warship was flying through thick, banks of clouds. It was late evening and the colour of the clouds was turning to a dusty pink whilst the sky became darker. Inside the ship, Megatron and Starscream were situated in a big room with a pillar in the centre with some sort of force field surrounding it.

Resting on the pillar was a humongous chunk of Dark Energon sprouting out of some sort of rock at the bottom. The amethyst light lit up the room whilst the hazy mist billowing off the crystals was sucked into multiple vents above the platform.

The silver warlord strolled around the pillar, gazing up at the Dark Energon crystals. He had been examining the dark substance without pause ever since he had it transported aboard his vessel.

Meanwhile, Starscream kept his distance down the pathway as he debriefed his master on the events that occurred at the Energon mine.

Megatron: And you are absolutely certain that our forces in the mine were eliminated?

Starscream: Indeed Lord Megatron, we found no traces of not only the intruders but the energon we've been mining.

Megatron: How interesting that the energon disappeared without a trace.

Starscream: Shall I ask Soundwave to deploy Laserbeak to scout for the stolen energon?

Megatron: That won't be necessary Starscream, after all I have what I needed.

He returned his gaze upon the Dark Energon.

Starscream: Perhaps you should take a break, Lord Megatron. I fear too much contact with the Dark Energon could…adversely affect you.

Megatron: Or perhaps Starscream… I have simply not allowed myself to have enough.

He plucked off a shard from the formation of Dark Energon crystals.

Starscream: Wait! Lord Megatron, no! Not your spark chamber, you do not know what it will do!

However, the seeker's screams went ignored as Megatron stabbed the purple shard deep into his chest. Suddenly, a loud growl emanated from the depths of Megatron's throat. Bright purple light began to illuminate from the seams and joints of Megatron's body. As seconds passed, the warrior's structure started to shake rapidly.

Starscream looked on in horror as he took a few cautious steps back from the scene.

Without warning, another louder growl exited out from his mouth as his once red optics turned a bright purple.

Back at the Autobot base, the command centre was empty with the exception of Ratchet. It was early morning and everything was quiet as the rest of Team Prime and the latest human additions, along with team Sonic, were outside doing whatever they were doing. Ratchet had decided to take this time of peace and quiet to his advantage and study the dark energon substance he scraped off the Vehicon the day before.

Ratchet looked through a microscope, examining the dark energon sample he got from the Vehicon. He looked up from the device and stared at the monitor that showed an enhanced image of the purple substance.

Ratchet: Hmm, the base elements of dark energon are unlike anything I've ever encountered in regular energon. It must've been extremely concentrated to have revived the dead Vehicon but as a terrorcon.

Using a set of Cybertronian size tongs, the cranky medic then removed the glass slide from underneath the microscope. On the slide was a single droplet of the same amethyst goo.

Ratchet: However, results are slow coming without the proper tools, thank you very much, Bulkhead.

While he was complaining, he proceeded to another part of his laboratory.

Just as Ratchet stepped away from his workbench, out of his knowledge, a small droplet of purple fell to the floor. The drop of goo landed on the same robotic, grappler device that Bulkhead had previously crushed.

Unexpectedly, the purple substance seeped into the mechanical arm through the seams. After a few seconds, the grappler hooks began to flinch as purple light shone out from the device's seams and through a hole in the palm of the mechanical hand.

Suddenly, the grappler tool came to life and began to crawl around on the floor much like a spider. It scurried across the base floor, searching for its first victim.

*Begin flashback*

[Scene: Hedgehog's Pass]

Knuckles: Where's Sonic? [Punching approaching Badniks.] How long does it take to collect rings? I thought we were doing this together.

[He punches one Badnik over to Amy who hammers it.]

Amy: Sure would be nice if he'd stick to the plan.

[Hammers one Caterkiller but gets hit by the other. The large Caterkiller growls back at her, only for Rouge to step in and kick it away and break.]

Rouge: Tell me about it. No gem is worth me losing my wings.

[She kicks away two more Buzz Bombers. She then sees a drone spiralling around her, controlled by Tails.]

Tails: Don't worry, guys, Sonic will show. I know he will. [The drone hits several Badniks in a row. Waiting, he groans] I just hope it's in time.

[While he flies, the drone defeats a Caterkiller. Meanwhile Sonic watches on.]

Sonic: Oh, no. My friends. Look, Shadow, I'm late for...

[Shadow punches him.]

Shadow: Learn to focus.

[Sonic - giddy with Flickies circling him - suddenly gasps in horror.]

Sonic: Oh, no! [Pointing overhead.] Eggman!

Shadow: Huh?

[The Flickies leave and Sonic spin dashes Shadow into the wall. He peels out in the other direction.]

Sonic: Hate to hit and run, but I gotta split, Shadow.

[Winks as he runs. Ring sounds play as soon as he collects rings. The rocks rumble for a few moments until Shadow breaks them open. He growls as he shows his action pose. In an orange aura, he dashes along the field, sending Big - who was just whistling and walking along wearing sandals - spinning in mid-air and landing on his backside, dropping his fishing rod.]

Big: Whoa... uh... Shadow?

[He dashes past the crater of a broken-down robot and up the wall beside the crack, spin-attacking and breaking more rocks.]

*End flashback*

Jack was sitting on Arcee's motorcycle form with his helmet on in the desert, next to a stop sign, she revved her engine.

Arcee: Tighten your grip, Jack.

she started accelerating forward at a high speed catching Jack off guard as she did a wheelie. Jack didn't know why Arcee was in a better mood today, remembering the short argument they had last night.

Jack: Hey, what's with you, Arcee?

Arcee: Thought you might actually enjoy the ride if you weren't getting shot at.

Jack: Oh, bring it.

From another area, Bulkhead was in his alternate mode with Miko inside him.

Miko: Ready... Set...

Bulkhead: Um, Miko, I'm supposed to be protecting you.

Bulkhead didn't want to go down the hill, due to Miko's well-being. However, Miko tried to convince him.

Miko: Bulkhead, I'm strapped tight inside 10 tons of metal muscle. I'm protected.

Bulkhead, after being convinced to Miko, drove down the hill, much to Miko's excitement.

At a part of the desert, Bumblebee, in his vehicle mode, was playing video games with Raf inside of him. Raf was close to winning, but Bumblebee knocked him off the race track. Raf saw this and complained, since he never lost in a racing game before.

Raf: Aww!

Bumblebee: (Ha, I win!)

Raf: No fair, Bee. You've driven longer than I have.

Meanwhile inside the base Cliffjumper was giving team sonic a tour of the base.

Cliffjumper: So this is the vault where we keep stuff stored here, right now we have the two chaos emeralds and the blue prism shard stored in here.

Sonic: That's awesome Cliff.

Cliffjumper: Thanks sonic and now that's done I say we head back to the control room.

Amy: Yeah I think that after yesterday I think maybe we should at least scout for more chaos emeralds and prism shards.

Knuckles: Amy is right. Without them, we won't be able to return to our world.

inside the main ops centre, the only occupant present was Ratchet. The medic/scientist stood by a lab table, examining the Dark energon sample, the same he removed from the Vehicon, through a specialised microscope.

Ratchet: Thank Primus for peace and quiet. House guests can be such a bother.

Suddenly, Ratchet's attention was grabbed by the sound of metal hitting the ground. He brought up his helm and turned it from right to left, looking around his lab area. After seeing nothing unusual, Ratchet shrugged his shoulders, passing it off as nothing, before averting his attention back to the task at hand.

Without warning, he heard the sounds of metal skittering across the floor, this time it sounded close.

Ratchet: Optimus?

