Battle Deployment Uniforms
UM-18 Powered Armor System
The UM-18 PAS is an exoskeleton system utilized by the United Terran Marine Corp and United Terran Army Command, designed in 2595, it is one of the newer iterations of an exoskeleton utilized by the UTSC Forces. Using new Nano-Carbon Plating and Nanomalite Casting, the UM-18 has a dedicated Neural interface that allows the user to be connected with command and control centers and receive orders and updates in an instant as well as gain access to any intel-gathering UAVs in the vicinity as well as most of UTSC Infrastructure. It also comes with shielding, like the older models, this is the 8th Exoskeleton to do so, with an advanced Plasma Field Generator, it is able to sustain up to at least 1 whole Plasma Rifle Charge.
It is also considerably modular, allowing for a whole range of attachments and customization for the user depending on the branch.
UM-20 Powered Armor System
The UM-20 is an upgraded version of the UM-18, issued to ODST's, Rangers, and other Special Force Units of the UTSC, it is twice as strong and has a more robust shield system, it also integrates many of the features of the first generations of Mjolinr, giving the regular human soldier an advantage of his foes.

M172 Special CQC Weapon
A weapon made out of pure Beskar/Strangrealium (Beskar and Strangrealium are the same thing). It is only issued to the Spartan and Special Forces Command as a melee weapon.
It also has a special mini generator that generates Plasma in concentrated amounts on the blade, tests have shown it is effective against most armor including low and medium-yield energy shield systems. It is a weapon made for a true warrior, also at an extreme cost, costing as much as an M105 MBT, hence why it is only given to the best of humanity.
Mk. IV General Purpose Combat Knife
A blade made of a stainless steel-nanocarbon alloy, it is one of the most durable parts of a soldiers kit and able to do a multitude of things, either cooking smores or brutally stabbing your enemy in the face and then cooking smores, it is an essential part in the kits of the soldiers of the UTSC.
Grenades
MK. 10 Anti-Personnel Fragmentation Grenade
A fragmentation grenade that replaced the MK.9 in 2587, the MK.10 i similar only that it has a programmable interface that allows the user to set the recommended fuse for any marked target.
MK.4 Plasma Grenade
The MK. 4 Plasma Grenade is part of a series of grenades that spawned from the first MK.1 Plasma Grenade from 2554, which was nothing more than a reverse engineered Covenant Anskum Pattern Plasma Grenade. However, as Humanity progressed each generation of Plasma Grenade became more unique and less based on older design philosophies. For all intents and purposes, the MK.4 looks exactly like a regular Frag Grenade, minus the Pineapple design but it has the same properties of the original Ansukum Pattern except with upgrades to allow the user to set a fuse with a programmable interface, much like that found on the MK.10 Frag Grenade.

