What's up, everyone! This is GKC here bringing you my own version of a retelling of Yu-Gi-Oh Arc-V with an SI OC added into the series. However, the SI OC has a power many of the first generation Yu-Gi-Oh fans will recognize. Oh, along with cards fashioned from my favorite mecha series.
This is also a tribute to Kazuki Takahashi. Creator of the Yu-Gi-Oh series and a man who inspired a community of past and present fans of the anime, manga, and TCG.
Now for the disclaimer: I do not own, except my OCs, Yu-Gi-Oh Arc-V or Gundam or other fictional material. All rights belong to their respective owners.
Now let's get this party started… BEGIN!
Chapter 1: New Dimension, New Mission
Ah, such a strange thing…
Waking up to an endless black void with not a soul in sight…
…did I get hit by Truck-kun?
…
…
Nah, this crap only happens in manga, anime, or fanfiction.
"I assure you; this is no fiction." A feminine voice spoke to me.
Okay, if that's true then maybe you can reveal yourself to me?
Before I knew it, a bright golden light appeared in front of me, forcing me to cover my eyes. Once the light dimmed, I was greeted with a golden female figure…that looked quite naked.
So…who are you?
"My name is Ray Akaba."
Akaba? Ray? That sounds familiar…
"Please, I need your help. You're one of the few I can turn to in this crisis."
…Does it involve me saving the world?
"Well…more like, the dimensions of four different worlds."
Four dimensions? Wait… Oh shit, I can't be-
"Yep, it's exactly what you're thinking about." Ray all but confirmed it for me.
So, this is Ray Akaba, the daughter of the crazed scientist known as Leo Akaba. Meaning I'm currently somewhere in the Yu-Gi-Oh Arc-V anime.
Question is…why me?
"You've seen what happens to my counterparts. To the other dimensions. Surely, you know what the end result will be?" Ray pointed out.
Well, admittedly, I only got as far as the Synchro Dimension arc, but I get the general idea. Read up on the rest from the wiki. But if I do this, what's to stop me from going home?
"I…can't promise you might survive the journey." Ray said, shifting nervously in the void.
Oh, that's reassuring…
"But I can promise that I will give you as much assistance as possible on your journey."
Hm, well, when you put it like that, it's hard to argue. But I need cards that will stand a chance against anything. Evolve and what not.
"Hm? What kind of cards?"
Well, I already know about Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, and Pendulum Summoning. But what about two additional types of summoning?
"Go on…" Ray leaned in, sounding eager.
After Arc-V, I remembered watching VRAINS and the introduction of Link Summoning. That would prove useful. Following that, there was Sevens along with Rush Duels and Maximum Summoning. Both styles would be detrimental in my arsenal against whatever threat got in my way.
"So Link Summoning and Maximum Summoning along with this…Rush Duel?" Ray repeated, trying to make sure I got everything right.
Yeah, and I want the archetype for every Deck to be a certain series of anime that I frequently watch.
"I can do that. Can you tell me what it is?"
Its name is…
A gasp of breath left my lungs as my body shot forward. Whatever exhaustion that had been formed had instantly vanished.
"Ugh, major freaking trip. I didn't drink anything, did I?" I pondered aloud, pressing a hand against my forehead.
Looking around, I noticed I was in a threshold of bushes, which gave me shade and cover. Standing up, I examine myself for any injuries.
"What the hell?" I blinked in confusion when I noticed that I wasn't wearing the usual clothes I'd wear. Instead, I was in a new outfit that seemed like something for an anime character.
First off, I wore a simple blue t-shirt that had a dark yellow V symbol in the center of my chest while over it was a high-collared white cotton jacket with a blue stripe running from the shoulder to the wrist. A pair of tan pants with a silver chain hanging off the left side of my waist, several sets of black leather Deck boxes on a brown leather belt, jet black combat boots with red soles, and a pair of black leather gloves with the palms a dark shade of red. There was also a necklace with a strange pendant that reminded me of the symbol of the Unicorn Gundam.
Overall, it wasn't a bad outfit, but it felt weird.
"Okay, I'm definitely not hallucinating." I remarked after examining my outfit. "Which also means I did speak with Ray Akaba. But where exactly am I? The Standard Dimension? Synchro? Xyz?"
"Hey, did you hear something?"
"Sounded like someone was talking."
