Lloyd picked up Kai's laundry and chucked it onto Kai's bed. Yes, he had stuff to do, but Kai's chores were not one of them. He picked a piece of paper and pencil before furiously scribbling his own note.

"Do your own fucking work!"

Lloyd ripped up the paper and threw it in the bin. No, if he was going to give Kai a piece of his mind then he'd do it later. And more calculated.

"Did you finally do my laundry?" Kai asked cheerfully from behind Lloyd.

"Nope." He said bluntly.

"What? Why not?"

"Cause it's your problem, so you're the one is going to fucking deal with it asshole!" Lloyd hissed. Kai looked to Lloyd in shock. "I'm done doing your shit, so stop being such a child and do it yourself."

"Seriously Lloyd? It's not even that big of a deal!"

"Let's see… what else has to be done?" Lloyd put his hand to his face in a overdramatised thinking position. "Uh yes,

I have to train Arin and Sora, keep the monastery clean and running, stop mergequakes and keep Wyldfire from burning this whole place down. Not to mention I have to fix the bounty, and take care of the dragon stables." Kai stood silently.

"Fine, but you could have just said so." He grumbled. Lloyd let out a shrill laugh.

"Oh yes! I tried to, trust me. But you said you were doing your 'me time,' so I didn't dare disturb you." Lloyd said, making Quotation marks with his hands. "Why are you even here anyway? It hasn't been that long."

"I-uh…I forgot my phone." He murmured. Lloyd couldn't let but laugh.

"Big shock! Now go away, I've got stuff to do." Kai angrily looked at Lloyd before grabbing his phone and leaving.

"What happened to the couch? Did one of the dragons get loose?" Lloyd didn't look to Kai.

"I suppose you could say that…" he whispered. Kai rolled his eyes and left, cursing under his breath.

"You're just like your father."

"You're pushing everyone away."

"You are alone."

He sighed left Kai's room. Alone. That's just the way he liked it, no one to bother no one to-

"Look out!" Lloyd ducked immediately before a blast of fire nearly hit his face.

"Hey! Watch it!" He growled.

"You watch it! I'm training!" Wyldfire said.

"Then go train outside or just somewhere else."

"And why's that?" Lloyd was taken aback from this statement, he looked to the floor in shame. Why did he want to be alone?

"Oye! Im talking to you!" She raged.

"Go train outside. I'm not going to ask again. You live in my monastery, in my stables. And you do as I say." He growled getting closer to Wyldfire's face.

"And why would I do that?"

"Because if you don't, your supply of food will end." He said coldly. Wyldfire looked at him with shock before hissing violently in his face. Lloyd hissed back, but more louder and hostilely.

"Outside." He shouted. Wyldfire looked at him with anger and annoyance before dragging her feet outside. He looked to the board of photos, where a photo of him as a child was placed. It had his mother in the background, placing her hand on his shoulder. It picked it up and burnt it instantly with his Oni magic.

"Asshole…" He whispered before sweeping it under the carpet, next to the other photo's ashes. He walked to the couch and dug his claws into it, dragging it open as he went. He wasn't going to be pushed around anymore, no. He was in charge, he was the one who made the rules. Lloyd smiled to himself before heading outside to fix the damage Wlydfire had already done.