MA50 Individual Combat Assualt Rifle
The MA50 was created by the famous Misriah Armories as the PAR Mk 50. It fires 60 of the 7.1x 58 Telescoping "Bolt" (.208 UTSC) and was submitted to the UTSC for the Next Generation Soldiers Loadout (NGSL).
The M181 7.1x58 High-Velocity Armor Piercing Light Rounds on the outside look much like normal bullets, however on the inside there is a small Hardlight penetrator, which when combined with the coils that line the MA50's barrel is able to pierce nearly everything it touches due to the electrocoils 'exciting' the photons.
When introduced in 2583 it soon became a favorite as it was fully customizable and could take an Elite Shields down in a single well-aimed burst from the virtually no recoil gun, with the MA50 being the standard for the Army and Navy while it was renamed the MA8 for the Marines.
With a signature 60-round magazine mounted in a bullpup layout, nothing will get through the storm of steel and light. It is also highly modular, being able to take grips, lasers, and underslung Grenade Launchers.
There are also modifications for the MA50 turning it into a heavy-barreled variant, the MLSW 51 which is the LMG Variant of the MA50.
TAK-47 and M1 Assault Rifle
As the name suggests it is a very distant offspring to the legendary AK47, manufactured by the successor company of the 47 as well, the Kalashnikov Terran Group. Firing an updated version of the 7.62x 39R, the M130 Short Operation Velocity Intermediate Enhanced Telescoping (S.O.V.I.E.T) from a 30-round Polymer Banana Magazine. It is cheap and reliable to make, using an enhanced Coil Barrel and an independent gas operating system with a modified rotating bolt.
The TAK-M1 version, updated 2574 now fires 35 7.1x 58 rounds, though it also has conversions for the older 7.62x39mm as well as the newer 5.6x50mm (A longer version of the 5.6x25mm), made specifically for the Frontier Systems and later Andromeda Systems as well as the choice weapon for OSNI to 'accidentally have fallen into the hands of' a rebel group. It is rugged and reliable though a far cry from the traditional AK family.
There are smaller versions of the TAK, such as the TAK-SU which is a carbine variant of the TAK-M1 made for the civilian market.
BR-100 Main Battle Rifle
The BR-100 MBR, introduced in 2570, is an evolution of the BR series of rifles manufactured by Misriah, firing a specialized version of the round used by the BR-55 and 75, the M936 9.5x50mm High-Velocity Armor Piercing. It also keeps the bull-pupped design of the BR-55 though minus the special carry handle, replacing it with an integrated optic and computer counter, to compensate for the loss of the top-mounted carry handle, a side-mounted flexible carry handle from the M720 LSAW is added to the front of the gun, opposite of the charging handle. It is a popular choice for the Marines, having a 40-round mag, and is able to quickly change to assault rifle ammo in the field when the need calls for it.
MR-399 DMR
The MR-399 is the next-generation Marksman's Rifle for the UTSC, being an upgrade over the older M392 DMR, the MR-399 is a good substitute for larger sniper rifles, firing the modified M749 9.5 x 50mm High-Velocity Marksman rounds at 700 rounds per minute from a 20 round box magazine in semi-automatic. It is fully customizable with many options for the soldiers to pick from to maximize versatility.
M90A4 Close Semi-Automatic Weapon System (CSAWS)
Developed by Misriah Armories, the M90A4 CSAWS (Nicknamed the SeeSaw) is an evolution of the older M90 as well as innovations from the CQS-48 Bulldog. The M90A4 is a semi-automatic, top-loading 10-round Tube shotgun, which retains much of the M90's build and frame, just with a refined barrel shroud and heat guard, firing the special M239 8-Gauge 'Bolo' Rounds. Each individual pellet is coated in a special flammable compound which adds effect to the Magnesium pellets inside the Nanomilite-Polymer casing. It is also capable of firing slugs and with kit modification, specialized but expensive, M151 Plasma 'splash' Nanomilite Cased Round.
M10 Personal Defense Weapon
The M10 Personal Defense Weapon is a relatively new weapon system, introduced in 2600 and used by the UTSC offered by Acheron Security, replacing the older M7 SMGs for frontline use, it uses a top-loaded magazine that allows the gun to fire 60, M992 5.6 x 25mm Hypersonic Armor Piercing Caseless at hypersonic speeds, having a similar ergonomic layout to the ancient P90, though also incorporating some of the design features of the older MA5 series of AR's.
M7 Magnum
Offered by Misriah Armories as a replacement, this pistol is used commonly by the Marines as their sidearm replacing the aging M6 in 2553, using advanced carbonites and polymers, it fires 16, 12.7x 40 mm SAPT Rounds and is nicknamed the Space Monkey Stomper for its high reliability to tear through Brutes Armor when the shields were down. It is an essential part of the modern Terran soldier's kit. The stock variant has been created for the civilian market, with the A, B, and C variants winning contracts for the Marines, Army, and Navy respectively. The A1 Variant is the variant commonly used by the United Terran Planetary Defense Forces though decommissioned models commonly are sold at the market with conversion kits to fix any legality issues.
M91 Anti-Material Rifle
This Anti Material Rifle fires the large 25x120mm M252 Hyper Velocity Discarding Sabot Round (HVDSR) or 14.5x100mm M255 Hyper Velocity Armor Piercing (HVAP) and is able to turn 30 shielded elites into hot mush as the M91 fires its Projectile from Mach 5-8 using a mixture of coil and gauss technology depending on the Variant. Due to the projectile speeds plasma actually forms on the round inciting extra damage. Many times it was called obsolete but like the M2, it is still alive and kicking since 2495.
There are different variants of the M91, with the MA91 being issued to the United Terran Marine Corp, chambered in the 14.5x100mm and the MB91 being issued to the Army chambered in the 25x120mm.
M83 Anti-Personnel Rifle
This rifle is comparable to your average .50 cal rifle from the 21st century. Being the smaller cousin to the MA91, the M83 is designed for the special .50 BMG which has proven reliable for hundreds of years. It has a coil barrel and a special chamber that allows the rounds to accelerate to Mach-10.
XMR-301 Modular Light Rifle (Shout out to Apollo Inkunen)
XMR-301 or experimental modular rifle is a next-gen weapon system currently in use by the Spartan program. Started as part of a program to reverse engineer and develop hard light weapons based on Forerunner tech in the mid-2560s, the program ran into issues of being over budget and too far ahead of its time. Current projectile-based weapons being cheaper and easier to produce and still have good or even better results stalled the program for wider use as the Navy took priority for funding.
The Program found new life in the 2590s as a proof of concept for the Spartan Corp, which led to the Spartan Corp giving out a contract to the Inkunen Defense Company as well as a partnership with the United Systems Research Division.
It is based on Forerunner and Ancient Human technology, meaning it fires special hardlight rounds from a battery pack.
Drawbacks have included overheating battery packs causing catastrophic malfunction (aka an explosion about as powerful as a homemade IED), the coil barrels taking a significant beating, and needing to be custom-made for its anti-material configuration. A variant of the XMR-301, the XMR-30S is a custom-made version for the Spartan Corp and is currently in use, the user can draw power to the rifle to refill the battery packs from the Mjolnir and Infiltrator Armor systems.
It must also be noted that charging the rifle also takes away from the energy to recharge the shields on for a Spartan, reducing recharge time for both if they are needing to charge simultaneously. Spartans can dictate which is needed to charge using their neural interface depending on the needs at the moment.
As of now, the XMR has been performing well lately, The Special Forces WARCOM has also found interest in the weapon, and its future is bright as more attention is given to the weapon though the newer MA-50 with its new M181 round may prove to be difficult for Inuken to compete against.
M720 LSAW
Introduced in 2580 by the FN-Colt Company as a replacement for the aging M739 SAW, the M720 is the mainstay for the suppression capabilities of Army and Marine Fireteams and is a heavy favorite of the Armies Panzergrenadier Units. Firing either in 300 round belts, or 60 Round Magazines used by the MA50, firing the same, M920 7.1 x 58mm High Velocity General Purpose rounds as the MA50, focusing on compatibility and flexibility.
M20 LAC HSAW (M20 LPC HSAW) (The actual Meat Grinder® TM)
This monster, despite being named a "Heavy Squad Automatic Weapon" is more akin to a mobile autocannon being carried by a madman with nothing to lose. The M20 was created in 2521 as a tool for the then Spartan II Commandos for intense suppression capabilities. It fires a plethora of 20x 110mm rounds at around 650 rounds per minute with dual reciprocating barrels and a linkless belt system. It also has a energy variant, created in 2550, the Light Plasma Cannon, firing intense beams of superheated plasma material at around 800 rounds per minute, able to melt through anything the Covenant put up, though as a result was expensive and this gun and its variants were only given to the most qualified individuals.
M2A19 Browning Heavy Machine Gun
Using the idiotic motto "if it ain't broke don't fix it" the Browning can be compared to its 20th and 21st-century counterparts with some major differences. For one its barrel is completely changed, having a full-on Coil Barrel and a revamped firing system, often nicknamed by the troops as "Ma MAC" firing the 12.7x99 Telescoping Rounds (.50 TMG) at monstrous speeds at 800-1000 rpm. However, it is rarely used on armored vehicles, being replaced and/or preferred with either a 25mm autocannon or a Rotary Railcannon System.
EM-30 Energy 'Bolter' Portable Directed Energy Weapon (PDEW)
Manufactured by Misriah Armories and Milky Way Defense Systems, the EM-30 is a Direct Energy Weapon that is similar to the Spartan Laser but more powerful and only for 2/3rds the length. Able to sustain for up to 10 minutes of stable continuous fire with a concentrated plasma beam 30x hotter than the sun, it has been shown to be capable of shooting down small warships if aimed correctly. However, it is expensive, being 3 times costlier than the Spartan Laser and only 20,000 units have been made since its introduction in 2555 and is primarily used by the ODST, Ranger, and Spartan Corps/ Commands.
FGM 51 ATGM Spike (ASPNKr)
Introduced in 2590, the Spike is developed and made by Lockheed Martin Space Industries for use by the UTSC in an Anti Tank role. It fires a 178mm missile out of its tube and has dual barrels like its FGM 41 SPNKR Cousin. It is a reloadable missile being cost effective in practice. It is effective at penetrating 1800mm of pure Tungsten Alloy and 1300 mm of Nano Carbon-Titanium alloy. It also has a role as an anti-infantry weapon though in a limited capacity. It has gained the moniker, ASPNKr, an evolution from the FGM-41, from Spanker, to Advanced Spanker, to indicate its enhanced capabilities.
MPAIM GEN 12
The Man Portable Anti Infantry and Material GENERATION 12 is one of the oldest weapon systems still in active service with the UTSC. Developed in 2187 it utilizes 4 barrels which fire out 50x 49mm High Explosive Scatter Shot or Armor Piercing Discarding Sabot. It is extremely effective and with 418 years of combat under its belt it was effective against Grunt Wave attacks as well as downing smaller Covenant armored vehicles and Hunters. It is still mass-produced by the UTSC and primarily used by the Marine Corp though is becoming increasingly rare after the First-Contact War.
M202 Anti Vehicle Single Use Launcher (AVSUL)
The M202 ASVUL is a single use, non reloadable, disposable rocket launcher that was designed as a cheap way for soldiers of the UTSC to be able to take on heavier armor, or just in case there was a rampaging Hunter nearby. There are many variants of the ASVUL, the most "common" being the M202-LOH, Lock On Hunter, having a tracking capability that makes the ASVUL fire and forget, though most ASVUL's do not have significantly more expensive capability, rather locking on to a laser sight if one is nearby. Its effectiveness is disputed however, with mixed reviews from the frontline, it is mostly given to Planetary Guard Units in the UTPDF.
M320 Modular Multi-Grenade Launcher
Created and deployed in 2580, the M320 MMGL is a replacement for the aging M319 IGL. It is excessively used by the UTAC's Panzergrenadier Units as an obstacle clearer and is also used by many planetwide law enforcement agencies who use it for riot control. It is a reliable weapon, firing 6 40mm Grenades out of its revolving center and able to take a variety of different types of specialized rounds, from tear gas to thermobarics.

There are still many weapon systems used by the UNSC, ranging from the MA5 series of AR's, some older series of the BR class of weapons, the M6 Magnum and M7 PDW, all the way to the FGM 41 SPNKr.

