Biography:
From Caster's official biographers:
Born to poor gypsies in the small European nation of Latveria, Victor Von Doom lost his mother to a soldier's anger, and not long after lost his father to a king's revenge. Alone, the young Victor discovered his mother's trove of mystical artifacts and set himself on a path of darkness when he realized her spirit was subject to a demon she'd bargained with. His incredible scientific acumen won him a scholarship at America's State University in New York, and he left his native country seeking knowledge with which to salve his wounded soul.
During his time in New York, Von Doom met another scientific prodigy, Reed Richards, and the two formed an immediate rivalry. When the Latverian student secretly experimented with a device of his own creation to bridge the gap between dimensions, only for it to literally blow up in his face, he found himself expelled, with only small scars on his face in return. Loathing his marred good looks and furious at fate's fickle finger, Von Doom made his way to Tibet to allow his anger an outlet. There, he dominated a circle of monks and after learning their secrets directed them to forge him a suit of armor and an iron mask to hide his face from the world forever.
As Doctor Doom, he returned to Latveria, overthrew its monarch, and renamed its capital Doomstadt while further developing his command of science through robotics, weaponry, and even time travel. Secure in his rulership and with formidable forces at his command, Von Doom set out to conquer the globe, as well as rescue his mother's soul, and prove himself superior to Reed Richards, the only man he'd ever met who might equal his own scientific genius.
Class Skills:
Territory Creation: A
Caster can easily and quickly set up palaces, towers and fortresses. These are the equivalent of temples from the Era of Gods and heavily fortified, to a point launching assaults on them is a rather difficult feat. Escaping them alive is even more of a task.
Item Creation: EX
Caster combines the ingenuity of ancient magi with the logical thought of modern scientists. He can design and build, in rather short periods of time, devices both magical and technological, and even mix both manners of craftsmanship.
Caster has even created a machine that breaks the time barriers, allowing traveling to different periods in history. After the incineration of Proper Human History, however, this capacity is lost.
Personal Skills:
Golden Rule: A
As the ruler of Latverian and an international diplomat, Caster has the full body of wealth of an European country to back him up.
A life of luxury is always guaranteed, and although Caster is not one for frivolities he is an avid collector of fine and rare antiques, each worth a fortune.
High Velocity Divine Words: A
Caster learned magic from an order of Tibetan monks whose teachings were very close to that of the Ancient One. Even before that, however, he already was a remarkable self-taught adept of mystical arms, going by what he gathered from his mother's belongings.
He can cast spells at high speeds, second only to Stephen Strange, the Sorcerer Supreme of his realm. The effect is identical to that achieved by magi born in the Age of Gods. Even extremely short spells outdo those of most modern magi.
Power Armor: A
One of Caster's greatest inventions is his suit of armor, which enhances his strength, stamina and endurance, to such a point he has survived direct blows from an enraged Hulk and Thing, battled the Mighty Thor hand to hand, and outfought the suit of armor of Iron Man. The armor's gauntlets shoot powerful blasts of concentrated energy at Caster's will.
Caster can survive up to two weeks trapped and sealed inside of his armor and economizing his mana supplies, if he's forced to do so to protect himself from hostile environments. The Master is mostly used as an anchor to the world. But much like Caster Leonardo da Vinci, Doom can build himself a substitute Master in the form of a Doombot. The original Master will be kept around only if they prove themselves up to the task, or else they will be replaced.
The armor also includes a jetpack that allows Caster high velocity flight and a high aerial maneuvering.
Doom's Honor: A++
Despite being evil and selfish, Caster has a strong sense of responsibility and honor, even though responsibilities are seen exclusively from his perspective- Caster is lacking in true empathy unless a strong bond has been forged with him, which will invariably take a long time.
Promises are to be kept no matter what and, as long as innocents do not get in his way, insult his pride or are seen as necessary pawns to expend for the sake of a project, they are to be protected at all costs. Doom's word is a better way to keep him restrained than Command Seals.
Keep in mind, however, that the exact wording of Doom's promises is very important when making deals with him.
Will Power: EX
Caster had one of the strongest, if not the strongest, forces of will in his era and world. Once, when taken apart by the cosmically powered Beyonder, he resisted the excruciating pain of being destroyed and torn apart alive, and stole the Beyonder's power through raw stubbornness. He cannot be hypnotized or mind controlled, not even by the Asgardian Enchantress. Although he loves strong, beautiful women, relationships must be reached on his terms, so he will not be seduced.