As the old medic turned around, he was met with quite a shock. The same grappler tool that Bulkhead had crushed was skittering towards him across the floor like an insect. It was using its six servo appendages as legs while the vibrant purple centre appeared to be an optic.

Ratchet: By the Allspark!

The spider-like tool jumped in the air, intending to land on Ratchet's face. But he quickly ducked, causing the possessed tool to fly right by him. It landed on the catwalk above his lab, and let out a metallic hissing sound.

It then jumped on Ratchet's work table, attempting to attack him again. However, Ratchet hastily grabbed a metal rob and landed a direct hit on the grappler. The spider-like tool recovered swiftly and scurried across the work table, easily dodging Ratchet's blows.

It came towards his microscope and used its razor-sharp appendages to promptly cut it in half, much to Ratchet's anger and disgust.

Ratchet: I needed that!

The hissing tool then leapt in the air, on a path straight to Ratchet's helm. Before it could though, a sudden blast of Energon hit the tool. Ratchet looked to his left to see Optimus standing there with his right Energon blaster deployed. The tool somehow survived the blast and regained its bearings.

Nevertheless, before it could cause any more damage, Optimus's giant boot-shaped foot slammed down on it, reducing it to scrap.

Ratchet: And stay broken. Now…what could've caused that?

Optimus looks at Ratchet before turning back to the broken tool.

Optimus: I have a grave suspicion, Ratchet... Dark Energon.

Sonic transformers chaos paradox prime

Flying high in Earth's stratosphere, amongst the morning clouds, was a dark, ominous warship that was none other than the Nemesis. Inside the room where the Dark Energon was stored, the warlord stood in front of the pillar that held the purple crystals.

Megatron exhaled a satisfied sigh of relief as the last of the Dark Energon shard he stabbed in his chest was absorbed into his spark. The former gladiator couldn't help but grin sadistically as he felt an amazing, raw, dark power course through his veins.

Starscream cautiously stepped forward, still wary of his master. After all, he was shaking rapidly and yelling violently mere minutes ago.

Starscream: Um... Lord Megatron?

Megatron: It's as if the blood of Unicron the Destroyer… flows through my veins; as if… I hear his very thoughts.

He then reached out and plucked another shard of the amethyst matter.

Megatron: I now know what I must do.

Starscream: And... What can I do to assist you, master?

Megatron looked at Starscream while walking out of the Nemesis.

Megatron: Quit grovelling… and await my command.

Megatron then flew out of the warship in his alternative mode, heading to an unknown location.

The seeker continued to stare on with obvious scorn as Megatron disappeared into the clouds. Somehow, Starscream felt like someone was behind him. He glanced back and was startled to see Soundwave standing there, but calmed down in a few seconds.

Starscream: Soundwave! I fear that when our master reached for the stars, he came down with a case of space madness. Lord Megatron has not been of sound judgement since his return from hyperspace.

He then turned around to face his ally.

Starscream: Increase global surveillance.

Soundwave then played a record of Megatron telling to wait for his next orders once he returns.

Soundwave: Quit grovelling… and await my command.

Starscream: I'm not deaf! But…if Optimus Prime is indeed on this planet, I believe it is in Lord Megatron's best interest that we ensure his enemies…destruction.

He then smiles sinisterly.

Back in the command centre of the Autobot Base, Optimus and Ratchet were engaged in a conversation. They gathered up the remains of the crushed tool and placed it in a glass canister.

Optimus: If the residue found on the Vehicon brought your broken equipment to life, then it stands to reason… that the very same substance that brought the Decepticon soldier… back from the dead.

Ratchet placed a servo on his metallic chin as he contemplated the scenario. He discovered that it did make sense, but there was something else.

Ratchet: Hmm…that would account for our instruments detecting the Vehicon's life signal inexplicably coming back online… but… Dark Energon? It's so scarce, it might as well be non-existent. What would it be doing on Earth?

Optimus: It was transported here... By Megatron.

Ratchet: For what purpose?

Optimus: To conquer this world by raising an army of the undead.

Ratchet was silent for a moment as he absorbed this information. He then let out a chuckle.

Ratchet: Well…Megatron will have to bring quite a few toaster ovens. I mean, where… on this world… would Megatron find that many Cybertronian dead?

But before Optimus could finish his sentence he was interrupted by the arrival of Jack, Arcee, Miko, Bulkhead, Raf, Bumblebee, Cliffjumper and team sonic.

Jack: That was awesome!

Raf: Can we do it again?

Miko: Sweet!

That's when Bulkhead got Miko's guitar-pocket out of his robot mode.

Miko: Sorry. Must have left it in the back seat.

Optimus: Autobots, prepare to...

He looked down at team Sonic and the kids before turning to Arcee who got his attention.

Arcee: Roll out?

Optimus: Remain here.

Optimus turns to Ratchet before going back to Arcee's attention.

Optimus: Ratchet, you'll come with me. Arcee, we'll be out of communications range for quite some time. So I'm putting you in charge.

Miko looks at Bulkhead.

Miko: Dude, you're the biggest. You should be the boss.

Bulkhead: Uh, he never picks me.

Before Optimus could leave with Ratchet, Arcee objects.

Arcee: Optimus, with all due respect, playing bodyguard is one thing, babysitting and pet watching are two more things!

Jack groaned and walked to another direction while Arcee continued talking to Prime. Team Sonic rolled their eyes annoyingly, indirecting that just because they're hedgehogs, a fox and a echidna they're not dumb pets.

Arcee: Besides, Ratchet hasn't been in the field since the war.

Ratchet looked at Arcee as he typed in a set of coordinates on the terminal.

Ratchet: My pistons may be rusty but my hearing is sharp as ever!

Team Sonic giggled.

Optimus: For the moment, it is only reconnaissance.

Arcee: Then why do I feel an edge in your voice?

Optimus: Arcee, much has changed in the last twenty-four hours, and we all need to adapt.

The Autobot leader then turned his attention to his medic.

Optimus: Ratchet, bridge us out.

Ratchet pulled down the lever, activating the groundbridge in a swirling mass of colours. The two metal titans leisurely proceeded into the tunnel and then vanished.

Jack rubbed his neck sheepishly as he then focused his gaze on Arcee.

Jack: So chief…what's on the activities list?

Team Sonic, Raf, and Miko also looked at Arcee for her answer, However, Arcee, who wanted to get out of 'babysitting and pet watching', thought of another idea.

Arcee: I'm going on patrol.

She proceeded to the tunnel, until Bulkhead stopped her, reminding her of Optimus' rule.

Bulkhead: But Optimus told us to stay.

Arcee: When you're in charge, you can call the shots.

Arcee turns around to see Bumblebee and Cliffjumper.

Arcee: Bee, Cliff, with me.

Bumblebee glanced at Raf before he slumped his shoulders and walked to Arcee.

Bumblebee: (Aww!)

Cliffjumper looks at team Sonic before leaving.

Cliffjumper: Sorry, guys. We'll be back.

Sonic: Okay, Cliff.

Tails: See ya!

Knuckles: Stay out of trouble!

Amy: And stay safe!

Arcee, Bumblebee, and Cliffjumper stepped towards the tunnel, preparing to transform and roll out.

Arcee: Bulkhead, you're in charge.

They then went into their vehicle modes and stormed down the long pathway. Bulkhead stared at the exit for a short second before returning his optics to Jack, Raf, Miko, and team Sonic.

Bulkhead: So…what's on the activities list?

Suddenly, Sonic jumped down from the platform and landed in front of Bulkhead.

Sonic: How about we spar?

Tails: Sonic, I don't think that's a good idea.