M105 Centipede Main Battle Tank
The M105 Centipede is the mainstay Battle Tank for the UNSC Marines and Army since 2590. Developed by Misriah Armories and Rheinmetall Terran Industries, it uses a portable Gen VI Quantum Shielding generator as well as an advanced Tungsten-Titanium-Nano Carbonite Alloy TTN-142. This MBT dominates the military market with Misriah Armories and their partners profiting greatly off of its success. It is to be the mainstay tank for the UTSC for the next 60 years or so and extended with numerous upgrade packages.

M809 Super Scorpion Main Battle Tank
This Main Battle Tank is an upgrade package offered by General Dynamics Land Systems and the Ural Defense Company in 2557 as a way to replace the aging M808 Scorpions still in active service with the UTSC. Its main feature being it replaced the 90mm Gun on the Scorpion and upgraded it to a 105mm Railcannon. The Super Scorpion was adopted as a stopgap tank until the UTSC could find a replacement for the entirety of the Scorpion family. After the adoption and rapid replacement of the Scorpion and Super Scorpion in favor of the M105 Centipede, they were handed over to the United Terran Planetary Defense Forces and sold off to other countries and local militaries though some still see service with the UTSC in the form of Marine Tank Battalions.

M810 Locust Light Reconnaissance Tank
The M810 LRT, aka the Locust, is a light tank used by the Marines and the Planetary Guard. Offered by General Dynamics Land Systems in 2580 as a substitute to the old M808 Scorpion "Main Battle Tanks". Having the main armament of a modified Super Scorpion 105mm, it is praised by its crew for its reliability and its armaments.

M25 Puma Light Force Application Vehicle (LFAV) (Imagine a Joint Light Tactical Vehicle on steroids)
Created and introduced to the civilian market in 2595, the M25 Puma is a vehicle currently used by the Federal Department of Internal Affairs, local planetary police departments of the United Systems of the Terran Government, and more recently the United Terran Marine Corps. It is the ideal replacement for the M12 FAV Warthog and M24 FAV Super Warthog. However, it has been met with some considerable resistance from the United Terran Army Command for its replacement for the M24 Super Warthog. Recently however the United Terran Marine Corp has announced that it would begin phasing out the old Super Warthogs, which have been in service since 2558, and replace it with an upgraded M25 variant starting at 2600.

The M902 Ox is a tracked Infantry Support Vehicle in service since 2604. Manufactured by Shepherd Land Systems in coordination with BAE Systems. It has a conventional layout similar to the M105 but smaller and more compact. It is capable of being orbitally dropped in a special pod.

M23 Dragon HRUNTING/YGGDRASIL Heavy Power Armor System
The M23 is the next generation of mech suits used by the UTSC, being created and manufactured by Misriah Armories. The M23 Dragon is a next-generation jump from its earlier M9 Mantis cousin, having next-gen interfaces as well as a weapons upgrade, and has been the main mech suit for Terran Forces since 2598.

M-ADU 187 Taifun (German for Typhoon)
The M-ADU 187 "Taifun" is the current SAM System in service with the UTSC and is operated by the United Terran Army Command (UTAC), United Terran Marine Corp (UTMC) and the United Terran Air Force Command (UTAFC). Mounted on the bed of a Heavy Utility Bed Truck, it has 20 Tubes able to fire the GSAM-12 Munitions with an accuracy rating of 85-95% depending on the conditions. It is used to great effect in creating areas of space denial when the UTSC is on the defense.
M-284 HAGARS (High Altitude Guided Artillery Rocket Systems)
Created in 2591 by the folks at Lockheed Martin Space Industries, the M284 redefines the meaning of artillery doctrine. Having 12 Rocket Pods mounted on a specialized chassis of an M810 Locust, the M284 has the ability to strike deep into enemy territory within a 300 mile radius with standard M912 Artillery Rocket Munitions (ARM) and can extend to over 500 miles with special M914 Special Long Range Artillery Munitions (SLRAM). It is praised for its scoot and shoot abilities and is able to reload with special cradles. It is often nicknamed the "Advanced Katyusha".
M-1010 'Foxtrot' Conventional Heavy Rail Artillery
The M-1010 is an artillery system utilized by the UTSC, it uses a 200mm Rail Cannon and 2 are able to be carried by a Pelican Transport and readily dropped into the battlefield, having an operable crew of 3. It also has a built in auto-loader that can fire at 10 Rounds a minute, firing the Conventional Heavy Artillery Munitions (CHAM) at a maximum range of 200 miles. It is planned to be the last conventional artillery piece to be commissioned by the UTSC, with conventional systems being replaced with rocket ones.
M-413 Automatic Airspace Identification and Suppression Cannons (AAISC)
The M413 is a special air defense system manufactured by Inkunen Defense Industries to be used for air defense of large urban areas. The M413 is a special CIWS type weapon that utilizes the same gun of the Hornet Killer Rotary Rail Cannon, in actuality it is basically the Hornet Killer strapped on a ground based platform with the special flair of Inkunen's own quality that makes it laser accurate with a new targeting system that utilizes Forerunner Elements.

SF-115 Kestrel Space Superiority Fighter
Manufactured and designed by Milky Way Defense Systems for the Next Generation Space Dominance Fighter Craft. Based on many advancements made by the FSS-1000 Sabre Program, it shares many similarities with the Sabre, mostly external; however, it has a neural interface with the pilot allowing for quicker reaction speed and a higher success rate for the mission assigned. It is quite flexible as a multirole platform having 16 Hardpoints mounted on the wings and 4 on the wingtips. It has been the mainstay fighter for the UTSC since 2582.

HSB-120 Dragon Fighter Bomber
Manufactured in 2578 and adopted in 2580, the HSB-120 is an all-around dependable bomber used by the Navy and UTPDF. It is able to be used in many scenarios, whether it be anti-ship, anti-ground, or in some cases, air superiority. It is a flexible spacecraft able to go the full 10 rounds and take a lot of punishment for its trouble. It has been the replacement for the Longsword ever since.
D-77H-EA Super Pelican Dropship
The D77 Pelican was such a good design with many successes that the UTSC could not let it go. As a result of a replacement program, the D77H-EA Super Pelican was born in 2585 as an upgrade package offered by a joint venture of Lockheed Martin Space Industries and Misriah Armories. As of 2605 at least 90% of all Pelicans in service have been upgraded to the EA Standard, which includes upgraded avionics, interfaces, weapons, and engines.

ACD-90 Osprey Gunship
The ACD-90 Osprey Gunship is part of a tripartite family of dropships spawned by the D77. In 2589 development began and ended in 2593 as the first prototypes flew in 2595 and eventually it was adopted in 2597. It is primarily used by the United Terran Marine Corp as a way to secure superiority on the ground and to widen any landing spaces with its heavy, gun-based armaments. It stands out in a hangar bay having the design elements of the D-77 and older AC-220 Vulture, combining the best of both worlds.

D80M Seagull Landing Ship
The D80M Seagull has been the premier landing craft of choice for the UTSC since 2595 and has been through many trials, all of which it excelled at. It is for all intents and purposes, a larger and bulkier Pelican, with a wider troop bay that can carry 30 soldiers sitting and 10 soldiers standing with a frontal drop door. To make sure the soldiers inside the Seagull aren't immediately killed or have their shields drained by enemy fire, the Seagull deploys a special shield generator that allows the soldiers inside to set up positions before the Seagull flies away.

The AV-44 Goshawk is the UTAFC's (United Terran Air Force Command) and UTMC's (United Terran Marine Corp) main ground attack craft since 2585, with designs similar to the older AV-22 Sparrowhawk but it is a more refined design, having many upgrades over its predecessor and being overall cheaper to mass produce, being heavily armed and armored it is comparable to a flying tank and is the "A-10 of the UTSC".

