"You look so fucking sexy all alone"
Large hands gripped Mias's hips, firmly pulling her against a tall body as lips grazed her ear, hot whiskey breath washing over her making Mia scrunch her nose in disgust.
One hand slid to her ass, gripping a palmful of the plump flesh over the fabric of her skirt. Her breath hitched in your throat as the figure nipped her earlobe, teeth tugging gently on her diamond earring.
"I'd love to rip that fucking skirt off of you and get a taste of what you're hiding under there..."
"Let go of me right now or I swear I'll rip your hand off," Mia hissed threateningly to the boy.
The boy's drunken voice slurred as he replied, "Kitty got claws. I love them when they play hard to get."
Mia pushed him away forcefully and warned, "I'll have you begging for mercy."
The boy, seemingly unfazed, continued with a sly smile, "I'm not opposed to a woman sparring dominating me in bed."
Mia raised an eyebrow, challenging him. "Oh really?"
"I adapt to whatever you want, beautiful," he told her, putting his hands on her waist.
Mia swiftly responded, "Then you don't mind if I do this to you." Without hesitation, she delivered a sharp blow, causing the boy to crumple to the ground, clutching his groin in pain.
Gasping for breath, the boy managed to utter, "You're crazy, bitch. You're fucking crazy."
Mia calmly walked away, leaving the boy writhing in pain, and delivered one final message: "Next time, don't touch anyone without their consent, especially a girl."
"You like it when other guys look at you?" A deep voice said behind her.
Mia smiled with her back turned as her boyfriend's cologne surrounded her. She knew that Jace had been watching her since the idiot had approached her and decided to tease her boyfriend a little.
"Maybe", Mia said innocently.
Suddenly, Mia found herself cornered against the wall of their hotel room. Laughing she realized that Jace had probably made them apparate from the club to the hotel room.
"Do you think it's funny, princess?" Jace asked, his eyes shining gold, "flirting with another boy in front of my fucking face."
"Are you jealous, baby boy?" Mia asked as she started unbuttoning Jace's shirt.
"Ao isssi ñuhon", you're mine Jace groaned while he bit his girlfriend's neck, "I don't like sharing you."
Listening to her boyfriend talk in Valyrian was another level of hot, Mia moaned, and it was making her very horny. Making Jace jealous wasn't easy because he was so confident in their relationship and that was good, but Mia sometimes liked to see her boyfriend's jealous side show.
"Are you okay, baby girl?" Jace asked her with faux concern, as he began to caress her leg under her skirt.
"Hmmm", Mia responded with her eyes closed. head leaning against the wall.
"I need words, princess," her boyfriend husked in her ear, nipping it.
"Please…", Mia whimpered, praying that her boyfriend would lower his hand to where she wanted.
"Please what ?" Jace hoarsely asked, "you have me at your mercy, princess, use your pretty little mouth and I'll give you what you want."
"Take me," Mia whispered.
Jace didn't say anything, he just groaned as he picked up his girlfriend, letting her fall gently onto the bed. Mia smiled softly, Jace, no matter how jealous or possessive he became of her, would never hurt her.
"Princess, get ready, because it's going to be a long night", Jace told her as he crawled over to her, Mia pulling him by his golden chain. "You're going to be begging for mercy by the time I'm finished with you."
Theo had always enjoyed traveling with his best friends since they were kids, but now as they were approaching the end of their time at Durmstrang, he couldn't help but feel a sense of unease about the impending changes. Only one year was left before they would enter the adult world, and Theo wasn't sure if he was ready for it. He cherished his friendship with Mia and Jace and wanted to hold onto it forever. Part of him was afraid that they might drift apart in their future endeavors, especially considering their roles as important figures in the Muggle world.
However, Jace and Mia were determined to continue spending time with Theo, no matter what path they chose. They considered him a fundamental part of their lives, without whom they wouldn't be the people they had become. They were the Unholy Trinity, together until the very end.
Theo noticed Jace's distraction and finally couldn't hold back his curiosity. He asked, "Jace, I've noticed you've been quite distracted lately. Is something bothering you?"
