Emma smiled at Henry sitting across the kitchen table as they ate their morning cereal in peace. "Sheriff Swan!!" Regina screamed from upstairs.
"Ah oh. I'm in trouble now kid," Emma muttered, putting down her spoon. She looked over at the doorway hearing click clack of high heels on the stairs.
"What the fu.." Regina immediately stopped, seeing Henry. "A word in my office," she added, spinning on her heels and walked away. Emma gave Henry half a smile as she trudged behind Regina.
"I apologise for whatever it is," Emma said, closing the door behind her.
"You don't even know what I'm going to say!" Regina retorted.
"I'm still sorry,"
"What's this..!?'" Regina questioned, holding a small black box in her palm. Emma's face went white.
"I can explain," she said quietly. Regina laughed and moved over to her desk. She pulled open a draw and dug something from within. The brunette walked back to Emma and held another black box in her hand. Emma's mouth fell open as she looked between the two boxes in both of her hands. "What. Huh. When. How." Emma mumbled.
"I've had this for months," Regina paused, taking a step closer "I just haven't found the right time," Emma smiled, stroking Regina's face.
"Yes wifey,"
"What.." Regina stuttered.
"My answer is yes,"
"Have you asked her yet, Mum?" Henry called from the other side of the door.
"Come in, Henry," Regina said with a chuckle.