The way the MAEC fires is it uses a mixture of both Coils and Plasma flow to accelerate its round to nearly 5% the speed of light, newer rounds contain a Ferro-Tungsten Jacket with a Hardlight penetrator.

Mk. 16 Harbor Mini-MAEC Batteries
The Mk. 16 'Harbor' is a special type of Naval emplacement used by the UTSC, being essentially the continuation of the Breakwater, firing a massive 77 cm projectile at 3% the speed of light, it is a powerful cannon mounted in a double battery, only the most massive capital ships wield such power. It is generally used at longer ranges compared to the shorter operational ranges of the Mk.17.
Mk. 17 Basin Naval Rail Cannon Battery
The Mk. 17 Naval Rail Cannon Battery is one of the newest editions to the UTSC fleet, being smaller in size than the older Mk.15 Breakwater, but packing more of a punch, traveling faster than its older brother, the Mk. 17 fires a 35 cm slug at around 1-2% the speed of light, being able to rival the MAC Guns of older Frigates and Destroyers, The Mk.17 is the newest gun emplacement for Naval vessels in service with the UTSC.
Mk. 4 Lightyear Particle Accelerator Cannon
The Mk. 4 Lightyear is a mainline capital ship emplacement which was brought into service in the early 2580's, it looks similar to the older Mk. 33 and Mk. 44 Spitfires, though instead of firing a solid projectile, the Mk. 4 Lightyear fires accelerated Particles at the speed of light, being reversed engineered from Forerunner tech caches, being able to take down Covenant Shields in a single well-aimed salvo. The Lightyear however is limited to only Carriers, Battleships, and a variety of Cruisers due to the amount of power it takes to fire.
Missiles/Guided Munitions
M43 Spear Anti-Ship Missile
The M43 Spear Anti-Ship Missile is the replacement for the older M42 and M58 Archer Missiles utilized by the United Terran Navy Command being smaller and compact though packing more of a punch. The M43 utilizes a 3 tiered system, A Chemical Starter would ignite a Plasma Compound then heat up a steel core and turn it into liquid Metal which would be mixed with plasmic material which would destabilize and explode on contact with either armor or shield systems, basically a massive plasma grenade, acting as sort of a mosquito for any shields for a certain amount of time depending on the time to target, though there are multiple warhead options available to it, just like the Archer, for example, the M43N1F, an M43 with a Fallout class nuclear warhead. There are around 40 Missiles per pod being reloaded automatically by the onboard Smart AI or the plethora of Dumb AI's, each Pod being clustered in groups of either 10 or 20 depending on the vessel at hand which is named a Cluster and the number in a Cluster being identified by a serial number, for example a cluster of 10 is the M43C1 while a Cluster of 20 is M43C2. There are also modifications to be able to 'rapid-fire' the M43, meaning a Pod is able to fire multiple missiles at once when the need calls for it, all ships above Frigate are equipped with this function.
M77 Javelin Anti-Ship Missile
The M77 Javelin is a replacement for the M67 Rapier after the poor reception of the former. The Javelin is about as large if not slightly larger than the older Archer Missiles, though it operates on similar principles to the M43 Spear, having a 3-tiered system instead of a Liquid-Metal Plasmic Material, the Javelin uses a significantly more powerful Plasmic Jet to penetrate enemy armor, this function has also found favor in bunker-busting due to the raw power released by the explosion, penetrating shields and armor. There are 20 Missiles per pod, each pod being grouped in groups of 5 to 10, depending on ship class, it has the same naming conventions as the M43, the groups of pods being called clusters and having a serial number denoting what type of cluster it is, either an M77C5 or an M77C10.
M99 Swatter Anti-Space/Air Smart Munition Pods
The M99 Swatter is the replacement for the M97 Lance, being introduced in 2573, the M99 consists of 12 tubes mounted in a pod which in turn is mounted to a high movement mount, the same used on the M980 Interceptor, it also utilizes the same targeting systems as the M980, it is usually mounted in place of the M980 near the bridge area of Terran vessels.

Mk. 51 Tempest Naval Coil Cannons
The Mk.51 Tempest is a medium coil cannon currently in service with the United Terran Naval Command, being a smaller but significantly more powerful rapid-fire version of the older Mk.33 Spitfires, firing a 15 cm Ferro-Tungsten slug, the Tempest is a great weapon to use in close quarters as well as a compliment to a ships missiles. It is either mounted in Double (S1) or Triple Mount (S2) Batteries and can be mounted in a 'Quickshot' Configuration depending on the need.
Mk. 2575 'Lightning' Onager Class Naval Coil Cannons
Firing a 25cm slug, the Mk. 2575 is an upgrade over the older Mk. 2551, firing its rounds at 15% of the speed of light with the help of an experimental power supply. It is used mostly by Cruisers due to its infamous power-gobbling properties but there are kits out there to add a MK. 2575 Module onto a Frigate for a little extra punch.
Variant 312 VB. Cr0 5 Inch Naval Coilgun Battery
The Variant 312 VB. Cr0 is a naval weapon battery currently in use by the United Terran Navy Command. The Variant 312 fires a 5-inch saboted projectile at around 1-2% the speed of light, making it an excellent CQC weapon. The Variant 312 VB. Cr0 is manufactured by MIsriah and could be considered a 'subclass' of the Mk. 2575.
M980 Interceptor 70mm Auto Rail Cannon Point Defense System( ARCPDS)
The M980 Interceptor is the next generation of Terran CWIS systems introduced, being a build-on the M910 though having a build more akin to the M870. It carries 2 rail cannons mounted on either side of its targeting equipment chambered in 70mm High-Velocity anti-armor or the more potent 70mm High-Velocity Space Burst Proximity Detonation. It is able to fire at a rate of 9000 rounds per minute.
M940 Shield Rotary Close-In Weapon System (RCIWS)
The M940 is a build-on of the older M810 Helix Point Defense Guns, introduced circa 2556, the Shield fires the regular 50mm Sub-Caliber Armor-Piercing Sabots as well as a modified 50mm High-Velocity Space Burst Proximity Detonation round which is a downsized version of the M980's 70mm. The M940 is mostly mounted on smaller UTSC vessels though can be easily interchangeable with the M980 with an ammo swap system.
Ship Armor
Titanium A: Introduced in 2379, it is the basic binder for most of humanity's ship armor, being the last line of defense to buy time for a ship to either retreat or win a battle, depending on how the commanding officer uses it.
Titanium A1: Introduced to the UTSC in 2503, Titanium A1 was seen as a lighter, yet more durable version of Titanium A, with the A1 being mixed with a variety of Tungsten and Aluminum. It proved to be somewhat effective against Covenant energy weapons though a replacement was always recommended.
Titanium A2: Introduced in 2548 alongside many other new technologies developed during the First Contact War, Titanium A2 uses new chemistry to bind the alloys together which is then sent towards a 'refinement' stage to harden and increase the spread of energy when hit with a Covenant energy weapon. Unfortunately, it took a backstage due to how time-consuming the process was and its cost.
Titanium A3: Developed in 2552 as a way to make Titanium A2 cost-effective, Titanium A3 utilizes a new manufacturing process, skipping out on the 'refinement' process entirely with the new method of 'cold-forging' combined with modified stages ripped out of the refinement process.
Titanium A4: Developed and introduced in 2561, Titanium A4 takes A3 and adds in hardlight to the process, With new Forerunner technology, the USRD managed to combine both Hardlight and Titanium and have them act as a 'shield', being 4 times stronger than Titanium A3 and A2. All new vessels built and designed by 2562 have received Titanium A4.

