The Gremory vs Sitri Rating Game.

A game that is basically formed to see if Sona Sitri's ideal has any weight, and maybe also to just see the sisters of Satans fight one another like a cock fight. That is what Jeanne feels about this game. Her brother though has a different feeling for the game as his eyes scrutinize each move of both Kings during the initial attack. The audience, however.

"They are staring."

"I won't be surprised; you are my twin; they are bound to be attracted by your beauty."

"You know that is not what I meant."

"Yeah… then you are truly my sister if you are that dense too."

Jeanne sighed in frustration and tried to ignore the many eyes on her back, and if her brother is correct, on her body.

"Are you not slightly worried about what they might do to us?"

"These people know who we are, Jeanne." Jaune casually said as he continued to look at the screen, "Devils respect power, and even if they haven't tasted yours, they know to fear Holiness and Dragons."

But that didn't shake the feeling out of Jeanne. Be it out of perversion or bloodlust, the feeling is not comfortable.

"How are you not feeling what I am feeling?"

"Oh, I feel it. I just know how to handle it."

That just frustrated Jeanne even more as it… wait.

"How the hell can you even handle this kind of feeling?!"

"Have Salem's goons and zealots target your back and become the impromptu comfort of women for years, and you get used to it."

"You are used to this kind of feeling?"

"…yes."

"…Jaune."

"It is not a good feeling," For the first time, Jaune looked at her, "But being obviously grossed out or alarmed won't do good; in fact, it might incentivize them to do it more."

Jeanne stiffened, as she looked back and found something that might make her gag. Men and women, of all ages gave her the bedroom eyes.

"I need to learn how you do it."

"Don't praise me, I am about to lose my cool."

"What? Why?"

"...well."

"Jaune~", Jaune suddenly stiffened as a beautiful golden youkai approached him from behind, tenderly holding him, "How are you?"

"I am doing well."

"Good because…" She then whispered something to Jaune's ears.

Jeanne distanced herself from the "couple" knowing that it was a trap waiting to explode, and she didn't want to get any closer.

And from how flushed Jaune is, no matter how stoic he looks, it seems that Yasaka-sama has "plans" with him.

"Hello dear, Jeanne~" But that froze her blood.

While Jaune was caught up by a fox, a devil went to Jeanne.

Diodora looked at Jeanne with a pleasing smile, "How are you?"

Jeanne didn't answer and pretended it was air.

"Hey that is rude… why do you—" Jeanne's skill crawled as that devil spoke to her, memories and shame from years ago surface for a moment… almost calling for her Holy Blade.

Cut.

Suddenly, Jeanne saw the back of her brother, as said brother held his blade against the devil's neck.

"You are really pushing it…"

"Jaune?"

"Hello, Arc." Diodora smiled, "How bold of you to hold your blade… an ordinary one to that, against a noble."

"Again with that word… noble." Jaune glazed like the abyss, "And you think this blade is not a threat to you?"

"You cut me, yet I am not ash." Diodora pointed at the dripping blood by his neck, "And you… to cut the brother of a Satan, you have no right to –"

"He is a brother and a hunter, Diodora." Suddenly, a tanned and tall man with green hair barged in, "He has every right to protect his sister from a suspicious devil like you."

"Brother… You—"

"that is Satan Beelzebub to you." The man boldly announced with authority, "The Arc Twins are that of importance to the Three Faction, especially in military might, so if you know what is good for you, you will leave."

Diodora looked feral, "I AM THE HEIR OF ASTAROTH! HE IS A MERE HUMAN WHO—"

"Has my back if he kills you here and now." The Green Satan boldly said, as Diodora choked and the devil crowd began to murmur, "In fact you can be the showcase to prove to every devil here, that Heaven will be a good ally; Jaune Arc has the ability to tear you apart with his bear hands."

"I can attest to that; he did so to an SSS Stray," Sirzechs said from behind.

And amidst this all, Jeanne saw her brother an inch away from being the executioner, but the devil stepped away and ran.

All of the devil crowd was more than shocked to see a noble run from a human, and murmurs began to erupt.

Too bad Jeanne couldn't hear in because she was pulled into a warm bosom.

"I am so sorry Jeanne-san!" Serafall Leviathan cried out as she hugged Jeanne, "This is all my fault; I know the value of our peace the most yet I didn't make sure that—"

Jeanne couldn't hear what satan was saying as she was brought deeper into her bosom.

The moment she was let go, another set of arms pulled her to another set of bosom, "You poor dear, to experience that; I truly wish my Kunou wouldn't experience that."