I heard two distinct voices talking, forcing me to hide deeper in the thrush of green. Coming around the corner were two teens, a boy and a girl, both wearing what looked like uniforms. The boy's uniform was red while the girl's was yellow.
"Of course…it had to be Fusion." I muttered under my breath after the teens left when they couldn't find me.
Why would Ray have me come here? Unless…she wants me to rescue her Xyz and Synchro counterparts from her old man. Would make logical sense, especially since I don't know of any other reason to be in this dimension.
Question is: How would I do that?
Well, all I know is, I gotta be stealthy as I go around Duel Academia. I can't get caught by Leo. Or worse, Yuri.
I might have new Decks but I'm not entirely confident in facing that little psychopath or his Starve Venom Fusion Dragon. He's practically a Fusion of Judai from GX. In fact, that's his very essence. A mix of Judai, Yubel, and the Supreme King along with that evil aspect of Zarc is just a bad recipe for disaster. So, if I'm going to save the other counterparts, I'd need Asuka and Edo's help.
That's another question: Where do I find them?
Edo might be tricky, considering he's a commanding officer for Academia's Xyz Invasion Force.
Asuka might be hiding out with other deserters with Yusho Sakaki but I'm not entirely sure they'd trust me since I'm a stranger.
Okay, so a new plan. If I can at least get a layout of Duel Academia, figure out their security detail while finding Rin and Ruri on the way, I can make a sort of safe passage that will lead straight to them, and then bail them out of there the way I came in.
…
Good god, I've been playing too much Persona 5 Royal…
…Still, if all goes to plan, I can avoid the more dangerous Fusion duelists, secure the girls, and get the hell out of Dodge.
But that's if I can avoid the ones that won't give me trouble. Mainly the Obelisk Force. Those guys are a bunch of pricks if I'm being honest. Still, their Decks (despite being the same) could wear me down if I don't plan for them.
Alright, let's get to work.
With a slap of my cheeks to hype myself, I came out of the bushes and began to stealthily make my way around Duel Academia.
Hopefully, I won't encounter any problems.
Okay, I retract my earlier concern. Despite this place being an academy for Duel Soldiers, there was barely anyone in sight. Could that mean that most of Academia sent their forces to the Xyz Dimension?
Regardless, I see this as a massive boon. Less people mean less patrols. And less patrols means I can find Rin and Ruri easily.
Still, I can't lower my guard here. Even alone, there's no telling how much danger could still be here. Not even telling if there are any cameras around to see my face.
Okay, if I were two trapped princesses in the fortress of a mad scientist bent on trying to restore his daughter and home dimension at the cost of billions of lives, where would I be?
…
…
Of course, the towers! Cliché, but it makes sense.
"Can't believe I'm going to be their Prince Charming…" I muttered to myself as I quietly moved about in the school. Only difference is, I'm getting two princesses instead of one. Then again, the girls do like their male counterparts. So not like I had any chance to begin with. Plus, they're far too young for me by ten years.
Though I ain't complaining with how good looking that Ray looked since she at least looked closer to my age.
But if I were to date and eventually marry her… Oh god, I'd have Leo Akaba as my father-in-law… I shudder at the notion, especially since he's the second most important bad guy. The only good thing is that I'd have Reiji as a badass brother-in-law.
Oh, there's the tower…and a guard. Wonderful.
Options… 1: Go ninja, crack his neck, and hide his body or 2: Duel him, hopefully do an OTK, then crack his neck, and hide his body.
…
…
…
Alright stop judging me, this is the Fusion Dimension, it's kill or be killed. Others might be willing to avoid killing, but I'm not, especially against these arrogant and cocky bastards. Might as well teach them the fear of what actual death is like.
Okay, first, check if I have a Duel Disk. Searching my person, I felt around for any defects or-
Just envision it and it will appear.
…Ray?
Present.
Why are you here? Better yet, how can I hear you in my thoughts?
I implanted a small piece of my soul into you so I can get in contact with you.
Well, that would've been nice to know before you dropped me here.
Sorry, there wasn't much time.
Alright fine, but seriously, I just have to imagine it?
Simple as that.
Well, okay… Just imagine it. Imagine a Duel Disk and-
Materializing on my left arm was a D-Pad that was white and blue in color but there was a marking of the Unicorn Gundam's emblem emblazoned on the surface in red.
Well, that's pretty handy. Can I do that whenever?
No, it stays with you.
Oh, well, that's fine. Might as well try out one of my new Decks against this guy.