Tribute Class Fleet Carrier (Hull Classification- CVF)
This ship was designed as a replacement for the Infinity classes and was built and designed in the later stages of 2581 with new Forerunner tech above the newly minted shipyards of Reach and Tribute in the Epsilon Eridani System. It is a reliable design that has been upgraded over the years and has been designated 'Jewels of the Fleet' incorporating many technologies and manufacturing techniques. It is able to slug it out with larger Covenant Capital Ships and is mostly operating with a Carrier Group though does occasionally operate 'alone' with its Corsair and Aegis Class escorts.

One of the older ships of the United Terran Navy, the Infinity Class is a vessel that has had its ups and downs during its 40 years of service. With a total of 8 being built, they are considered the prime of Humanity, especially because of their astronomical operating costs though with new upgrade packages and eventual refinement of the postwar era, their cost had become somewhat 'managable'. Orca Class Light Carrier (Hull Classification- CVL)
Created in the waning days of Operation CHEMISTRY, the Orca Class Light Carrier borrows many designs from its predecessor the Poseidon Class, and incorporates many design elements from the older Phoenix Class Colony Ships, having a similar engine block and incorporating the same 'angled' hulls and a front bridge area that is heavily armored. It is an essential vessel to a UTSC Naval Screening Detachment with its extensive count of fighter craft and special warfare and comm suites, it is however not recommended for use in high-intensity combat, instead sitting back and letting its fighters do the job, unlike the more robust Fleet Carriers who can go in gung-ho.

Everest Class Super Heavy Cruiser (Hull Classification- CA)
Created as a replacement for the Valiant Class Super Heavy Cruisers and to supplement the Vindication Class Light Battleship, the Everest Class was born from a 2580 Naval Program in designing and constructing a vessel that would be used by the UTSC for the Post First-Contact Wars Era. Being a heavy hitter either from afar or up close, the Everest is a well-rounded vessel capable of taking the heat to the enemy and coming out relatively unscathed. Its designers took many inspirations from Admiral Cole's modifications to the original Everest and as such named the vessel after the famed flagship. It is currently one of the newest vessels to come out from the shipyards over Mars and Reach and has seen very little combat, though from the little combat it has experienced it has most definitely left a bad taste in the mouth of its enemies.

Sol Class Heavy Cruiser (Hull Classification- CH)
The Sol Class Heavy Cruiser is a ship born in 2574 out of a need for ships lighter than battleships but still having adequate weaponry based on lessons learned in the First Contact War. Its design can be described as a mix between the Pillar of Autumn and Marathon Class with a little bit of an INF-101 sprinkled in. It is quite literally one of the most numerous ships besides Frigates and destroyers and has proven its reliability to operate alone or in conjunction with other vessels. In peacetime they are commonly found in pairs patrolling the vast borders of the USTG, effectively replacing the Marathon Class Heavy Cruisers.

In all essence, a medium-range brawler made for a slugfest.
Aegis Light Cruiser (Hull Classification- CL)
This light cruiser was first commissioned in 2570 under a Force X reformation of the Terran Armed Forces. Having the latest and greatest technology at hand, the Aegis Class has been one of the most heavily armored and armed light warships in the Galaxy. It is compatible with certain Supercarrier drop systems and is favored over the conventional Corsair class when needed; however, its existence is questioned with the newer Cole Class Heavy Destroyers being pressed into service.

Sometimes a man does so much for an organization that it becomes nearly impossible to give him a good reward, so as what happened when Admiral Cole rammed his ship into High Charity the naval designers at Sino-Viet Heavy Machinery in 2580 decided to make one of the most successful classes of Destroyer after the wars end, naming it after the legend himself. The Cole Class Heavy Destroyer is a ship that packs a giant punch, taking the enemy off guard from its relatively small size, the ship is practically covered in specialized missile pods and also uses many building modifications used by Admiral Cole on his original ship the Everest, as well as the aforementioned Everest Class Super-Heavy Cruiser.

Jupiter Class Heavy Frigate (Hull Classification- FFH)
Why? The Jupiter Class summed up in a nutshell, designed and built in 2580 is a specialized frigate utilizing many design features from the Mulsanne Class Light Frigate as well as the Strident Class with the ability to slug it out with larger ships, being equipped with a single modified Mark 26 O-MAEC, being able to bring the firepower of a battleship in the package of a Frigate sized body in theory. Though downsides include less available armor and a longer than normal recharge time compared to normal Mark 26 O-MAECs due to smaller power infrastructure making it the worst vessel to use when in CQC situations, hence low numbers ordered by the UTSC, that's not factoring in the amount of unique weapon systems onboard, making it a nightmare to service. As a result, it has been deemed one of the 'worst' frigates of the UTSC.

The Mombassa comes equipped with the latest and greatest command suites, able to act as a forward operating base for certain ground troops organized into sectors. It is often described as a 'Mini-Strident' due to its layout as well as Aerofabrique SA's involvement in the Strident's development.

The Wildcat Class Corvette is a vessel used most commonly by the UTSC and local planetary governments. At 289 meters in length, it is suited for close-quarters combat and lighter missions like border patrol in peacetime or during times of conflict a torpedo run. It is one of the only ships in service with the Terrans with no MAEC Gun or any spinal cannon of any type, instead being equipped with the latest and greatest plasma torpedo and missile platforms (Military models only). It also lacks any significant firepower, being armed with a plethora of M980 Interceptor 70mm Auto Rail Cannons and 2 single-mounted 10-inch Railguns as well as lacks any form of shielding, though where it lacks in firepower it makes up for in speed, being one of the fastest Naval vessels ever built by the Terrans and can dodge even the fastest of munitions (Per what Sino-Viet Heavy Machinery claims in marketing) having a large engine block that provides immense power to the vessel.

