It's Over Plot Notes & Profiles to a Unfinished Tale
Author's Note
I will probably never finish this as after hiatus and I went on a trip to Italy and my KHR flame burned out.
However, I continued to have headcanons and finished the story in my head and computer.
….then proceeded to lose it all when my computer crashed …_" Now I also think stopped because anime vs Manga diverges with Yamamotos attempt at suicide. And depression and gender identity issues were not something I felt equipped to address or write properly although I tried.
However when I started I said to myself to never leave a story unfinished b/c I know the crushing feeling of unfinished good fanfic as the reader so here are notes I can remember from the timeline that I sorta followed.

Part I: Canon Character Changes that Join Kiyoshi Side of the Flame Family
Mukuro – Mist- Staff
Plot Change: So he may end up as Kiyoshi's Mist as he learns the truth that Kiyoshi inner self is a girl and he also hate the mafia and so only Chrome is Tsuna's Mist. Kiyoshi defeats Mukuro in his arc and awaken his dying will to defeat him by shooting himself with the dying will gun when goaded by Mukuro to kill himself to save Tsuna or his friends who are caught by Mukuro. Mukuro tries to take over Kiyoshi body as he has some conflicted issue and insecurities, gender, previous dying issues that leave him more vulnerable, but they end up bonding over general mental health issue and dying & being reborn.
Side note/Fun Facts
-Possible romance though bit messed up both of them. Maybe a comfort angst fic maybe?
Side note had story Idea as a Self-insert of Mukuro dealing with his seven demons as some sort of split personality disorder with each different world and challenge.
Mochida- Sun- in the TYL arc reason is the other sun dies and lot so shit happens and he joined family as underling originally
Haru -Ribbon whip-Lighting Guardian: Strong protective urge may have fallen for Kiyoshi instead so become the lightning guardian also had a separate idea to make her a nerdy mad scientist SI with interest in how flames work which brings her in to the mafia to research new weapons and eventually help make box weapons.
Kyoko- Sun Guardian: Cuz more Girls got to kick butt in KHR. Also there is a Great kyoko SI fic out there by Discbo read it!
Hana- Cloud? Guardian- Spymaster knew gossip sorta was mixed with the Chiyo OC I created but maybe latter did not get involved with the Mafia IDK. Her personality was hard to grasp and develop as she was background character for most of the series see Chiyo Oc bio as that might have been alternate take on her.
Part II: Daily Arc Plot Notes & Character Profiles of Kiyoshi Flame Friends
Kiyoshi formed a counterpart of Tsuna's guardians composed of OCs with backstories and their reasons for bothering him to join the mafia, begging, or were blackmailed.
Character-Weapon- Flame Type
Kiyoshi-Sky-Gun
Personality: Stubborn, loyal, loves family a protective brother but rash and acts on his own but doesn't mind getting hands dirty with less noble morals than Tsuna. However also selfishly does not want to be don for plot reason and internally disgusted by the mafia despite actually being healthy medium between Tsuna's lawful good and Xanxus's chaotic evil as a neutral good