Coming out of my hiding place, I approached the guard, "Excuse me, I hope you don't mind but I have a question to ask."
"Huh?" The guard looked at me, "Who are you?! Identify yourself!" He demanded.
"Me? No one you'd know. What you should know…" I said, activating my Duel Disk as a board of yellow light appeared from my D-Pad. "...is that you're in my way." Reaching into my belt, I removed one of the several Decks in the holsters and placed it into the Deck Slot.
"An intruder, huh? Fine, I'll make quick work of you!" The guard said, producing a Duel Disk of his own, and activated it, revealing a sword-like board of light that was colored light blue.
"DUEL!" The two of us declared as we drew our starting hand.
Me: 4000
Obelisk Guard: 4000
Once I got a good look at my cards, I smirked with the selection I have in my hand. "I'll go first if you don't mind. Draw!" I drew my sixth card, looking at it briefly before playing. "I summon Wing Gundam in ATK mode!"
Appearing on my Field is a white, blue Gundam with bird wings, a red shield, and a long-barreled rifle (4/ATK: 1600/DEF: 1200).
"Huh? The hell is that?" The Obelisk Guard demanded.
"I just said its name, dumbass…" I deadpanned. "Anyways, moving on, I activate the Spell Card: Mobile Reinforcement. If I have a Level 4 Machine-type Monster on my Field, I can Special Summon additional monsters as long as they're the same or below Level." I declared, playing the card. "However, I cannot conduct my Battle Phase this turn. But since I'm going first, I don't have to worry about that. So, I'll Special Summon the Level 4 Gundam Deathscythe!"
Materializing beside Wing Gundam was a black-white machine with a reaper aesthetic while wielding a bladed shield and a beam scythe (4/ATK: 1500/DEF: 1300).
"I place one card face-down. Ta-n endo." I said, finishing my move.
"O-re no ta-n! Draw!" The Obelisk Guard declared, drawing his sixth card. "I summon Antique Gear Soldier in ATK mode!"
Appearing on my opponent's Field was a smaller version of the Antique Gear Golem but the right arm was fashioned to resemble a rotary gun with a singular blue 'eye' glaring at me (4/ATK: 1300/DEF: 1300).
"Next I activate the Equip Spell, Antique Gear Tank, giving him a 600 ATK point boost!" He said, as a gear-like bike that was curved like a tank equipped with a barrel at the front appeared and the Gear Soldier mounted it. (ATK: 1300-1900)
"Battle! Antique Gear Soldier attacks your Deathscythe!" The Obelisk Guard said. "Also, when it attacks, you can't activate Spell or Traps cards until the end of the Damage Step!"
Heh, moron. He thinks that's going to save him. "If you have the balls to do so, be prepared to reap the consequences." I taunted my foe.
"Grrrr… Antique Gear Soldier, attack now!" The Obelisk Guard shouted, prompting said tin can of a soldier to aim its cannon at Deathscythe before firing a round. However, in the blink of an eye, Deathscythe vanished into thin air as the bullet passed through where the Gundam had originally been, surprising the Academia soldier. "What the-"
"Gundam Deathscythe's effect activates. When my opponent's monster targets him for an attack, the attacking monster has their ATK cut in half." I explained my monster's effect.
"It what?!" the Obelisk Guard gawked (ATK: 1900-950).
"Man, you must be really deaf. I said-"
"I know what you said!"
"Oh, then you should know that you didn't bother stopping your attack and already shot at my Gundam. Allow me to retort with a symphony from the God of Death. Deathscythe, counterattack! Reaping Revenge!" I declared as Deathscythe appeared behind Antique Gear Soldier then raised its beam scythe and slashed the rusted machine in half.
Me: 4000
Obelisk Guard: 3450
"Tch, since my Antique Gear Tank was destroyed when equipped with my Antique Gear Soldier, you lose 600 Life Points!"
Me: 3400
Obelisk Guard: 3450
Hmph, well, that's fine. I don't have the card needed to deal with effect damage at the moment. "You done?"
"I'll place this card face-down. Ta-n endo."
"O-re no ta-n. Draw!" I declared, drawing a card, making my current hand at four. "I could end this Duel with both my monsters, but I want to savor this. So, allow me to show you something unique."
"The hell are you on about?" The Obelisk Guard narrowed his eyes at me.