As Jeanne was then consumed by the tits of powerful ladies, a bald satan approach Jaune, "I take that you are Jaune Arc. It is a pleasure to finally meet you."

"I assume you are Satan Falbium." Jaune took the offered hand and shook it, "I will be completely honest, never have I thought I would meet this many powerful and important people."

"You jest." Falbium chuckled, "I am the 'weakest', of the four. I even doubt I can stand against the other leaders of the Biblical Factions in terms of brute power." Then his eyes shined in pride, "But here… I can beat them." Falbium pointed his head.

"I see where you are going. And I totally agree." Jaune could relate.

"Tell me, what do you think of the mentality of us Devils? Power Rules Everything and all."

"It makes sense."

"But in the application?"

"What do you mean?"

"In society. Modern society." Falbium said, "Do you think Phenex flames is necessarily needed to develop communities, invent new magic and technology, and make better lifestyles?"

"…no." Jaune now knows what Falbium is talking about, "Military might is important, but I assume you are talking about how the younger devils overvalue raw power over other factors."

"Indeed." Falbium sighed, before looking at the screen Jaune was looking at, "Look at them… they are just literally ramming each other with pure firepower; no strategy of sorts."

Jaune looked at the screen and found Issei and Saji spouting Holy and Curse Fire at one another.

"I do hope Sona Sitri wins to prove a point." Falbium sighed, "The girl is young, but she is unique and important to shape our tomorrow. We cannot just throw power everywhere like it is wartime."

"Time will only tell."

"And I do hope you can influence it too."

"Hahahahahahaha… is this now a political scheme." Jaune now felt like the conversation was just to butter up a proposal.

"No, I do not expect you to influence it directly." Falbium defended, "Devils respect power, and you are powerful. You have proved it time and time again, but correct me if I am wrong, but your weapons are not the reason why you win."

"Well, they do place a factor, especially Ascalon Spear."

"But is that your greatest tool."

"…no." Jaune reflected as he remembered all of his fights in both lives, "While I do plan, the plan dies the moment the battle begins, so I have to improvise, a lot."

"And that is important too. The young devils freeze up the moment their one and only attack fails." Falbium sighs, "They rely to much of their families' bloodline that they neglect other magics to at least tip the balance of the fight. I wish that you will soon be an example of improvised fights."

Falbium then looked at the screen again, "And look at that, the influence is now working."

Jaune looked back at the screen and smirked.

-xXx-

Issei knows the importance of this game. Even though it is technically a sudden one, it is also important enough to take outmost seriousness.

It doesn't help that Saji was going beyond their training with Jaune and Tannin-sama. That is why he is not surprised to see this.

The portion of the mall they are fighting is now covered in flames, both Holy and Cursed from Ascalon Blade and Saji's Sacred Gear. Issei charged his gauntlet again, as gold warped around it before flames burst forth

[TRASNFER!]

Ddraig once again transfers the attributes of Ascalon Blade to Issei's flames, as the pervert blasts it to Saji. Saji replied blasting his own flames; they were completely black and riddled with cruses. Holiness and Demonic power clashed once again to a standstill… as both dragons showed their might worthy of fairytales.

[This is not going anywhere, Issei]

Saji hovered over him as multiple cyan cords from his back lifted him up like a spider before other cyan cords shot at him at great speed.

Issei easily bobbed and weaved away from the attacks, no problem, but –

"Kya!"

Saji's cord took hold of Koneko from behind. Issei looked in shock as Koneko struggled before the cyan cold absorbed her power. Koneko retaliated as her youkai powers burst forth.

"ROARRR!"

But the cyan cord absorbed, nevertheless. Saji himself was completely covered by the pain and suffering of the world and yojitsu.

"Let's try this again…" Saji said with malice as black flames exploded into existence.

Issei was about to get consumed by the flames, as Saji smirked. But as the flames covered the Red Dragon, a golden slash cracked the flame prison open.

Issei Hyoudou held Ascalon Blade in a kendo stance, the sword humming in power as the wielder was covered in his own dragon aura.

"Let's try this again." Issei charged in like he always does, but instead of enduring any incoming assault, Issei parried each one the black flames with a Holy Sword. But Issei got close, and instead of aiming for Saji, Issei slid on the ground before slashing all of the cord carrying Saji up.

SLASH SLASH SLASH SLASH.

Issei smirked at his success, but suddenly felt his hands and legs sink into the ground, and finally noticed the shadow swallowing him to the floor.