Knuckles: I think Tails has a point.

Amy: And besides you know how Ratchet get's when we break the equipment.

Bulkhead: She's right. I'm not so sure Optimus would like it if I sparred with you, Sonic.

Sonic: Alright. So... What else can we do?

That's when Miko pulled out her guitar and made sounds with it, making Bulkhead wince and team Sonic, Jack, and Raf to cover their ears.

Miko: How about... band practice?

Tails: But we're not a band.

Miko: Come on, Tails. Don't be anti-social. Come on, do you play anything?

Tails: Well... I do make sounds from my inventions I create.

Tails showed her his 'Miles Electric'.

Miko: A DJ. Nice.

She turns her attention to Sonic.

Miko: What about you, Sonic?

Sonic: I once had a guitar in the old days, but I still got some moves.

Miko: Breaking-dancing. Sweet.

Miko: You got anything Knuckle?

Knuckles: well I do listen to my theme song when I'm on Angel island so I might be able to provide vocals.

Miko: Just what we need, what about you Amy?

Amy: If you like, I can make drumming sounds with my hammer.

Miko: definitely drummers.

She then turns to the youngest.

Miko: Raf? Got anything?

Raf holds his laptop.

Raf: Um... keyboard?

Miko: Laptops and samples. Good.

She then turned to the oldest teenager.

Miko: Jack?

Jack: I sometimes mess around on the harmonica.

Miko: Do I look like I do in the country? Just cover yourself in fake blood and jump around screaming.

Jack: Uh...

Before Jack could say anything, Miko turns to Bulkhead.

Miko: Bulkhead, percussion. We'll go for a big industrial sound. D.I.Y, we're a band. You just got to learn the songs. This one's a ballad, My fist, your fist.

Miko started playing hard rock on her instrument, getting into it immediately. Everyone flinched as they covered their ears/audio receptors as she played. That's when Bulkhead noticed the proximity alarm.

Bulkhead: Woah, whoa, whoa!

Miko: Come on. You can't handle raw power?

Bulkhead: Proximity sensor. Quick, hide!

Team Sonic and the kids hid behind Bulkhead's leg. That's when the elevator doors opened, revealing an angry Fowler towards Bulkhead.

Fowler: PRIME!

Bulkhead: Agent Fowler, he's not here. No one's here, except for me, of course.

Bulkhead lied, while chuckling a bit. However, Fowler was the opposite right now.

Fowler: Well, where did he go? Wait. Don't tell me. He's out pancaking a mini mall. Now I don't know what language you bots speak on your planet, but Prime promised he would handle the Decepticons, and the cons using an unidentified energy source in a crater in the middle of Nebraska is not what the word 'handle' means in English.

While Fowler was talking, Bulkhead accidentally stepped on Miko's guitar and the speaker. Sonic, Jack, Tails, Knuckles, Amy and Raf saw this, and tried to help Miko while Bulkhead tried to remain calm and casual as the speaker started making noises.

Fowler: So you tell Prime...

That's when he saw Miko's speaker and a pair of two tails down below.

Fowler: Since when you have electricity and have pets?

Bulkhead knew that the cover was blown, so he let the human kids, team Sonic, reveal themselves to the special agent.

Jack: Hey. How are you doing?

Fowler: Contact with civilians! Team Prime has really gone off book this time. Wait, don't tell me. You're running a daycare and pet centre.

Bulkhead didn't know what to say.

Bulkhead: Um... Okay.

Jack: Yeah, we're interns.

Raf: Student interns.

Jack: Uh, earning extra credits in an auto shop.

Miko: Robotics.

Miko walks up to team Sonic, hugging the team.

Miko: And these four are my adorable pets.

Tails and Amy gave her an annoyed look and knuckles looked at her angrily while Sonic tried to do a cat impression.

Sonic: Um... Meow?

Fowler wasn't amused nor happy about this.

Fowler: Okay, Bot, you can have those four, but I'm taking these three to federal custody. It's for their own protection.

Bulkhead stomped his foot between Fowler and the children, while team Sonic backed up.

Bulkhead: We're protecting them.

Fowler: Is that so?

Fowler then walks over to a phone and grabs it.

Fowler: Well, maybe you could explain that to my superiors at the Pentagon.

Bulkhead: Don't use that phone. It's... out of order.

Bulkhead stopped Fowler from answering by placing his finger into the phone booth, breaking the phone and making Fowler more angry in the process.

Fowler: This isn't over, big lut, not by a long shot!

He walked back up the stairs and exited the base using the elevator. Bulkhead looked down at team Sonic and the kids with a worried expression.

Meanwhile in a remote region, Optimus and Ratchet were walking down a pathway.

Ratchet: Optimus, what do we hope to find here?

Optimus: The site of the largest Cybertronian battlefield in this galaxy.

Ratchet: On Earth? You must be joking.

Optimus: Do you recall the period late in the war when both sides began hiding their energon spoils off world?

Ratchet: Of course, it's the reason Energon deposits exist on planets such as this one.

Optimus: It is also the reason battles came to be waged on planets such as this one, and I fear Megatron's memory is as long as history. Anyway this graveyard we're going to isn't common knowledge, only the higher ups of the Autobot and Decepticons knew about it.

Back at the rooftop of the Autobot base, Fowler began to fly a Huey helicopter off of the helipad of the Autobots base and flew away and activated a message to one of his superiors.

Fowler: Sir, this is Agent Fowler. We have a situation. I'm en route from the Autobot base. I'll brief you in person.

Meanwhile, back with the Decepticons, Soundwave suddenly received a recording of Fowler of what he just said.

Soundwave: Agent Fowler. I'm en route from the Autobot base. I'll brief you in person.

When Scream heard the recording, he hatched a dark plan.

Starscream: Autobot base, Eh? Humans, always the weak link. Fetch me this Fowler so that he may brief us instead.

Soundwave suddenly deployed his Mini-Con Laserbeak from his torso to fetch Agent Fowler.

As Fowler was flying his helicopter, his helicopter's alarm started blaring, as it's tracking system noticed Laserbeak chasing him.

Fowler: Hey big bird, I'm flying here! What is Uncle Sam's beard?

Laserbeak appeared in front of the helicopter.

Laserbeak tried to clip the helicopter's tail, which Fowler tilted the helicopter up to avoid the attack,

Fowler: First the freeways aren't safe, now air travel?

Next, Laserbeak flew at the helicopter scratching the paint, causing the helicopter to tilt a bit. He soon reached a dead end as a rock wall was in front of the helicopter and he flew upwards. Laserbeak followed him and soon Laserbeak was in front of Fowler.

Fowler: You want to dance, 'Con? I'll lead.

He pressed a button on the control stick and he began shooting at Laserbeak with bullets from the helicopter which wasn't even denting him. But soon the gun started to make a clicking sound as it was out of ammo and Laserbeak flew upwards and clipped the helicopter's tail.

Fowler: Never need an Autobot around when you actually need one.

Fowler said as the helicopter's alarm started blaring as the helicopter began to spin out of control as it began to fall.

As he tried to gain control of the helicopter, Laserbeak broke the window and grabbed him, but not before pressing a button to send an SOS to the Autobot base and soon the helicopter fell to the ground and blew up.

In the Autobot base, the same alarm started blaring again. Tails, Knuckles and Amy and Raf were covering their ears.

Amy: Oh come on!

Tails: That annoying alarm.

Knuckles: I swear one day I'm gonna dig a hole through your electrical wires!

Raf: My ears.

Sonic then asked about the alarm.

Sonic: What is it?

Bulkhead walked up to the computer and saw the message from Fowler.