2023 CE: A guy somewhere in the Continental USA decided to not write an ambitious Star Wars x Halo story to post to fanfiction, alternating the time space-time continuum as we know it.
2025 CE: The United Nations takes a step towards Global Peace as they form the United Nations Space Agency, combining the space agencies of the United States of North America, the European Union, the Republic of China, the Confederation of East Africa, as well as the smaller powers of India, Israel, Federation of Oceania, Japan, Republic of Korea, Persian Republic, Federal Republic of Brazil, and the Central Asian Union.
2027 CE: The UNSA manages to establish multiple Colonies on Luna, though non-permanent, plans to have Humans permanently land on the Moon are not far away.
2031 CE: Racked with internal crises, the UN is now at the forefront of leading the world through the Economic Crises and eventual collapse, Global Warming and the Destruction of the Earth's Biosphere, and Energy Depletion that define the 2030's as one of Humanity's lowest marks in centuries.
2042 CE: The Space War kicks off, starting out as a dispute between the EU member states of Russia and the Republic of China over territory rights on the Moon as it turns into a free for all brawl between nations as the war encompasses all but Earth on the ground, taking place in Low Earth Orbit, Luna's Orbit, and on the surface of Luna itself. The first Space to Space Combat occurs, though it is between tiny Space Stations and mostly boarding actions.
2046 CE: Unknown to the warring powers many begin to despise the war, some go to extreme lengths as a Terrorist Group, the Chaos Insurgency, manages to get a hold of 13 Nuclear Weapons from the Russian and Israeli Blackmarket, detonating them in the atmosphere and knocking out nearly all satellite coverage, causing a Kessler Syndrome event.
2047 CE: With Satellite coverage gone the Space War ends abruptly as the warring nations turn on the Insurgents back home, stomping them with their remaining military power. The move forward begins as the world rushes to both launch satellites and clean debris from their mess.
2053 CE: The Charter for the United Earth Government is signed by the remaining Earth Nations as most Earth Nations except San Marino and The Vatican are united under the UEG banner though only in name as the UN is still in existence and holds the most authority.
2054 CE: With the world somewhat united, the UNSA begins to Colonize Mars, sending the first manned missions to the Red Planet. To avoid a repeat of the Space War, the UNSA directly governs the colonies, as opposed to the member states that made up the UNSA.
2071 CE: The Terraformation of Mars begins as plans to put a tether station on the Moon and permanently colonize it which is now officially named Luna begin to be drawn up.
2084 CE: With the colonization of the first Jovian Moons and Ceres set in place, the UNSA is renamed and reorganized into the United Nations Colonial Administration Agency, or the UNCAA.
2102 CE: Dissent on Ceres rises after numerous scandals erupt about the corrupt structure of the current Colonial government, nicknamed the Ceres Republic, overseen by the UNCAA. It ends up as the September Coup as numerous Frieden Neo-Fascist cells unite and overthrow the CR. They proclaim the Belter Directorate and establish the Free Navy and begin an extermination campaign on their bitter rivals the communist Kosolovics.
2103 CE: As the Belter Directorate gains ground, the UEG takes over as an actual government and overthrows and dissolves the UN, taking use of the emergency powers granted to it, the UEG absorbs the remains of the Earth nations, and creates the United Nations Armed Response Coalition out of the World's Military and gives them a lion's share of the funding.
2114 CE: After many failed attacks the UNARC forces manage to finally get a hold of Ceres from the Frieden, doing a massive orbital bombardment, the UEG however is frustrated at the lack of cohesiveness in the UNARC and begins to draft the Kyoto Memoriam. The Frieden pull back to the Jovian moons.
2115 CE: the UNARC is reformed into the United Earth Star Command or UESC under the Kyoto Memoriam as well as transferring the final bits of the UN into the UEG, ending the nation states of Earth once and for all. Its attention turned to the remaining Frieden on Castillo and the Kosolovics.
2130 CE: 2 brilliant scientists, Tobias Shaw, and Wallace Fukijawa discover the Slip-Space Drive and invent the Shaw-Fukijawa Translight Engine. This device is tested on the UESS Sulaco as it makes a jump into the Kuiper Belt, showing great military potential. However it was sidelined until the end of the war due to cost concerns as well as potential capture by Frieden and Kosolovic forces.
2134 CE: The first Magnetic Accelerator Cannons are devised. Nicknamed Project Ragnarok. Though nothing more than lightly armored space stations, these Cannons have captured the interests of Military leaders as a way to end the war faster, even if their cost puts a nice hole in the wallet.
2136 CE: The Red Planet Offensive begins as the UESC begins to pound the Kosolovic Positions with the Orbital MAC's. An hour later the Kosolovics surrendered, 1 extremist group down, and 1 to go.
2139 CE: The Jovian Moons campaign begins as years of planning begin to be set in motion. Here Centuries of Space Warfare Doctrine is developed and established. ONI begins Operation Jorgmandur to disrupt Frieden supply lines as well as morale.
2140 CE: A superior Frieden Naval Force fleet numbering 120 is defeated by 10 Ships of the UESC under the command of Vice Admiral Isueki Yakata, named the Battle of the 4 Moons, 113 vessels of the Frieden Naval Force are destroyed in exchange for the loss of 5 ships under Yakata in where he puts into use his doctrine of the 4D battlefield and 'Gravitational Drive By' to good use. Yakata instantly becomes a naval legend as the battle single-handedly saves a vital link to the UESC operations and the UESC's MAC Platform Fleet in the Jovian Sub-system and destroys most Frieden Naval Power.
2141 CE: The Interplanetary War draws to a close with the Callisto Treaty as the UESC declares victory over the extremist forces.

2147 CE: The launching of the Voyager 3 to the recently discovered Epsilon Eridani System about 10.5 light years away and Voyager 4 to the closer Alpha Centauri System about 4 light years away on a one way trip, due to the probes having only a finite supply of power for a singular jump, the images sent back would have to be sent the old fashioned way.
The images sent back after 7 antagonizing months shook humanity,

2150 CE: Operation COLUMBUS is sent into motion as colonists are sent along with military escorts to Centauri and Eridani.
2156 CE: Both Star systems are fully colonized as the UEG establishes a foothold. The planets are named Reach, Tribute, Nova Terra, Artic, Plains, Ares, and Panera.
2190 CE: Human Population reaches 100 Billion.
2249 CE: Mars has completed terraformation 40 years ahead of schedule, making its atmosphere breathable but any inhabitants still need to wear some form of Radiation Protective Suit as the first green begins to dot the surface of the planet, water beginning to flood the once empty basins and reservoirs, it is then mined for its extensive iron and surprisingly numerous tungsten ore deposits.
2300 CE: Human population sits at 280 Billion as they expanded to over 500 Star systems and havea little over 1000 colonies, 875 of them are planets.
2304 CE: Start of the First Terran Civil War. Many elements in the UESC manage to overthrow the UEG with help from ONI and disgruntled Colony Worlds, unhappy with the UNCAA. A coalition of loyal military assets to the fallen UEG is named the United Terran Coalition. The UEG is renamed into the United Terran Directorate and the UESC is split into two factions, the United Terran Directorate Military loyal to the UTD, and the United Armed Forces of Terra, loyal to the Coalition.
2305 CE: UTC and UTDM forces battle it out over hundreds of Star Systems, wrecking each and everyone of them. However the UTDM begins to slowly win the war as the Coalition is backed into a corner. However they are saved at the Battle of Jado II as Coalition forces cripple most UTDM assets when they try to invade the Coalition stronghold.
2307 CE: After a 2 year stalemate the Coalition begins a massive Counter-Offensive operation as many UESC worlds crumble and fall as the Coalition liberates them. Soon the only territory held by the Directorate is Earth and the Sol System.
An interim government is founded on Reach by the Coalition.
2308 CE: The Sol Offensive begins as the Coalition forces manage to break through and liberate all territory up to Mars as the UTD begins to crumble as massive riots begin on the last UTD World, Earth.
2309 CE: The Liberation of Earth commences, Coalition forces manage to have a breakthrough as they land on the Human homeworld, with a massive part of the UTD surrendering, the First Terran Civil War ends when they sign the Treaty of Sol.
2310 CE: The Interim government under the Coalition is reformed into the United Systems of the Terran Government, focusing on a more centralized government but still allowing their territories a degree of autonomy. The United Armed Forces of Terra is reformed into the United Terran Star Command as well as most Coalition Military assets.
ONI is hunted down and disbanded with many of its leaders jailed, it is replaced with the Office of Strategic Naval Intelligence. (A very creative name I know) The United Nations Colonial Administration Agency is also reformed into the Office of Colonial Affairs.
First Terran Civil War (2304-2310)