A wicked smirk broke its way on my face as I held out a hand towards my Gundams. "Here's a guess: I currently have two Level 4 Monsters on my Field. What could I be preparing for?" I teased.
The Obelisk Guard's eyes widened. "Kisama! You're part of the Xyz Dimension!"
"Hm, maybe I am, maybe I'm not. You won't be around for that answer though." I chuckle menacingly before declaring. "I Overlay my Level 4 Wing Gundam and Gundam Deathscythe!" Both of my Monsters turned into energy, Wing Gundam being yellow while Deathscythe became dark purple. "With these two Monsters, I shall build the Overlay Network!"
The streams of light entered a swirling vortex before a burst of light erupted from the dark hole.
"The darkened warrior wanders the fields of battle. Reap the souls of the guilty in this Eve of War! Xyz Summon! Crush them all, Rank 4, Gundam Deathscythe Hell!"
From the darkness, a pair of acid green eyes flashed before a Gundam stepped out looking like a demon that came straight from hell. It wore a sort of black metal cloak which unfolded to reveal a pair of bat wings, a skeletal design on the torso, and the beam scythe it carried possess two emerald energy blades instead of one (R: 4/OU: 2/ATK: 2400/DEF: 1800).
"What the…" The Obelisk Guard gasped, as he felt fear seeping through his body as he stared at the Xyz Monster.
"Heh, you should be scared. Because what I'm about to do next, you'll probably never live after it." I smirked. "Deathscythe Hell's effect activates! By using one Overlay Unit, he gains ATK equal to half the original amount of the Overlay Unit sent to the Graveyard. The Monster sent to my GY was Wing Gundam with 1600 ATK, meaning my Deathscythe Hell gains 800 ATK. Shinigami Charge!" A purple aura surrounded the reaper looking Gundam while its Overlay Unit flew directly into its chest (OU: 2-1) (ATK: 2400-3200). "I activate Deathscythe Hell's effect once more." This time, Deathscythe's previous version of itself went to my GY, powering my Monster once more as its last Overlay Unit entered its frame (OU: 1-0) (ATK: 3200-3950).
"Go ahead! I dare you! You don't have the balls to attack!" the Obelisk Guard snapped.
"Wrong. Battle! Deathscythe Hell attacks you directly." I ordered as the Gundam spun its beam scissors before lunging at the guard.
"HAH! You fell for it! Activate trap!" He said, revealing said card. "Holy Barrier - Mirror Force! This will destroy your Monster!" He laughed as an invisible barrier formed to protect him.
"Naïve." I said with a cold glare. "Reverse Card, open! Planet Defensor!" I activated my face-down, revealing the image of the Mercurius with its Planet Defensor system activated. "If a Spell or Trap my opponent activates would destroy a Monster on my Field, I can negate its effect and destroy it. Which means your Mirror Force cannot help you."
With a snap of my fingers, the guard's Trap shattered into pixels, much to his growing horror.
"Deathscythe Hell, send this fool to the grave. Hell Scissor!" I commanded. The black Gundam continued its attack and slashed down with its beam scissors at the Obelisk Guard.
Me: 3400
Obelisk Guard: 0
"And now my victory is assured…and your fate is sealed." I said with a smirk before bringing up my hand, "Mind Crush!"
The Obelisk Guard stood there in shock as the Solid Vision disappeared, before falling flat on his face.
"Well… that was pretty anticlimactic. Even for me." I said to myself, before shaking my head. Right, no time. Gotta hide his body then find the girls. I really got to thank Ray for giving me the Mind Crush ability before dropping me in this world. Still not as potent but this guy won't be bothering me for a few hours.
After dragging and hiding the guard, I returned to the door and gave it a once over. Damn thing was several inches of thick steel. No way I was opening that with my bare hands…unless I had a little help.
Activating my Duel Disk once again, I placed a card on it. "Wing Gundam, help me out!" Appearing in a burst of light is the winged bird-like mobile suit as it grabbed the door with both hands then used its strength to bend and break it down. With the way cleared, I silently ordered my monster to stand guard while I advanced inside to find Rin and Ruri.
"Okay where are you girls?" I asked myself as I went up the tower's steps.
Each step felt like a great weight was being pressed upon my shoulders. Who would I talk with first? Maybe Ruri, she'd probably trust me if I showed her an Xyz Monster.
Which made me wonder. Does my Extra Deck only have Xyz Monsters? I stopped my ascent briefly to check said Extra Deck.
