Chapter 12
(The Lodge)
Jaune was lying on the couch relaxing, Adrian was sleeping on top of his pops. Kara looked at them and squealed. Jaune looked over at her, "Really Kara?" He said, Kara went over to them and took Adrian. "I have to go and fix something for the gang."
"Are the Titans coming over?" Asked Kara.
"They are supposed to." He said, just then Klein had walked in.
"The Titans are here sir." He said.
"Show them in." So, the Titans had come in. The first was a young man in a black T-shirt with a red 'S' in a diamond, jeans, and boots. He had black hair and blue eyes.
"Conner?" Said Kara, he smiled at her. He went over to her and hugged her. Then he went over to Jaune and hugged him.
"Hey kiddo," he said.
"You're not that much older than I am." Said Conner, then came a young woman with shoulder-length blonde hair and blue eyes. She was in a red shirt with a golden 'W' on her chest, jeans with stars on her hips, brown heeled boots, a golden lasso, and platinum bracelets.
"Cassie?" Said Kara. The two hugged each other tightly. Then she looked at Jaune and hugged him, crying on his shoulder.
Kara was confused, "they thought we died." He said to her. Next came a young man with black hair and brown eyes, he was in a black baseball jersey, jeans, and sneakers.
"Jaune!" He said and grabbed him in a tight hug. Then he went over to hug Kara, Jaune looked over and smiled not noticing the orange-skinned goddess, with fiery red hair and green eyes, the entire eye, dressed in a black leotard, white spaghetti strap dress, and clogged sandals.
The only warning he got was a squeal, he turned to it and was hit, hard. He slammed onto the floor and they slid almost into the kitchen. "Ow," he moaned. "Uh, hi Kor." Just then a young woman came walking in. She had deathly pale skin, shoulder-length purple hair, violet eyes, and was in a T-shirt with an upside down ankh with a crow on it, black, low-rising jeans, and sneakers.
She facepalmed at the scene, "Good grief Kor." She said, "Jaune? You okay?"
"Yeah," he said. "Just my head's covered in ice cream, that's all." They walked out, with Kor helping him clean ice cream from his head.
"I am so very sorry, Jaune." Said Kor.
"It's alright, Kor." Sees the newcomer, "Oh hey Rae." She kissed him on the lips and then licked some of the ice cream he missed on the side of his face.
"Hey Jaune," she said.
"Well, I am glad you are here. I was deciding to make for lunch." They went into the kitchen, "Oh yeah, see the little guy in Kara's arms?"
"Yes," said Cassie. "He's adorable."
"Meet Adrian Jaune Cotta-Arc, my darling baby boy."
This shocked the team, "He's Your Son?" They said.
"Yeah, his Moms are out working right now." He explained that his sister and her wife wanted a child, so they went to him and asked for his help. Just then someone came into the kitchen. She was a tall woman, around six foot four, had long, curly blonde hair, and was in a yellow top that stopped at her waist, black leggings, and slippers. She was muscular, curvy, and busty. "Oh, this is his grandmother, Rachel Arc."
"That means…" started Rae.
"Yep, that is my biological Mother."
"Nice to meet you Mrs. Arc." Said Tim.
"Okay, everyone 'Role Call'." Said Jaune.
"Tim Drake," said Tim.
"Cassie Sandsmark," said Cassie.
"Conner Kent," said Conner.
"Kory Andes," said Kor.
"Raven Roth," said Rae.
"It's nice to meet you all," said Rachel. Just then Adrian started to wake up.
"Hey buddy," said Kara.
"Kawa," he said.
"Yep, sleepyhead. Are you hungry," she asked.
"Hungry." Jaune went over to the fridge, it was huge and almost a meat locker.
"What would you like Dri?" He took out some food and set them in front of him and Adrian chose what he wanted. Then Rachel took him from Kara and started to feed him. Jaune started to make lunch for the others with Kara's help. Then teams RWBY, PNR, CVFY, and SSSN came for Jaune's dishes. The Titans went over to hug; CVFY and SSSN.
"Take it you missed us?" Said Coco.
"I'll say," said Conner. "Should've seen the hit Kor gave Jaune."
"Oh really?" Said Velvet.
"Yeah, it was a perfect tackle." Said Cassie. Jaune just sighed.
"Need any help, Dad?" Said Kara.
"You feed your brother I'll handle this."
"Jaune, I'll help you." Said Rachel as she handed Adrian to Kara, so they worked on lunch. They were telling stories about Jaune's life as a child, laughing at them and enjoying themselves. Then Ruby came down to see what was going on.
"Hey, guys." She said.
"Oh Rubes," said Jaune."You've met Kara?"
"Yeah," she said.
"Okay, these are my 'little Hero Scouts': The Titans. Role Call," so they introduced themselves to Ruby. Then the rest of her team came down, and Yang and Blake saw the visitors.
"Are these the Titans?" Asked Blake.
"Yeah," said Jaune. The griddle was hot and ready, "Okay. What do you want for eats?"
Later, after the Titans trained, Jaune and the others were relaxing. Then Sapphron and Terra came in. "We're home," said Sapphron.
"Hey guys," said Jaune.
"Come here!" Said Ruby, both Moms ran into the den.
"What is it?" Said Terra, they saw Ruby holding Adrian's hands. Rachel was on the other side of the room.
"Okay Dri," she said. "Walk to Grandma." So he does and stumbles to Rachel.
"He's walking?" Squealed Terra, "does Jaune know?"
"Uh yeah," he said. "We were training when Ruby saw what we were doing." Saffron grabbed their son and hugged him tightly.
"Thank you Jaune," she said. Terra kissed him on the lips and hugged him as well.
"I'm so proud of you, lil' man." She said to their son. He clapped his hands.
"She's not the only Mother that's proud of her kid." Said Rachel and kissed Jaune on the cheek.