"What the…" Before he could react, a cyan cord choked him, and black flames consumed him.

Saji smiled in satisfaction as Issei Hyoudou slowly turned into blue mist. He has to give credit, that even though Hyoudou is now considered "out", he was still struggling to stay in. He felt the dragon's aura fight his black flames, the anger in Hyoudou's eyes, the struggle to break free his blade.

[TRANSFER!]

Suddenly, Ascalon Blade shined gold as it broke free out of its shadowy bonds before the now blue and translucent Issei Hyoudou threw the blade at him!

Saji, only saw Issei disappear before his world was also covered in blue mist.

…and immense pain.

"AHHHHHHHH-"

Then the arena suddenly lost the presence of dragons.

Clang

Ascalon dug itself into the ground, as Koneko and Saji's kouhai looked shocked at what just happened.

-xXx-

Jaune looked impressed, those were moves he would have used if he were in either Issei's or Saji's position. Falbium chuckled before patting Jaune's shoulder.

Jaune looked at the other fights to see where everyone was.

"Gremory and Sitri's pawns, Retired."

Suddenly, Jaune felt his aura tingle, as he saw Akeno suddenly release his Fallen Wings, and she was glowing in purple aura!

THUNDER!

Akeno summoned lightning in an instant and stabbed it into her opponents on the rooftop of the mall like a blade.

"Sitri's Rook, Knight, and Bishops, Retired."

Silence permeated the audience, as Jaune himself was utterly shocked. Before the devils erupted in both fear and awe.

"What the hell!"

"Is that a Fallen's Power!"

"Gremory is really lucky!"

Jaune looked with complex emotions and more questions. Is Akeno a child of Remnant? That is Aura, he is sure of it. How is that possible? Is this the reason why Watts is now ranked second with Raphael in the power hierarchy of this world?

Can he get that strong?

So was this thought for the rest of the game. He now doesn't care about the outcome of this game, but rather the possibility of how powerful can Aura Users be in this world.

He then suddenly thought of Sairoarg, the Strongest Devil Youth.

How strong is he?

Soon, Sona lost her first Rating Game, and soon Akeno became a star because of her show of power.

-xXx-

Akeno stared at her hands. Even though the game ended already, she still felt the power tinging on her skin, and deep within her soul.

As the daughter of a powerful Miko, she knows that it is truly a power of the soul, but she also knows that it is not a power from her mother. Tears slowly fell on her cheeks, as she began to shudder and fear gripped her.

"Akeno." She felt a firm hand on her shoulder before a comforting power flowed to her. The power she felt released a while ago, now hummed in comfort as Golden Ki hugged her warmly.

Immediately she knew who this person was, "Arc-san."

"Akeno, how do you feel?" Jaune looked at Akeno like an uncle she never had, "You can be honest with me."

Akeno hesitated, but Jaune's fatherly aura calmed her down before saying, "I am afraid. Of this power."

"Afraid?"

"I… I know how Ki feels." Akeno tried to explain, "But this feels… different, very different. It feels." Akeno thought in a mix of emotions, "Solid. Firmer. Like, a stone which holds a house, unlike other ki with feels like a river or the wind."

"…why are you afraid of it?"

"Because it is strong, powerful even." Akeno was afraid again, "When I say firmer and solid, I feel that it can be a wrecking ball too."

Jaune now understands. Most Huntsmen will say that aura is solid. That is how it normally works, but for a world where Ki is soft and oftentimes intangible, a solid ki is nearly impossible.

"That lightning… was it?"

"It was Holy." Akeno looked bitter, "Something your friend has. But, the holiness of it was weak, like that of a single-winged Fallen, which I am." Akeno even looked more resentful, before looking fearful again, "But I think what knocked out my opponents wasn't the holiness, Kiba's sword is more holy than my lightning. But what I think hurt-, what hurt them was… the literal hardness of my lightning."

"Electricity can't get hard."

"But mine did!" Akeno screamed with tears, "I did the impossible! How can ki and lightning have firmness which I know broke the bones of my opponents?!"

Jaune then gave Akeno his sword, which confused the young lady, before the sword slowly glowed gold… and slowly gained hardness.

A soft silver sword turned hard.

"Trust me… it is not impossible." Jaune smiled before it turned into a goofy one, "But I doubt I can make anything that solid. You got talent, Akeno."

Akeno looked at the sword with fascination, realizing how unique her new power was, then she remembered how Jaune used solid ki to fight Kokabiel to a standstill.