Looking inside the current Deck it seemed they were all Xyz Monsters. Well, some of them were also Pendulum Monsters too. So, did that mean my Extra Deck changes depending on the Deck I use? Would make sense. Never understood how the Extra Deck worked with the Arc-V Duel Disks.
I continued my ascent up the tower until eventually reaching the top. There were two doors, one on each side. Though it didn't matter which one I chose. I'm getting both of them out of there.
"Hey, is anyone there?" I called out.
"Who's there?" I heard a girl's voice calling out.
"I'm here to rescue you." I replied.
"Why should I trust you?" My guess is that it might be Ruri who said that.
"I'm no friend to Academia. I'm a friend. I'll show you. I have an Xyz Monster."
"...Are you with the Resistance?" Yep, definitely Ruri.
"Uh…not quite. Call me a sympathizer if you will." I spoke.
"Okay, say I believe you, how are you getting us out?" Ruri pondered.
"You might want to step away from the door." I told her, hoping Rin also heard me as well. "Deathscythe, need your help, pal." I said, summoning the reaper looking Gundam as it materialized in front of me. The machine looked at me for orders. "Break open the doors."
With a nod, the Deathscythe raised its beam scythe and then-
*SLASH! SLASH!*
It sliced open both doors in half like a hot knife through butter.
"You can come out now." I told the girls while Deathscythe lowered its beam scythe.
Two girls came out and as I suspected, they were Rin and Ruri.
Rin had shoulder-length aqua-green colored hair in a style vaguely similar to Yuri's with a lock of hair sticking up over the head like Yuya's. It also has two light green side tails in a similar style to her counterparts and has orange eyes. She is fair skinned with jewelry consisting of a pair of blue studded earrings and a black choker with a blue jewel. Rin's outfit consists of a blue and white jacket with pink pads on the shoulders and elbows, pink shorts, and white and pink boots that reach up to her thighs with pink knee pads. Like her counterparts, she wears a bracelet.
Ruri has pink eyes, long dark purple hair which extends past her lower back even when tied up in a bow-shaped style and has shorter, lilac side tails. She secures her hair with a wing-shaped barrette and, after the invasion, dons large, feather earrings. She is the only one of her counterparts with longer hair and side tails. And like her counterparts, she also wears a bracelet. She wears a cream vest with an under dress that splits into three, worn out pants, brown boots, two brown belts, and a red sash that evokes Yuto and Shun's scarves on her right hip.
"Hello ladies." I greeted with a two-finger salute. "Sorry about the mess."
"Who are you?" Rin asked cautiously.
"For now, call me Anon. Don't want any Academia goons to learn my real name." I answered.
"Can we really trust you?" Ruri asked.
"I got you girls out of your cells, didn't I?" I asked rhetorically. "That should be a sign of good faith, in and of itself."
"He's got a point." Rin pointed out.
Ruri didn't seem entirely convinced but she reluctantly accepted my help. "Okay, but if I see any hint of foul play-"
"I got it." I interjected, understanding her warning. "In the meantime, it's time we make ourselves scarce."
"And how do we do that?" Rin asked.
I smirked as I pulled out one of my favorite cards. "Come out! Gundam Exia!"
Appearing in a burst of light was a new Gundam, one with a more humanoid appearance save for the cone-shaped object on its back along with the folded sword-gun in the right hand and a blue-white shield in the other.
"Cut open a hole for us." I told my monster. Exia nodded and brought out the GN sword, before charging towards the wall and slicing through multiple times with the blade easily entering the stone like a knife cutting butter, tearing the wall apart as it was cut wide open. It then flew out, turned around, and grew to its full MS height, before the cockpit opened up.
"All aboard!" I spoke. I hopped inside and held out a hand for them. Rin, despite her nervousness, took my hand in hers and allowed me to guide her inside. Once she was settled in, Ruri was next. Though a new problem presented itself…
…there wasn't enough room in the cockpit.
"Ah crap," I grimaced. "Sorry, Ruri, but it looks like you might need to sit on my lap."
"E-Excuse me?!" Ruri blushed heavily, looking almost indignant.
"Hey, I don't like it either. But we don't have a choice. Besides, both of you are too young for me." I stated.
"Huh? But you look like you're three or four years older than us." Rin pointed out in confusion.
I mean, I get that a lot, but I doubt I look like a teenager anymore.