Bulkhead: It's an SOS... From Fowler.

Bulkhead tried to scan the location, but since he's not a scientist like Ratchet, this would be confusing and hard for him. After trying, the scan went incomplete.

Raf: Did you trace it?

Bulkhead: Location scan was incomplete. Oh, well.

Bulkhead walks away, only to be stopped by Sonic and Jack.

Sonic: Oh, well?

Jack: Seriously?

Bulkhead turns around at their attention.

Bulkhead: Fowler's a jerk.

The blue hedgehog's eyes widened at the former wrecker's selfish statement.

Sonic: Woah! You can't just leave him behind!

The others agree with Sonic's words.

Jack: Yeah, whether you like the guy or not, the Decepticons may have him.

Tails: And Agent Fowler knows your location.

Knuckles: And our existence.

Raf then gulped.

Raf: Our location.

Miko: And did we not just witness how fast Fowler backs down from a bot. The 'Cons will totally make him squeal.

Bulkhead: But we lost the transmission! Fowler could be anywhere!

Raf: Maybe I can narrow it down.

Getting an idea and holding his laptop, he sat down, flipped it open and started typing, while Tails watched him do it.

Raf: About five years ago, the government started microchipping their Agents, you know, like owners do with pets.

They all looked at him with confusion as he began typing on his laptop.

Raf: What? I saw it on TV. Anyway If I can jack into the fed's mainframe, maybe I can pinpoint Fowler's coordinates.

Sonic: You know how to hack?

Miko: But you like... two years old.

Raf: Twelve... and a quarter.

On the Nemesis, The Vehicons were taking Fowler to Starscream, inside an interrogation room

Starscream: Welcome… Agent Fowler.

Fowler brushes the dust off his coat while looking at the Decepticon Seeker.

Fowler: You treat all your guests this nice?

Starscream chuckled when he said that.

Starscream: Any friend of the Autobots…

Fowler: Autobot? That one of them coin-operated, wash-my-own-car places?

Starscream: So that's how it's going to be,hmm? Apparently, no one has told you I have no appreciation for Human humour. Make our guests comfortable.

The Vehicons came closer to Fowler, who had a worried expression on his face.

Back at the Autobot base, Raf has finally located Agent Fowler.

Raf: Latitude 39.5, Longitude -116.9.

With help from Raf and Tails, Bulkhead was able to enter the coordinates in the computer. He then activates the groundbridge. Before he could leave, Sonic got his attention.

Sonic: Anything me and my friends can do to help? You could use some back-up.

Bulkhead: Nope, it's too risky. Stay and wait with the others.

Sonic: Alright, you're the boss.

Miko: Aww, don't break up the band!

Bulkhead went towards the portal before turning around to face the human trio and team sonic.

Bulkhead: Uh, Jack, you're in charge.

He then turned back to the portal and ran towards it, disappearing into the blue light.

Jack: Looks like the seven of us have run off the place.

Sonic: Yeah.

That's when Jack was looking around and couldn't see Miko.

Jack: Miko? Miko?

Tails glanced around, also realising that Miko was gone. To make sure however, Tails scanned the base with his 'Miles Electric', only to find that she's not around. When Tails gave them a knowing look, it didn't take long for them to realise where Miko had disappeared to.

Sonic: She didn't..

Tails: She did.

Knuckles: what is it with that girl?

Amy: she needs to know that what the bots are doing is for her own safety.

The groundbridge portal appeared somewhere near the desert of Nevada, Bulkhead jumped out.

Bulkhead: Fowler?

He then looked up and saw the Decepticon warship. He then ran towards a boulder to hide as he saw a Vehicon patrolling the area. The Vehicon walked past the boulder the Autobot was hiding at.

Miko: All right! What's the plan?

He heard Miko say and saw her behind a nearby boulder.

Bulkhead: Miko!

She looked around when suddenly, a Decepticon soldier noticed her and aimed his blaster at her.

Miko: Ohh, unwise.

Bulkhead: Miko, get down!

She ran from the boulder, as the Vehicon fired at the boulder destroying it instantly. The Vehicon saw her run and aimed his blaster at the fleeing human, when Bulkhead clobbered the Vehicon and started punching him, his arm clashed with the Vehicons's blaster, and he punched his face and the Vehicon scratched Bulkhead's paint which caused him to punch him really hard, and clobbered him again. Miko then picked up a rock.

Miko: Hold him still

She hit the Vehicon's head with the rock, and Bulk moved her out of the way.

Both Bulkhead and the Vehicon started battling each other by pushing against each other.

Bulkhead: Miko, look away!

Miko: But...

Bulkhead: Turn your head away!

He started pulling the Vehicon's circuitry out of its chest, Miko watched this with awe.

Miko: Wow...

Meanwhile, somewhere in the desert, Arcee, Bumblebee, and Cliffjumper were driving down the road with Arcee having her holographic driver on. That's when Bulkhead contacted them.

Bulkhead: Arcee, Cliffjumper, Bumblebee, can any of you read me?

Arcee: Loud and clear, Bulkhead.

Bulkhead: I have a situation.

Arcee: Bulkhead, they're children, humans. Just do whatever.

Bumblebee: (Actually, the other four are talking animals).

Cliffjumper: Either way, babysitting can't be that hard for you, Bulk.

However, when Bulkhead told them what's happening, the three Autobots put their brakes on, as their tires screeched the road.

Arcee: You're where? She's where?!

Back in the Autobot base, the five boys and Amy were now thinking of a plan of how to save Miko from danger.

Raf: What should we do? Bulkhead may not have even realised that she followed him.

Tails: Even though Bulkhead is the strongest Autobot she has, he can't hold off those Decepticons on his own.

Jack: Miko hasn't seen the 'Cons in action like we had and Sonic. She has no idea.

Sonic: Okay, then... Any ideas?

Tails and Raf walked up to the computer, typed on the keyboard together, and saw that the coordinates were still locked in.

Tails: Those are the coordinates.

Raf: Their destination's still locked in.

Jack: Um, Sonic, you're in charge.

Sonic was confused as to why Jack would put him in charge. However, once he found out what he was doing, the blue hedgehog stopped him.

Sonic: Hold on, kid. You can't go there all by yourself! You could get yourself killed.

Knuckles: Sonic's right.

Amy: And it's not safe for kids like you and Raf.

Jack: Look, I know it's a dumb idea, but Miko needs help. She could be hurt... Or worse.

Sonic: Hmm... Alright, but we're coming with you.

Sonic then turns to Tails and Raf's attention.

Sonic: You two are in charge.

Raf: In charge of who?

Tails activates the groundbridge and sees Raf following Jack and Sonic, knuckles and Amy. The blue Hedgehog looks at his two-tailed buddy.

Sonic: You coming, buddy?

Tails: You guys go ahead. I'll catch up.

Sonic nods and team Sonic, including Jack and Raf, goes through the portal. After this, Tails types on the computer to put the new coordinates so he could get Arcee, Cliffjumper and Bumblebee. Once he finishes, he activates the groundbridge.

Arcee: Tails talk quickly.

Tails: They went through the groundbridge and besides I'm coming with you guys.

Back in the interrogation room on the Nemesis, Fowler was chained up as the Vehicon soldiers surrounded him and Starscream walked up to him.

Starscream: Agent Fowler, I have one simple request that will save your family the pain of grieving...

He then puts one of his fingers under Fowler's neck.

Starscream: Tell me the location of the Autobot base.

Fowler: No problem, but first I need to ask you something first.

Starscream: Yes? I'm listening.

Fowler: I got an issue with the customer service around here. Can I speak to the manager?

