Chapter 65: Meetings
"I don't even know what it means to be an Overlord." Naruto admitted as Andromeda was passed around by friends and family, ending in Blitz's arms, holding a raddle.
"Don't worry, when new information comes out with Hazbin Hotel, the Author will add it right away." Kermit said with confidence, patting Naruto on the shoulder.
"Author?" Bee asked with a confused head tilt.
"Hazbin Hotel?" Naruto asked with the same head tilt.
"Dimensional Traveler, remember." Kermit said, turning to you, the reader. "Don't worry, they can handle it."
Bee and Naruto turned their heads, following Kermit's gaze.
They saw… nothing…
Shrugging, they returned to the party as a Limousine parked outside Dry Fuck Studio's gates.
The door opened, revealing Crimson and Tamamo.
Meanwhile…
"HEY, WATCH THIS!" Verosika called out, getting everyone's attention.
She lifted up a large popsicle, easily seven inches in length and an inch in girth.
She smirked playfully, raising it to her lips.
Tilting her head back as she inserted it into her mouth, everyone watched with careful eyes as she deepthroated the popsicle, all the way to the stick, her throat bulging to show it was deep in her throat.
HOWEVER, she continued, pulling the stick out and swallowing the popsicle whole.
"TADAAAAA~" She annunciated as she lowered her head, doing a small bow as the people clapped.
"Oh, you've been doing that trick for years." Blitz stated with snark as he handed Andromeda to Joe and Lin.
Verosika growled, grabbing the imp and the two proceeded to argue.
"Geez, they are weird." Lin said as she rocked Andromeda in her arms.
"Yeah…" Joe said as he was unable to stop smiling as Andromeda held his hand.
It was their turn to spend time with Andy, and they could not be prouder.
"So, Andromeda…" Lin said as she turned her head to Loona.
"Yep."
"What made you choose that name?" Joe asked as he didn't look away from the baby.
"Blitz chose it…" Loona said as she looked at her dad, who was still giving Verosika a hard time.
Flashback…
Loona lay across the couch, her sweat dripping down and soaking into it as Blitz was in Stark's small 'kitchen' area, a crying nameless baby girl in his arms, covered in blood and placenta.
"Shhh, it's okay dear…" Loona heard Blitz as he had the sink on, carefully cleaning the baby. "There, there, almost done…"
Loona exhaled again.
Her body ached.
Her crotch felt like it had been blown out.
Loona felt like she was fading in and out of consciousness as the baby's cries lessened over time.
Placenta slowly drained from Loona's crotch as she rested.
"Alright, here you go, all clean." Loona heard Blitz say.
Forcing her tired eyes open, Loona watched Blitz enter her line of vision, holding the baby in his arms, swaddled in a hand towel.
Loona felt her heart beat race as she saw her baby.
She was tiny.
Her eyes tightly shut.
Her fur thin and patchy, showing off some pink skin underneath it.
"Here's mama…" Blitz stated in a tired voice.
Loona shifted her arms into an accepting position, taking her baby in her arms.
The little babe whimpered, face scrunching as she sniffed the air, taking in Loona's scent.
"Well…" Blitz asked as he knelt next to the couch, leaning in to caress the baby's cheek gently. "You and Naruto have a name picked out yet?"
Loona shook her head slightly.
"We were so busy… didn't get around to it…" Loona admitted, shame and embarrassment coloring her cheeks red.
Blitz snickered.
"Well, in the moment…" He inquired. "What comes to mind?"
Loona closed her eyes.
She wanted a name that was like hers, but different.
"Loona…"
Loona opened her eyes.
"Sol."
"Soul?"
"No, the Latin word for sun, Sol. S. O. L…" Loona explained. "Loona is like Lunar, which represents the moon, so she could be my Tiny Sun."
Loona chuckled at her own logic as Blitz scratched his chin in thought.
"How about…" He said to cut off the silence. "Andromeda."
"Like the galaxy?"
"Yeah," Blitz said, snapping his fingers. "After all," He looked at both Loona and the baby. "The two of you are my entire galaxy."
Loona felt touched.
"But I like Sol."
"How about we make Sol her middle name." Blitz offered.
Loona smiled.
Flashback End…
"What a nice story." Lin replied as she felt Andromeda gnaw on her fingers, her tiny teeth pricking the Imps finger.
"Definitely better than how we named Millie." Joe laughed, his belly rolling with each 'Ha'.
"OOOOH, You got to tell me that story~" Loona said with a cheeky grin.
"Alright, were is my baby girl at?"
Joe, Lin, and Loona turned to see that Bee, Kermit, and Naruto had returned to the party.
"Over here, Naruto." Loona called out, raising her hand and waving.
