During the battle in the church outside, Dodger was beating Knightmare to the ground. Every punch, the Hunter felt like a strike from the sun.
The New Kid wasn't someone to mess with, especially with his friends.
Dodger threw him through some trees, blast his body with his flamethrower breath and punches to the head.
Knightmare laid on the dirt ground of a cemetery. The Hero pulls a gravestone, rising it high above.
"Dodger, stop!" The voice from the woman he talked to at the Bakery.
"Why?!"
"Because he's just like you. A brother trying to avenge his little sister. Please, Dodger. You did enough."
Under the helmet, Dodger had a shocked expression on his face and realized what he was about to do. He was about to kill someone who was just trying to fight the monster that hurt his sis.
Something he would've done.
Dropping the stone, Dodger stared at Knightmare. "Trust me. I want to end this. But there's a cure and this world will be safe again. Safe for your family. Stay down, please. I'm tired and I got business to deal with in the church. After tomorrow, I won't be here anymore. Take care."

Dodger was the first to wake up inside the church. After sending the four vampires through the mirror, he returned to the church.
Knightmare was gone from the spot he was laying. He just didn't care right now. Entering the church, he saw AppleJack place the girls in Fluttershy's van. He helped her take the vehicle out of the church and they drove off, back at Pinkie's house.
They woke up feeling much better. AppleJack told them about last night and about meeting up at the mirror portal by the school.
"What about Dodger? Is he okay?" Rarity asked.
"He's alive and well. He left here 2 hours ago. Something about needing fresh air before leaving."
Looking at the clock, Pinkie was running around the kitchen, taking out pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
"I'm going to ask, I guess" said Rainbow, watching the pink blur move around. "What are you doing?"
"I'm gonna bake something special for Dodger. He came here and helped out in a situation when he didn't have to. He deserves to know that we are grateful for his help...before we can't see him again."
"You're right, Pinkie. Dodger deserves our thanks. Would you like some help?" Fluttershy asked, putting on an apron.
Rarity grab one as well. "I can help out as well. Let's make one for Twilight and Sunset as well."
AppleJack and Rainbow Dash look at each other and shrug as they grab an apron and join their friends in baking.
After a few hours of cooking, cleaning, and fun, they hopped abroad Shy's van, which was fixed up and ride over to the mirror.
Dodger wasn't there yet. But walking out was both Sunset and Twilight together.
"Hello girls" said Sunset, a smile that was on her face for the first time in days.
"Hey Sunset. Hey, Twilight. I'm glad you're back to normal" said Pinkie Pie, handing them a cupcake. Sunset's was a mixture of lemon and cherry with the sun insignia on top as icing.
Twilight's cupcake was chocolate with purple and pink icing.
"Um, thanks, Pinkie. Listen, girls, I know said this a lot. But-"
"Oh my goodness" Rainbow sighed.
"We get it, Sunset! You're sorry. I am tired of hearing that. Sunset, we know you're sorry and feel bad about everything you did. Well, we wouldn't stick our necks for you, no pun intended. We want to help because that's what friends do. Now shut up and give us a hug."
Rainbow hug both Twi and Sunset, which started a group hug with all the girls. Both the former vampires were teary-eyed as the past couple of days were the hardest challenge they've faced. But they faced it together and overcame it.
"Um, hi" The girls turn to see Lyra and Bon Bon behind them. They still wore their slightly torn clothes, but their wounds were healed.
"We're sorry about last night. We got carried away, right Lyra?"
"Y-Yeah."
"Understandable" said Sunset. "Lyra, I'm sorry about your harp."
"It's okay. I actually like art. My family wasn't happy, though."
"That's crazy that the bat got both of you" Rarity shook her head.
The face of Bon Bon went red. Lyra let out a snort, turning red as well.
"Actually, I got bit by a bat. Bonny, on the other hand, I turned her after we had sex."
"Oh, Bon Bon? Does that make Lysexual?" Pinkie Pie asked, getting slap in the back of the head by Rainbow.
A car rolled by the group and parked. Getting out with a bag and box was Dodger, who smiled at them.
"Sorry I'm late. I was trying to hurry up. Almost burnt these treats. Welcome back, everyone. I hope y'all don't find blood appetizing anymore. At least you're not burst into flames.
"I wanted to say thanks to all of you for letting this stranger into your circle. Sorry about the beat down, but I don't want anyone to die. I did some things for y'all for the final time we meet.
"Rainbow Dash, I don't know if you eat cupcakes. So I got you these shoes and customized them with Scootaloo. Hope these are 20% cool."
Handing over the shoebox to her, Dash opened it and her smile grew as she pulled out a shoe. "Oh my gosh! These are the new Spitfires. They are more than 20% cool. Gotta give it to the peep squeek when I see her. Thanks, Dodge."
"I'm glad I had my credit card with me all this time. As for the rest of y'all. I went to Sugarcube Corner and made these cupcakes from scratch and did the icing. I'm sorry if it was a mess."
Opening the box, the girls either smile or drop their jaw. It was an arrangement of cupcakes in a circle with a small cake in the middle with red, yellow, purple, and pink icing.
"He bakes as well" Pinkie said, in love.
"Thanks, Dodger. You didn't have to go do this, sugarcube" said AJ.
"I know. That's not the type of guy I am."
"What kind of guy are you then?"
Looking up at no cloud blue sky, Dodger looks back at the group of girls and shrugs. "I don't know yet."
"I think I know" said Pinkie, walking up to him with a small box in hand. She opens it, revealing a small cake with the girls' insignias and roses.
"Thank you for being an amazing hero."
"The girls help make it with me. Our way of saying thanks for helping bring back Sunset and Twilight."
The girls gave Dodger a group hug as well. A few of them give him a peck on the cheek. They wanted him to stay in Canterlot. But know that his world is in danger and he wants to protect it to the best of his ability.
They broke the hug and watched him back up, where nobody could get hurt and pull out a piece of paper.
"Dodger, wait!" Pinkie cried out. "We'll see you again...right?"
"I don't know, Pinkie. But I hope so. I like it here."
"Goodbye, Dodger!" The Rainbooms said as he prepared to return home.
His body illuminated in purple aura. Dodger look at the girl, giving them a smile. "This ain't goodbye. This is until next time."
With that, Dodger transformed into pink ball and flew quickly into the sky and out of their dimension.
"Until next time, Dodger."
Pinkie turns to see Shy and Rarity right by her side, hugging her.
"You know. I have a feeling that we'll see him again" Rarity smiled.
"I hope so" Fluttershy agrees.
The Rainbooms travel to the field at the school and talk and hang out till it starts getting dark. Shy took Pinkie, Rarity, and AJ home.
Sitting on the bleachers was Twilight and Sunset. Avoiding eye contact and the awkward silence around the two, one finally said a word.
"I'm sorry, Twilight. I lost control of myself, and I turned you into a monster. I tried to fight it and there were times I wanted to give in. I couldn't give up because you and the others weren't going to give up."
Another pause of silence hit until it was Twilight's turn to apologize.
"I know you tried hard to control yourself and those urges. It was like an animal's instinct. It's hard to overcome. But at least you did. I'm not strong. I miss having power and I wanted to hurt my friends. I was having fun. What kind of friend am I to enjoy that? I truly am a monster."
Sunset held the crying girl in a side hug as she lay on her left shoulder. She wanted to hold her tight and let her cry till she was better.
"We're both messed up, Sparky. But I believe we will heal from this. The best part about it. We're not alone in this."
Twilight looked up at Sunset, her purple eyes looking into the blue eyes. A beautiful smile formed on her face.
The moon shines down on the two students like a romantic movie scene. Their faces were close so that they could smell one another's breath.
Then, it happened. Sunset pressed her lips upon Twilight's. It was like the past couple of days and events disappeared. The sound of their heartbeats was the only thing they heard as they stayed like this for a good while.
The start of a beautiful relationship.