2399 CE: With the end of the 24th century, humanity has seen what many called a 'golden age' as the population boomed after the Civil War as more jobs were created and anti-corruption crackdowns by OSNI became more prominent. The USTG was in a good place, they had a stable and growing economy and had very good relations with their "systems". The First AI systems also began to appear with the help of the Neural Mapping of the deceased. Like heart donors, people can become brain donors for AI manufacturing. Though helpful it is not without downsides such as rampancy.
2451 CE: The first half of the 25th century was of expansion for the USTG, having expanded to over 850 Star Systems and 1489 colonies, 1087 of them planets.
The human population levels out to about 320 Billion spread along the Inner Systems, the Outer Systems, and the Frontier Systems. Though this area is considered to be blank to the rest of the Galaxy, giving Humanity a lot of space to expand without being discovered… yet
2478 CE: Many Rebel Cells in the Frontier and edges of the Outer Systems begin to ramp up their attacks, their reason? They proclaimed the USTG to be corrupt and they would initiate wars of independence against what they saw as a tyrannical authoritarian government.
2479 CE: The Insurrection begins when the Rebel-controlled UTNS Gleipnir opens fire on the UTNS Excalibur after failed negotiations.
The Frigate Excalibur is lost with all hands. The Destroyer Gleipnir is heavily damaged and recaptured by soldiers of the Joint Systems Special Warfare Command Team 6 and the 101st Orbital Drop Shock Troopers.
2483 CE: The Insurrection is just starting to ramp up as they capture the shipyards of Komodo, a planet rich in Tungsten Ore.
The United Systems Research Division is formed from the broken-off bits of OSNI Section III as a way to avoid political heat that plagued the 25th Century and begins restarting Project Orion from the 2100s.
2489 CE: The Insurrectionists are starting to go onto the offensive, taking 3 systems though the UTSC manages to quarantine their movement, a bloody guerilla war will ensue.
2492 CE: The Covenant discover the Jiralhanae, incorporating them into the Covenant, a heated rivalry is born between the Sangheili and Jiralhanae as a result.
2495 CE: Project Orion is deemed a success despite half of its subjects becoming insane or deceased from the augmentations, these soldiers are named Spartans, after the legendary warriors from Greece.
2500 CE: The USTG controls over 891 Star Systems and 1523 Colonies 1132 of them planets as the population reaches 526 Billion.
2515 CE: The Spartan II program begins as one Doctor Catherine Halsey Keyes of the USRD begins to "recruit" children out of a gene pool of 14000, only 1284 are selected to be "recruited" as the joint USRD and OSNI operation code-named Operation DEMIGOD RISING replaced the 1284 children with clones that had a 10 percent chance of living to the age of 30.
2520 CE: Augmentations are given to the Spartan IIs, out of the 1284, only 749 are in good condition for service.
2523 CE: The legendary Spartan II commandos Blue and Red teams are sent on their first combat deployment against the Insurrection on Komodo, the Spartans come out with a 0% casualty rate and have the Rebels fleeing off the world and the shipyards being retaken a day later.

2525 CE: First Contact is made with an alien species.
The Cruiser UTNS Solar drops out of Slipspace near Pandora, the habitable moon of the gas giant Polymorphous, in the Hades System after responding to the Roebuck 214 Deep Space Station's distress signal. The Solar finds the DSS R-214 to be gutted with a single alien ship in the debris field, after a lengthy duel both the Solar and the mystery alien vessel are disabled as the Solar sends out one final message.
After 5 days a full blown carrier group led by the UTNS Trafalgar is sent in as they recover the pieces of the intense battle.
A survivor is found in an escape pod, reacts with hostility, and kills most researchers around the pod before the reaction force can neutralize it.
With all this information OSNI finds out about the Covenant, a hegemony of various species now apparently hell-bent on destroying humanity because of religion. OSNI relays the information to the USTG and UTSC.
This information is revealed to the public who respond in outrage, recruitment offices flood once again as strategies are now being cooked up on how to counter this threat.
2526 CE: Probing attacks are reported all over the Frontier Colonies, barricades begin to be built as funding for the UTSC skyrockets.
2527 CE: Communications with Pandora soon cease as a reaction force is sent to Pandora. The 31st Quick Reaction Force headed by Admiral Glenn Munn is able to drive off the invaders with heavy losses from what analysts called a supercarrier. It was destroyed above Pandora.
2531 CE: Communication with the Frontier System Capital Planet of New Vladivostok is cut off. The UTSC sends in the 52nd New Scandinavian Reaction Fleet to the System. Headed by Vice Admiral Preston J. Cole, they are greeted by the once lush snow world having most of its surface turned to what can only be described as "hell", he has his 24 ships slaughter the 27 ships of the Covenant Navy whilst taking 12 of his own. Terrance Hood is promoted to overall commander of the UTSC. The Spirit of Fire, a Planetary Assault Carrier/ Colony Ship, chases a Covenant battlegroup, and they arrive at the Forerunner shield world 049. From there they manage to destroy all ships of the battlegroup and manage to keep the Covenant from unlocking weapons that could be used to turn the tide against and subsequently exterminate humanity by sacrificing their slipspace drive to cave in the world as the UTNS Spirit of Fire is recorded loss with all hands.
The UTSC begins to draw up defense plans to weaken the Covenant as OSNI deploys its Prowlers to supposed Covenant Space. Cole Protocol is established.
Power is shifted from the USTG to the UTSC and USRD.
2531-2546 CE: Nicknamed the Cole Campaigns, Admiral Cole begins to fight a defensive war, playing against the Covenant and their numbers with tactical genius. Stalling for years to buy time for Humanity.
2546 CE: The Covenant Assault is stopped as it runs out of steam. Vice Admiral Preston Cole manages to liberate 3 worlds, Mandi, Kilimanjaro, and Cascades from Covenant Control sadly not before the Covenant glassed them all, the USRD begins research into Covenant Glassing Cannons and DEWS.
Cole Campaigns: Human Strategic Victory/Covenant takes 63 Percent of the Frontier Colonies though at unsustainable loss rates.
2547 CE: Battle of Psi Serpentis, Vice Admiral Cole manages to destroy 1200 ships of the Covenant after tricking them into flying in the Atmosphere of the nearby Gas Giant and promptly jumping into slipspace, while leaving a trail of nuclear death behind as the Everest launches its complement of Shiva Nuclear Warheads into the UNSC Io which was being remotely controlled, this turns the gas giant into a Brown Dwarf for 30 days as the Covenant burned alive. Vice Admiral Preston J. Cole became a household name.
2548 CE: USRD comes with a major breakthrough, combining the Power of the Directed Energy Weapon with the Raw Kinetic Energy of a Projectile to make the MAEC, Magnetic Accelerated Energy Cannon, codenamed Big Mac allowing it to fire 200% faster than MAC between 10 to 15% the speed of light. Therefore ending the argument between Energy or Projectile weapons by combining them into an immensely powerful tool for war. The UTSC begins to refit its star ships. Research into Forerunner Installations and Hardlight barriers begin.
2550 CE: Covenant restarts the offensive and takes 82 percent of the Frontier Systems and 25 percent of the Outer Systems as the United Systems Planetary Defense Command begins a guerilla war. The casualties are staggering as the Covenant begins to implement its genocidal plans in full. The Insurrection/Second Terran Civil War is officially over by this time.