Starscream growls as he hears this.

Starscream: I make the decisions! I am in charge!

He turned towards the Decepticon soldier.

Starscream: Bring the prod.

Back with Bulkhead and Miko, they hid behind another boulder. They were still waiting for Arcee, Cliffjumper, and Bumblebee.

Bulkhead: What's taking Arcee, Cliffjumper, and Bumblebee?

Miko: Dude, the 'Cons could be putting the clamps on Fowler right now. Let's just storm the joint!

Suddenly they heard a wielding sound as the groundbridge opened.

Bulkhead: They're here.

He expected the other Autobots to show up. Instead, team Sonic, Raf, and Jack came out from the portal.

Miko: Why don't those guys hang with their own bots? This is our one-on-one time.

While Raf was walking with Jack and team Sonic, he was rubbing his belly.

Raf: Whoa-Oh, Are your bones vibrating?

They then saw the Nemesis. Team Sonic couldn't believe how big it was.

Sonic: Woah. Talk about enormous! That ship is bigger than the Death Egg.

Knuckles: Now that you've mentioned it, yes.

Amy: Imagine Eggman teaming up with the Decepticons, things could get a whole lot worse.

While walking, one of the Decepticon soldiers noticed team Sonic, Jack, and Raf.

Vehicon: You there!

The rest of the soldiers pointed their blasters at them while team Sonic went in front of the boys. Bulkhead and Miko knew this wouldn't end well.

Bulkhead and Miko: Scrap!

Back on the Nemesis, in the interrogation room, Starscream, who wasn't happy at the moment approached Fowler.

Starscream: I ask nicely one last time... The Autobot base.

Fowler: Sure thing buddy. Right after you eat my Star-Spangled shorts.

Starscream: Grrrr...

Starscream took out an Energon Prod and zapped at Fowler.

Fowler: AHHH!

Starscream: As I imagined. Energon and human nervous systems don't mix.

Back with Tails, he activated the groundbridge to where Bulkhead, Miko, Jack, Raf and team sonic went and followed Arcee, Cliffjumper and Bumblebee.

Back with Optimus and Ratchet, they were still walking down the pathway, when they saw thousands of metallic bones. Ratchet looked at the bones of their fallen brethren.

Ratchet: For the first time in my life, Optimus, I had hoped you were wrong.

They suddenly heard the sound of a Cybertronian jet fly by and immediately transformed, revealing the Decepticon leader himself... Megatron!

Megatron: Optimus, been well? I see you brought your trusty watchdog. I was certain he'd be convalescing in a scrapyard by now.

Ratchet then started pounding his fists together, wanting to teach the Decepticon leader a thing or two.

Ratchet: Why don't you invite him down for a chat?

Optimus: I know why you're here, Megatron.

Megatron: Hardly a surprise, Optimus. After all, you and I have been at this a long time, and your time has come to an end.

He took out the Dark Energon he took from the large crystal of Dark Energon from the Nemesis and threw it onto the ground in the middle of the graveyard, causing the ground to rumble and open apart. While Megatron's spark chamber flows with dark Energon, deceased Cybertronians begin breaking out of the ground, as Optimus and Ratchet watch in horror.

Megatron: Rise my dark Army!

Ratchet: By the Allspark.

A few seconds later, a few more of the undead rose up from the ground and carried swords. The warlord looked down, while smiling evilly.

Megatron: Behold… The power of Dark Energon!

The zombie Cybertronians kept rising from the ground, getting close to Optimus and Ratchet.

Ratchet: Megatron has desecrated the resting place of all our fallen ancestors and his own.

Optimus: Not even the dead are free from his war-mongering...

Megatron looks down as his army approaches Ratchet and Optimus, who put on his battle mask.

Megatron: At last, symbiosis... I can feel it! I possess complete control over my army. Destroy them!

The terrorcons continued to walk towards the Autobots, when Optimus blasted one with his blaster, and then activated his other blaster and began shooting them with both blasters, while Ratchet walked backwards a little.

Ratchet: Optimus, If our combatants are already deceased, how can we possibly defeat them?

Optimus started shooting at the deceased, corrupted robots while looking at Ratchet.

Optimus: Ratchet, retreat! Bridge yourself back to base.

The doctor, however, refused to leave his friend behind and took his blades out.

Ratchet: No, I shall stand with you, Optimus. You may require a medic when this is over with.

He and Optimus then began to attack the terrorcons and he suddenly sliced a terrorcons arm off which deactivated.

Ratchet: I recommended dissection, the smaller the pieces, the better!

Optimus: Sound advice, old friend!

He switched his weapons from his blasters to his swords, and began to attack the terrorcons with his blades and both he and Ratchet soon stood side by side.

Megatron: I have mastered Dark Energon. When you fall, Optimus, you too, shall join my army.

Back at the site where the Decepticon Warship, the Decepticons soldiers started shooting at Sonic, Jack, Raf, who fell. Luckily, a groundbridge opened up and out of it came Arcee, Cliffjumper, Bumblebee and Tails and started shooting at the Vehicons.

Vehicon: Blast them!

Sonic and the others distracted the Vehicons and drew their fire from the Autobots while Arcee and the others picked up the kids.

Arcee: What were you thinking Jack.

Jack: Hey don't blame, blame Miko, she's the one who followed Bulkhead so we followed her to rescue her.

Cliffjumper: I gotta say you guys have brave guts to rescue Miko.

Bumblebee: (Even so I don't think Optimus would appreciate us letting you guys go out into the field.)

Bulkhead: Bee's right we have to get back to base.

Arcee: But how none of us has anything that can be used to activate the groundbridge?

Raf: I can help.

Raf types in groundbridge coordinates on his laptop that led back to the Autobot base.

Meanwhile on the Nemesis

Team Sonic search the Nemesis for Agent Fowler, until they hear one the Vehicon troopers say that Starscream is holding him prisoner in the brig, and just then the miles electric detect another chaos emerald and prism shard.

Tails: Guys the miles electric is detecting a chaos emerald and a prism shard.

Knuckles: Okay here's the plan, Tails and Amy, you two will rescue Agent Fowler, Sonic, You and I will get the prism shard and the chaos emeralds.

Sonic: Okay see you guys later.

Sonic and Knuckles run off to find the prism shard and the chaos emerald and Tails and Amy run off to find Agent Fowler.

The second-in-command, Starscream, was still trying to get the info out of Fowler in the brig. He started to walk up to the human as he chuckled darkly.

Starscream: My dear Agent Fowler, you do realise the Autobots have abandoned you. I am the only one you can rely upon now. So, tell me what I want to know or…

He brings out the energon prod again, intending to zap Fowler with it.

Agent Fowler: Please, no more… They're in… a secret government base.

Starscream: Go on.

Before Fowler could say more, Starscream turned around when he heard muffled noises, but chose to ignore them, since he almost got what he needed.

Starscream: Yes?

Agent Fowler: In the old steel mill. Or was it under that carnival fun house?

Starscream, angry that the human had tricked him, zapped him again, leading the agent to be passed out. That's when he heard more sounds coming from behind the room he was in. He looks at the Decepticon soldiers.

Starscream: Someone find out what is going on out there!

Meanwhile in the corridor Tails and Amy were fighting their way through to the brig and eliminated most of the Vehicons to save Agent Fowler.

Tails: Agent Fowler is not far from here, come on Amy let's keep this up.

Amy: What do you think? I've been doing Tails! YYYYEEEEAAAAHHHH!

In another corridor in another part of the Nemesis, Knuckles and Sonic were fighting their way through the Vehicon soldiers as they tried to prevent them from reaching the ships energon infuser but to no avail.