Caster is practically immune to Command Seals. Almost any attempt to control him that way will be met with resistance and retaliation.
Noble Phantasms:
Mind Transfer: EX
Anti-Unit.
If Caster's energy reserves are somehow drained completely in combat, he can transfer his consciousness and life essence into the body of any nearby target, replacing their self with his. After escaping in possession of this new body, Caster can move to clone a new body for himself once he has reached safety.
Emperor Doom: EX
Anti-Army. Up to 1,000 units at a time.
Caster summons a fraction of the power he stole from the Beyonder once. He fries the whole battlefield around him with it, sparing only those he deems worth his mercy. Even the most powerful Servants, Beasts of Mankind and Calamities can be vaporized if they have sustained enough previous damage.
Summon: "I don't need to tell you who I am. By summoning me, you must be a remarkable magus indeed. No ignoramus could have succeeded at such a feat. But listen to this! No magus is Doom's superior! I am the Master, and you are the Servant! That is Doom's command!"
Beginning of Battle:
"You may call me Doom - your new lord and master!"
"Now you face Doom."
"I will make you wish you were facing Magneto!"
"Death shall be your reward."
"To face Doom is to face one's end!"
"Turn and run now, and I will mercifully pretend this never happened."
Attack:
"Dolt!"
"Hahaha! Child's play."
"I shall crush you!"
"Insects, the lot of you!"
Damage:
"Curses!"
"You cur!"
"Take your hands off Doom!"
"You have angered Doom!"
Damage by Noble Phantasm:
"The Emperor of Latveria knows no pain!"
Victory:
"BAH!"
"Before this day is ended, mankind shall grovel helplessly at my feet - and, as fate has obviously ordained - Doctor Doom shall be Master of Earth!"
"Doom is power beyond cognition!"
"If you are still breathing, then Doom was merciful!"
"The applause shall continue for another hour. The first to stop clapping will be executed."
Defeat:
"I must reconsider my course of action."
"My vengeance shall be terrible!"
"NO! No! Doom is absolute!"
"Failure is beneath Doom!"
"Unacceptable!"
Noble Phantasm Activation:
Mind Transfer does not need any special activation phrase.
"FOOLS! Taste, then, a sample of the power Doom once yielded! The power that soon shall be fully Doom's again!"
Dialogue Samples:
"I was told we were fairly alike. That was foolish prattle. You are a mere underling, while I am king of all I survey!" (When you have Saber Darth Vader).
"This conglomerate would be far better off without your vile presence!" (When you have Assassin Joker or Caster Mephistopheles).
"Doom was once in the domains of noble King Arthur. You are no King Arthur, you fool!" (When you have Saber Artoria Pendragon, Saber Artoria Pendragon Alter, Saber Arthur Pendragon, or Lancer Artoria Pendragon).
"It is a tale as old as time itself. A proud fool recklessly takes his three best friends into outer space, condemns them to a life of misery, and further hurts this wretched world with his harmful presence." (When you have Avenger Cyborg Superman).
"What does a weeping scorned woman have to teach Doom about magic and sorcery?" (When you have Caster Medea or Caster Medea Lily).
"What a disgusting creature" (When you have Beast Draco, Rider Blackbeard or Alter Ego Sessyoin Kiara).
"This person is to never be trusted, and he is too unstable to be allowed breathing. As soon as he stops being useful, we shall dissect him and learn his secrets." (When you have Caster Kefka Palazzo).
"The insufferable Human Torch! Where is Richards, lad? Is he too afraid to face me once more?" (When you have Rider Human Torch).
"Your talents are a paltry approximation of Doom's at his very beginnings! Yet you dare call yourself a genius!" (When you have Caster Lex Luthor).
Birthday: "Keep on working diligently, and perhaps someday the anniversary of your birth might be made into a national holiday... just like Doom's!"
Event: "The affairs of the rabble are of no concern to Doom. And yet, a prize to be gained might be at reach within that site."
Holy Grail: "Doom forges his own fate! Doom has no need for a crude artifact to give him the wish of his heart!"
Next:
Once upon a time, in a far, far away land, there lived a beautiful princess who never wanted to be kidnapped again. So no more rescuers would ever spill their blood for her sake.
So she turned herself into a lovable killing machine and descended to the netherworld, resolved to kill the demon king before he could kidnap her. Alas, that thought had not crossed the mind of the demon king, who had other and more pressing matters in mind...
Shine on, crazy Sapphire!