Jace decided to reveal his secret to Theo, blurting it out, "I'm going to propose to Mia."
Theo's reaction was explosive. "YOU'RE GOING TO DO WHAT?" He yelled so loudly that it drew the attention of people around them at the airport.
Jace laughed at Theo's reaction and tried to explain, "I'm going to ask Mia to marry me."
Theo, still in shock, stammered, "What you want is to meet God ahead of time."
Jace reassured him, "I've already asked her parents for permission. Both of them, if that's what you're worried about. I've also talked with Harry, and they have all given me their blessing. I've even discussed it with Viktor."
Theo, overwhelmed with emotion, didn't respond with words. Instead, he embraced Jace, almost on the verge of tears. Jace laughed and held Theo tightly, saying, "You can't cry today, wait until tomorrow."
Mia, who had been approaching, questioned, "May I know what's wrong with you two?"
Both Jace and Theo turned to Mia with smiles on their faces. They hugged her and kissed her on both cheeks.
"We love you," they said simultaneously,as they waited for their plane to arrive.
Lorenzo Borghese had known from the very first moment he laid eyes on his wife with little Mia in her arms that his heart was captured forever. Mia was the light of his life, and despite their numerous attempts to have a child of their own, Isabelle had suffered multiple miscarriages. Enzo had been more concerned about his wife's health than the prospect of having a child. It might sound harsh, but Mia was everything to him.
Fifteen years ago, when he had first seen Isabelle holding the cutest baby girl he had ever laid eyes on, he had immediately agreed to adopt her. Mia was a bundle of joy, laughing easily at every silly thing her father did for her. Enzo was head over heels in love with his daughter, and there was nothing Mia could ever do wrong in his eyes.
When they had discovered that Mia might have been a stolen baby, Enzo was terrified at the thought of losing her. His daughter was the most precious thing in the world to him, and he was willing to accept the possibility that she might one day choose her biological parents over them.
However, Mia had only recently shown an interest in getting to know James and Lily. At first, he had been impressed with the Potter family, but his opinion had changed as he saw his daughter's tears and struggles that often revolved around them. He knew he was not being impartial, but he couldn't help it. Mia was his daughter, his little girl.
As the years passed, Enzo couldn't have been prouder of the remarkable young woman his little girl had grown into. Raising her had been the greatest joy of his life. All he wanted was to see his daughter happy, and he was thrilled to know that Mia was going to be cared for and loved by Jace.
In Enzo's eyes, no man was more deserving of his daughter than Jonathan Christopher Beaufort-Grimaldi. Jace had been a constant presence in Mia's life since they were five years old, and he had vowed to never let go of her hand. Jace and Theo had been a rock in his daughter's life, always looking out for her and shielding her from the world's troubles. No matter what the world threw at them, Jace and Theo would always protect his little girl.
Enzo had seen Jace fall in love with his daughter, and he had to admit that the boy had the patience of a saint. Mia was incredibly easy to love. Their journey had been far from simple, and even Enzo had initially believed they were just friends. But what a delightful surprise it had been when Mia revealed that the young man who had always held her hand was finally her boyfriend.
Mia might not have noticed it, but she looked at Jace as if he had hung the moon in the sky. Seeing the way they cherished and cared for each other brought tears of joy to Enzo's eyes.
"Darling, don't cry," Isabelle said, gently holding his face.
"I can't help it," Enzo admitted tearfully. "Jace is going to propose to my daughter in just an hour, and she won't be my little girl anymore."
"Honey, she'll always be your little girl," Isabelle reassured him.
"Do you remember when she used to run around the garden in those little dresses you dressed her in?" Enzo asked, hugging his wife from behind as they waited for Mia and Jace to arrive.
"She used to complain and get those dresses all dirty," Isabelle chuckled. "Enzo, you're going to make me cry, and I don't want to cry before the proposal."
Suddenly, Enzo heard footsteps in the garden and Mia's laughter, accompanied by Jace's voice. The entire family rushed out to greet Mia, asking about her vacation in Australia.