Naruto walked over, kissing Loona's cheek as he passed, gently taking Andromeda from Joe and Lin before walking off to find Octavia.
Loona leaned into her hand, smiling as she watched Naruto and Octavia attempt at pushing Andy and Esther to be friends.
This smile faltered slightly as concern edged its ugly head.
Flashback…
"Ah, it feels great to be standing again." Naruto exclaimed as he was finally allowed out of the hospital.
"Naruto," Loona said, grabbing his attention. "We need to talk."
"Okay, what is…"
"Privately, with Blitz." Loona interrupted.
She saw his confusion on his face.
"Okay." Naruto answered.
Loona helped Naruto to Blitz's van, the duo having come by to pick Naruto up as Millie and Moxxie were helping Verosika get their belongings taken to DFS and look after Andromeda.
"Loona, what is it we need to talk about?" Naruto asked, his tone sounding nervous, especially since Blitz and Loona had already told him what Stark had done to Loona before hand.
"It's nothing fucked up, but it is concerning." Loona said as the trio sat in the van, not moving yet.
"Well?"
"Stark somehow had that file that Stolas made." Blitz admitted flat out.
He and Loona watched Naruto's eyes widen.
"How?"
"We don't know, but it could not have been a replica since it had Stolas's emblam on it." Loona continued. "He had it and was using it to plan out his attack, we don't know how long he kept it on him, but you should make sure that Millie and Moxxie know."
Naruto nodded in understanding.
"Worst thing is, we don't know if he gave it to someone else…" Loona said with a face palm. "I mean, he kept it in his jacket, right here…" She pointed to the spot on her own body. "And for all we know, he…"
"Oh… I destroyed it then." Naruto said in clueless realization.
"What?" Blitz and Loona asked in confusion.
"When I struck him with my Rasengan, I thought I had saw paper confetti fly everywhere, but with what you just told me, it must have been the file."
Naruto wiped his forehead with a sigh of relief.
"That's good, right?"
"Yeah, but why did he steal it? Did he say why he even attacked us?" Blitz asked, still salty over the attack.
"He said he wanted my help… something about someone he could not defeat alone… I don't know who he is talking about, but it is over now." Naruto said in a tone that sounded confident in that statement.
Loona and Blitz slowly nodded in agreement, the latter starting the van.
"Well, anyway, let's go inform M&M and explain this to them." Blitz stated, gunning it to DFS.
Flashback End…
Loona could not shake the feeling that it was going to get worse.
Her thoughts were interrupted when she and everyone else heard a massive sound of glass shattering.
"W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-WHY ARE YOU HERE…." Moxxie screamed in a panic, drawing their attention to the imp.
"Why? Well, I am here to see my family, Mox."
Crimson stood confident with Tamamo behind him, Karen standing silently behind Tamamo.
"Y-You have no family here…" Moxxie stammered weakly, making Crimson laugh.
"Always spineless…" He grunted, his laughter going silent. "Moxxie…"
Crimson's callousness ended just as quickly as it showed up when he saw Naruto approach, Andromeda in his arms.
"AH, there is the little tyke." He said joyfully, approaching Naruto, reaching into his pocket, pulling out a sucker. "How about a sweet…"
Naruto grabbed Crimson's wrist, hard.
"Who are you?" He calmly demanded.
Crimson smile.
"You're grandfather, Crimson Knolastname." He replied, pulling his wrist from Naruto's grasp, bringing his attention to Andromeda. "And she is my great-granddaughter."
Naruto initially didn't believe it, but knew it was true.
Crimson and Moxxie shared to much of a physical resemblance to ignore the claim.
"Okay… well," Naruto felt unsure how to feel, shifting Andromeda into one hand, extending the other to Crimson. "Nice to meet you, gramps."
Crimson took Naruto's hand, shaking it with a toothy grin.
"It is nice to meet you too, and who is this one?" He asked, releasing Naruto's hand to look closer at Andromeda, who gripped onto Naruto's shirt tightly.
"Her name is Andromeda." Naruto said before kissing her head, hoping it could soothe some of her anxiousness. "She is my baby."
"Ah, she is adorable." Crimson said, reaching out to touch her.
*CHOMP*
Crimson screamed as Andromeda's tiny teeth sank into his finger enough to draw blood.
"WOAH, ANDY, LET GO!" Naruto yelled, trying to pry Crimson's finger out of her mouth. "BAD GIRL!"
Wincing at her father's yelling, Andy let out a scream, letting go of Crimson as she started crying.
Crimson reeled back, gripping his hand.
'That little…' He thought as he moved his finger, it moving to his desired locations, just painfully as blood seeped from the tiny bite mark. 'This will be whitening for sure.'