Unfortunately, a representation of my gender Identity issues, anxiety and depression that was supposed to evolve and outgrow those…but I probably should choose one to stick with lol.
"My name is…Kiyoshi…" is the most common phrase for the fic I thought while writing.
He wrote himself as a complex character with many facets and split off traits to make new characters.
She/He really just wanted to be a baker.
Ten Years Later Lore & Plot Points
In a previous life, Present Kiysohi, was a teenage girl with a sister who was stuck in wheelchair who was an alternate version of the 2nd Sky Arcobaleno in ten years later arc (Yuna) reason why is Kiyoshi in present TYL world is Byakuran with his parelel world powers.
TYL Iteration of Kiyoshi is a different self-insert of a business man as Tusna's Twins vs teen girl is present! Kiyoshi . The TYL one ended up marrying in my head and had a kid named Ray
Relationships & Kiyoshi
Romance was complicated with this character I was thinking Hibari or Mukuro but both are very unhealthy relationships as they are toxic men with their own mental health issues
The girl next door with Yamamoto was healthiest romantically and so was family/twin relationship with Tsuna which is why I pushed family friend bonds more with this story.
As for a girl love interest maybe Masa but I shipped Masa with Tito or Arisa (her old crush)
Maybe Chiyo as TYL Kiysohi married her and had a kid Ray based on song little ray of sunshine who he hid form the mafia to prevent his kid from becoming don as it's a dangerous profession. I wrote a poem & lost it…
Masa- Storm – Knuckles – Gangster Mom & left hand woman
Background: Student body president. Orphan who was the "mom" figure of an orphanage and established a brother sister system which she also uses to gain local intel and was former gang member. However, she was adopted by Motorcyclist jiichan and put that past behind her for the safety of all. Was set to explain the gang system of Momkyuu gang and Mukuro gang vs Hibari and the secret mafia town Namimori underbelly of the black market/drugs that Kiyoshi's former friends were involved in. A badass character set to deal with the shady shit and be bit of a villiness types? I kept thinking red haired badass like Kushina from Naruto.
Bothers: Kiyoshi to join mafia because her oath "sister" (think big-little sister program her name was Arisa & she never appeared) was taken by the mafia…who she was hella gay for.
Tito-Rain- Shield - Flirty Frenchman and right-hand man
Personality: Innocent over done Flirt like Tamaki Souh. A clueless foreign who did not know he was flirting as he just wanted to learn Japanese to flatter the heir of vongola to get him to accept him into his family…
Secret: Involved in his own heirship wars in a famiglia but to escape his responsibility tried to join the vongola to avoid killing his own family. The irony….is he pushes Kiyoshi to do what he cannot.
Daichi-Computer-Mist– Tech Guy Summoning Pokémon esque illusions.
Personality: Gamer guy and smart techie guy who was blackmailed Masa into joining student council and later by Reborn into the famiglia cuz his skills were that good. Plus, he can make his gamer dreams reality with flames!
Blackmailed: Techie man who can hack the sprinkler system type. Bit a chuuni
Chiyo- Sun- Friend of Masa-Secretary for student council. Spymasfter A Recordkeeper and non-militant
Personality: Shy quiet. Bi. the one with the least personality but an overloaded backstory I ended up never introducing.
She had this little black book like death note but was actually spy notebook.
The little black book characterized her as the brainy strategist and spymaster later on
She was the silent kid in the corner of the room who knew all the gossip school and gang related info and kept it organized as Masa's left-hand woman. Aka sketchy deals.
Blackmailed to join b/c of her mafia heritage and joined to look out for Masa her friend.

Secretly working for police spy organization to keep eye on mafia town namimori and vongola heirs.
She was foreign maybe French and possibly distantly related to Alaude and had a mom who looked like him and was an spy assassin like "Black Widow"