Bianca slept on the table where the meeting finished hours ago. It was the only peace she had gotten in a while. Something nudged her arm, stirring her up. She looked in front of her.
"D-Dodger?"
Across the table, Dodger was eating the cake the Rainbooms made for him with a spoon. "Sup, Bianca."
"Where you been?" She asked, letting out a yawn.
"Was kidnapped into another universe. Defeated vampires and stuff. Did y'all vote?"
"3-2. Zoe and I voted for you. Elora and Titan voted against you. I don't know how or what you did to Lyn. But she voted for you and now we're stuck together."
Dodger fist pumps the air. "Thank you. I won't let you down."
"Well, get some rest. You got training with the dragons? They won't go easy on you." The Sorceress said, walking out of the room.
He smiled as returning to good news. He can defend his planet along with this world. He just hopes he can change the beliefs of the non-believers.
"I got this. I know I do."

In the warehouse inside a bird cage, the bat was sleeping soundly upside down as Knightmare took its blood.
Putting it on a small, long rectangular piece of glass, he look through the lens of the microscope.
"So you were causing this mess. As the vampires were taken care of and you're not what I'm looking for..."
He inserts a needle on its throat and injects some clear liquid in its body. A few seconds later, it dropped and laid lifeless.
"Don't worry, my bat friend. You won't..."
Knightmare grabbed a hatchet, turned behind him and threw at the large poster of Dodger's head. It hit between his eyes.
"...be alone."