"I appreciate the compliment but right now isn't the time. We need to leave before Akaba figures something is wrong." I told the girls while getting comfortable in the cockpit seat. Ruri looked absolutely embarrassed, but nonetheless sat on my lap sideways while Rin stood behind me. The cockpit then closed, and the screens were online. "Alright Exia, get us out of here!"
If I were outside, I might have noticed the Gundam's eyes flared before it turned away from the tower and flew off, leaving Academia behind. But one question still lingered on my mind…
…where would we go now?
I don't know how long we've been flying. An hour, maybe two. I wasn't sure nor did I think to stop until me and the girls were safely away from Leo Akaba and his goons.
"Hey, Anon, how long until we land?" Rin asked.
"Until we find a safe place." I told the apple-haired girl.
"But it's been nothing but ocean." Ruri pointed out.
She does have a point. No wonder we've been flying for so long. Academia's the only landmass in this Dimension. And I can't keep Exia out forever either. Unless…
I searched my Deck for a card and… oh hell yeah~ just what I need.
"What is it?" Ruri asked.
"You two ladies up for a trip to space?"
"Eh?" They looked at me like I had grown a second head.
"Don't worry. I'm about to use something that'll take us out of this Dimension." I assured them.
"What do you mean?" Ruri pondered.
A soft chuckle left my lips. "First, we're going to break through the atmosphere."
"The atmosphere?" The girls repeated in confusion.
"Exia, let's take to the stars!" I said to the Gundam as I gripped the controls and pushed forward, propelling us higher and higher. The skies of blue began to disappear before all that greeted me and my charges a sea of black with twinkling lights.
"Beautiful…" I heard Rin mutter beside me as she looked out into the star-filled void.
A chortle left my throat before I drew another card from the Deck that Exia came from. Normally, something like this would not happen for the first stage Gundam. But the laws of the Anno Domini no longer apply in the world of Yu-Gi-Oh. Swiftly placing the card in the Duel Disk, I boisterously declare, "I activate Quantum Leap!"
From outside the main camera, my charges and I watched as GN Blade Bits flew in from out of nowhere then formed a circle in front of Exia as a portal born from GN Particles appeared.
"What is that?" Ruri pondered in awe.
"Our ticket out of here." I told the girls as I pushed the controls forward, propelling Exia towards the portal then in a split second, my vision became green.
"What do you mean they escaped!?" A furious voice roared loud enough to nearly shake the halls of Academia.
"Apologies, Professor," A yellow-garbed Academia guard informed the leader of the Fusion Dimension and Academia. "But by the time we learned of this, the two girls kept in the tower were gone. The guard assigned to watch them described that an intruder with monsters he'd never seen before was the culprit."
"And pray tell, do you know who this intruder is?!"
"We don't know!"
The Professor narrowed his eyes at his subordinate, "I do not tolerate failure. Comb through every security camera and get me a face of the intruder. And send Yuri to me. I want those girls back in my possession NOW!"
"Yes sir!" The guard saluted, before running off.
"My plans are already going awry, aren't they?" A voice said, approaching the leader. He is a tall and thin old man with fair skin, sunken eyes and cheeks, bags under his eyes, small green pupils, and long white hair. He wears a long dark gray coat with an orange, brown center that is patterned with yellow lines, in addition to gray pants and black shoes.
"What do you want? I don't remember sending for you." The Professor said with barely contained irritation.
"You forget, my dear friend, that I always have a contingency for these situations."
"Using another one of your parasites?"
"Indeed. I wouldn't let those little darlings out of my sight if I didn't have an insurance policy."
"Tch…and how do you plan on getting them back despite those girls possibly escaping to another Dimension?"
"Well, I have no doubt that you'll be sending that attack dog, Yuri, after them. The boy won't like it when his previous prey escapes. I could give him something to make their capture a little less…difficult."
"…I'm listening."
A/N: And that shall be the end of the first chapter.
Thoughts on what you guys thought of the Gundam Xyz Deck so far? Not to worry, the next Duel will feature another Deck of Gundams.
Oh, right, as for the whole "Mind Crush" ability, it's something the MC can only do at least once every week or so. So, no random brain fragging.
As for why he is called "Anon" right now? Well, better safe than sorry in case Academia is hunting him down since he took Rin and Ruri. And no, I was not going to grab Serena because why do that when she's already going to be sneaking out to Standard anyways?
Review and comment on this chapter. Love it, hate it, but just know that you've read it.