"Moxxie, is that really your dad?" Blitz asked as he walked up to him.
Moxxie didn't respond as he was hyperventilating.
It had been years since he last saw his father, and now here he is, unprepared for the visit, bandaging his finger.
"Well, that's my great-granddaughter. Got some real… BITE to her…" Crimson tried to joke, attempting to push the pain down.
"I am so sorry about that, gramps." Naruto apologized.
Crimson's initial desired response was to whip out the holy knife out of his jacket and to STAB the baby.
BUT…
"It's…" He forced out with the fakest smile Naruto ever saw. "FINE…"
Naruto returned his attention to Andromeda as Crimson walked toward the tables.
He walked past Moxxie.
Crimson's eyes locked onto Moxxie's.
Unbreakable eye contact.
Unlike before.
His gaze was cruel.
Sharp.
Dangerous.
Moxxie felt the fear of Lucifer install itself within his soul as his father moved past him, grabbing a bottle of liquor and a glass at the table before sitting down, pouring himself a glass before grabbing a cigar out of his jacket.
Moxxie was shaken.
"Mox…"
Millie was surprised when her husband jumped at her touch.
"Millie…" He said in surprise.
Millie connected the dots, looking back and forth between Crimson and Moxxie.
"We will talk about this later… okay?" She asked in concern.
In all their years together, Moxxie NEVER told her anything about his parents.
She could see why given the reaction Moxxie was giving.
As all this drama was happening, Andromeda was quietening down after some effort by her parents.
Tamamo stepped forth as Naruto handed Andy to Loona.
"Greetings, Naruto." She said, bowing enough to be respectful.
Naruto had to think about who this was.
"Oh, you're Tamamo, correct?"
Tamamo nodded, her eyes shifting to look beyond Naruto, landing on Queen Bee.
Bee walked up beside Naruto, looking Tamamo up and down.
"So, you are Kurama's kid?"
Tamamo nodded.
"Aw, you are such a cutie." Bee said, her tone full of gush and childishness. "Why would she keep you hidden?"
Tamamo didn't reciprocate or acknowledge Bee's compliments.
"I am here to talk, to you, Naruto." Tamamo said as she returned her attention to Naruto. "May we talk privately?"
Naruto nodded, making eye contact to Loona, reassuring her tit was fine to continue the party.
Naruto led Tamamo and Karen into the house, while everyone else returned to merriment.
"Do you want something to drink?" Naruto offered Karen and Tamamo as they entered the kitchen.
Tamamo shook her head.
"We are fine, thank you." Tamamo said politely as she took her swords from her waist, placing them on the table.
Naruto quirked an eyebrow.
"IS this your way of saying you want the guns back?" Naruto asked, feeling a sense of dread run up his spine.
His own sword was in his bedroom… on the top floor of DFS.
"No, nothing of the sort." Tamamo responded calmly as she took a seat, Karen following her in sitting down.
Naruto sat down, a cup of water in his hands.
"Well, what is it you wanted to talk about?" Naruto asked calmly.
Tamamo did not hesitate.
"I am here to apologize on behalf of my mother." Tamamo answered.
She bowed, her forehead nearly touching the table.
"I offer my sincere apologize. Stark acted on his own. We did not desire any harm on you or your family, especially your wife and father-in-law." Tamamo apologized.
Karen bowed as well.
"Oh, Loona isn't… we aren't…" Naruto mumbled, not expecting Tamamo to call Loona his wife. "Uh…"
Naruto didn't know what to say.
"I am not going to forgive the transgression." Naruto replied after some thought. "But I am willing to put this behind us."
Tamamo and Karen lifted their heads.
"Was that all you needed?" Naruto asked.
"No, there is one more item I'd like to discuss." Tamamo stated.
"I am not giving the guns back."
Tamamo shook her head again.
"Once again, I am not here for Stark's weapons. It is a loss for us, they are powerful." Tamamo stated, her eyes slanting and her tone darkening. "Power that he didn't deserve."
Naruto noticed this.
"Seems there was some animosity between you two."
"It was more than MERE animosity." Karen stated, interrupting the conversation. "That bastard harassed all of our female workers, harassed me when I was pregnant with my children…"
Claw marks appeared on the table.
"And he had the gall to state what he did when your sister killed him."
Naruto paused.
"My sister?"
"Yes, the blue hound outside." Tamamo explained, pointing out the kitchen window toward Jayjay, who was playing with Andy, Esther, and Octavia.
Naruto's eyes widened.
"What happened?"
"Nothing much. We contacted her and made the offer for her to get her vengeance. She was shaken, of course, but she seemed livelier now that her abuser was now killed." Tamamo voiced her opinion.