Knuckles: Come on, show me what you got! GRRRRAH!

Sonic: We're taking you down!

Knuckles and Sonic punched their way through the barrage of Vehicons and eventually reached the Energon infuser.

Meanwhile back at the Cybertronian graveyard, Optimus Prime and Ratchet were still battling Megatron's undead army. However, while slicing and dicing them, the doctor/field medic realised that they were getting weaker as they fought, due to the dark energon.

Ratchet: Optimus, this prolonged exposure to dark energon is sapping our strength.

Optimus, despite hearing his friend's warning, wasn't going down without a fight.

Optimus: We cannot falter now.

However, the rusted Cybertronians grabbed Prime and brought him to the ground. Ratchet, who was scrapping the rest, noticed this.

Ratchet: Optimus!

Before the medic could save his friend/leader, he was grabbed and brought down by the deceased Cybertronians as well. The Decepticon leader, who was watching the battle, smirked. However, when all hope seems lost, Optimus' sword went through one of the undead and scraped the rest of them. He then went to Ratchet's aid and got him out of the other pile. Despite the twist of turns, Megatron was impressed. He watched as Optimus and Ratchet continued to scrap the undead cyberbots.

Megatron: After all these years, Optimus, still at the top of your game. My legion, finish them!

Meanwhile back on the Nemesis as Sonic and Knuckles reached the energon infuser.

Sonic: Knuckles over there I've found the prism shard.

Sonic points at the red prism shard whilst Knuckles found the red chaos emerald.

Knuckles: I've found the chaos emerald.

Both Sonic and Knuckles spin dashes into the containers and snatches the chaos emerald and prism shards disrupting the Nemesis's engine and shutting down the energon infuser, causing it to fall from the sky.

Starscream: W-what is happening why is the ship going down.

Starscream and a single Vehicon looked at the door, still hearing the sounds of blaster fire. However, they were drawing nearer from each passing moment. The seeker then turned his gaze to the knocked-out form of Agent Fowler.

Starscream: Wake up you pathetic lump of flesh!

Agent Fowler: Ugh… grandma… is it cookie time?

Fowler then fell back to sleep. Starscream narrowed his eyes and snarled in response to the human's incoherent babbling. Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. The sliding panels opened up, showing a Vehicon flying out from the corridor landing at Starscream's feet.

Starscream: What?!

Tails and Amy then suddenly entered the area.

Tails: Hey you, what did you do to Agent Fowler?

Amy: I swear if you harmed him in any way I'll put some dents into you with my hammer!

In response, Starscream swiftly deployed his right Energon cannon and pointed it straight towards Fowler.

Starscream: Not so fast!

Unfortunately Starscream was hit as a blue light revealing to be Sonic threw him into a wall.

Sonic: One wrong move con and you'll never hear the end of it.

Starscream: Is that so you little vermin and how do you plan to do that?

Knuckles: HYYYAAAHHHH!

Knuckles charged into the room and punched Starscream in the face.

Sonic: Okay guys now let's get out of here.

Sonic's friends gathered around sonic, with the blue hedgehog holding the red chaos emerald and the red echidna holding the red prism shard.

Sonic: Chaos… CONTROL!

Sonic and his friends then teleported away with chaos control shocking the seeker.

Optimus and Ratchet finally defeated Megatron's undead.

Megatron: Bravo, Optimus. Though this is a prelude. You may wish to save your strength for the main event.

Optimus deactivated his blades and began climbing the cliff to get close to Megatron, who kneeled down to look at Prime.

Optimus: You will not prevail, Megatron... Not while energon still flows through my veins.

Megatron: Fitting, for it is Dark Energon which flows through mine.

The Decepticon leader then transformed, while dodging every shot that Optimus shot at him. Prime and Ratchet then looked at each other as they now knew one thing... This wasn't Megatron's endgame.

Back in the Autobot Base, Sonic, Tails, and the human kids watched Optimus finish welding the final touches on Ratchet's arm brace. They were all surprised to see Optimus and Ratchet come back with various scars and dents and nearly exhausted. Nevertheless, Ratchet assured everyone their injuries were superficial and would heal quickly.

Laying on a gurney was the unconscious form of Agent Fowler, recovering from his interrogation by the hands of Starscream. Tails used his healing device for most of his injuries. He then looked at the field medic/doctor.

Tails: So, what happened to you two?

Ratchet: We engaged an army of undead Cybertronian warriors.

Everyone's eyes widened in shock and surprise, especially Miko's. Sonic also was impressed and stepped closer to the railing with awe present in his green eyes.

Miko: You fought Zombies and I missed it?!

Sonic: Zombies? Is it wrong if I think that's awesome?

Optimus then looked at Bulkhead.

Optimus: Bulkhead. You exercised poor judgement in allowing the humans and team Sonic to accompany you.

Bulk glanced between Optimus and the others before he looked back.

Bulkhead: I-It won't happen again Optimus… I promise.

Sonic: To be fair we did all the work for you guys, so we kinda cut you some slack.

Arcee: Oh really the fact that we were so worried that we thought that you and your friends were kidnapped by the Decepticon.

Sonic: Oh come on Arcee you know me I'm the fastest thing alive.

Tails: And by the way look at what we found.

Tails shows the Autobots and the humans the red chaos emerald and the red prism shard.

Optimus: Very impressive Tails, that now adds one

more of these two items to our collection, once we have recovered the rest then we will be able to send you four home.

High above the outer edge of Earth's atmosphere, the Nemesis flew around the blue world. Inside the bridge, the sounds of metal on metal and yelps of pain could be heard.

Starscream: Please, Lord Megatron… I meant no…

Starscream was unable to finish as Megatron slammed a fist into the seeker's face.

The greyish-silver mech staggered backwards, touching his facial components and felt a stinging sensation. Soundwave and the Vehicon troopers in the background watched as the SIC received a mighty beating from their leader. As Starscream stood up wobbly, the towering form of Megatron stepped in front of him.

Megatron: I ordered you to await my command!

Megaton yelled as he backhanded 'Screamer in the chassis.

The seeker shrieked as the forceful blow sent him bouncing along the metal floors. He came to a stop, front side up. He felt an enormous amount of pain through his circuits. Sparks could be seen sparkling out from his elbow joints as he struggled to turn over. Megatron proceeded towards his fallen position, in no hurry at all.

Megatron: Instead, your mindless agenda resulted in the disabling of my ship, the loss of many of my drones and the delay of my plans!

Seeing how close he was, Starscream yelped as he turned over and began to crawl away, obvious fear evident on his facial plate.

Starscream: M-my intentions were pure master. I only wanted you to be rid of Optimus.

Suddenly, Megatron slammed his right foot on Starscream's body.

Megatron: Nobody rids me of Optimus Prime but me. Do you understand?! Do you!?

Starscream: I will make things right, Lord Megatron. I swear! I know how to set your plans back on course.

Starscream felt relief as Megatron lifted his heel off of the seeker, but only to be grabbed by the throat. The warlord brought his SIC to optic level, staring at him with a dangerous gaze.

Megatron: Explain Starscream…quickly.

Inside the main ops centre, Ratchet continues to type away at the terminal. Searching for any explanation as to where the red prism shard was being taken on the Nemesis. It took an hour, but after inputting the right variables, Ratchet came to a shocking conclusion.

Ratchet: It can't be... Optimus!

He could hear the rumbling footsteps of his leader stepping towards him. Ratchet turned to face him.

Ratchet: I was able to retrieve data from the prism shard and it would seem that the Decepticon warship's destination is a space bridge.

