The sun was shining brilliantly over Durmstrang, casting a warm glow on the idyllic scene. On top of the desk a newspaper was neatly folded as it showed the vibrant greenery of the Borghese Villa's gardens as Mia and Jace looked at each other with affection, both sporting radiant smiles. Their engagement was a hot topic in both the muggle and wizarding world, and the press couldn't get enough of it.

Mia and Jace found themselves in the cozy confines of Mia's bedroom. They lay in each other's arms, sharing a quiet moment of intimacy, the world outside momentarily , their peaceful cocoon was shattered by insistent knocks on Mia's bedroom door. Theo's voice pierced through their tranquility, his excitement barely contained. "I want to play Quidditch!"

Mia and Theo had been named Head Boy and Head Girl and were now living together. Jace had practically moved into Mia's room, claiming that her fiancé's bed was more comfortable than his own.

With a determined voice, Theo declared, "GUYS, I'M GOING IN AND YOU BETTER NOT BE FUCKING IN THERE!"

Mia groaned, burying her face further into the pillow. "Make him shut up," she mumbled to Jace.

"He'll get tired eventually and leave," Jace replied, his voice heavy with drowsiness, as he pulled Mia closer to his chest.

"GUYS, IT'S TIME TO GET UP! Theo shouted coming in and opening the curtains, RISE AND FUCKING SHINE, BABY!"

Jace groaned, flinging a pillow at the intruder. "Teddy, fuck you, what the fuck is wrong with you?"

"I want to play Quidditch," Theo protested in a childish voice, undeterred by the flying pillow.

"Why don't you ask Ivan or André and leave us alone?" Jace suggested, his annoyance evident as he held Mia closer.

"But I want to play with you, together until the very end, remember?" Theo's tone was laden with nostalgia.

Mia couldn't take it any longer. "Shut up, both of you!" She snapped and begrudgingly left the warmth of the bed, heading for the bathroom. "Do you want to play fucking Quidditch, Teddy? You're going to eat all the fucking Quaffles."

Jace joined her, and they both shot disapproving glances at Theo. "Very good, Teddy,"Jace remarked sarcastically. "You've managed to make Mia angry at both of us."

"Sorry, not sorry," Theo responded nonchalantly, shrugging his shoulders.

The breakfast table saw Mia shoot daggers at Theo while he giggled impishly, and Jace attempted to play peacemaker. After breakfast, they made their way to the Quidditch pitch, where Mia upheld her promise, making Theo miss all the Quaffles she threw at him, while Jace laughed heartily at his friend's predicament.

As they lay on the grass, exhausted from their impromptu game, Theo broached a different topic. "How are you going with the preparations for the wedding?"

Mia's frustration spilled over. "They're going to drive me fucking crazy! Between my mothers, the wedding planner, and the royal committee, I'm about to fucking lose it."

Theo looked genuinely confused. "What's a royal committee?"

Jace chimed in, running a hand through Mia's hair. "A royal committee is a group of people responsible for organizing everything that happens before and during the wedding."

Theo raised an eyebrow. "But you've still got a year and a half until the wedding, don't you?"

Mia's exasperation remained as she got up and kissed Jace. "Believe me, the committee doesn't give a flying fuck about the 're breathing down my neck already. I'll see you later, baby"

As Mia departed, Jace and Theo remained on the pitch. "Mia isn't having doubts about the wedding, is she?" Theo asked, a hint of concern in his voice.

Jace ran a hand through his hair, contemplating the question. "No, but she's overwhelmed with the press. They hound us every time we step out."

Theo probed further. "Have you talked to your parents about it?"

"They've offered to give us more bodyguards," Jace replied, "but Mia refuses. She feels like she's being put in a cage."

Theo nodded in understanding. "I don't blame her; she never liked the press."

Jace's frustration became palpable. "I've been wanting to spend some time alone with her for months, take her out on a date, but paparazzi always show up, or some fan asks for a photo."

Theo's eyes twinkled with a mischievous glint, "Why don't you kidnap her? Do something spontaneous, without bodyguards, crazy fans, or the tabloids."

Jace pondered the idea, a spark of inspiration kindling in his eyes. "But where do I take her, Teddy?"

"You think about it," Theo encouraged, patting Jace on the back, "you know her better than anyone. Besides, Mia will love whatever you plan."

Jace, inspired by Theo's words, left the Quidditch pitch with determination. He was tired of the paparazzi interfering with his relationship with Mia. Tonight, he resolved, would be their special, spontaneous date. Get ready, princess, he thought, because tonight, we're going on a date

Mia was lying on her bed, her gaze fixed on the ceiling. The stress of wedding preparations with Jace was taking a toll on her. While she had willingly agreed to marry him, experiencing the chaos of wedding planning was an entirely different matter. She loved Jace with all her heart, and she was certain about her decision, but the whirlwind of preparations was driving her to the brink.

A soft knock on her bedroom door interrupted her thoughts, and Mia extended her arm to open it. Jace's concerned face appeared, and without uttering a word, he entered the room and laid down on top of her. Mia couldn't help but snort as she felt his weight, and she began running her fingers through his hair. They lay there in silence, enjoying the comfort of each other's presence.

"Are you regretting it?" Jace asked, his eyes remaining closed.

Mia looked at him and replied, "No, never. You're the best decision I've ever made."

