The "Seaweed" •

When Page One and Ulti were young, they grew up in the slums of Prohibition-era in a Kingdom in the Grand Line.

He and Ulti lived in a small house near the harbor, and one of Page One earliest memories was of a particularly hot summer when, seeking respite from the heat, he and his sister, Ulti, discovered a seldom-used section of boardwalk near an abandoned warehouse.

Sometimes the two would hang out at the docks and sit together either fishing, or watching the sun going down. Ulti recalled the feel of the seaweed between her toes as she and Page One dangled their feet into the murky water.

One day the siblings found out that the warehouse had been demolished. Curious, they hid themselves and ease drop on the investigating Marines. Apparently, the warehouse had been owned for a time by a Pirate crew, who was using it as a base of operations, and it's where they 'dispose' of rival Pirate crews, and civilians that they mugged and beat to death, and dumping their bodies into the harbor. The Marines had recovered nearly two dozen bodies from the waters of a secluded pier nearby.

How did the bodies been discovered? A fisherman spotted two children sitting on the dock, and their feet were touching one of the victims' hair which was floating near the surface of the water, and must of think they were touching seaweed.