Background: She is kidnapped in nammimori by the mafia as a rare cloud flame type ad trained as a mercenary.
She was Masa's big sister figure at the orphanage and is why Masa joins the Mafia to find out why she was taken and where she is in the mafia.
Another badass go girl character maybe also gay some conflict with friend reunited as enemies' troupe. As cloud keep to herself as a motorcycle mercenary biker gang types of girl like Celty from DRR and is so good she is recruited into the Varia in the future arc.
Lost Lore Possible Plotbunnies
Maybe Joins as cloud guardian is last and later on after TYL arc.
In TYL arc she is met as an Enemy cloud wreath for millefore where black motorcycle suit and black helmet DRRR Celty style.
Super Secret: Maybe an estraneo lab experiment forcibly given sky flames that resonated with masa hence why Masa was so desperate to find her and may have had trouble harmonizing with kiyoshi and challenged his authority as Masa was already partly bonded to Sky Arisa,
OC I Built profiles but lost them…lol T-T They were pretty detailed and I even gave an Orphanage Backstory Arc for Masa and Arisa if anyone was ever interested. I was thinking of writing separate stories where they were main characters…however by including them in kiyoshi's story kind of made them compete accidently lol.
Lost Plot Synopsis
Daily Arc
-It goes as canon with Tuna trying to convince him not and Takeshi becoming Tsuna rain guardian at the end.
However, Kiyoshi & co rallies together to put down a mattress where he jumps that helps save both of them but plus that also have tsuna's hair spring via dying will flames
Side thoughts
I had trouble writing to get over this part as I found the subject touchy because Mostly b/c no one did a thing except Tsuna
The mattress idea was Inspired by the comedy anime show Handa-kun where his rabid fangirl does a musical number and is about to jump for love but the students and teachers assemble to put down mattress in case she jumps
Lost Lore
Masa had an Orphanage based gang with a big brother and little brother system to look out for each other than then became a gang with rankings based on the zodiac called the Zoo
The Gang system based on zodiac lowest was rat and worked upwards in zodiac in positons that varied on role type.
Kiyoshi was unknowingly or secretly a Rat working up in the system to get future knowledge on the KHR events and other gangs but left this out and only hinted at this…
It was sketchy kid sky ring kind of Game of thrones-esque where Masa had the "little birds" form fellow orphans and street rate gather info for here expect it was for their protection cuz the mafia suited Penguins were poaching the flame talented kids like Arisa from the orphanage (cloud kidnapped) for the mafia.
Masa is black market savvy because she was part of top gang before momokyui took over.
Future TYL
In TYL arc adult Kiyoshi becomes don by default because TYL! Tsuna "dies" and when Tsuna comes out of hiding he stays don. (Adult TYL! Kiyoshi is actually a separate Self insert of what if an actual adult businessman with a family transmigrated as Tsuna's twin, so its totes confusing cuz he act more ruthlessly than our Present time! Kiyoshi who was a teen girl transmigrated as Tsuna's Twin)
Younger/ Present! Kiyoshi takes a blow from Byakuran's heart instead of Tsuna but he has Lancia's sky ring instead he is saved from the bullet blow.
Ten years later Kiyoshi – AU where a Separate Self insert of a business man is reborn as Tsuna Twin instead dof a teen girl
TYL! Kiysohi had long hair based off video I saw and Tsuna short so could tell between twins.
TYL! Kiyoshi may have been on Byakuran's side but faking it as a double agent.
Possibly was working for police as married to Chiyo/Hana who was a policewoman in TYL timeline, but his cover is a baker which he really wants to be.
Or to protect Tsuna acts as Don during TYL arc as Tsuna missing but gave position back when Present & TYL Tsuna returns I didn't decide.
Adult TYL Kiyoshi was a seprate older guy SI that married and had a kid named Ray as a play on the song You Are my sunshine but kept him hidden from mafia wars to prevent him being taken as the new don was a toddler at this time.
Ray may have had sequel where he was forced to be the vongola don if Tsuna and Kiyoshi died but for now is kept safe on a vongola private island at a school with other guardian kids including mist twins maybe Mukuro's kid with chrome to for a new generation of KHR flames for vongola

Byakuran- Enemy of Kiyoshi Past present & Future Self: Ten Year Later Lore aka Reason why Teen Girl is Reborn as Tsuna's Twin is cuz of Parallel world powers
May be reason why we have isekai Teen Girl Tsuna Twin Kiyoshi cuz he has the power of parallel worlds
Original Teen girl name was Sora and she was the Sky Aria's 1st kid and Uni 's older sister so she was supposed to be the original Sky arcobaleno and would have gotten in Byakurna way of attaining the Arcobaleno rings
So he kills her in her original world and many other iterations often she dies saving Uni her
younger sister.
However, a time paradox occurs as it's hard to erase an entire person's exitance.
Like a mutation the Universe instead of having her being born as herself she is born as Tsuna's twin to avoid being killed by Byakuran and survive to stop him.
Hence by her existence, one KHR timeline is saved to avoid the universe collapsing.
Although she is not the original sky arclobaleno she may take that place is Yuna dies or to prevent her sister from dying like she did in other timelines which means she becomes the next sky arcolbaleno sacrifice which is rather tragic and mary sueish so scrapped this.
Also have no idea how I'd reveal this Byakuran villain monologue maybe?

I have too many Timelines were Kiyoshi forms own organization with her OC flames or joins Varia, CEDF, becomes Vongola Don or even Vindice that is renamed Justitia
There are multiple situations I wrote out lol which made the character too strong or mary sueish and lost the focus on Tsuna the main protag who always became Don in my mind and Kiyoshi yeeted to do something else expect in TYL arc maybe.
I abandoned this fic despite so many ideas cuz I couldn't write out one btu kept writing even now when I update it.
Let's end this ~10 year later ironically.