Enzo kissed Mia's forehead and asked, "How were your holidays?"
"They were—" Mia inquired with concern. "Dad, are you crying?"
"Your father and his allergies," Isabelle interjected, hugging their daughter. "You know how he gets."
Enzo then shook Jace's hand and inquired, "Nervous?"
"More than ever," Jace confessed.
"She's not going to say no to you," Enzo assured his daughter's boyfriend.
"I really hope so," Jace said as he took his seat at the dinner table.
If there was one word that could describe Mia, it was "happiness." She was surrounded by her boyfriend and her family, and she couldn't be happier. Mia had two sets of parents who loved her dearly, some wonderful aunts and uncles, and a little brother who adored her. Mia loved them all with an equal amount of passion.
This past year had undoubtedly been the happiest of her life. Her time at Hogwarts had marked a turning point. Witnessing her brother entering a dangerous Tournament, twice falling into the Black Sea, and seeing Jace on the brink of death had been an emotional rollercoaster. However, amidst all the turmoil, she had found something beautiful – her relationship with Jace, who was now her boyfriend.
When Jace had confessed his love for her five years ago, Mia had been taken aback. She and Jace were best friends and nothing more, and their Parabatai bond only strengthened that friendship. Mia had never thought of Jace as more than a friend until she fell into a coma while trying to save his life a year ago. It was true that she and Jace had always shared a playful banter, and he had affectionately called her "princess" since they were five years old.
In her dream, where she saw herself married with children, Mia hadn't been upset at all; surprised, yes, but never upset. That's why when she woke up from the coma, she began to notice the little things that Jace did, and gradually, she realized that she was in love with her best friend.
Learning from her uncle Barty that she and Jace could be more than friends had filled her with hope and fear in equal measure. Her falling out with Draco had exacerbated her insecurities. She was afraid that Jace, whom she'd constantly reminded that they were just friends, would think she was being insincere if she suddenly wanted to be more than friends. So, summoning all her Gryffindor courage, as her brother would say, Mia had kissed Jace and left the ball in his court. Jace hadn't taken long to follow her and ask her to be his girlfriend. Her boyfriend made her feel like the most beautiful and cherished person on Earth. Jace was incredibly handsome, he made her laugh, and he treated her like a queen. How could she not love him? Jace was the love of her life, in this and many other lives.
"Hello, everyone," Jace said, grinning. "I'm sure you're all tired of hearing me sing by now."
"Jace, I love you, marry me!" Theo shouted playfully in a high-pitched voice, causing laughter to ripple through the room.
Jace continued, "But today is a special occasion, I wrote this song for my girlfriend, who looks absolutely stunning in her dress today, by the way."
Mia blushed as the whole family gazed at her with warm smiles.
"Is it happening?" Pansy whispered excitedly to Harry.
"It looks like it's going to happen," Harry replied, making Pansy squeal with excitement.
Jace shared a bit about the song's background, confessing, "Now, this song has an interesting story," he said, strumming a few chords. "You see, I've been in love with Mia since we were twelve, but Mia always told me that we were just best friends."
"NOT THE FRIEND ZONE," Sirius shouted playfully.
"The truth is," Jace went on, "I accepted it. Mia's happiness meant everything to me. I knew I was truly in love with Mia when I realized I was willing to let her go.I was willing to bury my own feelings to keep our friendship."
The garden was filled with awed sighs from the women, and Mia teared up with the love that surrounded her.
"Everything changed when this lady next to me kissed me," Jace said with a laugh.
"I was there when it happened," Theo proudly shouted.
"The song we're going to sing now," Jace continued, "I wrote with Mia in mind before we kissed. But like a fool, I got nervous and told her it was for another girl."
"Start singing, you two!" Theo shouted. "The audience is falling asleep."
Jace looked at his girlfriend with eyes filled with love as he began to play the first few chords of the song.
"We were both young when I first saw you
I close my eyes and the flashback starts
You're standing there
On a balcony in summer air", Jace sang, looking at his girlfriend.