2551 CE: Creation of Cortana. First use of a NOVA Bomb, the bomb is used as a retaliatory strike against the Covenant after recon had found 3 systems of Covenant interest, the resulting strikes end in over 23 Billion Casualties for the Covenant, mostly civilian.
2552 CE: Cracks start to form in the Covenant as UTSC and OSNI supported Insurrectionist elements begin to become a thorn in their side as strikes against logistic hubs begin to ramp up. Commander Jacob Keyes in the Destroyer Iroquois creates the Keyes Loop as the ships of Desron 18 are able to escape before the Covenant can capture them however the ship UTNS Problem Child is captured by the Covenant before it could commit the Cole Protocol in full, the Epsilon Eridani system and 3 other Inner Systems are comprised. The Covenant attack Reach and multiple other Inner Colony systems in an ambush bringing in over 120000 warships to the fight, Reach nearly falls but is saved by the valiant defenders of the UTSC, the sacrifice of Noble Team, and reinforcements.
Sadly Panera and Arctic are glassed beyond salvation, bringing in 7 billion new casualties. In the waning hours of the battle, a small Covenant fleet is seen leaving as the Pillar of Autumn and her battlegroup, commanded by the recently promoted Captain Jacob Keyes take chase.
Events of Halo Combat Evolved:
2553 CE: The once esteemed Supreme Commander, Thel Vadam is convicted for losing multiple battles and for losing Reach and the Holy Ring(s) despite having the numerical advantage and is turned into the Arbiter for his punishment.
2554 CE: Start of the Covenant Civil War, many have found the truth to the lies of the Prophets. Many start to worship humanity as their true gods instead of the forerunners. Humanity of course is stuck in the middle as many within the USTG, OSNI, USRD, or UTSC have any idea what to do. The research into forerunner installations is fruitless as most technology is mysteriously wiped from existence.
However, all is not in vain however as a cure for rampancy in AI is found. The USRD also finds out about how humanity was once close to the Forerunners millennia ago.
Old records also state something about the 3 Sins, OSNI begins to research into it and starts comparing the documents found and their descriptions to the anomalies found by the Pillar of Autumn's Task Group. (aka the Flood)
Power is reinstated to the USTG in a peaceful transition of power.
2555 CE: Earth's location is compromised as Truth's fleet with the High Charity attacks New Mombasa. The newly promoted Fleet Admiral Preston J. Cole makes his sacrifice as he rams his damaged ship the UTNS Everest II into the damaged High Charity after a full salvo from Earth's ODP Overlord Network, making a clean cut through to the power source, the Everest II slams into the space stations heart, detonating its complement of SHiva Class Nuclear warheads causing a chain reaction. The Forerunner Keyship escapes, with Truth on board, landing and vaporizing New Mombasa however as a dimensional portal is found in the once proud Lake Victoria. It is the location of the portal to Installation 00 the Lesser Ark. The Battle over the Lesser Ark Begins as the Flood ambushes all sides and begins to take over. The UTSC and the newly reformed Swords of Sanghelios begin tactical bombardments as the rampant AI Cortana sacrifices herself to stop the firing of the Arks Halo ring, saving the galaxy from the Flood, for now… leaving the message…

2556 CE: The war comes to an end as the Arbiter leads the pro-human side against the deceased Truth's now "Storm" controlled anti-human side.
The Storm Covenant commit a last desperate attempt to decapitate humanity by invading Earth one last time but is thwarted by the 3 new Infinity Class Fleet Carriers (I'm lazy, shut) and their respective battlegroups and instead invade Mars (aw Poor Mars), the Battle of Mars was one of the most horrific battles of the war, for 3 months the casualties rose as the planet of the Blood God became awash in shipwrecks and literal blood, but eventually the UTSC eradicated the Storm Covenant using no mercy tactics and flushing them out with utter brutality that would make the least horrific crimes the Old Covenant did look tame in comparison.
The Treaty of Kilimanjaro takes place 1 month later.
First Contact War (2525-2556)

OSNI also began Operation CHEMISTRY supported by the USTG and UTSC, the goal is to disband the Covenant into smaller governments for the safety of humanity.
2560: The Writ of Union is disbanded as new governments join the USTG on the galactic stage as a result of the collapse of the Covenant Empire. New ethnic conflicts, named the Residue Wars begin to erupt as many successor states fall and fail, as a result Operation CHEMISTRY is considered a success. Many still distrust humans as they fear humanity to fulfill revenge against them. The Republic of Sovereign Species is founded as a successor state to the Covenant but is hindered by OSNI and as a result is basically a rump state.
2562: The Arbiter retires from active service though is seen as a public figure in Sangheili culture. Though he states he is not into Politics, politicians will still try to lobby for his support. As a new government is founded on Sanghelios, the Sovereignty of Sanghelios.
2563: Admiral Terrance Hood passes away in his sleep, his funeral was broadcast to nearly all the system worlds as many mourned the loss of one of the greatest military commanders to lead the Humans to victory. The United Terran Star Command begins to go through a reformation to cope with the loss of their overall commander.
2565: Humanity has a huge population boom to make up for the lost numbers, now numbering at around 488 Billion.
2569: All is forgiven for the mishaps of the Covenant as the races of the Milky Way started to move into an era of peace. Many people coin the term Human Centric as the USTG is considered the only Hyper-Power in the Orion Arm though is slowly being rivaled by that of the Sovereignty of Sanghelios. They had colonized nearly the entire Orion Arm with the benefit of the other races and un-wiped Forerunner and Ancient Human Tech Caches.
2570: The Spartan IIs are retired due to complications with long term augmentations and are instructors for the Spartan IV programs.
2571: Spartan V Program begins, it is quickly shut down however due to scandals and its participants are few and far between.
2587: The Halo (04) is deactivated and any, somehow remaining Flood is exterminated, turned into an attraction by Universal Studios & Co, and placed above earth orbit.
2597: Spartan VI program begins intending to capitalize off of the experience and effectiveness of the 2's and numerical superiority of the IV's, Eagle, Kaiju, and Trident Teams are trained by the famous now retired and reserved John-117 and the rest of the II's.
2600: The dawn of the 27th century is one filled with hope for Humanity as they have expanded to roughly 2000 light years away from their home planet and are recovering and are at 528 Billion, due to the USTG reactivating the Baby Boomers Bill of 2338 and drafts the Systems Creation Act.
Early 2601 (24 BBY): A Space distortion is found by the UTNS Infinity, it is described as a sort of "Blackhole/Quasar thingy" by the USRD as an exploration fleet is sent through, they make contact with an ocean planet with no sentient life orbiting a massive blue star. The USTG quickly colonizes the planet and names it, Cascadia and the star is named Pacifica. The Sovereignty of the Sangheili also find a planet in the Andromeda Galaxy and name it Malurok.
Late 2601: OSNI discovers that the Andromeda Galaxy is currently in turmoil. 2 sides, the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems are squabbling over this massive galaxy which when the USTG and UTSC are informed, want no part in it and decide to remain hidden all while the USTG quietly adds to the UTSC's massive military budget. A second planet is also discovered orbiting a massive yellow star, a Quasi Star and named Strangreal, a new material which has proven itself to be highly resistant to energy weapons and projectile weapons is also discovered and yet to receive a name.
Early 2604 (21 BBY) : First Contact, The UTSC and USTG are forced to make contact with the Galactic Republic after an exploratory vessel, the CEV New Horizons and her escort, the frigate UTNS Long March are confronted over a contested planet (Ryloth) between the Republic and CIS after the New Horizons had a malfunctioning slipspace drive and the Long March responded to the repeated distress calls. In the end after tense negotiations and a short skirmish the New Horizons and Long March are allowed to leave with heavy damages but not without damaging both Republic and CIS assets.
Late 2604: The USTG and their allies come out of hiding and are introduced to the Galactic community, sending in diplomats to both Coruscant and Raxus and highlighting that the USTG would not like to get involved in the current conflict despite both sides trying to convince them otherwise. However, tensions rise when Beskar is apparently discovered on Strangreal, attracting the attention of the Mandalorians of all factions. OSNI begins to do covert operations in both the CIS and Republic. All attention is brought on to the UTSC.
January 2605 (20BBY): The Corellian Trader Incident occurs, a large freighter by the name of the Correlian Trader landed on the surface of Strangreal without authentication, onboard were 3 Jedi who were in search of any force sensitive children after a massive force reading was detected from the Strangreal system. When confronted by the United Terran Planetary Defense Forces and local police about the authentications, they were detained. Unfortunately when negotiating their release, one escaped and a massive manhunt ensued which ended in the death of the escaped Jedi. The other 2 were sent back to Republic space as the USTG closed off its borders to any outsiders with the Sangheili doing the same.
April 2605: Tensions rise between the USTG and Republic as a terror bombing on the Jedi temple was traced back to the Terrans who denied any involvement despite Terran-made explosives being identified in the perpetrator's bag.
June 2605: Beginning of the Inter-Galactic War.
