Sarah- 16

The day had finally come another day Dean dreaded, Sarah had brought a boy home. His name was Elijah- not that Dean ever bothered to remember his name. He hated the idea that his sister was dating but he couldn't keep her as little as he wanted to he couldn't.

But after a lot of talking, begging, and pleading from his sister and a talk from his brother, Dean had finally caved and allowed Sarah to date. But gave the boy a fair warning.

Sarah had talked with her brothers about Elijah, a boy from school. Dean put her in a private school. Public school didn't work out as she was always known as Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins' little sister.

She had brought him over to meet her brothers, both teenagers were dead nervous. Elijah was more nervous, he never expected he'd be dating the kid sister of two retired professional athletes. Sarah knew this would take more than her famous puppy dog eyes for this to work.

Dean and Seth walked from the two teenagers outside to talk. The two-toned man knew how much his brother hated this but he had to put it all aside for their sister's happiness. Seth knew that Dean would do just about anything to make his sister happy.

"She's too young to be dating let alone be with boys" Dean broke the ice with his brother.

"Dean she's 16, that's when kids usually start dating and hanging out. I say she can handle it and if anything happens she has us to help her" Seth replied.

"Seth we used to be teenage boys once, we know what they're thinking and what they want. They ain't getting it from her"

"Not all guys are like that"

"We don't know this Evan kid or his intentions"

"His name is Elijah and that's why he's here so we can get to know him. Besides you know how important this is for Sarah you don't wanna ruin this for her. You can't keep her a baby forever Dean, as much as you want to you can't. She's gonna have to grow up at some point. We've raised her right and to trust her judgment. I trust her and so should you"

The dirty blonde knew his brother was right; he couldn't keep babying their sister nor keep her little. This was a part of her growing up whether he liked it or not and whether he wanted to or not.

He sighed and went back in as Seth followed him Dean stared at the two kids in front of him. As much as this would kill him on the inside he had to push those thoughts aside for his sister.

"Seth and I talked about it if you two wanna…date. You have our permission" Dean told them.

Sarah rounded and hugged her brothers tightly. Elijah went and shook the two men's hands. Dean firmly gripped the kid's hand.

"Sarah's happiness is very important to me if you do anything to hurt her or break her heart. I will break your face. You understand?" Dean's voice grew firm.

"Y-yes sir" Elijah stammered.

One afternoon Seth was lounging around the house after cleaning it and straightening up. Dean was working at the gym for the afternoon. They often took turns so one of them would be home when Sarah got in from school. Seth was watching tv and snacking on chips when Sarah barged in from school, her head down and sniffing.

The two-toned man frowned as his sister stormed her way upstairs and slammed her bedroom door. He put the bowl of chips on the table and went up to her room, once outside the door he gently pressed his ear to the door and he could have sworn he heard crying?

He softly knocked on the door. "Sarah? Sweetheart, can I come in?"

"Come in" He got a muffled reply.

He opened her door and saw her lying on her bed, her face in her pillow as if she was trying to muffle her cries and sobs. He had gone and sat next to her rubbing her back.

"Honey, what's wrong?"

"I don't wanna talk about it" She sniffed.

"How about this, I'll go make you a snack and when you're ready you come down and we'll talk"

Lifting her head from the pillow, Seth could make out her red and puffy blue eyes and it broke his heart. He wanted to know what got his sister so upset, he knew if Dean was here he would interrogate her until she caved. Seth tried to be the understanding one and let her come to them.

"Elijah broke up with me" She sat fully up, adjusting her uniform. "I caught him with another girl"

"Oh sweetheart, I'm sorry" He pulled her in for a hug. Dean was going to kill this kid. As livid as Seth was he had to hold that back and comfort his sister.

"What did I do for him to cheat on me?" She wrapped her arms around him.

"Nothing," He said firmly but gently. "Some guys are just jerks like that. It was nothing you did or didn't do"

"Is it because I'm not pretty enough?"

"Hey you're a beautiful girl, don't ever let him or anyone tell you otherwise. He's an asshole" His voice was gentle yet firm. "What do you say we go have that snack and watch some tv?"

She sniffed and smiled. "That sounds like a plan" She wiped her eyes on the sleeve of her shirt. "You do know Dean's gonna kill Elijah right?"

"I'll handle him"

Seth kissed her head and left her to change as he went downstairs, he couldn't help but feel livid. A boy had hurt his little sister and broken her heart. He had this fear like Dean but he was the calmer and understanding one between him and his older brother. He wouldn't know how his brother would take this.

The two-toned man just hoped his brother wouldn't raise all kinds of hell about the boy but instead help comfort their sister. He was making his sister a snack when he heard the door open and a plop noise at the door which meant his brother was home. Time for the moment of truth.

Dean sighed after working a long day at the gym but was glad to be home. He looked into the kitchen to see his brother.

"Hey man, whatcha doing?" Dean asked, taking a seat at the counter.

"Making Sarah a snack, she's upstairs" Seth answered. He took a breath. "Dean, if I tell you something you can't freak out or get angry. I just got Sarah to calm down"

That had gotten the dirty blonde worried. "What? Is she alright? She's not hurt is she?"

"What'd I just say don't freak out and calm down. Sarah came in from school upset because Elijah was cheating on her, she caught him with another girl"

That had infuriated him but felt just as heartbroken for his sister. Before he could say or make a move Sarah had come down dressed in one of her brother's old wrestling shirts and a pair of pajama pants. She saw her other brother back and immediately the tears returned to her eyes, Dean held his arms open for her and without hesitation, she ran to his arms and hugged him.

The dirty blonde hugged his sister close, stroking her hair back and rubbing her back soothingly. Seth wasn't jealous of his sibling's relationship, he couldn't be. They had a bond and connection so strong nothing could break it. After a few moments, Dean pulled her back and wiped her eyes, as infuriated as he was he had to shove all that down for his sister.

"Are you alright sweetheart?" Dean asked her softly.

She sniffed, wiping her eyes. "I will be eventually, I'm just glad I didn't sleep with him"

Both men raised their eyes at their sister. "What?!"

The teen winced at their voices, she forgot how loud they could get. She stood nervously. "A couple of weeks after we started dating he started to come on a little…strong and would want to have sex" she lowered her voice.

"Sweetie did he ever…" Seth trailed off, not wanting to finish but saw a death glare in his brother's eyes.

"No, he never did anything"

The two men breathed sighs of relief but just held their sister. After the small family moment, they spent the afternoon watching movies and binging on snacks. For the first time that day, Sarah actually felt a lot better.

Halfway through the third movie, Sarah had fallen asleep on Seth's shoulder as Dean rubbed her back, the oldest of the siblings had stood and looked at his brother.

"I'll be back, I'm gonna run and get some beers for us," Dean told him.

The two-toned man shot his brother with a raised eye. "Spew that shit to someone else. Where are you really going?"

"I'll be back don't worry about it"

"Dean, leave the kid alone. He's not worth it"

"I'm just going to get some beer"

Dean kissed their sister's head grabbed his jacket then left. Seth sighed and held his sister as he continued the movie. About an hour later Dean had returned empty-handed, Seth looked to see his brother he ran his fingers through his sister's hair as she slept soundly.

"What'd you do to the kid?" Seth asked the obvious.

With a smirk the dirty blonde answered. "To the kid, nothing. Now to his precious car, he should have thought long and hard before cheating on our little sister. Nobody hurts her and gets away with it"