"See the lights, see the party, the ball gowns, Mia continued.
See you make your way through the crowd
And say "Hello"
Little did I know
That you were Juliet, I was throwing pebbles
And your daddy said, "Stay away from Juliet", Enzo shouted in amusement
And you were crying on the stairs
Begging me, "Please don't go"
And I said
"Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting, all there's left to do is run
You'll be the prince, and I'll be the princess
"It's a love story, baby, just say yes" Mia sang and to her surprise her family started singing it with her.
So I sneak out to the garden to see you
We keep quiet 'cause we're dead if they knew
So close your eyes
Escape this town for a little while, oh, oh, sang Jace
'Cause you were Juliet, you were a scarlet letter
And your daddy said, "Stay away from Juliet", James and Enzo chanted.
But I was everything to you
You were begging me, "Please don't go" Jace sang, holding Mia's hand and putting down the guitar.
And I said
"Romeo, take me somewhere we can be alone
I'll be waiting, all there's left to do is run
You'll be the prince, and I'll be the princess
"It's a love story, baby, just say yes," Mia sang, looking at Jace.
Romeo, save me, they're trying to tell me how to feel
This love is difficult, but it's real, the girls sang
Don't be afraid, we'll make it out of this mess
It's a love story, baby, just say yes
Oh, oh-oh, sang Jace
You got tired of waiting
Wondering if I was ever coming around
Your faith in me was fading
When you met me on the outskirts of town
And I said, Mia sang
"Romeo, save me, I've been feeling so alone
I keep waiting for you, but you never come
Is this in my head? "I don't know what to think"
Mia was about to take her seat when she was caught off guard by Jace's continued singing. Her heart pounded in her chest, and her eyes widened as she turned to see Jace on one knee, holding a ring in his trembling hand.
I knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring
And said
"Marry me, Juliet, you'll never have to be alone
I love you, and that's all I really know
I talked to your dad, go pick out a white dress
It's a love story, baby, just say yes"
Oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh
'Cause we were both young when I first saw you
The entire family erupted into cheers and whistles, their voices filled with excitement and emotion. Lily quickly began recording the heartfelt scene, tears welling up in her eyes. Amid the uproar, one sound was distinguishable above all—Mia's tearful sobs.
"Mia, my Juliet, my princess, I love you," Jace declared, his voice quivering with emotion. "You are the love of my life, and I can't imagine a life without you by my side, my love. You make me a better person, you make me laugh, and every day, you make me feel like the luckiest guy in the world just for being my girlfriend."
He took a deep breath, a few tears escaping his eyes. "As the song says, I've already talked to your parents, so there's only one thing left for me to do." Jace's eyes glistened with love as he looked directly into Mia's. "Hermione Lucrezia Cassiopeia Borghese-Potter, would you make me the happiest man on Earth and marry me?"
Mia was overwhelmed with emotion as she gazed at Jace, her tears of joy flowing freely. Her heart swelled with love as she looked at the man she adored, the man who had been her best friend, confidant, and now, her soulmate. Without hesitation, she nodded, her voice choked with tears.
"Yes, oh my god, yes!" Mia exclaimed, her voice filled with love and elation. She extended her hand, offering it for Jace to slide the beautiful engagement ring onto her finger. Their family erupted into cheers, and even some whistles, celebrating the joyous moment with the young couple.
Mia and Jace leaned in and shared an excited, passionate kiss. The world around them seemed to fade away as they savored the moment. Tears of happiness welled up in Mia's eyes as they broke the kiss, and she looked deeply into her fiancé's gaze. Her fiance, she thought, Jace was so going to get lucky tonight.
"I love you," Mia whispered, her voice filled with emotion, as she lovingly cradled her fiancé's face. She was overwhelmed with joy and love, and her heart felt like it was soaring. She was ready to take this incredible journey with Jace and build their life together.
Jace's own eyes were moist with tears, and he couldn't hold back the immense love he felt for the woman of his dreams."You and me against the world, princess," he told her, his voice quivering with emotion.