Akeno looked at Jaune with curiosity and comfort, "Teach me."

"…no."

The two books humanity has about the Norse Pantheon could not truly the Norse Gods are like. Unlike the Greeks and the Jews who can respectively nearly tell what Zeus and Aboni, the God of the Bible is like, the modern people cannot tell who Odin was.

Odin was like a human too. He grew old. When he was younger he was the ambitious type, searching for power and women left and right: that is why his wives are fertility goddesses, or more accurately, goddesses of love and sex. He was a man who was prideful enough to fight God of the Bible face to face and was the foolish boy to taste the Light of the First Day as retribution for his sins.

Now, he is old. He believed he was past those days. Yes, he is still lustful, but that is only for the cheap thrill.

That is why he has no idea why he has mixed feelings when he finally meets Raphael.

Raphael looked at him too with confusion, "Are you alright?"

"I am fine," Odin said with a touch of frustration before both old beings realized that he said with such. Odin was also surprised that he said it like a frustrated teen.

Odin looked at Raphael; his wisdom could tell that Raphael is truly powerful… but does he feel jealous?

"Anyway," Raphael tried to change the mood, "How is your family, Odin-sama."

"Thor is always the White Knight of the Family, Baldur gained the knack to tease Rossweisse over here, and Loki is ever the problem child."

"That is good. How about Freya, how is she; The last time I saw her we were battling with blades."

And there goes that pang of anger again…Freya. Wait

"Raphael," Odin tried to calm himself, hoping that this feeling was just a remnant of an irrational thought centuries ago, "What did Freya look like when he defeated her."

"Bloodied."

"…aside from that."

"Well." Raphael thought, "She just asked that I should finish her with my sword, even though I was using my spear." Raphael then remembered how weird was that, "That I am now her captive and I may do whatever I want with her, so I stopped most of her fetal bleeding, and asked her never to attack Heaven again." Raphael made a sigh with confusion as the memory rolled, "She actually looked disappointed that I set her free: does she really want me to kill her."

Barakiel looked at the Archangel, before laughing loudly as Odin realized why he 'hates' Raphael.

His wife was lust-struck with Raphael after she was defeated by her.

"It doesn't help that she harassed some Christians back in the day, and whenever an angel came to stop her, she will always complain why I didn't descend to stop her." Raphael shook his end with annoyance, "I am extremely busy along with Uriel mind you, the only slacker we got is Gabriel!"

Barakiel continued to laugh as Odin sighed. Yes, he married Freya for her fuckability, but never, even with his grand wisdom, would he see that said sex goddess will get horny for other men!

"Anyway… you said you need to talk to Barakiel, Odin-sama" Raphael reminded the purpose of the meeting.

"Yes," Odin finally looked at the Lightning of God, "I need you and the other users of the soul to guard and protect my talks with the Shinto Pantheon."

"You are asking for the protection of people from multiple factions." Barakiel said, "But why not just ask my brother and I?"

"Because I suspect a misbehaving god will interfere from my side. I doubt it will give a good look for the Japanese."

"No… it won't" Barakiel understands…

"Oh… and if it is not too much, can your daughter guard the place too… since she is also now the user of the soul." Odin politely asked as he was ignorant of the gravity of such power.

Or how important it was to the Natives of Remnant.

Barakiel was just reminded of the "talk" he needs to give Akeno, and it will surely not be an easy one.

Author's notes.

Sorry guys for the long wait! I actually made this chapter before, but my app updated and I lost all unsupported documents, including some chapters. Anyway, we can now see that as the story progresses, there are new problems, and some older ones are returning.

OMAKE

Barakiel sighed after the meeting with Odin. For the life of him, Watts was a great scientist and God's best soldier once, but now he has the face the great challenge of the world.

Fatherhood.

Don't get him wrong, he was doing it fine... until his wife was murdered and his daughter was literally taken away from her by the Gremory. Yes. Although the Gremorys themselves treated Akeno as a daughter, Watts knows it was a political move and pseudo hostage to make sure he is leashed.

But now he can only hope that he can mend the damage, especially since Akeno unlocked her aura.

How and why now?

"EHHHHHHHHHHHHH?" Raphael, or Nicholas Schnee yelled as his face turned beet red.

"You finally realized what Freya wanted from you only know?"

"I DIDN'T GET MY MEMORIES BY THEN!" Nicholas yelled at his brother, "I WAS THE DEFINITION OF AN ANGEL! SO THOSE HIDDEN SIGNALS WOULD FLY OVER MY HEAD!"