Optimus: Megatron is building a space bridge… if he hasn't already.

Bulkhead: Great, the sooner he leaves the better.

Optimus: Bulkhead, a space bridge runs in two directions. Megatron may not be using it to leave Earth, but to bring through his conquering army.

Ratchet: The main event that Megatron referred to. But… the only place that Megatron could possibly recruit that many fallen warriors…

A grave mien took hold on Ratchet's face as he realised Megatron's plan.

Optimus: Precisely... Cybertron.

*Begin flashback*

Sonic: Can I open my eyes now?

Amy: No, Sonic, not yet.

[The camera cuts to a virtual view of Sonic closing his eyes, peeping by moving his fingers slightly.]

Sonic: Amy, you better not be tricking me into the water again.

Amy: No trick, Sonic. Trust me. You're gonna love it. Okay, open them! [Sonic opens his eyes.] Ta-da!

Sonic: You got me... the Palm Tree? So it is a trick.

Amy: No, Sonic, it's not a trick.

Sonic: But I already have a palm tree. That one. And that one. And those over there.

Amy: The gift isn't just the tree. It's all the memories we've made around that tree.

Tails: Like that time when you bet me I couldn't fly up to the top by the time you ran home and back. You still owe me, by the way. [Chuckles]

Knuckles: [Punches the palm tree and catches the coconut] And the time we worked together to make Amy that coconut cream pie.

Rouge: Or when I saw you buy a coconut cream pie and tell Amy you made it. [Swoops and steals the coconut off of Knuckles' hands. Sonic chuckles.]

Big: Or that time I laughed so hard, chilli shot out my nose. [Laughs] I still can't smell. [Froggy croaks]

Amy: Yeah, really good times. Right, Sonic?

Sonic: [Steps on the blanket] Come on, guys, don't you think you're all being a little too... I don't know... [lays on the blanket] sentimental? Look, I get it. Tree. Friendship. Memories. [Sees something ahead and starts craving] Chili dogs!

[Amy sees Sonic chomping and slurping at some Chili Dogs and is a little disgusted.]

Amy: I guess you don't get it, do you, Sonic?

*End flashback*

Optimus: We cannot allow Megatron to send Dark Energon through his space bridge. If we fail, the death of Cybertron will rise… Swarm through its vortex… and invade Earth. Bending humankind to Megatron's twisted rule.

Sonic transformers chaos paradox prime

Back in the Autobot Base, The Autobots were getting ready for the fight of their lives, and they weren't the only ones.

Since team Sonic can't return home because the three Chaos Emeralds and the two current paradox prism shards aren't enough to teleport them back, they decided to stay and help the Autobots stop Megatron's plan for good. Even though it's not their world, they weren't going to let some monstrous Decepticon take over it.

Ratchet: Optimus, I've pinpointed the location of Megatron's space bridge. High in Earth's orbit.

Optimus: Out of our reach.

Miko: Ok, so you guys don't fly... but can't you just ground-bridge there?

Ratchet: The groundbridge has limited range. Stretched all the way in orbit its vortex could snap, and scatter us to the stars.

Team Sonic, Jack, Miko, and Raf had worried looks on their faces. Even though they only knew the Autobots for a few days, they didn't want them to get hurt... or killed. Optimus then walked to the groundbridge tunnel.

Optimus: Since Megatron is likely already in transit, I'm afraid we must take that risk. Reaching the space bridge first is our only means of stopping him.

Optimus: Autobots, prepare for departure.

Jack then looked at Arcee.

Jack: So, see you?

The two-wheeler smiled at the teenager and walked toward her fellow Autobots. Ratchet then activates the groundbridge, while Raf and Bumblebee look at each other. Miko also looked at Bulkhead.

Raf: Be careful, Bee.

Bumblebee: (Don't worry, Raf. I'll be alright.)

Miko: I'm so jealous!

Bulkhead: Don't even think about following me.

Cliffjumper then looked at team Sonic while Bee and Bulk headed to the groundbridge. He had to admit, these four reminded of himself a lot.

Sonic: Me and my Friends have been in space before.

The Autobots were surprised when the blue hedgehog said that.

Tails: We'll tell you guys later. Point is, Cliff, we'd like to come along, but it looks like a job for you. So, be careful.

The red mech then gave team Sonic a confident smile.

Cliffjumper: Don't worry, guys. I'll be fine. Besides, You mess with Cliffjumper-

Team Sonic: And you get the horns!

Team Sonic gave Cliff a thumbs up. Cliff nodded and headed to the groundbridge with the rest of the Autobots. The medic then looked at Optimus, who wasn't looking back at him.

Ratchet: Optimus, if you leave me on a planet stranded teeming with humans... and talking animals, I will never forgive you.

Optimus: Until we meet again, old friend.

The red and blue mech titan then deployed his signature battle mask.

Optimus: Autobots, roll out!

In a swift motion, the 'Bots shifted into their vehicle modes. On cue, Ratchet activated their groundbridge turned space bridge. A swirling vortex of green and white appeared inside the tunnel. With Optimus at the lead, the Autobots stormed into the portal.

Optimus: Maximum Overdrive!

After the 'Bots had exited into the portal, the medic/doctor shut off the vortex. Sonic then looked at the others.

Sonic: Although I am glad to help, I do hate standing around while they're risking their lives for us.

The others nodded their heads in agreement.

Earth's Orbit/Outer Space

Orbiting in-between the Earth and its moon was a ginormous ring that appeared to be constructed of a rocky mineral, with spikes that juked out from the circumference. The inside of the ring was completely opposite, as it was plated with smooth metal. This marvellous and ominous structure was none other than the Decepticon space bridge.

Suddenly, a green and white vortex appeared right at the bottom rim of the space bridge. Exiting out of the portal was a red and blue semi-truck, a green SUV, a yellow and black muscle car, a red Dodge Challenger with horns at the front, and a blue motorcycle. That's when the Autobots transformed into their respective robot modes.

Optimus: Autobots, transform... and gravatize!

As they neared the ring's rim, electric bolts arched out from the soles of their feet and onto the surface of the rim. The electric-magnetic current pulled the 'Bots towards the surface until their feet were finally secured on the metal ground.

Bulkhead comically stumbled for a second as soon as his feet touched the floor.

Bulkhead: Wo-woah. Don't look down... or up... or left.

They then saw the Decepticon warship heading to the direction of the space bridge and them.

Arcee: So Megatron's packing enough Dark Energon to raise Cybertron's dead?

Optimus: And since we don't possess ready means of disabling the space bridge…

He and the others activated their weapons.

Optimus: Nothing goes in... or out!

On the Nemesis, Megatron looked at a monitor which showed the Autobots on the space bridge. He then smirks and starts to chuckle.

Megatron: Optimus never disappoints... Unlike you, Starscream!

Starscream yelped as he took a vigilant step backwards, but he quickly regained his composure.

Starscream: No need for concern, master. Soundwave is locking on to Cybertron's coordinates. Per my… instructions.

Megatron narrowed his blood-red eyes and swiftly turned his helm back to the monitor.

Back at the Decepticon space bridge, where the Autobots were guarding, they remained in their battle stance, with blasters drawn, aimed at the Nemesis. They had been standing there for over a few minutes, and Team Prime was becoming restless and confused as to why the 'Cons weren't attacking. Clearly the Decepticons are up to something, but what?

Arcee: Well… what are they waiting for?

Cliffjumper: They're probably waiting for us to stop crushing their drones. Ha!

Raf: No offence, but don't the Decepticons know where their own planet is?

