Greetings, Loud Crowd! I am SO sorry for not having a new chapter of my OTHER story being release for about a month! my schedule's been getting in the way, and it's been somewhat hard to fit in time to write. I'm just taking a little break from writing it, because I am SO excited to write this fanfic! Yes, it's another Luan fanfic, but more in an alternate universe and possible alternate timeline, so it'll have the same plot of Luan realizing what hell she put her family through, and have a couple references to the other fanfic, but I decided to take a bit of a different turn on it, and I feel that the backstory will be more interesting here in this fanfic. This opening will be similar to the other, but (spoilers) the NEXT chapter is when things start to get a little more (I would say) crazy! Hope you all enjoy! :)

Credits go to Fuzzball29 for the list of ideas he had, giving me the idea to write this fanfic!

Rated T for gore, maybe some suggestive adult themes, sad descriptive backstory, words such as, "hell" being used, and more…

Chapter 1: A Jokester Arises From the Night

The story begins on April 1, the day where Luan is seen doing some of the most devilish pranks the world has ever seen… At least in her sibling's eyes.

Luan arose from her bedsheets, looking very sloppy and tired. It would be expected of her to have such an exciting reaction of pure joy, but with a devilish attitude as well, but she didn't have those such reactions this time. She had remembered the last April Fools day. It was an unsuccessful day to set off her pranks. It really wasn't a day she was expecting, or what she wanted either. It was a day where she had to help her one and only brother, Lincoln. They had to work together to figure out who the prankster was and stop them from pranking their family. It was someone Lincoln and Luan weren't expecting one bit. It was their youngest sister, Lily. It made her feel that this April Fools wouldn't be what she wanted. So, she slowly raised her small bottom off of her thin bedsheets with the wood under it creaking in the most annoying way she could clearly imagine in her mind, and walked towards her and her roommate, Luna's bedroom door.

She still had her pranks set up, and were the same amount of danger that the pranks the years before were, hoping her family wouldn't suspect. She remembered the day after April Fools, April 2, that her family gained most of her trust back after helping out about who the prankster was, but were still wanting to be cautious of her on the very day she'd go crazy. The one specific thing which caused the family to question her sanity was how and why she started to prank in the first place. Every single time one of her siblings, parents, or all of them in general would ask her about why she started to prank them, she'd either respond with an immediate grunt of annoyance or ignorance (which was considered very rude in her family) or would respond with trying to punch one of them in the face and would stay the same way all day until the day was over.

Every time she reacted in that way, the family would try to stay as far away from her as possible. Their hearts would race the moment she would try to punch one of them in the face. She actually succeeded to do that once though. It was when she was 11. Lynn Loud Jr, the fifth oldest tried to ask her why she started to prank her family in the first place. The very moment she asked such a thing, Luan's fists tightened to the point she almost broke her phalanges and punched her straight on the lip, and it felt like her entire jaw had fell off her own face. It started to bleed a darkish-red color from her shiny gum, and a few small puddles of blood formed on the kitchen floor. It was such a serious issue that she had to be rushed to the hospital with how much bleeding there was and how much pain she was in. Luan and her family could never forget that moment, especially Lynn.

Luan decided to ignore those thoughts however. She didn't feel like herself that day. Her weak body and drowsy eyes made her have the urge to gag or possibly throw up. She completely ignored the fact she had that feeling though since it was April 1, a day where the Loud Family Household would be entirely in Luan's hands, and not in a very good way as well. She wanted to show her capability of pranking her family once again for her own sake just so she could get rid of the nasty feeling that would try to stay inside her.

"Come on, Luan! It's your favorite day of the year, April 1! You know how excited you get, so why don't you just cheer up already!?" Luan shouted to her own self in her mind.

Luan just put her hands onto the both sides of her forehead to try and forget the past, shutting her eyelids tightly while walking towards the bathroom where all the siblings and parent had to go to to do their own business. She shuffled her feet on the carpet until she hit the bathroom door.

"Can't you tell that I'm trying to do my number twos here?!" Lynn Loud Jr. shouted to whoever was at the door.

Luan was grossed out by her saying she was doing her number twos, since she was the most near to the bathroom herself.

"Oops! Sorry, Lynn! I wasn't looking at where I was going! Just daydreaming!" Luan apologized.

"Well, watch where you're going next time, weirdo!" Lynn demanded.

"Sheesh, don't have to be so harsh on the comedian here," Luan said to herself.

Luan waited for an extra 10 minutes for her to get out of the messy bathroom. The entire time while Lynn was in the bathroom, she just stood there. She yawned about 50 times within those minutes, and they were as loud as a vacuum. Everyone except Lynn ignored how loud they were since they all knew it was April Fools day, and wanted to stay away from her at all costs, however.

Once Lynn slammed the bathroom door shut after being in there for god-knows-how-long, Luan immediately rushed towards the sink since she knew how much of a mess she was. Her hair was tangled, her teeth appeared in a yellowish white color, her armpits smelt as bad as Lynn's farts, and she was still in her scratchy, checkered pajamas.

Luan did her normal routine as usual. Every few days, her mom, Rita Loud would make her take a pill or two to make sure her face doesn't break out in pimples, blackheads, and/or zits ever since Rita heard the events of what happend on her first official date with Benny. So, Luan quickly opened the drawer, and grabbed the pills container. She shook it slowly in her hands to make sure she got the right container, and yet, she did. Luan spinned the cap off the tiny, clear container, and put the one centimeter pill in her freezing cold palms. The young teenager then stuck out her tounge as if she was giving someone a rasperry and threw the pill onto her tounge. The moment the pill hit her tiny tastebuds, the dry coating of the pill started to dissappear from Luan's saliva, and she immediatly shook from the nasty taste the pill had to offer. She felt brave in that moment though, so she swallowed the pill without water, and continued on with doing her normal morning duties.

Once she was finished doing all her bathroom and morning chores, she went downstairs, and wasn't expecting what would happen next…

There you have it, folks! Chapter 1 of my second fanfiction! Like I said beforehand, this chapter was going to be somewhat similar to chapter 1 of my FIRST fanfiction. Just the morning duties, but have a little extra on hand! Since I find this story to be WAY more fun to write than the other one, who knows? you might expect chapter 2 to be out sooner than you'd expect! See you all in the next chapter! :)