"You…"
"We gave her something YOU could not. Do not be angry at us or her." Karen stated, eyes narrowing behind her glasses. "We are all fuck ups, and vengeance is one of the things we chose to do."
Naruto could not help but agree… HOWEVER…
"I wish she told me." Naruto said as he pinched the gap between his eyes.
"That is between you and her, but I do wish for the best." Tamamo said politely. "What I am here to ask is this…
Tamamo composed herself.
"Naruto Uzumaki, with the power given to me by Kurama of the Marquis, we extend to you an invitation to work under her." Tamamo said with a serious tone that betrayed the subtle twitching in her eye.
Subtle enough for Naruto to notice.
Naruto crossed his arms, leaning back in his chair.
His lips pursed up a bit as he looked upward toward the ceiling.
"Well…" He mumbled as his head tilted. "Then again…"
Tamamo felt her patience begin to thin.
It was bad enough she was preparing for her mother's wrath when she returned from her meeting in a few days… but this was something she felt was not worth the time.
Karen put a hand on Tamamo's shoulder.
She didn't need to see Tamamo's face to know how upset the fox child was.
"I'd love to take this offer, but with no information on what I would be doing, I have to decline." Naruto said after several minutes of hums and ha's.
Tamamo nodded, grabbing her swords off the table as she stood up.
"Thank you, sorry for taking your time." Tamamo said as she put her weapons back at her side.
"Would you like some cake?" Naruto asked as Tamamo and Karen headed toward the door. "We also got Chocolate crème pie if you like that. Ice cream too, of course."
Tamamo's single ear twitched, turning to face him, her face relaxed with a gentle smile and a fond look in her eyes.
"I'd LOVE some crème pie please." She responded, her tail swaying a bit in excitement.
Naruto and Karen smiled at this small attitude change as they exited the kitchen.
The trio re-united with the party, everyone enjoying themselves.
Tamamo smiled in happiness, eyes closed, cheeks full of crème pie as she ate it.
However, her night got emotional as she felt something tiny crawl into her lap.
Looking down, Tamamo was taken aback when she saw Esther and Andromeda calmly sitting up in her lap, staring at her with big eyes.
"You want some?" Tamamo offered, using her fingers to scoop some crème off of her plate.
Andy and Esther started to lap at her fingers, the sugar rush they received giving Naruto and Octavia a headache trying to calm the two down.
"I keep you." Tamamo said, gently hugging them.
Sadly, the party wound down, everyone giving the family goodbye.
"May we meet again, Naruto." Tamamo said, giving him a handshake.
"I can't wait." Naruto said as he bid farewell to Tamamo, Karen, and Crimson, all three getting in the same Limousine.
Naruto could not help but feel sad as he watched Tamamo leave.
'That poor girl… she seems… hm…' Naruto thought, trying to put his thoughts on the matter together.
Remembering the first time he met her compared to now were vastly different.
"Alright, we are heading out." Naruto heard Jayjay say to Loona and Andromeda. "I can't wait to see you again, Andy."
Andy whimpered as she saw her favorite aunt head toward the door.
Only for Naruto to step before Jayjay and Vortex.
"Oh, I wasn't going to forget…"
Jayjay was cut off when Naruto hugged her.
"I am sorry I didn't tell you about fighting Stark." Naruto apologized.
Jayjay's eyes widened.
She started to shake.
'How…' She shook her head and hugged Naruto back.
"Sorry for not telling you I killed him." She replied, feeling like she was starting to choke up.
"No, I am sorry, I didn't fulfil my promise." Naruto said as the two separated.
"What promise?" Jayjay asked in total confusion, not remembering EVER making a promise with Naruto that concerned Stark.
"I promised I would record his screams of agony so you could fall asleep to it…" Naruto admitted.
Jayjay blinked.
And started laughing.
"Funniest part of that statement…" Jayjay said as she and Vortex walked out of the door, Naruto following them. "Is I actually would have listened to the recording when I was going to sleep."
"Now I really do feel bad." Naruto laughed as he waved the couple good bye, watching them drive off.
Pride Ring, Lucifer's Castle…
Stolas felt relief wash over him.
He and Stella had been attending meetings for nearly a month.
'Good Lord it is almost over.' Stolas thought as he and his wife stood up with the rest of the Marquis.
They were now on a small recess.
"Excuse me."
Stolas turned, surprised.
"May I have a moment of your time, Lord Stolas, Lady Stella." Kurama asked the two.
Chapter 65, DONE!
Well… damn, that is an ending.
Well, I am sort of iffy on what I did with Crimson, because I had more important stuff with Tamamo to do, BUT it does show he hates being subservient. If he was there WITHOUT Tamamo… he would have crashed the party.