Jace lifted his head to meet her gaze. "Then tell me what's bothering you."

Mia sighed. "It's everything and nothing all at once."

Jace suggested, "We can postpone the wedding if you need more time."

Mia smiled and said, "If anything, I'd rather bring it forward. I can't wait to marry you."

Jace teased as he slipped his hand inside his fiancée's shirt., "So, you just want the wedding night, huh?"

Mia playfully tugged at the gold chain around his neck and said, "You make it sound like we're saints."

Jace leaned in to kiss her neck and whispered, "You are my religion."

Mia chuckled, saying, "Today, you've woken up as a poet."

"Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?" Jace playfully recited a Shakespearean sonnet. "Thou art more lovely and more temperate."

"Jace, stop," Mia protested, feeling flustered.

"I would love to take you on a date tonight," Jace suggested with excitement.

Mia's expression shifted to one of surprise. "Jace…"

"I've been trying to spend some time alone with you for months, months," Jace said, emphasizing with a pout, "and someone always interrupts us. I miss my best friend, I miss us."

"I...why haven't you told me before? Mia said, resting her back on the headboard of her bed.

"Because you've been so stressed about the wedding," Jace explained, resting his head in her lap. "I didn't want to add to your burden."

Mia sighed, saying, "If you had told me, I would've made time for us."

"I've come to fix that," Jace declared, a mischievous smile on his face.

Mia, looked at him with curiosity. "What do you mean?"

"Get ready, princess," Jace said. "Tonight, you and I are going on a date."

Mia's eyes widened. "What should I wear?"

Jace hugged her. "Wear something comfortable, and if you get cold, you can have my sweatshirt."

Mia eagerly urged him toward the door. "Go on, get out of here."

Jace raised an eyebrow, puzzled. "What are you doing, princess?"

Mia winked and playfully closed the door in his face. "I'm going to get dressed."

Jace's voice resounded from the other side of the door. "There's nothing I haven't seen already!"

Mia giggled and heard Jace's playful remark as she headed for her closet to prepare for their surprise date.

As Mia left the room, Jace couldn't help but stare in awe. "Wow... you look beautiful," he said when he saw her, a genuine smile gracing his face.

Mia had opted for a simple yet stunning look. She wore a white sleeveless top paired with jeans and red Converse shoes, while her hair was pulled back into a neat ponytail. Her makeup accentuated her natural beauty, giving her a fresh and clean appearance.

Mia chuckled and approached her fiancé. "I'm not that dressed up," she teased.

Jace grinned, extending his arm for her to take. "Can't I compliment the future Mrs. Grimaldi?"

Mia placed her hand on Jace's arm, her eyes twinkling with curiosity. "Where are you taking me?"

Jace looked at her with a playful glint in his eye. "Do you trust me?"

Mia smiled, her eyes filled with love and confidence. "With my life."

Jace pulled out a mask and playfully slipped it over Mia's eyes. Then, he wrapped his arm around her waist and apparated them to their destination. When they finally arrived, Jace removed the mask, revealing a breathtaking view.

Mia's eyes widened as she looked around in awe. "We are... This is Paris," she said, her voice filled with excitement as she gazed at the Eiffel Tower.

"Happy third anniversary, love," Jace said, presenting her with a bouquet of roses.

Mia blinked in surprise. "It was today?"

Jace smiled warmly, understanding the mix of emotions she was experiencing. "Hey, it's not your fault, you've been incredibly stressed these last few weeks."

Mia sighed, a tinge of disappointment in her voice. "But it's our anniversary. I should have remembered."

Jace cupped her face, looking into her eyes with affection. "The important thing is that we are together," he reassured her, planting a gentle kiss on her cheek. "What does the lady want to visit first?"

Mia's spirits lifted as she flashed a radiant smile, her eyes dancing with excitement. She grabbed Jace's hand and began pulling him through the charming streets of Paris.

As the lights of the Eiffel Tower cast a romantic glow over the city, Mia and Jace sat on the grass, indulging in a delicious hotdog. The iconic landmark stood tall and majestic in the background, creating a picturesque setting for their evening.

"Thank you very much for tonight," Mia said to Jace, a grateful smile on her face.

Jace affectionately wrapped his arms around her. "You're my fiancée, it's my duty to spoil you from time to time."

Mia shivered slightly as the evening air grew cooler, prompting Jace to ask, "Are you cold?"

Mia looked at him with a playful pout. "Do you mind lending me your sweatshirt?"

Jace grinned and teasingly replied, "You can keep it if you want, little thief."

Mia quickly put on the sweatshirt, its warmth instantly enveloping her. "You don't know how much I love you."

Jace chuckled, his eyes filled with affection. "I imagine you love me enough to marry me."

Mia, with a mischievous glint in her eye, responded, "Actually, it was your fortune that motivated me."

Jace raised an eyebrow, feigning curiosity. "So, am I you're sugar daddy?"

"In bed you already are", Mia whispered in his ear making Jace growl, "Daddy".

"Keep talking like that and I'll give you some spanks when we get back, princess," Jace told her, squeezing her hips.

"Whatever you say, daddy", Mia teased him as she got up.

"That's it," Jace growled, grabbing her waist while Mia laughed, "we're going back right now. You, princess, are in deep, deep trouble"
