Greetings!!! Keep I'm mind that own nothing!! Nothing at all I say as sad as that is and as sad as that makes me I hope you all enjoy this story!!
Finding herself surrounded by crystals Kagome looks around. The last bit of her memory forming as she remembers herself, inuyasha, and Naraku were both reaching for the Jewel before the blinding pink light engulfed them.
Frantically she searches through the mirrors of crystal. Each one showing her reflection in some way as she is finally able to locate the jewel. Reaching out for if she goes to grasp it before she is stopped by a voice. " Go on ahead. Make a wish. But be careful to make the right wish."
She thinks for a moment before she responds " how do I know what wish is the right one?" The pink jewel glows. What was once suppose to be a bright pink jewel has since become a dull color of itself. The corruption easy to see. " a chance you must take by yourself. After all you can not leave from inside this place until you do so." She thinks long and hard.
A wish that would not benefit herself or cause harm to another. Just as she was finding her words to speak a familiar voice brought her attention. " KAGOME!!! Where are you!!! Say something!!!!" Looking towards the voice with joy she realizes that inuyasha was here as well. She watched through the crystals as he wondered through the maze. As odd as it is that she could see him but he could not see her. " INUYASHA!! I'm over here!!!"
Kagome cried out but her joy turned to sorrow as she watched what had to be a illusion of Kikyo wonder to inuyasha. The Jewels voice rings in her ears. A darker tone that it once was " it would seem that you were not as important to him as you should. Go ahead make the wish you desire to truly make. If you were to rid of Kikyō you and Him could be together."
Feeling the tear fall down from her eyes as she continues to yell for Inuyasha. Her cries which fall on deaf ears as he is lead away by the fake Kikyō.
" come on. One wish is all it takes"
She stares for a moment as she struggle to not fall apart as her heart feels it is doing. " I wish….. the Shikon no Tama to disappear."
A pause was made. A calm before everything rumbled. " FOOLISH GIRL!!!!! You will pay!!! Pay!!!!! I curse you girl. Wither and die!"
A bright blinding light flashed before her eyes. She could feel her fingers growing numb before the feeling moved through her body.
A softer voice was heard echoing through her ears. " you will not die. Maiden of the Jewel but your journey is not through either. You are givin a second chance. But for this chance at life you will be sent further back. No memories of this life will you have. Do not fail."
The soft gentle words were the last she heard before her mind went blank.
