A couple of days after the meeting, Raven was with Darling at Orctan where a new housing development was going on.
"The mages of your territory have done so much to build this place at such a fast rate," said Darling as she looked at a nearly finished building that was only in need of a roof.
"Time is of importance with so many people needing homes," said Raven.
"But what should we do with it once they return to their homes?" asked the town lord who was standing with the girls.
"I plan to build a magic school nearby so this area can be used as dorms for the students meaning your town will have the potential to grow," said Raven.
"And the school will be open to anyone who wishes to learn," she said.
"No matter what kingdom or background they have, we'll also keep the low tax that you currently have until the town starts growing from the influx of students and new residents that are sure to move in," said Darling.
"I thank you both for giving us such an opportunity," said the lord.
"Darling!" called Chase Redford as he came riding up on the back of a wyvern.
"What's wrong, Chase?" asked Darling after he landed.
"Another storm has formed off the coast, this time it's bigger than before and may cause more damage than what has already been done," said Chase.
"Can't we catch a break?" asked Darling.
"Wait, something is weird with this," said Raven.
"Storms should not form and move this fast," she said.
"Do you think someone or something could be behind these storms?" asked the town lord.
"I don't know, but we're going to get to the bottom of it," said Raven before calling out to Sparrow.
"Get a group of knights and mages to the coastline towns in the Sunlight Queendom right away to help evacuate anyone in the area and raise the sea walls, then call all of the Rebels," she said.
"What should I tell them?" asked Sparrow.
"To meet at the ship as soon as possible, because we're setting sail again," said Raven before heading to her carriage.