Ratchet: Hmph… naturally, but Cybertron is many light-years away. To reach their target their aim must be astronomically precise.

Back on the space bridge the Autobots were still waiting for the Decepticons to make the first move; they felt a rumble as the bridge started to lock onto Cybertron.

Arcee: What just happened?

Cliffjumper: The space bridge...

Optimus: The Decepticons are locking on to Cybertron.

On the Nemesis, Starscream noticed that the space bridge was locked onto Cybertron.

Starscream: Lord Megatron, the space bridge is ready for activation.

Megatron: Finally! Now Starscream?

Starscream: Now.

Starscream pressed a button that activates the space bridge.

Megatron then appeared at the top of his ship and threw a meteor of dark energon into the space bridge, Optimus attempted to stop it but to no avail. The dark energon meteor then landed on Cybertron infecting the entire planet with dark energon.

Megatron: Arise my army!

And the dead of Cybertron began to wake as terrorcons as they heard Megatron's call.

Bulkhead: So, how do we defeat a whole planet of the undead?

Ratchet: Optimus, I'm registering a rapidly expanding mass in their space bridge vortex. One with a peculiar energy signature. Dark Energon.

Optimus: Ratchet, we must destroy the space bridge. There's enough live energon cursing through it to achieve detonation. But we lack the firepower to ignite it.

Ratchet: If I knew how the space bridge was engineered, I might find a tactical way of accomplishing that feat.

Sonic: Well, we have three of the chaos emeralds.

Ratchet: Pfft what good would that do and besides didn't knuckles say that you need all seven chaos emeralds to have the ultimate power.

Sonic: True but with only half of them I can access half of the chaos emeralds energy since I would be in a semi super state rather than a regular one but it should be enough to overload the space bridge.

Ratchet: Optimus, I must say the space bridge is our sole hope of ever returning to Cybertron. Are you certain its destruction is the only option?

Optimus: I am afraid so.

Ratchet: Then by all means let us light our darkest hour.

Sonic then summons the three chaos emeralds and begins to transform. His blue quills become emerald green and his emerald green eyes become ruby red, thus becoming semi super sonic and teleports away in a flash of green light towards space.

Ratchet: Is this what is always like with the four of you?

Tails: Definitely Ratchet.

Optimus: Autobots this is where we make our stand against Megatron. We must buy sonic time for him to damage the space bridge enough for it to be overloaded with chaos energy.

The Autobots nod in agreement as Megatron descends upon them.

Megatron: Ah Autobots how unwise of you Optimus to have them here fighting alongside but that doesn't matter since they can all witness your death.

Optimus: I hold no illusions about engaging your army, Megatron. But I might derail its objective by removing its head.

Megatron: Highly unlikely, Optimus, as I am infused with their very might!

Optimus: One shall stand, one shall fall.

Both the Autobots and Megatron charge headfirst into each other.

Meanwhile back at base Agent Fowler woke up only to see a mass of terrorcons on the screen.

Agent Fowler: These things are getting closer. That's bad, right?

Ratchet: Naturally but with Sonic as Semi Super Sonic he should be able to overload the space bridge with enough chaos energy and destroy it thus destroying Megatron's army in the process.

Meanwhile in space a flash of green light appears below the Decepticon warship.

Semi Super Sonic: Ratchet I'm in position.

Ratchet: Good. Play close attention.

Meanwhile both the Autobots and Megatron were fighting but with the Decepticon leader gaining the upper hand by shooting the four Autobots airborne leaving him alone with Optimus and punching his face and performing an uppercut that sent Prime airborne but was grabbed by Megatron who then slammed him down on the space bridge back and forth before throwing away and pounding him into the ground of the space bridge but before Megatron could terminate Optimus, he was interrupted by Starscream.

Starscream: Master?

Megatron: Starscream, what is it?!

Starscream: I do not wish to question your all-seeing wisdom, but I believe the Autobots hedgehog pet is up to something again. Circling your bridge this time.

Megatron then looks up as he sees Semi Super Sonic circling around the space bridge and looks back down on Optimus.

Megatron: Ah, misdirection, Optimus? You and your Autobots would have made fine Decepticons.

Optimus: Me and my Autobots chose our side.

Megatron then transforms into his Cybertronian jet form and heads towards the centre of his space bridge.

Megatron: Starscream, my army approaches. Rendevouz with the space bridge for pick-up.

Meanwhile on another part of the space bridge Ratchet was giving Semi Super Sonic instructions.

Ratchet: Now follow the line from the flow regulator to the energon pump. There should be a valve.

Semi Super Sonic: I see it.

Ratchet: Good. To turn all that power against itself, all you need to do is reverse the current and overload it with chaos energy.

Semi Super Sonic reversed the energon current of the space bridge and overloaded it with chaos energy.

Semi Super Sonic: Current reversed and overloaded with chaos energy.

Agent Fowler: Yes! Right?

Ratchet: I'll get the groundbridge ready.

As Megatron reached the centre of the space bridge, he turned around to find that his warship was not present which shocked him greatly.

Megatron: Starscream, where is my ship?!

Aboard the Nemesis, Starscream was viewing the space bridge on the screen with Nemesis retreating knowing that it was about to explode.

Starscream: We would never make it, Lord Megatron. Don't be a fool! Take flight and retreat!

Meanwhile with Optimus and the others, they saw explosions on the space bridge and they began to run.

Ratchet: Optimus, the groundbridge is ready and waiting.

Optimus: Autobots, jump!

Optimus and the Autobots jumped off the space bridge before they could be consumed by the explosion.

Back with Megatron, the Decepticon leader was gazing upon his undead army.

Megatron: My legion.

Unfortunately for Megatron, he saw explosions happening around the space bridge and saw his closest terrorcon extending it's arm out to Megatron.

Megatron: NO!

Megatron attempted to reach out to his army but the entire space bridge falls apart, the explosion consumed him and his army, resulting a chaos shockwave that reached both the Nemesis and the earth but only affected the Nemesis's engines, disrupting the energon infuser and disrupting the power plants worldwide around the planet.

Back with the Nemesis Starscream makes an announcement.

Starscream: Decepticons it is with deep sorrow, that I note for the log Megatron's spark has been extinguished. All… hail… Starscream!

Back at the Autobot base, the kids, Tails, Knuckles, Amy and Ratchet were awaiting for the return of team Prime and Sonic.

Raf: Do you think they're?

Ratchet: Five life signals.

Right on cue, the giant red and blue form of Optimus Prime stepped out of the portal. Signs of battle were noticeable as scars and dents covered his armour. Once he stepped aside, Bulkhead emerged next; not as many scratches on him as Optimus, but they still existed on his armour. The next was Bumblebee. Then last, but not least, was Cliffjumper and Arcee. Ratchet turned his helm to Optimus.

Ratchet: And Megatron?

Optimus: Not even he could have survived ground-zero.

Fowler: Prime!

The agent man was straightening up his blue dress jacket as he stepped in front of the elevator.

Fowler: I didn't get a chance to thank you 'Bots, you kids and your… talking animal friends for the save. I owe you guys one... the whole world does.

He then left the Autobot base.

Miko then approaches Optimus.

Miko: So, is this the part where you say goodbye and tell us we forget we ever saw you?

Optimus gazed down at the human trio and team sonic with a thoughtful expression.

Optimus: Without the means of leaving this world we Autobots take strength in the bonds we have forged with our seven young friends. True warriors. Four in body and three in spirit. My name is Optimus Prime, and I send this message: though we did not choose to be on Earth, it would seem that we are here to stay. And if you approach this planet with hostile intent, know that we'll defend ourselves. We will defend humanity. We will defend our home.
